Can't say at this time -

Would love to review, but, at this time I can't - because, due to my roommate's medical issues & cancelling, I too had to cancel trip. Looking forward to re-booking & experience all that is offered Here!! So I don't know how to rate BUT can't submit if I don't!! Since I have not been there yet, I'm just rating 1 star!! I'll give a better review when I get the chance to stay there!!

Affordable with shuttle to Disney Parks

This hotel was older but affordable for a family of 6. The family suite suited us well. The shuttle was convenient as long as you plan your schedule according to the shuttle schedule. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, which is good because the free breakfast is very limited and only until 9am. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the laundry room was a bonus.

Nice Location

Rooms were clean.Toilet is small and bath drain was clogged.Hotel Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.Did not use the pool, but seemed well maintained.Plenty of gift shops near by. The restaurant near the hotel has an excellent menu.Free WiFi and no password required and surprisingly not very slow like other hotels we stayed in.

Resort

The hotel was ok but the washroom could have used a bit of renovation. The toilet was staying stuck and we had to play with it to stop. Aside from this everything was good. I was a bit upset that I had to pay 10.00$ US for each night that we were staying at the hotel. It was a good thing that we didn't stay for 3 weeks. The service was good and the staff friendly.
