Riu Reggae: Vacances fantastiques au RIU Reggae

Ce complexe offre un excellent service, le terrain est très bien entretenu et les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel était amical et prêt à aider de quelque manière que ce soit. Les sports nautiques étaient agréables et en bon état. C'était un endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer.

Fantastic vacation at RIU Reggae This resort has excellent service, the grounds are very well maintained and the rooms were spotless clean. The staff were friendly and willing to help in any way. The water sports were enjoyable and in good condition. This was a great place to relax and unwind.

Riu Reggae: La meilleure station à ce jour.

La plage est parfaite, les gens sont extraordinaires et la nourriture est la meilleure que j'aie jamais mangée dans un centre de villégiature.Notre chambre était très propre et confortable.Il y a beaucoup à faire et les spectacles du soir étaient exceptionnels.Le poulet jerk était délicieux.

Best resort yet. The beach is perfect,the people amazing and the best food I have ever had at a resort.Our room was very clean and comfortable.Lots to do and the evening shows were outstanding.The jerk chicken was delishous .

Riu Tequila: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans ce complexe (avant et après les rénovations) et il est tout à fait à la hauteur de son classement 5 étoiles (et j'ai séjourné dans plus de 8 complexes mexicains 5 étoiles). Le terrain est impeccable, la nourriture est incroyablement bonne (la meilleure que j'aie jamais mangée) et la plage est à couper le souffle (la courte marche de 5 à 7 minutes est relaxante et magnifique, ou vous pouvez prendre une navette qui prend 1 minute). Les chambres sont  [... lire plus]belles, modernes, propres et froides. Le seul problème avec la chambre était qu'il y avait beaucoup de moustiques à l'intérieur de la chambre tous les jours/nuits (ma chambre et celle de ma famille). Je pense qu'ils entraient par les bouches d'aération. C'était vraiment un problème, mais nous n'avons pas contacté la direction et si nous l'avions fait, ils nous auraient probablement changé d'endroit. Nous sommes restés dans le dernier bâtiment, dans le 2600. À part cela, tout était parfait. Les animations nocturnes étaient excellentes ! Le personnel était très gentil et arrangeant. Le code vestimentaire pour les repas est un peu strict. Je recommande vivement ce complexe et nous y reviendrons certainement une troisième fois !

Amazing resort! This was our second time staying at this resort (pre and post renovations) and it definitely lives up to its 5 star rating (and I have stayed at more than 8 Mexican 5 star resorts.) The grounds are spotless, the food is unbelievably incredible (the best I have ever had) and the beach is breathtaking (the short 5-7 minute walk is relaxing and beautiful, or you can catch a shuttle that takes 1 minute). The rooms are nice, modern, clean and cold. The fridge always stocked daily. the only concern with the room was that there were many mosquitoes inside the room everyday/night (my room and my families room). I think they were entering through the vents. It was definitely an issue, however we did not contact management and had we done so they probably would have moved us to a new location. We stayed at the very end building in the 2600. Other than that, everything was perfect. The night life entertainment was great! Staff was very kind and accommodating. The dining dress code is a little strict. I highly recommend this resort and we will definitely be back for a third time!

Riu Playa Blanca: Des lieux de villégiature incroyables

Cet hôtel était vraiment super, ils font le ménage 24 heures sur 24, la chambre était super, les divertissements pour les enfants et les adultes pendant la journée et la nuit étaient vraiment bien, le personnel était vraiment amical et serviable, la nourriture était bonne, je le recommande sans hésiter.

Incredible resorts This hotel was really great , 24 hours they are cleaning , room was great , entertaining for kid and adult during day and night was really good ,stuff was really friendly and helpful, food was good ,definitely I recommend it.

Riu Playa Blanca: Incroyable

L'hôtel était vraiment génial et agréable, 2 heures de nettoyage, des animations pour les enfants et les adultes pendant la nuit et la journée, tout était vraiment bien, la nourriture était excellente, nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances. .

Incredible The hotel was really great and nice ,2r hours the where cleaning , entertaining was for kids and adult during night and day , stuff was really nice ,food was great.we did really enjoy our vacation. .

Riu Palace Baja California: Excellente station

La nourriture était excellente, les chambres étaient grandes et élégantes. L'agencement et la vue sur la plage étaient incroyables. Je recommanderais sans hésiter le RIU Palace Baja California et j'y retournerais. Le temps a été absolument parfait tout au long de mon séjour de 7 jours.

Excellent resort The food was great, the rooms were large and stylish. Amazing layout and view of the beach, would definitely recommend and return to the RIU Palace Baja California. The weather was absolutely perfect for my entire 7 day stay.

Riu Bambu: Des vacances incroyables !

Ok, je vais faire court et doux... Nous avons adoré ce centre de villégiature ! Tout était fantastique à l'exception d'une chose dont je parlerai dans une seconde. La chambre était très agréable et très propre. Les gens étaient très chaleureux, du personnel d'entretien à la réception. Le terrain lui-même était super propre et TRES bien entretenu. La nourriture était bonne... Elle n'était pas extraordinaire mais elle était très bonne. Le personnel de restauration était excellent ! Pendant la sema [... lire plus]ine où nous avons séjourné, nous n'avons même pas rencontré d'araignée, je ne plaisante pas... il n'y avait pas d'insectes à proprement parler. La seule chose qui manquait à ce complexe, c'était une production adéquate (éclairage) pour les spectacles nocturnes. Les spectacles étaient bons, mais lorsque vous organisez un spectacle de taille moyenne, vous avez besoin d'un éclairage approprié pour accompagner la production. Si ce n'est pas le cas, cela ressemble à une répétition. La scène était grande et les places assises très confortables. La scène était grande et les sièges très accommodants. A part cela...Nous avons adoré le Bambu et nous recommanderions certainement cet endroit à nos amis

Incredible Vacation! Ok I'm Going to make this short and sweet...We loved this resort! Everything about it was Fantastic except for one thing which I will get to in a second. The room was Very nice very clean. The people were very warm, from the cleaning staff to the folks at the front desk.The grounds themselves were super clean and VERY well kept. The food was good...It was not out of this world good but it was very good. the food staff were excellent! In the week we stayed there we didn't even come across a spider I'm not kidding...there were no "bugs"to speak of. Now for the bad part...The only thing that this resort was lacking was the proper production (lighting) for their nightly entertainment. The shows were good but when you are putting on a semi big show you need the proper lighting to go with the production. If you do not have this it just looks like a rehearsal.The stage was big and the seating was very accommodating. Just fell short. Apart from that...We loved the Bambu and would definitely recommend this place to our friends

Riu Montego Bay: Une expérience étonnante

RIU Mobay était incroyable pour une première fois ; le personnel était amical et très serviable...’Les excursions étaient la meilleure partie du voyage, mais l'expérience globale était également géniale ; si l'on est amical, on peut facilement rencontrer des gens sympathiques et authentiques grâce aux divertissements de l'hôtel. La nourriture était bonne, le service était bon mais certains barmans pourraient être mieux formés pour préparer les boissons de manière appropriée

Amazing Experience RIU Mobay was amazing for a first timer; staff were friendly and very helpful...’Excursions were the best part of the trip but the overall experience was great also; if one is friendly you can easily meet nice, genuine people through the hotels entertainment. Food was good, service was good but some of the bartenders can be trained more on making the drinks appropriately

Riu Republica: Station balnéaire

Grand centre de villégiature, Beaucoup de restaurants et de bars, mais j'apporterais mon propre alcool... ils diluent l'alcool. A notre arrivée, notre chambre était extrêmement chaude (l'air conditionné était éteint), les draps étaient tachés, il y avait beaucoup de cheveux sur le lit/le canapé, un cafard/lézard dans la chambre (c'est un peu inévitable) mais la première impression était horrible. Nous avons changé de chambre et la seconde était bien meilleure que la précédente (assez standard,  [... lire plus]rien de spécial). La nourriture était bonne au restaurant italien et au steakhouse. Les buffets étaient basiques mais meilleurs certains jours que d'autres. Nous n'avons pas été malades une seule fois, mais nous avons évité de manger certains aliments (salades, fruits sans peau, légumes crus). Dans l'ensemble, le complexe est agréable, mais la plupart des employés ont des difficultés avec l'anglais, ce qui fait qu'il y avait une barrière linguistique. La station semble être une destination pour les spring breakers, si vous cherchez à faire la fête, c'est la station parfaite.

Fun resort Big resort, Lots of restaurants and bars however I would bring my own liquor down ... they water down there liquor. At first arrival, our room was extremely hot (Ac was turned off), sheets were stained, found lots of hair on the bed/couch, found a roach/lizard in the room(this is kind of inevitable) but first impression was awful. We got our room switched; and the second room was much better from our last room (Pretty standard, nothing special). Food was good at the Italian restaurant and steakhouse. Buffets were basic but better some days than others. Didn't get sick once, but we did avoid eating certain food (salads, fruit that didn't have a peel, raw veggies). Overall nice resort, most staff have trouble with English so there was a language barrier. Resort seems to be a destination for spring breakers, if your looking to party, it's the perfect resort.

Riu Playa Blanca: station très accueillante

Le personnel était très aimable et attentif, en particulier dans la salle à manger. La nourriture est délicieuse, le bar à salades et les desserts sont excellents. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les jus de fruits frais le matin. Les chambres sont grandes et aérées. Les lits sont confortables. Tout était propre. J'ai apprécié le séchoir sur le balcon et les crochets dans la salle de bains. Si la combinaison baignoire/douche était un peu plus facile d'accès, elle aurait été parfaite pour moi.

very hospitable resort The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially in the dining area. Delicious food and great salad bar and desserts. I really enjoyed the fresh juices in mornings. The rooms are big and airy. The beds were comfortable. Everywhere was quite clean. I appreciated the drying rack on the balcony and the hooks in the bathroom. If the bath/shower combination was a little easier to get into, it would've been perfect for me.

Jad : un séjour extraordinaire, des souvenirs inoubliables, une station balnéaire exceptionnelle, un service à la clientèle hors pair, une seule plainte : les habitants de la plage qui vous pressent toujours d'acheter des choses, vous ne pouvez même pas vous promener sur la plage sans qu'ils vous harcèlent

Amazing resort Jad amazing time great memories great resort loved the customer service only complaint would be the locals at the beach always hounding u to buy things you couldn't even walk the beach with out them bugging you

Riu Republica: A dépassé nos attentes !!!!!

Notre séjour au Rui Republica Punta Cana a été extraordinaire ! Le personnel était formidable et n'a pas hésité à nous rapprocher de la plage dès que nous l'avons demandé. Les chambres ont été nettoyées tous les jours et le personnel était toujours amical et prêt à aider avec toutes les demandes. Il n'y a certainement pas de pénurie d'options de nourriture ou de boisson. Nous sommes impatients d'y retourner dès que possible !

Exceeded our expectations!!!!! Our trip to Rui Republica Punta Cana was amazing! The staff was amazing and had no issue moving us closer to the beach right away as soon as we requested it. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff was always friendly and willing to assist with any requests. There’s definitely no shortage of food or drink options. We can’t wait to go back ASAP!

Riu Republica: Rui Republica

L'hôtel était très bien entretenu ! La plage était magnifique et toujours entretenue. Le personnel était très amical et serviable. Tous les restaurants étaient excellents, mais le restaurant espagnol était très lent à sortir les plats. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités à faire et le personnel vous encourageait toujours à participer. Je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel ! Juste pour vous avertir que beaucoup de jeunes adultes aiment aller dans ce complexe !

The hotel was very well kept! The beach was beautiful and always groomed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All restaurants were amazing but the spanish restaurant was very slow in getting the food out. There were a lot of activities to do and the staff were always encouraging you to get involved. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Just to warn you a lot of young adults like to go to this resort!

Riu Palace Antillas: Le Rio Resort était très bien. La nourriture, la plage et le service étaient excellents !

L'hôtel était confortable et l'environnement était magnifique. L'île est très brise et vous ne’t vraiment sentir la chaleur qui rend confortable pour explorer l'endroit. Bonne nourriture et bon service. Les gens étaient chaleureux et amicaux. Je recommanderais de meilleurs divertissements et des prix plus bas pour les produits dans les boutiques de souvenirs.

The Rio resort was good. The food, beach and service was excellent! The hotel was comfortable and the environment was beautiful. The island is very breezy and you don’t really feel the heat which makes it comfortable for exploring the place. Good food and service. The people were warm and friendly. I would recommend better entertainment and cheaper prices for products in the gift shops.

Riu Cancun: La station balnéaire de nos rêves

Ce centre de villégiature avait tout pour plaire ! Les piscines étaient propres et peu fréquentées. 4 piscines avec 4 ambiances différentes, toutes avec un bord à l'infini face à l'océan. La nourriture et les boissons étaient fantastiques ! La plage est parfaite ! 10/10

Resort of our dreams This resort had it all! Pools were clean & not over crowded. 4 pools with 4 different vibes, all with an infinity edge facing the ocean. Food & drink were fantastic! Beach is picture perfect! 10/10

Riu Guanacaste: Un 4 étoiles

L'hôtel était magnifiquement entretenu. Les murs étaient repeints et le terrain était aménagé tous les jours. La nourriture était excellente. On ne peut pas battre le guacamole à chaque repas. Les plats à la carte dépassaient les attentes, mais je n'ai pas été impressionné par leur système de réservation quotidienne à 18 heures. Je détestais faire la queue chaque soir alors que je pouvais faire la sieste ou me préparer pour la soirée. Nous sommes allés au casino. Passez d'abord à la caisse pour  [... lire plus]obtenir 10 dollars gratuits lorsque vous dépensez 10 dollars aux machines à sous. Bonus. Nous avons aimé la variété des excursions proposées. Cependant, nous aurions aimé avoir des bicyclettes pour aller dans la ville voisine. La piscine était magnifique et les boissons étaient très bonnes. J'étais contente de mon choix. La plage a besoin de plus de cabanes, de toilettes plus proches et d'un bar. Nous n'y avons pas passé assez de temps car les commodités n'étaient pas disponibles.

A 4 star The hotel was beautifully kept. Walls were being painted and grounds we being landscaped daily. Food was amazing. Cant beat guacamole at every meal. The A La Cartes were above expectations but I was not impressed by their daily 6:00 reservation system. I hated waiting in line each night when I could be napping or getting ready for the evening. We went to the casino. Go to the cashier first to get 10 dollars free when you spend 10 dollars at the slots. Bonus. We liked the variety of tours they offered. Although it would have been nice to have bicycles to use to go to the nearby town. The pool was amazing and the drinks were so good. I was happy with my choice. The beach needs more huts a closer toilet and a bar. We didnt spend enough time there as the amenities weren't available.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

Complexe extrêmement propre et bien entretenu, avec un personnel très amical et serviable. Situé au bord de l'océan. Magnifique ! Le divertissement était très bon. Les activités de la piscine étaient amusantes et divertissantes. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe pour de belles vacances relaxantes et agréables pour tous les âges

Fantastic resort Extremely clean and well maintained resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Located right on the ocean. Beautiful! Entertainment was very good. Pool activities were fun and entertaining. Would definitely recommend this resort for a beautiful relaxing and enjoyable vacation for all ages

Riu Vallarta: Un centre de villégiature absolument extraordinaire

Nous avons passé le meilleur voyage de notre vie dans ce complexe. Tout était phénoménal. Les divertissements étaient de premier ordre, chaque nuit et chaque jour il y avait quelque chose de nouveau et d'excitant. Les boissons étaient préparées à la perfection et toute la nourriture était absolument délicieuse, en particulier le petit déjeuner ! Merci au personnel qui a rendu notre voyage si spécial, ils méritent tous le meilleur !

Absolutely AMAZING resort We had the best trip of our lives at this resort. Everything was phenomenal. The entertainment was top notch, every single night and day there was something new and exciting. Drinks were made to perfection and all the food was absolutely delicious especially breakfast!! Thankyou to the staff who made our trip so special, they all deserve the best!

Riu Republica: Grand centre de villégiature

Le complexe, les chambres et les bâtiments étaient spacieux et propres. La nourriture était très bonne, variée et variée. Le centre de remise en forme pourrait être plus grand et disposer de plus d'équipements. Il devrait être interdit de fumer partout où l'on sert de la nourriture. Le personnel était amical, accueillant et très serviable.

Great Resort The resort, rooms, and buildings were spacious and clean. The food was very good with variety and options. The fitness center could be larger and have more equipment. Smoking should be prohibited anywhere that food is being served. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Riu Flamingos: Grand centre de villégiature

Il y avait beaucoup de monde la semaine où nous y étions car c'était les vacances scolaires au Mexique (première semaine de mai), mais l'hôtel était toujours bien géré et propre. Nous avons apprécié le personnel, en particulier dans les restaurants. La nourriture était assez bonne, mais nous avons pensé que les buffets étaient meilleurs que les restaurants à la carte.

Great resort It was veryyy busy the week we were there because it was school break in Mexico (first week of May) but it was still run well and clean. We enjoyed the staff especially at the restaurants. The food was pretty good, but we thought the buffets were better than the al a carte restaurants.
