le Grand Bahia Tulum est un complexe agréable et propre, nous avions une belle vue sur l'eau depuis notre balcon, la nourriture était bonne, nous avons fait de longues promenades sur la plage, ce que nous avons adoré, nous sommes allés dans deux autres complexes à proximité et nous avons préféré le Barcelo.

great resort the grand bahia tulum is a nice clean resort we had a great view of the water from our balcony.food was good,went for long walks on the beach which we loved.have been to two other resorts near by and liked the Barcelo better.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: J'ai passé une merveilleuse lune de miel :)

L'hôtel était super, la réservation par tripcentral était super... honnêtement, l'expérience était tout simplement géniale. Je recommande vivement l'Emerald Junior Suite, qui est bien située, juste à côté de la plage, et qui dispose d'un jacuzzi très agréable pour se détendre. Il y a tellement de choses à faire au Mexique et le fait d'être dans un centre de villégiature extraordinaire avec de la bonne nourriture ne fait qu'améliorer les choses. Je tiens à remercier l'ensemble du personnel pour a [... lire plus]voir rendu ce voyage si mémorable. Nous sommes partis à la fin du mois d'août et le temps a été phénoménal. Honnêtement, nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps, mais nous avons dû retourner à la vie réelle... Si nous sommes bénis pour repartir, nous réserverons un voyage plus long.

Had an amazing honeymoon :) The resort was great, booking through tripcentral was great ... honestly, the experience was just great. I highly recommend the Emerald Junior Suite, it has a nice location right beside the beach and a really cool jacuzzi to relax in. There is so much to do in Mexico and being at an amazing resort with great food just makes it that much better. I just want to thank all of the staff for making the trip so memorable. We went in late August and the weather happened to be phenomenal. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer but we had to get back to real life ... if we're Blessed to go again then we will book a longer trip.

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Hôtel Buenaventura

Nous sommes allés à Buenaventura plusieurs fois et nous ne pouvons imaginer qu'il faille améliorer le service, l'hospitalité, la présentation de la nourriture, l'entretien du terrain, l'emplacement et le personnel heureux, l'accueil est si chaleureux et nous nous sentons comme une famille, beaucoup de membres du personnel sont là depuis plusieurs années. J'adore cet hôtel et je prévois d'y retourner très bientôt - nous avons 81/83 ans.

Buenaventura Hotel We have been to Buenaventura several times and can't imagine any improvement is needed in the service, hospitality, food-presentation, grounds-keeping, location and happy staff, the welcome is so warm and we feel like family, many of the staff have been there for several years. I just love this hotel and plan another trip there very soon--we are 81/83 yrs.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à Buenaventura, Puerto Vallarta. L'emplacement est 5 étoiles, à distance de marche du centre-ville et situé sur la plage. Le terrain et la plage sont d'une propreté exceptionnelle et le personnel de l'hôtel, en particulier les serveurs et les barmans, est fantastique. La nourriture était excellente et d'une qualité digne d'une croisière dans les restaurants Ala Carte. Le restaurant de la plage, ouvert à l'heure du déjeuner, proposait une cuisine de qualité et tr [... lire plus]ès variée. La note de quatre étoiles est due au manque de cohérence dans l'offre des bars. Nous aimons le champagne, mais la disponibilité était aléatoire. J'y retournerai....un excellent rapport qualité-prix et un super service !

Great Resort! I really enjoyed my trip to Buenaventura, Puerto Vallarta. The location is 5 star, walking distance to downtown and located on the beach. The grounds and beach are kept exceptionally clean, and the staff at the hotel, particularly the servers and bartenders are fantastic. The food was super and up to cruise quality in the Ala Carte restaurants. The beach restaurant open at lunch time was good food with lots of variety. The four star rating is due to the lack of consistency in bar offerings. We like champagne but availability was hit and miss. I will go back....great value and super service!

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Incroyable ! !!

Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire dès l'enregistrement. Nous avons surclassé notre chambre en front de mer - cela valait chaque centime. L'établissement est magnifique et les vues sont incroyables. Tout était très propre - les chambres et l'établissement. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, notre expérience culinaire a été exceptionnelle - buffets et al a cartes. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Amazing !!! Amazing resort right from the time you check in. We upgraded our room to ocean front - was worth every cent. The facility is beautiful and the views amazing. everything was very clean - rooms and facility. As far as food - our culinary experience was exceptional - buffets and the al a cartes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Royal Hideaway Playacar: Un centre de villégiature absolument extraordinaire !!!

Nous avons adoré ce centre de villégiature ! Le hall et la réception sont très élégants. Les employés étaient tous extraordinaires et plus que disposés à aider pour quoi que ce soit. Les terrains étaient spectaculaires et très agréables à parcourir ! !! Les chambres étaient très belles et propres ! Le service et la nourriture étaient exceptionnels. La plage et l'océan étaient fantastiques ! Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute ! !!

Absolutely Amazing Resort!!! We loved this resort!!! The Lobby and reception areas are very elegant. Staff were all amazing and more than willing to help with anything. Grounds were spectacular and very enjoyable to walk through!! Rooms were very nice and clean!! Service and food was exceptional. Beach and ocean were fantastic!! We will definitely go back !!!

Ocean Maya Royale: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Ce centre de villégiature était délicieux ! Nous préférons de loin les petites stations et celle-ci avait tous les avantages des grandes stations. L'ensemble du complexe était extrêmement bien entretenu et le personnel n'aurait pas pu être plus serviable et courtois. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Wonderful resort This resort was delightful! We much prefer the smaller resorts and this one had all the perks of the larger resorts. The entire resort was extremely well maintained and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. Would definitely return!!!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Très beau complexe, bien entretenu et mis à jour, qui donne une impression de confort et d'accueil. Le personnel était très sympathique, juste là pour s'assurer que vous passiez un bon moment sans être envahissant. Juste ce qu'il faut. Le terrain n'était pas trop grand pour qu'on ait besoin de se déplacer d'un bout à l'autre, mais suffisamment spacieux pour ne pas se sentir surpeuplé. Là encore, un bon équilibre. La nourriture était bonne et variée.

Excellent resort! Really nice resort, well maintained and updated, and giving the cozy, welcoming feeling. Staff was really nice, just there to ensure you are having a good time without being overbearing. Just right. The grounds were not too large to need a ride from one end to the other and spacious enough to not feel overcrowded. Again, a good balance. Food was good, and varied.

Villablanca Huatulco: Grand hôtel

L'hôtel est très bien situé et se trouve à distance de marche de plusieurs magasins et restaurants. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très bien entretenu et propre. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Sully, dans la salle à manger, était très serviable et bien informé lorsqu'on lui demandait des indications sur la façon de se déplacer. Nous avions choisi le plan petit-déjeuner et il était très bon. Je séjournerai certainement à nouveau dans cet hôtel lors de ma prochaine visite.

Great Hotel The hotel was very nicely situated and within walking distance to various shopping locations and restaurant's. The whole hotel is very well kept and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sully in the dining room was very helpful and knowledgeable when asked for directions on getting around. We had chose the breakfast plan and it was very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I go back the next time.

Riu Palace Pacifico: Fabulousoooo !!!!

En entrant dans le complexe, nous avons su que nous avions pris la bonne décision ! C'est immaculé, propre et beau. Les chambres sont de bonne taille et la nourriture est fantastique ! J'ai visité de nombreux Riu Resorts et celui-ci est en tête de ma liste. Ils n'en font jamais assez pour vous, nous avons été traités comme des princesses pendant une semaine entière (difficile de rentrer à la maison après cela). La piscine et le bar de la piscine sont amusants et si vous voulez juste vous détendr [... lire plus]e, vous avez le choix entre la magnifique plage et un côté de la piscine. C'est le PREMIER RESORT dans lequel j'ai été où le manager est sur le terrain, toujours en train de se promener, d'interagir et de s'assurer que les clients sont pris en charge (pas caché à l'arrière dans un bureau) et à cause de cela, cela montre une grande différence dans la façon dont on s'occupe de vous. Nous avons passé le meilleur moment possible, c'était les vacances annuelles de nos filles et nous sommes toutes d'accord pour y retourner sans hésiter. ! !!! Je ne peux pas dire assez de bien de ce centre de villégiature. Nous sommes allés à Puerto Vallarta plusieurs fois et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Les gens nous ont toujours remerciés de visiter PV et même la sécurité à l'aéroport nous a remerciés de visiter ...... Merci au Riu Palace Pacifico d'avoir fait de nos vacances un moment inoubliable !

Fabulousoooo!!!! Walking in the resort we knew we had made the right decision!!! It is immaculate clean and beautiful. The rooms are a nice size and the Food is fantastic!! I have been to many Riu Resorts and this one is Top of my list. They can not do enough for you we were treated like Princesses for one whole week (hard to come home after that)lol. The pool and pool bar are fun and if you just want to relax you have the option of the beautiful beach area or one side of the pool. This is the FIRST RESORT I have been to where the Manager is hands on always walking around interacting and making sure the guest are taken care of (not hiding in the back in some office) and because of this it shows a big difference in the way you are taken care of. We had the best time ever it was our GIRLS yearly vacation away and we all agreed we would go back in a heartbeat !!!! I can not say enough good things about this resort. We went into Puerto Vallarta a couple times and felt very very safe the people always Thanked us for visiting PV and even the security at the Airport Thanked us for visiting..... Thank You Riu Palace Palace Pacifico for making our vacation a memorable one !!!

Sunscape Puerto Vallarta: Le personnel est le meilleur de Puerto Vallarta !

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine à la fin du mois d'octobre lors d'un voyage entre filles. Il s'agit d'un petit complexe hôtelier qui aurait besoin d'être modernisé. Lors de notre arrivée, notre chambre était sale, nous l'avons nettoyée nous-mêmes avant de la déballer. Les chambres sont très basiques, sans réfrigérateur ni micro-ondes, mais elles disposent d'un coffre-fort et du wifi gratuit, ce qui a été une agréable surprise. L'hôtel dispose d'un buffet, d'un snack-bar et d'un menu à la carte [... lire plus]. Le buffet n'est pas très varié, pour le petit déjeuner, la station d'œufs était notre préférée. Les plats à la carte, par contre, étaient incroyables, la nourriture était délicieuse, la présentation était étonnante et le personnel offrait le meilleur service. Le personnel est ce qui fait que ce complexe vaut la peine d'y revenir. Ils connaissent tous nos noms dès le deuxième jour et se mettent en quatre pour nous offrir un service impeccable. Les barmans préparent également des boissons très savoureuses ! Un autre avantage de ce complexe est son emplacement, il est très central, à quelques pas d'un centre commercial, de Walmart, de la marina maritime et à une courte distance en taxi de la promenade.

Staff are the best in Puerto Vallarta!! We stayed her for a week at the end of October on a girls trip. This is a smaller resort, and could you some more updating. Upon check in our room was dirty, we cleaned it ourselves before unpacking. The rooms are very basic, no fridge or microwave, but has a safe, and free wifi which was a pleasant surprise. They have one buffet, a snack bar and an al a carte. The buffet didn't have alot of variety, for breakfast the egg station was a favorite with us. The al la cartes however were amazing, food was delicous, presentation was amazing, and the staff gave the best service. The staff are what make this resort worth coming back too, they all new are names by the 2nd day, and would go out of there way to gives us great service. The bartenders make some pretty tasty drinks too! Another bonus to this resort is its location, its very central, a short walk to a mall, walmart, the maritime marina, and a quick taxi ride to the boardwalk.

Occidental Cozumel: Durée de validité : 5 jours

Nous étions partis pour des vacances relaxantes et c'est ce que nous avons eu. Les chambres avaient besoin d'être modernisées. La nourriture était correcte. Le service du personnel était excellent. La plage était excellente. J'ai été dans des complexes hôteliers où la nourriture était de meilleure qualité. J'ai été satisfait du personnel. Ils étaient professionnels, drôles, toujours à l'écoute de vos besoins. J'ajouterais que le wi-fi devrait être ouvert à tous. Nous avons dû acheter un forfait  [... lire plus]et utiliser un ordinateur qui était lent et cassé. Je n'ai pas aimé cela. Quand on a des enfants et de la famille, on a envie de se connecter pour leur faire savoir que tout va bien et que l'on est bien arrivé. J'ai aimé l'atmosphère de forêt d'égo dans le complexe. J'avais l'impression que nous allions avoir une bien meilleure chambre et quand nous avons eu ce que nous avons eu, j'ai été déçue. J'y retournerais peut-être si nous obtenions des améliorations de meilleure qualité. Notre chambre donnait sur la forêt et non sur l'océan. Je n'étais pas content de cela. J'aurais voulu du pop-corn fraîchement préparé lors de la soirée cinéma autour de la piscine. La pression de la multipropriété était un peu trop forte à mon goût.

Good for 5 days We had gone for a relaxing vacation and that is what we got. Rooms were needing an updated look. Food was ok. The service with staff was excellent. Beach was excellent . I've been to resorts that had better quality food. I was happy with the staff. They were professional , funny , always accommodating your needs. I would add wi-fi to be open for everyone. We had to buy a package and use a computer which was slow and broken. I did not like that. Having children and family you want to connect to let them know all is well and that you arrived safely. I liked the ego forest feel in the resort. I was under an impression that we were going to get a way better room and then when we got what we did I was disappointed. Would I go back, possibly if we got better quality upgrades. Our room faced the forest instead of the ocean . Wasn't happy with about that one. I would have freshly made popcorn at the nightly movie night around the pool. The timeshare pressure was alittle much for my liking.

Sunscape Puerto Vallarta: Excellent centre de villégiature !

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à l'Holiday Inn Puerto Vallarta. C'est un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille. Le personnel était formidable. La nourriture était bonne et Sue, la dame qui s'occupe du club pour enfants était géniale. Je n'ai que des choses positives à dire sur l'Holiday Inn de Puerto Vallarta.

Great resort! I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Puerto Vallarta.This is a great place for a family vacation.The staff were great. The food was good and Sue, the lady who is in charge of the kids club was great. I have only positive thing to say about the Holiday Inn in Puerto Vallarta.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Fabuleux !

Quatre d'entre nous ont voyagé dans ce centre de villégiature à la fin du mois d'octobre 2014 et l'ont absolument adoré. La plongée en apnée sur la plage et le personnel charmant ont été les points forts pour nous. Un seul point négatif à mentionner - Ce serait bien si le resort pouvait inclure le wifi gratuit pour les clients car nous avons trouvé cela ennuyeux et déraisonnable pour un hôtel 4+ étoiles.

Fabulous! Four of us travelled to this resort at the end of October 2014 and absolutely loved it. The snorkelling on the beach and the lovely staff were highlights for us. Only one negative to mention - It would be nice if the resort could include free wifi for guests as we did find this annoying and unreasonable for a 4+ star hotel.

Riu Vallarta: Opulent

Tout était absolument magnifique. Cela n'aurait pas pu être mieux. Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Pas mal mais 3 étoiles au maximum

C'était notre troisième séjour dans un complexe hôtelier au Mexique. Les deux premières fois étaient des 4+ étoiles et nous avons décidé d'essayer un 5 étoiles avec vue sur l'océan A notre arrivée, nous avons été placés dans une chambre au deuxième étage, l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas, les escaliers étaient en cours de rénovation/construction avec des matériaux de construction empilés sur les paliers et, après inspection, la vue était sur quelques beaux arbres avec l'océan derrière eux (je sup [... lire plus]pose) On nous a dit à la réception qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre avec vue sur l'océan, mais après discussion (je me suis plaint), on nous a promis une chambre au troisième étage (le plus haut) qui serait disponible le lendemain. Ce n'était pas très pratique car nous devions quitter la chambre d'origine avant midi mais nous ne pouvions pas emménager dans la nouvelle chambre avant 15 heures, mais nous avons accepté et nous avons été "sans abri" pendant trois heures avec nos bagages retenus à contrecœur à la réception principale. L'océan était effectivement visible depuis la nouvelle chambre et la baignoire à remous fonctionnait (contrairement à celle de la première chambre), bien que l'eau ait coulé du plafond de la salle de bains en raison d'une évacuation défectueuse de la climatisation et que le mécanisme de la chasse d'eau ait été suspendu au mur lorsque nous sommes arrivés. (Nous avons appris à connaître le jeune homme d'entretien très sympathique plus que nous ne l'aurions souhaité) La chose la plus décevante a été la nourriture. Lors de nos précédents voyages dans d'autres stations, nous avions trouvé la nourriture excellente, mais ici elle était au mieux tiède, sans saveur et tout ce qui était cuisiné au buffet (steak, porc, jambon ou poulet) était aussi dur que de vieilles bottes ! Enfin, si vous allez dans ce complexe, vous aurez besoin de chaussures antidérapantes (des baskets à semelles en caoutchouc ou des pieds nus ne feront pas l'affaire) car tous les sols du hall, des bars, des chambres et des couloirs sont en marbre hautement poli et, exposés à un peu de pluie, deviennent si difficiles à fouler sans glisser qu'au bout d'un moment, vous aurez mal aux jambes à force de faire des pas si prudents ! Je dois dire que la concierge de notre immeuble (Paeola, je crois) a été notre seule planche de salut. Elle était exceptionnellement amicale, pas pressante et a traité nos demandes rapidement et avec le sourire.

Not bad but 3star at most This was our third time at a resort in Mexico. The first two were 4+ star and we decided to try 5star with an Ocean view On arrival we were put in a room on the second floor, the elevator was not working, the stairs were under renovation/construction with building materials stacked on the landings and on inspection the view was of some lovely trees with the Ocean behind them (I assume) We were told at the front desk that this was an Ocean view room but after further discussion (me complaining) we were promised a room on the third (top) floor that would be available the next day. This was inconvenient as we had to vacate the original room before 12 noon but could not move into the new room until 3pm, nevertheless we accepted and were 'homeless' for three hours with our luggage reluctantly held at the main desk. The Ocean could infact be seen from the new room and the whirlpool bathtub actually worked (unlike the one in the first room) although later water poured from the ceiling in the bathroom due to a faulty air conditioning drain and the toilet flush mechanism was hanging off the wall when we arrived. (We came to know the very nice young maintenance man better than we would have liked) The most disappointing thing was the food. On our previous trips to other resorts we found the food excellent but here it was at best luke warm, devoid of flavor and anything (steak, pork, ham or chicken) cooked at the buffet was tough as old boots! Finally, if you go to this resort, you will need some form of footwear that will not slip (rubber soled sneakers or bare feet will not work) as all the floors in the lobby, bars, rooms and hallways are made of highly polished marble and exposed to a bit of rain become so difficult to walk on without slipping that after a while your legs will ache from taking such careful steps! Must say the concierge in our building (Paeola I think) was the only saving grace, she was exceptionally friendly, not pushy and handled our requests quickly and with a smile.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Station balnéaire agréable.

Le complexe est charmant, mais il est décevant qu'il ne soit pas en bord de mer. C'est un endroit idéal pour les familles avec enfants, la salle de gymnastique près de la piscine principale est superbe ! Notre chambre était vieille et avait une forte odeur de moisi, surtout pendant les deux premiers jours. Les chambres ont besoin d'être mises à jour. Je n'étais pas très contente de devoir payer pour utiliser le coffre-fort dans la chambre, nous n'avons jamais eu à le faire dans aucun autre compl [... lire plus]exe hôtelier. Le buffet proposait un grand choix de bons plats et nous avons été impressionnés par le niveau de propreté. Le personnel était constamment en train de balayer et de nettoyer les sols, etc. La navette est très pratique et nous n'avons jamais eu à attendre plus de 5 minutes pour la prendre. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais si nous revenons, nous séjournerons à l'Akumal Resort, qui est plus élégant et situé directement sur la plage.

Nice resort. The resort is lovely but it is disappointing that it is not a beachfront property. It is a great place for families with children, the jungle gym by the main activity pool looked amazing! Our room was old and had a strong musty smell especially during our first two days. The rooms need to be updated. I was not very happy that we had to pay to use the safe in the room, we have never had to do this at any other resort. The buffet had a large selection of good food and we were impressed by the level of cleanliness. Staff were constantly sweeping and cleaning the floors etc. The shuttle bus is a great feature and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to catch a ride. Overall we had a nice stay but if we return we will stay at the Akumal resort which is more elegant and located right on the beach.

Riu Palace Las Americas: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Les chambres étaient spacieuses, l'hôtel est magnifique, mais le personnel est vraiment ce qui fait la force de cet endroit ! Je suis ici depuis sept jours et ils ont fait en sorte que cet endroit se sente comme à la maison ! Bravo à fortunado ! Viva la Mexico !

Amazing resort The rooms were spacious the hotel is beautiful, but the staff is really what makes this place! Been here for seven days and they have made this place feel like home! Shout out to fortunado! Viva la Mexico!

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: grand et fantastique resort

Le complexe est grand par sa taille et par ses finitions. Une belle décoration, c'est classique ! Le terrain est très luxuriant avec des arbres semblables à ceux de la jungle, des oiseaux tropicaux et quelques iquanas typiques. Le paysage est bien entretenu, avec de nombreuses fontaines propres et des chutes d'eau qui résonnent un peu partout.

grand and fantastic resort The resort is grand in size and grand in its finishings. Beautifully decorated is classic! The grounds are very lush with jungle like trees, tropical birds and some typical iquanas. Well groomed landscape with alot of clean fountains and some sounding like waterfalls every where.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment malgré la météo qui est indépendante de la volonté de chacun. Le personnel est merveilleux, nous avons passé une journée au spa qui était incroyable, merci à Lou Ann d'avoir recommandé les services, l'hydrothérapie et les saunas que vous pouvez utiliser avant les services de spa sont impressionnants, fortement recommandés même si vous n'êtes pas dans l'idée d'aller au spa. Je prévois d'y retourner au printemps !

great resort Had a great time despite the weather which is beyond anyone's control. The staff are wonderful , we had a day at the spa which was amazing thanks Lou Ann for recommending the services, the hydro therapy and saunas that you can use before your spa services are awesome highly recommended even if your not into the thought of going to the spa. Plan on going back in the spring!!
