Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Un grand moment

Le terrain était impeccable, on y travaillait toujours. Mon seul bémol est que les carreaux de la piscine étaient nettoyés tous les soirs (ce qui est très bien), mais les spectacles se déroulaient près de la piscine et nous marchions dans l'eau tous les soirs. La nourriture était excellente partout où nous avons mangé et les boissons étaient abondantes. Merci au personnel formidable qui, pour la plupart, avait des sourires et des vagues chaque jour.

Great time The grounds were kept immaculate, always been worked on. My only "beef" was that the pool tiles were cleaned every night (which is great) however, the shows were down by the pool and we were walking through all the water every night. Food was amazing every place we ate and drinks were plentiful. Thanks to the great staff who for the most part had smiles and waves each day.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Octobre 2018 - Hyatt Rose Zilara

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au Hyatt Rose Zilara. Les restaurants, en particulier Petit Pariz et Urban Heatz, étaient fantastiques. La plage du côté du Zilara avait un peu trop d'algues, mais il y avait une plage mieux peignée à quelques secondes de là, du côté du Ziva. Le service était impeccable, la chambre était très bien aménagée et nous recommanderons certainement ce complexe à nos amis et à notre famille.

October 2018 - Hyatt Rose Zilara We had an excellent vacation at the Hyatt Rose Zilara. The restaurants and in particular, Petit Pariz and Urban Heatz, were fantastic. The beach on the Zilara side had a bit too much seaweed, but there was a better combed beach just seconds away on the Ziva side. The service was impeccable, the room was very well appointed and we would certainly recommend this resort to our friends and family.

L'hôtel était absolument magnifique. Les chambres étaient propres et bien rangées. Le complexe est de bonne taille, ce qui permet de se déplacer rapidement. La nourriture était incroyable, nous n'avons pas eu un seul mauvais repas pendant tout le séjour et le personnel était incroyable. Très amical et s'assurait que tout le monde passait un bon moment !

Outstanding resort! The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Resort is a good size so you can get around quickly. The food was amazing we didn’t have one bad meal the whole time and the staff were incrediable. Very friendly and made sure everyone was having a good time!

Merveilleux emplacement, superbes équipements, excellent hébergement, service médiocre, nourriture pas très bonne (mauvaises saucisses et salami), bonne ambiance et bon rapport qualité-prix dans l'ensemble. Je recommanderais ce complexe à tous ceux qui recherchent des vacances extraordinaires.

Exceptional resort Wonderful location, superb amenities, excellent accommodation, poor service, food not so good (bad sausages and salami), overall good ambiance and value. Would recommend this resort to anyone searching for an amazing vacation.

Avant toute chose, je voudrais féliciter l'ensemble du personnel de tous les services pour leur travail acharné et leur prestation de services d'excellence. Je n'ai jamais été dans un complexe hôtelier où autant de personnel dans un établissement aussi grand était cohérent avec le niveau d'interpersonnalité et de professionnalisme. J'espère que le Grand Bahia Principe apprécie son personnel, car cela a été le cas pour moi. La chambre au 5ème étage était absolument à couper le souffle avec de ma [... lire plus]gnifiques couchers et levers de soleil et une vue magnifique sur l'océan. La chambre était bien entretenue par le personnel de ménage et très confortable pour dormir. Il y a eu quelques problèmes avec la serrure de la porte et quelques problèmes de plomberie, juste mineurs, mais je dois aussi féliciter le processus, car de mon appel à la réception à leur appel à la sécurité et à la maintenance, il a été très efficace et les problèmes ont été résolus très rapidement... donc j'ai vraiment apprécié cela. Le mini-bar était approvisionné tous les jours, ce qui était très appréciable. Des peignoirs pour elle et lui sont fournis. Un parapluie, la baignoire et la douche sont énormes et nous pouvions nous baigner en même temps. La nourriture dans le resort était assez bonne, j'aurais aimé voir un peu plus de desserts décadents et un peu plus de présentation, c'est difficile à expliquer. Je suppose qu'il aurait fallu plus de variété et un peu plus de richesse dans les desserts. Les divertissements étaient corrects. Le complexe propose des divertissements en plein air et vous pouvez vous lever et danser ou simplement vous asseoir et écouter la musique. Et puis il y avait d'autres animations dans la zone commerciale qui auraient pu être un peu plus annoncées... Il m'a fallu deux jours pour m'en rendre compte. Il y a un groupe appelé The Sweet and Dandy band qui se produit dans le hall d'entrée deux fois par semaine. La musique de ce groupe résonne tellement avec la culture jamaïcaine que pour moi, le style de vie jamaïcain est tout simplement de la musique de base et cela a créé une très belle ambiance dans le hall d'entrée. Il aurait été bien qu'ils viennent jouer plus souvent parce que le hall d'entrée avait une présence totalement différente quand ce groupe jouait. La musique fournie par ce groupe était parfaite pour une journée de musique jamaïcaine. Je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de secouer la tête, de taper des orteils et des doigts lorsqu'ils jouaient. Il y a un centre commercial à l'étage près de la section pour enfants du complexe et il est en quelque sorte caché.... Je pense qu'il pourrait faire l'objet d'une plus grande publicité parce que je n'en ai pas entendu parler avant quatre jours, mais l'une des choses dont je veux parler, c'est qu'il y avait une grande variété de marchandises, mais j'ai été un peu déçue d'apprendre que les exploitants des magasins jamaïcains appartiennent en fait aux Indiens de l'Est. J'aurais aimé que les Jamaïcains eux-mêmes aient un peu plus d'opportunités, surtout lorsqu'ils vendent des accessoires comme Bob Marley et de nombreux souvenirs liés à la Jamaïque et aux Caraïbes, mais qu'ils ne les vendent pas eux-mêmes. J'ai été très déçue de constater que les boutiques n'appartiennent pas aux Jamaïcains eux-mêmes. J'étais aussi venue avec un très grand groupe de personnes et on m'a dit que certains commerçants étaient très imposants, qu'ils empiétaient sur l'espace personnel et que c'était une expérience d'achat envahissante. Mon dernier commentaire porte sur les petites plages. Les plages de la station balnéaire sont divisées en sections - je crois qu'il y en a 3 ou 4 -, ce qui est intéressant et unique. En fait, si vous n'avez pas les moyens de faire une excursion, je voudrais juste mentionner que dans l'une des zones de plage où je me trouvais, il y avait en abondance de magnifiques bancs de poissons qui se heurtaient à vos chevilles. Il y en avait tellement. Si vous voulez emporter le matériel de plongée avec tuba pour les enfants... ça vaut vraiment le coup. Je ne peux rien dire de mal sur ce Resort, il est bien géré de haut en bas, de l'équipe de direction au personnel de première ligne. Tout le monde a fait preuve d'une grande constance, comme je l'ai déjà mentionné, et d'un service de qualité. Si vous allez à Montego Bay, je vous recommande vivement ce Resort. N'oubliez pas de donner un pourboire ðŸ˜

Breath taking sunsets First of all before anything else I would like to commend all staff in all departments for all of their hard work and service delivery with excellence I never have been on a Resort where so many staff in such a large establishment are all consistent with the level of interpersonal and professionalism. I hope that the Grand Bahia Principe appreciates their staff because I certainly did. The room on the 5th floor was absolutely breathtaking with beautiful sunsets /sunrises beautiful view of the ocean. Room was well maintained by housekeeping and very comfortable sleeping accommodation. There was a couple of issues with the door lock and some plumbing just minor but I have to also commend the process because from me making the call to reception to them making the call to security and maintenance was very efficient and the issues were resolved very quickly.. so I really appreciated that. The mini bar was stocked every day which was lovely. His and her robes are provided. An umbrella, the bath, and shower are huge we could bathe at the same time. The food in the resort was quite good, I would have liked to have seen a bit more decadent desserts and bit more presentation it's hard to explain. I guess more variety a bit more richness to the desserts. The entertainment was okay the resort offers outdoor entertainment and you can get up and dance or just sit and take in the music. And then there was other entertainment up in the shopping area which could have been a bit more advertised..I took me a couple days to actually figure that out. There is a band called The Sweet and Dandy band which is brought into the front lobby twice a week. This bands music really resonates so much with the Jamaican culture to me Jamaican lifestyle just that Grassroots Music and it really created such a lovely ambience in the front lobby. It would have been nice if they were brought in more often to play because the front lobby had a totally different presence when this band played. This music provides by this band was perfect for just daytime Jamaican kick back music. Couldn't stop shaking my head tapping my toes and my fingers when they were there playing. There is shopping plaza upstairs near the children's section of the resort and it's sort of hidden away.. I think It could be more advertised because I didn't learn about that and I think until four days in but one of the things I want to talk about is there was a lot of variety of merchandise but I was a little disappointed to learn that the Jamaican store operators are actually owned by the East Indians. It would have been nice to see a bit more opportunity given to the Jamaicans themselves especially where you see paraphernalia like Bob Marley and so many different souvenirs affiliated with Jamaica and the Caribbean people themselves being sold but not being sold by them. I was just really disappointed about that I really wanted that ethnicity. when you find out the shops are not owned by the Jamaican people themselves it was a disappointment for me I also had come with a very large group of people the feedback that was given to me was that some of the shopkeepers were pretty much towering over and personal space impeded on and overall an invasive shopping experience. My last comment is about the little beach areas the resort beaches were sort of sectioned-off I think it's like 3 or 4 which is kind of interesting and uniquely laid out. Actually, if you can't afford to do an excursion I do want to just mention that in one of the beach areas that I was in was in abundance with beautiful schools of fish who actually bump into your ankles. There was that many of them. If you want to pack the kids snorkeling gear... it's totally worth it. I can't say anything bad about this Resort it is well managed from top to bottom from management team to the Frontline staff.. Everybody was just so consistent as I mentioned before good service. If you're going to Montego Bay I highly recommend Resort THIS RESORT. Remember to tip 😁

Jewel Paradise Cove: Un joyau au paradis

Première fois en Jamaïque et ce ne sera pas la dernière. C'était un excellent petit centre de villégiature. Calme, propre, bonne nourriture, facile à se déplacer. Beaucoup de variété dans les environnements avec la plage et 3 piscines à choisir. Chaque piscine semble être un niveau de relaxation différent, mais toutes ont un bar et un bain à remous. Parfait si vous recherchez une escapade amusante mais relaxante. La plage est petite mais très privée dans ce complexe. Elle répondait à nos be [... lire plus]soins et nous y avons passé chaque jour. Le personnel de la plage fait un excellent travail en la gardant propre chaque jour. Beaucoup de petits coins pour s'asseoir et se détendre en toute intimité si c'est ce que vous recherchez. La vue sur l'océan est superbe et la promenade est agréable. Les chambres étaient très confortables et disposaient de tout le nécessaire. Le ménage était fait l'après-midi et le soir pour s'assurer que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le personnel est ce qui fait de ce complexe un véritable bijou. Ils n'en font jamais assez pour vous. La direction est très visible et s'intéresse vraiment à votre expérience. Je n'ai pas rencontré un seul membre du personnel qui n'était pas amical et serviable. Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce complexe à l'avenir. One Love.....

Gem in Paradise First time in Jamaica and it won't be the last. This was a great little resort. Quiet, clean, great food, easy to get around. Lots of variety in settings with the beach and 3 pools to choose from. Each pool area seemed to be a different level of relaxation but all had a swim up bar and hot tub. Perfect if you looking for a fun but relaxing getaway. Beach is small but very private to this resort. It met our needs and we spent each day there. The beach staff do a great job keeping it clean each day. Lots of little nooks to sit and relax in privacy if that is what you are looking for. Great ocean views with a nice board walk for strolling. Rooms were very comfortable and had everything that was needed. Housekeeping was in afternoon and evening to make certain we had what we needed. The Staff is what makes this resort a definite gem. They couldn't do enough for you. Management is very visible and truly interested in your experience. I did not come across one staff member that wasn't friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to this resort in the future. One Love.....

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Le centre de villégiature lui-même était magnifique. Nous avons adoré la plage et la nourriture dans les restaurants. Malheureusement, notre voyage a été parsemé de problèmes, à commencer par l'absence de climatisation dans notre chambre jusqu'à la moitié de notre voyage et malgré une demande quotidienne pour un ventilateur, nous n'en avons jamais reçu. 17 coupures de courant, j'ai failli tomber dans les escaliers et deux fois nous avons mangé dans le noir. Pas d'eau chaude un jour. Pas d'eau un [... lire plus] autre jour. Un essaim d'insectes a rampé sous notre porte et a rempli notre chambre. Nous avons dû demander deux jours pour qu'un lit soit fait pour notre fils. La nourriture du service d'étage m'a donné une intoxication alimentaire.

Beautiful Resort! The resort itself was stunning. Loved the beach and the food in the restaurants. Unfortunately our trip was full of problems starting with no a/c in our room until half way through our trip and despite asking daily for a fan we never received one. 17 power outages, I almost fell down the stairs and twice we ate in the dark. No hot water one day. No water another. A swarm of bugs came crawling under our door and filled our room. We had to ask for 2 days to have a bed made up for our son to sleep in. The room service food gave me food poisoning.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Spot parfait

Terrain propre, chambres propres, bonne nourriture, bonnes boissons ! Station balnéaire de taille parfaite, tout est à une distance raisonnable à pied. Il n'y a pas de grande plage si vous aimez cela, mais la plus petite plage offre une plongée en apnée incroyable si vous prenez votre temps et regardez. J'ai tout vu, des poissons-globe aux crabes-flèches en passant par les bébés barracudas, les poissons-lions et presque tout ce qu'il y a entre les deux. Je ne dirais pas que c'est une station bal [... lire plus]néaire où l'on fait la fête, mais nous avons toujours trouvé une poche d'amusement quand nous cherchions. Le personnel est vraiment formidable et vous fait sentir bienvenu. Marlon, Patrick, O'Leary, TJ, Kavin... et tant d'autres, ils se mettent en quatre pour rendre un séjour agréable encore meilleur. Je reviendrai ici à coup sûr !

Perfect Spot Clean grounds, clean rooms, good food, good drinks! Perfect size resort, everything within a reasonable walking distance. Not a huge beach if you're into that, but the smaller beach has amazing snorkeling if you take your time and look. I've seen everything from puffer fish to arrow crabs to baby barracuda, lion fish and almost everything in between. Wouldn't call it a party resort but we have always found a pocket of fun when we're looking. Staff truly are amazing and really make you feel welcomed. Marlon, Patrick, O'Leary, TJ, Kavin... and so many more, they go out of their way to make a great stay even better. Will return here for sure!

Riu Negril: Pas le meilleur, mais excellent

La nourriture était bonne mais je n'étais pas satisfait, trop de fritures.les boissons étaient excellentes, le vin et la bière.le personnel était formidable dans la salle à manger.l'entretien ménager était excellent.le terrain était bien entretenu, la plage et le bar étaient également propres, la sécurité était également très bonne.dans l'ensemble, je donnerais un A au Riu Negril.

Not the best but great Food was good but not happy with it,too much fry food.drinks amazing, wine and beer .Staff great in dining room.Housekeeping great.Ground keeping well kept also beach and bar kept clean,also security very great,overall I would give Riu Negril a A.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Nous reviendrons !

Hôtel incroyable ! J'ai lu une tonne de critiques et je don't comprendre ce que les gens se plaignaient. La nourriture, les terrains, la chambre et le personnel sont géniaux. Nous n'avons rien de négatif à dire sur l'hôtel ou la plage ou tout ce qui concerne nos vacances. Tout était génial et nous reviendrons très bientôt, espérons-le, pour plus longtemps

Will be returning! Amazing hotel! I read a ton of reviews and I don’t understand what people were complaining about. Awesome food, grounds, room and staff. We have nothing negative to say about the hotel or beach or anything to do with our vacation. Everything was awesome and we will be back very soon hopefully for a longer time

Couples Swept Away: Fantastice Resort - 7ème retour

Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une plage, d'une cuisine, d'un hébergement, d'activités, d'un personnel sympathique et surtout de valeurs ...., ne cherchez pas plus loin. Visitez-le une fois et vous serez accroché, rien d'autre n'est comparable. Nous y sommes retournés pour la 7e fois et sommes toujours amoureux de ce complexe et du personnel qui en est à l'origine. La nourriture est de premier ordre, le terrain est à couper le souffle, luxuriant et verdoyant. L'eau est comme du verre, calme [... lire plus] et claire. Les chambres sont très confortables. Des activités illimitées sont incluses, comme la plongée, les croisières en catamaran et les excursions en bateau à fond de verre. Vous ne serez pas déçus.

Fantastice Resort - 7th time back If you are looking for a great beach, food, accommodations, activities, friendly staff, most of all value....lok no further. Visit once and your hooked, nothing else compares. We returned for our 7th visit and are still in love with this resort and the staff whom make it all happen. The food is top notch, the grounds are breath taking, lush and green. The water is like glass, calm and clear. The rooms are very comfortable. Endless activities are included such as diving and catamaran cruise, glass bottom boat tour. You wont be disappointed.

Great resort Great food friendly staff smoking is only permitted in 2 areas away from everything which was an inconvenience. Entertainment was quite boring. Was like a nursing home pace. Resort next door was pumping

Couples Swept Away: Un lieu de villégiature extraordinaire

Tout ce qui concerne le Couples Swept Away est fantastique. La plage est magnifique, le personnel est très amical et nous les appelons nos amis après y être allés pour la cinquième fois. La nourriture est excellente et les chambres sont propres. La végétation est luxuriante. Nous recommandons vivement ce complexe. Il se trouve à 3h45 de vol de Toronto, ce qui est agréable.

Amazing Resort to stay at Everything about Couples Swept Away is fantastic. The beach is amazing, the staff are very friendly and yes we call them our friends after going for our 5th time. The food is great and the rooms are clean. The vegetation is lush as well. We highly recommend this resort. It's a short 3hr 45 min flight from Toronto which is nice.

Le personnel est formidable : Donna, Marlene, Timoy, Philip Marcel, Nyoka, Veronica, Vanessa, Jerome, pour n'en citer que quelques-uns. L'endroit est propre et la nourriture excellente. J'adore tout ça !

Amazing resort This resort is fabulous this was our 13th visit here and still love it just as much as we did the first. The staff are amazing Donna, Marlene, Timoy, phillip marcel, nyoka, veronica, vanessa, Jerome just yo name a few. Clean place excellent food. Just love it all!!!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: FABULEUX CENTRE DE VILLÉGIATURE

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Iberostar de Montego Bay en Jamaïque. Le personnel était merveilleux et très accommodant, la nourriture fantastique, la chambre très propre. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon prochain voyage en Jamaïque. J'aime aussi le fait qu'ils fournissent une navette sur place pour se rendre où l'on veut sur l'île pour un prix raisonnable.

FABULOUS RESORT We had an amazing time at the Iberostar Hotel in Montego Bay Jamaica. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating , the food fantastic, the room very clean. I will stay here again on my next trip to Jamaica. I also love that they provide on site shuttle to where ever you want to go on the island for a reasonable price.

Riu Reggae: Les meilleures vacances de tous les temps !

Le complexe lui-même est magnifique - les chambres sont propres et modernes, et j'ai apprécié le fait que le complexe soit petit et que tout soit à proximité. Nous avions une chambre "vue jardin", qui n'offrait en fait qu'une vue sur un toit et un mur, mais comme je passe le moins de temps possible dans la chambre, cela ne m'a pas du tout dérangée. En tant que non-fumeur, j'ai également apprécié le fait qu'il y ait des zones réservées aux fumeurs et que l'on ne soit pas constamment entouré de fu [... lire plus]mée tout au long de la journée. J'ai laissé mon téléphone et mon argent sur ma chaise longue la plupart du temps pendant que j'étais dans la piscine ou sur la plage et à aucun moment je n'ai eu peur qu'ils disparaissent. Je me suis également sentie en sécurité à l'extérieur de l'hôtel - oui, il y a des trafiquants de drogue, mais ils ne vous dérangent pas et n'essaient pas de vous forcer à acheter quoi que ce soit si vous leur dites que vous n'êtes pas intéressé. La nourriture était vraiment bonne - il y avait toujours quelque chose à trouver au buffet, et j'ai apprécié qu'il y ait toujours une section jamaïcaine au buffet - ainsi, si vous n'avez pas pu goûter à l'incroyable poulet jerk sur la plage, vous pouvez toujours obtenir quelque chose d'authentique au buffet. Nous avons essayé tous les restaurants et nous les avons tous appréciés. La boîte de nuit du côté de Montego Bay était très amusante - nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois lorsque nous restions sur le complexe le soir (les autres nuits étaient passées au Pier 1 et au Margaritaville) - contrairement à la "discothèque" de la plupart des complexes tout compris, celle-ci était vraiment remplie tous les soirs avec des gens qui dansaient et qui s'amusaient beaucoup. Mais au-delà de tous ces aspects, ce qui fait vraiment la force de ce complexe, c'est le personnel extraordinaire qui travaille sans relâche pour s'assurer que tout le monde passe un bon moment. Le personnel d'animation vient tous les jours à 10 heures pour dire bonjour à tous les clients, faire participer les gens à des jeux, et on peut toujours le voir se promener en discutant avec tout le monde. L'après-midi, ils sont de retour pour s'amuser à la piscine, puis de nouveau le soir pour donner un spectacle incroyable - ce sont tous des artistes incroyables et j'ai été fascinée en les regardant tous les soirs. Un grand merci à T-Rex (merci de m'avoir appris à jouer aux dominos et d'avoir supporté nos compétences ridiculement horribles au fer à cheval), Sonic, Short Boss, Shampoo, Bru, Hollywood, et bien sûr String Bean (prénom String, nom Bean !), qui est le plus infectieux de tous les animaux de la famille il a le sourire le plus contagieux et son énergie est incroyable !) qui nous a divertis toute la journée et toute la nuit. Le personnel du bar, Vaughns, Crystal et Shaquille, qui ont maintenu l'énergie et les boissons à flot toute la journée, et Chevoy et Stainton le soir - je n'ai jamais eu de problème pour obtenir une boisson, et ils se sont toujours souvenus de ma commande et l'ont préparée dès qu'ils m'ont vu arriver. J'ai visité de nombreux complexes hôteliers tout compris et je n'ai jamais vu un groupe de personnes aussi dévouées à faire en sorte que chaque client passe le meilleur moment possible. Nous avions prévu de faire quelques excursions, mais nous nous sommes tellement amusés dans le complexe que nous ne voulions pas partir. Le personnel a fait de ces vacances un moment inoubliable et j'ai hâte de revenir les voir bientôt ! Si vous décidez de séjourner ici ou non, faites-le, vous ne le regretterez pas !

Best vacation ever! The resort itself is beautiful - the rooms are clean and modern, and I liked that the resort is small so everything is in close proximity. We had a "garden view" room, which was actually just a view of a roof and wall, but as someone who spends as little time in the room as possible, this didn't bother me at all. As a non-smoker, I also liked that there were designated smoking areas and you weren't surrounded by smoke constantly throughout the day. Despite what some reviews have said, we had no problems with security or things going missing - I left my phone and money sitting at my lounge chair most of the day while I was in the pool or on the beach and at no point was I worried they would go missing. I also found it safe outside the resort - yes, there are drug dealers standing out there, but they don't bother you or try to force you to buy anything if you tell them you're not interested. The food was really good - always something to find at the buffet, and I enjoyed that they always had a Jamaican section at the buffet - so if you missed out on the amazing jerk chicken on the beach, you could still get something authentic at the buffet. We tried all of the restaurants and enjoyed them all. The nightclub on the Montego Bay side was a lot of fun - we went there a few times when we stayed on the resort at night (other nights were spent at Pier 1 and Margaritaville) … unlike the "disco" at most all-inclusive resorts, this one was actually packed every night with people dancing and having a great time. But all other great things aside, what really makes the resort is the AMAZING staff who work tirelessly to ensure that everyone is having a great time. The entertainment staff come around at 10 a.m. every day to say good morning to every guest, get people involved in playing games, and can always be seen walking around chatting with everyone. In the afternoon they're back for more fun at the pool, and then back again at night to put on an amazing show - they're all incredible performers and I was mesmerized watching them every night. A MASSIVE shout out to T-Rex (thanks for teaching me how to play dominos, and for putting up with our ridiculously horrible horseshoe skills haha), Sonic, Short Boss, Shampoo, Bru, Hollywood, and of course String Bean (first name String, last name Bean! … he has the most infectious smile and his energy is something else!) who kept us entertained all day and all night. The bar staff Vaughns, Crystal and Shaquille who kept the energy up and drinks flowing all day, and Chevoy and Stainton at night - I never had a problem getting a drink, and they always remembered my order and had them ready to go when they saw me coming. I have been to a lot of all-inclusive resorts, and have never experienced a group of people more dedicated to making sure that every single guest is having the best time possible. We had planned to go on some excursions, but were having so much fun on the resort that we didn't want to leave - the staff made the vacation for me and I can't wait to come back to see them all again soon! If you're deciding whether to stay here or not, please do - you will not regret it!!

Did not meet expectation Customer service was awful, even speaking with management of customer relations was horrible. The food was constantly cold and not always replenished, everyday we seen cockroaches in the restaurant area as well as the hallway, our room wasn't restocked with towels we had to ask for towels everyday, a la carts weren't running for the first 4 days of our trip and then when they were running only 1 a la cart a night was running for approx. 1600 guests, staff were rude and pushy and actually requested tips, the best part of our trip was the weather, the company we were with and when we left the resort - the resort was so horrible to be at that we left everyday to eat, the pool was very nice but the deck smelt so awful like old mop water, the beach is very clear and clean but shallow and rocky for the first couple of feet, and crabs For a "5 star" resort it was truly disappointing and this was our 6th visit to Jamaica and worse vacation ever

Secrets St James: Ce n'est pas ce à quoi nous nous attendions pour le surclassement.

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans un hôtel Secrets à Punta Cana "Preferred" deux fois auparavant, et nous pensions donc que tous les Secrets "Preferred" étaient les mêmes. En discutant avec d'autres personnes sur le site qui n'étaient pas dans la "Preferred Section", nous nous sommes aperçus qu'ils avaient tous les mêmes équipements. Nous avons réduit les choses à la seule chose que la section normale ne reçoit pas : la crème solaire. La bel [... lire plus]le affaire. La nourriture n'était pas excellente. Les restaurants n'étaient pas toujours ouverts. Le personnel de divertissement était formidable. (Stella) Le serveur du bar à la piscine principale était également très divertissant. Not what we expected for the upgraded preferred. We went to Secrets St. James "Preferred". We had gone to a Secrets hotel in Punta Cana "Preferred" 2 times previous, so we were under the assumption that all Secrets "Preferred" were the same. Not so, my advise is that if you want to go to this resort do not pay for the upgrade "Preferred" In talking with other people on the resort who were not in the "Preferred Section" they basically have all the same amenities. We have narrowed it down to the only thing that the regular section doesn't get is sunscreen. Big deal. The food not great. The restaurants were not always opened. Entertainment staff were great. Couples Swept Away: Nous reviendrons !

C'est la troisième fois que mon mari et moi séjournons au Couples Swept Away, et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, mais si vous recherchez un hébergement luxueux, ce n'est pas le centre de villégiature qu'il vous faut. Comme toujours, nous avons trouvé la nourriture excellente et abondante. Le service est parfois lent, mais n'oubliez pas que vous êtes à l'heure de l'île. Nous avons trouvé le personnel serviable et amical et lorsque nous avons demandé à ch [... lire plus]anger de chambre en raison d'un problème de fourmis, ils ont immédiatement accédé à notre demande et nous avons fini par obtenir une chambre avec une meilleure vue sur la plage. Le terrain de l'hôtel est luxuriant et magnifique, et le personnel s'en occupe méticuleusement. La plage est la meilleure que nous ayons vue dans les Caraïbes : sable blanc et eau cristalline. Il y a quelques vendeurs le long de la plage, mais un simple "non merci" suffit à les faire repartir. Nous avons rencontré d'autres couples qui sont allés plusieurs fois dans ce complexe, certains jusqu'à 30 fois ! Nous sommes impatients d'y retourner !

We will be back!! This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at Couples Swept Away, and we were not disappointed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, however if you are looking for posh accommodations then this is not the resort for you. As always, we found the food to be excellent and plentiful. Service is sometimes slow, but remember that you are on "island time". We found the staff to be helpful and friendly and when we asked to be moved to a different room due to an ant problem, they accommodated our request immediately and we ended up with a room that had a better view of the beach. The grounds of the resort are lush and beautiful, and meticulously cared for by the staff. The beach is the best we have seen in the Caribbean; white sand and crystal clear water. There are some vendors selling their wares along the beach, however a simple "no thank you" will send them on their way. We met other couples who have been to this resort multiple times, some of them as many as 30 times! We cannot wait to go back again!!
