Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: Un lieu exceptionnel

La nourriture était excellente, ce qui est inhabituel dans de nombreux centres de villégiature. L'hôtel était propre et le personnel très accommodant et amical. La plage était idéale pour se promener et s'étendait sur une longue distance. Elle était également très chaude et agréable à nager. Ce qui était très unique à propos de l'emplacement, c'est qu'il était en plein dans la ville, donc beaucoup d'occasions d'explorer et de faire l'expérience de la culture locale. Ce n'est pas un hôtel lux [... lire plus]ueux mais il est confortable. J'y retournerai certainement !

Great Place Food was excellent which is unusual in many resorts. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The beach was great to walk and it stretched for a long ways. It was also very warm and gentle to swim in. What was very unique about the location was that it was right in town so lots of opportunity to explore and experience the local culture. Not a fancy hotel but comfortable . Would go back again for sure!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Tout allait bien jusqu'au jour du départ

Notre séjour de 10 nuits au Royal Decameron a été excellent - la nourriture était excellente, le personnel était très serviable et courtois, et les divertissements étaient amusants à regarder et à participer. Nous reviendrons dans ce complexe. Il y a eu un problème : Le jour du départ, un samedi (est-ce un bon jour pour partir ?), la navette devait arriver et nous prendre à 9 h 20, mais elle n'est arrivée qu'à 10 h 10, chargée de voyageurs de Vancouver, et la circulation a été ralentie au max [... lire plus]imum. Nous étions censés quitter l'aéroport avant ceux qui partaient pour Vancouver, mais ils ont eu droit à trois files d'enregistrement, et nous avons dû attendre plus de deux heures sans file d'enregistrement pour Winnipeg. Il n'y avait qu'une file d'attente pour Calgary. Finalement, nous nous sommes rapprochés de l'enregistrement d'Air Transat, l'ordinateur est tombé en panne et nous avons dû attendre à nouveau. Ce n'était la faute de personne et l'assistance technique a réussi à le remettre en marche. Notre vol devait partir à 13 heures, et nous avons attendu..... et à l'heure du départ, nous avons encore attendu sans carte d'embarquement Quitter le centre de villégiature tôt n'était pas assez tôt si c'est ainsi qu'on nous traite. Nous avons dû nous dépêcher de passer par le côté sécurisé pour rejoindre notre vol. Heureusement, l'avion nous a attendus, ainsi que les autres passagers, avant de partir. La porte de l'avion a été fermée à 13h30. L'avion a décollé à 13 h 45. Notre suggestion : pourriez-vous mieux organiser ce départ, en prévoyant des navettes individuelles pour chaque destination - une seule navette pour Winnipeg, Vancouver, Calgary, et suffisamment de temps pour déjeuner - ou pour faire du lèche-vitrine à l'aéroport.... Il est possible de le faire et de ménager les nerfs si les destinations sont séparées au lieu d'être regroupées dans un seul bus.

It was all well until departure day Our 10 night stay at the Royal Decameron was great - the food was great, the staff was very helpful as well as courteous, and the entertainment was fun to watch and participate in. We would return to this complex. There was an issue: On the departure date, a Saturday- (is that a good day to depart?) - the shuttle was to arrive and pick us up at 0920, but never arrived until 1010, loaded with Vancouver departees, and traffic was slowed to a crawl. We were supposed to depart the airport prior to those Vancouver bound, but they were given three check in lines, and we were left waiting with no Winnipeg check in line for over two hours. There was one line for Calgary. Finally, we got closer to the air transat check in, the computer crashed, and we waited again. It was nobody's fault, and the tech support got it up and running again. Our flight was to leave at 1300, and we waited.....and at departure time, still waited without a boarding pass Leaving the resort early wasn't early enough if that's the way we're treated. But had to rush through the secure side to get to our flight. Luckily, the plane waited for us and the remaining passengers before leaving. Plane door was closed at 1330. Airborne at 1345. Our suggestion: would you organize this departure better, including individual shuttles for each destination - a single shuttle each for Winnipeg, Vancouver, Calgary, and enough time then to eat a lunch - or browse at the airport.... It can be done and be easier on the nerves if the destinations are kept separate instead of all on one bus.

Costa Club Punta Arena: Stationnement Ok, Pas de construction

Pour votre information, j'ai envoyé la lettre suivante à Air Canada Vacations, j'ai reçu un accusé de réception mais j'attends toujours une réponse officielle de leur part : Ce message est destiné à Vacances Air Canada. Notre voyage a été réservé début janvier au Costa Club Punta Arena Puerto Vallarta. L'hôtel n'était qu'un 3 étoiles, nous ne nous attendions donc pas à plus que ce que nous avons eu pour cela, c'était un endroit propre et amical pour séjourner et le personnel était très bon. [... lire plus] Ma plainte est qu'il y avait la construction d'une nouvelle aile de chambres en cours à la station chaque jour que nous étions là, et notre compagnie de réservation n'a pas mentionné que c'était en cours. J'ai réservé avec eux à de nombreuses reprises et j'ai toujours été informée des problèmes à prévoir, je ne peux donc que supposer qu'ils n'étaient pas au courant non plus. Il était presque impossible de s'asseoir au bord de la piscine en fin de matinée et en fin d'après-midi à cause des coups de marteau et du martèlement incessants. Je suis déçue qu'en tant que voyagiste, ce type d'information ne nous ait pas été fourni afin que nous puissions nous y attendre, ou peut-être réserver dans un autre endroit. Je m'attends à ce que ce type d'information soit relayé à vos vendeurs de forfaits afin qu'ils puissent conseiller les clients sur ce à quoi ils doivent s'attendre, surtout quand c'est si proche des commodités, littéralement juste à côté de toutes les piscines. J'espère que si je réserve des vacances Air Canada à l'avenir, on m'informera de ce type d'activité afin que je puisse décider si je veux prendre d'autres dispositions. Ma NON recommandation ci-dessous concerne la construction.

Resort Okay, Construction Not For your information I have sent the following letter to Air Canada Vacations, I have received an acknowledgement that they have received it but still waiting for an official response from them: This message is intended for Air Canada Vacations. Our trip was booked early in January to the Costa Club Punta Arena Puerto Vallarta. The hotel was only a 3 star so we did not expect more than we got for this, it was a clean and friendly place to stay and the staff were very good. My complaint is that there was construction of a new wing of rooms ongoing at the resort every single day we were there, and our booking company did not mention that this was ongoing. I have booked with them many times, and have always been informed if there were any issues to be expected so I can only assume they were not aware of it either. It was almost impossible to sit by the pool in the late morning, and late afternoon due to the jack hammering and pounding that was non stop. I am disappointed that as a tour operator, this type of information wasn't provided to us so we could have either expected it, or perhaps booked at an alternate location. I expect this type of information to be relayed to your package sellers so they can advise customers what to expect, especially when its that close to the amenities, literally right by all of the pools. I hope that if I book any Air Canada Vacations in the future that I am informed of this type of activity so I can decide if I want to make other arrangements. My NO Recommendation below is in regards to the construction.

Tropicana Hotel: Ce complexe hôtelier offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix et bénéficie du meilleur emplacement dans la vieille ville de Puerto Vallarta

Le complexe Tropicana est un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Grande piscine, grande plage, excellente situation, et très bons prix pour la nourriture et les boissons. Il s'agit d'un hébergement de base, mais propre et bien entretenu. Si vous voulez un bon hôtel dans un endroit parfait, je vous le recommande !

Great value resort with the best location in Old Town Puerto Vallarta! The Tropicana resort is very good value for money. Great pool, great beach, excellent location, and very good prices on food and drink. It is basic accommodation, but clean and well maintained. If you want a good hotel in the perfect location, I recommend it!

Crown Paradise Club: Bon centre de villégiature

J'ai passé un excellent moment. Le terrain, le personnel et tout le reste étaient formidables, à l'exception de la nourriture. J'ai séjourné ici l'année dernière et la nourriture était excellente. Cette année, la nourriture était à peu près la même tous les jours et était à peine chaude. Le vendredi il y avait des fruits de mer et c'était le seul bon repas de la semaine. Toutes les autres personnes à qui nous avons parlé ont également été déçues par la nourriture. Le complexe est définitivement  [... lire plus]un endroit orienté vers la famille. Si vous n'aimez pas le bruit, je vous déconseille d'y aller.

Good Resort Had a great time. The grounds,staff and everything was great,with the exception of the food. Stayed here last year and the food was great.This year the food was pretty much the same every day and was barely warm . Friday there was seafood and it was the only good meal of the week. All other people we talked to also were disappointed with the food. The resort is definitley a family oriented place. Very kid friendly so if you don't enjoy all the noise I wouldn't go here.

Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa: Très belle

Cet hôtel était très agréable, probablement un peu plus moderne que la plupart des autres. L'hôtel était très propre, le terrain est très bien entretenu et tout semble luxuriant et vert. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la section réservée aux adultes au bord de la piscine et les bains à remous sur les toits (qui étaient également réservés aux adultes). Les lits de la piscine réservée aux adultes sont fabuleux ! (La température de la piscine était en fait très chaude, presque celle d'une baignoire,  [... lire plus]ce qui est agréable lorsqu'il fait un peu plus frais, mais pas rafraîchissant lorsqu'il fait chaud. Il y avait toujours suffisamment de chaises et de parasols, quelle que soit l'heure à laquelle nous sommes arrivés à la piscine ou à la plage. Le service à la piscine était fabuleux ! Le personnel de service autour de la piscine travaille vraiment dur et vient assez souvent pour apporter des boissons et de la nourriture. J'ai adoré le fait qu'ils aient un menu pour la piscine et que la nourriture puisse être apportée directement sur votre chaise ! L'hôtel lui-même est agréable car chaque chambre dispose d'une immense terrasse et d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Mon seul reproche est que si vous n'obtenez pas une suite, vous êtes coincé avec seulement des lits queen size - ils n'ont pas de lit king dans une chambre normale. Je comprends que c'est lié au fait que cet hôtel s'adresse vraiment aux propriétaires (propriétaires de time share). La chambre était tout de même spacieuse et répondait à tous nos besoins. Les salles de bains étaient très modernes et très bien faites. Les placards éclairés étaient également une bonne chose. Nous ne passons pas beaucoup de temps dans la chambre, donc tout était parfait. Les femmes de chambre font un travail fantastique en nettoyant la chambre, elles ont fait un nettoyage très minutieux tous les jours et nous avons vraiment apprécié cela. Le service de navette était agréable - le seul problème est qu'ils viennent trop tôt. 6:30 est un peu tôt, d'autant plus que la plupart d'entre eux ne vont même pas dîner avant 7:00 ou 8:00. Les oreillers pourraient certainement être remplacés par de meilleurs - le site web parlait d'un menu d'oreillers, mais je n'ai rien vu de tel. Il y avait cependant un menu de senteurs pour le service de coucher, ce qui était une bonne chose. Les lits étaient moyens, comme tous les lits au Mexique. Les restaurants étaient très bons. C'est bien que les menus changent plusieurs fois par semaine et qu'il y ait aussi des soirées buffet avec des animations. (J'ai adoré notre serveur dansant au buffet - il a rendu la soirée tellement amusante !!!!) Le directeur du centre de villégiature est venu nous accueillir à notre arrivée, ce qui était très agréable. Il ne nous a pas vraiment parlé pendant le reste du voyage, mais il est allé voir les propriétaires pour s'assurer qu'ils étaient heureux et que tous leurs besoins étaient satisfaits. C'est un complexe plus calme, pas vraiment idéal pour les enfants car il n'y a pas vraiment d'activités pour les enfants d'âge moyen. Il y a un club pour enfants pour les plus jeunes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce complexe. C'est le personnel qui a fait de ce complexe un endroit unique. Humberto au petit déjeuner, Alan à la piscine, tous les serveurs du Luciano's et le jeune barman (je suis désolé, je ne me souviens plus de son nom) dans le salon. (Mon seul reproche serait que les propriétaires étaient vraiment choyés, parfois plus que d'autres, ce qui est normal - ils sont propriétaires et passent plus de temps et apprennent à connaître le personnel - mais si vous vouliez que je sois propriétaire, vous devriez me traiter de la même manière. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce complexe. Nous avons pu manger, boire et nous détendre, ce qui est la principale chose que nous attendons de nos vacances. Nous retournerons sans aucun doute dans ce complexe et nous le recommandons.

Very Nice This hotel was very nice, probably a little more modern than most. The hotel was very clean, the grounds are kept very well, and everything looks lush and green. We really liked the adults only section by the pool and the hot tubs on the roof tops (which were adult only as well). The beds in the adult only pool area are fabulous! (you have to get up pretty early to get one) The pool temperature was actually very warm, almost bath tub, which is nice when it is a little cooler, but not refreshing when it is hot. There were always enough chairs and umbrellas, no matter how late we got to the pool or the beach. The service at the pool was fabulous! The wait staff around the pool really work hard and come around quite often to bring drinks and food. Loved that they had a pool food menu and food could be brought right to your chair! The hotel itself is nice in that every room has a huge deck and great view of the ocean. My one complaint would be that if you don't get a suite- you are stuck with only queen size beds- they do not have a king bed in a regular room. I understand that it has to do with the fact that this hotel does really cater to owners (time share owners). The room was still spacious and met all of our needs. The washrooms were pretty up to date, and done very nicely. Lighted closets were a nice touch as well. We don't spend much time in the room, so everything was great. The maids do a fantastic job cleaning the room, they did a very thorough clean every day and we really appreciated that. Turn down service was nice- only problem is they come too early. 6:30 is a little early, esp. as most don't even go for supper until 7:00 or 8:00 sittings. The pillows could definitely be replaced with better ones- the website talked about a pillow menu- but I didn't see anything of the sort. They did however have a scent menu for your turn down service which was a nice touch. Beds were average as all beds in Mexico are. The restaurants were very good. Nice that the menu's change a few times during the week, and there are also some buffet nights with entertainment. (Loved our dancing food server at the buffet- he made the night so much fun!!!!) The resort manager came out to meet us when we arrived- which was very nice. He didn't really speak to us the rest of the trip, but did come around to the owners to see that they were happy and all of their needs were being met. This is a quieter resort, not really great for those with kids as there are not really any activities for middle age kids. They have a kids club for the younger ones. We really enjoyed the resort. It was the staff that made this resort. Humberto for breakfast, Alan at the pool, all of the waiters in Luciano's, and the young bartender (I am sorry I can't remember his name now) in the lounge. (He had flair!- tossing bottles while making our drinks and always a big smile) My only complaint would be that owners were really catered to sometimes more than others which is ok- they are owners and they spend more time and get to know the staff- but if you wanted me to be an owner- you should be treating me the same way. All in all we really enjoyed our time at this resort. We were able to eat, drink, and relax which is the main things we want from our holiday. We would definitely go back to this resort and would recommend this resort.

Las Palmas by the Sea: J'ai adoré !

Las Palmas by the sea était l'escapade parfaite pour échapper au froid de l'hiver canadien ! On ne peut pas rêver d'un meilleur emplacement, car il est situé directement entre la promenade (si vous cherchez le marché et les boutiques) et la marina (où vous pouvez faire de l'aventure aquatique). La plage en face de l'hôtel était bien entretenue et la plus belle de tout ce que j'ai vu le long de la côte... J'avais une chambre qui faisait face à la piscine et à la mer, la vue était spectaculaire !  [... lire plus] Ce qui a rendu le voyage ici encore plus extraordinaire, c'est le personnel fabuleux ! J'ai participé aux activités quotidiennes - aquatique, zumba et jeux de plage... On m'a même encouragé à aller dans une boîte de nuit, et j'ai passé un moment fantastique ! Je dois remercier Pablo et Jose d'avoir rendu mon séjour si amusant et de m'avoir aidée à en tirer le meilleur parti. Ils ont été tout simplement merveilleux et je reviendrai certainement leur rendre visite bientôt ! ... Il y avait aussi un groom qui était très serviable et je ne peux pas écrire une critique sans mentionner Antonio - il était si gentil ! La seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas donné 5 est qu'il y avait des zones en réparation, mais honnêtement je n'ai pas à me plaindre ! La nourriture était bonne - peut-être trop bonne... Le personnel est formidable... J'attends avec impatience ma prochaine visite !

Loved it! Las Palmas by the sea was the perfect getaway vacation- escaping the cold winter here in Canada! Couldnt ask for a better location in terms of it being directly between the boardwalk (if your looking for the market and shops) and the marina (where you do water adventures). The beach in front of the hotel was well kept and the nicest from what I saw along that shore line...I had a room that faced the pool and sea, the view was spectacular! What made the trip here most amazing was the fabulous staff! I participated in daily activities- aquatics, zumba and beach games... I was even encouraged to hit up a night club, and had the most fantastic time! I have Pablo and Jose to thank for making my stay there so fun and helping me make the most of my time there. They were just so wonderful and I'll definitely be back to visit soon! ... There was also a bellboy who was so helpful and I can't write a review without mentioning Antonio- he was so kind! All around good vibes- the only reason I didn't give it 5 is because there were some areas under repair, but I honestly have no complaints! Food was good-maybe too good... Staff amazing... I look forward to my next visit!

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Une station extraordinaire qui a dépassé nos attentes !

C'était notre premier séjour au Mexique et nous avons été très impressionnés par cet hôtel ! J'y suis allée avec ma fille et mon cousin cette fois-ci, et j'aimerais bien y retourner avec mon mari. L'hôtel est magnifique avec des terrains luxuriants, des chambres bien aménagées, des restaurants fantastiques et une plage incroyable ! Le personnel était si amical, si serviable et ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour vous. Nous avons été très impressionnés et avons hâte d'y retourner ! Amazing resort that exceeded our expectations! It was our first time to Mexico and we were sooooo impressed by this hotel! I went with my daughter and cousin this time, and would love to go back with my husband. The hotel was beautiful with lush grounds, well appointed rooms, fantastic restaurants and an amazing beach! The staff were so friendly,so helpful and could not do enough for you. We were very impressed and can't wait to go back! Thanks to our concierges, German Rodriges (he's #1) and Hector , our spa girls, Betty, Laura, Ashley, Violet and Guadalupe, our waiter Yomar at the Mexican restaurant! They all made our vacation memorable!

Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and Mexican Charm: Pour les personnes discrètes

Propre, magnifiquement aménagé, excellent service amical, nourriture fraîche mais un peu répétitive, petit hôtel sympathique. Il faut être en forme pour loger au dernier étage. Nous avons monté en moyenne 500 marches par jour ! Je recommanderais cet hôtel aux personnes âgées.

For the quiet crowd Clean, beautifully landscaped, great friendly service, fresh food but bit repetitious, small but friendly hotel. Must be fit to stay on the top floor. We averaged climbing 500 stairs per day! Would recommend this hotel for more of the senior crowd.

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: Rien de tel que la maison - sauf Los Cocos

Il s'agit d'un complexe 3 étoiles, mais il n'a rien à envier à d'autres en ce qui concerne le cœur du complexe. Le personnel est merveilleux - amical et efficace ; le complexe est plus ancien et quelque peu délabré à certains endroits, mais les chambres et le terrain sont impeccables ; les clients reviennent généralement, certains plusieurs fois, et sont tous si amicaux que les amitiés se poursuivent souvent après les vacances ; et il y a tellement de choses à faire car le complexe se trouve dan [... lire plus]s une charmante petite ville (pleine de Canadiens arborant des drapeaux canadiens) avec de petites boutiques et des restaurants si l'on veut changer de la nourriture de l'hôtel, des kilomètres de belles plages de sable qui vous emmènent à la ville suivante et avec de nombreux bars et restaurants de bord de mer à apprécier le long du chemin. L'animation en soirée est bonne pour une si petite station. La seule chose que nous trouvons insuffisante est le WiFi qui ne fonctionne que dans quelques endroits et encore, souvent mal, mais à quelques pas de là, il y a un café avec le WiFi gratuit qui est toujours bon. Nous aimons zlpd Cocos.

No place like home - except Los Cocos This is a 3 star resort but it is off the charts when it comes to the heart of the resort. Staff is wonderful - friendly and efficient; the resort is older and somewhat shabby in some areas but rooms and grounds are spotless; guests usually return, some many times, and are all so friendly that friendships often continue after the holiday is over; and there is so much to do as the resort is in a lovely small town ( full of Canadians displaying Canadian flags) with small shops and restaurants if one wants a change from hotel food, miles of beautiful sandy beaches which take you on to the next town and with lots of beach side bars and restaurants to enjoy along the way. Evening entertainment is good for such a small resort. The only thing we find lacking is the WiFi which only works in a few places and even then often poorly but a short walk away is a cafe with free Wifi that is always good. We love zlpd Cocos.

Las Palmas by the Sea: Station fantastique !

Nous sommes allés dans d'autres complexes hôteliers de PV et celui-ci était de loin le meilleur. Trip central a tout facilité, de l'atterrissage au transfert à l'hôtel et à l'enregistrement, tout s'est déroulé sans problème. Les vols se sont déroulés sans incident et ont été très sympathiques. Le centre de villégiature était incroyable. Tout le personnel était si sympathique et amusant. Rien à redire sur la nourriture et les boissons. Le personnel de la station a pris le temps de s'assurer [... lire plus] que nous avions tous apprécié notre séjour ! Un grand bravo pour nous et nous reviendrons !

Fantastic resort!! We have been to other resorts in PV and this one was by far the best. Trip central made everything smooth, From the time we landed to our transfer to the hotel to the check in it was so smooth. Flights there were uneventful and very friendly. The resort was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and fun. No complaints with the food and drinks. The resort staff took the time to ensure we all enjoyed our stay! Def a thumbs up for us and we will return!

Riu Flamingos: Fantastic Resort

L'hôtel est très bien entretenu et élégant. Vous avez toujours accès à une nourriture excellente, que ce soit au bar des sports ou au buffet toute la journée. Les chambres sont toutes très proches les unes des autres, si bien que si vous venez avec un grand groupe, il est très facile de se retrouver. Le Steak House est de loin le meilleur endroit pour manger en termes de restaurants, mais comme le buffet est excellent toute la journée, il n'est pas nécessaire de s'inquiéter d'arriver à temps aux [... lire plus] restaurants. Cependant, le steak house (situé juste à côté de la plage) offre une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil vers 18h30-19h00, vous ne pouvez donc pas être en retard. Les boissons sont toutes très bien faites aussi, un peu fortes mais je veux dire hey, vous êtes en vacances n'est-ce pas ? Les chambres sont magnifiques, j'ai séjourné à l'étage inférieur dans la chambre la moins chère et c'était quand même fantastique. 9/10 j'y retournerais.

The hotel was very well kept and elegant. You always have access to terrific food whether it be in the sports bar, or all day buffet. The rooms are all very close to eachother, so if you go here with a large group it is very easy to meet up. The Steak House is by far the best place to eat in terms of restaurants, but with how terrific the all-day buffet is there isn't really any need to worry about making it to the restaurants in time. However, the steak house (located right next to the beach) has an amazing view of the sunset around 6:30-7:00 so for that you cannot be tarty. The drinks are all very well made too, a little strong but i mean hey,you're on vacation right? The rooms are beautiful, i stayed on the bottom floor in the cheapest room and it was still fantastic. 9/10 would go again.

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: BON RESORT

Il s'agit d'un complexe hôtelier plus ancien, avec tous les problèmes qui en découlent. Il est très propre et en construction, ce qui explique qu'il soit parfois bruyant. Il y a beaucoup de chaises de plage et de sièges pour le nombre de personnes et il y a beaucoup d'espace sur le terrain pour s'étendre. S'il y a une chose que je n'ai pas aimée pendant mon séjour, c'est l'animation. L'hôtel compte 80 % de Canadiens, mais l'animation est principalement en espagnol et beaucoup trop bruyante. On m [... lire plus]onte le son jusqu'au point de distorsion des haut-parleurs, puis un peu plus fort encore, et pendant que ce vacarme se poursuit, tout d'un coup, une sorte de groupe s'installe sur la plage, ajoutant au bruit, et au même moment, les deux bars jouent de la musique différente au plus fort de cette soi-disant animation, c'est très très bruyant et ennuyeux. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon endroit où aller. Personnellement, je n'y retournerai pas car j'apprécie quelque chose de plus calme.

GOOD RESORT This is an older resort with lots of the problems that go with that situation, it is very very clean and under construction so understandably it was noisy at times. The food is what I would describe as slightly below par to good but the steak ala-cart is very good. lots of beach chairs and seating room for the number of people and there is plenty of room on the grounds to spread out. If there is one thing that I disliked about my stay it would be the entertainment this resort has 80% Canadians but the entertainment is mostly in Spanish and much too loud it is turned up to the point of speaker distortion then a bit louder yet and while this racket is going an all of a sudden some kind of band sets up on the beach adding to the noise and at the same time both bars are playing different music at the height of this so called entertainment it is very very loud and annoying. But over all it was a pretty good place to go I personally will not return as I appreciate some thing quieter.

La meilleure chose à propos de ce complexe est la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Aux buffets et à la piscine, les serveurs étaient formidables. La nourriture à la carte était très comparable à celle d'autres complexes hôteliers, peut-être même plus que la moyenne. Le club pour enfants était formidable. Très sécurisé et je me sentais à l'aise de laisser mes enfants y faire des activités.

Amazing resort with Unbelievable Kids Club The best thing about the resort is how friendly all of the staff were. At the buffets and pool area the waiters were amazing. The food at the al la carte's was very comparable to other resorts maybe even more on the average side. The Kids club was amazing. Very secure and I felt very comfortable leaving my kids their for activities.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Beautiful Resort

Dès votre arrivée au Fiesta Americana, vous êtes accueillis par le personnel de l'hôtel qui prend rapidement vos bagages et vous conduit à l'entrée principale pour l'enregistrement, alors que vous sentez la brise la plus incroyable dans le hall ouvert. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons essayé tous les restaurants, la nourriture était incroyable, le personnel était exceptionnel, la plage était la meilleure. Upon your arrival at the Fiesta Americana you are greeted by the hotel staff that promptly gather your bags and lead you to the front entrance for check in as you feel the most amazing breeze through the open lobby. During our stay we tried all of the restaurants, the food was amazing, the staff was outstanding, the beach was best. Did not spend a lot of time in our room but that was great too. Overall it was a fantastic vacation and we would definitely return.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce complexe, le service était merveilleux, tout le personnel est si gentil et amical, ils ont rendu notre séjour encore meilleur. La nourriture était excellente au buffet, nous n'avons pas été très impressionnés par la nourriture au restaurant à la carte, ce n'était pas assez et pas aussi bon que le buffet. Nous sommes très heureux et satisfaits, nous aimerions y retourner une deuxième fois

We had an amazing time at this resort, service was wonderful, all the Staff it's so nice and friendly, they make our stay even better. Food was excellent at the buffet, we weren't to impressed with the food at the Resturant a la carte, wasn't anough and not as good as the buffet. We are very happy and satisfied, we would like go back a second time

On ne saurait trop dire à quel point l'hôtel et son personnel ont été merveilleux pendant notre séjour. Tout le monde a été très amical et a répondu à tous nos besoins. La nourriture était excellente et les boissons délicieuses. Excellent complexe hôtelier !

Amazing Resort One cannot say enough about how wonderful the hotel and their staff were during our stay. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating to anything we needed. The food was excellent and the beverages delicious. Excellent resort!

Canto Del Sol: Canto del Sol Tennis and Beach Resort, Puerto Vallarta, Mexique

Deux nuits avant mon retour, je suis tombée très malade et, deux jours après mon retour, j'ai passé deux jours à l'hôpital. L'infection bactérienne dont j'ai souffert a été identifiée comme étant une très mauvaise et parfois fatale e-coli provenant d'aliments contaminés préparés par quelqu'un qui ne s'est pas lavé les mains après avoir utilisé la salle de bains. J'ai déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel à deux reprises, mais j'ai trouvé que les normes étaient généralement beaucoup moins élevées cette  [... lire plus]fois-ci. Il semblerait que des efforts soient faits pour rendre l'apparence propre et soignée, mais le centre de tennis est totalement négligé, la qualité inférieure des divertissements imposée aux clients le lundi soir lorsque tout le restaurant se déplace à l'extérieur, et il y avait beaucoup plus d'enfants incontrôlables qui criaient et hurlaient, ainsi que des portes qui claquaient à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Je doute vraiment d'avoir été le seul client victime de cette bactérie, et j'espère que personne n'est mort ! Je ne retournerai plus jamais dans cet établissement !

Canto del Sol Tennis and Beach Resort, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Two nights before coming home, I got very sick, and 2 days after I returned, spent 2 days in hospital. The bacterial infection I had was identified as really nasty, and sometimes fatal e-coli from contaminated food prepared by someone who didn't wash their hands after using the bathroom. I have stayed at this hotel before, twice, but found the standards generally to be much lower this time. It would appear that efforts are made to make the appearance clean and cared for, but the tennis centre is totally neglected, the lowered quality of entertainment forced on guests on Monday nights when the whole restaurant moves outside, and there were so many more out-of-control kids yelling and screaming, along with doors slamming at all hours of the day or night. I really doubt that I was the only guest that fell victim to this bacteria, and I hope no-one died! I will never go to this place again!

Cet hôtel peut se vanter d'avoir de nombreux clients réguliers. Le terrain est magnifiquement entretenu. Le personnel travaille très dur et est très amical. Les chambres sont basiques mais très propres. Le bloc 5 est réservé aux adultes et dispose de sa propre piscine. Les spectacles nocturnes sont excellents et le personnel d'animation fait du bon travail. On peut marcher des kilomètres sur la plage et on s'y sent très en sécurité.

FANTASTIC VACATION This hotel boasts many repeat guests. The grounds are beautifully manicured. Staff work very hard and are very friendly. The rooms are basic but are very clean. Block 5 is adults only with its own pool. The nightly shows were excellent and the entertainment staff do a great job. You can walk for miles on the beach and it felt very safe.

Hilton Vallarta Riviera Resort: Les chambres sont incroyables

L'hôtel était magnifique. Ma plus grande préoccupation était le service de nettoyage. Le service de nettoyage était épouvantable. Ils prenaient tous les peignoirs et ne les remplaçaient pas. Ils n'ont pas réapprovisionné ma chambre en café, j'ai dû appeler la réception tous les matins. Le terrain de l'hôtel était très beau, les piscines étaient incroyables. Le serveur et les serveuses autour de la piscine ne parlaient pas très bien anglais, il était donc difficile d'obtenir une boisson.  [... lire plus] Le service de chambre était incroyable et rapide. Le menu du déjeuner était très répétitif, la nourriture au buffet était bonne mais toujours froide L'hôtel ne fait pas de change de devises L'hôtel n'est pas accessible à pied. Si vous vouliez quitter l'hôtel, vous deviez prendre un taxi.

Rooms are Amazing The hotel was wonderful. My biggest concern was the maid service. Maid service was terrible. They would take all the robes and not replace them. They would not resupply my room with coffee, I had to call down to reception every morning. Hotel grounds were very nice, pools were amazing. Waiter and waitresses around the pool did not speak very good English so it was hard to get a drink. Room service was amazing and fast. Lunch menu was very repetitive, food at buffet was good but always cold Resort does not exchange currency Resort is not walking distance to anywhere. If you wanted to leave the resort you had to take a cab.
