Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Superbe station balnéaire

J'ai visité ce centre de villégiature 3 fois maintenant. Superbe complexe. Nous obtenons toujours le surclassement dans les chambres crown club pour adultes seulement La nourriture dans les ala cartes est excellente à l'exception du restaurant de fruits de mer. Awesome resort Have been to this resort 3 times now. Great resort. We always get the upgrade to the crown club rooms adults only Food in ala cartes is great with the exception of the seafood restaurant. Was dissatisfied with that one. Buffet is good. Always found something Resort is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, rooms are good Lots of kids activities if in to that

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: C'est un lieu de séjour correct

le Decameron Los Cocos à Guayabitos est un hôtel plus ancien qui semble être en cours de rénovation. Les chambres sont vieilles mais propres et la nôtre était fraîchement peinte. Le personnel était agréable mais parlait peu d'anglais lorsque nous avions des demandes ou des questions à poser. Les omelettes du petit déjeuner sont incroyables, tout comme le chef ! It’s an okay place to stay the Decameron Los Cocos in Guayabitos is an older hotel that appears to be under renovation. the rooms are old but clean and ours was freshly painted. staff were pleasant but had little english when we had requests or to ask questions. Breakfast omelettes are amazing as is the chef! She was delightful, singing and dancing! The rest of the food is okay but not a lot of flavour and not very hot. Beach is great but very busy! Hard to find chairs unless you wake up very early. Lots of vendors. Pools ok but limited time in the sun

Grand Oasis Riviera: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Le personnel était courtois et capable de communiquer en anglais. La promenade sur la plage était une activité quotidienne pour essayer de faire suffisamment de pas et d'éliminer les calories de toute la nourriture. Les divertissements sont très limités. Pas de programmes en soirée, sauf lorsque les invités chantent.

Amazing Resort Clean, safe on resort ,food was spectacular Staff were courteous and well able to communicate in English. The beach walk was a daily thing trying to get enough steps and wear off some calories from all the food. Very limited entertainment. No evening programs except when the guest do the singing.

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Station très propre

Le personnel est merveilleux, très amical, serviable et aimable. Il y a beaucoup de plats délicieux à choisir. Les chambres sont belles et propres. Lits confortables. Mon seul désagrément, j'ai été malade pendant 2 jours, un membre de ma famille a essayé de m'apporter de la nourriture du buffet, et on lui a dit qu'il ne pouvait pas le faire. Je n'ai pas pu boire l'eau de l'hôtel. Lorsque j'ai demandé à la réception des bouteilles d'eau supplémentaires dans la chambre, on nous a répondu que non.

Very clean resort Staff are wonderful, very friendly, helpful & kind. Lots of wonderful food to choose from. Room we beautiful & clean. Beds comfortable. My only dislike, I was sick for 2 days, my family member tried to bring me some food from the buffet, & they were told they could not do that. I could not drink the water there. When asked at the front desk for extra bottled water in the room, we were told no.

Siente Tulum: Grand centre de villégiature

Quand nous sommes arrivés, le bus est passé devant l'hôtel et ne l'a pas trouvé. L'hôtel n'est pas bien identifié. Le panneau à l'extérieur indiquait ??Tulum Pas le Siente Tulum. ITS était un hôtel extraordinaire, un personnel formidable, une nourriture excellente, très propre et moderne. Tout le monde nous manquera et nous reviendrons bientôt ! Great resort When we arrived the bus passed by the hotel and didn’t find it . The hotel is not well identity. The sign outside said ♥️Tulum Not, Siente Tulum. ITS was an amazing hotel, great staff, great food, very clean and modern. We will miss everyone there and we will be back soon! Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Ne perdez pas votre argent ni votre temps

J'espérais vraiment que ce serait un bon endroit où aller malgré toutes les critiques négatives. Eh bien, c'est faux ! Les critiques sont tout à fait exactes. Je pensais que réserver notre chambre dans la zone Diamond Club et essayer de rester à l'écart des commentaires négatifs que j'entendais serait une bonne chose ! C'est faux ! Après avoir payé 100$ US pour réserver notre chambre, nous avons attendu de partir pour nos 2 semaines de vacances. Nous sommes finalement arrivés et l'aéroport a été [... lire plus] un jeu d'enfant Nous arrivons à l'hôtel et prenons notre chambre dans le bâtiment 6 pour entendre le grincement et la soudure de la structure métallique juste à côté de nous. Nous avons écouté cela pendant 3 jours sans voir la fin. Nous l'avons écouté pendant des heures. Nous avons finalement demandé à être déplacés et ils nous ont logés dans le bâtiment 4 Elle sortait de l'évacuation de la douche et tout ce que l'on pouvait sentir était quelque chose que je comparerais à de la pisse de chat ou à de la pisse d'animal. Plus la douche fonctionnait, plus l'odeur était forte. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et ils nous ont laissé voir la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre, puis nous sommes entrés et avons fait couler la douche et BANG ! L'odeur était là. Le directeur de l'hôtel est venu dans la chambre et on pouvait voir sur son visage qu'il sentait aussi l'odeur. Il y a un problème certain dans ce complexe. Sans oublier de mentionner l'éclairage au gaz pour les multipropriétés et la façon dont ils veulent que vous assistiez à la présentation et ensuite vous obtiendrez vos crédits d'hôtel à utiliser. L'application Royalton ne fonctionne que lorsqu'ils veulent qu'elle fonctionne ! !! Je pensais que toutes les critiques pouvaient être erronées mais elles ne le sont pas ! !! S'il vous plaît vérifier vos critiques avant de réserver ce complexe. La nourriture était bonne mais ce complexe est très occupé. Merci pour notre serveur au Hunter steak house, nous avions une réservation tous les soirs. Nous avons fait en sorte de lui faire gagner du temps pour qu'il nous réserve un créneau horaire pour le dîner tous les soirs. Il était formidable. Nous avons choisi de ne pas utiliser les majordomes qui nous ont été attribués, car ils ne nous ont pas du tout aidés. Nous avons payé le personnel chargé de l'approvisionnement du réfrigérateur pour qu'il s'occupe des dosettes de café, car ils n'en donnaient qu'une ou deux par jour. Il faisait donc le plein pour nous et nous lui avons donné un bon pourboire. Il y avait tellement de personnel qui essayait de vendre des multipropriétés ou de vous inciter à aller à la présentation. Je voulais être dans un centre de villégiature avec mon conjoint pour un peu de R & R puisque nous travaillons dur et avons économisé longtemps pour aller à ce centre de villégiature. Je ne retournerai jamais dans cet endroit. Ne perdez pas votre temps ni votre argent ici. Choisissez un autre endroit. De plus, le côté Hideaway avait la même odeur ! Nous ne sommes pas difficiles. Nous voulions juste un endroit pour nous détendre !

Don’t waste your money or time I was really hoping this would be a great place to go despite all the negative reviews. Well wrong!! The reviews are bang on. I thought pre booking our room in the Diamond Club area and trying to stay clear of the negative feedback I was hearing would be good! Wrong!! After paying 100$ US to pre book our room, we waited to leave for our 2 week vacation. We finally arrive and the airport was a breeze so yay!! We get to the hotel and arrive in our room building 6 only to listen to the grinding and welding of the metal structure right beside us. We listen to this for 3 days with no end in sight. We listened to it all hours. We finally asked to be moved and they accommodate us to building 4 and OMG the smell!! It was coming out of the shower drain and all you could smell was something I would compare to cat pee or animal pee. The more the shower was on the stronger the smell. We asked to move to another room and they let us see the room above us only to go inside and run the shower and BANG!! There is the smell. The manger of the resort came to the room and you could see by the look on his face that he can smell it as well. There is a definite problem with this resort. Not to forget to mention the gas lighting for time shares and how they want you to attend the presentation and then you will get your hotel credits to use. The Royalton app only works when they want it to work!! I thought all the reviews could be wrong but they are not!! Please check your reviews before booking this resort. The food was good but this resort is very busy. Thank goodness for our waiter at the Hunter steak house, we had a reservation every night. We made sure we made it worth his time to save us a time slot for dinner every night. He was amazing. We opted not to use the butlers that were assigned for us as they were not helpful to us at all. We paid the fridge stock staff to keep up with the coffee pods as they would only give 1 or 2 a day. So he would stock up for us and we tipped him well. There was so many staff there trying to sell time shares or trying to get you to go to the presentation. I wanted to be at a resort with my spouse for some R & R since we work hard and saved a long time to go to this resort. I will not ever return to this place. Don’t waste your time or your money here. Pick a different place. Also the Hideaway side had the same smell! We are not picky people. We just wanted a place to relax!!

Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres: Station très propre

C'est un lieu de villégiature exceptionnel. Le personnel est formidable. Le complexe est très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Il semblait y avoir beaucoup de jeunes enfants. Il n'était pas facile de réserver les ala carts. Le buffet n'était pas très chaud.

Very clean resort This is a great resort. Staff is amazing. The resort is very well maintained. And the rooms are very spacious. There seemed to be alot of young children. It was not easy to book the ala carts. And the buffet food was not very warm.

Occidental Cozumel: Fabuleux

Nous avons adoré la piscine, les divertissements, les jardins luxuriants, le dîner sur la piazza, le personnel. Nous ne pouvons pas dire assez de bien de ce complexe. Notre chambre a besoin d'une petite retouche, mais elle était toujours impeccable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Fabulous We loved the pool area, the entertainment, the luscious grounds, the dinner in the piazza, the staff. We cannot say enough good things about the resort. Our room needs a little touch up but was always spotless. We will definitely be back.

Grand Sunset Princess: Charmante station balnéaire

Il s'agit d'un très grand complexe hôtelier, mais il est très bien géré. Tout est impeccable, les chambres, les piscines et les restaurants. Le terrain est impeccable. Le service dans tous les domaines était excellent. La seule petite chose que ma femme n'a pas aimée, ce sont les rochers au début de l'océan sur la plage. Ce n'était pas grave et cela s'éclaircit plus loin, mais il vaut mieux prendre des chaussures d'eau. La plage était magnifique et il y avait toujours plein de chaises disponib [... lire plus]les là et aux piscines. Nous avons passé de très bons moments.

Lovely resort This is a very big resort but it's very well managed. The whole place is spotless, rooms, pools, and restaurants. The grounds are pristine. Service in all areas was excellent. Only one small thing my wife didn't like was the rocks at the beginning of the ocean at the beach. It wasn't a big deal and It does clear up further in but better to take water shoes. Beach was beautiful and there were always plenty of chairs available there and at the pools. We had a great time.

Amazing Resort The staff was amazing. Rooms clean and comfortable. Very nice pool. Loved the pizza snack bar and the Mexican restaurant does an amazing breakfast. The resort is just the right size for anyone that has mobility issues. I would go back

Dreams Huatulco: Fantastic Resort

La chambre que nous avons occupée était un peu vieillotte, mais nous avions une vue fantastique ! Les lits sont très confortables. Le choix de restaurants est très bon. Nous avons adoré Oceana et Seaside Grill. Les piscines sont incroyables ! La plage est magnifique et l'eau de l'océan est propre et chaude. Nous avons fait un traitement au spa (hydrothérapie puis massage). Très agréable ! Comme l'ont souligné de nombreux commentaires, le personnel de ce centre de villégiature est e [... lire plus]xtraordinaire.

The room we stayed in was a little dated but we had a fantastic view! The beds are very comfortable. The choice of restaurants is very good. We loved Oceana and Seaside Grill. The pools are amazing! The beach is amazing, and the ocean water is clean and warm. We did a spa treatment (hydrotherapy and then a massage). Very nice! As expressed by many reviewers, the staff at this resort are amazing.

Barcelo Maya Tropical: J'ai passé un excellent moment

Le seul problème était le centre commercial Maya, où il y a un carrousel si bruyant qu'il est difficile d'y être. Je voulais acheter des bijoux mais je ne pouvais pas y rester. J'ai même annulé une réservation au restaurant parce que je savais que j'aurais à nouveau mal à la tête si j'y retournais. Pourquoi est-ce si bruyant ? Les pauvres employés doivent souffrir.

Had a great time Everything was great, food, beach, etc. the only issue was the maya mall, where there is a carousel that is so loud it’s hard to be there. I wanted to buy jewellery but couldn’t stay there. I actually cancelled a restaurant reservation due to the fact I knew I’d have a headache again if I went back there. Why is it so loud? The poor employees must be suffering.

Terrain bien entretenu, clients écoutés et satisfaits dans la mesure du possible. Réactif aux demandes et aux nombreuses questions. Amical et professionnel. Le personnel est diligent, poli et très travailleur. J'y retournerais.

Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton: Idéal pour les enfants !

Ce centre de villégiature est très fréquenté. Il y a plus de 1000 chambres et pendant notre séjour, elles étaient pleines à craquer. La plage est magnifique ! Le sable est si doux et blanc que nous avons pu trouver des chaises tous les jours et avons passé presque toutes nos matinées sur la plage. La piscine est géniale, assez grande pour tout le monde, avec des îles ou des lillypads pour que les enfants fassent une pause et beaucoup d'action, une fête de la mousse, une course d'obstacles. Le  [... lire plus]seul inconvénient est que les gens "réservent" des chaises avec leurs serviettes et qu'il est donc très difficile de trouver une place. La piscine pour enfants était parfaite pour les enfants et ma femme et moi pour nous détendre au soleil. Bien desservi pour les boissons et Guy Ferrari burger joint juste à côté. Nous avons mangé dans presque tous les restaurants à la carte et n'avons eu aucun problème à les réserver via l'application 2 ou 3 jours à l'avance. La nourriture était excellente, les points forts pour moi étaient le habachi et le steak house. Le New York strip était un excellent steak ! Le buffet était également excellent avec de nombreuses options, bien qu'il ait été parfois très fréquenté avec de grandes files d'attente. Dans l'ensemble, la nourriture était excellente. Notre serveur pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner était Sergio, si vous avez la chance de vous asseoir dans sa section, il est calme, cool et recueilli avec un service régulier sans vous déranger. C'est le meilleur ! Enfin, les chambres sont datées et ont besoin d'être améliorées. Elles étaient propres mais avaient un peu de moisi et d'humidité. De plus, elles annoncent que ce sont des lits queen, mais ce n'est PAS le cas, ce sont des lits doubles. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon endroit pour notre jeune famille de 4 et 8 ans.

Great for the kids! This resort is a busy and happening resort. There are over 1000 rooms and while we were there they were at capacity. The beach is beautiful! The sand is so soft and white, we were able to find chairs everyday and spent almost all of our mornings on the beach. The pool is great, large enough for everyone, islands or lillypads for the kids to take a break and lots of action happening, foam party, obstacle course. Only down side is people “reserve” chairs with their towels and this makes it very hard to find a seat. Kids pool was great for the kids and great for my wife and I to relax in the sun. Well serviced for drinks and Guy Ferrari burger joint right there. We ate at almost all of the a-la-carte restaurants and had little to no problem booking them through the app 2-3 days in advance. Food was great, highlights for me were the habachi and the steak house. New York strip was a great steak! Buffet was also great food with many options although, got busy at times with big line ups. Food overall was top notch. Our waiter for breakfast and lunch was Sergio, if you get the chance to sit in his section he is calm, cool and collected with a steady service without bothering you. He’s the best! Last the rooms, they were dated and need an upgrade. They were clean but did have a bit of a musty/humidity to them. Also, they advertise that they are queen beds, they are NOT they are doubles. Overall good place for our young 4&8 year old family.

Riu Emerald Bay: Un endroit formidable

J'y suis allée une semaine avec une amie ! Nous avons tous les deux la vingtaine et nous nous sommes éclatés ! L'Uber en ville coûte 12$. Great place Went for a week with a friend! We both in our 20's had a blast! Uber downtown is 12$. The place is great, food is "ok"..staff are very friendly. Lots of drinks types. Beach is ok plenty of activities. God bless all

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Excellent séjour, deuxième visite, à recommander sans hésitation.

Mon ami et moi avons visité ce complexe pendant une semaine, du 11 au 17 janvier 2025. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre, la nourriture était délicieuse avec beaucoup de choix, tout comme les restaurants à la carte. Les boissons étaient abondantes et les barmans excellents. Tout le personnel était très amical et serviable et je recommanderais ce complexe à tout le monde. Amis, familles et couples. Il semblait y avoir une foule plus âgée, mais c'est  [... lire plus]peut-être parce que c'est plus loin de Puerto Vallarta. Nous avons pris un Uber pour nous y rendre un jour et cela nous a coûté environ 30 CAD par trajet. Inconvénients : le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre. J'étais dans le bloc 3 près du hall, mais lorsque nous étions dans notre chambre, nous ne pouvions pas nous connecter. Je sais que c'est un problème du 3ème monde, mais c'est juste pour vous le faire savoir. Cependant, c'était génial sur la plage près du bar et près des piscines. le deuxième inconvénient était le représentant de Westjet. Nous avons décidé de réserver une excursion et nous l'avons fait par son intermédiaire, après avoir découvert qu'il aurait été moins cher de réserver directement en ligne. Il nous a également dit que nous devions quitter l'hôtel à 6h15, pour ensuite arriver au bureau et se faire dire que nous n'avions pas besoin d'être là avant 9h. Nous aurions donc pu prendre un petit déjeuner et passer une matinée plus tranquille au lieu de mourir de faim et de rester assis au bureau pendant deux heures et demie supplémentaires. Apparemment, le représentant a reçu un courriel l'informant du changement d'heure et il ne nous l'a pas transmis. Faites-vous donc une faveur et réservez en ligne directement auprès des compagnies concernées.

Great stay second visit would definitely recommend. My friend and I visited this resort for a week Jan 11-17 2025. We had a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious and clean, the food was delicious with a lot of selection and so were the a la carte restaurants. The drinks were plentiful and the bartenders were excellent. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this resort to anyone. Friends, families and couples. It seemed to be an older crowd, but maybe that is because it is farther from Puerto Vallarta. We did take an Uber there one day and it was about 30CAD each way. Cons: The wifi did not work in our room. I was in block 3 near the lobby, but when we were in our room we could not connect. I know 3rd world problem, but just letting you know. However it was awesome on the beach near the bar and by the pools. 2nd Con was the Westjet rep. We decided to book an excursion and booked through him afterwards finding out that it would have been cheaper to book online direct. Also he told us we had to leave the resort at 6:15am, only to reach the office and be told that we didn't have to be there until 9am. So we could have had breakfast and a more leisure morning instead of starving and sitting at the office for an additional 2.5 hrs. Apparently they sent the rep an email of the time change and he did not forward that to us. So do yourself a favor and book online direct with the actual companies.

Catalonia Riviera Maya: Solide 4 étoiles

C'était mon quatrième voyage dans cette propriété et je l'adore. La plage n'a rien d'extraordinaire, elle est rocailleuse et n'a rien à voir avec les "longues promenades au clair de lune sur la plage". La nourriture au buffet était variée, le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner avaient les meilleurs choix, le dîner était un peu répétitif En ce qui concerne les cartes, je n'y vais pas souvent car j'aime la nourriture du pub local, mais nous avons mangé au burger une fois lors de notre visite et c' [... lire plus]était très bon. Pour y avoir déjà séjourné, je sais que les cartes sont agréables. Le service est excellent, sauf qu'il faudrait un barman de plus au bar du bord de mer, juste pour s'occuper des clients qui se présentent. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon complexe hôtelier dans un endroit agréable et sûr et j'y reviendrai.

Solid 4 star This was my 4th trip to thr property and I do love it. The brach is nothing to write home.about, it's rocky and definitely not the "long moonlit walks on the beach place. The food at the buffet was varied, breakfast and lunch had the best selecrions, dinner was kind of repetative Of the a al cartes, i dont usuly go to them as im fond of food from a local pub, ww did wat out at the burger once this visit and it was very food. From previous trips there i know the a la cartes to be nice. Service is excellent except rhey could use one more FT bartender at the swim up bar on the RM sIde just to attend to the walk ups. Overall it's a good resort in a pretty and safe location and I will come back again.

Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons adoré ce complexe de taille moyenne, dont l'emplacement est magnifique. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel service de l'hôtel étaient incroyables ! Nous avons eu une alerte à l'ouragan pendant notre séjour, nous aurions aimé que le personnel soit plus informatif sur les endroits à visiter et les choses à faire et ce qu'il fallait faire.

Great Resort We loved this medium sized resort, the location was wonderful. All of the hotel service staff were amazing! We did have a hurricane warning while we there, was wishing the stafff would have been more informative to the guests on where to go and what to do.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Vacances en famille

L'enregistrement au Diamond Club a été de loin la pire expérience que nous ayons eue dans les nombreux Royalton où nous avons passé nos vacances. Deux heures pour s'enregistrer et ils n'avaient pas les chambres que nous avions demandées. Ils ont surréservé ! La nourriture, le personnel, le service de majordome et les boissons étaient très bons. Le terrain, le hall d'entrée et le bar principal étaient formidables. Le complexe est très grand si l'on inclut la section réservée aux adultes, mais il  [... lire plus]était assez facile de se déplacer dans le complexe.

Family Vacation The check in to the Diamond Club was by far the worst experience we have had in the many Royaltons we have vacationed at. Two hours to check in and they didn't have the rooms we had requested. They over booked! The food, staff, butler service , drinks were very good. The grounds , lobby. and main bar area was terrific. The resort is very large when you include the adult only section, however, getting around the complex was fairly easy.

Barcelo Maya Tropical: Un endroit formidable

Nous avons passé une semaine sans problème Je recommanderais à des amis Il semble que ce soit un bon endroit pour les enfants La piscine était propre et il y avait beaucoup de choses à faire si vous ne vouliez pas simplement vous asseoir au bord de la piscine, nous y retournerons l'année prochaine
