Lovely hotel

The staff (from front desk to maids) were courteous and helpful. Clean and well kept grounds. Beautiful pools and hot tubs. Sandy area near the kiddy pool was a favourite spot for my young daughter.

Convenience in a perfect package

We arrived a bit early and were able to check in right away. The front desk was even able to give us a king upon request. The mini fridge was convenient, and the balcony was nice to have. The downside to facing the inside of the airport is that it was loud as the patio door don't seem to block the sound well. I also wish there was a hot tub where the pool area is. I found it strange that the only way in and out of the floor where rooms are located is via elevator only. Maybe there were stairs, b [... lire plus]ut the only ones I could find were listed as emergency exit only. I did love that we only had to wake up and walk downstairs and were right there.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Our family (five adults) enjoyed a one week stay at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando between Christmas and New Year's 2015-2016. We had excellent, friendly service, the hotel had all the amenities we needed, and rooms were always clean. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and night life, and access to other Orlando-area attractions was easy. Would definitely stay here again.
