Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Magnifique esthétiquement mais tout le reste n'était pas ce pour quoi nous nous étions engagés

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était magnifique mais l'endroit était beaucoup trop grand que vous avez dû trolley partout et le service de trolley s'arrête à certaines heures pour certains hôtels. Nous avons invité des amis à passer la journée, la confirmation verbale a été donnée par téléphone, à l'arrivée à la réception, ils ont dit non, c'est contre la politique de l'hôtel. Nous avons dû quitter l'hôtel pour aller voir notre ami. La nourriture. Smh pour cette seule raison je ne reviendrai pas. Fa [... lire plus]de et sans saveur. Je ne sais pas qui leur a donné ces 5 étoiles mais ils doivent les ramener à 3ðŸ¤-ðŸ¾â€â™€ï¸

Beautiful esthetically but everything else was not what we signed up for The location the hotel was beautiful but the place was way too big that you had to trolly it everywhere and trolly service stopes at certain hours for certain hotels. We invited friends to spend the day verbal confirmation was given over phone upon arrival to front desk they said no it's against hotel policy. We had to leave resort to see our friend. Food. Smh for this reason alone i will not be visiting. Bland and tasteless. I don't know who gave them those 5 stars but they need take it down to 3🤷🏾‍♀️

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Grand centre de villégiature

Pour l'essentiel, j'ai été extrêmement satisfait de ce centre de villégiature. J'essaierai de couvrir le plus grand nombre de points qui pourraient venir à l'esprit d'un client potentiel. *LA MÉTÉO* La première chose que je vais aborder est notre première préoccupation majeure, à savoir le TEMPS. En raison de la date à laquelle nous avons réservé notre voyage, nous étions extrêmement inquiets de ce à quoi nous pouvions nous attendre. (Nous avons googlé le fonctionnement des saisons après la  [... lire plus]réservation LOL) Nous étions là-bas de la fin du mois d'août jusqu'au début du mois de septembre ; cette période est connue comme étant la saison des tempêtes et des ouragans. Avant de partir, nous avons surveillé la météo de Montego et il était prévu qu'il pleuve et qu'il y ait de l'orage 5/5 jours. Pendant les 5 jours où nous étions là, il a plu DEUX fois et SEULEMENT pendant les soirées. Les après-midi n'ont jamais été perturbés par la pluie ou les nuages. *PERSONNEL * Le personnel était extrêmement chaleureux et accueillant. Le processus d'enregistrement et de départ a été rapide et facile. Nous avons désactivé nos cartes d'hôtel à deux reprises et, à chaque fois, ils ont été rapides et heureux de répondre. (Les cartes sont magnétiques et ne peuvent donc pas être approchées des téléphones) *ALIMENTATION* La nourriture était délicieuse ! En tant que végétalienne, j'ai été ravie de la variété des options disponibles aux buffets. Il y avait de nouveaux thèmes et de nouvelles options tous les jours ! Le personnel travaillant au buffet était bien informé et m'a aidée à répondre à mes questions. Le restaurant français a été mon option préférée parmi les deux restaurants que nous avons pu réserver. Nous avons mis le chef au pied du mur avec mes "allergies aux œufs, aux produits laitiers et à toutes les viandes", mais il a été à la hauteur ! Il s'est même déplacé pour servir et expliquer le plat. Donc, que vous ayez ou non des restrictions alimentaires, vous serez satisfaits de la nourriture ! *PLAGE* Il n'y avait pas une ÉNORME étendue de rivage/plage, mais c'était tout de même suffisant ! Des cordes délimitent les zones interdites à la baignade. Ils font respecter ces règles et vous serez interpellé et averti si vous passez outre (même à vos risques et périls) Attendez-vous à ce que les locaux essaient constamment de vous vendre de la "Ganja", des fruits frais, etc. Ce n'était pas forcément un problème pour nous car nous n'hésitions pas à dire "non merci" à chaque fois. Ils ne sont pas autorisés à dépasser un certain point à terre, vous pouvez donc toujours vous diriger en conséquence si vous souhaitez éviter la conversation. Je vous signale que les prix qu'ils demandent sont ridicules ! On nous a demandé 25 USD pour une noix de coco et une mangue. Les photos en ligne ne rendent pas justice à l'eau de Montego Bay. Les couleurs et la clarté de l'eau n'ont pas été capturées dans la plupart des images/vidéos que nous avons visionnées avant de réserver. *RESORT* L'hôtel lui-même est assez grand, ce qui oblige à faire un bon nombre de pas par jour. Les piscines sont immenses et bien entretenues. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une vue sur la plage depuis notre balcon sans avoir à payer de frais supplémentaires. Notre chambre était très agréable et nous avions accès aux commandes de l'air conditionné. J'ai vu d'innombrables plaintes concernant l'air conditionné et l'eau qui ne fonctionnaient pas comme souhaité, mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème à ce sujet. En fait, nous avons dû éteindre notre climatisation pendant la nuit ! Ils se déplacent en voiture en pulvérisant une sorte de fumée pour éloigner les insectes. Pour la première fois, nous sommes revenus sans aucune piqûre d'insecte, ce qui prouve que cela fonctionne ! *FAMILLE/ENFANTS* Ce centre de villégiature semblait TRÈS accueillant pour les enfants. Il y avait des tonnes d'activités pour enfants qui se passaient pendant l'après-midi. Ilâ €™s un parc aquatique mignon juste à la plage avec des tonnes de diapositives d'eau et ce qui n'est pas pour les enfants. Les piscines sont peu profondes. Je crois que son 4ft à travers ainsi qu'une petite piscine attachée pour les tout-petits. Bien qu'il y ait deux bars dans les piscines, l'environnement est resté calme et adapté aux enfants, d'après ce que nous avons observé. Le buffet semblait également proposer de bonnes options pour les enfants. *CONS* L'un des rares "inconvénients" qui mérite à peine d'être mentionné est la moquette des couloirs de l'hôtel. Elle est démodée et tachée. L'autre point qui serait un inconvénient majeur serait le change de devises. Nous avons converti nos dollars canadiens en monnaie jamaïcaine avant notre arrivée, mais nous avons été obligés de changer en dollars américains. Notre agent nous a recommandé de prendre un taxi depuis notre hôtel jusqu'à l'aéroport en raison de l'heure à laquelle la navette devait venir nous chercher. Elle nous a assuré qu'une course en taxi de notre hôtel à l'aéroport coûterait "10 dollars" au maximum. Le devis le moins cher que nous ayons reçu pour un taxi était de 100 USD, et c'était par l'intermédiaire d'une agence locale ! L'hôtel était assez éloigné de l'hôtel (environ 1 heure 15 minutes), donc ce n'est peut-être pas aussi scandaleux que ça en a l'air. Nous avons juste été un peu déçus par la désinformation. Dans l'ensemble, mis à part ces petits "inconvénients" insignifiants, ce fut un excellent complexe hôtelier et une expérience mémorable.

Great Resort For the most part, I was extremely pleased with this resort. I will try to cover as many points that would cross a potential guests mind. *WEATHER* The first thing I will touch up on was our first major concern which was WEATHER. Because of the time we booked our trip, we were extremely concerned with what to expect. (We googled how their seasons work after booking LOL) We were there for the very end of August until the very beginning of September; This time is known as their stormy weather / hurricane season. Before leaving we were monitoring the Montego Weather and it was predicted to rain and thunder 5/5 days. For the 5 days we were there it rained TWICE and ONLY during the evenings. The afternoons were never disturbed by rain or clouds. *STAFF * The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The check in/check out process was quick and easy. We deactivated our hotel cards twice and, on both occasions, they were fast and happy to respond. (The cards are magnetic so they can't be close to phones) *FOOD* The and the food was delicious! As a Vegan, I was beyond pleased with the variety of options available at the buffets. There were new themes and options every day! The staff working at the buffet were knowledgeable and helpful with addressing my concerns. The French restaurant was my favourite option out of the two restaurants we were able to reserve. We threw the Chef a curveball with my “egg, dairy and all meats allergies” but boy did he delivered! He even came out to serve and explain the dish. So, whether you have dietary restrictions or not, you will be pleased with the food! *BEACH* There wasn't a HUGE stretch of shore/beach area but still a good enough! There were ropes dividing the areas you are not permitted to swim in. They do enforce these rules and you will be called out and warned if you pass over (even at your own risk) Do expect to have locals CONSTANTLY trying to sell you "Ganja" , fresh fruit and etc. It wasn't necessarily a bother to us as we weren't hesitant to say "No thank you" each time. They are not allowed to past a certain point at shore so you can always route yourself accordingly if you wish to avoid the conversation. I will advise you that the prices they ask for are ridiculous! We were charged 25 USD for a coconut and a mango. The photos online do not do the Montego Bay water justice. It's colors and clearness were not captured in most images/videos we viewed prior to booking. *RESORT* The resort itself was quite large so you're forced to get a healthy amount of steps in per day. The pool areas were massive and maintained. We were lucky to have a beach view from our balcony without paying any additional fees. Our room was quite nice with access to AC controls. I saw countless complaints regarding the AC and water not functioning as desired, but we had no issues with this whatsoever. In fact, we had to have our AC off during the night! They drive around spraying the resort with some sort of smoke to keep away bugs. For the first time, we came back with ZERO bug bites so it actually works! *FAMILY/ KID FRIENDLY* This resort seemed VERY kid friendly. There were tons of kid activities happening during the afternoon. There’s a cute waterpark just be the beach with tons of water slides and what not for children. The pools are shallow throughout. I believe its 4ft across as well as a small pool attached for toddlers. Although the pools had two pool bars, the environments remained PG and kid friendly from what we observed. The buffet seemed to have great options for kids as well. *CONS* One of the few “dislikes” which is barely worth mentioning would be the carpet in the hotel hallways. Its outdated and stained. The other point that would be the major con would be the currency exchange. We converted out CAD to Jamaican money prior to arriving but ended up being forced into USD currency anyway. Our agent recommended we take a taxi from our resort to the airport because of how early the shuttle would be picking us up at. She assured us a taxi ride from our resort to the airport would be “10 bucks” at most. The Cheapest quote we received for a cab was $100 USD and that was through a local inquiry! The resort was quite a little way from the resort (about 1 hour 15 mins) so perhaps its not as outrageous as it sounds. We were just a little disappointed with the misinformation. Overall, other than these minor insignificant “cons”, it was a great resort and memorable experience.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Des vacances extraordinaires

Je viens de rentrer après une semaine au Luxury Bahia. J'étais sceptique après avoir lu certaines critiques en ligne. Mais ce complexe n'avait rien à voir avec ce que j'avais lu. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et la vue magnifique. Le service de majordome était un avantage inattendu, le service d'étage était rapide et les relations publiques étaient toujours promptes à répondre. La nourriture était incroyable, toujours fraîche et abondante. Le terrain est bien entretenu et les gardiens [... lire plus] sont toujours présents. L'ensemble du personnel (animation, barman, ménage, service de restauration) était toujours attentif et rendait cet endroit accueillant. La seule déception concerne la plage, qui est petite et où les chaises longues sont trop proches les unes des autres. Les spectacles du soir étaient tout juste corrects, il y en a eu quelques-uns que nous avons laissés de côté. Je reviendrai au Bahia Principe de luxe.

Amazing vacation Just returned after a week at Luxury Bahia. I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews online. But this resort was nothing like I had read. The room was spacious, clean, a beautiful view. The butler service was an unexpected perk, room service was quick and public relations was always quick to respond. The food was amazing always fresh and plentiful. The grounds are well kept the ground keepers are always attending. The whole staff (entertainment, bartenders, housekeeping, restaurant service) were always attentive they make this place welcoming. The only disappointment was the beach area it was small and felt very cramped with the loungers too close together. The evening shows were just ok there were a few that we just walked away. I would return to Luxury Bahia Principe.

Trop loin de la plage, beaucoup d'algues, trop de gens qui vendent des choses - très ennuyeux. La piscine et le bar de la piscine ferment trop tôt à 18h. Bonne nourriture, belles chambres. A recommander si vous obtenez un bon prix pour les vacances.

Pretty good Too far from the beach, lots of seaweed, too many people selling things- very annoying. Pool and pool bar closes too early 6pm. Good food, nice rooms. Would recommend if you get a good price on the vacation.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Excellente station

C'est une station extraordinaire pour les familles avec enfants. Les piscines ne sont pas profondes et sont de grande taille. Parc aquatique !!! grand club pour enfants. Les activités pour les enfants sont incroyables de 10 à 18 heures. Les spectacles nocturnes sont merveilleux et à l'excellente heure, 21 heures. Notre fille a eu le virus de la bouche, des pieds et de la bouche les deux derniers jours (comme prévu) mais ce n'était pas grave. J'ai vu que l'hôtel fait de son mieux pour garder tout [... lire plus] propre. Les mains sont levées partout. Mais le grand nombre de clients rend la tâche parfois difficile. Les restaurants à buffet ne sont pas excellents, mais acceptables. Les restaurants pour le dîner avec réservation sont excellents.

Excellent resort It is amazing resort for families with kids. Swimming pools not deep and big size. Water park!!. big kids club. Amazing kids activities from 10 AM to 6 PM. marvelous night shows and at excellent time 9 PM. very good food and amazing variety. Our daougter had mouth, feet and mouth virus last two days (as expected) but was not bad. i saw that the hotel is doing the best to keep everything clean. Hand high everywhere. But big number of guests make it sometimes difficult. Buffet food restaurants not excellent, but acceptable. Dinner restaurants with reservation are excellent.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Grandes vacances !

C'était notre deuxième séjour au Grand Bahia. Nous l'avons encore une fois adoré ! La nourriture est excellente, le choix est varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. La partie la plus agréable de la plage est un peu plus loin, mais avec toute la nourriture et les boissons, c'est une belle promenade et l'exercice est bienvenu ! La station a besoin de quelques améliorations, mais ils y travaillent lentement. Les terrains sont bien entretenus et la station est très propre. Great Vacation!! This was our second time staying at the Grand Bahia. Loved is once again! Food is great, variety to choose from, something for everyone. The nicer part of the beach is a little farther, but with all the food and drink it's a nice walk and the exercise is welcomed! The resorts needs a few upgrades, but they are working on this slowly. The grounds are well maintained and resort is very clean. The staff in all areas were awesome, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Moins bien qu'avant

Pour être aussi brève que possible, je dirai que je suis allée 7 fois au Bahia Principe Resort à Punta Cana. J'ai séjourné sept fois au complexe Bahia Principe de Punta Cana. La dernière fois, c'était il y a 5 ans. Je me rends compte que beaucoup de choses ont changé avec l'ajout de l'Ambar et du Fantasia, mais l'Aquamarine (anciennement vert) s'est dégradé à certains égards. Nous avons eu beaucoup de problèmes avec notre chambre. La serrure était cassée (la chaîne), notre douche avait un écoule [... lire plus]ment lent et c'était dégoûtant la façon dont l'eau s'accumulait dans la douche. Notre climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas très bien (par rapport à nos amis au bout du couloir) ils nous ont collé face à un autre resort. Je leur avais envoyé un courriel 3 semaines avant notre arrivée. J'ai demandé des réservations pour le dîner (que nous avons reçues), donc c'était génial. La nourriture était aussi bonne que d'habitude. Le nouveau bar sportif était génial. J'ai également demandé une chambre contiguë avec nos amis qui fêtaient leur lune de miel. Je le leur ai rappelé à plusieurs reprises et je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de penser qu'ils n'en avaient pas conscience parce qu'ils sont un couple de même sexe. J'ai fêté mon anniversaire et mon anniversaire de mariage et ils ont reconnu les deux. Une pancarte sur la porte, une baignoire remplie de pétales de roses, mais le problème, c'est que l'eau de la baignoire fuyait, alors ça n'a pas marché. L'idée était sympa. À un moment donné, ils sont allés plus loin et maintenant il semble qu'ils essaient d'encourager les gens à payer pour être surclassés. Ce qui, étant donné que j'avais été là tant de fois, nous aurions dû, à mon avis, être surclassés. 2 hommes que j'ai rencontrés ont été surclassés la première fois qu'ils ont été là ever.... il n'y avait aucune appréciation que nous sommes retournés et pris des amis. La piscine principale était sale. Pas une seule fois je n'ai senti l'odeur du chlore. Je possède une piscine, on peut sentir le chlore. J'ai eu des problèmes avec ça. Une substance noire s'accumule tout autour du périmètre de la piscine. Ils en enlèvent une partie mais pas la totalité. Notre barman Andres était formidable. Les personnes qui travaillent au bar de la piscine, en particulier celles qui se promènent, étaient fantastiques, je les ai adorées ! Je suis allé à la plage une fois. D'habitude, j'adore la plage, mais là, c'était sale. Il y a une odeur d'égout qui flotte dans l'air à différents endroits de la station. Cela ne m'a pas plu. En fin de compte, nous avons passé un bon moment malgré tout L'équipe d'animation était formidable ! Les jeux de piscine étaient tellement amusants (quand ils décidaient de suivre le programme) Dans l'ensemble, j'ai décidé que j'emmènerai mes affaires ailleurs. Il y a de bien meilleures stations.

Not as good as it once was To make it as brief as I can. I have been to the Bahia Principe resort in Punta Cana 7 times. The last time was 5 years ago. I realize a lot has changed with the addition of Ambar & Fantasia but the Aquamarine (previously green) has gone down hill in some ways. We had a lot of issues with our room. The lock was broken (the chain) our shower had a slow drain and it was gross the way the water built up from the shower. Our air conditioner didn’t work very well (compared to our friends down the hall) they stuck us facing another resort. I had emailed them 3 weeks before we were arriving. I requested dinner reservations (which we received) so that was great. The food was Good as it ever was. The new sports bar was awesome. I also requested a adjoining room with our friends who were celebrating their honeymoon. I reminded them of this several occasions and couldn’t help that because they are a same sex couple it wasn’t acknowledged by them. I celebrated my birthday and wedding anniversary and they acknowledged both. Sign on the door, bath tub filled with rose petals but the problem is the tub leaked out the water so that didn’t work out. The thought was nice. At one time they went beyond and now it appears like they’re trying to promote people to pay to upgrade. Which since I had been there so many times we should have in my opinion been upgraded. 2 males I met were upgraded first time there ever.... there was no appreciation that we went back and took friends. The main pool was dirty. Not once did I smell chlorine. I own a pool, you can smell chlorine. I had issues with that. Black stuff builds up all around the perimeter of the pool. They scrub some of It off but not all. Our bartender Andres was amazing. The people working at the pool bar especially the ones walking around were fantastic I loved them! I went to the beach once. Usually I love the beach but it felt dirty. There is a smell of sewage wafting in the air in different spots of the resort. That didn’t set well with me. In the end we had a good Time despite everything. entertainment team was amazing! Pool games were so much fun (when they decided to follow the schedule) Overall I decided that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There’s far better resorts.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Un centre de villégiature incroyable !

Le temps passé là-bas a été extraordinaire ! Toutes les personnes qui y travaillaient étaient si amicales et accueillantes ! J'y retournerais sans aucun doute ! Les services étaient de grande qualité et l'environnement était toujours à son meilleur !

Incredible Resort! The time spent there was amazing! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and welcoming! Would definitely go back again! The services were of great quality and the environment was always at its best!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Belle station balnéaire, bonne nourriture, propre

Nous avions demandé à réserver à Bavaro et nous nous sommes retrouvés à Puntacana. Le personnel a été très gentil et nous a permis de rejoindre le reste de la famille à Bavaro. Mais attention aux objets dans la chambre, le maillot de ma fille a été volé dans notre chambre. Nous avons demandé à vérifier le ménage et le service clientèle pour voir s'il n'avait pas été sorti par erreur avec la blanchisserie. Cependant, après plusieurs appels et une enquête en personne, on nous a dit qu'ils ne pou [... lire plus]vaient pas le trouver. Il a une valeur sentimentale pour ma fille. Je n'irai plus jamais dans ce magasin. Je suis étonné de voir qu'ils n'ont retenu que ce maillot. C'était 49er kaeper Nick maillot elle semble l'avoir avec elle partout où elle va. Happen juste rejoindre le club preivelage le même jour itâ €™s une honte.

Nice resort good food clean We ask to book at Bavaro ended up somehow at puntacana. Staff was nice to accommodate us to join rest of family at Bavaro. But be aware of things in room, my daughter jersey got stolen from our room. We ask to check housekeeping and through guest services to see if it was taken out by mistake with laundry. How ever after several calls and in person inquiry we were told they can’t find it. It has a sentimental value to my daughter. I will never go there again. I m amazed how they single out just that jersey. It was 49er kaeper Nick jersey she seems to have it with her everywhere she goes. Happen to just join the preivelage club same day it’s a shame.

L'hôtel est bien, j'adore le hall d'entrée qui est si joli. La nourriture est bonne, les choses sont bonnes, pourquoi n'est-elle pas géniale ? Notre chambre avait des fourmis 🜠minuscules 🜠que vous ne savez jamais si elles vont dans vos oreilles ðŸ'' pendant que vous dormez (effrayant), ils étaient partout dans la chambre même dans le lit. La climatisation ne fonctionne dans aucune partie de l'hôtel, c'est vraiment idiot Quand ils étaient allumés, il était réglé à 30 degrés, comme omg vous  [... lire plus]êtes fous ou quoi ?

Good but not great The resort is good, i love the lobby are so pretty. The food is good, stuff is good, why is not great? Our room had ants 🐜 tiny ants 🐜 that you never know if they are going into your ears 👂 while sleeping (creepy), they were everywhere in the room even in bed. The AC don’t work in any part of the hotel, how silly this is? When they were on, it was set at 30 degrees, like omg are you guys crazy or what?

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Fantasia Bahia Principe

La nourriture était très bonne. L'hôtel était correct. Les chambres ont un aspect vieillot et ne sont pas très propres. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien et j'ai appelé la réception deux fois. J'ai essayé de changer de chambre mais ils n'ont pas voulu. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre compte tenu de la chaleur extérieure. J'ai trouvé que c'était cher pour le prix.

The food was very good. The hotel was ok. Rooms look dated and was not that clean. The air condition was not working very well and called the reception twice. I tried to change rooms but they would not allow it. It was hot in the room considering how hot it was outside. I found it expensive for the price.

L'hôtel était très bien ! Les chambres ont été nettoyées à temps. J'ai pris 3 dîners à la carte et j'en ai été très satisfait. Le buffet était de la nourriture de buffet, rien de spécial. Le service était très bon et les gens très serviables et amicaux. La station de multipropriété était pleine sur la station, mais nous ne sommes pas du tout poussé si pas intéressé. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir pu séjourner à Coba.

Great resort Hotel was great! Rooms were cleaned on time. Had 3 a la carte dinners and were very happy with. Buffet was buffet food nothing to special. Service was very good and people very helpful and friendly. Timeshare resort was full out on resort but we're not pushy at all if not interested. Very happy that we got to stay at Coba.

Bahia Principe Escape Samana: Excellente station

L'hôtel était excellent. Le service était excellent, le personnel extraordinaire, la nourriture remarquable. Le personnel est très attentif aux clients. Votre verre de vin n'est jamais vide, un serveur est là pour vous demander si vous en voulez plus avant de prendre la dernière gorgée. La nourriture était exceptionnelle. La meilleure que j'aie jamais mangée dans un complexe hôtelier. Le restaurant Rodizio (barbecue brésilien) était fantastique. Le buffet était également fantastique. Beaucoup  [... lire plus]de fruits de mer et cuits à la perfection. La plage était plus petite, mais très propre avec de l'eau propre. Pas de problème pour trouver une chaise longue avec un parasol. Pas d'attente au bar de la plage. Les chambres étaient très belles et bien entretenues. Les animations nocturnes étaient bonnes - généralement des danseurs ou de la musique autour de la piscine ou dans le hall. Il s'agit d'un petit centre de villégiature, plus calme. Il n'y avait pas de longues files d'attente pour la nourriture, les boissons ou quoi que ce soit d'autre. Nous reviendrons certainement ici.

Excellent resort Resort was excellent. Service was great, staff amazing, food outstanding. Staff very attentive to the guests. Your wine glass is never empty, a server is there asking if you would like more before you take last sip. Food was outstanding. The best I have had at any resort. The Rodizio restaurant (Brazillian BBQ) was fantastic. Buffet was also fantastic. Lots of seafood and cooked perfectly. Beach was smaller, but very clean with clean water. No issue finding lounge chair with umbrella. No wait at beach bar. Rooms were very nice and well kept. Nightly entertainment was good - usually dancers or music around pool or in lobby. This is a small, quieter resort. There were no long lines to wait in for food, drink or anything else. We would definitely come here again.

Très propre et bon service. Personnel formidable. Très agréable. 6 restaurants au choix. J'ai eu droit à du homard à volonté un jour. Très bonne animation tous les soirs .plus d'animation après 10h30 à Punta cana.seulement 5 minutes de trajet.trajet disponible toutes les 5 minutes.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Un moment fantastique !

Cet hôtel et les hôtels environnants sont extraordinaires. Le service était excellent et il y avait beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. Vous pouvez aller dans d'autres complexes hôteliers car leurs buffets étaient fantastiques ! Réservez vos réservations pour le dîner à l'avance car il’s difficile d'obtenir.

Fantastic time! This hotel and the surrounding hotels are amazing. The service was great and there was lots to see and do. You can go to other hotel resorts as their buffets were fantastic! Book your dinner reservations ahead of time as it’s difficult to get.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Excellent centre de villégiature

C'était un lieu de séjour extraordinaire.Ça vaut la peine de revenir.J'adore les piscines et la plage.Belle ambiance pour se détendre.La nourriture était excellente.Les serveurs sont gentils, certains sont drôles et blagueurs.Les animations nocturnes étaient aussi incroyables.

Excellent Resort It was an amazing place to stay.Worth to visit again.I love the pools and the beach.Nice ambiance for relaxing.Food was excellent.Waiters are nice some are funny and jokers.Night entertainment was amazing too.

Le terrain est magnifique, les divertissements sont excellents, la nourriture est un peu supérieure à la moyenne. Il n'y a pas assez de restaurants à la carte pour satisfaire le nombre de personnes. Nous faisions partie du groupe Royal mais nous n'avons pu obtenir qu'un seul restaurant à la carte. La plage est artificielle et le sable a besoin d'être rechargé - cela a été très évident lorsque nous avons subi de fortes pluies. Le personnel est très accommodant, à l'exception de la réception.  [... lire plus] Les chambres sont propres mais ont l'air fatiguées. Le service de nettoyage est excellent. Revenons à la réception. Nous avons eu un problème avec des invités arrivant de Kingston pour notre cérémonie. Mon mari a négocié le prix de la chambre et a proposé de payer des frais de réservation parce qu'il voulait s'assurer que nous étions d'accord. Il y est retourné 15 minutes plus tard et la salle avait été vendue. Nous étions tellement contrariés que nos invités ont dû retourner à Kingston, ce qui les a obligés à partir plus tôt et à manquer le reste de notre célébration - personne ne s'en est soucié ou n'a semblé en être responsable. Renewal of Vows Grounds beautiful - entertainment great - food a bit above average. Not enough A La Carte restaurants to accommodate amount of people. We were part of the Royal group but could only get one a la carte. Beach is man made and sand needs to be topped up - this was very evident when we experienced heavy rainfalls. Staff very accommodating except for the front desk. Rooms are clean but tired looking. Maid service awesome. Let me go back to the front desk. We had an issue with guests arriving from Kingston for our ceremony. My husband negotiated a price for the room, offered to put down a holding fee, because he wanted to confirm with me that we were in agreement. He went back 15 minutes later and they had sold the room. We were so upset, our guests had to go back to Kingston, which meant that they had to leave early and missed the rest of our celebration - no one cared or seemed to be accountable. Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Chambres agréables couloirs sales

Les chambres sont charmantes mais certaines femmes du personnel ont de l'adittude, les serveurs ne sont pas attentifs à offrir de l'eau, la nourriture est excellente au buffet, la plage beaucoup de rochers, la chambre au bord de la piscine pour laquelle j'ai été surclassée était pleine de moustiques, j'ai donc dû retourner dans une chambre qui donnait sur le parking non rénové. Ce complexe n'est pas du tout 5 étoiles.

Nice rooms dirty hallways The rooms are lovely but some of the lady staff have adittude waiters not attentive to offer water, food is great at the buffet, beach alot or rocks, poolside room that I was upgraded to was full of mosiqutos so had to go back to a room facing the unrenovated parking lot. This resort is not 5 star at all.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: C'EST UNE TRÈS BONNE STATION POUR LA FAMILLE

L'HÔTEL EST PAS MAL, PAS BIEN EN ÉTÉ, LE VENTILATEUR AU PLAFOND N'EST PAS SUFFISANT POUR RAFRAÎCHIR LA CHAMBRE. ASSEZ LOIN DE LA PLAGE, BESOIN DE PLUS DE TROLLEY, POUR ALLER OÙ L'ON VEUT, L'ATTENTE EST LONGUE.

IT IS A VERY GOOD RESORT FOR FAMILY HOTEL IS NOT BAD, NOT GOOD ON SUMMER TIME, CEILING FAN IS NOT ENOUGH TO COOL THE ROOM. QUITE FAR FROM THE BEACH, NEED MORE TROLLEY, TO GO WHEREVER YOU WANT, WAITING FOR A RIDE IS TIME CONSUMING.
