Bon hôtel

Superbe hôtel dans un endroit excellent. La nourriture dans les deux restaurants et le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bonne. La piscine était magnifique avec serviettes, bar et service de restauration. Une chose que je dirais est de ne pas changer votre argent à l'hôtel. Apportez des dollars américains en petites coupures.

Good Hotel Great hotel in an excellent location. Food in both of the restaurants and the breakfast buffet was very good. Pool was beautiful with towel and bar and food service. One thing I would say is do not exchange your money at the hotel. Bring USD in small bills.

Hôtel Iberostar Parque Central, Cuba

Cet hôtel correspondait à nos attentes et nous lui attribuerions certainement une note de 4,5 étoiles. L'hôtel et les chambres étaient propres et raisonnablement bien entretenus. Très beau salon, bar et hall d'entrée avec probablement 4 ou 5 groupes musicaux de bonne qualité jouant chaque jour. L'hôtel dispose d'une belle piscine sur le toit. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bon par rapport aux standards cubains, mais il manquait une bonne sélection de fruits frais (peut-être à cause de la  [... lire plus]période de l'année). L'emplacement (Parque Central) est idéal pour accéder à un taxi normal ou à un taxi des années 1950. Nous en avons loué un (Chevy Belair 1955) pour quatre heures afin de visiter la ville. Le chauffeur nous a accordé une cinquième heure pour déjeuner dans un restaurant de son choix, très bon mais pas cher. Cet endroit est également situé à la limite de la Vieille Havane et du centre de la Havane, et il est possible de se déplacer à pied dans une telle mesure que nous n'avons pas eu besoin de louer un taxi. Le port et Malacon sont accessibles à pied (+/- 10 à 15 minutes).

Hotel Iberostar Parque Central, Cuba This hotel fit the bill for us and would certainly give it a 4.5 star rating. The hotel and rooms were clean and reasonably well kept up. Very nice lounge, bar and lobby area with probably 4 or 5 good quality musical groups playing each day. Hotel has a great pool on the roof. Breakfast buffet was good by Cuban standards but lacked good selection of fresh fruit (might be due to time of year). Location (Parque Central) is great for accessing a normal taxi or 1950's era taxi. We hired one (1955 Chevy Belair) for four hours to tour the city. The driver gave us a fifth hour to accommodate lunch at at very good but not expensive restaurant of his choosing. This location is also at the edge of Old Havana and central Havana and so much is walk-able that we did not need to hire a cab. Both the harbour and Malacon are walkable (+/- 10 to 15 min).

La Havane, vibrante et colorée !!!

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel car il est situé au cœur de La Havane, ce qui nous permet de nous rendre à pied dans tous les musées, les galeries, la Vieille Havane, les restaurants et les cafés. Il y a même un bus de l'autre côté de la rue qui vous emmène à la plage de Santa Maria en seulement 20 minutes. Service fantastique, chambres propres et hospitalité chaleureuse à l'hôtel.

Vibrant, colourful Havana!!! We loved this hotel because it was situated in the heart of Havana; allowing us to walk to all the museums, galleries, Old Havana, restaurants and cafe's. They even have a bus just across the street that takes you to Santa Maria Beach in just 20 minutes. Fantastic service, clean rooms and warm hospitality at the hotel.

Pas le meilleur, mais suffisant

J'ai séjourné ici pendant une semaine du 18 au 25 juin 2018. Excellent emplacement, à distance de marche de nombreuses attractions touristiques et historiques, excellente musique/animation dans le hall, excellent buffet de petit déjeuner, personnel sympathique, super piscine sur le toit. Chambres un peu démodées mais ok, boissons/nourriture chères, pas le meilleur rapport qualité/prix je dirais. Le service dans tout Cuba est toujours défaillant. Salle de sport absolument HORREUSE ! Les salles d [... lire plus]e sport des hôtels ne sont jamais géniales, mais celle-ci a été plus que décevante. C'est un hôtel 4,5-5 étoiles (selon les normes cubaines) mais la salle de sport est une étoile ZERO. Naturellement, cela peut ne pas vous concerner, mais si c'est le cas, je vous suggère d'aller ailleurs

Not the greatest but good enough I stayed here for one week June 18-25, 2018. Excellent location, walking distance to many tourist and historical attractions, excellent music/entertainment in the lobby, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff, great rooftop pool. Rooms a bit outdated but ok, expensive drinks/food, not the best value I would say. Service all over Cuba is always lacking on/off. Absolutely HORRENDOUS gym! Hotel gyms are never great but this was beyond a disappointment. This is a 4.5-5 star hotel (by Cuban standards) but the gym is a ZERO star. Naturally, this may not be relevant to you but if it is then I suggest going elsewhere

Hôtel charmant dans une situation exceptionnelle

Cet hôtel est charmant et sa situation est exceptionnelle pour tous ceux qui veulent se promener dans les rues de La Havane Vieja et de La Havane Centrale. Le confort et les équipements sont similaires à ceux d'hôtels canadiens plus agréables. Le personnel est sympathique et heureux de vous aider. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à toute personne cherchant un hôtel en ville. Notre deuxième choix était le Nacional et je suis heureux d'avoir choisi le Parque Central à la place - l'emplacement est b [... lire plus]ien meilleur pour ceux qui préfèrent marcher.

Lovely hotel in a terrific location This is a lovely hotel and the location is outstanding for anyone who wants to wander the streets of Havana Vieja and Havana Central. It's similar in comfort and amenities to nicer Canadian hotels. The staff is friendly and happy to help. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a city hotel. Our second choice was the Nacional and I'm happy we chose Parque Central instead - the location is so much better for anyone who prefers to walk.

Hôtel de charme

C'était la première fois que je venais à La Havane (pas à Cuba). L'hôtel est un vrai 5 étoiles, avec de grandes chambres, une excellente variété de boissons et de nourriture au bar du hall. Les transports en taxi sont juste en face de l'hôtel, il suffit de traverser la rue. Le service était bon, toujours avec le sourire. Je réserverai à nouveau ! Merci Tripcentral

Charming hotel It was my first time in Havana, (not in Cuba) . The Hotel is a true 5 star rating big rooms , excelent variety of drinks and food at the lobby bar. Transport by taxi are just in front hotel you just have to cross street. The service was good always with a smile. I will book again! Thank you Tripcentral

Bel hôtel dans une situation fantastique

Très bel hôtel. Personnel sympathique. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas uniformément dans tout l'hôtel. Le restaurant médical situé juste à côté du hall est trop chaud pour s'asseoir pour le dîner et nous leur avons conseillé d'acheter un grand ventilateur. Nous n'avons pas apprécié la nourriture dans le restaurant Med, sauf pour le petit déjeuner. Le meilleur endroit pour nous dans l'hôtel était au dernier étage dans le snack bar-restaurant (Miraban). L'air conditionné fonctionne bien et la n [... lire plus]ourriture est très bonne. La présentation est également agréable. L'un des moments forts a été le dîner du mardi avec la symphonie nationale (toujours à l'étage du Miraban), où la nourriture était également excellente. Le fait de pouvoir manger de la bonne nourriture, d'avoir une vue sur La Havane, la température fraîche et le personnel très amical du Miraban ont rendu notre séjour beaucoup plus agréable. Dites à l'hôtel de promouvoir le Miraban à l'étage, car nous ne l'avons découvert que par hasard. La plupart des gens ne le connaissent pas. Josy Karsli

Nice hotel in fantastic location Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. The AC does not work evenly throughout the hotel. The med. restaurant just off the lobby is too hot to sit for dinner and we advised for them to get a large fan. We did not enjoy the food in the med restaurant except for the breakfast. The best place for us in the hotel was on the top floor in the snack bar-restaurant (Miraban). The air conditioning works well there and the food is very good. Nice presentation too. One of the highlights was the Tues. dinner with the national symphony (again upstairs in the Miraban) again excellent food. For us to be able to eat good food, have a view of Havana, the cool temp. and very friendly staff in the Miraban made our stay much more pleasant. Tell the hotel to promote the Miraban upstairs as we only stumbled upon it ourselves. Most people are not aware of it. Josy Karsli

Un superbe hôtel

Notre première visite à Cuba a été rendue mémorable par notre séjour à l'hôtel Iberostar Parque Central à La Havane. Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux grands hôtels au cours de nos voyages dans le monde, mais celui-ci est le meilleur. Excellent service, la nourriture et l'environnement.

A superb hotel Our first visit to Cuba was made memorable by staying at the Iberostar Parque Central hotel in Havana. We have stayed at many top hotels in our world travels, but this the best. Excellent service, food and environment.

Un service et des installations formidables !

Nous avons séjourné dans la section moderne, et c'était tout aussi bien qu'un hôtel de charme typique. Nous avions une suite et elle était immense. J'y séjournerais à nouveau sans hésiter. Nous sommes entrés dans les halls de tous les autres hôtels comparables et aucun n'est comparable à l'Iberostar Parque Central.

Awesome service and facilities! We stayed in the modern section, and it was just as good as a typical boutique hotel. We had a suite and it was huge. I would definetely stay there again. We walked into the lobbys of all the other comparable hotels and none of them match the Iberostar Parque Central.

Norme européenne.

Bel hôtel, avec un excellent service, une bonne nourriture et le meilleur emplacement possible. Idéal pour découvrir La Havane. Proche de la vieille Havane, à quelques pas du Malecon et de Havana Central. Prix raisonnable Je retournerais dans cet hôtel à la première occasion.

Eurepean standard. Beautiful hotel, with excellent service, good food and best possible location. Ideal for browsing Havana. Close to Old Havana, steps from Malecon and Havana Central. Reasonable priced I would return to this hotel at the first opportunity.
