Si vous partez à Las Vegas avec un budget limité, c'est l'endroit idéal où séjourner. Ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe, mais l'emplacement est excellent. Nous avons pu nous rendre partout en tramway, à pied ou avec le « Deuce ». Attention toutefois : il n'y a ni réfrigérateur ni cafetière, donc si vous pouvez apporter les vôtres, je vous le conseille vivement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Las Vegas. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Superbe complexe hôtelier

Un superbe complexe sur le Strip, avec un accès très pratique aux hôtels et aux tramways. À quelques pas de l'Allegiant Stadium, avec de bons restaurants et des boutiques sympas. Les chambres sont propres et à un prix raisonnable. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Great Resort Great resort on the strip access to hotels and trams very convenient. A short walk to Allegiant Stadium, nice restaurants and shops as well, reasonably priced and nice clean rooms, will for sure be returning.

Rapport qualité-prix

Notre séjour à l'Excalibur s'est très bien passé. La chambre était propre, les serviettes fraîches tous les jours, absolument aucun problème. Je recommande vivement d'y séjourner. La seule chose dont cet hôtel a besoin, c'est d'une cafetière dans les chambres, Starbucks est bien trop cher !

Value for the money Our stay at the Excalibur was great. Room was clean, fresh towels daily absolutely no problems at all. I would highly recommend staying there. The only thing this hotel needs is coffee makers in the rooms, Starbucks is way to expensive!

Déçu !

Le design extérieur de l'hôtel est coloré et attrayant ! Cependant, j'ai été déçu d'apprendre qu'il fallait demander un changement de draps au service d'entretien. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits. Nous avions déjà remarqué des taches sur nos draps et nos taies d'oreiller avant d'utiliser le lit, mais comme nous étions trop fatigués, nous avons quand même dormi dessus. Jusqu'au 3ème jour, nous avons dû appeler le service d'entretien pour leur signaler que les draps n'avaient pas été changés. A ma [... lire plus] grande surprise, on m'a dit que nous devions demander un changement de draps en les appelant. (Nous n'avons pas fait cela lors de nos autres séjours dans d'autres hôtels). Quoi qu'il en soit, au lieu de m'apaiser, la personne s'est mise sur la défensive lorsque j'ai appelé.

Disappointed! The hotels exterior design was colorful and attractive! However, was disappointed to know that we need to request for bed sheet change with housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights. We already noticed stains on our bed sheet and pillow cases prior to us using the bed, but since we are too tired, we still slept on it. Until the 3rd day, we have to call house keeping to let them know that the sheets have not been changed. In my surprise, i was told that we need to request for a sheet change by calling them. (Have not done this in our other stays in other hotels). Anyways, instead of the person pacifying me, she was defensive when i called.

C'était bien

J'aime beaucoup l'emplacement de cet hôtel. Le personnel était sympathique et l'hôtel était propre. Le prix était abordable. Beth de Tripcentral est formidable et elle nous a fourni tous les détails nécessaires à l'avance. Elle était prête à répondre à toutes nos questions.

It was good I love the location of this hotel. The staff were friendly and it was clean. It was affordable. Beth from Tripcentral is amazing and she provided all the details needed before hand. She was ready to answer any questions we had.

Belle station balnéaire

Bon personnel, bon accès au strip, les machines à sous doivent être payées plus cher...Magasins décents sur le site. Les chambres étaient de taille moyenne, mais il faudrait un réfrigérateur dans chaque chambre. Je n'ai pas assisté à des spectacles sur le site, mais on m'a dit qu'ils étaient bons.

Nice resort Good staff, good access to strip, slots need to pay out more ...Decent shopping on site. Rooms were average size, but need to have fridge in every room. Didn't do any shows on site, but was told they were good.

Excalibur est un centre de villégiature à prix raisonnable.

J'ai aimé l'Excalibur après qu'ils aient corrigé notre réservation. Nous avons été placés dans une chambre pour handicapés. Ce qui n'était pas ce à quoi je m'attendais. Nous avons dû attendre d'être transférés dans la chambre que nous avions réservée. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Les chambres étaient un peu vieilles mais tout le linge était blanc et frais. Les piscines étaient très accueillantes. Il était parfois difficile d'obtenir une chaise longue. De plus, l'emplacement à l'extrémité du strip signifiait beaucoup de marche ou l'utilisation du service de bus à 8$ par jour. Ce que nous avons fait.

Excalibur is a reasonably priced resort. I did like the Excalibur after they got our reservation correct. We were put in a disabled room. Which was not what I was expecting. We had to wait to be transferred to the room we reserved. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit old but all the linen was white and fresh. The pools were very inviting. Getting a lounge chair was at time difficult. The restaurants were ok not spectacular and very over priced. Also the location being at the far end of the strip meant a lot of walking or using the 8$ a day bus service. Which we did.

L'hôtel était assez standard et les chambres un peu datées. Le personnel était correct, mais l'hôtel n'avait rien de spécial, mais il est bien situé et son prix est raisonnable pour ce que vous obtenez. Le casino et le hall sont bien entretenus.

Good for what you pay for The hotel was pretty stock standard and a bit dated in the rooms. Staff were ok however this hotel was nothing special but it is in a decent location and reasonably priced for what you get. The casino and the lobby are well taken care of.

Propre et tranquille

L'hôtel est très bien situé au début du boulevard Las Vegas. Les chambres sont propres mais un peu vieillottes. Les lits étaient confortables. Le bâtiment était très calme à l'exception de l'étage où se trouvait le casino.

Clean and Quite Hotel is in a great location at the beginning of Las Vegas Blvd. Rooms are clean but a little out dated. Beds were comfortable. Building was very quiet with the exception of the floor that the Casino was on.

Un bon rapport qualité-prix

Cet hôtel est excellent pour le prix. Tout est accessible à pied. De plus, si vous jouez au poker, vous récupérez vos frais de séjour. Chaque fois que vous jouez 5 heures, vous récupérez une nuit de frais ! On ne peut pas se tromper avec cet hôtel !!!! Food court sur le niveau supérieur tram à d'autres casinos / hôtels. Comme je l'ai dit, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix !

Great Bang for your Buck This hotel is great for the price. Within walking distance to everything. Also if you play poker you get your resort fee back. Every 5 hours gets 1 night back in fees! Can’t go wrong with his hotel!!!! Food court on upper level tram to other casinos/hotels. Like I said best bang for your buck!

Grand centre de villégiature

J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux complexes 5 étoiles à Las Vegas, mais je peux dire que l'Excalibur, qui est un 3*, est aussi satisfaisant qu'un 5* La chambre est propre, les environs sont bien entretenus et propres, le personnel est très serviable (personnel de nettoyage, personnel du hall, serveurs, tout le monde est très agréable) Je reviendrai sans aucun doute à l'hôtel pour un combat de l'UFC cette année

Great resort I have stayed in many 5 star resorts in Las Vegas, however, I can say that excalibur being a 3* meets the satisfaction as a 5* Room is clean, surroundings are well manicured and clean.staff is so helpful( cleaning staff, lobby staff, servers everyone is so pleasant) I will definitely stay there again.Actually will be back for a UFC fight this year

Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Ce centre de villégiature est agréable ! Il est proche du MGM et de New York, New York, donc il est très facile et rapide de se promener dans les rues piétonnes si vous voulez prendre le bus local, le Deuce. Oui, il y a une petite odeur de cigarette, mais on peut fumer dans la plupart des casinos de Vegas, pas dans les chambres, et on ne la sent pas non plus. À l'étage, il y a tellement de boutiques et de restaurants et le buffet était EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Un peu cher mais ce n'est pas un petit b [... lire plus]uffet moyen. Les chambres sont propres et grandes, l'inconvénient est qu'il n'y a pas de cafetière, de réfrigérateur ou de micro-ondes (parce qu'ils veulent que vous achetiez à l'hôtel, environ 4,50 pour un petit café). Les frais de séjour sont moyens pour Vegas, à part le wifi, on ne sait pas trop ce qu'il apporte. Le casino est très grand, il y a plusieurs restaurants et bars à l'étage principal, nous avons vraiment apprécié les groupes de musique en direct au bar country. C'était la semaine du PBR, il y avait donc beaucoup de cow-boys. Dans l'ensemble, je dirais que j'y séjournerais à nouveau ! C'est agréable et propre, nous avons gagné un peu d'argent au casino, il y a beaucoup de jeux, le personnel est sympathique, l'enregistrement et le départ sont faciles. Un voyage très agréable, j'adore Las Vegas ! Ce commentaire ne concerne que l'hôtel....Je n'aborderai pas la partie Air Canada....

Wonderful resort This resort is nice! It's close to MGM and New York, New York so walking through the pedways is super easy and fast if you want to catch the local bus, the deuce. Yes it' s a little smell of cigarettes but you can smoke in most casinos in Vegas, the rooms you can't and you can't smell it there either. Upstairs there are so many shops and restaurants and the buffet was AMAZING! A little pricy but it's not your small average buffet. The rooms are clean and big, down side is there is no coffee maker, fridge or microwave (because they want you to buy at the resort, approx. 4.50 for a small coffee).Up side there is a safe in the room. Resort fees are average for Vegas, other than wifi not sure what it provides. The casino is very large, there are several restaurants and bars on the main floor, we really enjoyed the live bands at the country bar. It was PBR week so there were lots of cowboys around this week. Overall I'd have to say I would stay there again! It's nice and clean, we won a little money at the casino, lots of games to choose from, staff seemed nice, easy check in and out. A very pleasant trip, I love Las Vegas! This review is only of the hotel....I won't get into the Air Canada part of it....

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons apprécié tous les aspects de votre hôtel, en particulier le buffet. Bon service et grand choix d'aliments délicieux. Notre chambre était propre et avait une belle vue. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine. J'ai également remarqué beaucoup de familles et de personnes avec leurs chiens. Le seul problème était les fumeurs dans l'espace de jeu. Santé Guy

wonderful stay We enjoyed all aspects of your hotel, especially the buffet. Good service and a great selection of delicious foods. Our room was clean and had a great view. We will return again next year. I also noticed many families and people with their dogs. The only issue was the smokers in the gaming area. Cheers Guy

Vacances à Las Vegas

J'ai trouvé que l'hôtel Excaliber n'était pas génial. Notre chambre était très sombre car il y avait un mur de briques juste devant notre fenêtre qui ne laissait pas passer la lumière. Les lits étaient confortables. La douche était un peu sale. Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas jusqu'à ce que quelqu'un de la réception vienne le réparer. Le sèche-cheveux était recouvert de maquillage de quelqu'un. C'était dégoûtant. J'ai dû le laver. Il y avait un chariot dans le couloir pendant tout notre séj [... lire plus]our avec du linge sale et de la vieille nourriture du service d'étage. Il se trouvait à deux portes de notre chambre. La fumée au rez-de-chaussée était horrible. Les gens fumaient partout et dans les ascenseurs. Les autres hôtels où nous sommes allés n'étaient pas aussi mauvais. En dehors de l'hôtel, nos vacances ont été excellentes. La nourriture était chère.

Las Vegas Vacation I found the Excaliber Hotel was not great. Our room was very dark because there was a brick wall just outside our window which did not let any light in. The beds were comfortable. The shower was sort of grungy. The hair dryer did not work until I had someone from front desk come up and fixed it. The hair dryer had someone’s make up all over it. That was gross. I had to wash it off. There was a cart in the hall all our stay with dirty linen and old food from room service. It was 2 doors down from our room. The smoke all over main floor was horrible. People were smoking everywhere and in elevators. Other hotels that we went to were not as bad. Other than the hotel our holiday was great. Food was pricey.

Viva Las Vegas

L'Excalibar se fait un peu vieux mais c'est toujours un excellent hôtel pour passer un week-end génial. Le personnel était formidable. Dans le strip, près du sommet, idéal si vous aimez marcher. Les tables ne sont pas pleines et il y a du black jack à 5$ 24h/24 et 7j/7.

The Excalibar is getting a little old but it is still a great hotel to spend an awesome weekend in. Staff was great. In the strip near the top - great if you like to walk. Tables are not full and they have 5$ black jack 24/7.

Je ne reviendrai jamais ici !

Les chambres étaient très anciennes et n'étaient pas très propres. Nous avons séjourné sur la recommandation d'un ami et plusieurs chambres étaient réservées. Nous n'avons pas bénéficié du crédit de 15 dollars par jour que tous nos autres amis ont obtenu. L'odeur de fumée était épouvantable dans tout l'hôtel. Un verre vide sur le sol de notre couloir est resté là pendant les 5 jours de notre séjour. De même, un chariot de service de chambre est resté à l'extérieur d'une chambre pendant plusieurs [... lire plus] jours près de la chambre d'un autre de nos groupes. Je n'aime pas être dérangé à chaque entrée ou sortie de l'hôtel par le personnel pour savoir si nous avons besoin de billets. Je ne recommanderais cet hôtel à personne !!!!!!!!

Would never stay here again! The rooms were extremely dated and were not very clean. We stayed on a recommendation of a friend and multiple rooms booked. We did not get the resort credit $15/day that all of our other friends got. The smell of smoke was awful throughout the hotel. An empty glass on the floor in our hallway stayed there the entire 5 days we were there. Also a room service cart stayed outside a room for several days near another of our groups room. Don't like being bothered every time entering or leaving the hotel by staff about whether we needed tickets. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!!!

Plaisir et excitation

La chambre était correcte mais aurait pu utiliser un réfrigérateur pour garder les boissons au frais. Nous n'avons pas passé beaucoup de temps dans la chambre de toute façon. Les restaurants et les buffets étaient bons. Le buffet était bon pour le prix. Castle Coffee ne semblait jamais être ouvert mais Starbucks était à portée de main. Personnel sympathique dans tout le complexe. Je n'ai pas apprécié l'explication des "frais de séjour". C'était pour couvrir l'internet et le wifi (tout le monde l [... lire plus]'avait gratuitement, que vous séjourniez ou non). Pas de frais pour l'impression des cartes d'embarquement (l'internet était en panne sur les ordinateurs au moment où nous devions faire l'enregistrement de notre vol). Utilisation de la piscine (elle n'était vraiment pas assez chaude). La taxe de séjour ne nous a rien apporté. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. 3.5 sur 5

Fun and Excitement The room was okay but could have used a fridge to keep drinks cold. We didn’t spend much time in it anyway. Restaurants and Buffets were good. Buffet was good for the price. Castle Coffee never seemed to be open but Starbucks was within reach. Friendly staff throughout the resort. Didn’t appreciate the explanation for the “resort fee”. Was to cover the internet and wifi (everyone got this for free whether you were staying there or not). No charge to print boarding passes (internet was down on the computers at the time we needed to do our flight check in). Use of the pool (really wasn’t warm enough). The resort fee gave us nothing. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay. 3.5 out of 5

Endroit agréable

L'Excalibur se trouve dans un endroit formidable... la chambre était propre et l'endroit avait une bonne odeur... pour ceux qui ont voyagé, vous savez de quoi je parle... la nourriture était correcte... le casino était convivial... il faut plus de tables de black jack à 5$... dans l'ensemble, un excellent séjour.

Nice place The Excalibur was in a terrific spot..room was clean and the place had a nice smell.....for those of you who have traveled ,you know what I'm talking about...food was alright the casino was user friendly,,,,they need more 5$ black jack tables...over all a great stay..

Célébration du 50e anniversaire

Mes 4 sœurs et moi sommes allées à Las Vegas pour fêter les 50 ans de notre plus jeune sœur. Nous avons séjourné à l'Excalibur. Comme nous étions cinq, nous avions deux chambres. Ils ont été très accommodants en nous donnant des chambres adjacentes. Les chambres sont agréables. De bonne taille. Pas de réfrigérateur. Bonne nourriture. Les boissons alcoolisées sont très chères. La plupart des serveuses offrent des boissons gratuites, que vous jouiez ou non. Vegas est amusant. Il y a toujours q [... lire plus]uelque chose à faire. J'y retournerai.

50th bday celebration My 4 sisters and I went to Las Vegas to celebrate our youngest sister’s 50 birthday. We stayed at the Excalibur. Because there were five of us, we had two rooms. They were very accommodating by giving us adjoining rooms. Rooms are nice. Good size. No fridge. Good food. Alcoholic drinks are very expensive. Most waitresses will offer free drinks whether you are playing games or not. Vegas is fun. Always something to do. Will go back.
