Notre visite au Loews Portofino

Ouah ! Par où commencer ? En arrivant au Loews Portofino Bay, nous savions que ces quelques jours allaient être magiques. L'imagination qui a présidé à la création du complexe et à notre expérience est incroyable. Nous avons apprécié les restaurants, les studios Universal et le golf. C'était nos premières vacances post-covidiques et nous avons choisi le bon endroit. Détendu, totalement décontracté, et beaucoup d'espaces ouverts. Merci pour les excellents brunchs et dîners, et pour tant de pe [... lire plus]rsonnes serviables et amicales. Un onze sur dix, c'est sûr ! Santé et merci !

Our visit to Loews Portofino Wow! Where to begin? As we arrived at the Loews Portofino Bay, we just knew this was going to be a magical few days. The imagination which went into creating the resort and our experience was incredible. We enjoyed the restaurants, going into Universal Studios, and heading out for some golf. This was our fist post-covid vacation, and we picked the right place. Relaxed, totally chill, and lots of open spaces. Thanks for great brunches and dinners, and so many helpful and friendly people. An eleven out of ten for sure! Cheers, and thank you!

Hôtel très propre, personnel sympathique, repas extraordinaires. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été très rapides, et le personnel a été très facile d'accès et de travail, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable

Great resort Very clean hotel, friendly staff, amazing eats. Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in/ check out was very fast, and the staff was really easy to access and work with, really made for an enjoyable stay

Le Loews Portofino Bay est un hôtel de classe mondiale ! Les chambres, les piscines, les restaurants et le personnel sont tous exceptionnels et nous y retournerons ! Malheureusement, nous avons été TRÈS déçus par notre agent Trip Central de Dundas, en Ontario ! Je ne traiterai plus avec Tracey D. à l'avenir !

The Loews Portofino Bay is a World Class hotel!!! The rooms, pools, restaurants and staff were all exceptional and we will go back! Unfortunately we were VERY disappointed in our Trip Central agent in Dundas Ontario! I will not deal with Tracey D. in the future!
