Superbe plage !

La nourriture et le service étaient dans l'ensemble bons, mais la chambre était assez petite et très vieillotte. Nous avons appris que le complexe allait fermer pour des rénovations INDISPENSABLES. Comme je l'ai dit, la nourriture était plutôt bonne et le service également. Les animations étaient excellentes, l'équipe d'animation était omniprésente et les spectacles nocturnes étaient vraiment très divertissants !

Great Beach! The food and the service for the most part was good, the Room was pretty small and very dated. We came to find out the resort will be closing for some MUCH needed renovations. As I said , the food was quite good and the service was also vert good. Entertainment was top notch, the entertainment team was everywhere and the nightly shows were pretty darn.....entertaining!

Une semaine étonnante !

Nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits de notre séjour au Hard Rock, il était propre, tout le personnel était attentif, extrêmement amical et arrangeant. Un grand merci au serveur, Rafa, qui avait toujours le sourire, et à Cheyanne pour les meilleures omelettes. La nourriture était excellente, tout comme les divertissements ! Notre seul reproche concerne les gens de la multipropriété qui sont très insistants les deux premiers jours et encore une fois au moment du départ. Amazing week! We were extremely happy with our stay at the Hard Rock, it was clean, all of the staff were attentive, extremely friendly and accommodating. Shout out to the waiter, Rafa, who always had a smile, and Cheyanne for the best omelettes. The food was great, as well the entertainment ! Our only complaint was the time share people who are over the top pushy for the first couple of days and again on checkout. Otherwise an amazing week, we would come back again!

Fantastic Resort

L'un des meilleurs hôtels tout compris que j'ai visités. L'hôtel est plus ancien, mais le Hard Rock a été à la hauteur en termes de service, de propreté et d'équipements, la chambre était parfaite et l'entretien était détaillé et opportun. Le personnel était TOUT à fait extraordinaire et ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour vous, la nourriture était fantastique et il n'était pas nécessaire de réserver à l'avance, j'ai adoré ça ! One of the best all inclusive I have been to. Older resort but the Hard Rock delivered in service, cleanliness, and amenities and the room was perfect and house keeping were detailed and timely. The staff were ALL amazing and couldn't do enough for you, the food fantastic and no having to pre book, loved that! The grounds are all kept very well and the beach was amazing. Fantastic nightly entertainment. Highly recommend Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta

Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Je retournerais sérieusement dans ce complexe, très beau et bien entretenu, les terrains, les piscines et toute l'atmosphère étaient incroyables, le café est un must, les femmes du personnel sont si gentilles et font le maximum pour vous plaire. Le Zen est l'un des meilleurs, la nourriture est délicieuse, le service n°1, le Market n'était pas le meilleur, pour un buffet, il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options, quand ils disent nourriture américaine, il n'y en a pas beaucoup, il devrait y avoir plus d'o [... lire plus]ptions comme des pommes de terre, des frites, des pizzas et un bar à salades, et chaque buffet devrait avoir de la viande, le Brazilian est un must, vous voulez de la viande, ohhhh, il y en a tellement et le service est totalement wow....Je reviendrais dans ce complexe à l'avenir....

Amazing Resort I would seriously go back to this resort, very beautiful, and well maintained, the grounds,pools, and the whole atmosphere was amazing, the coffee shop is a must, the staff ladies are so nice,and go the mile to please you. The Zen is one if the best, food is delicious, #1 service, The Market, wasn't the greatest, for a buffet, there ain't alot of options at all, when they say American food, there ain't alot, should be more options like,potatoes, fries,pizza and salad bar,and every buffet should have meat, The Brazilian is a must ,you want meat, ohhhh ,so much of that there and the service is totally wow....I would return to this resort in the future....

Station propre et amusante !

Nous revenons d'un séjour de 7 jours dans cet hôtel. Du 29 octobre au 5 novembre. J'ai vraiment adoré la propriété et l'emplacement. Les chambres et l'hôtel étaient TRES propres. La musique jouée dans le hall et autour de l'hôtel était vraiment bonne ! J'aurais juste aimé qu'il y ait une piscine plus calme pour que les clients puissent s'asseoir et lire un livre avec une musique moins forte. La nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes. Le personnel était tous très amical, ce qui éta [... lire plus]it très agréable à voir. Quelques employés spéciaux ont fait des pieds et des mains pour rendre nos vacances meilleures ; 1) Miguel au bar du soleil - tout simplement sympathique et un bon barman. Toujours souriant et prêt à aider ! 2) Luis (je crois que c'est son nom) au restaurant Zen. Il travaillait dans la cuisine à sushis à l'avant et il nous a apporté des plats "spéciaux" hors menu. ILS ÉTAIENT INCROYABLES ! Il faut qu'il mette ses idées sur le menu ! 3) Magic Dee autour de la piscine était sympathique et demandait comment se passait la journée, il est venu nettoyer mes lunettes de soleil aussi ! Nous avons eu une bonne conversation avec lui ! Les tortues sont en train d'éclore comme des fous en ce moment, donc juste en face de l'hôtel vous pouvez regarder cette naissance étonnante !!! Les ascenseurs sont rapides et efficaces ! Le personnel d'animation avait toujours des choses amusantes à faire pendant la journée à la piscine. Le personnel de la réception qui récupérait les bagages dans les taxis et vous aidait à trouver un taxi était sympathique et efficace. La seule petite chose qui m'a irritée, c'est que d'autres clients étaient "membres". Nous n'avions aucune idée de ce dont il s'agissait ni de la façon d'obtenir cette adhésion. De nombreux clients ont expliqué qu'ils avaient pu profiter du complexe pour 1200 $ par couple. Nous avions payé 4000 $ par couple et nous ne savions pas pourquoi et comment il pouvait y avoir une telle différence. De plus, lorsque j'ai réservé avec Trip Central, j'ai choisi une chambre de catégorie supérieure mais j'ai eu l'impression que la chambre était ordinaire (propre) et que nous avions deux grands lits qu'ils ont poussés ensemble........ nous n'avons pas été en mesure de comprendre le surclassement et le coût par rapport à la valeur de ce centre de villégiature. Clean and fun resort! We just returned from a 7 day vacation at this hotel. Oct 29 - Nov 5. I really loved the property and the location. Rooms and resort was VERY clean. Music playing in lobby and around resort was really good! Just wished there was a "quieter" pool for guest to sit at and read a book with music that isn't so loud. The food and drinks overall were excellent. The staff were all very friendly which was really good to see. A few special employees that went out of their way to make our vacation better; 1)Miguel in the sun bar - just friendly and a good bartender. Always a smile and willing to help! 2)Luis (I think is his name) in the Zen restaurant. He was working the sushi kitchen in front and he brought us some "special" off the menu items. THEY WERE AMAZING!! HE needs to get those ideas on the menu!! 3) Magic Dee around the pool was friendly asking how the day was going, he came and cleaned my sunglasses too! We had good conversation with him! The turtles are hatching like crazy right now so right in front of the hotel you could watch this amazing birth!!! The elevators a FAST and efficient! The entertainment staff always had fun things going on during the day at the pool. The front bell staff getting luggage out of the taxis and assisting you with getting a taxi were all friendly and efficient. The only small thing I was irritated about was that other guests were ``member's`` We had no idea what this was about or how to get this membership. Many guests explained that they were able to enjoy the resort for $1200 a couple. We had paid $4000 a couple and were unsure as to why and how there could be such a difference. In addition, when I booked with Trip Central I choose a higher category room but felt the room was plain (clean) and we had 2 queen beds that they pushed together........ we were unable to understand the upgrade and cost to value on this resort. Bon service

Très bel endroit. Pas trop grand et le service était exceptionnel. Nous avons aimé les lits de jour. La nourriture était assez bonne aussi. La plage était propre. Les chambres étaient un peu petites mais nous étions au huitième étage et avions une bonne vue.

Good service Very nice place. Not to big and the service was outstanding. We liked the day beds. Food was pretty good too. Beach was clean. The rooms were a little small but we were on the eighth floor and had a good view.

Ok resort - très petit

Le service était excellent et les chambres et le terrain étaient très propres - la salle de bain est très très petite. Les lits étaient superbes. Meilleur moment du voyage. La nourriture était juste correcte, pas géniale. Il n'y a pas assez de choix car il s'agit d'un très petit complexe. Il faut payer pour le homard et il n'y a pas assez de fruits de mer au menu. L'eau n'était pas ce à quoi je m'attendais - très sablonneuse La plage était douce et sablonneuse - très agréable Les pisci [... lire plus]nes étaient petites L'alcool était très bon mais vous pouvez obtenir de la Corona dans votre chambre mais pas au bar, ce qui n'a aucun sens La lumière de la nuit est très ennuyeuse, tout comme la journée. Il n'y a pas d'activités à proprement parler. Je n'ai pas assisté aux spectacles le soir car ils sont les mêmes dans tous les complexes. Michael Jackson, cirque, spectacles de feu. Tous les mêmes trucs ennuyeux. La meilleure partie était les gens que nous avons rencontrés et avec qui nous avons ri. Je ne retournerai pas dans ce complexe. ok resort - very small Service was excellent and rooms and grounds were very clean - bathroom is very very small. Beds were awesome. Best part of the trip. Food was just okay, not great. Not enough selection as this is a very very small resort. You have to pay for lobster and not enough seafood on the menu. Water was not what I expected - very sandy Beach was soft and sandy - very nice Pools were small Booze was very good but you can get Corona in your room but not at the bar which makes no sense Nighlight is very boring and so is the daytime. No real activities to write about. Did not go to the shows at night as they are the same in all resorts. Michael Jackson, circus, fire shows. All the same boring stuff. Best part was people that we met and laughed with. Will not go back to this resort. It's just barely a 4star and we travel A LOT. Nicole Doucet

Superbe station, excellent moment !

Le Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta était extraordinaire ! Le terrain était propre et il était facile de s'y déplacer. La petite taille de l'hôtel est impressionnante. La nourriture était excellente, le service était remarquable et les chambres étaient propres et de grande taille. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Awesome resort, excellent time! The Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta was amazing! The grounds were clean and easy to manoevre around. The smaller size of the resort was awesome. Food was great, service was outstanding.The rooms were clean and a great size. We will definitely be back!

Excellente station

Le personnel était très sympathique et efficace, on sentait qu'ils se mettaient en quatre pour nous offrir des vacances réussies, propres et bien gérées, la nourriture était géniale, le seul point négatif était qu'il n'y a pas de balcon dans les chambres standard

Excellent resort Great service staff was very friendly and efficient really felt they bent over backwards to provide a great vacation.Clean and well run food was awesome the only negative was there are no balconies on the standard rooms
