Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Belle station balnéaire

PAS D'EAU CHAUDE DE TOUTE LA SEMAINE !!... mais les animations étaient sympas... le personnel très aimable... il faudrait juste régler le problème de l'eau chaude... la nourriture était correcte... la plage est superbe !!!... les pizzas sur la plage étaient excellentes... les bars étaient sympas aussi...

Nice resort NO HOTWATER ALL WEEK !!...but the entertainment was good..staff very friendly....they just have to fix the hot water issue....food was ok...the beach is great !!!..pizza at the beach was awesome...they bars were good too..

Resonance Blu Varadero: Dommage

Ce complexe hôtelier a du potentiel, mais nous n'avons pas pu le constater. Chaque jour, les pénuries d'alcool, à l'exception du rhum, se produisaient de plus en plus tôt (avant midi). Nous n'avons bénéficié d'aucun des avantages améliorés du Harmony Club qui étaient mentionnés, et il n'y avait pas de majordome.

Too bad This resort has the potential but we didn’t get to see it. Every day the shortages of alcohol except for rum was getting earlier and earlier (before noon). We did not experience any of the upgraded Harmony Club benefits they listed and there wasn’t a butler.

Grand Memories Varadero: Vieux et non entretenu

J'ai passé un séjour extrêmement décevant dans cet hôtel. Dès mon arrivée, il était évident que la propreté et l'entretien de base n'étaient pas des priorités ici. Les chambres sont sales et vieillottes, et le personnel d'entretien ne fait pratiquement rien. Changer les draps semble être la seule tâche ménagère qu'ils accomplissent. Le personnel était systématiquement impoli et peu serviable, ce qui rendait chaque problème encore plus frustrant. Lorsque ma porte s'est cassée, on m'a répété à  [... lire plus]plusieurs reprises que le service d'entretien arriverait dans cinq minutes. Cela s'est transformé en près de deux heures d'attente. Il n'y a eu aucune excuse, aucune urgence et aucune responsabilité. En raison de problèmes constants, j'ai été contraint de changer de chambre à plusieurs reprises, ce qui était épuisant et tout à fait inacceptable. Au lieu de me détendre, j'ai passé mon séjour à régler un problème après l'autre. Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel est vieux, mal entretenu et mal géré. Entre le manque de propreté, les temps d'attente trompeurs, le personnel impoli et les changements de chambre incessants, je ne recommanderais pas de séjourner ici. Épargnez-vous ce stress et réservez ailleurs.

Old and not maintained I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was obvious that cleanliness and basic maintenance are not priorities here. The rooms are dirty and outdated, and housekeeping barely does anything. Changing the bed sheets seems to be the extent of their cleaning. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, which made every issue even more frustrating. When my door broke, I was repeatedly told maintenance would arrive in five minutes. That turned into nearly two hours of waiting. There was no apology, no urgency, and no accountability. Because of constant problems, I was forced to switch rooms multiple times, which was exhausting and completely unacceptable. Instead of relaxing, I spent my stay dealing with one issue after another. Overall, this hotel is old, poorly maintained, and badly managed. Between the lack of cleanliness, misleading wait times, rude staff, and nonstop room changes, I would not recommend staying here. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

Grand Aston Varadero Beach Resort: Personnel aimable et serviable

L'hôtel était correct selon les normes cubaines, mais la nourriture n'était pas terrible, il y avait des pénuries et les conditions étaient assez insalubres. Il fallait faire attention à ce que l'on mangeait et faire la queue pour manger des aliments frais. Les divertissements faisaient défaut, à l'exception du spectacle de magie. La plage n'était pas aussi belle que celle des autres complexes hôteliers et il y avait des voleurs qui volaient vos affaires lorsque vous les laissiez sans surveillan [... lire plus]ce.

Friendly and helpful staff The hotel was good for Cuban standards but the food was not great, there were shortages and the conditions were quite unsanitary you just need to watch what you eat and wait in line to eat the fresh food. Entertainment was lacking except for the magic show. The beach was not as nice as the other resorts and there are thieves that’s steal your things when unattended

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Belle plage

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Memories Caribe. Superbe plage, magnifique terrain. Le seul problème était le manque d'eau chaude certains jours. Le bar sportif Route 66 était un endroit idéal pour se détendre et l'accès au bus pour le bar de la grotte a rendu le voyage encore plus agréable. Aucun problème de pénurie ou d'insectes.

Beautiful beach Enjoyed our stay at Memories Caribe. Great beach beautiful grounds. Only issue was lack of hot water on some days. Route 66 sports bar was a great place to hang out and the access to the bus for the cave bar made the trip. No issues with shortages or bugs.

Gran Muthu Ensenada: Superbes vacances

C'était un nouveau complexe hôtelier très agréable, qui était d'ailleurs encore en construction. Cinq bâtiments étaient déjà terminés et cinq autres étaient en cours de construction. La piscine était superbe. Tout était très propre. Le personnel était très sympathique, très aimable et serviable. La plage avait besoin d'être améliorée. Elle n'était pas très agréable. C'était un complexe hôtelier agréable et j'y retournerais volontiers.

Great Vacation This was a new resort that was very nice in fact they were still building. They had 5 buildings finished and 5 more under construction The pool area was great. Very clean everywhere. Really nice staff, very friendly and helpful. The beach needed more work. It wasn't very nice. It was a nice resort and I would go back.

Starfish Jibacoa: Belle plage et personnel sympathique, mais choix limité d'aliments sans gluten

Une expérience formidable dans l'ensemble. Une plage magnifique et un personnel très sympathique. Le service était professionnel et accueillant. Cependant, nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes avec la nourriture, en particulier les options sans gluten, car le personnel ne semblait pas les connaître et les choix étaient très limités.

Starfish Cuatro Palmas: Très satisfait

Le seul problème était que nous avons eu une chambre avec beaucoup d'escaliers, mais le lendemain, on nous a donné une belle chambre. Le service était bon, la nourriture excellente, l'hôtel très propre et proche des activités extérieures. J'y retournerais, j'ai adoré.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Bon pour Cuba

À notre arrivée, personne ne nous a aidés à monter nos valises dans les escaliers, alors que nous avions des cannes. Très déçus... La piscine était très froide et personne ne s'y est baigné pendant toute la semaine de notre séjour. J'apprécie la disponibilité des collations et des repas 24 heures sur 24. Je pense que le petit-déjeuner pourrait être prolongé jusqu'à 11 heures. Je pense que le dîner devrait commencer à 17h30. Je donne à ces vacances une note de 6,8 sur 10.

Good for Cuba Upon arrival, we were not assisted with our suitcases up the stairs, even though we had walking canes. Very disappointed.. Pool was so cold and did not even one person in the pool during the one week of our stay. I like the 24 hour snack/food availability . . I feel that breakfast could be extended to 11 am. I think dinner should start at 5:30 pm. I thought this vacation was a 6.8 out of 10.

Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort: 6e voyage et génial !!

Nous avons séjourné dans ce complexe à six reprises. Nous adorons le personnel, la plage et la piscine du club. Enfin, le snack-bar propose à nouveau des hamburgers et des frites !!! Génial. Je tiens à remercier Wilbur, Leo (bar du club), Katerina et notre maître-nageur préféré, Bajonie (je suis sûr que je n'ai pas bien orthographié son nom). Bajonie est celui qui veille au bon fonctionnement des piscines et les maintient dans un état impeccable. Il y a aussi nos maîtres-nageurs qui font un exc [... lire plus]ellent travail en surveillant les touristes imprudents lol. J'aimerais connaître les noms de tous ces formidables employés, mais ils sont tous formidables. Nous leur avons apporté quelques chargeurs de batterie, dont certains solaires. L'électricité est un cadeau formidable.

6th trip and awesome!! We have been at this resort 6 times. We love the crew, beach and club pool. Finally the snack bar got burgers and fries again!!! Awesome. Want to throw shout out to Wilbur, Leo (club bar), Katerina and our favorite pool guy, Bajonie (definatly spelling that wrong). Bajonie is the guy who keeps the pools running and absolutely pristine. Also our life guards that do a great job keeping an eye on foolish tourist lol. I wish I knew more names of all the great workers but they all are great. We brought the workers a few battery pack chargers, some solar. Power is a great gift.

Melia Trinidad Peninsula: Ma station balnéaire préférée

Tout dans ce complexe hôtelier est magnifique, moderne, propre et le service est excellent. Je tiens à mentionner la serveuse Leira pour son excellent service. Un seul souhait : les aquariums avec les tortues et les poissons auraient besoin d'être nettoyés. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, certains plats à base de viande étaient trop salés.

My favorite resort Everything in this resort is beautiful, modern,clean,excellent service. I want to mention the waitress Leira for good service . One wish, aquariums with turtles and fish need cleaning. As for food, some meat dishes were oversalted

Gran Muthu Almirante Beach Resort: Superbe complexe hôtelier

Magnifique complexe hôtelier. Personnel formidable. La plage est superbe. Je recommande vivement ce complexe à tous ceux qui se rendent à Cuba. Le restaurant asiatique est excellent, tout comme le restaurant international. Il faudrait peut-être un peu plus de musique sur la plage pendant la journée. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit charmant à visiter.

Great resort Beautiful resort. Great staff The beach is awesome. Highly recommend this resort to anyone going to cuba the Asian restaurant is excellent as well as the international Could use a little more music on the beach during the day. But overall lovely place to visit.

Hotel Playa Paraiso: J'ai adoré ce complexe hôtelier !

C'était ma première fois à Cuba, et ma première fois dans un complexe hôtelier. Dès le trajet en bus vers le complexe, j'ai pu constater la gentillesse des Cubains. Alors que j'attendais pour m'enregistrer, on m'a offert un verre dans le hall. J'ai rapidement été conduite à ma chambre dans une voiturette de golf par un charmant monsieur qui a porté mes bagages jusqu'à ma suite, qui offrait une vue magnifique sur l'océan. La suite était spacieuse et extrêmement propre, et j'avais beaucoup d'eau c [... lire plus]haude. Je me suis changée et je suis partie explorer le complexe hôtelier. J'ai trouvé le café tenu par Zoe et Yuris, où j'ai dégusté un café américain fraîchement préparé. Absolument délicieux ! J'ai rapidement découvert au bar que Pedro et George préparaient également d'excellents cappuccinos le matin. Le buffet offrait un large choix de plats, et le matin, des omelettes fraîches étaient préparées, ainsi que de la papaye fraîche. Tout le complexe hôtelier bourdonnait d'activité, le personnel s'affairait au nettoyage, des salles de bains aux jardins. La plage était magnifique et accueillante. Ma femme de chambre, Jraida, était extrêmement efficace et charmante, et chaque jour, j'avais hâte de découvrir le joli motif de serviette laissé sur mon lit et orné de fleurs d'hibiscus. Dans l'ensemble, tout était parfait pour cette voyageuse solitaire !

I LOVED THIS RESORT! This was my first time in Cuba, and my first time at a resort. From the bus ride to the resort, I experienced the friendliness of the Cuban people. As I waited to check-in I was offered a drink in the lobby. I was soon whisked away in a golf cart to my room by a lovely gentleman who took my bags up to my suite, which had a lovely ocean view. The suite was airy and extremely clean and I had plenty of hot water. I changed and headed out to explore the resort. I found the coffee bar run by Zoe and Yuris, and enjoyed a freshly made Americano coffee. Absolutely delicious! I soon found at the bar that Pedro and George also made an excellent cappuccino in the mornings. There was plenty of food to choose from at the buffet, and in the morning, fresh omelets where being made, as well as fresh papaya every morning. The whole resort was buzzing with staff, busy cleaning, from the bathrooms to the grounds. The beach was beautiful and welcoming. My maid Jraida was extremely efficient and charming, and every day I looked forward to see what kind of lovely towel design was left on my bed and adorned with hibiscus flowers. Overall, everything was perfect for this solo traveler!

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Ce n'est plus incroyable !

Compte tenu de l'état d'entretien, entre un téléphone qui ne fonctionnait pas et ne pouvait être réparé et l'absence d'eau chaude constante, je ne lui attribuerais pas plus de 3,5 à 4 étoiles. C'était ma deuxième visite, et je n'y retournerais pas.

Amazing no longer! Given the state of maintenance from a phone which did not work and could not be repaired, to not having consistent hot water, I would not give it more than 3.5 - 4 stars. It was my second visit, and I would not go back.

Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda: Joli complexe hôtelier !

L'Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda est un hôtel agréable mais un peu vieillot. Notre première chambre près de la plage était propre, mais sentait le moisi. Le personnel de la réception nous a immédiatement transférés dans un autre bâtiment et notre nouvelle chambre était confortable et propre. Il y avait beaucoup d'eau chaude et la climatisation fonctionnait bien. La nourriture au complexe hôtelier était un peu fade, mais bonne. Les choix étaient quelque peu limités, mais comprenaient toujours que [... lire plus]lques protéines (porc, poulet, poisson), des omelettes, des légumes cuits et frais, des fruits, du pain et des desserts. Le café ouvert 24 heures sur 24 proposait des sandwichs au jambon et au fromage et des hot-dogs. Le personnel était sympathique et chaleureux. La plage était magnifique, avec de nombreuses chaises longues et des parasols pour tout le monde. Nous avons essayé les restaurants cubain et italien sur place. La nourriture était correcte, mais pas très différente de celle proposée dans le restaurant principal. Bien que Cuba traverse actuellement de nombreuses difficultés, l'approvisionnement en électricité, en eau et en nourriture du complexe hôtelier ne posait aucun problème. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Alameda et savions à quoi nous attendre dans un complexe hôtelier cubain. Ce complexe hôtelier a répondu à nos attentes.

Nice Resort! The Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda is a nice but somewhat dated resort. Our first room near the beach was clean, but smelled of mildew. The front desk staff immediately moved us to another building and our new room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of hot water and AC worked well. Food at the resort was a little bland but good. Choices were somewhat limited, but always included a couple of proteins (pork, chicken, fish), omelettes, cooked and fresh vegetables, fruit, breads, and desserts. The 24 hour cafe offered ham and cheese sandwiches and hotdogs. Staff were friendly and warm. The beach was lovely, with plenty of beach chairs and shade for everyone. We tried the Cuban and Italian restaurants on site. Food was okay, but not much different than what was offered in the main restaurant. Although Cuba is experiencing a lot of difficulties at the moment, there were no issues with the resort's supply of electricity, water, and food. We enjoyed our stay at Alameda and were aware of what to expect at a Cuban resort. This resort met our expectations.

Valentin Cayo Cruz: Très impressionné

Je n'attendais pas grand-chose de cet hôtel, sachant ce que signifie un quatre étoiles à Cuba et compte tenu du prix modique que j'avais payé, mais j'ai été très impressionné. Les jardins étaient bien entretenus, les chambres étaient immenses, avec un lit king size et de l'eau chaude pour les douches. La nourriture était conforme à ce que l'on peut attendre à Cuba. La seule chose que je pourrais reprocher, c'est que le service au snack-bar n'était pas terrible. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais [... lire plus] cet hôtel et j'y retournerais.

Thoroughly Impressed I expected very little from this resort, knowing what I know about what a four star means in Cuba and for the low price I paid, but I was thoroughly impressed. The grounds were well maintained, the rooms were huge with a king bed and hot water for showers. The food was what you would expect in Cuba. The only thing I would say is that service at the snack bar in particular wasn’t the greatest. Overall, I would recommend this resort and I would go back

Selectum Family Resort Varadero: Une expérience formidable

Le Sanctuary Family Resort à Varadero ne nous a pas déçus. Hôtel récent, propre et bien entretenu. Nourriture : 5 sur 5 Piscines : 5 sur 5 Plage : 4 sur 5 Dans l'ensemble, superbes vacances. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
