Bon rapport qualité-prix...

Réserver au Comfort Suites était sans aucun doute le bon choix. Les installations, notamment la piscine, le restaurant et le hall, sont très bien entretenues. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Merci à Natasha qui s'est surpassée pour nous servir au petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est idéal pour bien commencer la journée, car Atlantis est réputé pour être très cher. Les chambres elles-mêmes semblent un peu vieillottes et auraient besoin d'être rénovées, mais pour passer la  [... lire plus]nuit et prendre une douche après une journée à Atlantis, elles sont tout à fait convenables. Et l'emplacement est excellent, à quelques pas seulement ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Value for money.... Booking the Comfort Suites was the right choice for sure. The grounds, including the pool, restaurant and lobby are well kept. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Thanks to Natasha at breakfast who went above & beyond for us. Having breakfast included just makes sense to get the day started off on the right foot as Atlantis is notoriously expensive. The rooms themselves are looking a little tired and in need of some updating but in terms of having a base to sleep & shower while spending the days at Atlantis it's just fine. And, the location is excellent - just a quick walk over! We would definitely stay here again.

Superbe voyage

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à l'hôtel Comfort Suites pendant les vacances de Noël. Accès facile à Atlantis et au village de la marina. L'accès au parc aquatique et à la plage de l'Atlantis est inclus. Tout le personnel était très sympathique et la chambre était propre. Nous y séjournerions à nouveau.

Awesome trip We had an amazing family trip and stay at comfort suites over the Christmas holidays. Easy access to Atlantis and marina village. Great to have water park and beach access at Atlantis included. All staff were very friendly and room was clean. Would stay again.

Étonnamment bon !

Je n'étais pas sûr de la qualité de cet endroit d'après les commentaires précédents. C'était mieux que prévu ! Sonia à la réception nous a accueillis avec un sourire et un service poli et utile. J'ai demandé un étage supérieur, ce qu'ils ont fait, et ils m'ont expliqué comment aller à Atlantis ce jour-là. Nous sommes arrivés trop tôt pour que notre chambre soit prête, mais Cedrics nous a aidés à mettre nos sacs en lieu sûr pour que nous puissions partir à la découverte. Un micro-ondes a été inst [... lire plus]allé dans notre chambre pour nous permettre de préparer facilement des petits repas. Le restaurant sur place a un service très lent au dîner (il semblait manquer de personnel) mais les prix étaient raisonnables pour la qualité de la nourriture. Le petit déjeuner changeait légèrement chaque jour et nous avons apprécié de ne pas avoir à dépenser plus d'argent pour la nourriture ! Deux épiceries sont facilement accessibles à pied. Très pratique pour accéder à la station Atlantis. Si je devais retourner sur cette île des Bahamas, je n'hésiterais pas à séjourner ici. La chambre était propre et notre femme de chambre Amanda a fait un excellent travail en nous donnant des bouteilles d'eau chaque matin pour nos aventures. La piscine était un peu froide mais il y avait un sauveteur en service pendant les heures d'ouverture. Le punch au rhum offert par les gérants trois fois par semaine est une touche agréable !

Surprisingly good! I wasn't sure how great this place would be based on the previous reviews. It was better than expected! Sonia at the front desk greeted us with a smile and polite and helpful service. I requested a top floor which they accomodated, and they explained how to get into Atlantis that day. We arrived too early for our room to be ready, but Cedrics helped us put our bags in their safe area so we could go out exploring. We had a microwave put in our room to make it easy to prepare some little dinners. The restaurant on site has very slow service at dinner (seemed understaffed) but the prices were reasonable for the food quality. Breakfast changed up slightly each day and we appreciated not having to spend the extra money on food! There are two grocery stores within easy walking distance. Super convenient to access Atlantis resort. If I had to go to this Bahaman island again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. The room was clean and our maid Amanda did a great job giving us water bottles each morning for our adventures. The pool was a little cold but had a lifeguard on duty for the opening hours. The managers rum punch social three times a week is a nice touch!

Grand hôtel, personnel extraordinaire !

De l'enregistrement au départ, nous n'avons eu aucun problème. Le personnel se met en quatre pour répondre à toutes les demandes, vous donner toutes les informations et les conseils, la chambre était d'une propreté étincelante. J'ai demandé une zone tranquille et je suis resté à la chambre 314, c'était fantastiquement calme !!! De plus, le forfait que nous avons acheté nous donne le droit d'utiliser toutes les installations d'Atlantis, ce qui est incroyable ! !! La plage est magnifique, et nou [... lire plus]s reviendrons certainement.

Great Hotel, amazing staff!! From the check in to the check out we had no issues.Staff goes out and about to accommodate any request, give you all the information and tips, room was sparkling clean. I ask for a quiet area and stayed at room 314, was fantastically quiet!! Plus the package we bought give us the pass to use all Atlantis facilities, which is amazing!! Beach is gorgeous, and we definitely will return.

Très beau complexe hôtelier

L'hôtel était très agréable et propre. Très bonne hospitalité. Le petit déjeuner du matin était une excellente façon de commencer la journée. La promenade jusqu'à Atlantis était très courte. C'était agréable de s'éloigner de l'Atlantis le soir. Beaucoup plus calme au Comfort Suites avec la piscine ouverte tard tous les soirs.

Very Nice Resort Hotel was very nice and clean. Great hospitality. Morning breakfast was a great way to start the day. Very short stroll to Atlantis. It was nice to get away from Atlantis at night. Much quieter at Comfort Suites with the pool open late each night.

Comfort Suites, Paradise Island, Bahamas, Atlantis

Nous avons passé 7 jours sur Paradise Island en mai-2017, nous avons séjourné dans les Comfort Suites. Le temps était excellent. Nous n'avons pas loué de voiture, nous avons marché partout. Le transfert de l'aéroport à l'hôtel était inclus, il fallait prendre un taxi pour le retour. Le magasin d'alcools (Bristol) sur Paradise Island est adéquat, pas besoin d'aller à Nassau. We spent 7 days on Paradise Island in May-2017, stayed in Comfort Suites. The weather was excellent. Did not rent a car, walked everywhere. Transfer from airport to hotel was included, had to get a taxi for the commute back. Liquor store (Bristol) on Paradise Island is adequate, no need to go to Nassau. Il n'y a rien de plus agréable !

Je viens de rentrer de l'hôtel Comfort Suites il y a 4 jours et j'ai été totalement impressionnée par la beauté des lieux et la beauté de la chambre. Cependant, la meilleure chose à propos de cet hôtel est le personnel incroyablement amical. J'ai voyagé dans de nombreux endroits auparavant, y compris dans deux hôtels différents sur Paradise Island, mais le personnel du Comfort Suites a été le plus serviable et le plus sympathique que j'aie jamais rencontré. Couldn't be nicer! I just returned from Comfort Suites 4 days ago and was totally impressed by the beautiful grounds and lovely room. However, the best thing about this hotel is the incredibly friendly staff. I have travelled to many places before, including 2 different hotels on Paradise Island, but the staff at the Comfort Suites was the most helpful and most personable I've ever encountered anywhere. This is now my choice of hotel on Paradise Island. :)
