Après des dizaines d'années de voyage, le Playacar Palace s'est avéré être la meilleure expérience hôtelière que ma femme et moi ayons connue. Du service d'étage aux serveurs de la plage et de la piscine, en passant par le personnel du (des) restaurant(s), le terrain et la nourriture, notre séjour ici a été exceptionnel !

The Best After dozens of years travelling, Playacar Palace has proven to be the best hotel experience my wife and I have encountered. From the room service, to the beach/ pool servers, to the restaurant(s) staff, the grounds and food/ dining our time here was tops!

Emplacement parfait et nourriture délicieuse !

La nourriture était délicieuse, fraîche et il y en avait pour tous les goûts. La plage était propre et sûre. Le complexe, y compris notre suite, était propre, moderne et de taille parfaite... ni trop grand, ni trop petit. Le personnel était courtois, amical et amusant ! Le seul inconvénient est qu'il y avait des travaux à l'extérieur de l'hôtel ainsi qu'à l'embarcadère du ferry de Playa Del Carmen. Dans l'ensemble, c'était parfait !

Perfect location and great food! The food was delicious, fresh and there was something for everyone. The beach was clean and safe. The resort, including our suite, was clean, modern and the perfect size...not too big, not too small. The staff were courteous, friendly and fun! The only downfall was they were doing some exterior work to the resort as well as the Playa Del Carmen ferry pier. All in all, it was perfect!
