Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Pas aussi bien que le Bahia Punta Cana !

La plage n'était pas vraiment bonne, trop de rochers... Dans l'ensemble, le service laissait à désirer, et nous donnons de très bons pourboires,,,,mais cela ne semblait pas avoir d'importance. Notre chambre n'a pas été bien nettoyée du tout. La nourriture était quelque peu décevante. Je n'y retournerais pas.

Not As good as bahia Punta cana ! The beach was not really good, too many rocks.. Overall, service was lacking,,and we tip very well,,,,but it didn't seemto matter. Our room was not cleaned well at all. Food was somewhat disappointing. I wouldn't go back .

El Dorado Seaside Palms: la deuxième fois est la bonne !

Je voudrais citer des noms avant de commencer. Ebaldo, barman au premium swim up, Claudia et Christine au Naay Spa. Merci pour tout. Nous étions ici il y a 5 ans et quelques choses ont changé mais seulement pour le mieux. Nouveau théâtre et nouvelles suites. Les boissons, la nourriture, les piscines et la plage étaient merveilleuses. Le personnel est sympathique et le personnel chargé de l'organisation des événements (Ivan et Theresa) fait un travail formidable. Meilleur Guacamole jamais vu ! Si [... lire plus] la plage principale n'est pas ce que vous recherchez, dirigez-vous vers l'ouest le long de la plage entre Palladium et Seaside et vous trouverez un morceau de plage incroyable qui ne peut pas décevoir. Le seul reproche que je puisse faire concerne le Pub Restaurant qui est uniquement sur réservation. La nourriture était médiocre mais la plupart du temps le choix n'était pas impressionnant. L'hôtel et le personnel sont des valeurs sûres.

2nd time's a charm! Want to mention names before I begin. Ebaldo,bartender at premium swim up, Claudia and Christine at Naay Spa. Thanks for everything. We were here 5 years ago and a few things have changed but only for the better. New theatre and suites. Drinks, food , pools and beach were wonderful. Friendly staff and event staff ( Ivan and Theresa) awesome job. Best Guacamole ever! If the main beach is not what you're looking for, head west along the beach between Palladium and Seaside and you'll find an amazing piece of beach that cannot disappoint. Only complaint I can give is the Pub Restaurant that is a reservation only. Food was meh but mostly choice was not impressive. Hotel and staff are top shelf all the way.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Nous avons passé un bon moment

Le complexe a plus que répondu à nos attentes - il était aussi naturel que n'importe quel autre complexe où nous sommes allés et semblait très éco-responsable. Belle plage, bonne nourriture. Seul petit reproche : la chambre n'avait pas assez de prises électriques.

We had a great time The resort more than met our expectations - it was as naturey as any resort we've been to and seemed to be very eco-responsible. Nice beach, great food. Only minor complaint - room did not have enough electrical outlets.

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: Très belles vacances

Il pleuvait lorsque nous avons atterri, j'étais donc un peu déçue, mais nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel et ils ont été très amicaux et très serviables ..... Nous sommes arrivés à nos chambres, ce sont des chambres moyennes mais elles fonctionnent, c'est un endroit assez grand mais à long terme, cela valait l'argent et nous avons passé un bon moment et nous nous sommes fait beaucoup de nouveaux amis

Very nice vacation It was raining when we landed so I was a little disappointed but we got to our hotel and they were very friendly and very helpful ....we got to our rooms ,they are your average rooms but they work , it's a pretty big place but in the long run it was worth the money and we had a great time and made lots of new friends

Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Tout était parfait Belle

Première fois au Mexique, j'ai adoré tout ce qu'il y avait à faire : la station, la vue, la nourriture, le temps, le shopping et l'aventure <3 Moi, mon mari et 2 de nos amis sommes allés ensemble et nous avons apprécié chaque chose et nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés et j'aimerais y aller encore et encore pour faire ce que j'ai manqué de faire aussi l'un des spectacles les plus étonnants que nous avons vu c'est Rythmes des nuits , le plus beau et romantique Shaw que j'ai vu , J'ai adoré

Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa: totalement génial

tout était parfait. la nourriture était parfaite dans tous les restaurants et j'ai trouvé le personnel plus qu'accommodant. le terrain était impeccable et les jardins magnifiques. le club pour enfants était très bien géré. je recommanderais vraiment ce complexe à n'importe quelle famille.

totlally awesome everything was perfect. the food was perfect in all the restaurants and i found the staff to be more than accommodating. the ground were flawless and the gardens beautiful. the children's club was very well run. i would truly recommend this resort to any family.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Fiesta Americana 2014

Excellent hôtel avec un excellent service, du concierge aux serveurs et au personnel. Il y avait une très bonne variété de plats et ils ont été très accommodants pour cuisiner nos prises de notre voyage de pêche et ils ont fait un excellent travail. Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette expérience.

Excellent hotel with excellent service from concierge to waiters and staff. There was a very good variety of foods and they were most accommodating to cook up our catch from our fishing trip and they did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Un centre de villégiature plutôt bien dans l'ensemble. Pas extraordinaire et pas mauvais !

Cette station est immense, il faut prendre un trolley pour aller partout il y a 8 restaurants différents - vous découvrirez ceux qui valent la peine d'être fréquentés et ceux où vous auriez dû aller au buffet ! aha mon préféré : Japonais / Méditerranée / steak house pas mon préféré : Ribs&More (la nourriture était infecte - le service était nul) Brésilien (le service était fantastique - la nourriture était correcte - grasse) Par contre, j'ai adoré les bars à salades des restaurants ! Les chamb [... lire plus]res étaient agréables - pas 5 étoiles mais je dirais 3.5 - 4 le service était bon dans l'ensemble - je ne vais pas me plaindre WIFI - c'est là que le bât blesse. Le Wifi s'allumait et s'éteignait (version gratuite), mais la version préminium à 60$ ne se connectait même pas ! nous avons donc payé pour cela pour découvrir que nous étions mieux avec la version gratuite. très frustrant. Nous n'avons pas ressenti le besoin de faire des excursions cette fois-ci, il y avait tellement de choses à faire à l'hôtel. J'ai adoré les boissons gratuites et le bar à salades La salle de sport est en fait à moitié décente. (ce n'est pas rien haha) Quelque chose à prendre en compte - il faut 65 minutes du port aérien à ce complexe !!! pensez-y parce qu'après avoir volé pendant 6 heures / avoir traité avec les douanes / avoir trouvé un moyen de transport ... voulez-vous voyager pendant encore 1 heure ???? - je n'ai pas pensé à cela lors de la réservation... quand j'étais sur place à m'occuper de cela, j'étais épuisé... matière à réflexion ;) Dans l'ensemble, bon séjour - pour le $$$, c'était un bon choix.

Pretty good resort overall. Not amazing & not bad! This resort is massive, you have to take a trolly everywhere there are 8 different restaurants to eat at - you will figure out which ones are worth your time and which ones you should have gone to the buffet instead! aha my favorite: Japanese/ Mediterranean / steak house not my favorite: Ribs&More (food was nasty- service sucked) Brazilian (service was fantastic food was OK - greasy) I loved the salad bars at the restaurants though! Rooms were nice - not 5 star but i would say 3.5 - 4 service overall good - not going to complain WIFI - this is where my issues are. Wifi went on and off (free version) the preminum for 60$ would not even connect! so we paid for that to find out we are better off for the free. very frustrating. Good resort to hang at - so much to do. for 8 nights we just hung out, lounged and enjoyed our self! we didnt feel the need this time to do excursions, there was so much to do at the resort. Loved the free drinks/salad bar Gym is actually half decent. (thats quite something haha) Something to consider - it take 65 mins from air port to this resort!! consider that because after flying for 6 hours/ dealing with customs/ figuring out transport .. do you want to travel for another 1hr??? - i didn't consider this when booking... when i was there dealing with this i was exhausted. food for thought ;) Overall good stay - for the $$$ it was a good pick.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Magnifique et très sympathique

Le Resort était magnifique, les chambres étaient belles, la nourriture était géniale et le personnel était d'une gentillesse hors du commun et d'une aide précieuse en cas de besoin. La plage était géniale. Il faut juste marcher un peu pour se déplacer.

Beautiful and Most Friendly The Resort was beautiful, rooms were nice, food was awesome and the staff were out of this world friendly and helpful when ever needed.. Beach was awesome. Just a fare bit of walking needed to get around.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Excellente et étonnante

Nous sommes allés au Mexique à de nombreuses reprises et nous revenons toujours à cet hôtel. Le personnel et l'emplacement en sont la raison. Le personnel est si amical qu'il vous fait sentir comme chez vous ! Les barmans du bar de la plage sont les meilleurs. Les chambres sont très propres, l'eau chaude et la pression de l'eau sont excellentes. La nourriture est fantastique. Il y a 5 restaurants à la carte sans réservation (WOW !!). Le terrain est très propre. Les piscines sont superbes ! La pl [... lire plus]age est magnifique. Aucune autre plage dans les environs ne s'approche des belles plages de Valentin, c'est certain. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient spectaculaires.....la musique, les locaux et les danses mexicaines...wow ! Alors, si vous cherchez à vous évader et à passer de bonnes vacances, allez à Valentin Imperial Maya, vous ne le regretterez pas !

Excellent & amazing We have been to Mexico many times, and we keep coming back to this hotel. The staff and location are the reason. The staff are so friendly, they make you feel right at home ! The bartenders at the beach bar are the best. The rooms are very clean, hot water and water pressure are excellent. The food was fantastic. There are 5 a la carte restaurants with no need for reservation (WOW!!). The grounds are very clean. The pools are great ! The beach is beautiful. No other beaches in the surrounding area come close the beautiful beaches in Valentin that's for sure. The night shows were spectacular.....the music, the locals and the Mexican dancing...wow! So, if you are looking to get away and have a great vacation, check out Valentin Imperial Maya, you won't be sorry!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Un endroit idéal pour séjourner !

Le site est magnifique et le personnel est très aimable et courtois. Il est un peu difficile de poser des questions car la plupart parlent très peu l'anglais. Nous y sommes allés pour un mariage et le coordinateur de mariage et le photographe de l'hôtel ont été phénoménaux ! La nourriture à la carte était incroyable et nous avons vraiment apprécié l'assortiment de nourriture au buffet.

Great place to stay! Resort grounds are beautiful and they have very friendly & courteous staff. A little tough hard to ask questions as most speak very little English at all. We went for a wedding and the resort wedding coordinator & photographer were phenomenal! A la carte food was amazing and really enjoyed the assortment of food at the buffet.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: BAHIA PRINCIPE - HÔTEL RÉSERVÉ AUX ADULTES

L'hôtel que j'ai trouvé était assez isolé et je préférais le Coba ou l'autre hôtel associé à celui où j'ai séjourné. Cependant, je dois dire que c'était mon anniversaire et qu'ils se sont surpassés. J'ai été très surpris et reconnaissant. Vraiment incroyable. Je pense que le personnel de la réception devrait être plus éduqué sur les questions courantes qui peuvent être posées et certains d'entre eux ne parlaient pas très bien l'anglais. La séance d'information aurait dû avoir lieu à mon hôtel pl [... lire plus]utôt qu'au Coba. Tous les autres ont eu leur session à leur base. Tout était extrêmement propre, les piscines, les chambres, etc. Les autres hôtels avaient beaucoup plus d'événements et d'activités que mon hôtel. J'ai passé très peu de temps dans mon hôtel. Les piscines n'étaient pas du tout animées. Certaines n'étaient même pas entretenues. Ce n'est vraiment pas ce à quoi je m'attendais. Je recommanderais de séjourner à l'hôtel pour adultes uniquement en raison de tous les avantages dont j'ai bénéficié. On m'a servi les meilleures liqueurs incluses, un meilleur service de serviettes, etc., vous pouvez également utiliser tous les avantages de l'hôtel associé et toutes leurs commodités. Cependant, je recommanderais de visiter tous les autres hôtels associés. Toutes les commodités sont plus proches et accessibles à pied ou en train (voiturette de golf). Les programmes d'événements et d'activités impliquant toutes les piscines n'étaient pas à la hauteur. Ils l'étaient dans les autres hôtels.

BAHIA PRINCIPE - ADULT ONLY HOTEL The hotel I found was quite isolated and I preferred the Coba or the other associated hotel over the one I stayed at. However, I must say, It was my birthday and they went above and beyond. I was so surprised and grateful. Truly amazing. I feel the front desk staff should be more educated on common questions that may be asked and some of them didn't speak English very well. The info session should have been held at my hotel instead of the Coba. Everyone else had their session at their home base. Everything was extremely clean, pools, rooms etc. The other hotels had way more events and activities then my hotel. I spent very little time at my hotel. The pools were not lively at all. Some of them weren't even tended to. Definitely not what I expected. I would recommend staying at the Adult hotel only because of all the perks I received. I was served the best of all liqueurs inclusive, better towel service etc., you also get to utilize all the associated hotel's benefits and all their amenities as well. However I would recommend, visiting all the other hotels associated. All the amenities are closer and within walking distance or a quick trip on the train(golf cart). The event and activity schedules involving all the pools were not on par. They were at the other hotels.

Riu Caribe Cancun: Riu Caribe

L'hôtel était très moderne, le personnel sympathique et le service de qualité. Le buffet était extraordinaire. Le steakhouse n'était pas très bon et le restaurant mexicain était très mauvais. En plus d'être très venteux tous les jours à la fin du mois d'octobre, les algues sur la plage sont un phénomène quotidien et il faut les nettoyer sans arrêt. Nous y sommes restés 10 jours, est-ce que j'y retournerais, probablement pas. Je préfère le Riu Cancun, le buffet y semble beaucoup plus grand. Dans  [... lire plus]l'ensemble, c'était très bien.

The hotel was very modern, friendly staff and good service. The buffet was amazing. The steakhouse was not that good and the mexican was so so. Besides being very windy everyday the end of Oct the seaweed on the beach is an everyday occurrance and a nonstop cleaning process. We were there for 10 days, would I go there again, probably not. I prefer the Riu Cancun, the buffet seems a lot larger there. All and all it was very good.

CHAQUE JOUR, IL Y AVAIT TROP DE NOURRITURE IDENTIQUE À CELLE DE LA VEILLE. PAS ASSEZ DE VARIÉTÉ.

11/05 TO 11/12/2014 - COZUMEL VACATION WE STAYED AT EL COZUMELENO IN COZUMEL EARLIER THIS YEAR (FEBRUARY) AND THE SELECTION OF FOOD WAS MUCH BETTER IN FEBRUARY THAN IT WAS NOW - EXAMPLE - ONE MORNING FOR BREAKFAST WE COULDN'T GET SAUSAGE OR BACON AND AT LUNCH THERE WERE NO TOMATOES, CUCUMBERS FOR THE GREEK SALAD. EACH DAY WAS TOO MUCH OF THE SAME FOOD FROM THE DAY BEFORE. NOT ENOUGH VARIETY.

Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa: Merveilleuse escapade !

Le Sapphire était formidable. Le centre de villégiature lui-même était magnifique et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité à tout moment Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité à tout moment. Le personnel était très bien formé - de l'enregistrement au concierge en passant par les serveurs de bar et le personnel de nettoyage. On entendait tout le temps "It is my pleasure". La nourriture était incroyable - 5 étoiles, du buffet à tous les restaurants. C'est un petit complexe, mais c'est ce que nous avons [... lire plus] adoré. Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur l'océan et cela valait chaque centime ! Et à seulement 20 minutes de l'aéroport ! Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Wonderful getaway! Now Sapphire was terrific. The resort itself was beautiful and We felt safe at all times. The staff was very well trained - from check in to concierge to bar tenders to cleaning staff. You heard "It is my pleasure" all the time. The food was amazing - 5 star from buffet to any of the restaurants. A small resort but that is what we loved about it. We upgraded to an ocean view room and worth every penny! And only a 20 minute ride from the airport! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Allegro Cozumel: Superbe voyage

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à l'Occidental Grand. Les chambres étaient propres, il y avait toujours une chaise de plage pour s'asseoir, la nourriture était bonne, mais je dois dire que c'est le personnel qui rend ce centre de villégiature formidable ! J'ai hâte d'y retourner avec ma famille.

Awesome trip Had a great time at the Occidental Grand. Rooms were clean, always a beach chair to sit on, food was good, but have to say staff make this resort great! Can't wait to return to this resort with my family.

Grand Sunset Princess: Un excellent rapport qualité-prix

Bien que le complexe soit grand, il est situé de telle manière qu'il ne semble pas surpeuplé. Le personnel est très professionnel et le service est également très bon. Nous avons également apprécié les nombreux restaurants et la qualité de la nourriture. L'espace réservé aux jeunes enfants était très bien, de même que la possibilité de trouver des activités adaptées.

Excellent value for your money Although the resort is large it is situated in such a fashion that it did not feel crowded. Staff is very professional and the service is very good as well. We also enjoyed the many restaurants and the quality of food. The area for small children was great and also their opportunity to find some suitable activities.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: La station était agréable... différente... mais agréable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au Platinum Yucatan Princess. Le complexe était différent... nous avons trouvé le décor "moderne" un peu différent et un peu froid. Extrêmement propre et le personnel était, pour la plupart, très courtois et serviable. L'hôtel n'était rempli qu'à moitié, ce qui le rendait un peu plus calme. Je m'attendais à plus d'activités nocturnes... les activités proposées par l'hôtel se terminaient à 22h30 ou 23h et étaient plutôt calmes. Le choix de nourriture et d'a [... lire plus]lcools était bon. La plage était agréable.

Resort was nice...different...but nice We had an excellent week at the Platinum Yucatan Princess. The resort was different...we found the "modern" decor a bit different and a bit cold. Extremely clean and the staff were, for the most part, very courteous and helpful. Resort was only about half full so it was a bit quiet. Expected more night time activities...the activities the resort had wrapped up by 10:30 or 11:00 pm and were pretty mellow. Food and liquor choices were good. Beach was nice.

Riu Vallarta: R&R @ RIU Vallarta

Il est difficile de l'expliquer en 200 mots ou moins ! Arrivée, pour une raison quelconque, le personnel a anticipé notre arrivée et nous a surpris. La surprise était que nous prenons habituellement un taxi et personne à ma connaissance n'a su que nous venions - SURPRISE !!! donc FANTASTIQUE !!! CHAMBRE, je pense que les chambres ont besoin d'une mise à jour, bien que propre et frais tous les jours 2 lits jumeaux ensemble pour faire un lit King n'était vraiment pas génial, aussi le lit lui-même  [... lire plus]très dur, juste pour que vous sachiez, pas un gros problème, mais nous aimons le confort. Le réfrigérateur était bien approvisionné, mais nous avons utilisé l'eau et le club soda tous les jours et nous avons découvert qu'ils ne venaient dans la chambre que tous les deux jours, nous avons donc dû le rappeler à la réception qui s'en est occupée. ALIMENTATION C'était fabuleux, rien à redire ! Une mise à jour de la décoration pourrait être envisagée. PLAGE C'est l'endroit où nous aimons être. Propre et bien entretenue. Si vous aviez plus de service sur la plage, ce serait formidable. La seule personne qui travaillait sur la plage a fait un travail fantastique, s'est assurée que nous avions de l'eau et des boissons pendant une partie de la journée - merci En résumé, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans votre hôtel et nous reviendrons ! It is hard to explain in 200 words or less! Arrival, for some reason the staff anticipated our arrival and surprised us. The surprise was we usually take a cab and no one to my knowledge new we were coming-SURPRISE!! so FANTASTIC!! ROOM, I think the rooms do need some updating although clean and fresh everyday 2 twin beds together to make a King bed was really not great, also the bed itself very hard, just want you to know, not a big deal but we do like comfort. Fridge stocked well although we used the water and club soda up everyday and found out they only came to the room every other day so we needed to remind front desk and they took care of it. FOOD It was fabulous no complaints! An update on decor maybe could be looked at. BEACH This is where we like to be. Clean and well maintained. If you had more service on the beach it would be great. The one person that worked the beach did a fantastic Job, made sure we had water and drinks for part of the day-thanks All in All a great week or so at your HOTEL, WE WILL BE BACK!
