Awesome time We want to thank the Grand Hyatt for their hospitality during our stay. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We loved the added bonus of having money to spend in the market everyday! We will definitely stay again.

Westin New York at Times Square: Attention aux frais de destination

Nous avons réservé par l'intermédiaire de Trip Advisor et nous étions très excités car c'était pour notre 20ème anniversaire de mariage. Nous avons réservé une chambre king avec réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. Nous avions contacté l'hôtel et nous nous étions assurés que si nous payions intégralement avec tripcentral avant notre arrivée, il n'y aurait pas d'autres frais. A notre arrivée, l'hôtel était fantastique ! Il est grand, propre et beau. Concerige serviable, emplacement parfait pour aller n' [... lire plus]importe où. Cependant, nous n'avons pas eu de réfrigérateur ni de micro-ondes et on nous a dit que nous devions payer 25 $ US par jour pour les frais de destination. Cela ressemble à une arnaque mais ils disent que c'est obligatoire à New York ? Ils devraient l'annoncer sur tripcentral lors de la réservation que nous devrons payer des frais supplémentaires en $US au moment du départ.

Beware of Destination Fees We booked thru trip advisor and we were really excited as it was for our 20th wedding anniversary. We booked a king room with fridge and microwave. We had contacted the hotel and made sure that if we paid in full with tripcentral before we arrive there would be no other fees. Upon arrival the hotel looked fantastic ! It's big clean and beautiful. Concerige helpful perfect location to go anywhere. However we did not get a fridge or microwave and we were told we had to pay $25 US per day for a destination fee. This seems like a scam but they say it's mandatory in NYC ?? They should advertise this on tripcentral when we book that we will have to pay extra fees in $US upon check out.

Westin New York at Times Square: Grand hôtel

L'hôtel était incroyable ! Le service était excellent. La chambre était également très spacieuse. Le restaurant était à tomber par terre ! Nous étions en plein milieu de Times Square, parfait pour faire du shopping et visiter les sites... Et le dessert de fin de soirée à Carlos Bakery...

Great Hotel Hotel was amazing! The Service was excellent. Also room very spacious. The dining was to die for! We where right in the middle of Times Square perfect for shopping and site viewing... And the late night dessert @ Carlos Bakery...

Westin New York at Times Square: excellent centre de villégiature !

le personnel de l'hôtel Westin était extraordinaire. L'hôtel était incroyable. Je retournerai à l'hôtel Westin, c'est certain ! J'ai adoré, les chambres sont propres, le lit est moelleux et on se sent comme à la maison. Je suis un nouveau fan de Westin à 100%Merci pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous !

Westin New York at Times Square: Hôtel fantastique

Excellent service, chambres propres et personnel sympathique. Le concierge et le service de sécurité de l'hôtel ont été très serviables et ont donné de bons conseils pour les visites et les transports. Nous étions 3 dans une chambre et l'hôtel était au courant mais il n'y avait qu'un seul set d'accessoires de salle de bain. Nous avons dû demander chaque jour du shampoing supplémentaire. Sinon, tout le reste était excellent.

Fantastic hotel Excellent service, clean rooms and friendly staff. Concierge and hotel security were very helpful and had great tips for touring and transportation. There were 3 of us staying in a room and the hotel was aware but only 1 set of bathroom amenities. Had to ask each day for extra shampoo. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Marriott Marquis: Excellent séjour. Départ terrible

Nous avions enregistré nos bagages pour un départ tardif. L'un des sacs portait un autocollant "fragile" et nous leur avons demandé de faire attention. Lorsque nous avons récupéré nos bagages, une roue de l'un d'entre eux était cassée et le sac marqué fragile était recouvert d'un autre bagage lourd. Nous étions très contrariés que notre bagage ait été endommagé. Le bagagiste a pris notre nom et notre numéro de chambre et nous a dit que nous recevrions des points supplémentaires (peu importe ce q [... lire plus]ue cela signifie), mais c'est tout ce qu'il a dit. Aucune excuse n'a été présentée et aucune solution n'a été trouvée. Notre article était endommagé, mais cela ne semblait pas avoir d'importance. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons adoré l'emplacement, mais nous avons été déçus de la façon dont cette affaire a été traitée. Nous vous remercions.

Great stay. Terrible departure We had checked our baggage for a late departure. One of bags had a fragile sticker on it and we asked them to please be careful with it. When we retrieved our bags one of our pieces of luggage had a wheel broken off of it and the bag marked fragile had another heavy piece of luggage on top of it. We were quite upset that our item was damaged. The baggage guy took our name and room number and said we would receive extra points (whatever that means) but that was the only thing that was said. No apology was given and we did not see any sort of resolution. Our item was damaged but it didn't seem to matter. We did have a great stay and loved the location but was disappointed in how this matter was handled. Thank you.

Westin New York at Times Square: Bel hôtel, très bien situé !

Bel hôtel, très bien situé, à un pâté de maisons de Times Square, au centre de nombreuses attractions ! La chambre était propre et le service de la femme de chambre était excellent ! La seule plainte serait qu'un réfrigérateur dans la chambre serait bien, il n'y a pas d'endroit pour garder les boissons froides et si vous avez des restes de nourriture, ce que nous avons fait, il n'y a pas d'endroit pour les garder ! Il y a un réfrigérateur de bar plein à craquer mais vous ne pouvez rien en sortir [... lire plus] sous peine d'être facturé ! Le personnel était amical et serviable si vous aviez des questions ! Oh et une piscine serait bien après avoir marché dans New York par temps chaud ! Mais ce n'est pas grave !

Nice Hotel, great location! Nice hotel, great location, 1 block from Times Square, centrally located to lots of attractions! Room was clean and chambermaidb service was great! Never tried the restaurant but looked nice! only complaint would be that a fridge in the room would be nice, no where to keep drinks cold and if you have leftover food which we did no where to keep it! There is bar fridge fully loaded but you can't take anything out of it or you will be charged! Staff was friendly and helpful if you had questions! Oh and a pool would be nice after walking around New York in the hot weather! But no big deal!

Grand Hyatt New York: Un séjour grandiose à New York au Grand Hyatt

Cet hôtel est idéal pour tous ceux qui souhaitent être proches des attractions de Midtown. Il est situé à quelques pâtés de maisons de Times Square et de la 5th Ave. et à distance de marche des meilleurs sites touristiques de New York. Il est également relié à la gare Grand Central pour les voyageurs arrivant en train. L'hôtel est propre, le personnel est sympathique et le restaurant de l'hôtel propose des plats délicieux !

A grand stay in NYC at the Grand Hyatt This hotel is great for anyone who wants to be close to Midtown attractions. It's located just blocks from Times Square and 5th Ave. shopping and within walking distance to the best NYC sightseeing. It's also connected to Grand Central Station for travellers arriving by train. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant within the hotel offers delicious food!

Marriott Downtown: Hôtel très moyen

Superbe emplacement mais cet hôtel aurait besoin d'un peu d'aide. Le concierge n'était jamais là et le restaurant de l'hôtel était absolument atroce. Ils ont fait le "dernier appel" à 22h30 le vendredi soir, malgré le fait que l'endroit était bondé et que les clients de l'hôtel arrivaient encore. Allez les gars, c'est NYC ! Ce qui est particulièrement drôle, c'est que tout le personnel de l'hôtel nous a suggéré d'aller au O'Hara's, de l'autre côté de la rue, qui était excellent. Le Marriott Sr M [... lire plus]anagement doit revoir le contrat avec ce restaurant et trouver un nouveau propriétaire qui s'occupe des clients. La chambre était correcte mais mettez des ventilateurs dans les salles de bains.

Very Average Hotel Great location but this hotel could use some help. Concierge was never around and the hotel restaurant was absolutely atrocious. They did "last call" at 10:30 on Friday night, despite the fact the place was packed and guests from the hotel were still coming in. Come on guys - its NYC ! Especially funny all the staff at the hotel suggested we go to O'Hara's across the street, which was excellent. The Marriott Sr Management need to take a look at the contract with this restaurant and get a new owner that caters to the guests. Room was okay but put fans in the bathrooms.

Westin New York at Times Square: vue imprenable sur la ville

Cela vaut vraiment la peine de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été très arrangeant et nous a fait monter d'un étage pour attendre notre chambre. Le concierge nous a aidé à choisir un restaurant. Les chambres étaient élégantes et propres. J'y séjournerai à nouveau la prochaine fois que je serai à New York. Juste à Times Square.

great views of the city Definitely worth staying at this hotel. Staff were very accommodating upgraded us to a higher floor for waiting for our room. Concierge was helpful in selecting a restaurant. Rooms were sleek and clean. Would stay there again next time I'm in new York. Right at times square.
