Superbe vue sur l'océan depuis la piscine à débordement

Les piscines et le terrain étaient très bien entretenus. La piscine à débordement et la vue sur l'océan étaient impressionnantes ! La vue sur la formation rocheuse de Land's End dans l'océan est superbe. L'hôtel était présent lors d'une tempête tropicale après l'ouragan Sandra, et tout a été très bien géré. Incroyable de voir la plage emportée par les flots sur une longueur de 10 à 15 mètres ! Les maîtres-nageurs nous ont empêchés d'aller dans l'océan lorsque c'était dangereux, ce qui était très [... lire plus] bien. La nourriture était correcte, la plupart des buffets étant assez gras, comme d'habitude. On nous avait promis un nombre illimité de restaurants, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous n'avons pu réserver que pour nos deux derniers jours. Après quelques jours, nous avons pu obtenir une réservation pour deux jours supplémentaires, mais deux des restaurants étaient de toute façon très décevants - la même nourriture que le buffet ou presque. Le restaurant italien était le meilleur. Nous avons dû demander que le climatiseur et le coffre-fort de notre chambre soient réparés à notre arrivée, mais ils l'ont été rapidement. Il est assez facile de trouver des places assises aux piscines, même en milieu de journée.

Great ocean view from infinity pool The pools and grounds were very well kept. The infinity pool and ocean view were awesome! The view of the Land's End rock formation in the ocean is great to see. Was there during a tropical storm after Hurricane Sandra, and everything was dealt with very well. Amazing to see 20-30 ft of beach washed away! Lifeguards kept us out of the ocean when it was dangerous, which was great. Food was okay, most of the buffet food is pretty greasy, as usual. Restaurants were promised to be "unlimited" but when we arrived we could only book for our last two days. After a few days, we were able to get a reservation for two additional days, but two of the restaurants were very disappointing anyway - same food as the buffet almost. The Italian restaurant was the best. Had to ask for the air conditioner and safe in our room to be fixed upon arrival, but they were fixed promptly. Fairly easy to find seating at the pools, even mid-day.

Un centre de villégiature amusant, propre et génial !

L'hôtel était très amusant, très propre et le personnel très sympathique. La nourriture et les boissons étaient également délicieuses ! Je me suis beaucoup amusée et j'y retournerai sans aucun doute ! Les chambres étaient spacieuses et l'agencement du complexe était bien pensé. Il est également très proche de la ville.

Fun, clean and awesome resort! Resort was super fun, it was very clean and had friendly staff. Food and drinks were tasty too! I had a lot of fun and will definitely be going back! Rooms were spacious and the layout of the resort was well planned out. It's very close to the city too.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Les équipements de l'hôtel étaient de premier ordre : 2 superbes piscines, de nombreux bars, une nourriture excellente à la carte et au buffet, un personnel amical et serviable. Les seuls inconvénients étaient plusieurs guêpes pendant la journée autour du bar et les vagues à la plage étaient agitées avec un puissant bateau en remorque.

Great resort for the price The resort amenities were top notch; 2 amazing pool areas, ample bars, excellent food at the a la carte & buffet, friendly and helpful staff. Only draw backs were several wasps during the day around the bar and the waves at the beach were rough with a powerful under tow.

Superbe complexe hôtelier, personnel formidable

Nous avons séjourné au Riu Santa Fe et nous nous sommes tous beaucoup amusés, dans un environnement si énergique ! Nous avons également fait des excursions avec Cabo Aventures, une entreprise fantastique. Ils avaient une excellente organisation et s'assuraient toujours que tout le monde était satisfait. Je recommande vivement cette société.

Great resort wonderful staff We stayed at the Riu Santa Fe and we all had so much fun, such an energetic environment! We also did some excursions with cabo adventures what a fantastic company. They had great organization and and always made sure everyone was satisfied. I definite recommend their company.

Beautiful Resort

Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était propre, les piscines étaient agréables et le personnel était sympathique ! Les points négatifs pour moi étaient sans aucun doute la nourriture et l'alcool. Ils avaient une variété, mais personnellement je n'étais pas fan. Je ne me sentais pas bien pendant la majeure partie de la semaine. Un autre point négatif que j'ai trouvé est la plage. Les gens sont autorisés à vendre des souvenirs et sont assez agressifs, ce qui fait qu'il est difficile de se promener et de pr [... lire plus]ofiter de la vue sans se faire crier dessus et sans se sentir en danger.

Overall the hotel was clean, pools were nice and the staff was friendly! Negatives for me was definitely the food/alcohol. They had a variety however personally I was not a fan. I didn't feel good the majority of the week. one other negative I found was the beach. People were allowed to sell souvenirs and are quite aggressive making it hard to walk and enjoy the view without being shouted at and feeling unsafe.

C'est un lieu de villégiature magnifique

Cet hôtel est très bien entretenu et propre. Les chambres sont superbes. Le service était excellent et le personnel très heureux et serviable. Il s'agit cependant d'une très grande propriété, il faut donc se préparer à marcher beaucoup pour se déplacer dans la propriété.

this is a beautiful resort This hotel is very well kept and clean. The rooms were great. The service was excellent with a lot of very happy and helpful staff. It is a very big property though, so be prepared to do a lot of walking just to get around on their property.

Station de loisirs.

Très propre, bons divertissements, personnel sympathique et bonne nourriture. Je reviendrai certainement. C'était une belle promenade sur la plage jusqu'au bar du centre-ville, mais après la vie nocturne, je devais prendre un taxi pour rentrer au complexe. Je ne recommanderais pas de rentrer à pied sur la plage le soir, c'est tout simplement trop loin quand on est ivre.

Fun resort. Very clean, good entertainment friendly staff and good food. I will definitely be going back. It was a nice walk on the beach to the down town bar, but after the night life I would have to take a taxi back to the resort. I wouldn't recommend walk home on the beach at night, simply to far when your drunk.

Merveilleux voyage !

Nous aimons Cabo. Le Riu Santa Fe est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons voyagé fin septembre. Un jour de pluie et très chaud. Le complexe n'était rempli qu'à 55%. Beaucoup de chaises et les réservations de restaurants étaient faciles. J'y retournerais certainement !

Wonderful Trip! We Love Cabo. Riu Santa Fe is great value. Travelled end of September. One day of rain and very hot. Resort was only 55% capacity. Plenty of chairs and restaurant reservations were easy. Would go back for sure!

Un bon moment à Cabos !

L'hôtel est grand et bien entretenu. Il n'y avait pas un jour où l'on ne voyait pas un employé travailler. Le complexe était propre. La chambre était propre, même s'il y avait des fourmis dans la salle de bain près du lavabo, ce qui ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés. Le réfrigérateur était bien rempli et il était possible de demander des boissons supplémentaires. Mon seul reproche concernant la chambre est que la femme de ménage n'a pas fait d'essuie-mains. Nous n'avons pas demandé, mais cela devr [... lire plus]ait être fait automatiquement. Les animations au bord de la piscine étaient excellentes. La piscine à débordement et la piscine tranquille étaient également agréables. Nous n'avions pas d'autre choix que d'utiliser la piscine, car la plage n'est pas praticable à la nage. Il y a une remorque qui peut vous tirer jusqu'à la piscine. La nourriture était correcte, pas la meilleure. C'était à peu près la même chose tous les jours. Il faudrait changer de temps en temps. Le personnel était sympathique. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce complexe et pour le prix, nous y reviendrons certainement.

Fun time in Cabos! Hotel was big and maintained. There was not a day when you didn't see an employee working. The resort was clean. The room was clean, although there were ants in the bathroom by the sink, which didn't really bother us. The fridge was stocked, and you were able to request for more drinks. My only complaint about the room was that the housekeeper didn't do towel arts. We didn't ask, but it should be done automatically. The entertainment by the pool was great. The infinity and quiet pool were nice also. We had no choice but to use the pool, b/c the beach is not swimmable. There's an under tow that can pull you in. Food was ok, not the best. It was basically the same every day. They should change it up sometime. Staff were friendly. We really enjoyed this resort and for the price would definitely come back.

Grand centre de villégiature

Station balnéaire très propre, chambres agréables. La nourriture était correcte, il y avait beaucoup de choix. Le barbecue au bord de la piscine était excellent. Très bonne équipe de divertissement. Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps à la piscine à débordement. Le personnel fait un excellent travail en fermant les piscines de fête tôt pour faire sortir les ivrognes et les ramener dans leur chambre. Ils sont également rapides pour arrêter le tapage tard dans la nuit. Nous y retournerions  [... lire plus]volontiers. Sunwing a assuré un vol très confortable et le toast au champagne était un bonus que l'on ne trouve nulle part ailleurs.

Great Resort Very clean resort, nice rooms food was ok a lot to choose from. Barbq by the pool was excellent. Great entertainment staff. Spent most of our time at infinity pool. Staff does an excellent job shutting down party pools early to get drunks out and back to room. They are also quick in stopping rowdiness late at night. Would go back again. Sunwing very comfortable flight and champagne toast was a bonus you don't get anywhere else.

Complexe touristique exceptionnel

J'adore l'ambiance, le personnel accueillant et serviable, l'entrée était excellente, on se sent comme à la maison. J'ai adoré, j'y retournerai certainement et je le recommande à tout le monde, pour qu'ils l'essaient.

Amazing Resort I love the enveroment, welcoming, helpful staff , the entertetament was great.they make you feel at home. Love it, will go there again for sure, and recommend it to every one, to try it for them shelve.

Charmante station balnéaire

J'ai déjà voyagé dans de nombreux hôtels Riu, mais celui-ci a été mon préféré jusqu'à présent. Les chambres sont datées mais très propres et bien entretenues. La nourriture est fraîche et la variété est décente. L'équipe d'animation fait de ce complexe tout ce qu'il est. Ils travaillent d'arrache-pied 24 heures sur 24 pour divertir et satisfaire tous les clients. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est agréable et poli. Le service au restaurant mexicain est lent, mais sympathique. Il est fortement reco [... lire plus]mmandé de prendre un bateau-taxi pour se rendre à la plage des amoureux, c'est magnifique. Nous avons fait du parachute ascensionnel et je ne le recommande pas, les personnes qui conduisent les bateaux n'ont aucune formation en premiers secours et ne vous surveillent pas pendant que vous êtes dans les airs au cas où vous ne vous sentiriez pas bien et auriez besoin de redescendre. Ils n'ont pas non plus de trousse de premiers secours, d'eau ou quoi que ce soit d'autre à disposition sur le bateau. Si vous voulez vous détendre et profiter de la belle vue, je vous recommande le Rui Palace. Mais si vous voulez faire la fête et vous divertir toute la journée, Santa Fe est l'endroit idéal.

Lovely resort I've travelled to many Riu resorts before, but this one in particular has been my favourite thus far. The rooms are dated but very clean and well kept. Food is fresh and variety is decent. The entertainment team makes this resort all that it is. They work so hard around the clock to keep all guests entertained and happy. All hotel staff are pleasant and polite. Service at Mexican restaurant is slow, but friendly. Highly recommend to take a water taxi to lovers beach, it's lovely there. We went parasailing and I don't recommend it, the people operating the boats have no training in first aid, and won't keep an eye on you while in the air in case you are not feeling well and need to come down. They also have no first aid kit or water or anything available on the boat. If you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful view I recommend Rui palace. But if you want to party and be entertained all day then Santa Fe is the place to be.

PARADIS À CABO SAN LUCAS MEXIQUE

Le Rui Santa Fe est tout simplement un endroit incroyable pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes, propre, parfaitement situé, avec de superbes piscines à débordement, une nourriture de première classe, un personnel attentif et amical, une équipe de divertissement dirigée par Paris, brillante dans la journée et des spectacles excellents le soir, comme je l'ai dit, le Paradis.

HEAVEN IN CABO SAN LUCAS MEXICO The Rui Santa Fe is just an amazing place for young and old clean perfect position superb infinity pools food top class staff attentive and friendly entertainment staff led by Paris where brilliant in the day and the shows at night excellent like I said Heaven.

Bonnes vacances en juin

Il y a beaucoup de marche à faire mais c'est un très bel établissement. Tous les bâtiments (1 à 6) sont des immeubles de 4 étages et le bâtiment 7 a des ascenseurs. Il est le plus proche de la plage et des activités sociales, mais le plus éloigné de la salle à manger centrale et du théâtre.

Good vacation during June There is lots of walking but very nice facility. All building (1-6) are 4 story walk ups and building 7 has elevators and is the closest to the beach and social events but the farthest from the central dining / theatre area.

Une escapade parfaite

Ce complexe a tout pour plaire. La piscine la plus active (celle de la photo) se trouve près du bloc sept. Elle est idéale si c'est ce que vous recherchez. L'autre piscine (située au centre des autres blocs) est calme et relaxante. Il y a toujours beaucoup de chaises et d'ombre. Le terrain est très propre et bien entretenu. Le choix de nourriture était excellent et j'ai adoré le chariot de fruits frais qui était apporté à la piscine tous les jours. Les chambres étaient propres mais loin d'être c [... lire plus]hics, mais je ne pars pas en vacances pour vivre dans ma chambre. Il aurait été bien d'avoir une cafetière pour le matin. Si vous voulez une vue sur l'océan, demandez le bloc sept. De plus, le bloc sept est le seul bloc avec un ascenseur. Le spa était merveilleux mais trop cher. J'ai eu un massage aux pierres chaudes qui était merveilleux. Il y a un sauna, un hammam et une piscine à jets dans le spa, dont l'utilisation est gratuite. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique. La seule chose à laquelle il faut penser est la période de l'année que vous visitez, car cette région semble attirer un grand nombre de jeunes gens qui fêtent la fin de l'école. Ce n'était pas un problème pour moi, car je préférais la piscine relaxante.

Perfect get away This resort has it all. The busy active pool(the one in the pic) is by block seven. Great if that is what you are looking for. The other pool (located in the center of the other blocks) is quiet and relaxing. Always plenty of chairs and shade there. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The selection of food was great and I loved the fresh fruit cart that was brought to the pool every day. Rooms were clean but far from fancy but I don't go on vacation to live in my room. It would have been nice however to have a coffee maker for first thing in the morning. If you want a ocean view request block seven. Also, block seven is the only block with an elevator. The spa was wonderful but overpriced. I had a hot stone massage which was marvelous. There is a sauna, steam room and jet pool located in the spa that is free to use. This resort had wonderful friendly staff. Just one thing to think about is time of year you visit as this area seemed to attract a large amount of young people who were celebrating the end of school. No problem for me as I preferred the relaxing pool.

Terrible ! de la réservation, au service de la compagnie aérienne, au transport vers et depuis le centre de villégiature, au personnel de la réception, à la chambre propre avec une vue fantastique, à la nourriture, aux divertissements, à la piscine, au bar, au buffet et au personnel des restaurants à la carte, nous n'aurions pas pu avoir une meilleure expérience ! Sans parler du temps. Nous recommandons vivement Trip Central et Sunwing Tours pour vos escapades. Un pur plaisir et des souvenirs qu [... lire plus]i dureront toute une vie.

Riu: Santa Fe, Los Cabos, Mexico Terrific! from the booking, to the airline service to the transportation to and from the resort to the front desk staff to the clean room with a fantastic view to the food to the entertainment to the pool, bar, buffet and a la carte restaurants staff, we could not of had a better experience! Say nothing of the weather. We highly recommend Trip Central and Sunwing Tours for your get away. Pure pleasure and memories that will last a lifetime.

La nourriture était excellente, le service incroyable, beaucoup de choses à faire pour vous tenir occupé. Un temps formidable, je retournerai définitivement dans ce complexe à l'avenir. J'ai séjourné au palace voisin et le santa fe a de loin surpassé mon expérience au palace. J'ai hâte d'y retourner !!!!

Couldnt ask for more! Food was great, service was amazing, lots of things to do to keep you busy. awsome time id definatley be going back to this resort in the future. Ive stayed at the palace next door and the santa fe by far surpassed my experience at the palace. Cant wait to go back!!!!

Gaspillage d'argent et mauvais voyage dans l'ensemble

Trop de jeunes universitaires incontrôlables qui font la fête et se battent ! J'ai demandé un surclassement et je n'ai reçu aucune aide ! Très déçu par ce Riu qui m'a surpris. J'adore les hôtels Riu et j'ai déjà séjourné dans plusieurs d'entre eux ! Je n'y retournerai jamais.

Waste of $ and bad overall trip Too many out of control college kids partying and fighting! Asked to upgrade and did not get any support! Very disappointed in this Riu which surprised me. I usually love riu resorts and have stayed in many previously! Would never go back.

Tout aussi amusant la deuxième fois

Je ne suis jamais retournée dans le même complexe hôtelier, mais c'est la deuxième fois que je viens ici. troisième fois pour mes filles. Superbe complexe. J'ai adoré me rendre à Los Cobos et me promener dans la ville. J'ai fait une excursion en bateau à fond de verre qui valait chaque centime ! Le seul inconvénient de ce complexe est qu'il est très dangereux de se baigner dans l'océan. Je recommanderais de nager uniquement dans la piscine.

Just as fun the second time around I have never gone back to the same resort before but 2nd time here. 3rd time for my daughters. Great resort. Love walking into Los Cobos and walking around the town. Went on a glass-bottom boat tour that was worth ever penny! The one downside of this resort is - it is very dangerous to swim in the ocean. Pool swimming only I would recommend.
