Magnifique centre de villégiature - excellent séjour

Le terrain est très propre et mis à jour. Le personnel est heureux et serviable et il y en a beaucoup. La nourriture est très bonne et la plage privée est un endroit agréable pour se détendre par rapport à la plage publique des autres complexes. La seule chose qui est un peu ennuyeuse est qu'ils scannent le code-barres de votre bracelet chaque fois que vous commandez de la nourriture ou des boissons et qu'ils veulent que vous signiez une facture avant de quitter l'endroit, mais ils ne viennen [... lire plus]t jamais avec la facture jusqu'à ce que vous la demandiez.

Beautiful Resort - great time The grounds are very clean and updated. Staff are happy and helpful and there are plenty of them. The food is very good and the private beach is a nice area to relax compared to the public beach by the other resorts. The only thing that is a little annoying is that they scan the barcode on your bracelet every time you order food or drinks and then they want you to sign a bill before you leave the area but they never come around with the bill until you ask for it.

Bon centre de villégiature

Nous sommes très satisfaits de l'hôtel Cid Marina. Chambres très agréables et propres, bonne nourriture et personnel serviable. A suivre. Notre fille y a séjourné l'année dernière et nous a recommandé l'hôtel. Elle avait raison.

Good resort We are very satisfied with the Cid Marina resort. Very nice and clean rooms, good food and helpful personnel. Way to go. Our daughter stayed there last year and she recommended the hotel to us. She was right.

Un lieu de séjour fantastique

Ce centre de villégiature était un 10/10 pour moi ! Nourriture fantastique, belles piscines, beaucoup de choix de boissons et nos enfants ont adoré le toboggan et la piscine de saut de rocher. Nous avons hâte de revenir ! J'ai vu beaucoup de mauvaises critiques sur les plages, mais elles étaient très bien pour nous. Le complexe travaille très dur pour les rendre aussi bonnes que possible.

Fantastic place to stay This resort was a 10/10 for me! Fantastic food, beautiful pools, lots of great drink choices and our kids loved the slide and rock jumping pool. We can’t wait to back! I saw lots of bad reviews about the beaches but they were fine for us. The resort works so hard to make them as good as possible.

Un voyage qui change la vie !

Je n'ai jamais été aussi en paix que dans ce centre de villégiature. Tout était si extraordinaire ! Le personnel est si amical et si gentil. Il y a tellement d'endroits où manger et ils sont tous 5 étoiles à mes yeux ! Les piscines et l'océan sont un véritable paradis. Ce voyage nous a rapprochés, ma copine et moi, parce qu'ils ont rendu les choses si faciles et agréables. Je le recommande SERIEUSEMENT !

Life changing trip! I have never been more at peace then being at this resort. Everything was so amazing! The staff are so friendly and so nice. There are so many places to eat to choose from and they are all 5 star in my eyes! The pools and ocean were a straight paradise. This trip brought my girlfriend and I so much closer together because they made it so easy and enjoyable there. I SERIOUSLY recommend it!

Rien à redire, c'est une belle station !

Nous avions réservé une chambre à la Marina El Cid en janvier 2018. À l'arrivée, on nous a emmenés à côté de la station sœur Ventus, qui est toute nouvelle. Notre chambre était dans le bâtiment 25, chambre 314. Elle était très belle et avait une vue fabuleuse sur les piscines et les terrains ainsi que sur l'océan ! Nous avons eu accès aux deux hôtels, il y avait donc beaucoup d'options pour les repas et les piscines. La plage était belle, un peu rocailleuse mais très bien. La nourriture éta [... lire plus]it bonne et le personnel très amical et serviable ! Le service était excellent dans l'ensemble et le service en chambre était inclus ! Les divertissements étaient excellents ! Tout y est passé, des spectacles à un joueur de harpe. Le terrain est agréable pour se promener, mais si vous avez besoin d'une promenade, il y a beaucoup de personnel qui propose des promenades en voiturettes de golf. Puerto Morelos est très proche et c'est une ville mexicaine typique. Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander ce complexe à des couples ou à des familles.

No complaints, beautiful resort! We were booked into the Marina El Cid in january 2018. Upon arrival we were taken next door to the sister resort Ventus which is brand new. Our room was in building 25, room 314. It was very nice & had a fabulous view of the pools & grounds as well as the ocean! We had run of both hotels so there were lots of options for dining & pools. Beach was lovely, a bit rocky but fine. Food was good, & staff very friendly & helpful! Service was excellent all round & room service was included! Entertainment was great! Everything from stage shows to a harp player. The grounds are lovely to stroll but if you need a ride there are plenty of staff offering rides in golf carts. Puerto Morelos is very close & is a typical Mexican town. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this resort to couples or families.

Fabuleuse station !

Le terrain était impeccable, les suites des chambres grandes, les lits confortables et très propres. Le personnel était amical et serviable. La marina était super propre et la pêche impressionnante ! Je recommanderais l'Aries Fleet pour un charter et Ramone et Pouillo pour le capitaine et le guide pour la pêche au Panga, ils étaient très bons.

Fabulous resort !! The grounds were impeccable the room suites large comfortable beds and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Marina was super clean and the fishing awesome!! Would recommend the Aries Fleet for a charter and Ramone and Pouillo for Captain and guide for Panga fishing they were very good.
