Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Waikiki Beach: Super

L'endroit est très agréable, propre et idéal pour des vacances en famille. Je suggérerais à l'hôtel d'envisager d'inclure le petit-déjeuner dans le prix de la chambre, comme le font généralement de nombreux hôtels. Cela peut être gênant pour les clients de se réveiller et de se retrouver confrontés à un coût inattendu pour le petit-déjeuner.

Great The place is very nice, clean, and well-suited for a family vacation. I would suggest that the hotel consider including breakfast for guests, as many hotels typically do. It can be inconvenient for guests to wake up and be faced with an unexpectedly high cost for breakfast.

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach: 2 étoiles au mieux

La première impression de l'hôtel est très bonne, mais une fois dans notre chambre, j'ai été très déçu. La Diamond Tower a grand besoin d'être rénovée. La chambre était également décevante, en particulier la salle de bains. Pour le prix payé, je m'attendais à une chambre bien meilleure. Les frais de séjour de 50 $ par jour, taxes en sus, étaient excessifs pour un service inexistant. 100 $ pour louer deux chaises et un parasol pour la plage, encore une fois excessif. Il y avait un groupe qui jouait tous les soirs de 19 h à 22 h au Tapas Bar, et c'était bruyant et, franchement, pas très bon, surtout quand on essaie de dormir à cette heure-là. Nous avons loué une voiture pour deux jours et avons dû payer 70 $ pour une nuit de stationnement. Nous avions l'impression que tout dans cet hôtel était une arnaque. Je ne recommanderais certainement pas cet hôtel pour des vacances.

2 Star at best The immediate impression of the hotel is very nice but once in our room I was very disappointed. The Diamond Tower is in much need of updating. The room was also disappointing especially the bathroom. For the money that was spent I imagined a much better room. The $50.00 a day resort fee plus taxes was excessive for not getting anything. $100.00 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach again excessive. Meals were expensive and mediocre at best. They had a band at the Tapas Bar that played nightly from 7- 10 pm every night and it was loud and quite frankly not very good , especially when you are trying to get some sleep at that time. Rented a car for two days and had to pay parking of $70.00 for one night. We felt like it was a money grab every where we turned on the resort. Definitely would not recommend this hotel for vacationing.

Romer House Waikiki: Ainsi Ainsi

Vous entendez des cris à toute heure de la nuit de la part des clochards et des touristes. L'hôtel lui-même est ridicule, on nous a fait payer un droit de fumer alors que nous n'étions même pas dans la chambre et nous avons dû montrer une photo de la preuve pour annuler la charge.

So So You hear screaming at all hours of the night from bums and tourists. Hotel itself is ridiculous we were charged a smoking fee when we were not even in the room and had to show picture proof to reverse the charge.

Hilton Waikiki Beach: Très bon

Terrain public, proche de la plage. Le personnel est aimable. La salle à manger est propre. La vue est superbe. Le service est excellent. En fait, il n'y a pas grand chose à redire. Nous avons trouvé quelques petits insectes le premier jour, mais ils nous ont changé de suite tout de suite. c'est incroyable !

Very good Ground public, close to the beach. The personnel is is kind. The dining area is clean. The view is great. The service is great. In fact, there is not much to complain. We had found some little bugs on the first day, but they switch us to another suite right away. it's amazing!

Hilton Waikiki Beach: Très bon

C'est un très bon hôtel. Le service était bon. La seule chose, c'est qu'un des lits avait des thermites. Mais le service est venu et a changé la chambre d'hôtel pour nous immédiatement et a émis un crédit. En outre, tout était propre. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, le seul problème est qu'ils donnent la même nourriture tous les jours. Il n'y avait pas de variété.

Very good It's a very good hotel. The service was good.The only thing, one of the beds had thermites. But the service came and change the hotel room for us right away and issued a credit. Besides, everything was clean. About the breakfast, the only problem is they gave the same food everyday. There was no variety.

Queen Kapiolani Hotel: Joli complexe bien entretenu. Bien situé près de Waikiki Beach, à côté du zoo d'Honolulu, près des magasins et de nombreux restaurants. Personnel agréable et serviable.

Les employés sont fiers de leur lieu de travail et en prennent bien soin. La piscine et le patio disposent de nombreux sièges et chaises longues, les serviettes sont abondantes et constamment renouvelées. Le restaurant attenant propose une bonne variété de plats et veille à ce que la nourriture ne soit pas emportée dans la zone de la piscine. L'hôtel dispose d'un espace de détente agréable avec un café spécialisé dans le hall d'entrée.

Pretty, well maintained resort. Well located near to Waikiki Beach, next to Honolulu Zoo, near shopping and lots of restaurants. Pleasant, helpful staff. Employees take pride in their workplace and take good care of it. The pool and patio have lots of sitting and lounging chairs, towels are plentiful and continually replenished. The attached restaurant offered a good variety of food and made sure that food was not taken to the pool area. Pleasant open sitting area with specialty coffee shop in lobby.

Waikiki Sunset: Confort et commodité au cœur de Waikiki

C'était notre premier séjour à l'Aston Waikiki Sunset. Si vous cherchez un hôtel de copropriété abordable au cœur de Waikiki, ne cherchez pas plus loin que l'Aston. Nous avons bénéficié d'une vue imprenable depuis notre suite à une chambre située au 33e étage, au bord de l'océan, et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Cet hôtel offre les avantages d'une cuisine complète pour préparer ses propres repas tout en profitant de tout ce que Waikiki et Honolulu ont à offrir. Nous avons apprécié de no [... lire plus]us réveiller au son du ressac tout en savourant notre café sur notre lanai, où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Les suites sont spacieuses et propres. Oui, il y a parfois des attentes dans les ascenseurs, en particulier lorsque vous êtes à un étage supérieur, et les parties communes et la moquette des couloirs commencent à montrer leur âge, mais les unités locatives, comme la nôtre, sont très bien. Ils sont propres et bien entretenus et le ménage est fait tous les trois jours. Il s'agit sans aucun doute d'un bon choix pour ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à Waikiki à un prix raisonnable. Comfort and convenience in the heart of Waikiki This was our first stay at the Aston Waikiki Sunset. When looking for an affordable condo hotel in the heart of Waikiki, look no further than the Aston. We had an amazing view from our 33rd Floor oceanfront, one bedroom suite and a fully stocked kitchen. This hotel offers the amenities of having a full kitchen to prepare your own meals while enjoying all the rest that Waikiki and Honolulu have to offer. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of surf while enjoying our coffee on our lanai where we ate all of our meals. The suites are spacious and clean. Yes, there are waits for the elevators at times, particularly when you are on a higher floor and the common areas and hallway carpeting are starting to show their age but the rental units, such as our's, are fine. They are clean and well kept with housekeeping offered every 3 days. Definitely this is a good choice for those who want to stay in Waikiki at a reasonable price. Plus the resort fee is relatively lower than other hotels in Waikiki.

Glorious view What a fabulous value for money. Great location a block from the eastern edge of Waikiki beach -perfect for swimming in the breakwater area! Walking distance to all Waikiki attractions and gorgeous view of diamond head.

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Nous avons adoré tout ce qui concerne l'hôtel, le sol était magnifique, la chambre était confortable et bien aménagée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et n'avons rien trouvé de négatif à dire. C'était vraiment une expérience cinq étoiles.

Amazing Resort We loved everything about the resort.The ground were amazing The room was comfortable and well apointed. We enjoyed our time very much and can't find any thing negative to say. It was definitely a five-star experience.

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach: Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel, c'est un village comme le nom l'indique, il y a donc plein de boutiques et de restaurants autour de l'hôtel et l'atmosphère est très accueillante. Le personnel est formidable, les lits sont super confortables. La plage est magnifique et l'emplacement est parfait. Le seul inconvénient est que les chambres sont un peu démodées, mais dans ce cas, cela ne m'a pas dérangé du tout car tout le reste était parfait.

Amazing stay We had such a good time at this hotel, this is a village as you can tell by the name so it’s full of shops and restaurant around the hotel and the atmosphere is very inviting. Staff are great, beds are super comfortable. The beach is beautiful and the location is perfect. The only downside is that the rooms are a little outdated, but in this case I didn’t mind at all as everything else was perfect.

Aqua Aloha Surf Waikiki: Aloha Surf Waikiki

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très gentil mais les tapis sont vieux et n'ont pas l'air propres. J'ai trouvé des cafards sur mon lit.Je n'étais pas très content et je suis rentré à la maison et j'en ai trouvé un dans ma valise.On ne nous a pas dit que la chambre était nettoyée tous les 3 jours.L'eau de la douche n'était parfois pas assez chaude

The hotel staff were very nice but the carpets are old and don’t look clean. I found cockroaches on my bed.Not too happy about it and came home and found one in my suitcase.We were not told that the room gets cleaned every 3days.The water sometimes in the shower was not hot enough

Holiday Inn Express Waikiki: Excellente expérience

L'hôtel était très propre, le petit déjeuner était excellent tous les jours et le personnel était très serviable à tous les niveaux. La piscine était fermée mais on nous a donné des chaises et des serviettes de plage à utiliser gratuitement. Melanie, de Tripcentral, nous a beaucoup aidés car c'était la première fois que nous allions à Hawaï. Elle est bien informée et il est facile de lui parler. Elle nous a fait d'excellentes suggestions que nous avons suivies. Si quelqu'un prévoit d'aller à Haw [... lire plus]aï, n'hésitez pas à contacter Melanie. Un merci tout particulier à M. O'Neil pour nous avoir aidés au début et pour nous avoir mis en contact avec Melanie. Nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires.

Great experience The Hotel was very clean, great breakfast every day and a very helpful staff at every level. The pool was closed but we were given beach chairs and beach towels to use free of charge. Melanie at Tripcentral was a great help for us since this was our first time going to Hawaii. She is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She made some great suggestions which we did follow. If any one plan to go to Hawaii please contact Melanie. Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach: Excellent hôtel

Nous avons passé sept nuits agréables et relaxantes à l'Alohilani à la fin du mois de février. La semaine a été très venteuse, mais pour le reste, elle a été délicieuse. Le bar de la piscine est spacieux et confortable, et nous y avons passé plus de temps qu'à la plage (rappelez-vous : il y avait du vent !). Comme c'est souvent le cas à Waikiki, la nourriture et les boissons peuvent être un peu chères, et les frais de séjour sont également assez élevés (48 USD par jour). Mais les chambres, les s [... lire plus]ervices et les équipements sont tous très bons, et l'immense océanarium du hall d'entrée est une touche intéressante. Nous avons déjeuné deux fois au Momosan, en bas de l'hôtel, qui propose un poké et des ramen aussi bons que n'importe où sur le Strip.

Excellent hotel We had a lovely, relaxing seven nights at the Alohilani at the end of February. Wow, was it a windy week, but otherwise it was delightful. The pool bar area is spacious and comfortable, and we spent more time there than at the beach (remember: windy!). Like a lot of Waikiki, food and drink can be a bit pricey, and the resort fee is also fairly steep (US$48 a day). But the rooms, services and amenities are all very good, and the huge lobby oceanarium is a great touch. We ate lunch twice at Momosan downstairs, and it has as good a poké and ramen as anywhere on the strip.

Pacific Monarch: Les photos sont trompeuses !

Nous avons hésité entre le Monarch avec cuisine et un hôtel normal. Ayant été à Maui, nous savions que les repas au restaurant étaient très chers et nous avons donc choisi le Monarch. Nous avons été très déçus par la première chambre qu'ils nous ont attribuée (épouvantable !) et nous en avons obtenu une autre le lendemain matin, heureusement sans trop de problèmes. La deuxième suite était encore datée et le matelas littéralement sur ressorts mais la cuisine était fonctionnelle et moins effrayan [... lire plus]te. Sans la vue fabuleuse et le personnel sympathique, cet endroit ne mériterait qu'une étoile ! Les fenêtres sont bon marché et vous entendez tout, même à 28 étages, et il se passe beaucoup de choses en permanence. L'emplacement n'est qu'à quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage, donc c'était bien. Nous ne reviendrons PAS !

The Pictures Are Misleading! We debated between the Monarch with kitchen and a regular hotel set-up. Having been to Maui, we knew eating out is very expensive so we chose the Monarch. We were hugely disappointed with the room they first assigned us (terrible!) and got a new room the next morning luckily with little fuss. The second suite was still dated and the mattress literally on springs but the kitchen was functional and less scary. If not for the fabulous view and nice staff, this place would barely rate a star! The windows are cheap so you hear everything even 28 floors up and there is a lot going on all the time. Location is only a couple blocks from the beach so that was good. We would NOT return!

Park Shore: Situation et personnel excellents, propreté médiocre

Cet hôtel est situé dans un endroit absolument fantastique, à l'extrémité de la bande d'hôtel sur la plage de Waikiki et en face du zoo. Il se trouve juste en face de la plage et propose trois locations par jour au magasin de plage, incluses dans le tarif de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont moyennes mais le personnel de la réception est fantastique. L'hôtel est un peu bruyant parce qu'il se trouve à l'angle de deux routes, mais surtout le week-end. En revanche, le personnel de ménage... Lorsque nou [... lire plus]s sommes arrivés dans notre chambre d'hôtel tard dans la nuit, les robinets autour de l'évier n'avaient pas été nettoyés des copeaux de barbe de l'occupant précédent et il en restait partout à l'arrière de l'évier, dans l'évier et sur le porte-savon. C'était immédiatement évident et je ne sais pas comment le service d'entretien a pu l'ignorer. Comme il était tard, j'ai nettoyé ce que j'ai pu avec un mouchoir en papier (dégoûtant) et j'ai alerté la réception dès le matin. La personne de la réception était à juste titre consternée et a immédiatement contacté le service d'entretien ménager. Nous sommes sortis pour la journée et lorsque nous sommes revenus en fin d'après-midi, la salle de bains n'avait toujours pas été nettoyée. J'ai dû me rendre à nouveau à la réception pour demander un nettoyage, qui a finalement été effectué. Étant donné que vous devez payer 50 $ de plus par jour pour les frais d'hôtel une fois que vous arrivez, c'était assez inacceptable. Aucune compensation n'a été offerte.

Great location and staff, cleanliness lacklustre This hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location being at the end of the hotel strip on Waikiki beach and across from the Zoo. Right across the street from the beach and has 3 rentals at the beach shop each day included with the hotel fee. The rooms were average but the front desk staff were fantastic. It is a bit noisy due to being on the corner of two roads, but mostly on the weekend. The housekeeping on the other hand... When we arrived in our hotel room late at night, the faucets around the sink had not been cleaned of the beard hair shavings from the previous occupant and remained all over the back of the sink, into the sink and on the soap dish. It was immediately obvious so how it was missed by housekeeping, I do not know. As it was late, I cleaned up what I could with a tissue (gross) and first thing in the morning alerted the front desk. The front desk person was rightfully appalled and contacted the housekeeping department immediately. We went out for the day and when when we returned late afternoon, the bathroom had still not been cleaned. I had to go down to the front desk once again to request a cleaning of which it was eventually done. As you have pay an additional $50 a day on hotel fees once you arrive, this was pretty unacceptable. No compensation was offered.

Aqua Palms Waikiki: Un excellent séjour

Séjour facile. Les chambres sont rénovées et propres, l'hôtel est très bien situé. Le lit était étonnamment confortable. Le personnel était très sympathique. Nous reviendrons certainement ici. Vous bénéficiez d'une entrée gratuite dans les musées en séjournant ici. Le parking coûte 30 $ par jour.

A great stay Easy stay. Rooms are updated and clean, hotel has great location. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Staff were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again. You get free entrance to the museums for staying here. Parking is $30 a day.

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach: Hilton Hawaiian Village- Tapa Tower

Le terrain de l'hôtel, le hall, les restaurants étaient très bien. La chambre d'hôtel était très fatiguée. Il y avait de nombreux éclats de peinture sur le mur qui étaient très visibles. Compte tenu de la prime que vous payez à l'hôtel, la chambre devrait refléter le prix/la valeur. La poignée de la porte de la salle de bains et l'interrupteur de la salle de bains étaient également mal fixés. La porte coulissante donnant sur la vue sur l'océan grattait également lorsqu'elle s'ouvrait et se ferm [... lire plus]ait. Ces problèmes sont faciles à résoudre avec un entretien normal. Si cela reflète d'autres chambres, les chambres ont besoin d'une mise à niveau. Bien que la chambre soit en dessous de la moyenne, nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel.

The hotel grounds,lobby,restaurants were very good. The hotel room was very tired. There were numerous paint chips out of the wall that were very visible. Considering the premium you pay at the resort the room should reflect the price/value . The bathroom door handle and light switch by the bathroom were also loose. The sliding door to the ocean view also scraped as it opened and closed. These all are easy fixes with normal care and maintenance. If this reflects other rooms, the rooms need an upgrade. While the room was below average, we did enjoy the stay at the resort.

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach: Une semaine de vacances !

L'hôtel est un petit village avec beaucoup d'opportunités de dépenser de l'argent de façon insensée ! Et cela commence dès l'enregistrement avec une taxe de séjour inhabituelle ! !! Que personne ne vous dit à l'avance même votre agent de voyage et qui est quelque part entre 35 à 50$ USD par nuit par chambre et qui ne couvre rien d'autre que le WiFi !!! Qui est également assez lent mais utilisable. Les restaurants sont si chers et si mauvais. Vous ne trouverez pas de bonne nourriture à un prix ra [... lire plus]isonnable dans la zone de l'hôtel. Le reste est évidemment très cher ! Comme l'alcool ! Vous achetez des boissons dans les épiceries du village au prix des bars ! L'hôtel est vieux et daté mais assez propre. Le service est correct, le service client est bien comme au Hilton mais pas de room service pour la nourriture ou les boissons. Les serviettes de plage sont incluses dans les chambres mais les parasols et les chaises de plage ! Wow 50 à 70$ par jour !!! Incroyable.

A week of vacation! Hotel is a small village with lots of opportunities to spend non sense money In it! And starts from the check in with an unusual resort fee!!! Which nobody tells u in advance even your travel agent and that is somewhere between 35 to 50$ USD pernight per room and that covers nothing other than WiFi!!! Which is also fairly slow but usable. Restaurants are so pricey and junk. You will not get any good food with a fair price in hotel area. The rest of the stuff obviously are expensive! Like liquor ! You buy drinks in groceries in village with the price of Bars! Hotel is old and dated but clean enough. Service is okay, customer service is fine like Hilton but no room service for food or drinks. Beach towels are included in your rooms but the umbrellas and beach chairs! Wow 50 to 70$ a day!!! Unbelievable.

The Twin Fin: Emplacement idéal !

Piscine, bar tiki, directement sur la plage. De quoi pourriez-vous vous plaindre ? Le personnel de la réception a répondu à toutes les questions avec beaucoup d'amabilité et d'aide. Ils nous ont aidés à nous surclasser au 24ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le lagon du Hilton. Nous pouvions regarder le coucher de soleil depuis notre balcon tous les soirs. Happy hour tous les jours de 14h00 à 17h00 avec des margaritas à 5 $. Encore une fois, nous ne pouvons pas nous plaindre !

Perfect location! Pool, tiki bar, right on the beach. What could you complain about? The front desk staffer responded all very friendly and helpful. They helped us upgrade to the 24th floor with a great view all the way to the Hilton lagoon. We could watch the sunset from our balcony every night. Happy hour every day from 2:00 - 5:00 with $5 margaritas. Again, can’t complain!
