Better Than Average Resort Excellent location. Good Facilities. Great staff. Clean & comfortable rooms if somewhat dated(room 421 is a winner). Food quality appeared to be good but food variety needs some help. Ask for a room overlooking the adult swimming pool.

Samba Vallarta: 14 jours de détente et de service

Le personnel est excellent, toujours présent pour tout ce que vous voulez ou ce dont vous avez besoin. Les petites stations sont la meilleure solution, pas de file d'attente et toujours une chaise de plage. Le barbecue en plein air était une touche agréable et le personnel a travaillé très dur pour le rendre possible. C'était nos deuxièmes vacances là-bas et nous y reviendrons certainement.

14 days of relaxing and great service Excellent staff always there for anything you want or need.The smaller resorts are the way to go, no line ups and always a beach chair. The outdoor BBQ was a nice touch the staff worked very hard to make it happen.This was our 2nd holiday there and will definetly return.

Les chambres sont toutes bien entretenues et propres, le terrain est très bien entretenu, la nourriture est excellente, la plage est magnifique et tout le personnel est INCROYABLE ! Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire au centre de villégiature pour vous occuper, mais c'est aussi un endroit idéal pour se détendre - vous pouvez donc faire de vos vacances exactement ce que vous voulez. Amazing Vacation to Grand Palladium Vallarta The rooms are all well maintained and clean, the grounds are kept very nice, the food is great, the beach is beautiful, and all the staff are AMAZING! There is lots to do at the resort to keep you busy, but it is also good for just relaxing - so you can make your vacation exactly what you want. Giovani is the BEST bartender at Hemminways. Matias and Victor are the BEST bartenders at the Relax Pool. I've been to this resort twice and will definitely be returning again in the future.

A Very Nice Place to Stay! This hotel is a wonderful place to stay while in Puerto Vallerta! The staff are so hard working and wonderful to the guests that the name of the hotel rings true. The grounds, pool and beach area are immaculate and the service top-notch. From beach chair service of a tasty shrimp platter for two to the champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries surprisingly placed in our room, who could not but feel welcomed and special!

Service attentif du personnel, terrain bien entretenu, installations confortables et agréables, bien agencées. La nourriture est bonne et propose des plats chauds et froids autour de la piscine. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'intimité et l'atmosphère familiale de cet établissement. Il ne s'agissait pas d'une production de masse et pourtant il offrait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour rendre nos vacances agréables. Ils ont préparé des mélanges de muffins sans gluten que j'avais apportés pour mon régime spécial GF. Il aurait été agréable d'avoir le WIFI dans la chambre et autour de la piscine plutôt que dans le foyer, mais nous ne pouvons pas nous plaindre du service, des équipements, du personnel ou de quoi que ce soit d'autre. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Lovely boutique resort Attentive service by the staff, well maintained grounds, comfortable and pleasant facilities well laid out. Food good, and offered both hot and cold venues around the pool. We really enjoyed the intimacy and "family like" attitude and feel of this place. It wasn't mass production and yet it offered everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. We were able to get moved to a room overlooking the pool part way through our stay and we REALLY enjoyed that. They baked up gluten free muffin mixes I brought for my special GF diet. It would have been nice to have had WIFI in the room and around the pool rather than just in the foyer, but, can't complain about the service, amenities, staff, or anything. We would definitely come back!

Barcelo Puerto Vallarta: endroit idéal

Mon chéri était le cuisinier du restaurant de la piscine qui servait du porc au barbecue. L'emplacement était court bus à la ville et la plage a fait pour une promenade quotidienne agréable avec de belles vues de la région environnante

great spot staff was awesome from the maids,front desk especially Julius and Lucy at customer service.My sweetheart was the cook at the pool diner who served bbq pork. Location was short bus to town and the beach made for a nice daily walk with great views of the surrondering area

C'était la première fois que nous séjournions dans ce complexe. Nous avons acheté le forfait Royal Club et avons été surclassés dans une suite studio à notre arrivée. Nous avons été traités comme des rois. La nourriture, la chambre, les divertissements, la plage et le personnel étaient excellents. Un remerciement spécial à Jorge dans la zone de la plage. Great Resort! This was our first time staying at this resort. We purchased the Royal club package and upgraded to a studio suite upon arrival. We were treated like royalty. Food, room, entertainment, beach and staff were excellent. A special thanks to Jorge in the beach area. His service was always accompanied with a smile:) If you are looking for a smaller more intimate resort I would suggest the Occidental Grand Nuevo!

Paradise Village Puerto Vallarta: Paradise Village

Excellent hôtel, les gens étaient merveilleux, la nourriture était excellente, je ne me souviens pas de tous les noms du personnel mais ils étaient tous excellents. J'ai apprécié la belle plage et les longues promenades, ainsi que tous les divertissements et les soirées à thème.

Excellent hotel, people were wonderful, food was great, can't remember all names of staff but they were all excellent. Enjoyed the beautiful beach and the nice long walks and all the entertainment and theme nights.

Friendly Fun Vallarta: Endroit agréable, personnel très sympathique

Petit hôtel tout compris, le hall et la réception ont été récemment rénovés, mais les chambres mériteraient un peu d'attention. Le personnel est très serviable et amical. Quelques bons divertissements, un soir il y avait un groupe de marachi dans le hall, un autre soir un violoniste, tous les deux bons. Le personnel de la cuisine a mis en place une belle exposition de nourriture/buffet sur la plage. Un événement étrange : à l'arrivée, deux bouteilles d'eau et un sac de chips dans la chambre. Le  [... lire plus]lendemain, pas d'eau, la femme de chambre en a demandé et en a eu. Le lendemain, pas d'eau. Ceci après avoir laissé ce que nous pensions être un pourboire raisonnable dans la chambre les deux nuits. Nous avons augmenté le montant du pourboire de 10 pesos et nous avons commencé à recevoir de l'eau. Hmmm.

Nice place, staff were very friendly Smaller all inclusive, lobby and reception recently updated, rooms could use some attention. Staff very helpful and friendly. Some good entertainment, one night was a marachi band in the lobby area, another night was a violinist, both good. Kitchen staff put on a beautiful food display/buffet on beach. Had one odd event: upon arrival, had two bottles of water and a bag of chips in room. next day no water, Asked maid and got some. The next day no water. This is after leaving what we though was a reasonable tip in room both nights. Upped the tip amount by 10 pesos, and we started getting water. Hmmm.

Crown Paradise Club: bonne station pour les enfants

Nos enfants étaient âgés de 10 et 8 ans, certains des événements organisés pour les enfants étaient destinés aux plus jeunes, les enfants ont aimé le fait qu'ils pouvaient obtenir leurs propres boissons spéciales. La nourriture était correcte au buffet, les plats à la carte étaient tous délicieux, ils étaient bien avec nos enfants. Assurez-vous de réserver tôt ou vous serez coincés à 8h30 pour le dîner.

good resort for kids Our kids were 10 and 8 some of the events that they had for the kids were for younger kids, the kids liked that they could get their own specialty drinks. The food was ok at the buffet the a la cart were all delish they were good with our kids. Make sure you book a reservation early or you will get stuck at 830 for dinner.

Las Palmas by the Sea: Exactement ce que nous recherchions

Après avoir lu quelques critiques, nous nous attendions à devoir faire des compromis sur de nombreux points. Ce n'était pas nécessaire, le personnel est excellent dans ce complexe et même si certaines choses ont un aspect un peu fatigué, le caractère de l'hôtel transparaît. Nous avons été très satisfaits du rapport qualité-prix que nous avons payé. Je n'avais pas réservé le Ritz et je ne m'attendais donc pas à ce que ce soit le cas. Si c'est le cas, ce n'est pas ici qu'il faut séjourner. Il y a  [... lire plus]beaucoup d'options pour satisfaire tout le monde. L'emplacement est idéal et les gens sont sympathiques. Les lits sont certainement un peu durs, mais nous nous en sommes sortis. Les chambres étaient propres, les boissons pleines et la nourriture abondante.....addate people smiling to provide you with all of that and you're set in my books.

Exactly what we were looking for After reading some reviews we were prepared to have to compromise with a lot of things. That was unnecessary, the staff are top notch at this resort and while some things are a bit tired looking the character shines through. We were very happy with the value we paid for. I wasn't booking the Ritz so I didn't expect the Ritz. If you do, this is not your place to stay. Lots of options to keep everyone happy here. The location is great and the people were nice. Beds are certainly on the firm side but we managed. Rooms were clean, drinks were full and the food was plentiful.....add smiling people to provide you with all of that and you're set in my books.

Occidental Nuevo Vallarta: grand occidental

Tout était parfait : le personnel, la nourriture, les boissons, le service et la plage. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la taille du complexe, où tout était si proche les uns des autres. Nous n'avons jamais eu à faire la queue ni à attendre le service.

Everything was perfect-staff, food,drinks, service and the beach. We especially liked the size of the resort with everything so close together. We never encountered a line up nor had to wait on service.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ici !

C'est notre troisième séjour dans un complexe Iberostar (nous avons également séjourné deux fois à Punta Cana) et il a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le personnel était plus qu'excellent, depuis les concierges de 10 blocs (Candy et ses associés), jusqu'au personnel de restauration, et tout le monde, des femmes de chambre aux jardiniers, était toujours prompt à saluer tout le monde. Je dois mentionner tout particulièrement la fabuleuse équipe d'animation, qui travaille sans relâche pour parler [... lire plus] aux clients, organiser des activités amusantes et participer aux spectacles nocturnes, ainsi que les serveurs du bar du hall du patio extérieur, qui sont tout simplement les femmes les plus adorables qui soient ! Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour obtenir des chaises de piscine ou de plage (comme c'est toujours le cas lorsque l'on séjourne au Riu), ni pour obtenir des réservations dans les restaurants de spécialités. Le terrain est vraiment charmant et toujours bien entretenu, tout comme la piscine. Mes adolescents et nous avons rencontré tellement de gens formidables avec qui passer du temps pendant notre semaine là-bas ! Ils se sont affichés sur YikYak pour rencontrer d'autres adolescents. Nous avons séjourné au 1010 dans le 10 block avec vue sur la fontaine et nous avons trouvé que c'était un très bon emplacement, avec une marche rapide vers le hall et la piscine. Nous recommandons le steakhouse et les restaurants mexicains ; le restaurant japonais Tepanaki était tout juste correct - j'ai connu un meilleur "spectacle" au Bahia Principe. Si je peux mentionner quelques inconvénients mineurs (et ils n'étaient pas vraiment très importants pour nous), la nourriture des Riu resorts est meilleure ; il n'y a pas beaucoup de magasins sur la propriété et aucun n'est accessible à pied si le shopping est votre truc ; les vagues sont fortes la plupart des jours (drapeau rouge sur certains, drapeau jaune sur d'autres) et ne sont donc peut-être pas idéales pour les petits enfants, mais vous pouvez marcher assez loin avant d'être renversé ; les barmans pour la plupart sont juste OK< pas super amicaux mais pas impolis non plus. Nous avons pris un taxi pour Sayulita, la ville funky mais encombrée de surfeurs à 1/2 heure de là (300 pesos ou 15 $). Je recommande et vous souhaite un bon séjour si vous y allez !

Very much enjoyed our stay here! This is our third stay stay at an Iberostar resort (also stayed in Punta Cana twice) and it lived up to our high expectations. The staff were beyond excellent, from the concierges in 10 block (Candy and her associates), to the dining staff, and everyone from maids to gardeners was always quick to greet everyone. I have to mention especially the fab animation team -- who work so tirelessly to talk to guests, put on fun activities and participate in the nightly shows as well -- and the outside patio lobby bar servers who are just the sweetest ladies ever!!! We had no problem getting pool or beach chairs (as you always do if you stay at Riu), no issue getting reservations for the specialty restaurants. The grounds are really lovely and always well maintained, as was the pool. My teenagers and us met so many great people to hang out with in our week there!! They posted on YikYak to meet up with other teens there. We stayed in 1010 in 10 block overlooking the fountain and we found it to be great location, quick walk to lobby and pool. Recommend the Steakhouse and Mexican restaurants; the Tepanaki Japanese was just OK -- I have experienced a better "show" at Bahia Principe. If I can mention a couple of minor drawbacks (and they were not really super important to us) the food at Riu resorts is better; there are not many stores on the property and none to walk to if shopping is your thing; the waves are strong most days (red flag on some, yellow flag on others) and so may not be great for little children but you can walk out quite far before being bowled over; the bartenders for the most part are just OK< not super friendly but not rude either. And the excursions are super expensive compared to similar resorts so we did not do them; we took a cab to Sayulita, the funky but congested beach surfer town 1/2 hour away (300 pesos or $15). Would recommend and wish you a happy stay if you go!

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Le complexe est propre et confortable, et il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire, si vous êtes intéressé par ce genre de choses. La nourriture est bonne/moyenne mais très variée. La plage et les parties communes sont très belles, il y a beaucoup d'espace à la piscine réservée aux adultes. L'emplacement est excellent, à proximité de l'aéroport et à distance de marche de Bucerias. Je reviendrais ici !

Great resort, extremely good staff The staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort is clean and comfortable, lots of activities to participate in, if you're interested in that sort of thing. The food is good/average but lots of variety. The beach and common areas are quite beautiful, lots of room by the Adults Only pool. Location is great, close to the airport and easy walking distance into Bucerias. I would stay here again!
