Nous avons hésité entre le Monarch avec cuisine et un hôtel normal. Ayant été à Maui, nous savions que les repas au restaurant étaient très chers et nous avons donc choisi le Monarch. Nous avons été très déçus par la première chambre qu'ils nous ont attribuée (épouvantable !) et nous en avons obtenu une autre le lendemain matin, heureusement sans trop de problèmes. La deuxième suite était encore datée et le matelas littéralement sur ressorts mais la cuisine était fonctionnelle et moins effrayan [... lire plus]te. Sans la vue fabuleuse et le personnel sympathique, cet endroit ne mériterait qu'une étoile ! Les fenêtres sont bon marché et vous entendez tout, même à 28 étages, et il se passe beaucoup de choses en permanence. L'emplacement n'est qu'à quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage, donc c'était bien. Nous ne reviendrons PAS !

The Pictures Are Misleading! We debated between the Monarch with kitchen and a regular hotel set-up. Having been to Maui, we knew eating out is very expensive so we chose the Monarch. We were hugely disappointed with the room they first assigned us (terrible!) and got a new room the next morning luckily with little fuss. The second suite was still dated and the mattress literally on springs but the kitchen was functional and less scary. If not for the fabulous view and nice staff, this place would barely rate a star! The windows are cheap so you hear everything even 28 floors up and there is a lot going on all the time. Location is only a couple blocks from the beach so that was good. We would NOT return!

Chambres correctes pour le prix.

L'hôtel était très propre. Les chambres sont peut-être un peu vieillottes mais il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait et on s'en est bien occupé. J'y séjournerais à nouveau. La kitchenette était très bien. Le personnel de l'accueil était sympathique et serviable.

Good rooms for price. Hotel was very clean. Rooms may be a bit dated but had everything needed and were well taken care of. I would stay there again. Kitchenette was great. The staff at the front were friendly and helpful.

L'emplacement, l'emplacement, l'emplacement

nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à plusieurs reprises, nous aimons l'emplacement et les personnes qui gèrent l'hôtel. Nous avons été surclassés d'un studio à un appartement d'une chambre sans même avoir à le demander merci beaucoup nous reviendrons

location, location, location we stayed in this hotel many times we like the location and people who managing the hotel. We received the upgrade from studio to 1 bedroom apartment without even asking thank you very much we will be back

Merveilleux séjour ! 5 étoiles pour le service à la clientèle !

L'Aqua Pacific Monarch était parfait pour notre séjour à Waikiki. L'hôtel se trouve à 5 minutes de la plage et les chambres semblent avoir été récemment rénovées, elles sont très propres et modernes. Le personnel est formidable ! Ils sont tous extrêmement gentils et sincères. Nous avons changé de chambre à la moitié de notre séjour et ils ont été très accommodants, nous avons été accueillis à chaque fois que nous sommes entrés ou sortis de l'hôtel. L'eau citronnée à la réception était très appré [... lire plus]ciée après les longues journées passées sur la plage, sans parler des cocktails gratuits et de l'heure de l'hospitalité le mercredi ! Continuez comme ça, vous êtes géniaux !

Wonderful stay! 5 stars for Guest Services! The Aqua Pacific Monarch was perfect for our stay in Waikiki. The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach and the rooms look as though they have been recently updated, very clean and modern. The staff is awesome! They are all extremely kind and genuine. We upgraded our room half way into our stay and they were so accommodating, we were greeted every time we walked in or out of the hotel. The lemon water on the front desk was greatly appreciated after those long days on the beach, not the mention the complimentary cocktails and hospitality hour on Wednesday! Keep it up, you guys rock!

Emplacement parfait

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné du 29 au 30 octobre. L'emplacement était formidable. L'hôtel n'est qu'à deux pâtés de maisons de la plage. Notre chambre du 11ème étage avait également une vue partielle sur l'océan, une surprise inattendue. Nous avons trouvé la chambre très bien aménagée, propre et le lit était très confortable pour nous. La piscine sur le toit offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan et les sites environnants. Perfect Location My husband and myself stayed October 29th to the 30th. The location was so terrific. It was only 2 blocks away from the beach. Our 11th floor room also had a partial view of the ocean, an unexpected surprise. We found the room was very well appointed, clean and the bed was very comfortable for us. The rooftop pool has a wonderful view of the ocean and surrounding sites. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We would definitely stay again if we return to Hawaii
