Je ne referais plus jamais appel à Air Canada Vacations. L'hôtel Cairn était un véritable taudis ; on s'attendrait à ce qu'un hôtel dispose d'un parking quand on réserve un séjour en voiture. Ce n'était pas le cas. La chambre était horrible et la douche ne s'écoulait pas ; le petit-déjeuner était immangeable. Seuls deux des hôtels étaient corrects, les autres étaient en dessous des normes. Les bons étaient le Loch Kinard, avec une cuisine fabuleuse, et le Muthu Hotel, qui était sympa. De plus, l’organisation du circuit nous a laissés à plus d’une heure de l’aéroport alors que nous devions nous y rendre assez tôt, à 6 h du matin. Lorsque j’ai demandé à changer le dernier hôtel pour un hôtel près de l’aéroport, on m’a répondu que non, le forfait était le forfait. L’Écosse est superbe, mais je ne referais plus appel à Air Canada Vacations.

Dump I wouldn’t use air Canada vacations again. The cairn hotel was a complete dump, you think when you book a driving vacation the hotel would have parking. It did not. The room sucked and shower wouldn’t drain, the breakfast was not edible. Only 2 of the hotels were ok, the rest were substandard. Good ones were the loch kinard, with fabulous food. The second was the muthu hotel , nice. All the rest were terrible. And the coordination of the tour left us over an hour from the airport with a fairley early time we had to be at the airport. 6 am, when I asked to change the last hotel for an airport hotel I was told no the package is the package. Scotland is great, but I wouldn’t use air Canada vacations again.
