Barcelo Maya Palace: Un centre de villégiature magnifique, mais avec des problèmes

La procédure d'enregistrement a duré plus de trois heures, ce qui nous a fait perdre la majeure partie de notre première journée. Le salon Premium présentait néanmoins des avantages (climatisation, collations, bar, etc.). Le complexe était absolument gigantesque et le fait de séjourner dans l'un des hôtels vous donnait accès à tous les buffets, restaurants et choses à voir, ce qui était génial. Nous avons profité pleinement d'une leçon de plongée gratuite dans la piscine, ainsi que d'excursio [... lire plus]ns payantes sur un catamaran et des jet-skis, qui ont toutes répondu aux attentes. La plongée avec masque et tuba sur le site était également excellente, nous avons pu voir deux tortues de mer et un grand nombre de poissons différents. Nous avons été confrontés à un incident homophobe lors de notre première nuit et nous avons pensé que le personnel aurait pu mieux gérer la situation. Ils nous ont appelés pour nous proposer un avantage, mais lorsque nous sommes allés le demander, il fallait s'inscrire au Resort Club et assister à une présentation de 30 minutes. Nous avons refusé, c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire. Nous ne sommes pas sûrs que nous reviendrons à cause de ces petites choses, mais dans l'ensemble, ce fut une bonne expérience avec un personnel formidable et amical, une nourriture fiable et une variété d'options qui font que 7 jours dans la même région ne sont jamais ennuyeux.

Stunning resort, but did have its issues Our check-in process took 3+ hours, which meant we lost most of our first day. Premium Lounge definitely had its perks though (AC, snacks, bar etc.). Resort was absolutely massive and staying at one gave you access to all of the different buffets, restaurants and things to see which was awesome. We took full advantage with a free pool scuba lesson, as well as paid excursions on a catamaran and jet skis, all lived up to expectations. The snorkeling on site was also great, got to see two sea turtles and a lot of different fish. We did deal with a homophobic incident on our first night and thought the staff could have done a lot better job handling the situation. They called to offer us a perk, but when we went to require it meant signing up for their Resort Club and sitting through a 30 minute presentation. We declined, to say the least. Not sure if we'd return because of a few of these little things, but overall it was a good experience with great, friendly staff, reliable food and a variety of options so 7 days in the same area never got boring.

Viva Azteca by Wyndham: Nice Resort *3.5*

Il s'agit d'un centre de villégiature 3,5 étoiles. Ne vous méprenez pas, c'était un endroit agréable mais il manquait le petit plus pour en faire un 4 étoiles. Le côté positif : l'hôtel était très propre, le personnel aimable et serviable. C'est un complexe tranquille avec des activités limitées. Il y a toujours une place à la piscine ou à la plage. Nous avions accès à Viva Wyndham Maya, ce qui était très agréable. Les inconvénients sont la mauvaise musique à la piscine fournie par le pers [... lire plus]onnel, toujours la même musique, pas de fruits de mer du tout. La nourriture était un peu décevante pour le Mexique, nous mangeons habituellement très bien au Mexique, mais pas cette fois. Nous avons mangé des algues les trois premiers jours de notre séjour. Les autres jours, c'était magnifique. Les employés travaillent très dur pour nettoyer la plage tous les jours.

This is a 3.5 stars resort. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice place but missing the little extra to make it 4 stars. On the plus side: Hotel was super clean, staff friendly and helpfull. It is a quiet resort with limited activities. Always a place at pool or beach. We had access to Viva Wyndham Maya, which was very nice. On the down side, bad music at the pool provided by the staff, always the same music, no seafood at all. Food was a bit dissapointive for Mexico, we usually eat very well in Mexico, but not this time. We had seaweed the first three days of our stay. The other days it was beautiful. Workers work very hard to clean the beach everyday.

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi cet hôtel

Cet hôtel est merveilleux pour le service, je ne le dirai jamais assez. Nous sommes allés au Mexique plusieurs fois et tout le personnel s'est surpassé. Excellent hôtel pour les familles. Il y avait toujours quelque chose à faire pour les enfants chaque jour. Je recommande vivement ce complexe. La nourriture était également excellente et servie très rapidement

So glad we picked this hotel This hotel is wonderful for service I can't say that enough. We have been to Mexico several times and all the staff went above and beyond. Great hotel for families. There was always something for the kids to do daily. I would highly recommend this resort. Food was also great and served in a very timely Manor

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Plage extraordinaire ! Déçu par le service :(

Nous avions déjà séjourné au Sando Caracol et avons décidé d'essayer le Playacar ! La plage est bien meilleure que celle du Caracol, mais nous avons préféré l'organisation et le service du Caracol. Nous achetons à chaque fois le Select Club Adult only. Le Playacar n'offre pas le même service (les barmans n'avaient pas la même consistance ou le même service), le bar n'est pas bien situé pour y accéder, notre chambre n'a été nettoyée que deux fois par semaine et si vous aviez un bracelet noir ( [... lire plus]Elite Club), le personnel s'occupait de vous et ignorait les membres du Select Club or. Les cartes italiennes, françaises et mexicaines étaient excellentes ! El Gaucho, le steak house, pas tellement, car le steak n'était pas cuit à point pour aucun d'entre nous et il y avait un buffet de salades et de desserts. Le buffet du matin pour le Select Club était très bien servi ! La section Select Club et Elite aurait besoin d'une meilleure signalisation car c'était un chemin direct depuis le hall central et tout le monde y passait (familles et enfants) alors que la piscine principale se trouvait sur une autre branche du chemin. Les chambres étaient correctes, elles auraient besoin d'une mise à jour du mobilier, mais dans l'ensemble, le lit était confortable et les rangements nombreux. Notre réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas lorsque nous sommes arrivés, mais notre concierge Maria (sur une période de 2 jours) a pu le faire remplacer. La plage et l'océan étaient superbes pendant les 4 jours de notre séjour, le personnel a nettoyé les mauvaises herbes toute la journée sur la plage ! Le Wi-Fi était excellent à l'extérieur mais pas dans les chambres, il fallait donc s'asseoir sur le balcon si l'on voulait se connecter. Dans l'ensemble, le temps était magnifique et nous nous sommes bien détendus, mais nous avons été déçus par le service !

Amazing Beach! Disappointed in the Service :( We have stayed at the Sando Caracol previously and decided to try the Playacar! Hands down the beach here is so much better than the Caracol but we preferred the set up and service at the Caracol. We purchase the Select Club Adult only each time. The Playacar does not have the same service (bartenders did not have any drink consistency or service), bar is not situated well for access, our room was only cleaned twice in a week and if you had a black wrist band (Elite Club), the staff catered to you and ignored the gold Select Club. The Italian, French and Mexican A La Cartes were great! El Gaucho the Steak house, not so much as the steak was not cooked to specifications for either of us and you had a buffet salad bar and dessert bar. Morning buffet for Select Club had a great service! The Select Club and Elite section needed better signage as it was a direct path from the middle lobby and everyone walked through (families and children) when the main pool was off another branch of the path. The rooms were ok, they could do with some updates to the furniture but overall bed was comfortable and great storage. Our fridge didn't work when we arrived but our concierge Maria (over a 2 day period) was able to get it replaced. The beach and ocean were great for 4 days of our stay, the staff cleaned the weeds all day off the beach! The Wi-Fi was amazing outdoors but not in the rooms so it was sitting on the balcony if you wanted to connect. All in all, great weather and relaxing time but disappointed in service!

Barcelo Maya Caribe: J'adore cette station

Ce resort est incroyable, propre, amical avec des paysages spectaculaires, partout où vous regardez, c'est comme une carte postale …... absolument à couper le souffle. Il y a beaucoup de bonne nourriture tout au long de la journée et le service est incroyable ! C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons ici et nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Love love love this resort This resort is amazing, clean, friendly with spectacular scenery ,everywhere you look it’s like a picture postcard ….. absolutely breathtaking. Plenty of good food all day long with amazing service! Our second time here and can’t wait to go back.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: n'est plus aussi bon

malheureusement le resort n'est pas comme je m'en souvenais, j'ai séjourné à Coba la dernière fois et j'ai eu une bonne expérience à l'époque, la chambre sentait vraiment mauvais, l'humidité était telle qu'on pouvait la sentir de l'extérieur de la porte, le canapé était très sale, la literie avait des trous et était dans un état très usé et les oreillers sentaient tellement mauvais que je ne pense pas qu'ils aient été changés. j'ai réservé une autre chambre pour ma mère et c'était mieux mais el [... lire plus]le était à l'opposé de notre chambre et dans un 3 étage pour une vieille dame, j'ai demandé à la rapprocher le plus possible avant d'y aller et on ne me l'a pas accordé, donc pendant quelques jours nous avons tenu le coup mais à la fin nous avons dû payer pour un surclassement et demander à la rapprocher, ce que je regrette, car l'humidité de sa chambre était si mauvaise qu'elle dormait avec un masque sur elle. notre matelas était terriblement dur et je n'ai pas pu dormir toute la semaine, à cause de la douleur dans mes hanches et de l'odeur, leur solution pour l'odeur était un déshumidificateur qui n'a pas fonctionné, donc en plus de l'odeur, le matelas et maintenant le BRUIT. notre réfrigérateur a été débranché pendant deux jours avant de partir, le téléphone de ma mère n'a jamais fonctionné même après que j'ai demandé qu'on le répare parce que je craignais qu'elle en ait besoin en cas d'urgence. lorsque je prenais une douche, l'eau coulait de la porte de la douche vers le sol de la chambre, et enfin, la nourriture était correcte, mais j'ai remarqué qu'il n'y avait plus de jus naturels, de desserts et de pain sans saveur, pas de bœuf seulement haché, juste un jour j'ai eu un peu de steak, comme je l'ai dit la nourriture était correcte mais pas merveilleuse comme dans d'autres hôtels. il faut améliorer le moment de l'enregistrement, pas d'information du tout, au moins c'est ce qui nous est arrivé, nous avons dû comprendre comment cela fonctionne. nous ne sommes pas tous des gens numériques. maintenant les points positifs, nous avons passé un bon moment avec les divertissements, les restaurants privés étaient super, les piscines superbes, les chambres de bonne taille, la plupart des employés étaient sympathiques et prêts à aider, j'adore le cadre du complexe, leur végétation et leurs espaces verts sont superbes, les transports à l'intérieur du complexe étaient bons.

no so good anymore unfortunately the resort its not as I remember, I did stay at coba last time and I did have a good experience then, the room smells really bad the humidity was so bad that you could smell it form outside the door, the sofa was very dirty, the bedding had some holes and in a very used condition and pillows smelled so bad, I dont think they were change. i did book another room for my mom and was better but she was in the opposite side of our room and in a 3 floor for an old lady, i did ask to put her as close as possible before going there and wasn't granted, so for a couple of days we copped but at the end we have to pay for an upgrade and ask to move her closer to ask, which I regret, because her room humidity was so bad too that she was sleeping with a mask on it. our mattress were terrible hard that I could sleep well the whole week, for the pain in my hips and the smell, their solution about the smell it was a dehumidifier which didn't work, so beside the smell, the mattress now the NOISE. our fridge were disconnected for two days before leaving, my mom phone never worked even after I did ask to fix it because I was worry that she need it for an emergency. when showering water was running out the shower door to the floor room, and last , FOOD was okay, but I noticed that no more natural juices, desserts and bread without flavor, no beef only grounded, just one day I have a little bit of steak, like i said food was okay but no wonderful like other hotels. needs improving at the time of check in, not information at all, at least that what happens to us, we had to figure out how it works. we aren't all digital folks. now the positive, we had a great time with entertainment, the private restaurants were great, great pools, good room sizes, most of the stuff was friendly and willing to help, love the setting of the resort, their vegetation and green areas are great, transportation inside the resort was good.

Hotel Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort: Excellent rapport qualité-prix

Nous avons séjourné à la Marina El Cid du 12 au 19 avril. Il s'agissait de vacances mère-fille et nous n'avons pas été déçues. Les repas étaient bons, il y avait un assortiment de restaurants à la carte à choisir parmi les restaurants des 3 stations. Il était possible de réserver 2 jours à l'avance. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les navettes (via des voiturettes de golf) disponibles car ma mère avait des difficultés à marcher. Les bâtiments avaient également des ascenseurs en état de marc [... lire plus]he, ce qui est parfois un problème dans certains complexes. Si vous recherchez un complexe avec de nombreux divertissements en soirée, ce n'est probablement pas l'endroit qu'il vous faut. La plupart des animations étaient modestes, mais suffisantes pour nous après une longue journée au soleil ! D'après ce que nous avons pu voir, ils avaient un excellent programme pour les enfants, ainsi qu'une zone dédiée aux enfants qui comprenait des sauts de falaise et un toboggan. Beaucoup d'activités interactives au bord de la piscine, dont une fête de la mousse, une course d'obstacles dans l'eau et beaucoup d'autres jeux de plage et de piscine pour vous garder actif si vous le souhaitez. Ce complexe encourage également le partage du temps et nous avons eu la chance de ne pas être approchés, mais nous avons remarqué qu'il y avait plusieurs autres personnes qui l'avaient été, alors préparez-vous à la "présentation". Le seul inconvénient de ces vacances était la plage - ce n'est pas de leur faute et ils ont fait tous les efforts possibles pour nettoyer la plage tous les jours des algues et des herbes marines. Personnellement, je ne m'y baignerais pas, donc si vous aimez la plage, ce n'est peut-être pas l'endroit qu'il vous faut car elle est très limitée. Il y a de nombreuses piscines disponibles dans les trois stations et beaucoup d'espace calme. Le côté Marina semble avoir la musique et les divertissements les plus bruyants et est assez animé et amusant ! Les deux autres stations semblent un peu trop calmes à mon goût. Ce complexe se trouve à environ 25-30 minutes de l'aéroport de Cancun. Pour un complexe 4,5 étoiles, nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de notre choix pour ces vacances !

Excellent Value for Money Stayed at the Marina El Cid from April 12 - 19th. It was a mother-daughter vacation and we were not disappointed. Meals were good, had an assortment of ala cart restaurants to choose from which included restaurants from all 3 resorts. You could book 2 days in advance. Especially liked the shuttles (via golf carts) that were available as my mother had difficulty walking. Buildings also had working elevators which is sometimes a problem with some resorts. If you're looking for a resort with extensive evening entertainment, this is likely not the place for you. Most entertainment was small, but yet just enough for us after a long day in the sun! From what we could see they had an excellent kids program, as well as an area dedicated for the kids which included cliff jumping and a slide. Lots of interactive activities by the pool which included foam party, water obstacle course, and lots of other beach and pool games to keep you active if you wished. This resort also promotes time-sharing and we were lucky enough not to get approached, but we noticed there were several others who had so be prepared for the "pitch". Only downfall for the vacation was the beach - this is no fault of their own and they made every effort to have the beach cleared up every day of the sea weed and algae. Personally I wouldn't swim in it so if you're all about the beach, this may not be the place for you as it's very limited. There are numerous swimming pools available to you amongst all 3 resorts and plenty of quiet space. The Marina side seemed to have the louder music and entertainment and was quite lively and fun! The other 2 resorts seemed a bit too quiet for my liking. This resort is approximately 25-30 minutes from the Cancun airport. For a 4.5 star resort, extremely pleased with our choice for this vacation!!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Atmosphère relaxante

Chambres propres et bien entretenues, personnel sympathique. Le personnel de divertissement est très gentil. Pourrait offrir de meilleurs spectacles, nous avons apprécié la musique des années 80 et le groupe latino. Nous avons regardé Origen à l'arène de Tulum et ce spectacle était incroyable et valait les 10,00 $. C'était bien de pouvoir faire un saut à Coba, Akumal, Tulum et Sian Kaan.

Relaxing Atmosphere Clean and well maintained rooms, friendly staff. Entertainment staff are very nice. Could provide better shows, we enjoyed the 80’s music and Latino Band. We watched Origen at Tulum arena and that show was amazing and worth the $10.00. It was nice to be able to hop around Coba, Akumal, Tulum and Sian Kaan.

Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid: Beautiful Resort

Est allé à la Ventus Ha très dernière minute avec un ami, ne peut pas dire assez sur le personnel, la nourriture et les belles piscines. Si vous’recherchez une plage, cet endroit n'est pas mais vous’ll trouverez toujours une piscine pour convenir à l'ambiance que vous voulez. J'ai apprécié les cours de zumba et d'aérobic dans l'eau et les restaurants à la carte à volonté.

Went to the Ventus Ha very last minute with a friend, cannot say enough about the staff, food and beautiful pools. If you’re looking for a beach this place is not but you’ll always find a pool to suit the vibe you want. Enjoyed the water Zumba and aerobic classes and the unlimited a la carte restaurants.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Station médiocre, pas de qualité 5 étoiles

La nourriture était la même au buffet pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner tous les jours. Nous sommes allés dans 3 des restaurants (mexicain, brésilien, japonais) et ils étaient tous TERRIBLES ! Le mexicain était embarrassant étant donné que nous étions AU MEXIQUE, on aurait dit que les plats avaient été préparés à l'avance et qu'ils n'étaient pas frais. Le brésilien était lent et aucun des serveurs ne nous a parlé/expliqué le processus. Toutes les viandes n'étaient proposées qu'une seule fois [... lire plus] et étaient TRÈS SALÉES (alors que j'aime généralement le sel). Le japonais était le pire de tous. Nous étions impatients d'y emmener notre fille pour voir tous les trucs qu'ils font à la table teppanyaki, mais le chef n'a fait aucun truc ! Nous sommes restés assis en silence à le regarder cuisiner pendant que les autres tables autour de nous riaient et applaudissaient aux spectacles auxquels ils assistaient. Lorsque j'ai demandé au serveur pourquoi notre chef ne faisait aucun tour, on m'a répondu que c'était parce qu'il était "nouveau et timide". Nous avons été très déçus. Le pire dans cet hôtel, c'est qu'il n'y avait rien à manger entre 16 h et 18 h 30. Mon bébé a faim vers 17-18 heures et c'est l'heure à laquelle nous lui donnons habituellement son dîner, mais nous n'avons pas pu le faire. Heureusement, j'avais apporté quelques récipients pour lui donner de la nourriture du buffet de midi pour le dîner, mais nous avons pensé que c'était inacceptable ! Ils devraient décaler les heures d'ouverture des restaurants et des buffets. Dans l'ensemble, le complexe est assez grand, nous sommes restés principalement dans la "zone tranquille" de la piscine. J'ai essayé d'aller avec mon bébé dans l'espace bébé appelé la salle Kangourou qui a beaucoup de superbes jouets mais ce n'était pas climatisé donc nous avons fini par aller dans la chambre à la place. Je choisirai un autre hôtel pour ma famille la prochaine fois.

Mediocre resort, not 5 star quality Food was the same in buffet for breakfast and lunch every day. We went to 3 of the restaurants (Mexican, Brazilian, Japanese) and they were all TERRIBLE! The Mexican was embarrassing considering we were IN MEXICO, it was like the dishes were all prepared beforehand and not fresh. The Brazilian was slow and none of the waiters talked to us/explained the process. All the meats were only offered once and VERY SALTY (and I typically like salt). The Japanese was the worst of all. We were excited to take our daughter there to see all the tricks that they do at the teppanyaki table but the chef DID NOT DO ANY TRICKS!! We sat there in silence and watched him cook while the other tables around us laughed and cheered at the performances they got to watch. When I asked the waiter why our chef wasn't doing any tricks, I was told it was because he was "new and shy". We were very disappointed. The worst part of the hotel was that nothing was open to eat between 4:00pm and 6:30pm. My baby gets hungry around 5-6pm and that is when we usually give her dinner but we couldn't there. Luckily I brought a few containers so I would take food for her from the lunch buffet for dinner but we thought that was unacceptable! They should stagger the restaurant and buffet opening times. Overall the resort was quite large, we stayed mostly in the "quiet area" of the pool. I tried to go with my baby to the baby area called the Kangaroo room which has lots of great toys but it was not air conditioned so we ended up going to the room instead. I will choose a different resort for my family next time.

Ocean Coral and Turquesa: Très beau centre de villégiature

Très grand centre de villégiature, la nourriture était excellente, il y avait beaucoup de choix, le personnel était extraordinaire du début à la fin, 5 étoiles. Les divertissements au bord de la piscine et notre beurre aux barmans étaient incroyables services de chambre incroyables le personnel a fait tout son possible pour nous aider pour n'importe quoi. La plage était la seule chose qui n'était pas super trop de sargassum mais le personnel a travaillé dur pour essayer de la garder propre

Very nice resort Very large resort the food was great lots too choose from the staff was amazing from beginning to the end 5 star. Entertainment pool side and our butter to the bartenders were amazing room services incredible the staff went out of the way to help us out for anything. The beach was only thing that was not great to much sargassum but the staff worked hard to try to keep it clean

Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun: Le centre de villégiature était de premier ordre

Le personnel était fantastique. La nourriture était incroyable. Les enfants avaient beaucoup à faire toute la journée. Les boissons n'étaient absolument pas édulcorées ! !! Nos majordomes étaient excellents. Le réfrigérateur était rempli chaque jour. En raison de sargassum la plage que nous n'avons pas utilisé, mais les piscines et les rivières paresseuses ont compensé pour cela. Les enfants ont adoré les toboggans, le bowling et le trampoline. L'équipe Vibe organisait des jeux pour les enfant [... lire plus]s et les adultes.

Resort was top notch Staff were fantastic. Food was amazing. Kids had so much to do all day. Drinks were definitely not watered down!!! Our butler’s were top notch. Fridge was stocked each day. Due to sargassum the beach we didn’t use, but the pools and lazy rivers made up for it. Kids loved the water slides, bowling, trampoline. Vibe team had games going for kids and adults.

Fantastic resort The resort was beautiful.We really enjoyed our stay.The food was fantastic .The grounds were beautiful,and the staff were very friendly.The monkeys were so fun to watch.Would definitely recommend this resort

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Excellente expérience

Nous étions des visiteurs réguliers et le complexe n'a pas déçu. Les gens sont très gentils comme d'habitude. Chose à améliorer : la qualité de la bière Cependant, la qualité de la nourriture et les choix proposés compensent largement la qualité médiocre de la bière. Les algues étaient atroces, j'aurais aimé qu'ils aient un moyen mécanisé de nettoyer les plages plutôt qu'un travail manuel. Un autre problème que je rencontre est le prix prohibitif des magasins sur le site. Ce n'est pas grave [... lire plus], j'ai voté avec mon portefeuille, mais si les prix avaient été plus abordables, j'aurais probablement dépensé un peu d'argent.

Great experience We were returning visitors and the resort did not disappoint. People are very nice as usual. Thing to improve: the quality of the beer However food quality and choices more than compensate for the less than stellar beer. The seaweed was atrocious, I wish they had a mechanized way of cleaning the beaches rather than manual labour. Another issue I have is with how prohibitively expensive are the stores on site. No big deal, I just voted with my wallet, but if prices would be more affordable I would have probably spent some money.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Expérience étrangement incohérente. Décevante.

Nous nous sommes enregistrés un vendredi soir. Nous avons été escortés jusqu'à un petit bureau d'enregistrement mal entretenu qui sentait les égouts. On nous a offert des boissons et j'ai demandé à boire comme d'habitude, mais il n'y avait que des canettes de boissons gazeuses, ce dont je n'ai pas l'habitude dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. On nous a donné des instructions verbales sur la façon de nous rendre à notre chambre. Les couloirs étaient très sombres et un ascenseur était hors service, nous nou [... lire plus]s sommes donc perdus et avons dû revenir dans le hall principal - encore une fois habitués à être escortés jusqu'à nos chambres dans la plupart des complexes 5 étoiles. Sur le chemin de notre chambre, des bouteilles de bière étaient éparpillées sur le sol, ce qui n'était pas agréable à voir. Nous sommes allés au Blue Agave le même soir et notre serveur a été très impoli. J'ai demandé une margarita vierge et il m'a dit "alors juste du jus de citron vert ?" Il m'a également coupé la parole lors de la commande. Le service s'est amélioré le reste de la journée, mais sachez que si vous arrivez le soir, vous serez très déçu dès la première impression, ce qui n'est pas une bonne façon de commencer une expérience. La nourriture du room service est très irrégulière, quand elle était fraîche, le ceviche, les tacos au steak et les rigatoni étaient délicieux. Si vous partez avec des enfants, la moitié de vos choix de restaurants n'existe plus car ils sont réservés aux adultes. Vous n'avez que 3-4 choix, donc pendant un séjour d'une semaine, cela devient très répétitif. Nous avons fait une intoxication alimentaire au restaurant hibachi. Les crevettes aguachile du restaurant mexicain étaient crues (grises). Les buffets n'ont pas de station de produits frais comme les pâtes ou les omelettes. Il n'y a pas de jouets ou d'équipement de location pour les enfants, vous devez donc apporter les vôtres. Dans l'ensemble, si vous êtes allés dans d'autres complexes 5 étoiles, vous serez déçus ici. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner au Lunchbox, Victor et Carmen étaient formidables. Carla à la maison des enfants était si gentille. Manuel au parc aquatique était une machine. Un personnel très travailleur dans l'ensemble. Tout a changé le lundi quand plus de clients ont commencé à s'enregistrer et que les managers sont arrivés sur le site. Notre service d'étage a fait un excellent travail de nettoyage de la chambre, a organisé les choses dans la chambre et a emballé les chargeurs, ce qui était une touche vraiment agréable.

Oddly inconsistent experience. Disappointing. We checked in on a Friday night. We were escorted to smaller unkept check-in which smelled like sewage. We were offered drinks and I requested my usual but they only had cans of pop which I'm not used to at a 5 star resort. We were given verbal instructions on how to get to our room. The hallways were very dark and an elevator was out of service so we got lost and had to come back again to the main lobby - again used to being escorted to our rooms at most five-star resorts. On the walk to our room there were beer bottles scattered on the floor which was not pleasant to see. We went to the Blue agave that same night and our server was so rude. I asked for a virgin margarita and he said "so just lime juice?" He cut me off when ordering too. The service did improve throughout the rest of the days but be forewarned, if you checkin at night you will be very disappointed as a first impression which is not a great way to start off an experience. The room service food is very inconsistent, when it was fresh the ceviche and steak tacos and rigatoni were delicious. if you go with kids, half of your restaurant choices are gone as they are adult only. You only get 3-4 choices so during a week long stay, it will get very repetitive. We got food poisoning from the hibachi place. The shrimp aguachile at the Mexican restaurant was raw (grey). The buffets have no fresh food station like pasta or omelet. They have no toys or rental equipment for you to use if you have children so you will have to bring your own. All in all of you have gone to other 5 star resorts you will feel so disappointed here. We did enjoy breakfast at The Lunchbox, Victor and Carmen were amazing. Carla at the kidsdom was so sweet. Manuel at the aqua park was a machine. Such hardworking staff overall. Everything switched up on Monday when more guests started checking in and managers came on site. Our room service did a pretty great job cleaning the room, organized things in the room wrapped up chargers which was a really nice touch.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Il n'a pas déçu !

C'était notre premier voyage au Mexique et nous avons été très impressionnés par le complexe. Bien qu'il soit grand et qu'il faille beaucoup marcher, cela ne nous a pas dérangés car il y avait toujours de la vie sauvage à voir. Le personnel était amical et serviable. Warren a eu un problème médical et le personnel de sécurité est resté avec nous jusqu'à ce que le médecin nous transporte à la clinique du complexe. Malheureusement, Warren a dû passer la nuit à l'hôpital. Lorsque je suis parti [... lire plus]e le lendemain matin pour aller le chercher, l'agent de sécurité était venu voir comment allait mon mari. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la plage à cause des algues et de l'odeur. Le choix des piscines était excellent. Nous avons eu droit à 4 plats à la carte, steak house, italien, brésilien et japonais. Ils étaient tous délicieux. Mon seul reproche concerne le spa. Le service que nous avons reçu était génial mais le prix convenu a changé trois fois. Il a fini par coûter 50 $ de plus que le prix convenu. C'est sans aucun doute un centre de villégiature que nous visiterons à nouveau.

Didn't disappoint!! This was our first trip to Mexico and we were very impressed with the resort. Although it's big and there is a lot of walking we didn't mind because there was always wild life to see. The staff was friendly and helpful. Warren ended up having a medical problem and the security staff stayed with us until the medic had transported us to the clinic on the resort. Unfortunately Warren had to go the hospital for over night. When I was leaving the next morning to pick him up the security guard had come to check on my husband to see how he was doing. We didn't use the beach because of the seaweed/smell was strong. The choice of pools were great. The food was awesome, buffet had lots of choices. we were allowed 4 A la Carte's, Steak House, Italian, Brazilian and Japanese. They were all delicious. My only complaint was the Spa. The service we had was awesome but the price we had agreed upon changed 3 times. ended up being $50 more then the agreed upon price. It is definitely a resort we will visit again.

L'hôtel et le terrain étaient excellents. Les employés vous accueillent toujours. La nourriture était toujours bonne, que ce soit sous forme de buffet ou à la carte. Le spa était hors de prix et les prix différaient entre le spa et la réception. J'y retournerais mais je n'utiliserais pas le spa.

Hotel and grounds were excellent. Employees always greeting you. Food was always good both buffet and a al carte. The spa was overpriced as well the prices differed between the spa and the front desk. Would go there again but not use the spa.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Nous continuons à y retourner car c'est un lieu de villégiature extraordinaire pour le prix !

Tout était parfait. La chambre, les services, le personnel, avec un remerciement tout particulier à Sebastian et Antonio du Los Corales Steakhouse. Nous voyageons assez souvent et ces deux serveurs ont été absolument extraordinaires. Nous avons déjà réservé pour le mois de novembre et nous sommes impatients !

We keep going back as this is an amazing resort for the price! Everything was perfect. The room, the services, the staff with a very special "thank you" to Sebastian and Antonio at the Los Corales Steakhouse. We've travel quite frequently and these 2 servers were absolutely amazing. We have already booked for November and can't wait!
