Perfect Hotel

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Cancun Arenas from February 22-29 2015. We were totally satisfied with this hotel. We arrived at approximately 12:30pm and thought we would have to wait till 3 for our room as this has happened in every hotel I've been in. However we were immediately given our room. We also requested a cot for the 3rd person and just as porter bringing our luggage into room the cot arrived. In other hotels in Mexico we have waited days for a cot. The hotel room was bright, big, and v [... lire plus]ery clean. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for it was small and quiet. Another thing was its location. It was close to several shopping malls either a short bus ride or taxi ride away. And as my friends and I love to shop it was perfect. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and alcoholic drinks very good. We will return to this hotel

I wouldn't go back

Yes, price is right but the hotel, food and service are just acceptable, and I'm NOT a picky person, if you're planning to go on day trips and weather is nice then your just ok. Stuck at hotel? No way!

Not too bad

The resort,people and food were really good.The only problem we had with this place was the beach or should I say lack of. The beach was very small and water was very dirty and nowhere to swim. Other than that it wasent too bad.

Not worth the money!!!!!

This resort if thats what u want to call it is not worth your money. The rooms were clean however do not ask for a fridge they do not have one do not ask them to change your money because they never have any to change do not ask for bacon or sausage they never have that either. The food is always the same and cold. If u like refried beans for breakfast lunch and dinner then this is the place for u. The beach is full of seaweed. And do not deal with BD Travel at this resort they give u false info [... lire plus]rmation and argue with u before they give you your money back. The bar staff and the waiters try there best. The weather was beautiful but u can get that at a better resort please pay the extra amount and stay away from here.

Good for the price

Grounds we're clean Public area clean Pool cold and small Rooms clean Limited buffet but what was there was good No included wine for a all included had to pay extra for wine Nothing else to had Luv Cancun Would go back

Great small rezort

Rooms and bedding were clean..hotel well maintained ..staff was courteous and friendly...Food was good ..better than most 3 stars I've been in...hotel was close to down town...a wide variety of guests from all over

Very nice resort

The staff at this resort is amazing The meals are exceptional. Was very satisfied no one could go hungry here. The Italian a la carte was excellent. Rooms clean. I found one pool cold, this was the only one we hung at. The waiters were very attentive, Service was better then i had ever had. Just NO disco, and i love to dance.

Five stars sand

Hotel and room not really good but sand on beach amazing but if you like to swim go to public beach, staff very friendly and helpful, food not bad, souvenirs you can by cheaper in Mexican Store, alcohol, food and drink in Supermarket

Almost Perfect

This hotel was very very clean, the people were great, the service was excellent and the only thing I would make sure of next time I go to Cancun is that the hotel is on the beach and in the sun all day. Because the sun was not on the hotel beach side most of the day the pools were too cool and were not really even used.
