Bahia Principe Escape Samana: Très bonne station

Le personnel de ce complexe est formidable, très amical et serviable. La station est bien aménagée. Les chambres sont belles et la vue est spectaculaire. La nourriture est bonne. Le seul inconvénient, ce sont les marches, on ne peut pas aller d'un endroit à l'autre sans faire des marches. Surtout pour aller à la plage. Mais je reviendrai

Very good resort The staff at this resort are awesome, very friendly and helpful. Resort well layed out. Room are nice the view is spectacular. The food is good. Only draw back are the steps, you can not go from one area to another without doing steps. Especially getting to the beach. But I would return

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Superbe station pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons voyagé avec 2 enfants (3 ans et un bébé). Nous avons essayé le buffet et un restaurant à Coba, et ils n'étaient pas comparables. Le seul petit problème que nous avons eu était avec le wifi, il était difficile de se connecter et parfois il ne fonctionne pas correctement (donc cela ne fonctionne pas bien pour réserver les restaurants via leur application). Les piscines et le parc aquatique pour enfants à Coba (5 minutes en trolley) sont superbes. Il y avait beaucoup d'algues sur la plag [... lire plus]e, mais ils ont du personnel qui les nettoie sur une partie de la plage, donc ce n'était pas trop grave. Je recommanderais ce complexe.

Great resort for family vacation We travelled with 2 kids (3 and infant). The room was clean and the food was top notch (especially the a la carte restaurants!) We tried the buffet and one restaurant in Coba, and those were not comparable. The only minor issue we had was with the wifi, it was difficult to connect and sometimes it doesn't work properly (so that doesn't work well to reserve the restaurants through their app). The pools and the kids waterpark at Coba (5 mins on the trolley) are great. There were a lot of seaweed in the beach, but they do have staff clearing them on one stretch of the beach, so that wasn't too bad. I would recommend this resort.

En général, notre semaine de vacances s'est bien passée : vol direct de Toronto au petit aéroport tranquille de Samana avec contrôle rapide des passeports et formalités douanières, transfert assez court de l'aéroport au complexe, enregistrement rapide (parce que nous connaissions les règles de la visite précédente et que nous nous sommes détachés du groupe depuis le bus, sinon nous aurions perdu du temps), nourriture et boissons tout au long de la journée et plages remarquables non seulement dan [... lire plus]s les limites du complexe, mais surtout en dehors. Il semble que la direction de l'hôtel soit très attentive aux commentaires des clients et nous n'avons pas manqué de chaises-longues sur la plage, il y en avait beaucoup. Cependant, quelques remarques devraient être adressées à la direction de l'hôtel pour qu'elle apporte des améliorations. Le nettoyage des chambres devrait être mieux organisé et moins contraignant pour les clients. Le premier jour de notre séjour, nous sommes revenus à la chambre vers 16 heures et notre chambre n'avait pas encore été nettoyée. Nous avons simplement demandé à la femme de chambre de nous apporter des serviettes fraîches. Le deuxième jour, notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée à 16h30 et j'ai dû parler à l'administrateur de la réception pour accélérer la procédure. Nous n'avons pas pu appréhender l'horaire du nettoyage des chambres, mais il est certain que les clients ne devraient pas adapter leur temps aux opérations de nettoyage. Le deuxième problème concerne la porte d'entrée de la chambre. Nous n'avons pas pu l'ouvrir complètement parce qu'elle butait contre le sol, mais nous n'en avons pas fait toute une histoire. Nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans la chambre à trois reprises et avons dû attendre qu'un agent de sécurité ouvre la serrure, puis qu'un agent de service la répare. La troisième fois, nous avons simplement demandé à changer de chambre et nous avons eu la belle chambre pour une nuit. Mais comme je l'ai mentionné en préambule, ces quelques désagréments n'ont pas gâché nos vacances et nous reviendrons certainement bientôt.

Decent place for getaway In general our week of vacation has been spent well: direct flight from Toronto to small quiet Samana airport with quick passport control and Customs formalities, rather short transfer from airport to resort, prompt check-in (because we knew the rules from previous visit and broke away from the group from the bus, otherwise we would waste the time), food and drinks all day long and remarkable beaches not only within resort limits but specially outside of them. It looks like resort management really pays attention to the guests reviews and we saw no any shortage of chaise-longues on the beach, there were plenty of them. But a few remarks should be addressed to resort management for further improvements. Room cleaning should be better organized with less hassles to the guests. On the first day of stay we came back to the room around 4pm and our room was not attended yet. We simply asked the maid for the fresh towels. On the second day our room was not cleaned at 4.30pm and I had to talk to the administrator at the front desk to expedite the procedure. We could not apprehend the schedule for room cleaning but certainly the guests should not adapt their time to the cleaning operations. The second issue is the room entry door. We could not open it to the full opening because it ground against the floor but we did not make a big deal of that. The big deal was the lock - we could not get into the room three times and had to wait for security guy to open the lock and then for service guy to fix it. On the third time we simply demanded to change the room and had the nice room for one night. But as I mentioned in preamble a few nuisances did not spoil our vacation and we will definitely come back again soon.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Superbe voyage !

J'ai passé un excellent moment au Bahia Principe Punta Cana en mai 2019. Le temps, les plages et les piscines étaient superbes. Très peu ou pas d'algues le long du tronçon de plage. Grande disponibilité de chaises et de parasols à la plage et aux piscines. Le personnel était très sympathique. Les chambres étaient propres et bien aménagées. Le complexe est bien entretenu. L'aménagement paysager est vraiment magnifique. Le service de navette est très efficace et fonctionne sans interrupti [... lire plus]on dans tout le complexe.

Great trip! Had a great time at the Bahia Principe Punta Cana May 2019. The weather, beaches and pools were great. Very little to no seaweed along the stretch of beach. Ample availability of chairs and umbrellas at the beach and pools. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The resort is well maintained. The landscaping is really beautiful. Very efficient shuttle service running non-stop throughout the resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: deuxième fois tout aussi bien !

Nous avons voyagé à GBP Jamaïque août 2018 et 12-19 mai 2019 . Pour nous, ce complexe offre tout ce que nous voulons. La plage est incroyable la plage la plus éloignée est celle que nous préférons, beaucoup plus d'ombre et de brise , pas aussi bondé. Nous adorons la nourriture ici. Les plats à la carte sont fantastiques. Nous n'avons pas essayé l'italien, mais nous n'avons pas pu y entrer à chaque fois. Le personnel de ce complexe est toujours aimable, serviable et se met en quatre pour rendre  [... lire plus]votre séjour agréable. L'hôtel lui-même montre des signes de vieillesse. La moquette dans les couloirs doit être remplacée, etc. Mais on n'y passe pas beaucoup de temps. La chambre dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous avons fait du café dans la chambre tous les matins, assis sur le balcon. Nous avons apprécié le buffet du matin au steakhouse. Il était juste à l'extérieur du bâtiment, parfait. . Vous pouvez déjeuner au Piscis beach grill. Mais nous préférons le buffet principal climatisé, où il y a plus de choix et où il est agréable de sortir de la chaleur. Notre femme de chambre était fantastique. Vanessa, dans le hall principal, a été d'une aide précieuse et nous a permis d'accéder à notre chambre plus tôt que prévu.

second time just as great ! We travelled to GBP Jamaica Aug 2018 & May 12-19 2019 . For us this resort offers everything we want. Beach is amazing the farthest beach is the one we prefer, much more shade and breeze , not as crowded. We love the food here. The A la carte's are fantastic. Have not tried Italian could not get in either time, Buffet always has many options. The staff at this resort are always friendly helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is showing signs of age. Carpet in halls needs replacing ect.. But you don't spend much time there . The room has everything you would need. We made coffee in room every morning , sat on balcony. . We enjoyed the morning buffet at the steakhouse. It was right outside of building , perfect. . You can have lunch at Piscis beach grill. But prefer the air conditoned main buffet , where there are more choices and it's nice to get out of the heat. Our maid was fantastic. Vanessa at main lobby was such a great help and got us in our room sooner than expected.

L'hôtel était agréable mais la nourriture des buffets était un peu répétitive et généralement trop cuite et desséchée. Nous sommes arrivés à midi et on nous a dit que notre chambre serait prête à 15 heures, mais il était près de 17 heures et ils n'ont pas eu l'air d'être désolés ou d'essayer de compenser le désagrément. Le personnel était soit très gentil et accueillant, soit tout le contraire et très peu réceptif et froid. En parlant de froid, nous nous sommes réveillés tôt un matin avec de l'e [... lire plus]au froide, inutile de dire qu'il n'y avait pas de douche ce matin-là. Puis nous sommes retournés dans notre chambre vers 18 heures pour constater que nous n'avions toujours pas d'eau chaude et lorsque nous avons demandé à la réception, ils nous ont dit qu'il faudrait attendre encore 3 heures. Nous avions désespérément besoin d'une douche après une journée entière à la plage. Nous n'aimons pas les douches froides et cela a commencé la nuit dans une ambiance pas très agréable. Les divertissements du soir étaient très amateurs. J'ai parfois eu l'impression d'assister à un spectacle de talents d'une école secondaire. Notre voyage n'a pas été totalement décevant car le temps était magnifique et la plage était superbe, mais je pense que l'hôtel doit se pencher sur certains des problèmes que nous avons rencontrés, en particulier avec le personnel. J'ai parfois eu l'impression de les interrompre et ils n'avaient pas du tout l'air de s'en soucier. Pas de sourire ni de remerciement, même lorsque vous leur donniez un pourboire. On aurait dit qu'ils avaient droit au pourboire, sans avoir besoin de donner un service spécial ou d'être polis et peut-être de sourire, mais qu'ils y avaient droit. Au Canada, j'ai l'impression que nous traitons mieux les clients et que la plupart des employés de service ne reçoivent même pas de pourboire, à moins qu'ils ne fournissent un excellent service. Un sourire et un peu de compassion suffisent amplement !

The hotel was nice but the food at the buffets was a bit repetitive and generally overcooked and dried out. We arrived at 12 noon and were told our room would be ready at 3 but it was close to 5pm and they did not seem to be very sorry or try to make up for the inconvenience. The staff were either very nice and welcoming or were the total opposite and very unresponsive and cold. Speaking of cold, we woke early one morning to only cold water, needless to say no shower that morning. Then we can back to our room at around 6pm to find we still had no warm water and when we asked the front reception they said it would be another 3 hours. We were desperate for a shower after a full day at the beach. We are not fans of cold showers and that started the night off to a not so pleasant mood. The evening entertainment was very amateurish. I felt at times like I was at a high school talent show. Our trip was not a total disappointment as the weather was great and the beach was amazing but I do think the hotel needs to address some of these issues that we encountered, especially with the staff. At times I felt like I was really interrupting them and they did not look like they cared at all. No smiles or thank you, even when yo tipped them. It seemed like they felt entitled to the tip, not that they needed to give any special service or be polite and maybe smile, just entitled to it. In Canada I feel we treat customers better and most service people do not even get tips here, unless they really provide great service. A smile and some compassion goes a long way!

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Vacances très relaxantes

L'hôtel est situé dans un cadre magnifique. La plage est parfaite avec une eau claire et de beaux récifs coralliens avec des poissons, vous pouvez marcher sur la plage à gauche et à droite de l'hôtel pendant des kilomètres et profiter de la vue. L'hôtel est agréable, la nourriture est bonne et l'environnement général est amical et relaxant. L'hôtel est parfait pour les couples qui veulent se détendre et profiter du calme, pour les familles avec enfants.

Very relaxing vacation The hotel is in a very beautiful setting. The beach is perfect with clear water and nice coral reefs with fish, you can walk on the beach left and right side of the hotel for kilometers and enjoy the view. The hotel is nice, food is good and the overall environment is friendly and relaxing. The hotel is perfect for couples who want to relax and enjoy quiet time, for families with children.

Excellent!!! 1) I recommend one more Billiard in TULUM (except of the Sports Bar) in COBA. 2) Billiard in the Sports Bar in COBA was not in good condition and one ball was missing 3) I recommend normal size Chess Board with figures in the Sports Bar or somewhere else

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Un lieu de villégiature incontournable

La nourriture est excellente, les plages sont spectaculaires, les chambres sont incomparables, il est facile de se déplacer, le personnel est super, le service au bar est excellent, la piscine Relax est vraiment relaxante, le trajet depuis l'aéroport est pittoresque. Nous attendons avec impatience notre cinquième visite.

A Must Return Resort Food is excellent, beaches are spectacular, room second to none, easy to get around, super staff, great bar service, Relax Pool is really relaxing, scenic drive from the airport. Looking forward to our fifth visit soon.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: C'est vraiment bien

La station dispose d'excellentes plages, grandes et petites, pour tous les goûts. La nourriture jamaïcaine y est très bonne. Les gens sont amicaux et prêts à aider. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Je suggérerais cependant deux améliorations : Des étagères supplémentaires dans la douche (je mettais mes affaires par terre et ce n'était pas pratique) et des machines à expresso dans les bars. Merci beaucoup !

It's really good The resort has excellent beaches - big and small for every taste. Jamaican food was very good here. People are friendly and ready to help. We enjoyed our stay a lot. I'd suggest two improvements though: Additional shelves in the shower (I put my stuff on the floor, and it was inconvenient) and espresso machines in bars. Thank you a lot!

Tout d'abord, je voudrais dire que c'était ma quatrième visite au Bahia Fantais à Punta Cana. Si vous avez des enfants, c'est l'hôtel qu'il vous faut, le personnel se donne beaucoup de mal pour les divertir. Cette section de Bahia a tellement de joyaux cachés comme son propre bar à pizza près du parc aquatique ainsi que des popsicles et des glaces ! Au moins 2 jours par semaine, ils installent de grands toboggans gonflables dans la piscine principale pour tous les âges ! top notch resort for kids First off I'd like to say this was my 4th visit to bahia fantais in Punta cana. If you have kids thisbis the resort to go to the staff go out of there way to entertain the kids. This section of bahia has so many hidden gems like it's own pizza bar by the waterpark aswell as popsicles and icecream!. Atleast 2days a week they put big blow up slides in the main pool or all ages to use! Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Super destination de vacances

Le terrain de l'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu, de même que la plage et la piscine. Les chambres sont bien entretenues, le personnel est excellent et très amical. La nourriture, que ce soit dans les restaurants ou au buffet, est excellente. L'hôtel vaut vraiment le coup et mérite que l'on y retourne pour les vacances.

Super vacation destination The hotel grounds are clean and well kept , as well as the beach and pool areas. The rooms are well maintained ,the staff are second to none and very friendly. The food, be it the restaurants or the buffet is excellent. Definitely worth the value and well worth a return holiday visit.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Pas un 5 étoiles !

Magnifique terrain, nourriture excellente, mais les chambres étaient très délabrées. La plage n'est pas la meilleure car toute la côte mexicaine est confrontée à un problème d'algues, mais ils ont travaillé dur pour la nettoyer rapidement. Nous n'avons pas trouvé le service exceptionnel. Un soir, notre serveur au restaurant a été très impoli et parfois les gens ne nous disaient même pas bonjour. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une belle escapade, mais nous ne classerions pas le complexe dans la catégor [... lire plus]ie des 5 étoiles. Les restaurants gastronomiques étaient délicieux mais nous avons apprécié la variété du buffet.

Not a 5 star! Beautiful grounds, excellent food, but the rooms were very run down. Beach is not the best as the entire Mexico coast is dealing with a seaweed issue but they worked hard to have it cleaned up quickly. We did not find the service to be exceptional - it was a hit or miss. One night our server in the restaurant was very rude and sometimes people did not even say hello. Overall, a nice getaway but would not classify the resort as a 5 star. The gourmet restaurants were delicious but we enjoyed the variety at the buffet.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: J'ai reçu ce qui m'avait été promis

L'hôtel était propre et organisé. Le personnel était sympathique et arrangeant. L'ensemble du complexe était impeccable La nourriture était plutôt correcte, mais les Jamaïcains étaient de loin les meilleurs ! La musique et les divertissements étaient excellents. L'eau était toujours propre, les gars du bar étaient toujours rapides et amusants. Dans l'ensemble, j'y retournerais la semaine prochaine.

Got what was promised Hotel was clean and organized. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The entire resort was spotless Food was pretty decent, Jamaican was by far the best! Music and entertainment was great. Water was always clean, bar guys were always quick and fun. All and all I'd go back next week.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Huge Huge Resort

Cet hôtel était absolument ÉNORME ! !! Vous devez prendre un trolley partout où vous allez et il est super facile de se perdre dans cette station et avec le manque de communication et les barrières linguistiques, bonne chance pour essayer de trouver de l'aide ! Nous avons dû changer de chambre à cause de l'odeur de moisissure dans la première chambre, c'était tellement mauvais qu'on en avait le souffle coupé et l'air ne fonctionnait pas, la deuxième chambre avait le même problème, l'air était ma [... lire plus]uvais, les lits étaient durs comme de la pierre, les toilettes fonctionnaient sans arrêt et se bouchaient facilement, le siphon de la douche était bouché, donc quand nous nous douchions tous les trois, la troisième personne était debout dans de l'eau sale :( la chambre avait aussi une odeur d'urine âcre à côté du canapé qui s'est transformé en lit ! la troisième chambre, pour nos deux dernières nuits, l'air fonctionnait mais ils ont dû faire venir un lit d'enfant car ils n'avaient qu'une chambre avec un grand lit. La nourriture était correcte mais il y avait une terrible odeur d'égout à l'entrée du buffet et à l'intérieur d'un côté du restaurant ! La cuisine mexicaine à la carte était incroyable et le beach grill à la carte, la cuisine italienne est juste correcte, vous repartez affamés car les portions sont très petites ! Les snacks de minuit sont très bien aussi ! Les piscines sont superbes et la plage est magnifique, les boissons sont juste correctes ! La majorité du personnel est très impoli et c'est la première fois que je vois cela dans le sud Vous devez absolument économiser des chaises avec des serviettes à la plage et aux piscines ou vous n'en aurez pas à 10 heures du matin :( Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon moment, mais nous ne reviendrons probablement pas dans ce complexe ! Cela a été notre 7ème fois dans un complexe Bahia et notre préféré est le Mayan Riveria Bahia, nous y retournerons en octobre 2019 pour le mariage de nos amis :)

This hotel was absolutely Huge!! You have to take a Trolley everywhere you go and it’s super easy to get lost on this resort and with the lack of communication and language barriers good luck trying to find help! We had to switch our room due to extreme smell of Mold in the first room it was so bad it took your breath away and the air didn’t work, the second room same issue the air was bad the beds are rock hard the toilet ran non stop and plugged up easily the shower drain was clogged so by the time the three of us showered the third person was standing in dirty water :( the room Also had a pungent urine smell beside the couch that turned into a bed! the third room for our last two nights the air worked but they had to bring in a cot as they only had a king bed room. The food was ok there was a terrible sewer smell at the entrance of the buffet and inside on the one side of the restaurant! The Mexican a la carte was amazing and the beach grill a la carte the Italian is just ok you leave hungry as the portions are very small! The midnight snack bars are great also! The pools are great and the beach is beautiful the drinks are just ok! The majority of the staff are very rude which is the first time I have ever seen this down south I was actually taken back by this! You definitely have to save Chairs with towels at the beach and pools or you will not get one by 10 in the morning:( overall we had a good time but probably would not return to this resort! This has been our 7th time at a Bahia resort and our favourite is the Mayan Riveria Bahia we are returning there in October 2019 for our friends wedding:)

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Grand centre de villégiature

Le complexe est génial, c'était notre troisième séjour et il ne nous déçoit jamais. A recommander à tout le monde. Le steak house était génial, nous y sommes allés deux fois. Le buffet propose différentes soirées à thème (jamaïcain, espagnol, italien, asiatique, etc.) et elles sont toutes excellentes. La plage est bien entretenue et les jardins sont spectaculaires. Nous avons de nouveau séjourné dans le bâtiment 11 qui, à mon avis, offre la meilleure vue sur l'océan de tout l'hôtel.

Great Resort The resort is awesome, this was our 3rd time there and it never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone. The steak house was awesome we went there twice. The buffet has different themed nights (Jamaican, Spanish, Italian, Asian etc) and they are all great. The beach is well groomed and the grounds are spectacular. We stayed in building 11 again and in my opinion has the best oceanfront view of the hotel.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Pas très impressionné

Nous avons récemment séjourné au Grand Bahia pour notre première visite en Jamaïque et pour l'argent que nous avons dépensé, nous n'avons pas été impressionnés. Nos chambres n'ont jamais été entièrement réapprovisionnées et essayer d'obtenir les articles manquants était une corvée. Parfois, il fallait des heures et un deuxième appel téléphonique au concierge pour obtenir ce dont nous avions besoin, et d'autres fois, cela n'arrivait pas du tout. L'électricité n'était pas très forte, de sorte que  [... lire plus]le sèche-cheveux de notre chambre était à peine alimenté. La douche passait de trop chaude à trop froide sans avertissement. La nourriture était médiocre et peu variée entre le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner. Et bien que le personnel soit charmant, nous avions peur de parler aux gens parce qu'ils finissaient toujours par essayer de vous vendre quelque chose... toujours ! Je n'ai jamais été autant accostée dans un centre de villégiature. Le terrain était magnifique ainsi que la piscine, mais je pense que je m'attendais à plus pour le prix.

Not that impressed We recently stayed at Grand Bahia for our first visit to Jamaica and for the money we spent we were not impressed. Our rooms were never fully restocked and trying to get the missing items was a chore. Sometimes it would take hours and a second phone call to the concierge to get what we needed, and other times it did not arrive at all. The electricity was not strong so the blow drier in our room barely had any power. The shower shifted from too hot to too cold without warning. The food was mediocre and there was little variety between breakfast, lunch and dinner. And although the staff were lovely, we were afraid to talk to people because it always ended up in them trying to sell you something...always!! I have never been accosted so much at a resort. The grounds were beautiful as was the pool area, but I guess I was expecting more for the money.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Excellent séjour

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au Sian Ka’an ! Nous savions à l'avance que nous serions à environ 10 minutes de la plage en navette et nous étions tout à fait d'accord avec cela ! Nous sommes plus des gens de plage que des gens de piscine, donc nous nous assurons de prendre assez de choses pour la journée parce qu'une fois que nous avons fait la navette jusqu'à la plage, il vaut mieux y rester un peu. Ce qui est bien, c'est que les clients de Sian Ka’An ont accès à l'ensemble du c [... lire plus]omplexe. Nous avons donc pu déjeuner sur la plage de l'Akumal. Avoir notre propre partie privée sur la plage était génial avec des bars de plage à proximité et des gens qui viennent toujours autour de prendre des commandes de boissons. Il y a des tonnes de restaurants à choisir, dont deux auxquels nous sommes les seuls à avoir accès et dans lesquels nous sommes allés tous les deux et que nous avons adorés (Maiko et Alux). Nous ne sommes jamais vraiment allés dans la partie Tulum de la station et nous avons principalement fait des allers-retours sur le chariot entre Akumal et Sian Ka’an, car ce sont les deux luxueux. Le Sian Ka’an est très clairement une foule plus âgée et bien que nous ne soyons que dans la vingtaine, nous avons aimé avoir un endroit pour rester qui était plus calme loin de tout. Le personnel était très sympathique ! Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour !

Great stay We really enjoyed our stay at the Sian Ka’an! We knew going into it that we would be about a ten minute shuttle cart ride from the beach and were completely okay with that! We are more of beach people than pool people so would make sure to pack enough stuff for the day because once we shuttled to the beach it’s better to stay there for a little while. The good thing is that Sian Ka’An guests have access to the entire resort. So we could have lunch by the beach at the Akumal. Having our own private part on the beach was great with beach bars near by and people always coming around taking drink orders. There are tons of restaurants to choose from including two that only we have access to which we went to both and loved them (Maiko and Alux). We never really went to the Tulum part of the resort so mainly went back and forth on the cart between Akumal and Sian Ka’an as they are the two Luxury ones. The Sian Ka’an is very clearly an older crowd and although we are only in our 20s we liked having a place to stay which was more quiet away from everything. Staff were very friendly! We were very pleased with our stay!

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Vacances relaxantes

Excellentes chambres, très spacieuses et propres. Le personnel et le service sont excellents et rapides. Le terrain est magnifiquement entretenu et propre. La piscine est très belle et grande, avec beaucoup d'espace. La plage est correcte, rien de spécial. Les divertissements nocturnes pourraient être améliorés du côté adulte de la station, cependant, du côté famille, il y a beaucoup de divertissements. La nourriture était bonne, avec beaucoup de choix. Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience a été exce [... lire plus]llente !

Relaxing Vacation Excellent rooms, very spacious and clean. The staff and service is excellent and prompt. The grounds are beautifully maintained and clean. The pool area is very nice and big with lots of room. The beach is okay nothing special. The nightly entertainment could improve on the adult side of the resort, however, on the family side there is plenty of entertainment. The food was good lots of selection. My over all experience was great!
