Cayo Levantado Resort: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

C'était notre deuxième séjour à Cayo Levantado et nous avons passé une excellente semaine. L'enregistrement a été péniblement lent car c'était le soir et nous voulions juste nous rendre sur l'île. Un seul employé travaillait à la réception pour l'enregistrement et ils savaient à l'avance combien de personnes allaient arriver. Cela nous a pris une heure et demie. Une fois sur l'île, notre majordome Anthony était là et prêt à nous conduire à notre chambre. Notre demande de chambre n'était pas [... lire plus] réalisable mais ils nous ont fait monter d'un étage et au même endroit. La nourriture était bonne toute la semaine. Il est toujours possible d'obtenir une chaise au bord de la plage ou de la piscine. Le terrain est toujours en bon état. Le personnel d'animation nous a toujours fait bouger. Nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés. Yascar prenait toujours des nouvelles et nous gardait actifs. Le bar de la plage veillait toujours à ce que nos boissons ne s'épuisent pas. Superbe emplacement et personnel extraordinaire. Les vagues n'ont pas été bonnes pour l'île, car elle a été emportée à environ 30 mètres de distance, ce qui a créé des problèmes avec la digue. Trois palmiers sont tombés dans l'océan au cours de la semaine. La chambre avait toujours tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas toujours. Nous nous sommes fait de nouveaux amis et avons renoué avec d'autres. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous avons quitté l'île pour une excursion que nous avions planifiée nous-mêmes. Nous avons déjeuné au restaurant du sommet de la colline, la nourriture est incroyable et les prix très raisonnables. El Monte Azul. L'itinéraire n'est pas très bon mais vaut le déplacement.

Amazing resort This was our second time to Cayo levantado and had a great week. Check in was painfully slow as it was evening and we just wanted to get to the island. Only one staff working the desk for check in and they new ahead of time how many were coming in. That took 1 1/2 hours from us. Once on the island our butler Anthony was there and ready to take us to our room. Our room request was not doable but they did move us up a floor and same location. Food was good all week long. Always able to get a chair by the beach or pool. Grounds are always looking good. Entertainment staff always getting us up and active. We had lots of fun. Yascar was always checking in and keeping us active. Beach bar was always keeping our drinks from running out. Great location and amazing staff. The waves have not been good to the island as it has washed about 100 feet away and creating issues with the sea wall. Three palm trees fell to the ocean in the week. The room always had everything we needed. The wifi was off and on at times. Made new friends and reacquainted with others. Will look forward to returning. We did leave the island for one excursion we planned ourselves. We had lunch in the hill top restaurant the food is amazing and very reasonable priced. El Monte Azul. The round up is not very good but worth the trip.

En général, toutes les zones sont bien aménagées et bien situées, le personnel a été très serviable, nous avons eu une grosse averse, cela a été géré professionnellement et rapidement, Nous avons fait deux excursions : 1- les chutes de la rivière Dunn, qui valent le prix Et 2 - Blue mountain avec balade en vélo, au départ nous pensions que le prix était élevé - c'était incroyable pour le prix

Generally all area’s are good layout and conveniently situated, Staff were all very helpful, We had big downpour, It was handled professionally and fast, We went on two excursions 1- Dunn’s river Falls —worth the price And 2- Blue mountain with Bike ride, originally we thought the price was high - It was Amazing for the price

L'hôtel, les restaurants à la carte et les restaurants buffets étaient bons. La chambre était correcte mais loin du hall. Il était difficile d'obtenir une réservation dans les restaurants situés à l'hôtel Grand Bahia Principe à Runaway Bay. Il a été facile d'obtenir une réservation dans les restaurants situés dans la partie de l'hôtel réservée aux adultes. La piscine était excellente et la plage était correcte. J'y retournerais.

Luxury Bahia Principe Runaway Bay Hotel, A La Carte restaurants and the Buffet restaurants were good. Room was OK but far from lobby. It was tough getting a reservation at the restaurants located at the Grand Bahia Principe hotel at Runaway Bay. Restaurants were easy getting reservation at restaurants located at Adults portion of the hotel. Pool was excellent and the beach was OK. I would go again.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Des vacances géniales

Le luxueux Bahai Principe Akumel est un complexe hôtelier extraordinaire. À notre arrivée, nos chambres étaient prêtes et nous avons été ravis de constater qu'elles étaient superbes. Tous les repas que nous avons pris à l'hôtel étaient d'excellente qualité, les buffets ne laissaient rien à désirer et les plats à la carte étaient excellents. Les piscines et les plages étaient propres et bien entretenues. La prochaine fois, j'apporterai des chaussures d'eau pour marcher sur la plage. Awesome Vacation The Luxury Bahai Principe Akumel is an amazing resort. Upon arrival our rooms were ready to our delight the room was awesome. Every meal we had at the resort was of top quality the buffets left nothing for you to desire and the A La Cartes were top notch. Pools and beaches were clean and well serviced , next time I will bring some water shoes for walking on the beach. Great resort , we will return and would recommend.

Pros and Cons Were there Nov 18 through 25 Pros: Great weather, great location, beautiful beach, good food, nice a la cart restaurants, great pillow menu, great activities (water aerobics, stretches, yoga on the SUP) Cons: Waited 30 min for luggage upon arrival Problems setting up the safe and wifi connection Room cards stopped working every day (sometimes twice a day) Cleaning ladies did not respond for request (like bring tooth paste, refill alcohol drinks in the fridge). Everything was done only via calls to the butler Seafood night in the buffet - looked like lobsters were cooked by the gas torch - burned to the charcoal Catamaran cost $35 US if you want somebody to drive you For buggy board you need to deposit $20 US

Je ne peux pas imaginer que quelqu'un puisse avoir d'autres commentaires élogieux sur ce centre de villégiature... la nourriture, le personnel, les chambres, les terrains... tout est merveilleux ! Quelques rappels lorsque vous réservez ce centre de villégiature, afin que vous sachiez à quoi vous attendre : - Il ne s'agit pas d'un complexe en bord de mer... vous devez prendre le chariot interne qui traverse l'autoroute pour accéder à la partie de la plage réservée au Sian Kaan. - Ce complexe s [... lire plus]e trouve dans la jungle... beaucoup de lézards, d'oiseaux, etc - De plus, la plupart des zones autour des piscines sont à l'ombre à un moment ou à un autre de la journée en raison des nombreux arbres luxuriants et épais. - Le Sian Kaan est petit par rapport aux autres complexes hôteliers de ce complexe (nous considérons que c'est un point positif), mais si vous cherchez un complexe où l'on fait la fête, ce n'est pas l'endroit qu'il vous faut. C'était notre troisième visite et nous avons été tout aussi satisfaits cette fois-ci et nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine !

another fantastic week at the beautiful Sian Kaan I can't imagine anyone having anything other than glowing reviews about this resort... the food, the staff, the rooms, the grounds... everything is wonderful! A couple of reminders when booking this resort so you know what to expect: - This is not a beach front resort... you need to take the internal trolley across the highway to access the area of the beach that is reserved for the Sian Kaan. - This resort is in the jungle... lots of lizards, birds, etc - Also, most areas around the pools are in the shade at some point each day due to the many lush/thick trees. - The Sian Kaan is small in comparison to the other resorts in this compound (we consider that to be a positive feature), if you are looking for a wild party resort... this is not the place for you. This was our 3rd visit and we were just as happy with everything this time and hope to return again next year!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Décembre 2019

Nous venons de passer 7 jours au grand Bahia principe Bavaro. C'était la deuxième fois que nous allions dans leur établissement, il est donc prudent de dire que nous l'avons apprécié. La nourriture est excellente, mais le restaurant al a carte (steak house brésilien) nous a beaucoup déçus. Nous sommes partis au milieu du dîner pour aller au buffet, donc si vous prévoyez de réserver un al a carte, je vous suggérerais de ne pas y aller. En outre, étant très répulsif, j'ai remarqué quelques piqûres [... lire plus] sur ma jambe pendant que j'étais sur le site et j'ai fini par avoir de l'urticaire dont je m'occupe encore aujourd'hui. Je ne sais pas exactement de quoi il s'agit, mais je pense à des fourmis de feu, puisqu'elles ont du venin et qu'il s'agit plus d'une réaction à quelque chose qu'à des morsures. La plage est magnifique et les piscines sont immenses. C'est parfait pour les familles ou les célibataires. Cependant, il n'y a pas beaucoup de divertissements, il y a bien des spectacles le soir mais il n'y a pas eu de fêtes à la piscine ou à la plage. La discothèque était généralement pleine à craquer et nous y avons passé de bons moments. Le service est excellent et les gens sont très gentils et serviables, et la plupart d'entre eux parlent anglais. Je retournerais dans ce complexe et je le recommanderais à d'autres.

December 2019 We just spent 7 days at the grand Bahia principe Bavaro. This was our second time at their resort so it’s safw to say that we enjoyed it. The food is great, however the al a carte (Brazilian steak house) was a big disappointment. We left mid dinner and went to the buffet, so if you plan on booking an al a carte I would suggest leaving that one out. Also being big repellent, i noticed a few bites on my leg while on the resort and then I ended up getting hives which I am still dealing with now. I am not sure what it is from but I’m thinking maybe fire ants, since they have venom and it’s more of a reaction to something rather than bites. The beach is beautiful and the pools are huge. It is great for family or singles. However there is not much going on for entertainment, they do have shows at night but they did not have any pool or beach parties. The disco was usually pretty packed and we had a great time there. The service is great and people are very kind and helpful, and most of them speak English. I would go back to this resort again and I would also recommend it to others.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: C'est très amusant !

Le centre de villégiature était magnifique, propre et accueillant à tous points de vue. Un grand merci à l'équipe d'animation Sthephanie, Willy Wonka, Marlon et Harmon qui ont fait en sorte que tout le monde rigole et s'amuse. Je recommanderais absolument ce complexe à mes amis et à ma famille..... J'espère vraiment y retourner moi-même !

So much fun!! The resort was beautiful, clean and welcoming in every way. Special shout out to the entertainment crew Sthephanie, Willy Wonka, Marlon and Harmon who kept things going and everyone laughing and having fun. Would absolutely recommend this resort to friends and family....very much hoping to go back myself!!

Le personnel est sympathique et très serviable. Il y avait beaucoup d'options pour la nourriture et il était très facile de réserver des plats à la carte. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. Le majordome, Jean Carlos, était extrêmement serviable et prêt à nous aider dans tous les aspects de nos vacances.

Amazing resort Friendly staff and all were very helpful. There were lots of options for food and very easy to book a la cartes. The rooms were clean and spacious. The butler Jean Carlos was extremely helpful and very willing to assist with any aspect of our vacation.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Magnifique complexe hôtelier avec un personnel extraordinaire

L'hôtel lui-même est incroyablement propre et beau. Le personnel est très amical et cordial, sans que l'on se sente obligé de donner un pourboire. Les installations de l'hôtel étaient adaptées et il y avait quelque chose à faire pour tout le monde, avec un cycle d'activités en constante évolution qui diffère chaque jour. Les restaurants de l'hôtel sont également excellents. J'ai été agréablement surpris par la variété et la qualité de la nourriture.

Beautiful resort with amazing staff The hotel itself is amazingly clean and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and cordial without making you feel pressured to tip. The facilities on the resort were accommodating and there was something for everyone to check out, with a ever changing cycle of activities that differ day by day. The restaurants on the resort were also top notch, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food.

Nous avons séjourné ici du 28 novembre au 5 décembre dans le bâtiment 22 qui est très proche de la piscine, du grand buffet et du hall, du snack-bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 et du parc aquatique pour enfants, sans compter que 3 des restaurants à la carte sont à quelques pas de notre bâtiment. J'étais avec mes trois sœurs et toutes ont été impressionnées par la qualité de la nourriture et des divertissements nocturnes, à l'exception du jeudi qui est consacré à la Fiesta mexicaine à l'Hacienda.  [... lire plus]Nous avons pris le Collectivo pour nous rendre à Playa De Carmen pour faire du shopping et voir le spectacle Joya Cirque Du Soleil. Nous nous sommes liés d'amitié avec les personnes du kiosque du Premier Club, Arath, Ansel, etc. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Coba et prévoyons d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

Brand Bahia Principe Coba is almost a 5 star resort We stayed here from Nov 28- Dec 5 in Building no 22 which is very close proximity to the pool, grand buffet and lobby, 24-hour snack bar and kid's waterpark, not to mention 3 of the A La Carte restaurants are only few steps away from our building. I was with my 3 sisters and all of them were impressed by the quality of food and nightly entertainment except Thursday which is appointed for Mexican Fiesta at Hacienda. We took the Collectivo to Playa De Carmen to shop and also to see the show Joya Cirque Du Soleil. We made friends with the people at Premier Club kiosk Arath, Ansel , et. al. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Coba and would be planning to return next year.

Fantasia Bahia Principe Punta Cana était un complexe magnifique et propre. Nous n'avons rien de négatif à dire sur cet endroit. La température de la piscine était agréable ; le parc aquatique pour les enfants était merveilleux et des heures d'amusement. Le buffet était merveilleux et changé tous les jours. Le personnel était amical, efficace et toujours serviable. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour se détendre et s'asseoir, que ce soit près des piscines, de la plage ou des divertissements. Excellent place Fantasia Bahia Principe Punta Cana was a beautiful, clean resort. We have nothing negative to say about the place. The pool temperature was nice; the waterpark for the kids was wonderful and hours of fun. The buffet was wonderful and was changed up daily. The staff was friendly and efficient and always helpful. Lots of places to relax and sit whether it be near the pools, the beach, or the entertainment. They came around constantly and asked what we would like to drink.

Les chambres étaient propres. Le personnel était sympathique. Très grand complexe mais des chariots pour vous conduire. Belles piscines. Nous n'avons vu que les animations en début de soirée, mais elles étaient excellentes. C'était une bonne chose d'avoir des animations plus tôt car nous voyagions avec des enfants.

Very nice resort Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Very big resort but carts to drive you around. Nice pools. We only saw the early evening entertainment, but it was excellent. A nice touch to have earlier entertainment since we were traveling with kids.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Belle station balnéaire

La plage est petite et le checkin/chexkout est lent, mais à part cela, tout dans le complexe était parfait. Les chambres étaient belles, la nourriture était excellente et le service rapide. Les excursions étaient chères, comme toutes les autres destinations, mais vous pouvez prendre un taxi pour aller où vous voulez.

Beautiful resort The beach is small and checkin/chexkout is slow but other then that, everything about the resort was perfect. The rooms were nice, the food was amazing and the service was fast. The excursions were pricey like every other destination but you can get a taxi yourself to go where ever you want to go.

Meilleur complexe hôtelier au monde ! Meilleur à chaque fois que je reviens, car j'ai été dans ce complexe hôtelier 6 fois et j'adore tout ce qu'il y a à faire ! Avec toutes les mises à jour qu'ils ont faites et l'ajout du café et du bar sportif, cette station a tout ! Les divertissements sont incroyables et le personnel est comme une famille Hautement recommandé

Amazing!! Best resort ever! better each time I return as I’ve been to this resort 6 times and love everything about it! With all the updates they have done and adding the coffee shop and sports bar, this resort has everything! Entertainment is amazing and staff are like family Highly recommend

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Baha'I Principe Coba

L'hôtel était très bien.Le service était bon.Les animations au bord de la piscine étaient très agréables.Le personnel était très sympathique.Surtout les employés qui conduisaient les navettes.Les animations en soirée étaient très bonnes.L'ajout d'un bar sportif à l'hôtel était un bon endroit pour passer du temps en soirée.Des jeux et regarder des sports.

Resort was very nice.Service was good.Entertainment by the pool was very enjoyable.The staff were very friendly.Especially the workers who drove the shuttles.The entertainment in the evening was very good.Adding a Sports Bar to the resort was a great place to spend time in the evening.Games and watching sports.

Ce centre de villégiature était presque parfait à tous égards, et j'ai séjourné dans beaucoup d'autres. L'hôtel est petit, avec 149 chambres, ce qui donne une impression d'intimité. On apprend à connaître le personnel, qui est très heureux et semble apprécier son travail, qu'il s'agisse de Samuel, qui sert avec le sourire au buffet, de Savielle, qui danse à tue-tête lors des soirées, ou de Ramone, qui est barman au bar de la piscine. Vous avez l'impression d'être une personne appréciée et non un [... lire plus] simple invité. Nous nous sommes même liés d'amitié avec d'autres clients que nous voyions souvent en raison de la nature intime de ce petit complexe. La nourriture est exceptionnelle, des buffets aux plats à la carte. Le buffet offre un grand choix d'options saines et le service est impeccable. La plage est petite mais offre beaucoup d'espace aux clients qui veulent profiter de la chaleur et du calme de l'océan sans que des milliers de clients d'autres complexes hôteliers ne viennent obstruer la vue. Les divertissements ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce que proposent les grands complexes hôteliers, mais nous avons préféré la danse et la musique aux productions de style hollywoodien. Le travail effectué pour les animations en soirée est évident. Le personnel travaille dur pour plaire. La ville voisine de Samana mérite que l'on y passe une journée (mais pas lorsqu'un bateau de croisière est dans le port), de même que la plage de Bahia Levantado, à laquelle nous avons eu droit à un tour de bateau gratuit puisque notre hôtel était un hôtel jumeau situé de l'autre côté de l'océan, sur l'île où se trouve l'hôtel. Les plages y sont magnifiques. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une semaine exceptionnelle au Luxury Bahia et j'ai hâte d'y retourner bientôt, ce que je n'ai jamais dit à propos de stations précédentes. Il s'agit sans aucun doute d'un lieu de villégiature où l'on peut se détendre et se ressourcer dans le calme. Un joyau caché !

Wonderful hidden gem This resort was pretty much perfect in all regards, and I have stayed at many others. The hotel is small with 149 rooms so it feels intimate. You get to know the staff who are very happy and seem to be enjoying their jobs whether it be Samuel serving with a smile in the buffet or Savielle dancing up a storm in the evening entertainment or Ramone bartending at the pool bar. You feel like a valued person here not just another guest to deal with. We even made friends with other guests whom we saw often due to the intimate nature of a small resort. The food is outstanding from the buffets to the a la cartes. A variety of healthy options in the buffet offered lots of choice, and the service was impeccable. The beach is small but offers plenty of room to guests who want to enjoy the warm and relatively calm ocean without thousands of guests from other resorts walking in front of you obstructing the beautiful view. The entertainment is not what the huge resorts offer but we preferred the dancing and music over Hollywood style productions. The work put into the evening entertainment is obvious. The staff work hard to please. Nearby Samana is worth spending a day waundering (but not when a cruise ship is in the port) as is the beach at Bahia Levantado which we got a free boat ride to since our resort was a sister resort right across the ocean from the island it is on. Beautiful beaches there. All in all this was an outstanding week at Luxury Bahia and I can't wait to go again soon which is something I've never said about previous resorts. Definitely a resort to relax and rejuvenate in its calmness. A hidden gem!.

Très propre et bien entretenu. Très bonne nourriture, belles piscines et plage. C'est un grand complexe, mais il y a beaucoup de poussettes pour vous emmener du buffet et du hall à la plage et à votre chambre. Attention, le carrelage autour des piscines peut être très glissant lorsqu'il est mouillé... surtout pour les enfants qui aiment courir !

Very nice resort Very clean and well maintained. Great food, nice pools and beach. It's a big Resort, but there are lots of buggies to take you from Buffet and Lobby to the beach and your room. One word of caution the tiles around the pool areas can be very slippery when wet...especially for children who like to run!
