Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Des vacances extraordinaires !

Dès que nous avons pris l'avion, nous avons été impressionnés par le service d'AirTransat ! Toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontrées étaient amicales et nous ont aidés à répondre à toutes nos questions. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, nous avons été accueillis par le groom qui nous a aidés à porter nos bagages L'enregistrement a été facile et rapide. Le hall semblait propre et peu fréquenté. Notre chambre était propre et bien rangée. Elle était peut-être un peu vieill [... lire plus]otte et sentait un peu le renfermé. Nous avons laissé la porte d'entrée et la porte du patio ouvertes un peu tous les jours pour aérer la chambre. Nous avons fréquenté le buffet à plusieurs reprises au cours de ce voyage. Nous avons toujours trouvé quelque chose de délicieux à manger ! Nous avons mangé dans deux restaurants à la carte, Arlequin et Mediterranio. Ce dernier était un grand dîner de groupe pour 19 personnes, ils ont été extrêmement accommodants en nous donnant un menu fixe et en tenant compte des allergies du groupe. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel de luxe Bahia Principe Akumal. L'équipe chargée des activités et des divertissements était absolument géniale ! Une mention spéciale pour Semeh (Sam ?!) et Victor (#2) qui étaient si amusants et inclusifs avec tout le monde ! Les animations musicales étaient extraordinaires. Nous sommes impatients de revenir dans ce complexe à l'avenir !

Amazing Vacation! From the moment we stepped on and off the plane we were impressed with the service from AirTransat! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the bellman to help with our luggage, very prompt and friendly! Check-in was easy and fast. Lobby appeared to be clean and not too busy. Our room upon arrival was clean and tidy. Perhaps a little on the older side and did smell a little bit musty. We left the front door and patio door open for a bit every day to air out the room. We frequented the buffet quite a few times on this trip. We always found something yummy to eat! We did eat at 2 a la carte restaurants, Arlequin and Mediterranio. The latter was a large group dinner for 19 people, they were extremely accommodating with giving us a set menu as well as catering to some allergies in the group. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal. The activities/entertainment crew were absolutely amazing! A special shout out to Semeh (Sam?!) and Victor (#2) who were so fun and inclusive with everyone! The musical entertainment was out of this world. We look forward to visiting the resort again in the future!

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: TERRIBLE ! !!

Même si les chambres étaient très propres, le personnel de jour était horrible. Des employés offraient de la drogue (pas seulement du cannabis). Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité et je ne reviendrai jamais. Ils ont promis d'avoir plusieurs repas pour mes allergies alimentaires et n'ont pas donné suite. C'est la même chose tous les jours

TERRIBLE !! Although the rooms were very clean the day staff were horrible. We had employees offering drugs( not only cannabis) I didn't feel safe and will never return. They promised to have several meals for my food allergies and didn't follow through. We are the same thing everyday

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Un resort à couper le souffle ! Personnel divertissant !

J'ai adoré le luxueux Bahia Principe RunawayBay Resort ! Le personnel est si amical, divertissant et plein de vie. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse. Nous avons apprécié les divertissements. La nourriture était très bonne. Le service au buffet et dans les restaurants était excellent. Chambre toujours nettoyée. Le personnel de nettoyage et le personnel du service d'étage étaient si sympathiques et gentils. Le terrain est très joli et nous avons adoré nous détendre au bord des piscines et [... lire plus] du magnifique océan. C'est la quatrième fois que nous venons au Luxury et nous y reviendrons ! Breathtaking Resort ! Entertaining staff ! Absolutely loved Luxury Bahia Principe RunawayBay Resort ! Staff are so friendly and entertaining and full of life. We had such a wonderful week. Enjoyed the entertainment. Food was very good. Service in buffet and restaurants were excellent. Room always cleaned. Cleaning staff and room service staff were so friendly and kind. Grounds very pretty and we loved relaxing by the pools and beautiful ocean. Our 4th time at the Luxury and we will return ! Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Une escapade à l'occasion d'un anniversaire

Le complexe était propre, calme et le personnel s'est très bien occupé de nous. Les plages étaient superbes, certaines étaient animées et d'autres étaient calmes et relaxantes, ce qui correspondait à ce que nous recherchions. La nourriture était bonne, les restaurants à la carte étaient bons et le buffet était correct. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient bons et agréables. Nous envisageons de revenir à l'avenir.

An anniversary get away The resort was clean, quiet and the staff on the whole looked after us very well. The beaches were great, some had entertainment happening near by and some were quiet and relaxing which is what we were looking for. The food was fine, al la carte restaurants were good and the buffet was okay. The shows at night time were good and enjoyable. We are considering returning in the future.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Je reviendrai sans aucun doute !

C'était ma deuxième visite au Grand Bahia et ce ne sera pas la dernière ! Un personnel extraordinaire, des plages magnifiques et une nourriture délicieuse ! Des vacances parfaites à tous points de vue. Assurez-vous de réserver un dîner à la carte au restaurant japonais. Vous en aurez le souffle coupé !

Would definitely return! This was my second time visiting grand Bahia and it will not be my last! Amazing staff, beautiful beaches and delicious food! Perfect vacation in every way. Make sure to book an a la carte dinner at the jap restaurant. It will blow your mind!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Célébration d'un anniversaire

L'hôtel est magnifique. La chambre était moderne et propre. Nous avons adoré nos majordomes Livia et Horan. Ils ont laissé un gâteau d'anniversaire et du champagne dans notre chambre. Belle sélection de restaurants, nous avons aimé la viande et l'italien. Juste au bord de l'océan. Le café était excellent.

Birthday celebration The hotel is beautiful. The room was modern and clean. We loved our Butlers Livia and Horan. A nice touch by leaving a birthday cake and champagne in our room. Nice selection of restaurants loved Meat and Italian. Right on the ocean. The coffee shop was excellent.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Mettez votre argent ailleurs !

L'hôtel est bien entretenu mais cela s'arrête là. Le personnel est impoli, il n'y a pas de WiFi dans la partie luxe. Ils manquent de tout, y compris de glace, tous les jours. Les barmans ne peuvent pas mélanger les boissons sur le menu aux bars de la piscine, ils essaient de vous donner des boissons prémélangées. La nourriture est médiocre et la plupart des membres de notre groupe de 12 personnes ont eu des problèmes d'estomac. Put your money elsewhere! The hotel is well kept but it ends there. The staff is rude, no WiFi on the luxury side. They run out of everything including ice daily. The bartenders can’t mix the drinks on the menu at at the pool bars they try and give you premixed drinks. The food is subpar and most of our party of 12 were sick with some stomach issues. We complained to management and they blamed it on everyone but them. Don’t go here far better resorts in Jamaica

J'ai été accueilli par les grooms dès ma sortie de l'aéroport. Ils ont pris mes bagages, m'ont donné une étiquette et je me suis enregistré. L'enregistrement a été très rapide et simple. Ils m'ont expliqué les lieux et les équipements. Ensuite, on m'a escorté jusqu'à ma chambre. Belle, propre et exactement comme décrite sur le site internet. J'étais proche de la plage et de la piscine. La piscine était belle et propre. Le seul inconvénient était l'absence de service de la part du personnel de se [... lire plus]rvice autour de la piscine pour le service. Il n'y avait personne pour offrir une boisson pendant mes 7 jours là-bas. Si vous voulez quelque chose, vous devez aller le chercher. Difficile parfois quand on voyage seul. La plage était agréable, il y avait beaucoup de places assises. Le personnel du Wai, tous des hommes, était très attentif à chacun et à ses besoins. Very Satisfied Greeted by the bell boys immediately after exiting my transport from the airport. They took my luggage gave me a tag and I checked in. Very fast and simple check in. Explained the grounds and amenities to me. Then I was escorted to my room. Beautiful, clean and exactly as depicted on the website. I was close to the beach and pool area. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Only downfall was no service from the wait staff around the pool for service. Was no one to offer a drink in my 7 days there. If you want something you go get it. Difficult at times when you are traveling alone. The beach was nice, lots of seating available. Restaurants buffet especially was fantastic.The Wai staff, all male , was very attentive to everyone and their needs. Very clean and always offered hand sanitizer when entering the food area. I definitely will be back. I felt safe as a female traveling alone and always felt looked after and treated well.

Nous sommes revenus de vacances au Grand Bahia La Romana et nous ne pouvons qu'en dire du bien, même si le complexe est plus ancien, mais les terrains sont bien entretenus, les chambres propres et le stock quotidien. Le front de mer a beaucoup de cabanas et est également maintenu propre. Les restaurants à la carte proposent une très bonne cuisine avec une belle présentation. Le restaurant buffet offre un bon choix et vous pouvez y trouver des plats à votre goût. Perfect Vacation We returned from a vacation in Grand Bahia La Romana and we can say only good about it even resort is older, but well-kept grounds clean rooms with daily stock. The beachfront has a lot of cabanas and is also kept clean. The A la carte restaurants very good food with a nice presentation. The buffet restaurant has a good selection and you can find food for your likings. The last thing is bars with some international drinks and good service mainly in the lobby bar with barman name Jesus that made our evening memorable. M & L

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Ne reviendra pas

Ayant fréquenté ce complexe à plusieurs reprises au cours des dernières années, j'ai été très déçu cette fois-ci. On nous a mis dans une chambre où le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas du tout dès le départ et où la porte patio ne se verrouillait pas. Je l'ai signalé le lendemain à notre représentant Transat lors de la réunion d'information et à l'hôtel. Le deuxième jour, je l'ai signalé à nouveau aux deux parties. Le troisième jour, rien n'a été réparé après qu'on nous ait dit que c'était le cas [... lire plus] et nous sommes retournés dans notre chambre pour constater que rien n'avait été fait. Retour à la réception, des heures perdues à attendre que le service clientèle s'en occupe après avoir attendu 2 heures dans le hall le soir, finalement elle est venue après que nous ayons dit à l'hôtel que personne n'était venu nous voir, elle a dit qu'elle venait d'être informée. Manque de communication ! !!! Après s'être rendue dans notre chambre ce soir-là à 23h30, elle nous a dit de dormir dans une autre chambre et que le problème serait résolu le lendemain. Pour faire court, le problème n'a jamais été résolu et le quatrième jour, nous avons été déplacés dans une autre chambre, en dessous de notre chambre avec vue sur l'océan. Après avoir emballé nos affaires et déménagé les chambres, nous avons attendu que les bell boys commencent leurs vacances le cinquième jour, Dieu merci, nous étions partis 11 jours. le fait que la climatisation tombe en panne APRES que nous ayons été dans la chambre est une chose, ce sont des choses qui arrivent. MAIS nous mettre dans une chambre sans climatisation dès le premier jour n'est pas acceptable. Et l'hôtel n'était même pas plein !

Wont be returning Having been to this resort numerous times in the past years was very disappointed this time. Put in a room with no air conditioner working at all from the get go, and patio door not locking. Reported it the next day to our Transat rep at the info meeting and reported it to hotel. Day 2 reported it again to both parties. Day 3 days nothing fixed after being told it was and to return to our room to find nothing had been done. Back to front desk hours wasted hanging around for customer service to deal with this after waiting 2 hours in the lobby in the evening eventually she came after we told the hotel no one had been to see us she said she had just been told. Lack of communication !!!! After she went to our room that night herself 11:30pm she told us to sleep in another room and issue would be resolved next day. Long story short it never was fixed and day 4 we got moved to another room sub standed to our ocean view room. After packing up stuff and moving rooms waiting for bell boys holiday started on day 5 thank god we had gone for 11 days. for A/C to break AFTER we have been in the room is one thing these things happen. BUT to actually put us in room with no air conditioning working from day one is not acceptable. And the hotel was not even full!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons été très satisfaits de l'atmosphère et du service à Sian Ka'an. La station est très propre et bien organisée. Les piscines d'un bleu profond forment un beau contraste avec le paysage luxuriant. Les bâtiments pittoresques de trois étages sont proches du hall d'entrée, car il s'agit d'un complexe plus petit. Notre suite avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, y compris un service d'oreillers à la carte, de l'aromathérapie apportée dans notre chambre avec le service d'étage inclus. Nous a [... lire plus]vons choisi de marcher jusqu'à la plage tous les matins, ce qui ne nous a pris que 20 minutes, sauf si nous nous sommes arrêtés pour faire des achats à l'Hacienda avant de nous rendre au lobby de Tulum. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Je ne dirais pas que c'est un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous le recommandons sans hésiter. Il s'agit d'un centre de villégiature économique par rapport à d'autres centres de villégiature réservés aux adultes et ils cherchent à plaire. Mon seul reproche est qu'il n'y a pas de centre de remise en forme à Sian Ka'an. Aller à Coba ou Akumal pour une séance d'entraînement matinale n'était pas très pratique.

Wonderful Vacation We were very pleased with atmosphere and service at Sian Ka'an. Very clean resort and well organized. The deep blue pools are a beautiful contrast to the lush landscape. Quaint 3 storey buildings are close to the lobby as it is a smaller resort. Our suite had everything we needed including a la carte pillow service, aromatherapy brought to our room with room service included. We chose to walk down to the beach each morning which only took us about 20 minutes unless we stopped to shop at the Hacienda before making our way down to the Tulum lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would not rate this as a 5 star resort however we were very pleased with our stay and definitely recommend. It is a budget friendly resort compared to other adults only resorts and they aim to please. My only complaint is there was no fitness facility at Sian Ka'an. Going to Coba or Akumal for a morning workout was quite inconvenient.

Nous avons apprécié le resort, le choix de nourriture était incroyable dans le buffet principal. Les chariots Ala étaient excellents. Nous avons adoré les transports disponibles pour se rendre dans les autres complexes hôteliers par l'autoroute. Le seul problème était l'espace de garde-robe pour deux femmes, mais nous avons fait en sorte que cela fonctionne.

Great Resort We enjoyed the resort, the food selection was amazing in the main buffet. Ala carts were great. Loved the transportation available to take you to the other resorts over the highway. Only issue was closet space for two Women, but we made it work.

Le terrain était absolument magnifique - les parties communes étaient propres - la chambre aurait pu être mieux aménagée (il aurait fallu un bureau ou une table de canapé au lieu de la table basse entre les chaises) - le service était excellent et la nourriture était délicieuse !

Lovely Resort The grounds were absolutely beautiful- public areas were clean - the room could have been better laid out (needed a desk or sofa table instead of the coffee table between the chairs) - service was top notch & food was delicious!

Vacances de dernière minute pour décompresser et c'était absolument génial. Le gommage du corps était juste ce que le médecin avait ordonné et le choix de 4 piscines ou de la plage était génial. La nourriture était absolument fabuleuse et le choix des boissons était impressionnant. Je recommanderais ce complexe à toute personne cherchant à passer un peu de temps au calme ou souhaitant sortir tous les soirs. Jerrod et Ana ont été formidables pour nous occuper à la piscine avec des exercices ou des jeux. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi ce complexe.

Excellent vacation Last minute vacation to decompress and it was absolutely amazing. Body scrub was just what the doctor ordered and the choices of 4 pools or beach was great. Food was absolutely fabulous and the drinks choices were awesome. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to have a little quiet time or wanting to go out every night. There are no limits as you can share the other facilities for a variety of activities. Jerrod and Ana were great at keeping us busy at the pool with exercise or games. So glad we chose this resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Magnifique centre de villégiature *****

La nourriture était fantastique ! Le personnel était formidable ! J'ai séjourné dans la suite penthouse Sian Ka’an. Les chambres étaient super propres et tout le monde était super accommodant. Je retournerais dans ce centre de villégiature en un battement de cœur.

Beautiful resort ***** Food was fantastic! The staff was great! I stayed in the penthouse suite Sian Ka’an. The rooms were super clean and everyone was over the top accommodating. I’d go back to this resort in a heartbeat.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: L'un des meilleurs complexes hôteliers de Punta Cana !!!

Nous avons passé l'une des meilleures vacances à Punta Cana. Nos quatre vacances là-bas étaient dans le Luxury Principe Bahia Esmeralda, mais cette fois nous avons décidé de passer au Majestic Mirage et la conclusion est : la prochaine fois nous retournerons au Bahia Esmeralda ou à l'Ambar. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, que rien ne pourra remplacer. Le service, la nourriture, les restaurants, l'entretien ménager, les divertissements, et j'en passe, tout était exceptionnel. Et en ce qui c [... lire plus]oncerne l'agence, rien ne peut être mieux que Tripcentral.

One of the best resorts in Punta Cana!!! We had one of the best vacations in Punta Cana. Our four vacations there were in Luxury Principe Bahia Esmeralda, but this time we decided to switch to Majestic Mirage and conclusion is: next time we will go back to Bahia Esmeralda or Ambar. So great time that we had there nothing will replace. Service, food, restaurants, housekeeping, entertainment, you name more, everything was just outstanding. And speaking about agency, nothing can do better than Tripcentral.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Merveilleuse station, très bien organisée

L'environnement de l'hôtel est incroyable, le buffet et les restaurants servent tous les plats que vous souhaitez manger. Le hall et les environs sont si proches les uns des autres, par exemple les piscines, les bars et bien sûr la grande plage ! Je dois mentionner que les personnes travaillant à la réception sont si gentilles et serviables. Nous avions demandé à changer de chambre si c'était possible. Bien sûr, nous l'avons obtenu ! En échange d'une chambre sombre au 1er étage, sans soleil et  [... lire plus]dont le balcon était inondé par les arroseurs, nous avons obtenu une chambre ensoleillée au 2ème étage, sans risque d'inondation du balcon. Nous avons été ravis de la rapidité avec laquelle on nous a changé de chambre ! C'était la deuxième fois que nous venions en vacances dans ce complexe et c'était parfait !

Wonderful resort, very well organized Hotels environment is amazing, buffet and restaurants serving any food you'd like to eat. Lobby and area around, so close to each other eg. swimming pools, bar and of course big, wide beach! I have to mention that people working in the Reception so kind and helpful. We had a request to change the room if it was possible. Of course we got it! In exchange for a dark room on1st floor with no sun and sprinklers flooding the balcony we got a sunny room on 2nd floor and no chance of flooding the balcony. We were glad how fast it was to move us to new room! It was a vacation for the second time in this resort and was perfect!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Dans l'ensemble, une bonne expérience

Ma copine et moi avons séjourné dans ce complexe hôtelier pendant 10 jours en novembre 2019. Ce fut une excellente expérience globale. La nourriture était incroyable, les Ala Carts étaient délicieux, les chambres étaient très propres et le transport de la station était efficace et rapide. Un peu de plage rocheuse cependant ce n'est pas un deal breaker. NE PAS aller à la "visite" de la bijouterie Matis, c'est à dire un discours de vente agressif. Je n'arrive pas à croire que le RESORT nous ait [... lire plus] suggéré d'aller à cet endroit. Ils doivent payer les stations balnéaires voisines pour amener des victimes sans méfiance ici. Des vendeurs grossiers qui vous mentiront en face sur la nature des bijoux. Si vous voulez aller à Playa Del Carmen, économisez du temps et prenez le bus à 3 USD le long de l'autoroute.

Overall great experience My girlfriend and I stayed at this resort for 10 days in November of 2019. This was a great overall experience. Food was amazing, Ala Carts were delicious, rooms were very clean and the resort transportation was efficient and quick. A little rocky beach however it is not a deal breaker. DO NOT go to the Matis Jewelry "Tour" aka pushy sales pitch. Cannot believe the RESORT suggested we go to this place. They have to be paying the resorts nearby the bring unsuspecting victims here. Rude salespeople who will lie to your face about what the jewelry is. If you want to go to Playa Del Carmen please save yourself the time and take the $3 USD bus rides along the highway.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Voyage relaxant

J'ai adoré l'hôtel et le personnel, en particulier Carlos et Omar. Beaucoup de choses à faire. La seule chose que je pense devoir être améliorée est le divertissement nocturne. Je retournerais certainement dans ce complexe et je m'y suis sentie en sécurité.

Relaxing trip Loved the resort, the staff - especially Carlos and Omar. Lots to do. Only thing I think needs improvement is the night time entertainment. I would definitely go back to this resort again and felt very safe.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Vacances relaxantes

J'ai voyagé avec ma fille adulte et nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Le complexe est magnifique et bien entretenu. Les employés sont très sympathiques et serviables. Ma fille a trouvé le lit trop dur et ils nous ont immédiatement apporté un oreiller pour le matelas, ce qui a beaucoup aidé. La nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes. Nous avons trouvé un coin tranquille à la plage où nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps. Le complexe est très grand, il faut donc prévoir plus [... lire plus] de temps pour se rendre aux activités prévues. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et j'aimerais retourner dans ce complexe avec le reste de ma famille.

Relaxing holiday I travelled with my adult daughter and we had a great holiday. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My daughter found the bed too hard and they immediately brought us a pillowtop for the mattress which helped a lot. Food and drinks were great. We found a quiet area at the beach where we spent most of our time. The resort is very big so you have to allow yourself extra time to get to any of the scheduled activities. We had a great holiday and I would love to return to this resort with the rest of my family.
