Casa Marina Sosua Trademark by Wyndham All Inclusive: Vacances relaxantes

L'enregistrement n'a pas été facile car ma mère voyageait seule et nous voulions au moins être dans le même bâtiment. J'avais envoyé deux courriels sans réponse et noté notre demande lors de la réservation de nos voyages. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, ils l'ont installée dans une chambre à l'autre bout de la station. S'il n'y avait pas eu le porteur Harold, nous aurions tous dormi dans la même chambre pour la première nuit au moins. J'ai même menacé de dormir dans le hall d'entrée s'ils n'essayai [... lire plus]ent pas au moins de nous accueillir. Finalement, après trois allers-retours dans le hall pour faire fonctionner les clés des chambres, nous avons été placés dans des chambres côte à côte. Un grand merci à Harold. Le reste de notre séjour a été très bon. Le buffet était excellent, renouvelé et très varié. Les plats italiens à la carte étaient corrects, mais le buffet était meilleur. Les fruits de mer à la carte nous ont beaucoup plu, mais les autres moins. Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant. J'ai adoré le bar disco. L'équipe d'animation était géniale, beaucoup de jeux et d'amusement. Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps à la piscine car le sable de la plage était très chaud et les vagues fortes. Ils ont des vendeurs qui vendent quelques soirs par semaine et c'est là que nous avons acheté quelques souvenirs. Nous avons fait quelques promenades en ville dès le matin. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Nous avons acheté quelques articles à l'épicerie. Il y a quelques restaurants canadiens à proximité - nous les essayerons la prochaine fois 😉 Je pense que tous les membres de notre groupe de 5 reviendraient. La seule irritation autre que l'enregistrement était notre vol Sunwing a été retardé jusqu'au lendemain et j'ai essayé de traiter avec le représentant sur le resort mais nous avons eu une dispute et je suis sûr qu'il m'a juré en espagnol et a dit qu'il ne parlerait plus à moi. Il a insisté pour que nous quittions l'avion à 13h et je ne voulais pas parce qu'il n'y avait aucune garantie d'un endroit où rester pour la nuit et je refusais de passer plus de 12 h à l'aéroport. TRÈS MAUVAIS SERVICE DE LA PART DE SUNWING. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin, c'était d'être rassurés et il n'en a fourni aucune. La prochaine fois que nous irons, nous prendrons une chambre rénovée car elles étaient bien meilleures que la nôtre. Nous y retournerons mais avec un autre prestataire.

Relaxing vacation Check in wasn’t smooth as my mom was travelling as a single and we wanted to be in the same building at least. I had emailed twice with no response and noted our request when booking our trips. When we arrived they had her in a room across the resort. If it wouldn’t have been for the porter Harold , we all would have been sleeping in one room for the first night at least. I even threatened to sleep in the lobby if they wouldn’t at least try to accommodate us. In the end and three trips back to the lobby to get room keys working etc we were placed in rooms side by side. Much thanks to Harold. The rest of our stay was very good. Buffet was great, updated and plenty of variety. Italian a la cart was ok , buffet was better. The seafood a la cart we really enjoyed but others did not so much. The staff are very friendly and accommodating . Loved the disco bar. The animation crew were awesome, lots of games and fun. The pool was where we spent most of our time as the beach sand was very hot and the waves strong. They have vendors that sell a few evenings a week and that’s where we picked up some souvenirs. We took a couple walks into town first thing in the morning. Felt very safe. Bought some items at the grocery store. There are a few Canadian owned restaurants near by - we will try them next time 😉 I think everyone in our group of 5 would return. The only irritation other than check in was our sunwing flight was delayed until the next day and I tried to deal with the rep on the resort but we got into an argument and I’m sure he was cussing me out in Spanish and said he wouldn’t speak to me anymore. He insisted we check out at 1pm and I didn’t want to because there was no guarantee of a place to stay for the night and I refused to spend over 12 hrs at the airport. VERY POOR SERVICE SUNWING. All we needed was reassurances and he provided none. The next time we go we will get a renovated room as they were much better than our dated one. We will go back but with another provider.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir dans ce centre de villégiature

La station est petite, compacte, facile à trouver tous les bâtiments et services, le personnel est si accueillant et rend votre séjour agréable, tout le monde travaille si dur pour rendre vos vacances spéciales, la nourriture est incroyable avec beaucoup de variété, les cartes à la carte sont merveilleuses, le personnel de divertissement fait tout son possible pour vous divertir et vous encourager à participer, Elvin Sanchez est un barman formidable, nous sommes amis avec beaucoup de personnel e [... lire plus]t de vendeurs sur la plage, nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner.

Always a Pleasure to return to this resort The resort is small, compact, easy to find all buildings and services, staff are so welcoming and make your stay enjoyable, everyone works so hard to make your vacation special, the food is amazing with lots of variety, al la cartes are wonderful, entertainment staff go out of their way to keep you entertained and encourage you to join in, Elvin Sanchez is a terrific bartender, we are friends with many of the staff and vendors on the beach, would not hesitate to return.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Première fois et ce ne sera pas la dernière !

C'était notre première fois dans un complexe Iberostar et nous avons été très satisfaits de la nourriture, du terrain et du service. Nous reviendrons dans ce complexe à l'avenir ! Les chambres étaient bien, les nettoyeurs faisaient un bon travail de rangement chaque jour (nous ne descendons pas dans le sud pour passer du temps dans nos chambres de toute façon) Le buffet et les plats à la carte étaient incroyables ! Nous sommes allés au restaurant japonais à la carte et le spectacle et la nourr [... lire plus]iture étaient phénoménaux ! Au buffet, il y avait toujours beaucoup de choses à choisir et toutes étaient délicieuses. Le barbecue sur la plage a toujours été un succès. La piscine et le terrain de l'hôtel étaient superbes, bien entretenus et nettoyés. Les paons et les flamants roses ajoutaient à l'expérience. Le peuple dominicain est fantastique, même les gars sur la plage qui essaient de vous faire aller au marché - il faut juste apprendre à dire "non" Miguel, au bar de la piscine, était excellent, et les cappuccinos, incroyables ! Nous envisagerions même de ramener nos enfants à l'avenir, en raison du club pour enfants proposé par l'hôtel !

First time and will not be our last! This was our first time at an Iberostar resort and we were very pleased with the food, the grounds and the service. We will ne going back to this resort in the future! The rooms were fine, the cleaners did a good job of tidying up each day (we don't go down south to spend time in our rooms anyways) The buffet and a-la-cartes were amazing! We went to the Japanese a-la-carte and the show and food were phenomenal! The buffet always had so many things to choose from, and all were delicious. The beach BBQ was always a hit as well. The pool and resort grounds were great- well kept and cleaned. The peacocks and flamingos added to the experience. The Dominican people are fantastic, even the guys on the beach trying to get you to go to the market- you just need to learn to say "no" Miguel at the swim up bar was top-notch, and the cappuccino's- amazing! We would even consider bringing our kids back in the future, because of the kids club that the resort offers!

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: "Be Live" ; Dominicaine/Puerto Plata

Notre conseillère en voyages de Trip Central, qui s'appelait Kristian, était géniale. Elle nous a donné un grand nombre d'options dans les limites de notre budget et nous a permis de choisir ce que nous voulions. Elle nous a beaucoup aidés dans tous les domaines et je lui tire mon chapeau pour son excellent travail. La plage était très bien et il n'y a pas eu de problème pour trouver une chaise. Je suis un mangeur difficile et la nourriture n'était pas d'une qualité 4,5 étoiles. Certains membres [... lire plus] du personnel étaient sympathiques, d'autres non. Il y avait un employé nommé speggetti qui était assez ennuyeux. Ma femme lui parlait et il n'a pas aimé ce qu'elle avait à dire, alors il a soulevé sa chemise et lui a montré son téton tout en criant avec sa voix agaçante comme une jeune fille... Je l'ai trouvé irrespectueux et impoli et je lui ai dit d'aller se faire voir avant qu'il ne regrette ses actions impolies. Je ne peux pas parler pour tout le monde, mais l'animation était au mieux de type lycéen et la musique sur le resort manquait, car tout ce que j'entendais c'était boom boom boom en permanence et pas du tout de musique de la culture occidentale que nous aimons tous. Est-ce que je retournerais au "Be Live" ? Jamais. Est-ce que je retournerais au Dominican ? Je ne pense pas. Je dois dire que je ne suis pas du tout un fan des Dominicains et je doute que je remette les pieds sur cette île. Je dois mentionner qu'il s'agissait d'un forfait Sunwig. Les gens de Sunwing étaient corrects, mais les heures de départ et d'arrivée des vols sont vraiment foireuses et ils devraient faire quelque chose à ce sujet, car cela a un impact sur l'expérience des vacances dans la mesure où vous perdez déjà une journée à chaque bout du voyage et avec ces heures de départ folles, vous perdez en fait 2 jours à la fin de vos vacances, ce qui laisse un mauvais goût dans votre bouche et vous donne envie de regarder ailleurs.

"Be Live" Dominican/Puerto Plata Our travel consultant from Trip Central was awesome, her name was Kristian. She gave us quite a few options to choose from within our budget and allowed us to choose as we wished. She was very helpful in every aspect and hats off to her for doing a great job.The Weather was great the week I was there. The beach was very good and no issues finding a chair. I'm a picky eater and the food was not a 4.5 star quality. Some of the staff were friendly and others not. There was one resort staff dude named speggetti who was quite annoying. My wife was speaking to him and he didn't like what she had to say so he lifted up his shirt and flicked his nipple at her while screeching with his annoying voice like a young girl?I found him disrespectful and rude and told him to beat it before he regretted his rude actions. I cant speak for everyone however the entrtainment was high schoolish at best and the music on the resort lacked as all I heard was boom boom boom constantly and no western culture music at all which we all love.Our room was musty the entire time and we found it hard to get a good night sleep in the damp situation. Would I go back to "Be Live"? Never. Would I go back to the dominican? I don't think so. I have to say I'm not a Dominican fan at all and I doubt I will ever set foot on that Island again. I have to mention that this was a Sunwig package as well. The sunwing people were ok however the flight departures and arrival times are really messed up and they should do something about that aspect as it really impacts the whole vacation experience in that you already lose a day on each end traveling and with these crazy departure times you actually lose 2 days at the end of your vacation which leaves a bad taste in your mouth and makes you want to look else where.

Blue Bay Villas Doradas: De bons moments à Blue Bay

Je viens de rentrer de Blue Bay où j'ai passé sept jours merveilleux. Le personnel se surpasse, qu'il s'agisse des serveurs, de l'équipe d'animation, de la réception ou des femmes de ménage. La nourriture est délicieuse et abondante. Ma seule plainte s'adresserait à la direction, qui devrait remplacer la toile de nombreux transats et prévoir plus de zones ombragées sur la plage. Les blocs 5, 6, 7 et 8 sont plus calmes. Nous avons apprécié de nous promener tous les jours et le centre commercial e [... lire plus]st à trois minutes à pied.

Great times at Blue Bay Recently returned from Blue Bay had a wonderful seven days there. The staff go above and beyond from the waiters, animation team, front desk and all the house keepers. The food is delicious and abundant. My only complaint would be with top management as they need to replace the canvas on many sun beds and provide more shaded areas on the beach. Blocks 5,6,7and 8 are quieter. We enjoyed a walk daily and the mall is a three minute walk.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreuses stations balnéaires dans les Caraïbes et au Mexique et je dois dire que cet hôtel est certainement l'un des plus beaux et des meilleurs endroits où nous ayons séjourné. C'est idéal pour les familles. La nourriture était très bonne avec beaucoup de variétés pour tout le monde. Le terrain est fantastique et propre, tout comme les piscines. Les piscines sont profondes pour les enfants qui ne savent pas nager. Beaucoup d'ombre pour échapper à la chaleur. La pla [... lire plus]ge était belle et propre, idéale pour les longues promenades. La seule chose que je dirais de négatif à propos de ce complexe est l'emplacement. Nous aimons nous promener en dehors de la station et avoir des choses à faire. La station est un peu isolée et il faut marcher plus longtemps que ce que je voudrais, mais c'est juste nous. Dans l'ensemble, j'y séjournerais à nouveau et je le recommanderais vivement à tout le monde !

Great Resort We have stayed at many resorts all over the Caribbean and Mexico and I have to say this is surely one of the nicest and best places we've stayed. It's great for families. The food was very good with lots of varieties for everyone. The grounds were fantastic and kept clean as well as the pools. One thing about the pools is that they are deep for kids that can't swim. Lots of shade to escape the heat. Beach was nice and clean, great for long walks. The only thing that I would say negative about this resort is the location. We like to walk off the resort and have things to do. The resort is somewhat secluded or a longer walk than I would want but that's just us. Overall I would stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

J'y suis allé plusieurs fois et j'ai connu tout le monde, du directeur général au jardinier. J'ai vu beaucoup de familles et leur mode de vie et je les respecte beaucoup. Ce qui fait d'un hôtel un lieu de vacances, ce n'est pas seulement la plage, le soleil et le sable, c'est aussi ce que l'on y apprend.

Feels like home Been there many times got to know everyone from General manager to the gardener. Got to see many of there family’s and the way they live and respect them very much. What makes a hotel a vacation is not just the beach sun and sand it’s what you learn .

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Vacances récentes à Cofressi Resort

Beau complexe mais un peu déçu par rapport à ce qui est indiqué sur le site internet. Il s'adresse davantage aux clients ayant un statut VIP. Les divertissements ont été une grande déception. Il y avait une belle scène sur le côté où nous avons séjourné, mais tous les divertissements étaient sur le côté opposé à celui où nous étions, avec des sièges sur des rangées de tapis de gymnastique et ouverts aux éléments. La nourriture était correcte mais il n'y avait pas de quoi s'extasier. Le personnel [... lire plus] était excellent et très serviable.

Recent vacation to Cofressi Resort Nice resort but a bit disappointed based on how it appears on the website. Catered more to the VIP status guests. Entertainment was a big disappointment. There was a beautifully stage on the side we stayed at yet all entertainment was on the opposite side to were we were with seating on rows of gym mats and open to the elements. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: Incroyable

Le complexe était propre, les gens étaient sympathiques et la nourriture était excellente. La plage peut être vue de votre chambre, tout comme la piscine, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire à pied. La plage était propre, l'eau claire et chaude. La piscine était immense et le personnel organisait des activités l'après-midi. Le soir, il y a un spectacle de variétés organisé par le personnel. Des gens très talentueux. La nourriture était excellente : il y a un snack-bar sur la plage et un buffet [... lire plus] complet à quelques pas de là, ouvert pour le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner. Il y a également 3 restaurants (à la carte) sur le resort pour lesquels il faut réserver, mais l'attente en valait la peine. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Amazing The resort was clean, people were friendly and the food was great. The beach could be seen from your room and so can the pool, not much of a walk to anything. Beach was clean, water was clear and warm. The pool was huge and there were afternoon activities put on by the staff. At night there is a variety show also put on by the staff. Very talented people. Food was great there is a snack bar by the beach and a full buffet just a stone throw away that is open for breakfast, lunch and supper. There are also 3 restaurants (A la Cart) on the resort which you had to make reservations for, these were well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend it.

Viva Heavens by Wyndham: Très relaxant

C'était la première fois que je faisais l'expérience d'une formule "tout compris". J'ai trouvé que tout était parfait. Les chambres étaient très belles et propres. La climatisation fonctionnait à merveille. Notre réfrigérateur était approvisionné tous les jours et la chambre nettoyée. Je suis un mangeur difficile et j'ai trouvé la nourriture bonne. Je me suis contenté de pizzas et de sandwichs car les autres plats ne me convenaient pas. Le bar n'est pas très grand mais c'était prévisible car ce [... lire plus] n'est pas un grand établissement. Tout le personnel a été formidable. Y compris le personnel de divertissement et le personnel du bar. Si vous cherchez beaucoup d'excitation et de choses à faire, cet endroit n'est pas pour vous. Mon copain et moi y sommes allés pour nous détendre et profiter du soleil. Et c'est exactement ce que nous avons fait. Le seul reproche que l'on peut faire c'est que les gens tiennent les chaises avec des serviettes aux heures matinales. Un panneau est affiché mais les gens l'ignorent. Je n'ai pas l'impression que le personnel puisse faire grand chose à ce sujet. C'est juste des gens méchants !

Very relaxing This was my first all inclusive experience. I found everything to be great. Rooms were very nice and clean. AC worked fantastic. Our frige was stocked daily and room cleaned. Im a picky eater and i found the food good. I did stick to pizza and sandwiches as other things didn't agree with me. Not a huge bar but was expected as its not a large place. All staff were amazing. Including entertainment staff and bar staff. If you are looking for a lot of excitment and things to do this place isn't for you. My boyfriend and i went there to relax and enoy the sun. And we did exactly that. Only complaint was how people hold chairs with towels at early hours. A sign is up but people ignor this. I don't feel like the staff can do much about this. Its just nasty people!

Blue Bay Villas Doradas: Notre maison loin de la maison

Ma femme et moi venons de rentrer de notre lieu de villégiature préféré. Nous ne sommes restés que neuf jours entre nos deux dernières visites et nous sommes impatients d'y retourner bientôt. Tout dans cet établissement est digne d'un cinq étoiles : les terrains bien entretenus, les chambres propres, l'excellent personnel, de la réception au nettoyeur de cendriers. Ils se mettent tous en quatre pour faire des vacances une expérience formidable. J'en suis arrivé au point où je ne regarde pas plus [... lire plus] loin que les forfaits de Blue Bay lorsque je cherche à passer des vacances. Our Home away From Home My wife and I have just returned from our absolute favourite vacation resort. We were only home for nine days between the last two visits and are looking forward to returning again soon. Everything about this place screams five star, the well manicured grounds, the clean rooms, the excellent staff, from the reception desk to the ash tray cleaner. They all go all out to make a vacation a terrific experience. It’s gotten to the point where I look no further than packages to Blue Bay when looking for a vacation. Also want to thank Janet Merrill at Trip Central for her tremendous help in booking our trip. Gil and Paula Landry

Casa Marina Reef Resort: très confortable et proche de sousa

le terrain et les plages sont propres. toutes les piscines et les jacuzzis sont propres. la nourriture était correcte, on trouvait toujours quelque chose. la chambre était correcte, on dormait bien dans le grand lit. pas d'alcool ni de nourriture, mais on s'en est bien sorti. on pouvait prendre des choses rapides pour la salle de bain si on n'avait pas le temps ou aller dans le hall principal car il y avait des restaurants. on reviendrait avec le même prix ou moins.

very comfortable and convinent to sousa clean grounds and beaches. all pools and jacuzies clean. food was ok always found something.room was ok slept well on kingsize bed. no 24 booze or food but we made out ok.could grab quick things for rm. if yamissed off time or just go out the main lobby as close to resterants.would return with the same price or less.

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: Endroit agréable

C'était un très bon hôtel, avec une très bonne nourriture et un personnel très sympathique. La chambre était fraîchement peinte et très propre, mais les deux derniers jours, nous avons remarqué des moisissures sur les plafonds et les murs, ainsi que sur le côté intérieur du kertins

Nice place It was a great hotel great food and very nice staff anything u wanted u got r room was freshly painted very clean but the last couple of days we noticed mold growling on the cealing and walls and on the in side of the kertins and we noticed it on are luggage and our winter coat that we're in the closet but other than that it was great thx tim

Casa Marina Reef Resort: Très bel emplacement, service médiocre

Points négatifs : A l'arrivée d'un vol retardé à l'hôtel, nous avons été très déçus qu'il n'y ait que 2 personnes pour enregistrer plus de 80 clients à l'hôtel. Il a fallu plus de 3 heures pour être enregistré et nous avons finalement obtenu notre chambre à 2h30 du matin. En nous réveillant le matin, nous avons réalisé qu'on ne nous avait pas donné nos bracelets et nous avons dû à nouveau attendre un moment à la réception pour les recevoir avant de pouvoir rentrer dans l'hôtel. En d'autres occas [... lire plus]ions, il était presque impossible de faire des réservations pour le dîner car l'Internet ne fonctionnait pas ou nous devions retourner dans le hall dans l'espoir de faire une réservation (en fait, vous vouliez éviter la réception à tout prix car vous perdiez facilement 30 minutes à chaque fois que vous aviez affaire à eux). Vous devez payer pour les parasols lorsque vous êtes à la plage et l'eau peut devenir dangereusement agitée à tout moment. Notre chambre d'origine avait une pomme de douche cassée et le balcon donnait sur un mur de ciment. Nous avons cependant été déplacés une fois le week-end terminé et que d'autres chambres se sont libérées. Ne vous attendez pas à recevoir des serviettes avant 17 heures ou le jour de votre départ/chambre de courtoisie car elles ne sont pas disponibles. Points positifs : La nourriture était délicieuse et offrait toujours une grande variété au buffet récemment rénové (nous ne pouvons pas faire de commentaires sur les cartes à la carte car nous n'avons pas pu réserver). Le terrain était très bien entretenu et très pittoresque avec le corail au bord de l'océan. Les bars étaient tous situés au centre de la plage et donnaient sur l'océan. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient très bons et le personnel chargé des activités était très accueillant et enthousiaste.

Very nice location, not very good service Negatives: Upon arrival of a delayed flight to the hotel we were very disappointed that there were only 2 people there to check over 80 guests into the hotel. It took over 3 hours to get checked in giving us our room finally at 2:30 am. When waking up in the morning we realized we were never given our bracelets and had to again wait for a while at the front desk to recieved those before being able to enter back into the resort. Other occasions trying to book dinner reservations were nearly impossible as internet did not work or we would have to go back to the lobby in hopes to book there (basically you wanted to avoid the front desk at all cost because you were wasting easily 30 minutes every time you had to deal with them). You have to pay for umbrellas when you are at the beach and the water can get dangerously rough at a moment's notice. Our original room had a broken shower head and the balcony opened to a cement wall. We were however, moved once the weekend was over and more rooms became available. Do not expect towels until 5pm or on the day of your check out/courtesy room as they are not available. Positives: The food was delicious always offering a wide variety at the newly renovated buffet (cannot comment on a la cartes as we were unable to book). The grounds were very well maintained and very picturesque with the coral by the ocean. The bars were all central to the beach and over looked the ocean. Nightly entertainment shows were very good and activities staff were very inviting and enthusiastic.

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: C'était bien

L'hôtel était décent, le personnel était amical et accommodant, la chambre de mon père et de mon frère avait de la moisissure, nous ne l'avons pas remarqué tout de suite, mais au fur et à mesure que la semaine avançait, elle est devenue plus visible, je suis sûr qu'ils auraient changé de chambre si nous l'avions porté à leur attention. J'ai payé pour une vue sur l'océan mais je ne l'ai jamais eue, je n'ai pas eu non plus le lit king size que j'avais demandé. Il faudrait plus d'animation nocturne [... lire plus] en dehors de la discothèque qui était pleine de locaux.

It was ok The hotel was decent, the staff was friendly and accommodating, my dad and brothers room had mold in it, we didn't notice right away but as the week went on it became more noticeable, i am sure they would have changed their room if we had of brought it to their attention. I paid for an Ocean view but never got one, did't get the king size bed I requested either. They needed more night life other than the disco that was full of locals.

J'ai passé un excellent moment ! La propriété de l'hôtel était grande et il y avait beaucoup de choses à faire. La nourriture était excellente et la chambre était agréable. L'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas bien, il faisait donc très chaud dans la chambre. Je recommanderais cet hôtel

Get away Had a great time!! The hotel property was large with a lot of things to do. Food was great and room was nice. Air conditioning did not work well so it was really hot in the room. I would recommend this hotel

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: FABULOUS Resort

Le Cofreshi Palm Spring Resort and Spa est un complexe magnifique ! Il y a beaucoup de piscines, la plage est idéale pour se promener, la nourriture est incroyable et notre chambre était immaculée ! Le service était de premier ordre ; très amical et accommodant. Il faut beaucoup marcher dans le complexe car il est immense et vallonné.

Cofreshi Palm Spring Resort and Spa is a beautiful resort! Lots of pools, beach is great for walking, food is incredible, and our room was immaculent! Service was top notch; very friendly & accommodating. Lots of walking at the resort as it is huge and hilly.

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Nombreuses piscines, personnel formidable !

Ce centre de villégiature est immense et comporte des tonnes d'escaliers. Les chambres standard sont petites avec des lits King, mais si vous passez aux suites junior, elles sont magnifiques et immenses, il est fortement recommandé de réserver les suites junior ! Vous payez 20 dollars américains par semaine pour l'accès à l'hôtel. Vous payez 20 dollars américains par semaine pour le coffre-fort de votre chambre, que vous ouvrez avec une clé. Si vous voulez de la bière dans votre chambre ou n'i [... lire plus]mporte quel type d'alcool, vous devez l'acheter au magasin du hall. L'eau est bien stockée dans les chambres. Les chambres sont très propres, les lits confortables. Joli balcon et chaises dans chaque chambre. La plage n'est pas longue, les eaux de l'océan sont calmes en raison d'un récif brisé en face de la plage, ce qui est agréable. Cabanas et chaises longues partout, mais pas de cabanes ou de chaises longues sur la plage en raison des marées hautes. La restauration est bien meilleure dans la partie Tropical du complexe. Le buffet de Cassablanca y est bien meilleur que celui de The Pearl du côté de Cofresi. Le personnel est amical partout et très sûr grâce à la sécurité qui parcourt constamment les terrains et les zones de la piscine. Si vous avez du mal à marcher ou si vous êtes en fauteuil roulant, vous devriez éviter ce complexe en raison des escaliers étroits partout et du fait qu'il est construit sur une colline très escarpée. Cependant, le temps est magnifique et ensoleillé. Je lui attribuerais trois étoiles et demie.

Lots of pools, great staff! This resort is massive and tons of stairs. Standard rooms are small with King beds however, if you upgrade to the junior suites they are beautiful and huge, highly recommended to book the junior suites!! You pay $20. U.S. Currency a week for the safe on your room which you open with a key. If you want beer in your room or any kind of liquor you must purchase at the lobby store. Water is well stocked in your rooms. Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable. Nice balcony and chairs for every room. Beach is not long, ocean waters are calm due to a break reef in front of the beach which is nice. Cabanas and lounge chairs everywhere however no huts or loungers on the beach due to the tides come in high. Dining is much better at The Tropical side of the resort. Cassablanca buffet there is much better than The Pearl on the Cofresi side. Staff friendly everywhere and very safe due to security constantly walking the grounds and pool areas. If you are a person who has a hard time walking or in a wheelchair you may want to avoid this resort due to the narrow stairways everywhere and it's built on a hill very steep. However, the weather is beautiful and sunny. I would rate it a three and a half star.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Une excellente destination de vacances !!!

Le personnel était si agréable, poli, toujours heureux, et travaille si dur pour s'assurer que vous passez un moment merveilleux dans ce complexe. La nourriture était excellente, il y avait toujours quelque chose à manger avec des tonnes d'options, du buffet principal, du buffet au bord de la piscine, des restaurants du soir (japonais, mexicain, méditerranéen), vous ne resterez certainement pas sur votre faim. L'hôtel est magnifique dès l'entrée. Les suites sont un peu désuètes, mais soyons hon [... lire plus]nêtes, combien de temps passez-vous vraiment dans votre chambre ? Qui le voudrait avec un bar de piscine bien approvisionné en alcool qui coulait à flot (merci Miguel). Great vacation destination!!! This resort was fantastic, I was thoroughly satisfied on all aspects of this resort. the staff were so pleasant, polite, always happy, and work so hard to ensure you have a wonderful time at this resort. Food was great always something to eat with tons of options, from the main buffet, pool side buffet, evening restaurants (Japanese, Mexican, Mediterranean) you definitely will not go hungry. Its a beautiful resort from the moment you walk in. The suites are a little dated but lets be honest how much time do you really spend in the room. who wants to with a swim up bar well stocked with descent alcohol witch flowed continuously (thanks Miguel). all in all this resort is great and will definitely see me there again.
