Ocean Maya Royale: Un centre de villégiature amusant avec un personnel formidable

Il s'agit d'un petit centre de villégiature qui est super....a plage et la piscine sont à 100 mètres ; tous les restaurants sont à 100 mètres. Le terrain est d'une beauté à couper le souffle. La nourriture est bonne (pas excellente mais bonne)....mais attention, le personnel de loisirs est là pour s'amuser. De superbes soirées mousse le dimanche après-midi, de nombreuses activités et un personnel de bar sympathique. Fun resort with great staff This is a smaller resort which is great....beach and pool 100 yards away; all dining facilities 100 yards away. The grounds are drop dead beautiful. Food is good (not excellent but good)....but be warned, the recreation staff are dedicated to having a good time. Great foam parties on Sunday afternoons, lots of activities and friendly bar staff. If you are looking for a quiet time, you can probably have it at Ocean, but it is more inclined to the people who like to kick back a little and have some fun. Full credit to the excellent and friendly staff. Daneilla, your dancing will never be forgotten.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Le complexe est magnifique, très propre ! Les chambres sont très grandes et confortables. le 3ème étage offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan. La nourriture était excellente ! Le restaurant japonais était excellent ! Les piscines sont magnifiques ! Le bar de natation était trop occupé pour que l'on puisse en profiter. Mais la piscine d'activités était très agréable. Les divertissements étaient excellents, en particulier Jiovanny et Ignacio, qui étaient fantastiques !

Excellent resort! The resort is beautiful, very clean! Rooms are very large and comfortable. 3rd floor has a great view of the ocean. Food was great! Japanese restaurant was excellent! Pools are wonderful! Swim up bar was too busy to enjoy. But the activity pool was very nice. Entertainment was excellent expecially Jiovanny & Ignacio they were fantastic!

Mind blowing! Food was great, everyone including staff was having a blast, romantic settings and fun activities, room was beautiful and resort was clean and well maintained...best resort I've ever stayed at! Highly recommended!!

Phenomenal Resort great grounds, amazing food. Will come again. The water is blie, the drinks are cold, the weather is warm. This resort was a great vacation and destination wedding locations! Highly recommend this resort to anyone.

Le complexe a été à la hauteur de nos attentes, avec une excellente nourriture, une équipe de divertissement, un personnel de service, une plage et des piscines extraordinaires. Les piscines n'étaient jamais bondées, la plage et l'accès à des kilomètres de front de mer étaient incroyables.

Everything we were expecting and more The resort lived up to our high expectations with excellent food, entertainment staff, service staff, and amazing beach and pools. The pools were never over crowded, the beach and access to miles of ocean front were amazing.

Ocean Maya Royale: Merveilleux moment !

Mon mari et moi revenons d'un séjour d'une semaine, nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse. La nourriture et le personnel sont incroyables. C'était notre premier séjour dans un 18+, c'était un bon changement. Les chambres étaient propres et le lit était confortable. Les oreillers auraient pu être meilleurs, mais comme nous étions six sur le grand lit, nous avons fait avec. Le fauteuil et la chaise d'amour étaient également très usés. Mais nous ne sommes restés dans la chambre que pour nous d [... lire plus]oucher et dormir, nous n'avons donc jamais eu besoin de les utiliser. Les animations en soirée étaient bonnes. Nous avons beaucoup aimé danser lors de la soirée DJ. Les algues ont affecté toutes les plages des Caraïbes cette année. Ce phénomène est censé se produire tous les dix ans, car l'océan se nettoie. C'est incroyable de voir à quel point ils travaillent dur pour nettoyer les plages. L'océan semble s'améliorer de jour en jour, je suis sûre que l'année prochaine, il sera redevenu aussi beau qu'avant. Nous avons fait une promenade de 15 minutes et avons nagé dans le lagon, qui était clair comme du cristal et magnifique. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour à l'OMR !

Wonderful time! My husband and I just returned from a week's stay, we had a wonderful week. The food and staff are amazing. This was our first stay at an 18+ it was a nice change. The rooms were kept clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows could have been better, but since there were six on the king size bed we made it work. Also the chair and love seat were quite worn out. But the only time we spent in the room was to shower and sleep so we never had to use them. The entertainment in the evenings were good. We really enjoyed dancing on the DJ night. The seaweed has affected all of the beaches in the Caribbean this year. It supposedly happens about every 10 years, something about the ocean cleansing itself. It's amazing how hard they work to clean up the beaches. The ocean appeared to be getting better with each day we were there, I'm sure by next year it will be back to its beautiful self. We took a 15 minute walk and swam in the lagoon, it was crystal clear and beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful stay OMR!

A répondu à la plupart de nos attentes. La plupart des membres du personnel sont sans égal. On ne peut pas en dire assez sur cette propriété. Je reviendrais sans aucun doute. C'est un endroit idéal pour passer un moment de détente.

Dès le moment où nous nous sommes garés dans l'aire de débarquement du complexe, je me suis sentie accueillie et j'ai été heureuse de voir l'espace lumineux et propre du bâtiment principal. Si vous vouliez un endroit plus calme, il était facile à trouver non loin de la grande piscine et au bord de l'océan.L'animation était fabuleuse et un joueur de piano après le dîner dans le bâtiment principal était agréable pendant que la brise du soir soufflait dans le hall principal.Nous avons dansé le soir aux sons locaux d'un groupe qui se produisait dans la cour principale sous les étoiles.Avec tant de choses à faire à l'Ocean Maya avec des activités de jour, nous ne sommes allés à Playa d'Carmen qu'un après-midi. Il y avait plein de magasins et d'endroits pour satisfaire tous les appétits. Je recommande vivement l'Ocean Maya mais rappelez-vous toujours que vos vacances sont ce que vous en faites... et seulement à 30 minutes de l'aéroport

Over The Top From the moment we pulled into the drop area of the resort ,l felt welcomed and was glad to see the bright clean open area of the main building.We have absolutely nothing bad to say about the Ocean Maya.The food and staff not just at the restaurant but through out the whole resort had a wonderful and genuine happy personality.We enjoyed all the the places to dine at the resort and probably for us the Italian restaurant on the water with the cool evening breeze was our favourite.The activities during the day where always filled with laughs and a great staff .The room was spotless and the housekeeping done well.The beds where very comfortable and thats one thing for me that is a must.The washroom large and clean and always prepared by staff. If you wanted a quieter area it was easy to find not far from the large pool and at the ocean front.The entertainment was fabulous and a after dinner piano player in the main building was nice while the evening breeze blew threw the main lobby.We danced in the evening to the local sounds of a band preforming in the main court yard under the stars.With so much to do at the Ocean Maya with daytime activities we only went to Playa d Carmen one afternoon.It was filled with shops and places to satisfy every appetite.I highly recommend the Ocean Maya but always remember your vacation is what you make it... and only 30min from the airport

Nous avions un crédit de 250,00 pour le centre de villégiature, mais vous devez réserver le service offert dans le coupon et le mettre sur votre solde ; vous ne pouvez pas l'utiliser pour ce que vous voulez. La nourriture était bonne ; nous avons trouvé que l'attente au steakhouse était trop longue ; ils aura [... lire plus]ient pu mettre des tables ensemble pour accommoder un groupe de six personnes au lieu d'attendre l'une des trois tables possibles avec six places, ce qui a créé des temps d'attente plus longs que nécessaire ; à part cela, nous avons adoré tous les restaurants ; surtout le café Mike. Nous avons dû appeler deux fois pour que notre réfrigérateur soit réapprovisionné alors que cela devait être fait tous les jours, mais ce n'est pas un gros problème pour que je donne une mauvaise note. La plage est belle ; un peu d'algues, mais rien qui m'empêche d'aimer la plage ; les employés ont travaillé dur pour les garder hors de la plage. J'ai adoré le buffet de la plage et les hamburgers de la plage sont très savoureux ! Le personnel de divertissement a travaillé très dur à chaque occasion pour divertir les clients !!!

Ocean blue and sand Resort; punta cana Example: What did you think about  this hotel? (grounds, public areas, rooms, dining, features, etc.)I travelled with my husband and two other couples and we all enjoyed our stay at this resort; I would recommend it to anyone! We had a 250.00 resort credit; but you need to book the service offered in the coupon and put it towards your balance; ;you can't just use it for what you wish. The food was good; found the wait for the steakhouse was too long; they could have put tables together to accommodate party of six instead of waiting for one of possibly three tables with six seats which created longer then necessary wait times; other than that we loved all the restaurants; especially mike's coffee. We did have to call twice to have our fridge restocked as this was to be done daily; but that isn't a big issue for me to give a bad rating. Beach is nice; bit of seaweed; but nothing to stop me from loving the beach; the employees worked hard to keep it off the beach. Loved the beach buffet also; and beach burgers are very tasty!!! Entertainment staff worked very hard every opportunity to keep customers entertained!!!

Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux à l'Ocean Blue. La plage et les piscines étaient superbes. La nourriture au buffet et aux chariots était très bonne. Les files d'attente pour le Steak House et le restaurant mexicain étaient longues mais cela valait la peine d'attendre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les divertissements en soirée. Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce complexe.

Wonderful Vacation We spent 10 wonderful days at the Ocean Blue. The beach and the pools were great. The food at the buffet and at the al a carts were very good. The line up to the Steak House and Mexican restaurant were long but worth the wait. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment. We would definitely return to this resort.

L'hôtel était très agréable et la chambre était superbe ! Les employés de l'hôtel étaient très gentils, serviables et respectueux. Le terrain est bien entretenu et la nuit, toutes les lumières étaient magnifiques et brillantes !

The hotel was really nice and the room was amazing! The people at the hotel were so nice, helpful and respectful. The grounds are well maintained and at night all the lights were so beautiful and bright!

L'Ocean Blue and Golf Resort dispose d'un magnifique terrain bien entretenu, de grandes chambres agréables et d'une plage magnifique. L'ambiance y est très agréable. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré est celui du restaurant mexicain, nous avons dû essayer trois fois avant d'obtenir une table. L'expérience d'essayer d'obtenir une table était désagréable. Les autres restaurants semblaient mieux organisés et plus efficaces. Le café Mike's était un rêve, les employés étaient géniaux et le ca [... lire plus]fé était délicieux. Nous nous sommes bien amusés avec les divertissements au bar du hall, en particulier le groupe de rock qu'ils avaient un soir. La fête sur la plage était également amusante. Nos adolescents ont adoré toutes les activités et se sont bien amusés. J'ai aimé que l'hôtel ne soit pas trop grand, mais pas trop petit non plus. La nourriture était délicieuse et nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour trouver des plats appréciés par tous.

Wonderful and Fun Resort! Ocean Blue and Golf Resort has beautiful well kept grounds, lovely large rooms and an amazing beach. The resort has a great vibe. The only issue we had was with the Mexican restaurant, we had to try 3 times before we were successful. The experience trying to get a table was unpleasant. The other restaurants seemed better organized and efficient. Mike's coffee shop was a dream, the guys in there were so awesome and the coffee was delicious . We had fun with the entertainment around the lobby bar, especially the rock band they had one night. The beach party was fun too. Our teenagers loved all the activities, and had a great time. I loved that it was not too big but not too small either. The food was delicious and we never had an issue finding dishes enjoyed by all.

Les piscines sont formidables et le service au bar est bon, même si le chevauchement des clients un ou deux jours a rendu difficile l'obtention d'une boisson... Les ascenseurs, bien qu'ils n'aient pas été utilisés fréquemment, avaient plutôt besoin d'être réparés, l [... lire plus]es cages d'escaliers avaient besoin d'être nettoyées et repeintes. La nourriture était bonne à très bonne, en particulier dans le restaurant italien, les serveurs étaient très serviables et gentils. Les serveurs étaient très serviables et aimables. Very Nice/Friendly The rooms were very clean and tidy. Bathrm though very serviceable could have had better lighting We did enjoy the fact that the restaurants etc were all centralized and easily accessible. Pools terrific and the bar service good considering there was an overlap of guest's one or two days which made it difficult a few times to get a drink...The elevators, though were not used with frequency were rather in need a repair, the stairwells needed cleaning and paint. The food was good to very good especially in the Italian restaurant, the waiters very helpful and kind. The front desk staff kind and helpful as well as the in lobby bartenders were very obliging with requests. Overall we had a lovely holiday and great memories were made. Thanks

Good resort some good staff good food couldn't ge couldn't get into alacarte without a long wait lots of problems with housekeeping sheets not changed daily Jacuzzi broken reported on the first night nothing done Mr Coffey did not represent Air Transit very well did not explain areas of the hotel we needed to know was only interested in selling packages did not assist us with the problems in our room as asked on several occasions got very tired of the constant harassment of the selling of vendors goods made us feel very uncomfortable Hasa and Pedro in the dinning room were awesome as were the rest of the service staff treated us with great respect and did their jobs very proffesionally thumbs up guys would return but would see to our needs right from the beginning in order to get what we deserve and what we paid for overall a 6 1/2 out of 10 Thank you to all of you who did take the time to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Ce complexe était parfait pour nous. Il était juste de la bonne taille et très bien aménagé. Il était propre, le service était excellent, la nourriture était excellente. J'ai adoré la proximité de l'aéroport. Le personnel était sympathique. Vous aviez le choix de passer votre temps sur la plage de sable ou dans l'une des piscines rafraîchissantes. Vous aviez également le choix entre la piscine de fête, la piscine pour enfants ou la piscine combinée. Excellent programme pour les enfants. Amazing resort. This resort was perfect for us. It was just the right size and laid out very well. It was clean, the service was excellent, the food was great. I loved the proximity to the airport. The staff was friendly. You had the choice of spending your time on the sandy beach or at one of the refreshing pools. You also had a choice of going to the party pool, the kiddy pool or the combination pool. Great kids program. And great entertainment throughout the day and evening.

great"adults only" resort this small resort had it all. Great food. Friendly and accommodating staff.Beds and pillows very comfortable. lots of activities. shows in the evening were very professional. Beautiful pools, great drinks. the only thing I was disappointed with was the beach along the ocean. Lots of seaweed and rocky in places.not a very good beach for walking, some obstacles along the way. Still enjoyed this hotel very much.

Déçu par la plage. Mère nature n'a pas été tendre avec le front de mer de l'hôtel. Cela dit, l'hôtel devrait garder la meilleure partie de la plage propre tous les jours. Le statut Privilège vaut la peine pour la réservation des restaurants, mais à part cela, il n'y a pas de réelle valeur ajoutée. La zone de la plage privilège est très petite en raison des effets de mère nature. Le personnel n'est pas très attentif et il y a des barrières de langue et de compréhension. Multiples coupures d'eau e [... lire plus]t d'électricité ? La nourriture était correcte - des menus typiques de tout compris. Le café était excellent - un petit plaisir et un personnel très agréable.

Expected more! Was disappointed with the beach. Mother nature has not been kind to the beachfront of the resort. That said, the resort should keep the best part of the beach clean on a daily basis. Privilege status is worth it for booking of the restaurants but other than that no real extra value. The privilege beach area is very small due to the effects of mother nature. The staff is not very attentive plus there is language and comprehension barriers. Multiple power and water outages?? Food was OK - typical all-inclusive menus. Coffee house was excellent - a nice treat plus really pleasant staff.

Le complexe est absolument magnifique. L'agencement du complexe était bien pensé, avec les restaurants et les divertissements au premier plan et les villas plus en retrait pour réduire le bruit au minimum pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la tranquillité. La nourriture était excellente, il n'y a rien à redire. Le service était de premier ordre, tout le personnel de la station était toujours attentif à vos moindres besoins. Les chambres étaient immenses et modernisées, très propres et bien en [... lire plus]tretenues. Le secteur de la plage était un sujet de préoccupation, des mois de tempêtes ont érodé la plage et il n'en reste que très peu, bien qu'il y ait encore de la place pour se détendre dans un transat. Les piscines sont superbes. Dans l'ensemble, c'est le meilleur hôtel que j'ai visité dans les Caraïbes et je recommanderais à tout le monde d'essayer cet hôtel.

Great place for anyone to travel to The resort was absolutely amazing. The layout of the resort was well thought of having the restaurants and entertainment upfront while having the villas further back to keep the noise to a minimum for those looking for peace and quite. The food was great, no complaints. Service was top notch, all the resort staff were always paying attention to your every need. The rooms were massive and updated, very clean and well kept. The beach area was of one concern, months of storms have eroded the beach and very little remains, though there was still room to relax in a sunbed. Pools were great. Overall this has been the best resort I have travelled to in the Caribbean and would recommend anyone to try this resort.
