Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia: Hideaway au Royalton Sainte-Lucie

Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un très beau complexe hôtelier, mais il faut se préparer à ce que le service ne soit pas des plus rapides : il faut parfois attendre jusqu'à une heure pour être assis dans un restaurant de spécialité et une autre heure pour recevoir ses boissons et ses amuse-gueules. Le service au bar était variable ; si vous séjournez dans la section hideaway, le service au bar de la plage (y compris le grill) est extraordinaire, mais si vous êtes à la piscine principale, préparez- [... lire plus]vous à attendre et à être servi par d'autres personnes autour de vous. J'ai cru comprendre qu'il y avait une forte rotation du personnel, ce qui peut expliquer en partie le problème. Il y a beaucoup de piscines (et de bars de piscine où les gens restent toute la journée à boire et à boire et vous pouvez comprendre le reste) et des politiques de tabagisme pour les zones désignées seulement mais non appliquées par la sécurité ou le personnel où les gens fument au bar et à la piscine toute la journée. Le service de conciergerie était exceptionnel et ils s'assuraient de connaître votre nom et vous demandaient tous les jours comment vous alliez et ce qu'ils pouvaient faire pour l'améliorer. C'est le service client que j'espérais. Ce complexe dispose de nombreux restaurants spécialisés, d'activités, d'une piscine, etc., mais la plage est assez rocheuse avec des rochers très pointus et l'eau est agitée, ce qui rend la baignade difficile. Apportez des chaussures d'eau pour protéger vos pieds. Dans l'ensemble, j'envisagerais de revenir dans ce complexe et j'espère que, comme il n'a que quelques années d'existence, certains problèmes seront résolus avec le temps.

Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia Overall this was a beautiful resort, however, you need to be prepared for service that is not the fastest where you sometimes can wait up to an hour to be seated at a specialty restaurant and another hour to receive your drinks and appetizers. Bar service was variable; if you stay in the hideaway section, the service at the beach bar (including the grill) is amazing, but if you are at the main pool, be prepared to wait and wait and have others served around you. I understand they have a high turnover in staff, so this might be part of the issue. There are plenty of pools (and pool bars that people stay in all day drinking and drinking and you can figure the rest out) and smoking policies for designated areas only but not enforced by security or staff where people smoke at the bar and pool all day. Concierge service was outstanding and they ensured they knew your name and asked you daily how you were doing and what they could do to make it better. This was the customer service I had hoped for. This resort has plenty of specialty dining and activities, pool etc, but the beach is quite rocky with very sharp rocks and water is rough which makes it difficult for swimming. Bring water shoes with you to protect your feet. Overall, I would consider this resort again, and am hoping since the resort is only a few years old, they will work out some of the issues with time.

Exotic Resort Staff and locals are such nice , we went a Sandal’s Grande for a great day , the diving is amazing , Once again the staff is great , we got back to airport by Helicopter with a perfect woman pilot Nice vacation , Sylvain and Anick B.

Serenity at Coconut Bay: Sérénité...et plus

Le Serenity Resort at Coconut Bay a été un choix fantastique pour nos premières vacances sur l'île. Le terrain de l'hôtel était impeccable et magnifiquement aménagé. Notre suite était confortable et bien aménagée. La nourriture était absolument délicieuse et la plupart des jours, nous avions la plage pour nous seuls. Le personnel et la direction ont veillé à ce que l'on s'occupe bien de nous et nous ont accueillis à chaque instant. Serenity...and more Serenity Resort at Coconut Bay was a fantastic choice for our first island vacation. Resort grounds were immaculate and beautifully landscaped. Our suite was comfortable and well appointed. The food was absolutely delicious.Most days we had the mile long beach to ourselves. The thing that tied everything together though were the staff and management who ensured that we were well taken care of and greeted us at every turn. We highly recommend Serenity to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle free great vacation.

C'est le meilleur complexe hôtelier que j'ai visité jusqu'à présent. Nous étions un groupe de 30 personnes et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Très propre et relaxant. Le personnel était formidable mais le service était lent. La nourriture était excellente partout. Beaucoup de piscines et le parc aquatique pour les enfants était incroyable. Amazing Resort This is the best resort I have been so far. We were a group of 30 people and had an amazing time. Very clean and relaxing. Staff was great but service was slow. The food was great everywhere. Lots of pools and the water park for the kids was amazing. The only bad thing is far from the airport and the road wasn't so pleasant Manuel was the greatest guy, he made our vacation unforgettable

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Un voyage extraordinaire !

Mon partenaire et moi avons vraiment apprécié notre voyage en août 2019. La nourriture était excellente, les terrains étaient magnifiques (bien que vallonnés - pas pour ceux qui n'aiment pas marcher un peu), la plage était cristalline et étendue, le service était excellent (bien que les ventes constantes se soient vite lassées) et notre chambre était joliment mise à jour avec une vue sur l'océan alors que nous pensions que ce serait juste une vue sur le jardin. La seule plainte serait que la sal [... lire plus]le de bain était petite et sans ventilateur/climatisation, mais je suppose que le complexe a été construit lorsque les salles de bain n'étaient pas aussi grandes qu'elles le sont aujourd'hui. Nous reviendrons certainement ici. Lori, notre agent de voyage, a été excellente et nous a donné de bons conseils tout au long du voyage.

Amazing trip! My partner and I really enjoyed our trip in August 2019. The food was excellent, the grounds were stunning (albeit hilly- not for those who won't like to walk a bit), the beach was crystal clear and expansive, the service was great (though the constant up sells got old very fast) and our room was nicely updated with an ocean view even though we thought it was going to just be a garden view. Only complaint would be that the bathroom was small but with no fan/AC, but I suppose the resort was built when bathrooms were not as big as they are today. We would definitely stay here again. Our travel agent Lori was excellent and provided good insight along the way.

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Grand centre de villégiature

Ce complexe est très propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est sympathique et sourit et dit bonjour chaque fois qu'il vous voit. Nous y sommes allés au début du mois de juin, donc ce n'était pas du tout occupé et nous n'avons pas eu à attendre dans les files d'attente des restaurants, etc. La seule chose qui m'a déçue, c'est quand j'ai appelé le service en chambre et qu'ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient plus de beurre de cacahuète et que le stock n'arriverait pas avant quelques jours. C'était un m [... lire plus]ensonge car j'ai fini par voir des pots de beurre de cacahuète partout le lendemain matin au buffet et j'ai également obtenu du beurre de cacahuète au café le même soir. Le café propose un milkshake au beurre de cacahuète, alors comment le centre de villégiature a-t-il pu être en rupture de stock de beurre de cacahuète ? Ils m'ont essentiellement menti et je ne sais pas pourquoi. J'avais besoin du beurre de cacahuète pour mon enfant difficile qui en a besoin dans ses céréales tous les matins. Aussi, parfois au buffet, ils n'ont pas fait le tour pour l'eau ou le café et nous avons dû demander. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit propre et idéal pour les enfants, avec de nombreuses piscines. J'ai trouvé que la plage était plus petite que dans d'autres endroits que j'ai visités. L'endroit est également très éloigné de l'aéroport. Il faut compter une heure et demie de route depuis l'aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel.

Great Resort This resort is very clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and smile and say hello every time they see you. We went at the beginning of June so it wasn’t busy at all and we didn’t have to wait at any restaurant lineups etc. The one thing I was disappointed with was when I called room service and they told they were sold out of peanut butter and the inventory wasn’t coming for a few days. This was a lie because I ended up seeing peanut butter jars everywhere the next morning at the buffet and I also got peanut butter from the cafe that same night. The cafe has a peanut butter milkshake so how could the resort be sold out of peanut butter? They basically lied to me and I don’t know why. I needed the peanut butter for my picky kid who needs it in his cereal every morning. Also, sometimes at the buffet, they didn’t come around for water or coffee and we had to ask. But overall, a clean place and great for kids as well with lots of pools. I found the beach to be smaller than some other places I have visited. The location is also very far from the airport. It is a 1.5 hour drive to the resort from the airport.

Amazing resort! The BodyHoliday in St.Lucia surpassed my expectations! They’re not exaggerating when they say ‘give us your body and we’ll give you your mind’. Beautiful beach. Daily spa treatments put it over the top. This resort has something for everyone...wide variety of activities for the mind, body, and soul along with great food catering to different dietary requirements. I was impressed with how well maintained and clean the property was and the staff were exceptional. Many guests had been there multiple times which speaks to how special of a place this is. It’s a must go! I’m already thinking about my next visit!

Amazing resort We stayed in a junior suite at the Saint Lucia Royalton hideaway resort with an ocean view. The room was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The resort had numerous restaurants providing a good variety of well prepared delicious food. The nightly entertainment was enjoyable and the beach and pool areas were amazing. I would highly recommend this resort.

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Un resort extraordinaire - la nourriture, la chambre et bien d'autres choses encore

Le complexe était beaucoup plus grand que prévu. Les chambres étaient incroyables, les vues sur l'océan (à flanc de falaise et au bord de l'océan) étaient exceptionnelles depuis tous les restaurants. La nourriture était à tomber par terre et le personnel était unique en son genre. J'y séjournerai à nouveau sans hésiter.

Amazing resort - food, room & much much more The resort was so much bigger than expected. The rooms were amazing, the ocean views (cliffside and by the ocean) were outstanding from every restaurant. The food was to die for and the staff were one of a kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Sandals Grande St Lucian: Belle

Je n'étais allé qu'au Sandals Resort de Grenade auparavant, mais je suis maintenant convaincu du niveau de qualité. Le terrain est impeccable, l'emplacement est magnifique. La nourriture et le personnel sont de première classe pour la plupart. Le voyage de 2 heures depuis l'aéroport est supportable mais ils vous renvoient trop tôt à l'aéroport. Nous avons dû partir à 10h30 pour un vol de 15h50. Le bureau d'Air Canada n'était même pas ouvert lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport. Le personnel [... lire plus] du restaurant italien était très froid et le service du petit déjeuner extrêmement lent, mais tous les autres restaurants étaient complètement différents. Si vous plongez, prévoyez d'y passer plus de la moitié de la journée. Rendez-vous à 8h, départ vers 8h30-9h, 45 à 60 minutes de bateau pour les sites à l'aller et 13h-13h30 au retour. Le personnel de plongée était génial mais je n'ai jamais rencontré de maîtres de plongée malheureux. Je n'ai pas nagé dans une piscine pour référence future. Vous savez pourquoi.

Beautiful Have only been to the Sandals Resort in Grenada before but now am convinced of the quality standard. Grounds are immaculate, location is beautiful. Food and staff first class for the most part. The 2 hour trip from the airport is bearable but they ship you off too soon back to the airport. Had to leave at 10:30 am for a 3:50 pm flight. Air Canada desk not even open when we arrived at the airport. Staff at the Italian restaurant very cold and breakfast service extremely slow but all of the other restaurants completely different. If you dive plan on spending more than half the day. Meet at 8am, leave by 8:30-9:00, 45 to 60 minute boat ride to the sites one way and 1 to 1:30 pm on return.Dive staff was great but then I`ve never met unhappy dive masters. Didn`t swim in a pool for future reference. You know why.

Sandals Halcyon Beach: Sandals Halcyon Review

Mon copain et moi avons voyagé au Sandals Halcyon en mars 2019. Pour référence, nous sommes au début de la trentaine et sommes des voyageurs expérimentés dans les Caraïbes. Comme il s'agissait de notre première expérience Sandals, nous étions impatients de voir "la différence Sandals", surtout compte tenu du prix. Le point positif : le service est nettement supérieur à la moyenne des centres de villégiature tout compris, même en comparaison avec d'autres établissements 4-5 étoiles. Le personn [... lire plus]el est très bien formé pour être extrêmement réactif et attentif. Le drain de notre baignoire ne se bouchait pas correctement et le personnel d'entretien s'est rendu dans notre chambre dans les 5 minutes qui ont suivi l'appel à la réception. Le problème a été résolu immédiatement ! Il était également très, TRÈS rafraîchissant de ne pas avoir à donner de pourboire (bien que nous en ayons laissé à quelques membres du personnel exemplaires). Le point négatif : La plage du Halcyon, comparée à celle du Sandals Grande St. Lucian, laissait à désirer. Pourtant, il n'y a pas de quoi se plaindre d'une plage dans les Caraïbes ! C'est juste qu'elle était loin d'être aussi belle que la plage du Grande. De plus, ce complexe est TRÈS orienté vers les retraités. Il y avait très peu d'invités dans notre groupe d'âge. Pour cette raison, la vie nocturne était pratiquement inexistante. C'est un lieu de villégiature idéal si vous cherchez simplement à vous détendre et pas nécessairement à vivre une expérience sociale animée. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires ! Cependant, si nous devions retourner dans un Sandals à Sainte-Lucie, nous choisirions certainement le Sandals Grande.

My boyfriend and I travelled to Sandals Halcyon in March 2019. For reference, we are in our early 30s and are experienced travelers in the Caribbean. As this was our first Sandals experience, we were excited to see “the Sandals difference” – especially considering the price tag. The positive: the service is definitely above the average all-inclusive resort, even in comparison to other 4-5 star properties. Staff are very well-trained to be extremely responsive and attentive. Our tub drain was not plugging properly, and the maintenance staff were at our room within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. Problem solved immediately! It was also very, VERY refreshing to not be expected to tip (although we did leave tips for a few exemplary staff). The negative: The Halcyon beach, in comparison to the Sandals Grande St. Lucian, left something to be desired. Still, a beach in the Caribbean is nothing to complain about! It just wasn’t nearly as nice as the beach at the Grande. As well, this resort is VERY MUCH geared towards retirees. There were very few guests within our age group. Because of this, the nightlife was essentially non-existent. This is a great resort if you’re looking to simply relax and not necessarily looking have a lively social experience. All-in-all, we had a really amazing vacation! However, if we were to return to a Sandals in St. Lucia, we would definitely select the Sandals Grande.

Ce complexe est incroyable - idéal pour les personnes actives, avec un large choix d'activités et de cours de fitness à chaque heure de la journée et la possibilité d'essayer de nouvelles choses. Best vacation ever! This resort is amazing - ideal for active people, with a wide choice of activities and fitness classes every hour of the day and opportunities to try new things. With daily hour long spa treatments scheduled for you and included in the package, and even a personal training session, I felt totally spoiled. Staff are very friendly, food options are wide and include lots of choice for vegetarians, making healthy eating easy at this all-inclusive. Hotel grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The beach is small but lovely. I will definitely go again (and again).

Harmony Marina Suites: Propre et bien rangé !

Tout ce que l'on voit autour du complexe est beau et propre, l'endroit est très bien entretenu de cette façon. Les chambres sont décentes et offrent ce que l'on attend pour ce que l'on paie. Le service était bon, tout le monde était assez amical. Certains employés de la réception ont été très aimables et serviables ! Le bar sur place était solide. Le seul reproche à faire est que notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avions des voisins à l'étage qui faisaient du bruit à toute heure du [... lire plus] jour et de la nuit. Nous avions le bruit blanc de notre téléphone et j'étais toujours réveillé par les chaises qui traînaient sur le sol et les gens qui laissaient tomber des objets.

Clean and Tidy! Everything you look at around the resort look nice and clean, the place is very well kept that way. Rooms are decent and provide what is expected for what you're paying. Service was good, everyone was friendly enough. Some at the front desk were very friendly and helpful as well! Bar on site was solid. Only complaint was with our room being on ground level . We had neighbours upstairs making a noise around the clock. We had white noise from our phone and I was still being woken up because of chairs dragging across the floor and people dropping stuff.

Bel hôtel à l'ambiance caribéenne "chic" avec un personnel sympathique et accommodant. Notre suite a été récemment rénovée et offre une vue magnifique sur la baie, la piscine et les montagnes. Ambiance tranquille, à distance de marche de la plage de Reduit, des magasins et des restaurants. Excellent emplacement ; nous reviendrons !

Harmony Oasis Beautiful “chic” Caribbean vibe hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Our suite had recent renovations with a beautiful view overlooking the bay, pool and mountains. Quiet atmosphere, walking distance to Reduit beach, shops and restaurants. Excellent location; we will be back!

Le complexe était bien entretenu. Le personnel est là pour satisfaire les clients. Le terrain était bien entretenu et organisé. La nourriture et les divertissements étaient excellents. Le seul point négatif auquel je peux penser est la plage. Elle était un peu courte. J'aurais aimé une plage plus longue pour pouvoir faire de longues promenades.

The only negative that I can think of was the beach. It was a little short. I would have liked a longer beach to allow for long walks.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sandals La Toc à Sainte-Lucie. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part de tout le personnel. Le buffet était excellent avec une bonne variété et les restaurants étaient incroyables. Les chambres étaient très belles et propres. Nous recommandons ce centre de villégiature. Amazing Resort We had wonderful trip to Sandals La Toc in St Lucia. We received a warm welcoming by all staff. Buffet food was great with a good variety and the restaurants were amazing. Rooms were very nice and clean. We would recommend this resort. In addition we booked with trip central, thank you Stephanie for being so accommodating with all our questions and great vacation.
