Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Mariage d'un ami

Nous sommes allés à Dreams Puerto Aventuras pour le mariage d'un ami. Le mariage était spectaculaire. Reviendrions-nous dans ce complexe ? Non... C'était un complexe très familial, donc beaucoup d'enfants, d'activités pour les enfants, etc. Plage très bruyante, bondée, le sable semblait avoir été transporté par camion, sale... Service lent dans les restaurants et pour les boissons. Les chambres étaient moisies, mais c'est ainsi que toutes les chambres ont été lorsque nous avons séjourné en formu [... lire plus]le tout compris dans le Mayan Riviera... Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit idéal si vous avez des enfants, mais nous n'en avons pas, et nous préférons une plage plus agréable.

Friend's wedding We went to Dreams Puerto Aventuras for a friends wedding. The wedding was spectacular. Would we go to this resort again? No...It was a very family friendly resort, so lots of kids, activities for the kids etc. Very noisy, crowded beach, the sand seemed like it was trucked in, dirty... Slow service in restaurants and for drinks. Rooms were musty, but this is how all rooms have been when we have stayed all inclusive in the mayan riviera...All in all, great place to go if you have kids, we do not, and we prefer a nicer beach.

Friendly Fun Vallarta: Le nom dit tout

Le personnel était très sympathique. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, mais le service de nettoyage n'était pas régulier, les serviettes et les tasses n'étant pas remplacées tous les jours. La nourriture était bonne et savoureuse. Je recommanderais certainement l'hôtel à d'autres personnes.

The name says it all Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, however maid service was inconsistent as towels and cups were not replaced daily. Food was good and tasty. Definitely would recommend to others.

Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Un travail remarquable à tous points de vue :)

Nous sommes venus ici pour notre lune de miel et nous avons passé un moment extraordinaire. C'était tout ce que nous voulions et plus encore. Le personnel était le meilleur ! Sympathique et arrangeant. Un grand bravo aux barmans Daniel, Aaron et Lucas, au serveur David, à la masseuse Harvey, à Dulce à la réception et à bien d'autres encore ! L'excursion de plongée avec masque et tuba était amusante et un délicieux déjeuner était inclus. Yessenia de Best Day Travel nous a donné d'excellents conse [... lire plus]ils et nous a orientés vers les excursions qui nous convenaient le mieux. Le personnel d'entretien fait un travail formidable ainsi que les employés qui nettoient la plage. Merci à Secrets d'avoir si bien pris soin de nous :)

Amazing on every front :) We came here for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. It was everything we wanted and more. The staff were the best! Friendly and accommodating. Shout outs to the bartenders Daniel, Aaron and Lucas...waiter David...Harvey the masseuse...Dulce at the front desk...and so many more! The snorkel adventure tour was fun with a delish lunch included. Yessenia from best day travel gave great advice and directed to the excursions best suited for us. The housekeeping staff do a wonderful job as well as the workers cleaning up the beach. Thank you Secrets for taking care of us so well :)

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Une nourriture fabuleuse !

La chambre était superbe, les plages magnifiques et le terrain bien entretenu. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'excellent choix de restaurants et avons été satisfaits de chacun d'entre eux. Notre seule déception a été la disponibilité de l'océan ; il n'y avait vraiment qu'une petite zone pour nager et bien que la plage soit longue, la plupart du temps, nous ne pouvions pas entrer dans l'eau à cause des rochers. En revanche, les piscines étaient nombreuses et très amusantes. J'ai également apprécié [... lire plus] l'aérobic aquatique.

Fabulous food! The room was great, the beaches beautiful and the grounds well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent selection of restaurants and were pleased with them all. Our only disappointment was the ocean availability; there was really only one small area to swim and although the beach was long, for the most part, we couldn't enter the water because of rocks. However, the pools were numerous and great fun. I did enjoy the water aerobics as well.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire.

L'hôtel était toujours impeccable, y compris les salles de bains. La nourriture était excellente et il y avait toujours beaucoup à manger. Le personnel d'animation était formidable, très sympathique et toujours souriant. Le service était excellent dans cet hôtel. Une expérience très agréable. C'était la première fois que je séjournais dans un Riu et c'était tout simplement magnifique. Le seul inconvénient est la plage, on ne peut pas vraiment s'y promener mais les piscines compensent.

Amazing resort. The hotel was always spotless including the bathrooms. The food was amazing and there was always plenty to eat. The entertainment staff was great, very friendly and always smiling. The service was great at this hotel. A very pleasant experience. This was my first time staying at a Riu and it was simply beautiful. The only downfall is the beach, you couldn't really go for walks on it but the pools made up for it.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Belle station et belles personnes

Le complexe est immense et propose de nombreuses activités pour toute la famille. Le personnel de la réception aurait pu être un peu plus accommodant, préparez-vous à un long processus d'enregistrement. Les chambres sont belles et bien entretenues.

Beautiful resort and beautiful people The resort is massive with a lot of stuff for the whole family. Front desk staff could have been a little more accommodating,b ready for a long check in process. The rooms are beautiful and well kept.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Très satisfait, séjour en famille

Très agréable. Tout était bien. La nourriture était parfaite. Ils placent les familles avec enfants dans une aile séparée de l'hôtel qui est calme et loin des bruits de la vie nocturne. Couple d'activités et de spectacles de jour et de nuit. Bon pour les familles avec enfants. La plage n'est pas bonne pour nager mais la piscine est très bien.

Very Pleased, Family Stay Very nice. Everything was good. Food was perfect. They locate families with kids in a separate wing of the hotel which is quite and is away from night life noises. Couple daytime and night time activities and show. Good for families with kids. The beach is not good for swimming but the pool is very good.

Live Aqua Cancun: Sentiments mitigés

Le personnel et la nourriture étaient excellents, on ne pouvait pas demander à être mieux traité ! Les services étaient également excellents, à l'exception des chambres... Notre chambre et tout le couloir menant à notre chambre dégageaient une très mauvaise odeur de gaz d'égout ! Ils connaissaient le problème à l'avance à cause de tout l'encens dans les couloirs qui était en fait plus envahissant que l'odeur de gaz d'égout ! Nous devions garder la porte de la salle de bain fermée en permanence p [... lire plus]our pouvoir rester dans la chambre ! Les chambres commençaient à dater, les meubles étaient très usés et maltraités ! Nous n'avons pas passé beaucoup de temps dans les chambres de toute façon, nous avons donc apprécié nos vacances dans ce centre de villégiature !

Mixed feelings The Staff and the food were excellent, could not ask to be treated any better! The services were excellent as well the exception was the rooms... Our room and the entire hallway leading to our room had a very bad sewer gas smell! They knew about the issue before hand because of all the incense in the hallways which actually became more over powering then the sewer gas smell! We had to keep the door to the bathroom closed at all times just to be able to stay in the room! The rooms were getting outdated as in the furniture was very worn and abused! We didn't spend a lot of time in the rooms anyway way so we did enjoy our Vacation at this resort!

Riu Palace Pacifico: la quatrième fois que je viens ici, tout est dit !

J'aime l'aspect "plus petit" de ce RIU Nous sommes allés dans cet établissement quatre fois maintenant et nous avons apprécié chaque visite. Les chambres sont confortables et propres, la nourriture est meilleure que la moyenne et les restaurants mexicains et japonais sont nos préférés.

4th time here should say it all !! Like the "smaller feel" to this particular RIU We have been to this property 4 times now and have enjoyed each visit. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is better than average and the Mexican and Japanese fine dining restaurants were our favorite.

Riu Flamingos: Superbe installation, l'océan l'est moins.

Très bien, organisé, propre, personnel professionnel, bonne nourriture... l'océan avait des vagues tout le temps avec beaucoup d'algues, malheureusement. La plage devrait avoir plus de zones ombragées, 10$/jour pour un parasol est une dépense supplémentaire dont les gens n'ont pas besoin.

Great facility, ocean not so. Very good, organized, clean, professional staff, great food... , Ocean had waves all the time with a lot of seaweed, unfortunately. Beach should have more shaded areas, $10/day for umbrella is extra expense people don't need.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Je pourrais être trop sévère ?!?!?

Si vous aimez faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba, la variété des poissons vous étonnera... Le Resort est trop grand et il y a une énorme différence de service et de nourriture d'un hôtel à l'autre. Les restaurants à la carte ne sont pas les meilleurs, à l'exception du restaurant mexicain (nourriture et service excellents). La chambre était propre mais la façon dont le service arrive par vagues (9h00 les serviettes sont prises, 11h00 de nouvelles serviettes et 12h00-13h00 les sols et les lit [... lire plus]s) n'est pas très amicale. Le panneau "ne pas déranger" était manquant et je n'ai pas pu l'utiliser. La plage est belle mais l'océan a des barrières pour freiner les vagues et parfois l'eau à son plus profond ne dépassait pas 4 pieds de profondeur.

I could be to harsh?!?!? If you like to snorkel the variety of fishes will amaze you... The Resort is too big and there is a huge difference in service and food from one hotel to the next. The a la carte Restaurants are not the best except the Mexican Restaurant (great food and service). The room was clean but the way the service comes in waves( 9:00 am towels are taken, 11:00 new towels and 12:00-13:00 floors and beds) is not so friendly. Do not disturb sign was missing and I could not use it. The beach is nice but the ocean has some barriers to brake the waves and at times the water at its deepest would not be more than 4 ft deep.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Une maison étonnante loin de chez soi

Station fantastique, excellent rapport qualité-prix, personnel sympathique, bonne nourriture et bonnes boissons. Tout le monde est très bien. Ma femme et moi y retournerons en octobre pour notre 9ème visite. Nous y allons en moyenne tous les 8 mois depuis plusieurs années maintenant. Nous avons essayé quelques autres stations mais nous revenons toujours ici. Ils nous font toujours sentir comme si nous étions à la maison et pour nous, c'est notre chalet. Il s'agit d'un grand complexe composé de t [... lire plus]rois complexes plus importants, essentiellement réunis en un seul. Il y a un bon système de navettes pour se déplacer, mais un peu de marche ne ferait pas de mal étant donné le surplus de nourriture consommé. Les buffets sont très bons, tout comme les plats à la carte. A recommander vivement.

Amazing Home Away from Home Fantastic resort, great value, friendly staff, good food and drinks. All around great resort. My wife and I going back again in October for our 9'th visit. Have been going there on average every 8 months for number of years now. have tried a couple of other resorts but keep coming back here. They always make us feel like we are at home and we and to us this is our cottage. It is a larger resort composed of 3 larger resorts basically rolled into one. There is a good shuttle system to get you around, though a little walking would not hurt given the extra food consumed. The buffets are very good as are the a la cartes. Would highly recommend.

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Sandos Playacar

C'était notre première expérience en formule tout compris, je n'ai donc pas vraiment d'éléments de comparaison. Nous y sommes allés en couple et avons décidé de ne pas aller dans un établissement réservé aux adultes, car nous pensions que cela n'avait pas vraiment d'importance. Le problème, c'est que partout où nous étions à Sandos Playacar, nous pensions à quel point les enfants allaient apprécier tout ce qu'ils avaient à offrir. La crêperie, les animaux, la plage et les piscines, le vélo, la b [... lire plus]outique de cupcakes, les jeux... Nous aimerions revenir rien que pour voir nos trois enfants s'amuser. Le service était vraiment amical, tout le monde était merveilleux. Les piscines étaient superbes, mais la plage était magnifique et beaucoup plus belle que la section plus proche de Playa del Carmen (nous le savons parce que nous avons marché toute la plage jusqu'à la ville). Le choix de nourriture était incroyable dans les buffets et le poisson en particulier était exceptionnel. Je ne m'embêterais plus à réserver pour les restaurants à la carte. Je ne pense vraiment pas que cela en vaille la peine et, dans de nombreux cas, j'ai trouvé que la nourriture était meilleure au buffet (ce à quoi je ne m'attendais pas). Bien entendu, le service était toujours fantastique. Notre chambre se trouvait dans la section la plus éloignée de la plage, mais elle était agréable et je préférais avoir à marcher un peu, bien qu'il y ait une navette. Elle était au rez-de-chaussée, très propre mais sentait un peu le renfermé. Je n'ai pas pris la peine de dire quoi que ce soit au personnel car nous avons simplement ouvert les portes et allumé le ventilateur et tout s'est bien passé. J'essaierai peut-être de monter d'un étage la prochaine fois pour voir s'il y a une différence. Il y avait également une piscine plus calme juste devant notre porte, avec un autre bar et une station de restauration. Il y a beaucoup d'options ici pour faire ce que vous voulez, ce qui devrait rendre une famille nombreuse très heureuse.

This was our first all-inclusive experience so I really don't have anything to compare it with. We went as a couple and decided against going to an "adults only" as we didn't think it really mattered. The problem was that everywhere we were at Sandos Playacar we were thinking about how much the kids would enjoy everything they have to offer. The crepe station, the animals, the beach and pools, the biking, the cupcake shop, the games…We would love to return just to see our three kids enjoy it. The service was so genuinely friendly, everyone was wonderful. The pools were great but the beach was gorgeous and much nicer than the section which is closer to Playa del Carmen (we know because we walked the whole beach to town). The food selection was amazing at the buffets and the fish in particular was outstanding. I wouldn't bother with the reservations for the a la carte restaurants again. Really, I didn't think it was worth the effort and in many cases I thought the food was better at the buffet (which I did not expect). Service of course was still fantastic. Our room was in the section farther from the beach but it was nice and I preferred to have to walk a bit although they did have a shuttle. It was on the ground floor, very clean but it did smell a bit musty. I didn't bother saying anything to the staff though as we just opened the doors and turned on the fan and it was fine. I might try a floor up next time to see if there's a difference. There was also a quieter pool just outside our door with another bar and food station. There are many options here for you to do whatever you like which should make a larger family very happy.

Occidental Nuevo Vallarta: Un hôtel fabuleux

Cet hôtel était bien au-delà de mes attentes, le personnel était excellent, la nourriture au buffet et à la carte était très bonne. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Le personnel fait tout son possible pour que vous passiez un séjour agréable.

A Fabulous Hotel This hotel was well beyond my expectations, the staff was excellent ,the food at the buffet and a la carte was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff goes out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Viva Maya by Wyndham: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce complexe. Nous avons choisi la formule vip et cela en valait la peine. En plus d'avoir un rez-de-chaussée face à l'océan, nous avions notre propre espace pour nous asseoir avec des chaises longues confortables. La nourriture au buffet était toujours délicieuse et très variée. Le restaurant mexicain était notre préféré à la carte. La nourriture était délicieuse et le personnel merveilleux. Les spectacles organisés tous les soirs avaient un thème et l'équipe d [... lire plus]e divertissement travaille très dur pour offrir des spectacles, des danses et des chants magnifiques. Le personnel s'efforce également d'occuper tout le monde pendant la journée en proposant des activités allant du yoga et de la zumba à des jeux tels que les fléchettes et la pétanque. Le terrain est magnifique, avec un jardin luxuriant, et nous avons été étonnés de voir à quel point ils travaillent dur pour tout garder propre. La seule chose dont il faut se méfier, c'est que les personnes qui s'occupent de la multipropriété s'approchent de vous. Nous avons simplement dit que nous n'étions pas intéressés et ils nous ont laissés tranquilles. Je recommanderais cet hôtel si vous avez des enfants. De plus, nous étions à cinq minutes en taxi de Playa del Carmen.

Wonderful Resort This was our second time at this resort. We chose vip and it was well worth it. Besides having a ground floor that was oceanfront we had our own space to sit with comfortable loungers. The food at the buffet was always delicious with lots of variety. The Mexican restaurant was our favourite a la carte. The food was delicious and they had wonderful staff. The shows every night had a theme and the entertainment staff works so hard to provide wonderful shows and dancing and singing. They also keep everyone busy during the day with everything from yoga and Zumba to games like darts and bocce ball. The grounds are beautiful with lush garden and we were amazed at how hard they work to keep everything so clean. The only thing you have to watch is the timeshare people approaching you. We just said we were not interested and he left us alone. Would recommend this hotel if you have kids as well. Also we were a five minute cab ride from Playa del Carmen.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: LA MEILLEURE FAÇON DE PASSER DES VACANCES EN FAMILLE !!!

Le resort était super propre, le service incroyable, la nourriture exceptionnelle, l'endroit dans son ensemble était le meilleur endroit à visiter si vous cherchez à passer du temps au Mexique ! !! L'eau était si bleue ! !! Inutile de dire que je reviendrai certainement passer des vacances ici, le personnel était également très sympathique

The resort was super clean had amazing service the food was exceptional the place overall was the best place to visit if your looking to spend some time in Mexico !!! Water was so blue !!! Le Royal Decameron à Mexio est très propre, sûr et vraiment un bon rapport qualité-prix. Plusieurs restaurants au choix, toujours une chaise sur la plage et de merveilleux divertissements nocturnes. Ma femme et moi y retournerons sans aucun doute !

Absolutely wonderful The Royal Decameron in Mexio is very clean, safe and truly a deal for your money. Several restaurants to choose from, always a chair on the beach and wonderful nightly entertainment. My wife and I will surely return!

Ce complexe hôtelier a tout pour plaire. Les plages, l'accès aux autres hôtels de la chaîne, le service, très propre, amical, la nourriture fantastique, le personnel amical, ils s'occupent de tous vos besoins. J'ai été à cet hôtel neuf fois au cours des cinq dernières années et j'y retournerai cette année

Keep going back again and again This resort has it all. The beaches, the access to the other hotels in the chain, the service, very clean, friendly, fantastic food, friendly staff, they look after your every need, I have been to this hotel nine times in the past five years and will go again this year

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: l'hôtel était très agréable

les chambres sont un peu désuètes et auraient besoin d'être rafraîchies - la restauration était correcte - le terrain était charmant - très déçu par la plage - nous sommes habitués à l'eau bleue et aux belles plages du Mayan - par conséquent, nous ne sommes pas allés dans l'océan :(

resort was very nice the rooms are a little outdated and could use a refresher - dining was ok - the grounds were lovely - very disappointed in the beach area - we're use to blue water and beautiful beaches at the Mayan - consequently we didnt go in the ocean :(

Grand Sunset Princess: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

Le complexe est immense. Mais il est facile de se déplacer grâce au système de trolley. Les piscines sont incroyables et les piscines et les terrains sont entretenus de façon impeccable. Le personnel est sympathique et la nourriture est bonne. L'océan et la plage sont superbes et nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour trouver une chaise longue. Le bar sur la plage pourrait être plus grand ou avoir deux bars et plus de serveurs pour la zone de la plage. J'ai adoré ce complexe.

Fantastic resort Resort is huge. But easy to get around with the trolley system. The pools are amazing and the pools and grounds are kept so immaculate. The staff are friendly and the food good. The ocean and the beach are great and never had a problem getting a lounger. The bar on the beach could be bigger or have two bars are more waiters for the beach area. Loved the resort.
