Viva Tangerine by Wyndham: Excellent séjour !

L'ensemble de l'hôtel était bien tenu, à l'exception de la pression de l'eau qui était très mauvaise dans notre chambre d'hôtel. Les chambres étaient propres, les femmes de ménage venaient tous les jours pour nettoyer. Les animations tous les soirs n'ont jamais déçu, mais aller à la plage était ennuyeux à cause des vendeurs. La nourriture était correcte, un pays ou un thème différent chaque soir et beaucoup de variété chaque soir un pays ou un thème différent et beaucoup de variété. Great Stay! The overall hotel was well kept , other than the terrible water pressure in our hotel room. Rooms were clean , maids came everyday to clean. The entertainment every night never disappointed.Going on the beach was annoying do to the vendors. Food was alright , a different country or theme every night and lots of variety. All the staff was very nice.

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: C'est génial quand je l'ai mis à niveau. Aimerait avoir le service de nettoyage un peu mieux et a besoin de mettre plus d'eau puis le reste de la boisson.

C'était ma deuxième visite et j'aimerais y retourner. La dernière fois, nous avions 10 chambres et aujourd'hui, nous avons réservé 3 chambres. Nous prévoyons tous de former un groupe la prochaine fois. J'aime utiliser le même centre de villégiature au Mexique. Mais la prochaine fois, j'aimerais essayer la formule VIP

It’s great when I upgraded. Like to have cleaning service little better and needs to put more water then rest off the drink. This was my Second visit and I love to go again to.last time we have 10 rooms and this we have 3 rooms booked. We all planing begger group next time. I like use same resort in Mexico to. But next I love to try VIP fasality

Mon petit-fils et moi avons passé deux semaines formidables au centre de villégiature. C'était la deuxième fois que j'y allais. La nourriture, le personnel, tout le monde se sent comme dans une famille. Cette fois-ci, j'ai utilisé le club pour enfants et Veronica et Maria ont été formidables. My Grandson and I had a great 2 weeks at the resort. It was my second time there. the food the staff are all make you feel like family. Le meilleur aspect de cet hôtel est sans aucun doute le personnel. Tout le monde est toujours disponible pour vous aider. D'autres choses à souligner sont la qualité de la nourriture avec des restaurants à la carte qui ne nécessitent pas de réservation, les parties communes étaient toujours propres et bien entretenues. La seule chose qui m'a déçue, c'est que l'air conditionné n'était pas allumé lorsque nous sommes arrivés, de sorte que l'humidité dans la chambre était assez élevée, ce qui a fait [... lire plus] que les lits étaient mouillés cette nuit-là. Good for the Price! The best aspect of this hotel were the people for sure. Everyone is always available to help you out in any way you need. Other things to highlight include, the food quality with a la carte restaurants that do not require a reservations, the common areas were always clean and well maintained. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the ac was not turned on when we arrived so the humidity in the room was pretty high; which made the beds feels wet that night. We did talk to the manager and he tried accommodating us in another room.

Bonne cuisine. Excellent personnel. L'équipe de divertissement est incroyable. La chambre était propre (même s'ils ne changent pas notre lit en 7 jours). Certaines chambres ont de l'humidité et des petits problèmes. Le temps passé au spa était merveilleux. Mauvais : à la réception, ils vous offrent un laissez-passer gratuit pour une journée dans un autre club. Nous avons perdu le temps. C'était un mensonge. La ville est folle d'ordures. C'est dommage.

Good for the price Good food. Excellent staff. The entertainment team is amazing. The room was clean. (Even if they don't change our bed in 7 days). Some room have humidity and small bad. The spa time was wonderful. Bad: in the reception they offer you a free day pass in other club. We lost the time. It was a lie. The city is fool the garbage. It's too bad.

De l'arrivée au départ, j'ai trouvé que le service était excellent. L'équipe d'animation a travaillé du matin au soir pour s'assurer que tout le monde passe un bon moment. Beaucoup de choses à faire sur le site et en dehors. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. A recommander sans hésitation.

Highly recommend From arrival to leaving, I found the service was excellent. The entertainment crew worked from morning to night to ensure a good time was had by all. Lots to do on and off resort. Great value for your money. Would definitely recommend.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Gran Ventana

Nous avons dû payer pour un verrou pour le coffre-fort, nous avons dû payer pour le wifi. Il n'y avait pas de fer à repasser dans la chambre. J'ai dû aller demander un fer à repasser à la réception, puis le service de ménage est revenu environ 2 heures plus tard pour le récupérer. Il n'y avait pas assez de parasols à la piscine et à la plage. Je ne pense pas qu'il soit difficile ou coûteux pour un complexe hôtelier d'acheter plusieurs parasols supplémentaires.

We had to pay for a lock to the safe, we had to pay for wifi. There was no iron in the room. I had to go and ask for an iron from the front desk and then housekeeping came back about 2 hours later to retrieve it. There weren't enough umbrellas by the pool and beach. I don't think it is hard or expensive for a resort to purchase several more umbrellas.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances tout compris fin juillet/début août. Je voudrais tout d'abord remercier le personnel pour sa gentillesse et son hospitalité. C'est grâce à eux que ce voyage a été une expérience fantastique. Le centre de villégiature lui-même disposait d'un nombre de piscines plus que suffisant et d'une immense plage. Les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents, mais les buffets mériteraient d'être améliorés. Les chambres étaient propres, bien entretenues et dotées de [... lire plus] l'air conditionné. Nous avons rencontré des amis et je pense que nous nous sommes tous mis d'accord pour en faire un voyage annuel ! Une expérience fantastique dans l'ensemble. Great staff, beautiful resort. Will visit again We went for a one week all inclusive vacation late July/early August. First I'd like to thank the staff for being so kind and hospitable. They are responsible for making this trip a fantastic experience. The resort itself had more than enough pools and a huge beach area. The a la carte restaurant's were to die for but the buffets could use some improvement. The rooms were clean and well maintained and with A/C. We met some friends and I think we all agreed to make this an anual trip! Fantastic experience all around. Lot's to do, lots to explore.

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Beautiful Resort

Ce complexe est bien entretenu et magnifiquement conservé. Il est très propre et propose des spectacles tous les soirs. Les plages sont magnifiques et la nourriture est délicieuse et très variée. Le seul inconvénient est le personnel qui essaie de vous faire acheter l'adhésion afin de participer aux sections vip de la station et le fait que vous devez être un membre pour voyager ici en tant que vip. Certains membres du personnel ont été insistants et se sont ensuite montrés insolents parce qu [... lire plus]'ils n'ont pas participé à la visite. J'ai fait l'expérience des deux. J'ai choisi de ne pas participer à l'excursion et plus tard dans la semaine, j'ai participé à l'excursion. Villas fantastiques, etc. Cependant, la façon dont ils font des affaires n'est pas claire et ils ne vous informent pas de façon professionnelle sur le plan des affaires. Ils cherchent à ce que vous investissiez votre argent et pourtant ils le font de manière très peu professionnelle et ils ne fournissent pas de vraies réponses ni de vrais documents. C'est pour cette raison que je ne reviendrai pas et que je ne recommanderai pas à un ami

This rrsort is well maintained and beautifully kept. Very clean and great night entertainment with shows everynight. Beautiful beaches and the food is delicious with a great variety. The only draw back is the staff that try to get you to buy the membership in order to partake the vip sections of the resort and the fact that you must be a member to travel here as a vip. Some of the staff were pushy and then acted bratty for not going on the tour. I experienced both. I choose not to go on the tour and then later on in the week I took the tour. Fantastic villas etc. However how they do business is not up front nor do they inform you professionally on a business level. They arr looking for you to invest your money and yet they do this very unprofessionally and they do not provide real answers nor real paperwork. For this reason I will not revisit nor recommend to a friend

Playabachata Hotel: Énorme déception !

Comme c'était notre troisième séjour dans ce complexe, nous étions à la fois enthousiastes et impatients. Notre chambre était géniale ! Cependant, nous avons eu l'impression d'être oubliés parce que la station était remplie de locaux et ne pouvait pas croire à quel point ils étaient bruyants et impolis. Huge disappointment!! Being our 3rd time to this resort we were both excited and looking forward to it. Our room was awesome! However, we felt as though we were forgotten because the resort was packed with locals and couldn’t believe how loud and rude they were. We couldn’t get near the pool area all week and seen dirty diapers laying around the pool area among other things. The food wasn’t the greatest. We did make the best of it though but we won’t be going there again ☹️

le terrain était bien entretenu, le buffet du petit déjeuner et du déjeuner était répétitif, mais je pense que c'est le cas dans la plupart des all inclusive, mais il y avait toujours quelque chose pour tout le monde. Les dîners avaient un thème différent chaque soir, mercredi c'était crevettes dominicaines et homard, les al acarte étaient bons, il y en a 3. Le personnel était très serviable et poli, les gouvernantes étaient très bonnes, mais nous leur avons donné un pourboire de 5,00 $ par jour [... lire plus].00 par jour la chambre était bien mais nous avions un téléviseur l'eau chaude et la pression était bonne le mini bar était réapprovisionné tous les jours la plage était bien quelques algues à gérer mais la plage était nettoyée tous les matins les vendeurs de plage une fois que vous dites non merci ils s'en vont l'océan était toujours très chaud parler de bain de sels d'epsom gratuit beaucoup de lapaplas et de chaises longues pas besoin d'y aller tôt le matin pour en avoir une.

great resort the grounds were well kept the buffet breakfast and lunch were repetitive but i think you get that at most all inclusive but there was allways something for everyone . the dinners were theme different each night wed was dominican shrimp and lobster the al acarte were good there are 3 . the staff were very helpful and polite the house keepers were very good but we did tip them 5.00 per day the room was good but we did have an o/v the hot water and pressure was good the mini bar restocked every day . the beach was nice some seaweed to deal with but the beach was cleaned every morning ,beach vending people once you say no thanks they move on,the ocean was always very warm talk about free epsom salts bath. lots of lapaplas and loungers don't have to go early in morning to get one.

Le Reort était agréable, le hall était un peu plus petit mais il y avait un bar climatisé à l'avant, ce qui est bien pour la nuit. La piscine et le bar étaient bien, la grande piscine était agréable La plage était moyenne, avec peu d'algues, du sable et une belle vue. La chambre de l'hôtel était bien, de taille décente, et la climatisation n'a pas fonctionné pendant 2 jours, ce qui a pris beaucoup de temps pour être réparé, ce qui n'est pas acceptable. Par contre les alacarte étaient bons le mexicain était mon préféré. Good not great resort The Reort was nice lobby was on the smaller side but had the air conditioned bar at the front good for night time . The pool and bar were good nice big pool which was nice Beach was average little seaweed nice sand good views . Hotel room was nice decent size air conditioning not working for 2days took so long to get fixed not acceptable. Once fixed room was nice had a partial ocean view nice balcony. Comfy bed. The buffet was not good at breakfast was decent though. However the alacarte were good Mexican was my favourite. I did have a good time went to cable cars and on a boat party off the resort were good and affordable overall 7/10 Good price Puerto Plata Dominican Republic experience

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: UN CENTRE DE VILLÉGIATURE FANTASTIQUE

Nous avons fait un voyage fantastique en République dominicaine. L'Iberostar Costa Dorada est un complexe spectaculaire. Le service était excellent, le personnel très amical et toujours prêt à s'adapter. Chaque soir, les enfants ont eu droit à des divertissements et à des activités amusantes. La seule recommandation que je ferais serait qu'ils nettoient les algues sur la plage. À part cela, mon expérience globale a été excellente et je vous recommande de séjourner dans ce centre de villégiature  [... lire plus]!

FANTASTIC RESORT We had a fantastic trip to the Dominican Republic. Iberostar Costa Dorada is a spectacular resort. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and always willing to accommodate. There was great entertainment and fun for the kids each night. The only recommendations I would make is for them to clean up the seaweed on the beach. Other than that, my overall experience was great and I would recommend you stay at this resort!

Lors de l'enregistrement dans la chambre, il y avait une odeur extrêmement forte de fumée de cigare. Je l'ai signalé à la réception et je n'ai pas pu changer de chambre car tout était réservé. Ils ont envoyé un employé avec un paquet de café ouvert pour aider à faire disparaître l'odeur (deux jours pour que l'odeur disparaisse). La chambre était médiocre... moisissures et taches sur les plafonds et les salles de bains. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et quelques prises de courant ne fonctionnai [... lire plus]ent pas. 2/3 des clients étaient des locaux, j'en ai rencontré quelques uns qui avaient peu de manières mais la majorité était sympathique :)

Rated a 5 star.. in 2002 Upon checking into the room, there was an extremely strong smell of cigar smoke. Reported this to the front desk and wasn’t able to switch room as everything was booked. They sent a worker with a open coffee packet to help with the smell (two days for the smell to go away). Room was mediocre... mould and stains on the ceilings and bathrooms. Phone didn’t work and a few of the outlets didn’t work. 2/3 of the guests were locals, encountered a few who had little manners but majority were friendly :)

Je voudrais commencer par dire que les employés de cet hôtel sont exceptionnels. Tout au long de ma semaine, tous les employés, à l'exception d'un seul au bureau du service à la clientèle, ont été exceptionnels. J'ai été un peu déçue par la plage car il y a beaucoup d'algues. Une fois qu'on y est, il y a une grande zone sans algues dans laquelle on peut nager, ce qui fait que c'est bien. La grande déception a été que nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pour prendre des douches pendant toute l [... lire plus]a semaine. De plus, la pression était très faible. Une douche qui devrait durer 5 à 10 minutes m'a pris 40 minutes. C'était la plus grande déception de toutes. Chaque jour, je demandais quand l'eau serait réparée et on me répondait que ce serait fait demain. Le lendemain arrivait et il n'y avait toujours pas d'eau. Un jour, nous n'avions plus d'eau du tout et nos toilettes ne tiraient pas la chasse d'eau, les éviers ne fonctionnaient pas, les douches ne fonctionnaient pas. Les restaurants à la carte sont corrects. Ils manquent de personnel, ce qui rend le service assez lent. Ils vous poussent vraiment à aller à un petit déjeuner déjeuner de réunion afin qu'ils puissent vous vendre du timeshare. Ce n'est certainement pas un quatre étoiles et demie. Peut-être un 3 étoiles. J'ai lu toutes les critiques positives avant de réserver cet hôtel et je suis maintenant je comprends pourquoi il a des critiques positives. Ils vous donnent un traitement de spa et après cela vous devez signer la renonciation que vous ne direz rien de mal à propos de l'hôtel.

Very emosh. Emotion Santo Domingo I want to start off by saying that the workers at this hotel are outstanding. Through my whole week all workers except one at the customer service desk were outstanding. I was a little disappointed by the beach as there is lots of seaweed. Once you get in there is a big area clear of seaweed to swim in so it made it okay. Big disappointment was that we did not have hot water to take showers for the whole week. Also the pressure was really like. A shower that should take 5 to 10 minutes took me 40 minutes. This was the biggest disappointment of all. Everyday I would ask when our water was going to get fixed and they would tell me that it would be done tomorrow. Tomorrow came and still no water. One day we had no water at all and our toilets wouldn't flush sinks wouldn't work showers wouldn't work. The ala carte restaurants we're okay. They are understaffed which made the service quite slow. They push you really hard to go to a breakfast lunch meeting so they can sell you some timeshare. This is definitely not a four-and-a-half star. Maybe a 3-star. I read all the positive reviews before I book this hotel and I'm now I'm figuring out why it has positive reviews. They give you a spa treatment and after that you need to sign the waiver that you will not say anything bad about the hotel.

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Faits marquants

Cet hôtel m'a été recommandé par une très bonne amie qui a séjourné cinq fois au Lifestyle Resort. Ses parents viennent également deux fois par an et séjournent au Tropical. Nous avons séjourné au Cofresi parce que les chambres y sont plus modernes. Maintenant que j'ai eu l'occasion de séjourner dans ce complexe, je choisirais personnellement The Tropical car il y a moins d'escaliers et la réservation donne automatiquement accès à la plage VIP (WiFi gratuit). MMMM Le VIP Beach prépare une bois [... lire plus]son géniale que l'on ne trouve nulle part ailleurs sur la propriété - le Tiki Tiki - essayez-le !!!!! Délicieux !!! La Junior Suite était vraiment grande, spacieuse et très propre. J'ai adoré !!!! L'ensemble du complexe est magnifique. Cofresi a beaucoup d'escaliers, mais j'ai trouvé ça bien car j'aime marcher et ça ne me dérange pas de faire de l'exercice. Ils ont les meilleures piscines. La nourriture était bonne aussi. La plupart du personnel était amical et essayait d'aider quand c'était nécessaire. Je recommande d'acheter le WiFi pour la semaine - cela en valait la peine. Très bon complexe dans l'ensemble !

Noteworthy Tidbits This hotel was recommended by a very good friend who has been to the Lifestyle Resort 5 times. Also, her parents come twice a year and stay at The Tropical. We stayed at Cofresi due to the rooms being more modern and updated. Now that I have had the experience of being at this resort, I would personally chose The Tropical as there are less stairs and booking automatically comes with VIP Beach access (free WiFi). MMMM VIP Beach makes a wicked drink not found anywhere else on the property - Tiki Tiki - try it!!!!! Delicious!!! The Junior Suite was really big - spacious and very clean. Loved it!!!! The entire resort is beautiful. Cofresi does have a lot of stairs yet i found it okay as i love walking and didn't mind the exercise. They have the best pools. The food was okay too. Most of the staff were friendly and tried to help whenever needed. I recommend purchasing the WiFi for the week - it was well worth it. Great resort overall!

Blue Bay Villas Doradas: Grandes vacances

Tout était parfait dans ce centre de vacances. Mais la meilleure partie était la plage, c'est ce que je vais habituellement pour mes vacances. Le personnel était formidable, le service en chambre très rapide, le personnel de la réception agréable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, il est à environ 30 minutes de l'aéroport et à proximité d'un centre commercial, où beaucoup de gens, touristes et locaux, sortaient le soir. C'est un lieu social agréable et très sûr. D'un autre côté, les dive [... lire plus]rtissements pourraient être meilleurs ainsi que la nourriture. Mais c'était une saison calme quand j'y suis allé. Dans l'ensemble, un bon choix.

Great Vacation Everything was great about this resort. But the best part was the beach, that's what I go for usually on my vacations. Staff was great, very fast room service, pleasant staff at front desk. Location of the hotel is great, it is about 30 min from airport and close to a shopping mall, where a lot of people, tourists and locals came out in the evening. Nice social place and very safe. On the other hand entertainment could be better as well as food. But it was a quite season when I went there. Overall a good choice.

L'hôtel est un peu vieux mais très bien entretenu. La nourriture est aussi bonne qu'au Canada. Chaque soir, il y a des thèmes différents. Le buffet propose des steaks et des homards. Le personnel est sympathique. Beaucoup de locaux en juin, ils s'emparent du bar et se tiennent devant vous pour prendre leur commande.

Great resort The hotel is little old but very well maintained. The food is as good as in Canada. Every night they have different themes. The buffet serves steaks and lobsters. Staff is friendly. Lots of locals in June, they take over the bar and bud in front of you to get their order.

en résumé, je n'ai pas vraiment eu à me plaindre de l'hôtel, même si c'était la première fois que j'allais dans un hôtel, j'ai eu l'impression que c'était une expérience extraordinaire, car le personnel était incroyablement amical et prêt à vous aider quand il le pouvait, mais il avait aussi sa propre personnalité pour montrer qu'il s'agissait de personnes réelles et non de robots les barmans étaient capables de répondre à la demande lorsqu'ils étaient débordés par les commandes et les femmes de [... lire plus] ménage faisaient le tour des bâtiments tous les jours pour réapprovisionner les chambres. maintenant que j'ai dit cela, il y a une chose qui me vient à l'esprit : si vous n'avez pas l'application ou si vous ne consultez pas les activités, vous manquerez beaucoup de jeux et même alors, vous devez avoir une montre ou un enregistrement du temps, car la piscine et les autres activités vous feront perdre facilement la notion du temps

A wonderful place in a nut shell i did not really have any complaints about the resort altho it wass my first time going to a resort i felt as tho it wass an amazing experience as the staff were awesomely friendly and willing to help you when they could but also had there own personality to show they are real people not robots the bartenders were able to keep up with the demand when over whelmed with orders and the maids circled the buildings every day to restock your room then the activitys were amazing and staff were willing to join in on some of the games so that we were able to participate in them. now that i got that out of the way there is one thing that comes to mind if you do not have there app or check there activity bored you will miss out on a lot of the games and even then you have to have some form of watch or record of time as the pool and other activitys will help you lose track of time easily
