Excellent !!

Le personnel de l'hôtel était formidable et le complexe est excellent ! La cuisine était délicieuse et il y avait l'embarras du choix. Je le recommanderais sans hésiter à mes amis et à ma famille ! La plage est spectaculaire et accessible en seulement 5 minutes en navette. Les lieux sont propres et les boissons sont délicieuses !

Hotel staff were amazing and the resort is excellent ! Food was delicious and so much to choose from. Would recommend to friends and family! Beach is spectacular and just a 5 min shuttle . The grounds are clean and drinks are delicious !

L'hôtel était correct… Les chambres étaient correctes, la salle de bain était très petite… Le lit était très dur, c'était juste une chambre standard… La piscine était sympa aussi… Il y a une plage, mais pas très grande… La nourriture était excellente, j'ai adoré tous les repas… Le personnel était très sympathique et aimable… Mais je dirais que cet hôtel s'adresse plutôt aux couples…

Good resort The resort was ok..rooms was ok bathroom was very small.. bed was very hard just a standard room..also pool was nice .. they have a beach not to big.. the food was amazing loved every meal.. the staff was very friendly and kind…but resort is for couples I would say..

Superbe complexe hôtelier

Warwick était génial. L'ambiance était très conviviale, avec de nombreuses activités jour et nuit pour petits et grands. La nourriture était bonne et le service encore meilleur. La vue depuis notre balcon était à couper le souffle, la chambre était propre, rien à redire. Le personnel était très attentionné. L'hôtel était situé à quelques pas du casino Atlantis et de la grande plage (Cabbage Beach). Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Great resort Warwick was great. Very social atmosphere, lots of activities all day and night for both young and old. The food was good and service even better. The view from our balcony was breath taking, room was clean, no complaints. The staff were very accommodating. Location was within walking distance to Atlantis casino and the bigger beach (Cabbage beach). We will definitely go again.

Séjour à l'hôtel Warwick

L'hôtel lui-même est vieillot et aurait besoin d'être rénové. Les chambres sont petites. Le personnel est très sympathique. La piscine est la partie la plus agréable de l'hôtel. Il faudrait proposer davantage d'options pour les repas et le fait de devoir réserver au restaurant un jour à l'avance est également dépassé. Les hôtels où j'ai séjourné ne fonctionnent plus ainsi. L'hôtel est très proche de l'Atlantis, ce qui était agréable pour y passer du temps.

Hotel stay Warwick The hotel itself is outdated and needs a makeover. Rooms are small. Staff is very friendly. The pool area is the nicest part of the hotel. Needs to have more options for dining and having to book the restaurant a day in advance is outdated as well. Hotels that I have been too don't reserve like that anymore. Very close to the Atlantis which was nice to have to spend time at.

Le Warwick était génial. Choix de nourriture, personnel amical, terrain, piscine, plage, beaucoup de choses à faire. Il a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Très relaxant et facile d'accès. Proche d'Atlantis, de Margaritaville et du ferry de Paradise Island.

Un hôtel et un personnel fantastiques

Mes frères et sœurs et moi-même avons surpris ma mère en lui offrant 5 jours de vacances pour son 60e anniversaire. Ma mère n'était jamais allée aux Bahamas et elle n'a pas été déçue une seule minute. Mme Debbie a été exceptionnelle en fournissant un service qui ressemblait à celui d'une amie. Ajah a organisé le dîner surprise de ma mère en fournissant de petits détails parfaits. Brenda, au spa, a offert à ma mère un massage de 1,5 heure qui l'a laissée reposée, calme et souriante. Le personne [... lire plus]l du complexe était très agréable, professionnel, accueillant et amical. Le chef a préparé un magnifique dîner de homard à la perfection et n'a pas manqué de saveur. Ma mère a été impressionnée par la barre d'appui dans la baignoire, une chose qu'elle ne voit jamais dans les hôtels, et elle a trouvé que c'était un très bon dispositif de sécurité. Le personnel de ménage a été aimable et serviable lorsque ma mère a eu besoin de faire cuire sa robe à la vapeur et a fait un excellent travail d'entretien de la chambre. Le seul inconvénient pour ma mère était le manque de divertissements nocturnes. Sinon, ce complexe méritait bien un 5*. Ma mère ne voulait pas partir et reviendrait certainement pour un autre séjour. La nourriture, le service, la plage, les vues, le service, tout est GAGNANT. Merci à Warwick Paradise Island d'avoir fait du 60ème anniversaire de ma mère la meilleure expérience qu'elle aurait pu demander.

Super Fantastic Resort and Staff My siblings and I surprised my mom with a 5 day vacation for her 60th birthday here. My mom has never been to Bahamas and there was not a minute of disappointment. Ms. Debbie was exceptional in providing service that felt like a friend. Ajah arranged my mom's surprised dinner providing small perfect details. Brenda in the Spa provided an 1.5 massage which left my mom rested, calm and smiling. The staff within the resort were very pleasant, professional, welcoming and friendly. The chef prepared a beautiful Lobster dinner with perfection and did not miss on the flavor. My mom was impressed with the grab bar in the bathtub which is something she never sees in hotels and thought this was a very good safety feature. Housekeeping were friendly and helpful when my mom needed her dress steamed and did a great job maintaining the room. The only con my mother had was nightly entertainment was lacking. otherwise this resort earned every bit of the 5*. My mom did not want to leave and would most assuredly return for another stay. Food, service, beach, views, service, everything is a WIN. Thank you Warwick Paradise Island for making my mom's 60th birthday the best experience she could've asked for.

Amazing Resort !! This resort is perfect if you’re looking for exceptional! The staff and services at the Warwick were above and beyond our expectations . The food at the el a carts are changing regularly, so it’s not always the same menu . ( the food was by far the best food we have had at any all inclusive resort .) The staff remember your name and treat you like royalty . The cleaning staff were amazing and Michelle Williams couldn’t do enough for us , Always asking if we needed anything special . she gave us recommendations, for our stay . Hôtel Warwick

Je n'étais pas satisfaite de la vue de ma chambre qui donnait sur le toit. Tous les matins, ils rénovaient les chambres, la plage était artificielle, j'ai dû prendre un bus pour aller à la plage de Cabbage. La nourriture était incroyable et le personnel était très sympathique.

Warwick Hotel I was not happy with my room's view it was facing the roof. Every morning they were renovating the rooms, the beach was man made, I had to take a bus to Cabbage beach. The food was Amazing and the staff was very friendly.

Très belle station balnéaire

Très beau complexe, notre climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons dû appeler la maintenance pour qu'elle vienne la réparer. Dans l'ensemble, le service était très bon. Les chambres étaient propres ainsi que le terrain. Si vous réservez une chambre, assurez-vous qu'elle a une vue sur le balcon = sinon la vue sur l'île est un peu décevante

Really nice resort Very nice resort, our AC wasn't working and had to keep calling maintenance to come and fix it. Overall service was very good. Rooms were clean and so were the grounds. Make sure if you book a room - specifically have to book for a balcony view = otherwise the island view is a bit dissapointing

L'hôtel est incroyable, nous avons rencontré beaucoup de gens sympathiques ! Le personnel est formidable et amical. Marvin, à la réception, est exceptionnel ! Il a surclassé notre chambre car nous avions l'impression que nous aurions un balcon et que notre réfrigérateur serait rempli de bières ! Les barmans Jamal et Micheal sont également remarquables

Amazing resort The hotel is amazing we met lots of nice people! The staff ate amazing and friendly Marvin at the front desk is outstanding! He upgraded out room as we were under the impression that we would have a balcony and our fridge would be loaded with beer! The bartenders Jamal and Micheal we outstanding as well

Quatrième fois en quatre ans

Nous adorons cet hôtel. C'est une expérience très différente des immenses complexes hôteliers de Paradise Island. Il y a une petite plage sur le site et il y a tant de choses à observer depuis l'immense terrasse (10 000 m²) sur l'eau qui surplombe Nassau... des bateaux de pêche, des ferries, des bateaux de transport et des méga yachts. La piscine est immense et à peine utilisée, et il y a aussi une piscine d'eau douce. Pas un seul reproche à faire à ce centre de villégiature ! Fourth time in four years We love this hotel. It is a very different experience from the huge resorts on Paradise Island. Although it is not right on Cabbage Beach, it is just a five minute walk or you can take the shuttle There is a small beach on site and there is so much to watch from the huge (10 000 sq ft ) deck on the water overlooking Nassau…fishing boats, ferries, transport boats, and mega yachts. The pool is huge and hardly used plus there is a lap pool. Not a single complaint about this resort! Above all, the staff is the best. They are genuine and love to have fun with guests. We’ll be back next year!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment au Warwick. La nourriture était excellente. Les chambres et les salles de bains mériteraient d'être rénovées, mais nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Great time at the Warwick We had a great time at the Warwick. The food was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms could use an update but we had what we needed. The people are amazing. They are kind and always willing to help. We would return. Thank you to the Warwick Staff.

Parfait à tous points de vue

L'hôtel était très propre, la nourriture était excellente et très variée, le terrain était très propre, le personnel était très amical et serviable, l'entretien ménager était très bon J'y séjournerais à nouveau et j'en parlerai à mes amis.

Notre mari et moi avons séjourné pendant 7 jours. Tout le personnel était très sympathique et arrangeant. Les buffets du petit déjeuner et du dîner étaient très variés et les plats changeaient tous les jours. Nous avons également apprécié les restaurants à la carte. Les divertissements sont excellents et les gens sont très sympathiques. Il y avait un large éventail d'activités tout au long de la journée, ce qui la rendait toujours intéressante et amusante. La plage était privée et petite, c [... lire plus]e qui empêchait les vendeurs de vous déranger. Les chambres étaient correctes, mais elles mériteraient d'être rénovées et repeintes. En particulier, les salles de bains et la plomberie mériteraient d'être améliorées, mais dans l'ensemble, le séjour a été très agréable. Nous avons apprécié tous les bateaux et les yachts. Nous étions à distance de marche de la marina, d'Atlantis et de la plage de Cabbage. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu droit au transfert de l'aéroport, ce qui était très gênant, et les taxis étaient chers, sans parler des frais de séjour qui s'ajoutaient au prix de l'hôtel. Le personnel est ce qui fait le charme de l'hôtel.

Quaint and cozy resort Husband and I stayed for 7 days. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a great selection at the breakfast and dinner buffets and always different food everyday. We also enjoyed the a la carte restaurants. Great entertainment and friendly people. There was a wide range of activities throughout the day which always made it interesting and fun. The beach was private and small which prevented vendors from bothering you. The rooms were ok but they could use some upgrading and fresh paint. In particular, the bathrooms and plumbing could use upgrading but all in all it was a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed all the ships and yachts. We were walking distance to the marina, Atlantis and Cabbage beach. Unfortunately we were not provided with airport transfers which was very inconvenient and the taxis were expensive, not to mention the resort fees over and above the price. The staff is what made the resort.

Nous avons toujours passé nos vacances à Nassau ou à Aruba et cette fois-ci, nous avons choisi le Warwick Island Resort. Nous étions un peu inquiets car cet hôtel était un peu plus petit que les hôtels dans lesquels nous avons séjourné. Nous n'avons pas eu à nous inquiéter, en fait je dirais que l'hôtel était meilleur que nos séjours précédents. Les gens étaient très sympathiques, la nourriture était toujours fraîche, très variée et savoureuse. Chaque soir un plat différent, quelle variété [... lire plus], le buffet était si excellent que nous n'avons pas pris la peine de réserver un menu à la carte. Au bord de la piscine, il y avait toujours des chaises longues disponibles, vous n'aviez pas à vous soucier de laisser des serviettes dessus. L'emplacement est idéal, on peut observer tous les bateaux et les yachts qui circulent sur les voies navigables. Les chambres étaient spacieuses.

Terrific Resort We have always vacationed in Nassau or Aruba and this time chose the Warwick Island resort. We were a little concerned as this hotel was a little smaller than the hotels we have stayed at. We did not need to worry about that,in fact I would say the hotel was better than our previous stays. The people were super friendly, the food was so fresh all the time, great variety and tasty. Every night different food, what a variety the buffet was so excellent we did not bother booking a la carte. Poolside, there were always loungers available, you did not have to worry about leaving towels on them. Great location, watched all the ships and yachts manoveour the waterways. The rooms were spacious.

Je n'ai pas été satisfait de mon séjour. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'activités à faire à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'activités à faire dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel et les frais de taxi pour se rendre dans les restaurants ou faire du shopping étaient exorbitants. Je n'ai pas pu m'amuser autant que je l'aurais voulu. Je ne pense pas que je reviendrai à cet endroit

Resort I was not happy with my overall stay. With the location of the resort there was not much to do within the area. There wasn’t much activities to do within the resort.The taxi fare to get around to food places or shopping was outrageous. I was not able to enjoy myself as much as I would have liked. I don’t think I will be back at this location

Pas parfait, mais parfaitement charmant

Charmant petit complexe hôtelier avec une excellente nourriture et un service irréprochable. La chambre elle-même n'était pas particulièrement luxueuse mais avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La pression de l'eau semblait être un problème la semaine où nous étions là, mais nous comprenons que ce n'est pas régulièrement si mauvais. À un moment donné, nous nous sommes réveillés dans la nuit parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau du tout dans le lavabo de la salle de bains. Mais au matin, il fonctionn [... lire plus]ait, bien que très lentement et avec beaucoup d'air qui jaillissait du robinet. Il s'agissait toutefois d'un inconvénient mineur. Même au meilleur moment, la pression de la douche était négligeable, ce qui rendait difficile le rinçage du shampoing sur mes cheveux. Mais je ne suis pas allé aux Bahamas pour avoir une douche parfaite - je peux l'avoir chez moi. Malgré ces petits problèmes, nous reviendrions sans hésiter, car le personnel était très aimable et serviable, le terrain était vraiment magnifique et la nourriture était excellente. Avantages : bien situé, très belle piscine de style lagon, belle plage artificielle derrière une digue, nourriture de très bonne qualité, excellent service. Le personnel a vraiment rendu nos vacances spéciales ! Nous avons également adoré le quai et la promenade et l'observation des nombreuses variétés de poissons, y compris les raies aigles tachetées, qui nagent juste à côté du quai de l'hôtel. Inconvénients : la propriété n'est pas assez grande pour que l'on puisse se promener, la chambre ressemblait plus à une 3*, en particulier la salle de bain, et l'insonorisation des chambres était très mauvaise, ce qui rendait le sommeil difficile certaines nuits. Nous étions au 10ème étage et avec les fenêtres complètement fermées, nous pouvions entendre le rebond des balles de tennis sur le court, toutes les conversations dans les chambres voisines et de l'autre côté du couloir, les réveils qui sonnaient dans ces chambres, et une grande partie de la conversation du concierge qui se tenait à l'avant de l'hôtel à l'extérieur du hall pour accueillir les taxis et les clients qui revenaient. Je pense que le verre des fenêtres était de très mauvaise qualité et qu'il n'y avait pas d'isolation phonique entre les chambres. Mais le lit était confortable, la chambre était propre et lumineuse, les ascenseurs fonctionnaient efficacement. Les inconvénients n'étaient donc pas trop importants pour nous.

Not perfect but perfectly lovely Lovely smaller resort with great food and excellent service. The room itself wasn’t particular luxurious but had everything we needed. Water pressure seemed to be an issue the week we were there but we understand it is not regularly that bad. We actually woke up in the night at one point to no water at all in our bathroom sink. But by morning it was working, albeit very slowly and with much air spurting from the faucet. But this was a very minor inconvenience. Even at the best of time, the shower pressure was negligible which made it difficult to rinse shampoo out of my hair. But I didn’t go to the Bahamas to have a perfect shower - I can have that at home. So in spite of those little glitches, we would return in a heartbeat because the staff were so friendly and helpful, the grounds were really lovely, and the food was excellent. Pros: conveniently located, really nice lagoon-style pool, lovely man-made beach behind a sea wall, very good quality food, excellent service. The staff really did make our vacation special! Also we loved the dock and boardwalk and watching the many fish varieties including Spotted Eagle Rays, swimming right beside the hotel dock. Cons: not a big enough property to get much of a walk, room was more like a 3*, especially the bathroom and there was very poor sound-proofing in rooms that made it difficult to sleep some nights. We were on the 10th floor and with windows completely closed, could hear the bouncing of the tennis balls in the court, every conversation in the rooms next door and across the hall, the alarm clocks going off in those rooms, and much of the conversation of the concierge who stood at the front of the hotel outside the lobby greeting taxis and returning guests. I think the glass was just super poor quality in the windows and there must have been no sound proofing between rooms. But the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and bright, the elevators worked efficiently. So the cons weren’t overwhelming for us.

La nourriture était médiocre, le service pas très bon et l'eau puait comme un égout, comme de l'eau stagnante. La plupart du personnel était poli. Mais dans l'ensemble, pour ce que vous obtenez, les Bahamas n'en valent pas la peine. Je n'y retournerais jamais. Mais ma famille et moi avons tiré le meilleur parti de notre séjour.

It was ok The food was so so, service not so good and the water stank like a sewer, like stagnant water. Most of the staff were polite. But over all for what you get Bahamas is not worth the money. I would never return. But my family and I made the best of our stay.
