Superbe endroit

Très bel hôtel, très bons restaurants, plongée avec masque et tuba directement depuis le quai de l'hôtel, superbes boutiques à proximité. Le service de ménage était fantastique. Mais le meilleur, ce sont les gens. Pour n'en citer que quelques-uns - Bestabe, Allen, Juan, Perla et tant d'autres. Ils sont orientés vers le service, efficaces, mais avant tout, ils nous font sentir spéciaux. Je peux dire que nous avons trouvé beaucoup, beaucoup d'amis là-bas. Merci pour votre grand cœur

Great spot Very nice hotel, great restaurants, snorkelling right out of hotel dock, great shopping near by. Housekeeping service was fantastic. But the best part are the people. Just to name a few - Bestabe, Allen, Juan, Perla and so many others. Service oriented, efficient, but first of all making us feel special. I can say that we found many, many friends out there. Thank you for your big heart

Un personnel merveilleux et attentif !

Nous avons récemment séjourné au Cozumel Palace et avons passé un agréable séjour. Bien qu'il ne soit pas du même calibre que le Playacar Palace, le personnel était très serviable et attentif. Nous préférons les hébergements réservés aux adultes et ne recommandons pas cet hôtel si vous recherchez des vacances tranquilles et relaxantes. Il y avait de plus en plus de monde, probablement parce que c'était Noël, mais le bruit dans les couloirs et dans l'hôtel est devenu un problème pour no [... lire plus]us. Il y avait également très peu de communication en ce qui concerne les événements qui se déroulaient dans l'hôtel. Enfin, nous n'avons pas été très enthousiastes ou impressionnés par les pressions exercées par les vendeurs pour nous inciter à acheter dans le complexe. C'était agréable d'être à l'écart, et si vous recherchez un petit complexe familial convivial, c'est celui qu'il vous faut.

Wonderful and Attentive Staff! We recently stayed at the Cozumel Palace and overall had a pleasant stay. While it is not of the same caliber as the Playacar Palace, the Staff were very helpful and attentive. We prefer Adults only accommodations and would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. It became increasingly busy, more than likely due to it being Christmas, but the noise in the hallways and in the hotel became an issue for us. There was also very little communication wirh regards to events that were happening at the resort. Finally, we were not overly thrilled or impressed with sales pressure to buy into the resort. It was nice to be away, and if you are looking for a small family friendly resort than this is a resort for you.

Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Nous avons adoré Tout dans ce centre de villégiature. La nourriture, l'emplacement, mais surtout le personnel extraordinaire. Ils sont toujours heureux et souriants et font de ce centre de villégiature ! Le service est excellent partout. Les spectacles étaient amusants et le personnel de divertissement est très doué pour faire participer les gens.

wonderful resort We loved Everything about this resort. The food, the location, but most of all the amazing staff. They are always happy and smiling and make this resort!! Great service all around. The shows were fun and the entertainment staff are great at getting folks involved.

Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

Les employés étaient formidables, la station très propre, le service impeccable... Le soleil et le temps étaient incroyables ! Les piscines, la plongée avec tuba, les boissons fraîches, tout était excellent ! Les activités nocturnes étaient également très divertissantes

Fantastic resort The workers were great, the resort very clean,the service impeccable ‼️The sun the weather amazing! The pools, the snorkelling the cool beverages all was excellent! The night activities were also very entertaining
