Harrahs: Harrah's - Pas très satisfait et pas très franc

C'était notre deuxième voyage à Las Vegas et notre séjour à l'hôtel Harrah's. Nous y avons passé 9 nuits entre le 16 et le 25 février. Les bons côtés de l'hôtel : ils ont rénové les chambres et la nôtre était agréable avec un lit queen-size très confortable. La chambre était très propre et la dame Mme Young qui a nettoyé notre chambre était très gentille et a fait un travail formidable, merci. Mauvais points : Pas de cafetière dans la chambre, le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas bien et la piscine  [... lire plus]n'était pas ouverte. Nous n'avions jamais été dans un hôtel où il n'y avait pas de cafetière dans la chambre. Pour le montant des frais de séjour, il est ridicule de ne pas l'inclure. Lorsque nous leur avons posé la question, ils nous ont répondu qu'elle n'était proposée que dans les chambres de luxe et qu'ils ne pouvaient pas nous accueillir. Quant au wi-fi, chaque nuit, il ne nous permettait pas de l'utiliser. Nous avons dû appeler le service d'assistance informatique, qui devait nous reconnecter. En ce qui concerne la piscine, nous aurions aimé être informés à l'avance qu'elle n'était pas ouverte. Une fois de plus, nous avons remis en question les frais de séjour élevés. Nous avons réservé par l'intermédiaire de Trip Central qui nous a indiqué que nous ne devions payer que les frais de séjour. Nous avons même contacté Trip Central et l'hôtel Harrah's bien avant notre départ pour vérifier tous les frais qui devraient être payés à l'avance et combien cela coûterait. Tous deux nous ont indiqué que nous ne serions responsables que des frais de villégiature et nous ont communiqué le coût. Lors de l'enregistrement, nous avons eu la surprise d'apprendre qu'en plus des frais de séjour, nous devrions payer un dépôt de garantie. Heureusement, le directeur s'est montré très compréhensif et seule une petite caution a été retenue. Nous vous conseillons donc d'être vigilants et de demander à l'avance à l'hôtel ce que vous devrez payer en totalité et ce qui sera retenu au moment de l'enregistrement. Sinon, vous risquez d'avoir beaucoup moins d'argent pour profiter du reste de votre voyage.

Harrah's - Not Overly Satisfied & Not Upfront This was our second trip to LV and stay at Harrah's hotel. We were down for 9 nights between Feb. 16-25. The good things about the hotel: they had renovated the rooms and ours was nice with a very comfortable queen-size bed. The room was very clean and the lady Ms. Young, that cleaned our room was very sweet and did an amazing job, thank you. Bad things: No coffee maker in the room, wi-fi did not function well and the pool was not open. We had never been to a hotel that had no coffee maker in the room. For the amount of resort fees, it it ridiculous not to be included. When we asked them about it, they said it was only offered in deluxe rooms and would not accommodate us. As for the wi-fi, each night, it would not permit us to use it. We had to call the IT helpline, where they would have to reconnect us. With regard to the pool, it would have been nice to have been informed beforehand that it wasn't open. Again, we questioned the high resort fees. We booked through Trip Central and they indicated that we would be responsible to pay for the resort fees only. We even contacted Trip Central and Harrah's hotel well ahead of our trip to double check about all the fees that would have to be paid upfront and how much would it all cost. Both indicated that we would be responsible for the resort fees only and they provided the cost. We had a shock when checking in that in addition to resort fees, we would have to pay a security deposit. Luckily, the Manager was very sympathetic and only a small deposit was put on hold. So, our suggestion is to be vigilant and ask the hotel beforehand what exactly you will have to pay in full and what will be put on hold when checking in. Otherwise, you may have a lot less funds to enjoy the rest of your trip.

Golden Nugget: Bon hôtel

Golden Nugget à Las Vegas. Les prix sont excellents, nous avons séjourné avec mes deux amis pour un voyage de 5 jours et honnêtement je suis si heureux que nous ayons trouvé cet endroit. L'enregistrement a été rapide avec des personnes très gentilles et amicales. Le hall d'entrée est agréable, avec une piscine chauffée au rez-de-chaussée pour les clients La chambre était super propre avec un lit confortable, la salle de bain avec douche très propre. Good Hotel Golden Nugget in Las Vegas. Prices are excellent, We have stayed with my 2 friends for a 5 days trip and honestly I am so happy we found this place. The check in was fast with very nice, friendly people . Nice lobby. with heated pool in the main floor for guests The room was super clean with comfortable bed ,the bathroom with shower very clean. The location in downtown was good, only 5 minutes walk to public transit (rouge bus to take you to the strip 8 dollars for 24 hours) Overall we had a good stay in this hotel,

Planet Hollywood Resort: L'endroit idéal pour séjourner sur le Strip !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Planet Hollywood. Des chambres propres et fraîches, des nuits de sommeil confortables Nuits de sommeil confortables. Parfaitement situé sur midstrip à proximité de tous les principaux spectacles, vous pouvez pratiquement marcher partout ! Les casinos étaient géniaux et stimulants ! Nous reviendrons !

Perfect place to stay on the strip! This was our second time staying at Planet Hollywood. Clean, fresh rooms, comfortable Nights sleep. Perfectly located on midstrip close to all the major shows, you can practically walk everywhere! Casino’s were awesome and challenging! We’ll be back again !

Paris Las Vegas: Magnifique emplacement et hébergement magnifique !

Les chambres étaient confortables et élégantes, beaucoup d'options de restauration étant autour de nombreux services de restauration bien que les prix varient selon les fournisseurs de services. Les gens rivalisent pour attirer votre attention afin que vous dépensiez de l'argent dans leur secteur d'activité, alors évaluez vos options en conséquence en fonction de ceux qui vous sont recommandés. Beautifully located and magnificent accommodations! Rooms were comfortable and elegant, lots of dinning options being around so many food services though prices varying in degrees of service providers. People are vying for your attention to spend money in their industries so weigh your options accordingly by those recommended. Hotel resort fees were not appreciated as this fee occurs for the duration of your stay applied daily ($40-$60/daily)

Bellagio: Bellagio en beauté

Très bel hôtel ! Parfaitement situé sur le strip. Lits confortables. Chambres propres. Le personnel était très aimable. Cependant, il a fallu beaucoup de temps pour que le personnel de service s'approche de nous aux machines à sous pour nous offrir des boissons. Je recommanderai certainement cet hôtel.

Beautiful Bellagio Lovely hotel! Perfectly situated on the strip. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Staff were very friendly. However it did take a long time for wait staff to approach us at slot machines to offer drinks. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Paris Las Vegas: Beau hall, chambres correctes

Les espaces publics étaient spectaculaires. J'ai adoré le casino et l'ambiance générale avec la Tour Eiffel et l'Arc de Triomphe. La chambre était correcte, un peu de moisissure dans la douche et le lavabo. Baignoire très peu profonde. Décoration correcte. Je recommanderais cet hôtel pour son emplacement, ses parties communes et son buffet. Les chambres sont classées 3*

Beautiful lobby, okay rooms The public areas were spectacular. Loved the casino and overall ambience with the Eiffel Tower and L'arc de Triomphe. The room was alright, some mould in the shower and sink area. Very shallow tub. Okay decor. Would reccomend this hotel for the location, public areas and buffet. Would rate the rooms as 3*

Treasure Island: Hôtel très basique mais très bien situé

L'hôtel est vieux et sent la cigarette à plein nez. Les chambres sont propres. La douche est vieille et n'a pas beaucoup de pression. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été faciles. Parking gratuit avec voiturier ou parking privé. Très bon emplacement pour se promener sur le strip

Very Basic Hotel in a great location Hotel is old and smells like cigarettes all over. The rooms are clean. Shower is old and doesnt have much pressure. Check in and Check out was easy. Free Valet parking or self park. Great location to walk the strip

Planet Hollywood Resort: Séjour très agréable

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'hôtel. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la fontaine, ce qui était agréable. Cependant, la fontaine ne s'arrête pas à 22h00 et est très bruyante. Le bruit de la rue était également assez fort, même jusqu'au 29ème étage. C'est un bon emplacement au centre de tout.

Really Nice Stay I really liked the hotel. We had fountain view room which was nice. However the fountain does not stop at 10:00 pm and is very loud. Also street noise was quite loud even up to the 29th floor. It is a good location in the centre of it all.

Golden Nugget: Le Golden Nugget veut plaire

À l'arrivée (avec un jour de retard), l'accueil a été très amical et arrangeant. C'était un bon début pour un début de séjour qui n'aurait pas été possible à cause des retards aériens. Pas de problème, proche de la rue Fremont, la chambre était grande et le lit confortable. L'enregistrement anticipé pour notre vol de retour a été fait par la réception, sans problème. C'était bien aussi d'avoir un parking gratuit. Je reviendrais n'importe quand.

Golden Nugget Aims to Please Upon arrival (1 day late) the reception was very friendly and accommodating. Was a great start to an otherwise crappy start due to air delays. No issues, close to Fremont St. and room was big and bed was comfy. Early checkin to our flight going home done by the front desk, no issues. Was nice to have free parking too. Would come back again anytime.

Harrahs: Très bon service, personnel formidable !

Les chambres étaient très confortables, nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous y retournerons. Le personnel était sympathique et toujours bien orienté avec des informations. Le piano-bar était un vrai plaisir, et nous avons apprécié tous les divertissements gratuits. Il est facile de se déplacer et de nombreux spectacles sont disponibles.

Very good service, awesome staff! The rooms were very comfortable, had a great time would go back again. Staff were friendly, and always directed you properly with information. Piano bar was a blast enjoyed all the free entertainment. Easy to get around and great shows available.

Mandalay Bay: Mandalay Bay : le bon et le moins bon.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Les avantages sont les suivants : les chambres sont belles, le casino est génial, le personnel est serviable et malgré le fait que l'hôtel soit en pleine saison, il ne s'est jamais senti surpeuplé. Les inconvénients sont : mauvaise communication - n'a même pas donné des instructions sur la façon d'accéder à Internet, je pouvais entendre l'eau couler et les voix des chambres au-dessus et au-dessous de moi, je n'ai pas dérangé mais c'est loin de la bande principale, [... lire plus] le service de chambre est cher et n'en vaut pas la peine et le réceptionniste au spa était impoli et nous a dissuadé d'y aller cette fois-ci.

Mandalay Bay: the good and not so good. Second time at this hotel. The pros are the rooms are mice, casino is great, staff are helpful and despite being there in a busy season it never felt overcrowded. The cons are: poor communication - didn’t even give instructions on how to access internet , I could hear water running and voices from the rooms able and below me,I didn’t mind but it’s far from the main strip, room service is expensive and not worth it and the receptionist at the spa was rude and turned us off from going this time.

The Linq Hotel: Première fois à Vegas, un hôtel extraordinaire !

C'était la première fois que nous allions à Las Vegas et nous avons passé un excellent moment ! Le LINQ était parfait pour nous ; il y avait une promenade juste à l'extérieur qui nous permettait d'accéder à toutes sortes de restaurants et de bars. Nous étions en face du Carsar's Palace et juste à côté du Harrah's (le bar de Toby Keith au Harrah's était le MEILLEUR). Il y avait un bar attenant appelé O'Shea's, si vous aimez le beer pong, c'était l'endroit où il fallait être. A environ 15-20 minu [... lire plus]tes de marche du meilleur Tace Bell que j'ai jamais vu de ma vie ! a recommander à 100%. Il y a eu quelques problèmes avec la plomberie, mais le centre de villégiature les a réglés immédiatement, de sorte que nous n'avons jamais manqué de rien. Le service à la clientèle était formidable !

First Time in Vegas, Amazing Hotel! This was our first time traveling to Las Vegas and we had an amazing time! The LINQ was perfect for us; there was promenade right outside that gave us access to all kinds of restaurants and bars. We were across the street from Carsar's Palace and right beside Harrah's (ps Toby Keith's bar in Harrah's was the BEST) There was a bar attached called O'Shea's, if you like beer pong, this was the place to be. Around a 15-20 min walk to the best Tace Bell I have ever been to in my life! 100% would recommend. There were some issues with the plumbing but the resort had that fixed instantly so we never went without. Customer service was great!

Flamingo Las Vegas: L'endroit idéal !

Le personnel du Flamingo était très accueillant et gentil, de la réception aux serveurs en passant par le personnel d'entretien ! Un endroit parfait sur le strip où vous pouvez aller dans n'importe quelle direction ou rester en plein milieu de l'action !!!

Perfect Spot! The Flamingo staff was very welcoming and sweet from the front desk to the servers to the maintenance staff!! Perfect spot on the strip where you could go in any direction or stay right in the middle of the action!!

New York New York: Grand voyage !

L'hôtel dispose d'un casino de bonne taille, de nombreux choix de restauration, d'un grand parc pour s'asseoir et observer les gens. Juste à côté du TMobile Arena. Nous avons regardé le match des Golden Knights sur grand écran depuis notre chambre. J'ai assisté au spectacle Zumanity qui était bon mais pas assez de numéros aériens. Le service était excellent dans les restaurants mais les serveuses étaient un peu rares lorsqu'elles jouaient aux machines à sous ou aux tables. Je recommanderais ce [... lire plus]t hôtel à d'autres personnes et j'y séjournerais à nouveau

Great trip!! Hotel has a nice sized casino, lots of choices to eat, great park area to sit and people watch. Right next to the TMobile Arena. Watched the Golden Knights game from our room on the big screen. Attended Zumanity show which was good but not enough aerial acts in it. Service was great at the restaurants but waitresses a little scarce while playing slots or tables sometimes. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again

Mirage: Grand centre de villégiature

Très propre, les chambres étaient de grande taille. Le personnel était formidable. Beaucoup de restaurants à choisir, de grands spectacles à choisir. Le casino était amusant. J'y suis allé avec deux couples et j'aurais aimé que nos chambres soient plus proches les unes des autres.

Great Resort Very clean, rooms were a great size. Staff was amazing. A lot of restaurent to pick from, great shows to pick from. Casino was fun. Went with 2 couple would have liked our rooms to be closer together.

Excalibur: Un bon rapport qualité-prix

Cet hôtel est excellent pour le prix. Tout est accessible à pied. De plus, si vous jouez au poker, vous récupérez vos frais de séjour. Chaque fois que vous jouez 5 heures, vous récupérez une nuit de frais ! On ne peut pas se tromper avec cet hôtel !!!! Food court sur le niveau supérieur tram à d'autres casinos / hôtels. Comme je l'ai dit, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix !

Great Bang for your Buck This hotel is great for the price. Within walking distance to everything. Also if you play poker you get your resort fee back. Every 5 hours gets 1 night back in fees! Can’t go wrong with his hotel!!!! Food court on upper level tram to other casinos/hotels. Like I said best bang for your buck!

Paris Las Vegas: Bel hôtel

L'hôtel était propre et le personnel sympathique nous a aidés et a rendu notre séjour agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, il y a de bons restaurants avec une grande variété de cuisines, l'enregistrement et le départ ont été simples et sans problème. Nous avions le choix entre le check-in ou le check-out par machine, mais nous avons perfectionné l'interaction humaine. Nice hotel The hotel was clean and the friendly staff assisted us and made our stay enjoyable. Great location .nice restaurants with a variety of cuisines.checkin and checkout was simple and hassle free. Had a choice of machine checkin or checkout but we perfected human interaction. The concierge staff were helpful with printing boarding passes and information about some tours. Thankyou Paris Hotel

The Linq Hotel: Tout juste OK

L'ambiance et la nourriture étaient bonnes. J'ai apprécié la promenade extérieure ! Les boissons ont pris un temps ridicule pour obtenir dans le casino bien que !!! Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre double de luxe. C'était correct car nous n'étions pas beaucoup dans la chambre, mais je n'ai pas été très impressionné. La salle de bain manquait d'intimité car il n'y avait qu'une porte coulissante semblable à une grange qui était bruyante à ouvrir/fermer et la porte de la chambre principale étai [... lire plus]t super fine de sorte que l'on pouvait tout entendre dans le couloir. Je ne suis pas impressionné par les frais de séjour lorsque vous n'utilisez pas les commodités (un peu moins de 40 $ US par jour) et surtout quand on est Canadien, mais je suppose que c'est le cas dans tous les hôtels. Dans l'ensemble, c'est correct et je retournerai au casino et dans les restaurants, mais je séjournerai dans un autre hôtel la prochaine fois. Je préfère les chambres du Flamingo et le service des boissons !

Just OK The atmosphere and food was good. Enjoyed the outside promenade! Drinks took a ridiculous long time to get in casino though!! We stayed in a Double Deluxe room. It was ok as we weren't in the room much however, I wasn't overly impressed. The bathroom lacked privacy as there was only a barn like sliding door which was noisy to open/close and the main room door was super thin so you could hear everything in the hallway. Not impressed with the resort fee when you dont use the amenities (just under $40 a day US) and especially when you are Canadian but I guess that is at every hotel. Overall, decent and will visit the casino/food places again but will stay at another hotel next time. I enjoy the Flamingo rooms better and drink service!

L'hôtel était propre et confortable. Le personnel était arrangeant. Le seul problème était la quantité de fumée de cigarette dans le casino. Les chambres étaient propres et les lits confortables. Beaucoup de restaurants au choix. J'y séjournerais à nouveau

Great Resort Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating. Only issue was the amount of cigarette smoke in the casino. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of restaurants to chose from. Would stay again
