Dreams Playa Bonita Panama: Belle station balnéaire

Le personnel a vraiment rendu notre voyage agréable. Ils ont été extrêmement respectables, gentils et prudents. D'Elvis au Coco Cafe à Elsal à la réception, en passant par tous les autres. C'était un groupe de travailleurs acharnés. Nous vous remercions vivement d'avoir fait de notre séjour à Dreams Playa Bonita des vacances inoubliables.

Beautiful resort The staff really made our trip enjoyable. They were upmost respectable, kind and cirtious. From Elvis in the Coco Cafe to Elsal at the front desk and everyone in between. They were a hard working bunch. We thank you very much for making our stay at Dreams Playa Bonita a holiday to remember.

Riu Playa Blanca: Doit être réparé

En ce qui concerne le centre de villégiature. Il a besoin de beaucoup de soins. La chambre était propre et confortable, mais le thermostat ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Le personnel ne semblait pas très pressé de le réparer. Les machines à glaçons dans les étages ne fonctionnent pas. Les restaurants étaient corrects, pas de quoi s'extasier. Le bar des sports pue à plein nez et le bar de la piscine est en train de tomber en ruine. S'ils investissaient un peu et le réparaient, j'y retournerais [... lire plus] certainement.

Needs to be repaired As far as the resort goes. It’s in need of a lot of TLC. The room was clean and comfortable but the thermostat didn’t work properly. Staff didn’t seem to be in any great hurry to fix it. Ice makers on the floors don’t work. The restaurants were ok nothing much to write home about. The sports bar stunk to high heaven and the pool bar is falling apart. If they invested a little and fixed it up I would certainly go back.

Playa Blanca Resort: Un beau pays

La majorité des personnes séjournant dans ce complexe étaient des locaux et le personnel s'occupait d'eux. Les divertissements nocturnes n'étaient proposés qu'en espagnol. La nourriture dans les restaurants à la carte était très bonne mais la variété au buffet aurait pu être meilleure et il y avait toujours une file d'attente pour y entrer. Les chambres étaient propres mais la piscine était jonchée de verres à boire en plastique et de débris provenant des arbres voisins. J'adore Panama mais je n [... lire plus]'ai pas l'intention de retourner dans ce centre de villégiature.

Beautiful Country This resort was just ok, the majority of people staying there were locals and they were catered to by the staff. The nightly entertainment was only done in Spanish. The food at the a la carte restaurants was very good but the variety at the buffet could have been better and there was always a lineup to get in. The rooms were clean but the pool was littered with plastic drinking glasses and debris from nearby trees. Love Panama but don’t plan on going back to this resort.

L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et la nourriture est excellente. Les chambres étaient agréables et fraîches lorsque l'on rentrait de la saison chaude. Beaucoup d'activités et de divertissements tous les soirs, ce qui a donné aux gens quelque chose à faire toute la journée

Definitely a five star resort It was a very clean resort with spacious rooms and excellent food. Rooms were Nice and cool when coming in from the hot weather. Lots of activities and entertainment every night gave people something to do all day long

Grand Decameron Panama: très belle station

Il s'agit d'un centre de vacances très sûr. L'endroit est magnifique, surtout si vous avez des enfants avec vous. Le complexe comprend deux toboggans aquatiques. La nourriture est excellente, y compris dans les nombreux restaurants L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu. La plage est également très belle. Les gens sont très sympathiques. Le temps est très agréable.... chaud Malheureusement, il manque des sports nautiques (voile, kayak, etc.) Pourquoi ? Très belle chambre

very nice resort This is a very secure resort. The place is gorgeous specially if you have kids with you. The resort includes two water slides. The food is excellent including many restaurants It is very clean & well kept. The beach is also very nice. People are very friendly. The weather is great....warm & hot Unfortunately it's lacking as far as the water sport (sailing.kayaking etc) why ??? Very nice room

Fantastic resort Great place Friendly staff grounds and room very clean and well maintained Good variety of restaurants for a la cart and child friendly I definitely suggest everyone to get the upgrade to the Plus as you are able to get access to a few of the private pools and beach Beach excellent and very clean The golf course very nice and affordable All that said we would definitely come back and bring more friends and relatives as the experience was amazing

Nous avons passé un bon moment. C'était un bel hôtel avec une nourriture délicieuse, un personnel sympathique, un très bon service, un temps chaud. Les piscines sont belles et propres, la plage de sable est belle. Nous y sommes restés deux semaines, c'était un très bon choix que Maria de Trip Central avait fait pour nous. Les panaméens étaient très polis et honnêtes. Les chambres étaient belles et propres et rénovées.

Beautiful resort We had good time . It was beautiful hotel delicious food friendly staff , very good service, hot weather. Nice and clean pools, Nice sand beach. We were there for two weeks it was great choice that Maria from trip central choose for us . Panamanian people were very polite honest people . Rooms were nice and clean and renovated.

J'ai trouvé que le centre de villégiature était parfaitement réparti. La variété et la qualité de la nourriture étaient excellentes. Le service en général était également excellent. Les piscines étaient propres et pas trop fréquentées, la plage était propre et proche des piscines. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres et le réfrigérateur du bar était toujours approvisionné (nous avions le forfait inclusif plus), ce que je recommande vivement. Le fait d'être si proche de l'aéroport [... lire plus] était génial. 6 minutes de l'hôtel. Comme nous avions la formule "inclusive plus", nos chambres et l'enregistrement nous attendaient à notre arrivée à la douane. Dans l'ensemble, les 8 jours que j'ai passés ont été formidables. Le temps était parfait. Bravo !

Loved The Resort I thought the resort was spread out perfectly. The food variety and quality was great. The overall service was great as well. The pools were clean and not too busy , the beach was clean and close to the pools. The rooms were spacious clean and the bar fridge was always stocked { we had inclusive plus } which i highly recommend. Being so close to the airport was great . 6min to the resort. Because we had the inclusive plus , our rooms and check in were waiting for us when we got through customs. Overall , the 8 days I stayed was great . Weather was perfect . Bravo

Bijao Beach Resort: Un lieu de villégiature calme et reposant

Notre visite a eu lieu en janvier 2019 pour une semaine. Il est à 15 min en voiture de l'aéroport de Rui Hatu. Très pratique. L'hôtel c'est pour la taille et et se déplacer est agréable et facile. C'est un plus petit hôtel donc rien n'est trop éloigné. La plage est très pratique et la piscine principale est également très bien. Il y a deux autres petites pataugeoires pour que les enfants puissent en profiter. Il y a aussi un jacuzzi, mais la température de l'eau est la même que celle des autres  [... lire plus]piscines. L'hôtel en lui-même était très propre, y compris le terrain et la plage. Cela a rendu le séjour très agréable. La nourriture a été très décevante. Dans le buffet principal, les mêmes plats se trouvaient des deux côtés de la salle à manger. Je n'ai pas compris l'intérêt de doubler les plats. D'un côté, des serveurs distribuaient la nourriture, de l'autre, des self-services. La station de desserts était également très décevante. Le choix était minime. J'ai été très déçue car les gâteaux proposés n'étaient pas mes préférés. J'avais voyagé au Panama il y a deux ans et la nourriture, y compris les desserts, était incroyable. Cette fois-ci, en séjournant au Sheraton, j'ai été très déçue. La nourriture dans le a-la-cart, 2 d'entre eux, vous avez dû payer un supplément de 20 $ / personne / repas qui n'était pas la publicité lorsque nous avons réservé le voyage, mais on nous a dit à notre arrivée que la politique avait changé et que si nous avions réservé avant le 1er novembre 2019, cela aurait été inclus dans notre voyage. Le personnel était agréable mais il fallait parfois attendre longtemps pour que l'on s'occupe de certaines choses. Par exemple Notre coffre-fort a pris plusieurs heures pour que quelqu'un vienne le remplacer car il ne se verrouillait pas correctement. Le service de ménage était excellent ! L'alcool servi n'était pas de première qualité. Il semblait s'agir de marques de moindre qualité et il était décevant qu'il n'y ait pas de jus d'orange mais du Tang. La location de voiture n'est pas située à l'hôtel mais la réception a été très utile en envoyant un agent pour livrer la voiture située à environ 10 minutes de route. Nous avons également pu laisser la voiture à la réception qui s'est occupée du retour de la location. Très pratique. Les divertissements nocturnes pourraient être améliorés. Ce sont des spectacles plus petits. C'est plus une ambiance locale que j'attendais avec impatience, sauf que les spectacles n'étaient pas bien annoncés quant à l'heure et à l'animation de la soirée. Il y avait un chanteur un soir qui était bon mais le reste du temps, nous avions l'impression qu'il n'y avait pas de divertissement car nous ne savions pas l'heure, le lieu, le numéro, etc. Dans l'ensemble, l'apparence de l'hôtel, la propreté et les équipements de la piscine et de la plage étaient excellents. Ils se sont également occupés des insectes et je n'en ai pas trouvé pendant notre séjour, ce qui l'a rendu très agréable. Mais en ce qui concerne les choix de nourriture et d'alcool, j'ai été très déçue. Je lui donnerais une note de 6/10.

Quiet Relaxing Resort Our visit was Jan. 2019 for 1 week. It is a 15 min ride from the Rui Hatu airport. Very convenient. The hotel it'self for size and and getting around is nice and easy. It is a smaller hotel so nothing is too far away. The beach is extremely convenient and the main pool is also great. There are a couple other small wading pools for children to take advantage of. There is also a Jacuzzi but the water temperature is the same as all the rest of the pools. The hotel it's self was very clean including the grounds and the beach. This made it extremely pleasant to stay here. One thing that was very disappointing was the food. In the main buffet, the same food was on both sides of the eating area. I did not understand the point of doubling up on the exact same dishes. One side had servers dishing out the food, the other side was self serve. The dessert station was also very disappointing. It consisted of minimal choice. It felt very disappointing as the sheet cake options where not my favorite. I had traveled to Panama 2 years ago and the food including desserts were amazing. This time staying at the resort at the Sheraton, this was a big disappointment. The food in the a-la-cart, 2 of them you had to pay additional $20/person/meal which was not the advertisement when we booked the trip, but where told upon our arrival the policy had changed and if we had booked before Nov. 1, 2019, it would have been included in our trip. Staff there were pleasant but sometimes it took a long time to have things looked after. E.g Our safety deposit box took several hours for someone to come and replace it as it was not locking properly. Maid service was excellent! The alcohol served was not top-self. It seemed to be lower quality brands and it was disappointing they did not have orange juice but Tang. Car rental is not located at the hotel but the front desk was very helpful in sending over an agent to deliver the car located about a 10 min. drive away. We also where able to leave the car with the front desk and they took care of the rental return. Very convenient. Entertainment at night could be improved. They are smaller shows. More of a local feel which I actually looked forward to except the shows where not well advertised as to what time and what the entertainment of the night would be. There was a singer one night that was good but the rest of the time we felt like there was no entertainment as we did not know, time, location, act, etc. Overall the hotel appearance, cleanliness and pool/beach amenities where great.They also took care of the bugs and I did not find any during our stay,. This made it very pleasant. But for food and alcohol choices, I felt quit disappointed. I would rate it a 6/10.

Riu Playa Blanca: Un voyage extraordinaire

L'hôtel était agréable et propre, les chambres étaient belles, la nourriture était abondante et il y en avait pour tous les goûts. On aurait pu faire plus de buffets à thème les soirs ou plus de stations avec de la viande ou du poisson frais en train de cuire. Nous avons mangé deux fois au steak house, deux fois à l'asiatique (mmm sushi !) et une fois à l'italien et nous aurions aimé faire l'italien une autre fois aussi ! Ils étaient tous délicieux ! Les divertissements étaient corrects et a [... lire plus]uraient probablement pu bénéficier d'une aide supplémentaire, mais ils étaient tout de même corrects. Les piscines étaient superbes, la fête de la mousse amusante, la piscine pour enfants super, la piscine pour adultes tranquille et bien sûr le bar de la piscine était une belle piscine ! La plage était géniale avec toute l'ombre des palmiers et c'est une grande plage, mais gardez vos tongs car il fait très chaud, mais c'est une belle plage !

Amazing Trip The hotel was nice and clean, rooms were lovely, food was plentiful and something for everyone. Could of done more themes buffet nights or more stations with fresh meat or fish cooking. The A la cartes were good as well we ate twice at the steak house, twice at the Asian (mmm sushi!) and once at the Italian and wish we would of done the Italian another time as well! They were all delicious! The entertainment was ok and probably do with some additional help but it was still ok. The pools were great, fun foam party, great kids pool, nice quiet adult pool and of course the pool bar was a nice pool! The beach was awesome with all the shade from the palm trees and it’s a big beach but keep those flip flops on as it’s very hot but a lovely beach!

Belle propriété et beaucoup d'activités amusantes cependant.... c'est une très longue marche partout où vous voulez aller. J'ai préparé mon sac de plage pour la journée afin de ne pas avoir à retourner dans ma chambre. Deux des quatre ascenseurs étaient hors service une bonne partie de la semaine et les ascenseurs prenaient beaucoup de temps, heureusement que je suis capable de monter et descendre les 5 étages à chaque fois. Le service de ménage a nettoyé ma chambre le deuxième jour et lorsque  [... lire plus]je suis revenu, elle empestait l'urine et l'eau de javel qui devaient provenir du seau à vadrouille. Il y a bien quatre bouteilles d'alcool dans la chambre. Nous n'avons utilisé qu'une partie de la demi-bouteille de vodka le deuxième jour... la bouteille a été remplacée le quatrième jour par une autre demi-bouteille .... ennuyeux. L'excursion shopping n'était PAS conforme à la publicité. Elle était annoncée comme une visite et des achats à proximité. Nous avons passé environ 45 minutes pour aller dans une petite ville où il n'y avait pratiquement aucun type de souvenirs du Panama, juste un piège à touristes, les prix n'étant pas bons sur la plupart des choses. Pas de discussion sur les visites dans le bus, pas de guide. La piscine était superbe, belle et propre, l'océan trop agité tous les jours et ne convient pas aux enfants à cause du ressac. Dernier commentaire : je ne reviendrai pas dans cette propriété. Je ne voyagerai plus jamais avec Sunwing, c'est une toute autre histoire, y compris un avion plein de moisissure noire et des retards +++

Beautiful property but read on.... Beautiful property and lots of fun activities however.... it is a very long walk anywhere u want to go. I packed my beach bag for the day so I would not have to return to my room. Two of four elevators were out of service much of the week and elevators took a very long time fortunately I am able to walk up and down the 5 stories each time. Maid service cleaned my room day two and when I returned it reeked! of urine and bleach which must have come from mop bucket. There is indeed four bottles of alcohol in the room. We only used some of the half bottle of vodka day two..the bottle was replaced on day four with another half bottle .... annoying. Excursion shopping was NOT as advertised. It was advertised as a tour and shopping and close by. We spent approx 45 mins to go to a little town where there were hardly any type of Panama souvenirs just a tourist trap prices not good on most things. No tour discussion on bus no guide. Pool was great nice and clean ocean too rough everyday and NOT suitable for children due to undertow. Final comment I would not return to this property. Ps I would never travel again with Sunwing either a whole other story there including a plane full of black mould and delays delays delays +++

Riu Playa Blanca: Dans l'ensemble, excellent, sauf pour la finale !

Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très satisfaits de ce Riu et de nos 11 nuits de vacances. Nous sommes reconnaissants à notre agent Beth qui nous a orientés vers Playa Planca lorsque nous avons indiqué que de longues promenades sur la plage étaient importantes. Deux fois par jour, dans des directions différentes de l'hôtel, les marées hautes et basses ont offert une variété intéressante de la puissance de Mère Nature. La propreté et le soin apportés à l'hôtel étaient visibles partout, à l'intéri [... lire plus]eur comme à l'extérieur - il y avait toujours un employé pour nettoyer, passer la serpillière ou jardiner - et presque chaque rencontre s'accompagnait d'un signe de tête, d'un sourire ou d'un Hola ! Nous sommes heureux de voir que 4 piscines répondent aux différentes attentes des clients (calme, bar de la piscine, activités, enfants) et l'équipe de divertissement Lookea a été très divertissante. La nourriture était vraiment bonne dans tous les restaurants, y compris le Buffet Balboa - beaucoup de variété et j'ai vraiment apprécié le nombre de salades différentes et de viandes froides/poissons. Il n'y a qu'un seul vrai restaurant à la carte - le Steakhouse, les deux autres servant des entrées et des desserts sous forme de buffet. Un peu surpris qu'il n'y ait pas de service à table dans le Lobby Bar et que les barmans soient souvent débordés, mais ils ont fait face à la demande de manière professionnelle. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la machine à espresso/capuccino dans le Sport Bar 24/7, surtout le matin ! Malheureusement, le souvenir final n'est pas très satisfaisant. Le vol était prévu en fin d'après-midi et nous étions heureux de penser que nous avions une autre journée au bord de la piscine, mais il n'y a aucune possibilité de départ tardif et la réception est mal informée au sujet de la salle de douche. Il est indiqué qu'il y aura des serviettes et du savon/shampoing, mais il n'y a que 3 petites cabines de douche, pas de serviettes ni de produits de nettoyage, aucun endroit où poser ses affaires pour les garder au sec et un seul sèche-cheveux accroché au mur, assez inaccessible Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais cet hôtel et le temps au Panama en février était parfait ! merci !

Overall Great, except for finale! Overall very pleased with this Riu and our 11 night vacation experience, grateful to our Agent Beth who directed us to Playa Planca when we indicated that long beach walks were important. Twice each day in different directions from the resort the high and low tides provided such an interesting variety display of the power of Mother Nature. The resort cleanliness and care were apparent everywhere inside and out - always some employee cleaning or mopping or gardening - and almost every encounter included a nod or smile or Hola! Happy to see 4 pools catering to the different guest expectations (quiet, pool bar, activities, children) and the Entertainment Crew Lookea were certainly entertaining. Food was really good in all restaurants, including the Balboa Buffet - lots of variety and really enjoyed the number of different salads and cold meats/fish. Only one real a la carte restaurant - the Steakhouse, as the other two served appetizers and desserts by means of buffet. A little surprised that there was no table service in the Lobby Bar and the Bartenders were often overwhelmed, but dealt with the demand professionally. Very much appreciated the espresso/capuccino machine in the 24/7 Sport Bar, especially in the mornings! Unfortunately the final memory is less than satisfactory. Flight was a late afternoon schedule, which we were happy to think that we had another day by the pool, however no chance of a Late Check-out and the front desk is misinformed about the Shower Room. Stated there would be towels and soap/shampoo - however there are only 3 small shower stalls, no towels or cleansing amenities - nowhere to place your belongings to keep them dry and only one hairdryer mounted on the wall, quite inaccessible Overall would recommend this hotel and the weather in Panama in February was perfect! thanks!

Riu Playa Blanca: Un excellent rapport qualité-prix

Nous aimons la chaîne d'hôtels RIU. L'hôtel en lui-même était très bien, pas tellement la nourriture, non pas qu'elle était mauvaise, mais elle était ennuyeuse, tout n'est pas la même chose, ce n'est pas ce pour quoi RIU’s sont connus. A Autres RIU, il y a souvent des soirées à thème ! Meilleure variété et bien Cuits. Le poisson était souvent cru, ce qui n'est pas mon truc, et c'était à cause des grillades chaudes Grill" Le trajet de l'aéroport à l'hôtel était de 10 minutes ðŸ¤"

Great value We like the RIU hotel chain. You can count on it being great.The hotel it self was great,not so much the food,not that it was bad,it was boring, every not the same thing not what RIU’s are known for. At Other RIU’s the would often be theme nights! Better variety and well Cooked. The fish was often raw not my thing and this was “ of the hot Grill” It was great that the ride from the airport to the hotel was ten minutes 🤓

Tout était bon, la nourriture était la même tous les jours. C'est le seul endroit où le poisson était horrible, pas assez cuit. Les chambres étaient belles et le terrain était bien entretenu. Ils parlaient tous anglais quand il y avait des jeux ou des spectacles

Not to bad Every thing was good food was the same every day. This was the only place where the fish was terrible not cooked enough The rooms where nice and the grounds where done nice. Pools kept clean.They rally spoke English when they had games or shows

Riu Playa Blanca: Grand hôtel

L'hôtel est impeccable. Les employés de la réception sont bons. Notre chambre était au 5ème étage, face à la cour, nous pouvions voir l'océan, elle était belle et propre. Il y a deux lavabos et une grande douche. Il y a un sèche-cheveux mais apportez votre propre shampoing et votre savon pour le corps. Les prises sont les mêmes que celles de la maison, aucun adaptateur n'est nécessaire. L'aéroport est à 7 minutes. Les boissons du bar sont toutes excellentes. Vous pouvez demander des alco [... lire plus]ols de qualité supérieure. J'étais content que le bar ait du clamato, mais pas de jus de canneberge. Les piscines sont superbes, chaudes et rafraîchissantes. L'océan était agréable à nager. Le sable de la plage est chaud, portez des sandales La nourriture était géniale, du buffet à la cuisine raffinée. Le seul point faible de l'hôtel est l'animation nocturne Il n'y a littéralement rien à faire entre la fin du dîner et le début du spectacle à 9h30 L'hôtel devrait faire venir un pianiste ou organiser une sorte de danse

Great Hotel The hotel is spotless. The front desk people are good. Our room was on the 5th floor facing the courtyard view, we could see the ocean it was beautiful and clean. There are double sinks and a great walk in shower. There is a blow dryer but bring your own shampoos and body soap. The plugs are the same as home, no adapters required. The airport is 7 minutes away. The bar drinks are all great. You can ask for top shelf liquor. I was happy the bar had clamato, but no cranberry juice. The pools are great warm and refreshing. The ocean was nice to swim in. The beach sand is hot wear your sandals The food was awesome , from the buffet to the fine dining. The only place the hotel falls short is the night entertainment There is literally nothing to do from when dinner is done to when show starts at 930 The hotel should bring in a piano player or have some sort of dancing

Grand Decameron Panama: Voyage agréable !

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances au Royal Decameron à la fin du mois de janvier. Le complexe était très proche de l'aéroport, ce qui était un avantage. Il y avait beaucoup de villas de faible hauteur réparties sur l'ensemble du complexe. La chambre était simple et propre. Il y avait beaucoup d'escaliers et de routes en pente entre le niveau inférieur et le niveau supérieur du complexe. Si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, vous risquez de rencontrer des difficultés. La nourriture des [... lire plus] différents buffets était correcte (pas beaucoup de variété) et le service n'était pas toujours le meilleur au buffet parce que le complexe n'avait pas assez de personnel. Tous les restaurants à la carte étaient très bons et le service aussi. La plage est très agréable à parcourir. Essayez de marcher tôt le matin ou tard dans la journée car il fait très chaud. Les piscines étaient bien mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'ombre. Nous avons apprécié la visite du canal et de Panama City, ainsi que la visite en tramway de la forêt tropicale. Dans les deux cas, il fallait se rendre à Panama City, ce qui prend environ 2 heures à 2 heures et demie selon la circulation. Je recommanderais ces deux excursions. Dans l'ensemble, le voyage était bien, surtout si vous aimez la chaleur et le soleil.

Enjoyable Trip! Vacationed at the Royal Decameron for two week at the end of January. The resort was very close to the airport which was a plus. The resort had lots of low rise villas that were spread out over the resort. The room was simple and clean. There were lots of stairs and sloped roads between the lower level of the resort and the higher level of the resort. If you have any mobility issues you might have a problem. The food at the different buffets was alright (not a lot of variety).The service was not always the the best at the buffet because the resort did not have enough people employed. All the a la cart restaurants were very good and so was the service. The beach was great to walk on. Try to walk early in the morning or later in the day because it is very hot. The pools were good but did not have a lot of shade. We enjoyed the trip to the Canal and Panama City, as well as the Tram trip to the Rain Forest. Both trips we had to travel to Panama City which is about 2 to 2 and half hours depending on the traffic. I would recommend both trips. Overall the trip was good, especially if you like it hot and sunny.

Riu Playa Blanca: Sentiments mitigés

Nos vacances se sont déroulées fin novembre 2019, du 22 au 29 Nous aimons Riu, et avons adoré la chambre - dernier étage, face à l'océan. La nourriture était excellente. Le service était excellent. La disposition des piscines n'est pas optimale. 4 piscines à l'avant - pas de piscine tranquille. Nous étions là alors que la région était en vacances, le complexe était donc bondé et très bruyant. La plage et l'eau étaient sales. Nous sommes contents d'être allés voir le canal, mais nous ne re [... lire plus]tournerons pas au Panama.

Mixed Feelings Our holiday was the end of November 2019, 22 - 29 We love Riu, and loved the room - top floor, ocean front. The food was great. The service was great. The set up of the pools are not optimum. 4 pools in front - no quiet pool. We were there while there was a holiday for the area, so the resort was packed and very noisy. The beach and water were dirty. We are happy we went and saw the canal, but we would not go back to Panama.
