Tropicana Hotel: Je reviendrai !

Meilleur emplacement, ambiance old school, confortable, au bord de l'océan Pacifique, il n'y a pas de meilleure combinaison que celle-ci. Grandes chambres spacieuses, climatisation et télévision en état de marche, petit déjeuner délicieux, personnel courtois. J'ai adoré. Merci beaucoup d'avoir rendu mes vacances mémorables.

I will visit again! Best location, old school vibes, comfortable, right on Pacific ocean, could not be a better combo than this. Big spacious rooms, working AC & TV, delicious breakfast, courteous staff. I loved it. Thank you so much for making my vacation memorable.

Marival Emotions Resort and Suites Riviera Nayarit: Belle station balnéaire

Nous avons récemment séjourné dans ce centre de villégiature et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Il est certainement plus petit que certains grands complexes hôteliers, mais honnêtement, c'est l'une des choses que nous avons le plus aimées. Il est suffisamment grand pour vous occuper, mais suffisamment petit pour que vous puissiez vous déplacer facilement d'un bout à l'autre, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable lorsque vous avez des enfants. Les toboggans aquatiques sont parfaits pour les jeunes enfants, en particulier ceux âgés de 5 à 8 ans - les nôtres ne pouvaient pas s'en passer ! La plage est absolument magnifique - immense, propre et parfaite pour de longues promenades. On peut marcher des kilomètres le long du rivage et la plage n'est jamais bondée. La nourriture était un autre point fort. Nous avons adoré le fait qu'il était facile de se présenter dans n'importe quel restaurant sans avoir besoin de réserver (à l'exception du restaurant italien). De plus, vous pouvez manger dans vos endroits préférés autant de fois que vous le souhaitez, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Le restaurant MaiTai a été l'un des points forts de l'hôtel. Comme nous avions réservé une suite, nous avons reçu un coupon pour y dîner, et c'était absolument incroyable - facilement le meilleur repas de notre voyage. Honnêtement, même si nous n'avions pas eu le coupon, j'aurais volontiers payé de ma poche pour y manger. C'était tellement bon ! Les chambres n'avaient rien d'extraordinaire - elles étaient plutôt de style classique - mais elles étaient propres et confortables. Le terrain était magnifiquement entretenu. Il y a quelques inconvénients à mentionner. Le parc du club pour enfants n'était pas le meilleur - un peu décevant par rapport à d'autres que nous avons connus. Le buffet était également plus petit et peu varié, si bien que nous avons préféré aller au restaurant la plupart du temps. Le complexe propose des cartes journalières pour les locaux, ce qui fait qu'il y a parfois beaucoup de monde, en particulier autour des piscines. Si vous voulez une chaise au bord de la piscine, vous devrez vous lever tôt - à 8 ou 9 heures, la plupart des places sont déjà réservées. Enfin, pour les buveurs de bière, la limite de quatre bières par jour dans la chambre a été une source de frustration. Si vous en vouliez plus, vous deviez payer un supplément, ce qui était un peu décevant pour une formule tout compris. Dans l'ensemble, cependant, nous avons passé un voyage fantastique. La taille du complexe, les piscines, la plage, les possibilités de restauration et l'expérience extraordinaire au MaiTai ont fait de ce séjour un moment inoubliable pour toute la famille. Nice resort We recently stayed at this resort and had an amazing time. It’s definitely on the smaller side compared to some larger all-inclusives, but honestly, that ended up being one of the things we loved most about it. It’s big enough to keep you busy, but small enough that you can walk from one end to the other easily — especially great when you have kids. The pools were a major highlight. There’s a lively party pool if you’re in the mood for some fun, a quieter family pool, a small kids’ pool, and even an adults-only pool if you want a little peace and quiet. The water slides were perfect for younger kids, especially in the 5–8-year-old range — ours couldn’t get enough! The beach was absolutely beautiful — huge, clean, and perfect for long walks. You could walk for miles along the shoreline, and the beach area never felt crowded. Food was another strong point. We loved how easy it was to just show up at any restaurant without needing a reservation (except for the Italian restaurant). Plus, you can eat at your favorite spots as many times as you want, which we really appreciated. One major highlight was the MaiTai restaurant. Since we booked a suite, we received a coupon to dine there, and it was absolutely amazing — easily the best meal of our trip. Honestly, even if we hadn’t had the coupon, I would have happily paid out of pocket to eat there. It was that good! The rooms were nothing fancy — pretty classic resort style — but they were clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautifully maintained. There were a few downsides to mention. The kids club park wasn’t the best — a bit underwhelming compared to others we’ve experienced. The buffet was also on the smaller side with limited variety, so we found ourselves preferring the restaurants most nights. The resort does offer day passes for locals, so it can get very busy at times, especially around the pools. If you want a chair by the pool, you’ll need to be up early — by 8 or 9 a.m., most spots are already reserved. Lastly, for beer drinkers, one frustrating thing was the limit of four beers per day in the room. If you wanted more, you had to pay extra, which was a little disappointing for an all-inclusive. Overall, though, we had a fantastic trip. The size of the resort, the pools, the beach, the dining options, and the amazing experience at MaiTai made it a really memorable family vacation. We would definitely come back but I would not recommend this resort if you aren’t going on vacation with your kids.

Le complexe était propre (chambres) et la plupart des zones. Les toilettes étaient un peu petites. Les piscines étaient bien, peut-être une autre piscine pour adultes ou une zone avec de la musique légère en arrière-plan. Les iguanes étaient un peu trop présents. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait qu'ils soient dans les salles à manger. Restauration : la nourriture était correcte, pas de quoi s'extasier, mais toujours froide à moins que vous ne leur demandiez de la remettre sur le grill.

Resort The resort was clean (rooms) and most areas. Washrooms were a little small size wise. Pools were good perhaps another adult pool or area where some light music playing in the background. Iguanas were a little much. Didn't like the fact that they were in dining areas. Dining: food was ok, nothing to write home about, but always cold unless you asked them to put it on the grill again.

Bel hôtel, situé dans la jolie ville de Bucerias. L'hôtel est divisé en 6 blocs de chambres. Chaque bloc est conçu de manière à ce que tout ce dont vous avez besoin soit accessible à pied, à l'exception des blocs 5 et 6. Ils se trouvent de l'autre côté d'une route de service et il faut donc marcher un peu pour atteindre l'océan. Nous avons séjourné dans le bloc 4, au rez-de-chaussée, et c'était parfait pour nous. Lovely hotel, located in pretty town of Bucerias. Hotel is decided into 6 bocks of rooms. Each block is set up to have everything you need in walking distance, with the exception of block 5&6. They are across a service road so you have to walk a bit to get to the ocean. We stayed in block 4, ground floor and it was perfect for us. You can walk for ever on the beach. There are vendors but a kind no thank you will do. Had a massage on the resort, $650 peso for 60 min near beach which I recommend doing. Beach is lovely, pools all over the resort. Food and service was good. Staff are very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free use of Bicycles and kayaks and paddle boards.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Krystal Grand Neuvo

Nous avons trouvé quelques points forts dans ce centre de villégiature. 1. Le Skylounge offrait une vue imprenable 2. La piscine à débordement pour adultes était géniale, et le fait qu'ils n'autorisent pas les enfants (certains complexes le font même dans la piscine pour adultes) était incroyable et il y avait un bar de nage 3 Le restaurant grill et les restaurants asiatiques étaient tous deux fantastiques avec un service incroyable !

We had some things we thought were highlights of this resort. 1. The Skylounge was amazing views 2. The adult infinity pool was so awesome , and the fact they didn’t allow kids( some resorts do even in the adult pool) was amazing and it had a swim up bar 3 the Grill restaurant and the Asian restaurants were both fantastic with incredible service !!

Ce n'est pas un resort, c'est un vieil hôtel. La nourriture est tellement horrible que vous devrez aller chercher de la nourriture à l'extérieur de la station. Froid, fade, pas de choix. Le service dans les buffets est horrible. Le bloc 2 a une section fumeur devant lui, une belle vue sur l'océan mais les chambres sont si vieilles qu'elles sont mauvaises. Les douches sont dégoûtantes, les poignées des meubles sont tombées. Et le bruit de la piscine et des animations nocturnes. Et du côté de la  [... lire plus]porte, il y a des camions de livraison dans la rue, des voitures qui pensent, des chiens qui aboient et la musique du théâtre jusqu'à 22h30. Le bloc 3 est bloqué par le bloc 1 mais vous entendrez le théâtre, la rue, le bruit de la piscine et les cris du microphone. Les boissons, à moins que vous ne buviez de la bière, je n'ai jamais eu de buzz, même après 10 margaritas à la mangue... Je ne bois pas de tequila et si j'étais chez moi, je serais assommé... mais je n'ai jamais ressenti de buzz... alors ne buvez pas ces boissons à l'eau. Pas de wifi à moins de s'asseoir dans le hall ou dans le hall du bloc 4 La queue pour la carte tous les matins à 7h car l'application ne fonctionne pas pour beaucoup de gens...bonne chance pour en avoir une. Les divertissements étaient le karaoké Mariachi band Trivia A moins que vous n'alliez au théâtre pour voir des spectacles qui étaient ok. Les piscines sont propres et la température est agréable La plage était agréable, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à Bucerias, ce n'est pas loin Les prix à Bucerias sont des prix Gringo comparés à d'autres régions du Mexique. L'épicerie est chère, les prix sont les mêmes qu'au Canada, il n'y a pas d'économies Il faut se lever à 6 heures du matin pour trouver une chaise à l'ombre... bonne chance L'application InDrive est moins chère pour réserver un trajet avec eux Bucerias-PV taxi est 550peso Indrive 250peso Si vous allez dans un restaurant ou un bar comme à Jax, le martini est à 14$ cad J'ai été dans un bon restaurant italien au bord de l'eau, le repas a coûté 100 dollars canadiens, sans les boissons. Paco taco, on peut y manger pour 10$ Le bus de rue sur l'autoroute vers Sayulita est à 30 pesos l'unité Evitez ce resort, économisez votre argent et visitez PV... vous n'aurez pas besoin de taxi et les hôtels sont plus beaux.

STAY AWAY This is not a resort it's an old hotel. The food is so horrible you will have to go find food off resort. Cold, bland, no selection. Service in the buffets is horrible. Block 2 has a smoking section in front of it, great view of ocean but rooms are so old they are bad. Showers look disgusting, furniture handles fell off. And the noise from the pool area and night entertainment. And on the door side is street delivery trucks, cars thinking, dogs barking and music from the theatre till 1030pm. Block 3 is blocked by Block 1 but you will hear the theatre and the street and the pool noiseand shouting from microphone. The drinks unless u drink beer I never once had a buzz even after 10 mango margaritas..I don't drink tequila and if at home wowzer I'd be knocked out...but never did I once feel a buzz...so drink away those water drinks. No wifi unless you sit in lobby or lobby in block 4 Line up for a la carte every morning at 7am as the app doesn't work fir many people...good luck getting one at all. Entertainment was karaoke Mariachi band Trivia Unless you head to the theatre to see shows which were ok. Pools are clean and nice temp Beach was nice you can walk to Bucerias it's not far Prices in Bucerias are Gringo prices compared to other parts of mexico. Grocery store is expensive same prices as Canada..no savings Gotta get up at 6am to get a chair in the shade..good luck Get the InDrive app it's cheaper to book a ride with them Bucerias-PV cab is 550peso Indrive 250peso If you head to a restuarant or bar like jax the martini is $14 cad Went to a nice Italian restuarant on the water meal was $100 cad and that was with no drinks. Paco taco you can get a meal there for $10 The street bus on highway to sayulita was 30 peso each Avoid this resort save your cash and visit PV...you won't need cab and more nicer hotels.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Bon centre de villégiature

Nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec les chambres. Notre groupe avait demandé des chambres côte à côte mais placées dans des bâtiments différents. Notre première chambre avait une fuite et le service d'entretien n'est pas venu. Nous avons été transférés dans une suite junior et n'avons plus eu à nous plaindre. Nous avons pu profiter du reste de notre séjour. La nourriture était assez bonne. Nous avons pu réserver des plats à la carte, mais seulement en fin de soirée, la plupart des créneaux pl [... lire plus]us tôt étant réservés aux clients de l'Ultra. Nous avons passé notre temps entre la piscine et la plage. Le complexe a organisé divers événements tout au long de notre séjour. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel était sympathique et serviable.

Good Resort We had a few hiccups with the rooms. Our party had requested rooms side by side but put in different buildings. Our initial room had an leak and ordor and house keeping didn't come around. We got moved to an jr suite and from there had no complaints. We were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. The food was pretty good. We were able to book a la carte but only late night slots..most of the earlier slots were for the Ultra guest. We spent our time between the pool and the beach. The resort had various events throughout our stay. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful.

Villas Vallarta by Canto del Sol: 5ème fois....dernière fois !!!

J'ai toujours aimé ce centre de villégiature, plus petit et plus pittoresque, qui s'adressait autrefois aux 50 ans et plus, la plupart des vacanciers venant du Canada et des États plus froids ou plus septentrionaux des États-Unis. Ce n'est plus le cas aujourd'hui. J'estime que 10 % des clients de la station appartiennent à cette catégorie, les 90 % restants étant des locaux en vacances ou en escapade en famille. Si vous aimez les files d'attente désorganisées pour tout, c'est l'endroit qu'il vou [... lire plus]s faut. Des files d'attente pour l'enregistrement et la sortie. Les files d'attente pour réserver les restaurants de spécialités à la carte. Les files d'attente au buffet après avoir fait la queue pour accéder à l'unique salle à manger. Les files d'attente aux bars dont un seul sur trois ouvrait à 10 heures (les deux autres à midi), un bar restait ouvert jusqu'à minuit et les deux autres fermaient à 22 heures. Animations nocturnes minimales et pratiquement toutes en espagnol. Si vous êtes un lève-tôt, ne prévoyez pas de prendre un café avant 6h30, quand vous pouvez le prendre dans deux urnes placées au bar de la piscine et à l'entrée du restaurant. Il n'y a pas de cafetière ni de réfrigérateur dans les chambres. Il n'y a pas une seule page de documentation dans la chambre pour vous indiquer les numéros de contact, les horaires des activités, l'itinéraire, les chaînes de télévision, etc. RIEN ! Les seules choses vraiment positives que je peux dire à propos de ce complexe sont que la nourriture est assez bonne, que l'endroit est impeccablement propre et que le ménage a été très bien fait. Il n'y a que 30 minutes de marche pour se rendre au Malecon. C'est définitivement la dernière fois que je viens ici et je ne le recommanderais à personne sans avertissement.

5th time....last time!! I've always liked this resort as it was a smaller more quaint resort which use to cater to the 50+ demographic with most vacationers coming from Canada and the colder/northern states of the USA. Not anymore. I'd estimate that 10% of the guests at the resort fell into that category with the other 90% being locals on Family vacations and getaways. If you like unorganized lineups for everything then this is the place for you. Line ups to check in and out. Line ups to book a la carte specialty restaurants. Line ups at the buffet after you've lined up to get into the only dining area. Line ups at the bars which only one of 3 opened at 10am (the other 2 at noon) and one bar stayed open til midnight and the other 2 closed at 10pm. Minimal nightly entertainment and virtually all in Spanish. If you are an early riser don't plan on getting a coffee until 6:30am when you can get it out of 2 urns stationed at the pool bar and entrance to the restaurant. There are no coffee makers in the rooms nor is there a fridge. There is not one page of literature in the room to advise you of contact numbers, activity times, itinerary, TV channels etc. NOTHING!! The only really good things I can say about this resort is that the food is quite good, the place is impeccably clean and the housekeeping was very good. It is also only a 30 min walk to the Malecon. This will definitely be my last time here and I would never recommend it to anyone without warning.

Fiesta Americana Riviera Nayarit: Superbe station mais calme

La nourriture est excellente mais il n'y a pas beaucoup d'espace pour s'asseoir et regarder les animations nocturnes. et les excursions sont un peu trop chères à mon avis

Great resort but quiet Resort is great but not much entertainment during the day for example not much volleyball during the day on the beach . Food is great and not much space to sit and watch night entertainment. and excursions are a little bit overcharged in my opinion

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Beautiful Resort

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce complexe. Le site est magnifique, bien entretenu et propre. Nous avons passé la majeure partie de notre temps à la piscine réservée aux adultes, qui est une piscine à débordement offrant une vue incroyable sur l'océan. La piscine principale dispose de toutes sortes d'objets amusants pour les enfants, ainsi que d'un snack-bar et d'un bar de piscine très pratiques. La nourriture est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles nous sommes revenus. Le buffet est très var [... lire plus]ié et tous les plats à la carte sont fantastiques. L'hôtel propose un programme pour les enfants le matin, des animations pour les enfants à 20 heures, des animations pour les familles et d'autres encore plus tard dans la soirée pour les noctambules. Si vous choisissez ce complexe, je vous recommande vivement un massage relaxant au spa.

This was our second stay at this resort. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained and clean. We spent the majority of our time at the adults only pool which is an infinity pool with an incredible view of the ocean. The main pool has all types of fun things for kids to splash around in, as well there is a handy snack bar and pool bar. The food is one of the reasons we made a return visit. The buffet has a huge variety and each of the al a cartes are fantastic. They have a kids program in the mornings, kids entertainment at 8pm, family friendly entertainment and more later in the evening for the night owl party crowd. If you choose this resort, I highly recommend a relaxing massage at the spa.

Riu Flamingos: Meilleure valeur constante

J'ai séjourné dans la chaîne d'hôtels Riu une dizaine de fois. Il s'agit d'une merveilleuse chaîne d'hôtels de luxe qui offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, des normes de qualité élevées en ce qui concerne les installations et les terrains, ainsi qu'un excellent service. Comme pour toutes les vacances, il y a parfois des désagréments, mais ils ont toujours été très réactifs pour les résoudre. Je suis particulièrement satisfait de l'association entre Sun wing vacations et la chaîne Riu et j'espère  [... lire plus]qu'elle se poursuivra avec WestJet.

Best consistent value I have stayed at the Riu hotel chain about 10 times. They are a wonderful luxurious hotel chain that offers consistent value, high quality standards with regard to facilities and grounds, and excellent service. As with any vacation there are occasional annoyances but they have always been very responsive to resolve them. I am particularly happy with the association that Sun wing vacations has with the Riu chain and I hope that this will continue with WestJet.

Le complexe est très bien situé. La plage est idéale pour se promener lorsque la marée est basse. Elle est vraiment plate. Vous pouvez marcher vers Bucerias ou aller dans l'autre sens, vers la marina. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable et serviable. La nourriture est très bonne dans les restaurants de spécialités. La nourriture du buffet était moyenne. Les jardins et les piscines sont très bien entretenus, tout comme le complexe lui-même. Je recommanderais ce complexe.

Great resort! The resort is in a great location. The beach is great to walk on when the tide is out. Its really flat. You can walk towards Bucerias or go the other way towards the Marina. The workers at the resort are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good in the specialty restaurants. The food in the buffet was average. The gardens and pools are very well kept up as the resort it self. I would recommend this resort.

Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and Mexican Charm: Superbe petit complexe hôtelier avec une authentique saveur mexicaine

Après m'être renseigné en ligne sur cet établissement, j'ai décidé de l'essayer. Je n'ai pas été déçue. Bien qu'il ne soit pas sur la plage, l'emplacement était parfait pour nous. Joli terrain, jardins, piscine chaude, et beaucoup de chaises longues et d'ombre pour profiter de l'excellent personnel de service. Le buffet était parfait. La station d'omelettes était excellente. Différents thèmes pour les dîners, avec une fiesta mexicaine le samedi. Le restaurant spécial à la carte était calme, frai [... lire plus]s et intime. Chambres adéquates et confortables. Le club de plage est à deux pas si vous préférez. On ne peut pas en dire assez sur le personnel. J'y retournerais volontiers.

Great Smaller Resort With Authentic Mexican Flavour After thoroughly checking this resort out on line, I decided to give it a try. Not disappointed. Although not on the beach, the location was perfect for us. Nice grounds, gardens, warm pool, plus lots of loungers and shade to enjoy the excellent wait staff. Buffet was fine. Omelette station excellent. Different themes for dinners with Mexican fiesta on Saturday. Special a la carte restaurant was quiet, cool and intimate. Rooms adequate and comfortable. Beach club a short walk if you prefer. Can’t say enough about the staff. Would return again.

Ce n'est pas un lieu de villégiature très artistique, mais très confortable ! Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon moment ! Je n'ai absolument rien à redire. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied - et nous nous y sommes rendus presque tous les jours pour voir ce que faisaient les habitants.

Pleasantly surprised! This is not an artzy fartzy resort - but very comfortable! We truly had a very good time! I have absolutely nothing to complain about. It is walking distance to downtown - and we walked there almost every day to see what the locals were up to.

Hôtel décent. Chambres basiques. Trop de chambres à mon goût. Il fallait se battre pour les chaises de plage et de piscine. Je ne recommanderais pas les cartes à la carte. Le buffet était correct. Trop de locaux qui vendent des marchandises sur la plage. Toujours en train de marchander. Les marchés de Bucerias sont à 15 minutes de marche.

Mediocre Decent hotel. Basic rooms. Too many rooms for my liking. Had to fight for beach and pool chairs. I would not recommend the a la cartes. Buffet food was decent. Too many locals selling merchandise on the beach. Always haggling. Markets in Bucerias a 15-minute walk.

Resort was super clean, pools were clear and appealing (no issues getting chairs anytime), Staff were very friendly and helpful, Food was fresh with lots of choices, al a Cartes were fantastic and easy to book on the app. Beach was clean and attractive. Would definitely return Flights were very comfortable and timely. Thanks Susan for recommending this resort.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Nice Resort

La plage était magnifique. Le complexe semblait bien entretenu. Le seul problème était que l'application pour réserver les restaurants ne fonctionnait pas correctement. C'était un vrai casse-tête. Lorsque nous avons pu réserver un restaurant, ce n'était pas toujours celui que nous voulions car ils faisaient une rotation certains soirs. Excessivement déroutant, et un processus globalement mauvais.

The beach was beautiful. The resort seemed well maintained. The only issue was the app to book the restaurants with was no working properly. It was a real headache. When we were able to book a restaurant, it wasn't always the one we wanted as they would rotate them some nights. Excessively confusing, and an overall bad process.

Plaza Pelicanos Club: Station balnéaire pas terrible

J'ai été très déçue et je n'y retournerai jamais. Le hall de l'hôtel sentait le faux désodorisant, le buffet ressemblait à une cafétéria, la piscine de la cour ressemblait à un décor du film The Stepford Wives, la chambre dans laquelle on m'a logé était au dernier étage et dans un coin donnant sur une allée peu attrayante et n'avait pas d'air frais, la discothèque était une blague, les boissons étaient fausses et sucrées, la piscine au bord de l'océan manquait de carreaux et avait l'air miteuse, [... lire plus] les chaises au bord de la piscine étaient inconfortables, les deux parties séparées de l'hôtel étaient déroutantes au début et il n'y avait pas d'espace de remise en forme. J'ai pleuré lors de ma première nuit et j'ai failli renoncer à mes deux semaines de vacances tout compris tant j'étais déçue par l'ensemble de l'établissement. Heureusement, j'ai rencontré une autre cliente qui avait eu les mêmes sentiments que moi lors de son arrivée avec son mari et elle m'a guidée vers une femme très gentille, très serviable et très arrangeante dans le hall d'entrée, nommée Esther ! Elle est venue à mon secours et a réussi à sauver mes deux semaines de vacances ! Elle m'a permis de changer de chambre, moyennant des frais, pour une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, au bord de la piscine, avec une porte coulissante donnant sur l'air extérieur et l'océan. Elle a également changé mon bracelet, ce qui m'a permis d'accéder à la salle de sport et à toutes les installations de l'hôtel frère, le Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort, situé à deux pas de la plage où je me trouvais ! Tous les matins, pendant 13 jours, j'ai donc fait mon sac, j'ai marché sur la plage jusqu'au Grand et j'y ai passé toute la journée, avant de revenir dans ma chambre au Club pour me doucher et dormir, puis de retourner au Grand pour le dîner et la soirée ....., en devant être de retour à 21 heures avant qu'ils ne ferment l'entrée des complexes sur la plage. J'ai également rencontré un couple qui passait sa première nuit au Club Resort et qui a eu la même réaction que moi la semaine précédente à mon arrivée ! J'ai alors fait ce que l'autre dame avait fait pour moi, et je les ai guidés vers Esther qui a également pu les remettre à niveau et sauver leurs vacances ! Cette Esther doit être une femme très occupée à s'occuper de tous les clients insatisfaits qui se présentent au Pelicanos Club ? Et si je n'avais pas été en contact avec Esther, cette critique aurait été bien pire et je suis sûr que ces couples diraient la même chose ! Mais je n'y séjournerai plus jamais..... même si Esther est merveilleuse ! (**Je voudrais aussi mentionner que tout le personnel avec lequel j'ai eu affaire était très gentil....'est juste que le resort ne l'était pas)

Not so great resort I found it to be so very disappointing and would never go back there again. The hotel lobby smelled like faux air freshener, the buffet area felt like a cafeteria, the courtyard pool felt like a set out of The Stepford Wives movie, the room they tucked me in was on top floor and way off in a corner overlooking an unappealing alley and had no fresh air, the discothèque was a joke, the drinks were fake and sugary tasting, the ocean side pool was missing tiles and looked dingy, the poolside chairs were uncomfortable, the two separate parts of the hotel were confusing at first and there was no fitness area. I cried my first night there and almost gave up my whole 2 week all inclusive vacation because i was SO disappointed in the whole resort. Fortunately i met another guest, who had the same feelings as me when her and her husband first arrived and she guided me to a sweet and very helpful and accommodating lady in the lobby named Esther! She came to my rescue and was able to help salvage my 2 week holiday! She was able to upgrade my room, for a fee, to a ground floor poolside room with sliding door to the outside air and ocean, along with that she upgraded my wristband which gave me access to the gym and all amenities at their sister resort, the Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort, 2 resorts down the beach from where i was! So every morning, for 13 days, i packed up my bag and walked the beach to the Grand and spent my whole day there, only to come back to my room at the Club to shower and sleep, and then head back to the Grand for dinner and the evening.....having to be back by 9pm before they locked the beach entrance to the resorts. I also ran into a couple their first night at the Club Resort and she was having the same reaction that i had had the week before upon my arrival! I then did what that other lady had done for me, and I guided them to Esther who was also able to upgrade them and salvage their holiday as well! That Esther must be one BUSY lady trying to accommodate all the unsatisfied guests that show up at the Pelicanos Club? And if I hadn't connected with Esther this review would have been a whole lot worse and I'm sure those couples would say the same! But i will never stay there again.....no matter how wonderful Esther is! (**as well, I would like to mention that all the staff I dealt with were very nice....its just that the resort was not)

Riu Vallarta: Belle station balnéaire

Cet hôtel dispose de restaurants et de buffets extraordinaires. Il était très propre. Les boissons étaient bonnes, le personnel était formidable. J'y retournerais sans aucun doute. Mon seul reproche est qu'il n'y a pas assez de salles de bains pour quatre piscines. Il n'y avait que quatre cabines, donc souvent une file d'attente.

Beautiful resort This hotel had amazing restaurants and buffet. It was very clean. Drinks were good, staff were great. I would definitely go back again. My only complaint would be not enough bathrooms for four pools. There was only four stalls so usually a lineup.
