Poolside service was always great Grounds very clean Food was very good Cons: not a “true” adults only when adults from the ziva can come over too 4 of 6 restaurants were on the family side, which meant children at those dinners Our bed was not a king as booked - they tried to tell me it was but we’ve stayed at 6 adults only resorts in Jamaica and always had a king bed No buffet on adult side Evening entertainment was lacking For us, we expected to go to the family side only by choice not in order to enjoy most of the amenities We made the most of it and enjoyed ourselves but, if you’re expecting an adults only hotel this is not the one for you

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Un centre de villégiature génial !

Grâce à Nicole Deforest de Trip Central, notre voyage a été parfait. Depuis la réservation jusqu'à la descente de l'avion à Calgary. Tout s'est déroulé sans problème. Cet hôtel est l'un de nos préférés, vous payez peut-être un peu plus cher mais cela en vaut la peine. Lors de l'enregistrement, nous avons été accueillis avec un verre de champagne et un gant de toilette. L'enregistrement a duré environ 2 minutes et nos bagages étaient déjà dans notre chambre. La chambre était très propre et un  [... lire plus]certificat a été apposé sur la porte d'entrée pour nous indiquer qu'elle avait été désinfectée. C'était très réconfortant. Tout le personnel devait porter des masques de protection et nettoyait en permanence les chaises, les tables et même la piscine. La qualité de la nourriture dans tous les restaurants était 5 étoiles et nous avons vraiment eu du mal à décider où prendre notre prochain repas....lol... vraiment ! Oui, nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous y retournerons .....SOON !

Awesome Resort! Thanks to Nicole Deforest from Trip Central our trip was Perfect. From the time we booked till the time we got off the plane in Calgary. Everything went very smooth. This Hotel is one of our favorite's, you may pay a little more but its certainly worth it. When we checked in we were greeted with a glass of Champaign and a wash cloth. Check in took about 2 minutes, our bags were at our room by they time we got there. The room was very clean and a certificate was tapped to the entrance door letting us know that it had been sanitized. That was very comforting. All the staff were required to wear face masks and they were continually whipping down and cleaning chairs, tables and even the pool. The food quality in all the restaurant's were 5 star and we really had difficulty deciding where to eat our next meal....lol... really! Yes we would recommend this Hotel and Yes we will be returning .....SOON!

Nous avons réservé ce voyage environ 2 semaines avant la date de départ et il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'options disponibles. Ash nous a recommandé ce centre de villégiature, nous a aidés à faire la réservation immédiatement et nous a conseillés sur les étapes nécessaires (y compris Covid) avant le départ. Le centre de villégiature était très bien et nous avons apprécié nos vacances.

Great resort & relaxing time Thanks, Ash Faramarzi, from Tripcentral for your recommendation of Hyatt Resort, near Montego Bay. We booked this trip about 2 weeks before the departure date and there were not too many options available. Ash recommended us this resort, helped us with the booking immediately, and advised us on the necessary steps (including Covid) before departure. I was impressed with the services provided and now, after returning from Jamaica, I liked his recommendation. The resort was great and we enjoyed our vacation.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Le personnel est formidable !

C'était génial de voyager à Cancun et chaque détail, de la nourriture, du service et des détails comme la vue sur la cabane au bord de la piscine étaient tous 5 étoiles au Hyatt Zilara ! J'ai hâte d'y retourner en octobre !

The staff were AWESOME! It was so great to travel to Cancun and every last detail, from the food, the service and the details like cabana view at poolside were all 5 stars at the Hyatt Zilara! Can’t wait to go again in Oct!

Dreams Rose Hall: Grand parc aquatique

Le terrain est magnifique mais le complexe est très petit. La plage est rocheuse et il y a de grosses vagues. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Le quatrième jour, on nous a proposé de nous installer à l'Iberostar. L'hôtel était bien meilleur et nous n'avons pas eu à payer de supplément. L'Iberostar était extraordinaire

Great Waterpark The grounds were beautiful but the resort is very small. Beach is rocky and big waves. Ai conditioning didn't work. we were offered on our fourth day to relocate to the Iberostar. Much better resort and we were not charged anything extra. Iberostar was amazing

Jewel Paradise Cove: Emplacement Emplacement

Jewel Paradise Cove est un complexe hôtelier établi sur un site de premier ordre à Runaway Bay. Les terrains sont bien entretenus. Les bâtiments ont été rénovés. Il y a de nombreux endroits où se restaurer. Bons divertissements. Bonne sécurité. Personnel sympathique. Covid a ralenti le service des buffets, mais ils s'adaptent et restent prudents. Merveilleuse escapade pour les snowbirds.

Location Location Jewel paradise cove is an established resort set on a prime site on Runaway Bay. The grounds are well taken care of. The buildings have had upgrades. There are a variety of places to eat. Good entertainment. Good security. Friendly staff. Covid has made serving buffet food slower but they cope and stay on the safe side. Wonderful getaway for snowbirds.

Disappointing expectations The biggest disappointment is the absence of the beach,which you only realize when you get there, because the pictures on the website shows beautiful stretch of beach,but in reality there is no beach.The next disappointment is the smell from the seaweed.Third disappointment is long drive with multiple stops from and to the resort/airport.The next disappointment is the size of the place,it is advertised as a resort,but In reality it is not a size of resort,but a hotel.

C'était notre première fois au Hilton de Playa Del Carmen. Nous y étions pour "Departure", qui devait être un festival de 5 jours. L'événement a été annulé et nous n'avons pas eu d'autre choix que de profiter de l'hôtel et d'autres expériences locales. Nous sommes tristes de savoir que ceux qui ont acheté des forfaits par l'intermédiaire de Departure ont été remboursés de l'intégralité de leur billet et du montant du séjour, mais nous n'avons pas été remboursés puisque nous avions réservé séparé [... lire plus]ment. Je vais demander à Trip Central de se pencher sur la question et de voir si nous pouvons au moins récupérer quelque chose puisque nous étions là pour cet événement Cependant, le Hilton offre tout ce que vous recherchez pour une expérience adulte. La nourriture et les restaurants étaient de loin parmi les meilleurs que l'on puisse trouver. Toutes les options de fruits de mer étaient excellentes. La piscine était toujours propre et les animations étaient parfois lentes et s'adressaient à un public un peu plus âgé, mais en fin de compte, c'est ce que vous en faites en participant. C'est un complexe en bord de mer qui propose toutes les activités : jet ski, parachute ascensionnel, bateau banane, plongée sous-marine et bien d'autres choses encore, le tout sur la plage. L'une de mes expériences préférées est le service d'étage 24 heures sur 24 pour la nourriture. Cela permet à tout le monde de manger dans son propre confort tout en faisant attention au covid-19. L'accès à la station a été facile et la sortie de l'aéroport s'est déroulée sans encombre. Aucun test n'a été exigé pour entrer dans le pays. J'ai passé un excellent moment et je recommande à tous ceux qui hésitent de réserver et de vivre l'expérience, car il s'agit d'un endroit unique en son genre.

Amazing Resort Experience! This was our first time at the Hilton in Playa Del Carmen. We were there for "Departure", which was supposed to be a 5 day festival. The event was cancelled and we had no choice but to ultimately enjoy the resort and other local experience. We are sad to know that those who bought packages through Departure were refunded their full ticket and resort amounts but we did not since it was booked seperately. I will he asking Trip Central to look into this and see if we can at least get something back since we were there for this event However, the Hilton offers everything you are looking for from an adult experience. The food and restaurants were hands down some of the best you can get. All seafood options were top notch. The pool was always kept clean and the love entertainment were slow at times and cater to a bit of an older crowd but in the end it's what you make of it by participating. This is a full beach front resort which has all activities from Jet Skiing l, parasailing, banana boating, scuba diving and much more all on the beach. One of my favourites experiences is the 24 hour room service for food. This allows anyone and everyone to eat in their own comfort while also being cautious of covid-19. Getting to the resort was easy and getting out of the airport was seemless. There were no tests required to enter the country. Great time and I would recommend anyone who is on the fence to book and get your experience as this is def a one of a kind.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Grande période

Nous avons été très impressionnés - le complexe est impeccablement entretenu - les employés sont tellement formidables - tout le monde est amical et serviable. Ils rendent votre séjour extraordinaire. La nourriture était excellente - la plage est plus petite mais très calme, donc si vous avez des problèmes d'équilibre, vous n'aurez pas à vous battre contre les vagues, même si c'est un jour de drapeau rouge. Apportez un peu de pain dans l'eau et vous serez entouré de magnifiques poissons. Les cha [... lire plus]mbres étaient propres et modernes. Ma seule suggestion est de reconsidérer la musique du soir - c'est très reggae et pop, ce qui est bien, mais ce serait bien d'avoir une option moins forte - ils devraient proposer du jazz ou du piano bar au sommet du restaurant italien. Si vous ne recherchez pas une longue plage, je vous recommande ce complexe.

Great Time We were very impressed- resort is immaculately groomed on grounds - the employees are sooo great - everyone friendly and helpful . They make your stay amazing. Food was great - beach is smaller but very calm so if any balance issues your not fighting waves even on a rough red flag day . Bring a bit of bread into water and you will be surrounded by beautiful fish . Rooms were clean and up to date . My only suggestion is they reconsider the music in the evening - it’s very reggae and pop which is great but would be nice to have a lower key option - they should offer jazz or piano bar at top of Italian restaurant.The majority of guests are 40 plus . Some nights just wanting to chill - I find this a issue with most resorts - if your not looking for a long beach then I would recommend this resort .

Du service exceptionnel à la nourriture extraordinaire, ce complexe hôtelier est honnêtement l'un des meilleurs que mon partenaire et moi ayons connus. Nous avons visité un certain nombre de complexes hôteliers tout compris, mais celui-ci place définitivement la barre plus haut ! Le complexe est magnifiquement conçu et très spacieux ! Les options pour la nourriture étaient presque infinies avec environ 10 restaurants parmi lesquels choisir, sans compter le buffet ! La plage est magnifique et le  [... lire plus]personnel fait un excellent travail pour minimiser l'accumulation d'algues. Ils proposent également des tests de pcr sur place, avec un processus très fluide. Enfin, le personnel était extrêmement courtois et attentif aux détails ! Ils ont probablement été le point fort de ce voyage. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais sans hésiter ce voyage à toute personne désireuse de vivre une expérience extraordinaire !

Amazing Resort! From the exceptional service to the amazing food, this resort/hotel was honestly one of the best my partner and I have experienced. We’ve been to quite a few all inclusive resorts but this definitely raises the bar! The resort was beautifully designed and very spacious! The options for food were almost endless with about 10 restaurants to choose from and not including the buffet! The beach was awesome and the staff do a really good job at minimizing sea weed build up. They also provide onsite pcr testing with a very smooth process. Last but not least, the staff were extremely courteous and attentive to detail! They were probably the biggest highlight of this trip. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

Nous revenons d'une semaine fabuleuse dans ce centre de villégiature. L'hôtel et le terrain étaient en parfait état et le protocole Covid a dépassé nos attentes. Ils ont pris grand soin de veiller à la sécurité de leurs employés et de leurs clients. Le port de masques était obligatoire dans tout le complexe, les serveurs portant des lunettes de protection, un écran facial et un masque. Fantastic vacation! We just returned from a fabulous week at this resort. The hotel and grounds were kept in pristine condition and the Covid protocol went above and beyond our expectations. They took great care to ensure that both their employees and guests are kept safe. The wearing of masks was compulsory throughout the whole resort, with the servers wearing goggles, a face screen and a mask. Hand sanitizer stations were in abundance and they had an attendant sanitizing the buttons on the elevator. The food was amazing and the Jamaican people were warm, friendly and accommodating, as always. We would definitely stay at this hotel again 😊

La nourriture était excellente ! Le service était excellent. Les activités étaient excellentes. Je me suis bien amusé. J'ai aimé le toboggan de la piscine, mais la prochaine fois, je ne choisirais pas un hôtel avec un parc aquatique uniquement parce que j'ai des problèmes de mobilité. Même si c'était très amusant. Vous n'avez même pas besoin de quitter le complexe parce qu'il y a tellement de choses à manger, à boire et à faire. Proche de l'aéroport. C'était génial.

Amazing resort! Food was excellent! Service was excellent. Activities were great. I had fun. I liked the slide in the pool but next time wouldn’t focus on a hotel with a water park only because I have mobility issues. Although it was very fun. U don’t even have to leave the resort because there’s so much to eat, drink and do. Close to airport. It was great there.

Le personnel du site était génial, la nourriture était la meilleure de toutes les stations où j'ai été. Un grand coup de chapeau à @Berto @Sergio pour s'être amusé et avoir été si accommodant tout le temps, c'était vraiment une joie de passer du temps avec eux. Un appel à tout le personnel qui travaille sans relâche pour s'assurer que les terrains à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur sont propres et sains pour tout le monde. Je suis un client fidèle.

The n site staff were awesome, the food was the best or any resort I've been to. Big call out to @Berto @Sergio for providing fun and being so accommodating all the time they truly were a joy to spend time with. A call out to all the staff that work tirelessly to make sure the grounds inside and outside are clean and kept healthy for everyone. Definitely a repeat customer here.

Your home away from home! Spent 10 days at Panama Jack Resort Playa del Carmen and wish we would have booked longer. From the moment we arrived everyone welcomed us like we were family. Another great holiday at this resort! Great hotel with lovely grounds and amazing facilities. Food in all restaurants top quality but we especially love the golf club restaurant. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. Arlene in the golf club restaurant is such an asset to the resort. Thanks! We will be back!

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Merveilleux avec quelque chose pour tout le monde

L'hôtel est, en un mot, magnifique. Une entrée grandiose s'ouvre sur un hall moderne et efficace, puis sur un vaste salon, entouré de boutiques, de cafés et d'un bar. Le point fort de l'hôtel est le café Aroma, où vous pourrez déguster un cappuccino ou une glace. C'est là que se dérouleront les divertissements nocturnes, avec de nombreuses places assises, un service attentif et une brise aérée. Cela dit, la première moitié de notre semaine, les spectacles se déroulaient sur la pelouse centr [... lire plus]ale et étaient tout aussi agréables - l'équipe de divertissement du complexe est extrêmement talentueuse, la meilleure que j'aie jamais vue. La chambre était grande, propre et bien aménagée, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin et plus encore. Cela inclut un mini-réfrigérateur bien approvisionné, des produits de bain Crabtree and Evelyn et un service de préparation au coucher. Mais parlons de la Magic Box. Le service en chambre, mais sans l'interaction. Vous pouvez commander à partir d'une tablette dans la chambre et votre nourriture et/ou boisson est livrée à un "dumbwaiter" auquel vous accédez dans votre chambre. C'est ainsi que nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners la plupart du temps et c'était merveilleux ! Le terrain est magnifique, bien entretenu sans aucun doute, mais je pense que le détail le plus agréable est qu'il y a un peu de tout. Jardin, plage, piscine, spa, terrasse, tennis, salle de sport, piscine de plongée, etc. Tout était impeccable. Nous avons préféré ce que nous avons appelé la piscine tranquille, mais la piscine principale était hoppin’. Beaucoup d'amusement et de frivolité, un bon moment passé par tous ! Les restaurants étaient délicieux et élevés, même les patios décontractés en bord de mer. Les restaurants les plus appréciés sont Pelicanos pour le déjeuner et Maria Marie pour le dîner.

Wonderful with Something for Everyone The hotel is, in a word, beautiful. A grand entrance opens up to a modern and efficient lobby and then an expansive lounge, surrounded by shops, cafes and a bar. A highlight, the Aroma Cafe where you can get a cappuccino or a gelato. This is where your nightly entertainment will occur - with plenty of seating, attentive service and an open airy breeze. That said, the first half of our week, the shows were on the central lawn which were equally enjoyable - the entertainment team at the resort are extremely talented, best I have seen. The room was large, clean and well appointed with everything you need and more. This includes a well stocked mini fridge, Crabtree and Evelyn bath products, and turn down service. But let’s talk about the Magic Box. AKA room service but without the interaction. You can order from an in room tablet and your food and/or drink is delivered to a “dumbwaiter” you access in your room. This is how we enjoyed our breakfasts most days and it was marvellous! The grounds are stunning, well kept without question, but I think the nicest detail is there is a little bit of everything. Garden, beach, pool, spa, terrace, tennis, gym, dive pool, etc. Everything/everywhere was immaculate. We preferred what we called the tranquil pool but the main pool was hoppin’. Lots of fun and frivolity, a good time had by all! The restaurants were delightful and elevated, even the laid back beachfront patios. Stand outs include Pelicanos for lunch and Maria Marie for dinner.

Sanctuary Cap Cana Luxury Collection Adults Resort: Beautiful Resort

Nous sommes très reconnaissants d'avoir séjourné au Sanctuary Cap Cana. L'établissement était d'une grande beauté ! Ils ont accédé à nos demandes la plupart du temps et nous ont aidés pour chaque détail. La nourriture était excellente, les chambres étaient immenses et confortables. Nous avions une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Nous avons eu une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

We are so thankful we stayed at Sanctuary Cap Cana. The resort was filled with beauty! They accommodated our requests most of the time and helped us with every detail. The food was excellent, the rooms were huge and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the ocean. Thank you.

Ce centre de villégiature était de premier ordre. Le service, la beauté des chambres et du terrain ont dépassé nos attentes. Les restaurants étaient merveilleux et le personnel exceptionnel. Le meilleur café et magasin de glaces. C'était juste la bonne taille, ni trop grand, ni trop petit. Si vous cherchez à vous détendre et à vous faire dorloter, c'est l'endroit idéal !

Exceptional Resort This Resort was top notch. From the service, beautiful rooms and grounds this Resort exceeded our expectations. The restaurants were wonderful and the staff were exceptional. Best coffee and ice cream shop. It was just the right size not too big and not too small. If you are looking for relaxation and pampering this is the place to go!

Je vais au DR depuis plus de trente ans et c'est le meilleur endroit où nous ayons jamais été. La nourriture était délicieuse et le service du personnel fantastique. La vue depuis notre chambre était fantastique. Le trajet en bus vers et depuis le complexe n'a duré que dix minutes, le plus court que nous ayons connu jusqu'à présent. Aucun bracelet n'était nécessaire et nous avons pu entrer dans n'importe quel restaurant sans réservation.

Amazing resort Have been going to the DR for over thirty years and this was the best place we have ever been at. The food was delicious and service by the staff fantastic. The view from our room was fantastic. The bus ride to and from the resort was only ten minutes , the shortest we have experienced to date. No wristbands required and could walk in to any restaurant with out any reservations.

The staff from room service, housekeeping and food services where absolutely fantastic. There were 11 of us for my wife’s 60th birthday and we had a party in the Brazilian Steakhouse and the staff was amazing this was our second visit to Panama Jacks in as many years. Truly a delight.
