Bel hôtel, mais le personnel n'est pas professionnel, impoli avec les clients dans les salles à manger. La salle à manger est désuète et manque de toilettes, les clients doivent quitter la salle à manger pour aller aux toilettes à l'extérieur. Salle à manger trop chaude, pas d'aération, de climatisation ou de ventilateurs. Les divertissements manquent de variété, ils s'adressent surtout aux adolescents.

Disappointed Beautiful hotel, however staff is unprofessional, rude to customers in dining facilities. Dining area outdated lack restrooms facilities, guests have to leave dining area to go outside to use restroom. Dining area too hot, no ventilation, A/C or fans. Entertainment lacks variety, catered mostly for teenagers.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Fantastique voyage en Jamaïque !

Nous avons séjourné au luxueux Bahia Principe au début du mois de mai et nous avons absolument ADORÉ nos vacances. L'hôtel était propre, le personnel extraordinaire et accommodant, la nourriture exceptionnelle et les boissons haut de gamme coulaient à flot. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Fantastic Jamaican trip! We stayed at the Luxury Bahia Principe in early May and we absolutely LOVED our vacation. The hotel was clean, the staff was extraordinary and accommodating, the food was outstanding and the top shelf drinks were flowing. We would highly recommend and would return in a heart beat.

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons trouvé le complexe confortable, propre et très présentable. Nous avons passé un bon moment à la maison pour notre première visite. Nous avons trouvé le personnel amical, courtois et généralement attentif à son travail.

Virginity Lost at home! Overall we found the resort comfortable, clean and very much presentable. We had a great time at home for our first visit. We found the staff friendly, courteous and generally carrying about their jobs.

J'ai emmené ma fille et ma petite-fille en vacances au Grand Bahia Prinicipe à Runaway Bay, en Jamaïque, et nous avons passé le meilleur moment de notre vie ! C'était la première fois que ma fille venait en Jamaïque et elle prépare déjà sa prochaine visite. Les gens sont extraordinaires. Le personnel de l'hôtel était extrêmement poli et désireux de faire plaisir aux clients, très professionnel à tout moment. Toutes les questions ou demandes que nous avons eues ont été traitées de la maniè [... lire plus]re la plus importante et la plus facile à vivre. Nous adorons les gens ! Le complexe lui-même est magnifique. Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps à la piscine, où ma petite-fille s'est fait des amis parmi d'autres enfants venus du monde entier. Le terrain est bien entretenu. La piscine était constamment entretenue. La nourriture était abondante et il y avait toujours un grand choix au buffet. La plage est divisée en sections et chaque section est plus petite, mais dans l'ensemble, la plage offre beaucoup de sable blanc et les plus beaux couchers de soleil ! Le parc aquatique est plus proche de la plus grande section de la plage et est assez grand avec de nombreux toboggans de différentes tailles pour jouer. Ma petite fille m'a dit que la prochaine fois que nous irons en Jamaïque, elle voudra retourner au Grand Bahia Principe.

Best Vacation Ever!!! I took my daughter and my granddaughter on vacation to the Grand Bahia Prinicipe in Runaway Bay, Jamaica and we had the time of our lives! Or was my daughter's first time in Jamaica and she is already planning her next visit. The people are amazing. The staff at the resort were extremely polite and eager to please the guests, very professional at all times. Any questions or requests we had were met with in the most important and easygoing manner. We just love the people! The resort itself is beautiful. We spent most of our time at the pool where my granddaughter made friends with several other children from all over the world. The grounds were well manicured. The pool was constantly being maintained. The food was plentiful and there was always a vast selection to choose from at the buffet. The beach is sectioned off and each section is on the smaller side but overall the beach offered lots of white sand and the most beautiful sunsets! The waterpark is closer to the largest section of beach and is quite large wiith lots of slides of various sizes to play on. My granddaughter said the next time we go to jamaica she wants to go back to the Grand Bahia Principe.

Riu Reggae: Reviendra

J'ai tout aimé dans cet hôtel. Si j'avais à me plaindre, ce serait qu'il n'y a pas de cafetière dans les chambres ni de miroir grossissant dans la salle de bain, que le club du Riu Montego Bay est très petit pour danser et que le buffet est une petite salle avec peu de choix. Le buffet est une petite salle avec peu de choix. Mais les restaurants du complexe compensent. Ils sont très bons. Mon déjeuner préféré a été le jerk chicken hut sur la plage. On en a l'eau à la bouche. Absolument délic [... lire plus]ieux. La plage se trouve à quelques mètres des piscines et il n'y avait pratiquement pas d'algues dans l'eau. L'eau est agréable. Les deux piscines sont très propres et le personnel des bars de la piscine est très sympathique. Mon barman préféré est Sharon. Vous devez essayer une boisson au sourire jamaïcain... Les maîtres-nageurs sont des travailleurs acharnés. Ils font en sorte que la piscine et l'espace aquatique soient parfaits pour nous chaque matin. Ils sont également prêts à nous aider si nous sommes blessés. Ils sont également prêts à vous sauver la vie si nécessaire. Rendez-moi service. Ces sauveteurs qui travaillent dur ne reçoivent pas de pourboire. Faites leur plaisir et donnez-leur quelques dollars. Les chambres sont toujours très propres grâce à la formidable équipe de nettoyage et les lits sont très confortables. Je pourrais continuer à parler du Riu Reggie, j'adore cet endroit. J'y retournerai l'année prochaine.

Will return I liked everything about this hotel.. If I had any complaints it would be that there isn't a coffee maker in the rooms or a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.Also the club at Riu Montego Bay is very small for dancing. Their buffet is a small room with not alot of choice's. But the restaurants on the resort make up for it. They are very good. Also my favorite lunch was the jerk chicken hut on the beach. It is mouth watering. Absolutely delicious. The beach is just a few feet from the pools.The water had hardly any seaweed. The water was nice. The 2 pools are very clean and the staff at the pool bars are very friendly. My favorite bartender is Sharon. You have to try a Jamaican smile drink.. The lifeguards are such hard workers. These very hard workers get the pool and pool area perfect for us each morning. The also are ready to help us if we are hurt. Or are ready to save your life if needed. Do me a favor. These hard working lifeguards don't get tips. Make their day and hand them a few dollars. The rooms are always so clean by the terrific cleaning staff.The beds are very comfortable. I can go on and on about Riu Reggie.love it there. Will be going back next year.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Grand hôtel

Très bel hôtel... très bonne nourriture et boissons... belle plage et chambres... excellent service... proche de l'aéroport... petit hôtel... gens sympathiques. Nous étions 12 personnes dans notre groupe et nous nous sommes bien amusés. Les divertissements étaient excellents.

Great hotel Very nice hotel...great food and drinks...nice beach and rooms...excellent service...close to airport...small hotel...friendly people. We were 12 people in our group and we thoroughly enjoyed our selves. Entertainment was brilliant.

Riu Palace Jamaica: Tout simplement incroyable !

Ce fut la meilleure expérience de ma vie dans l'ensemble. Le service a été impeccable sous tous les angles. Il n'y a pas eu un jour où je n'ai pas été satisfait du traitement, de la propreté de la station et du respect de tout le monde, y compris des invités. Je suis actuellement en train de chercher des vols pour retourner au palace d'ici la fin de l'année.

Simply Amazing ! This was the best experience in my life overall. The service from every angle possible was impeccable. There was not a day that went by that I wasn’t pleased by the treatment, the cleanliness of the resort, and the respect from everyone including guest. I’m currently looking at flights to go again to the palace by the end of the year.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Bon mais pas génial

Je pars en vacances pour me détendre et m'éloigner du bruit et du stress de la vie urbaine. Je veux du calme et un environnement sans bruit. Cela n'a pas été le cas. Extrêmement bruyant tout le temps sur la plage. J'essayais de lire sur la plage pendant qu'un jardinier tondait la pelouse avec un désherbeur. Cela a duré 2 heures. Le lendemain, un autre jardinier est venu avec une souffleuse à feuilles pour 2 heures supplémentaires et ils ont recommencé 2 jours plus tard. Peu importe la musique et [... lire plus] les cris provenant de la piscine - je m'y attendais. Mais nous sommes restés à l'extrémité de la plage pour avoir la paix et la tranquillité, lire nos livres et nager. Le jardinage constant était donc vraiment ennuyeux et nous a empêchés de nous détendre. La nourriture était exquise, le service vraiment exceptionnel et la chambre confortable. L'hôtel n'est plus un 5 étoiles, mais plutôt un 4 étoiles vieillissant. Et le bruit constant des bateaux qui passent et des jardiniers avec leurs outils à gaz et leurs véhicules à quatre roues ajoutait au stress dont j'essayais de me débarrasser.

Good but not great I go on vacation to relax and get away from the noise and stress of the big city life. I want calm and a noise free environment. This did not happen. Extremely noisy all the time on the beach. I was trying to read on the beach while a gardener was mowing the lawn with a weedeater. It took 2 hours. The following day, another gardener came with a leafblower for another 2 hours and they did it again 2 days later. Never mind the music and screams from the pool area - I was expecting that. But we hung out at the extremity of the beach in order to have peace and quiet and just read our books and swim. So the constant gardening was really annoying and kept us from really relaxing. The food was exquisite, the service was really outstanding and the room comfortable. The hotel is no longer a 5 stars, more like an ageing 4 stars. And the constant noise coming from boats passing by and the gardeners with their gas tools and their four-wheelers added to a stress I was trying to get rid of.

Legends Beach Resort: Grand centre de villégiature

L'hôtel était super, l'air conditionné était puissant, juste sur la plage, des spectacles à côté au bourbon beach bar and grill, des magasins et des restaurants tous à distance de marche ... le bus gratuit one love tour vient vous chercher juste devant l'hôtel et vous emmène dans différents bars locaux, c'était une expérience géniale. Margarita ville est à 5 dollars en taxi, Rick's cafe est à 10 dollars en taxi

Great resort Hotel was great, air conditioner was powerful , right on the beach , live entertainment next door at bourbon beach bar and grill, stores and restaurants all in walking distance .. free one love tour bus picks you up right in front the resort and takes you to different local bars , it was an awesome experience . Margarita ville is a 5 dollar cab away, Rick's cafe is a 10 dollar cab away

Jewel Grande Resort and Spa: Station pour personnes âgées

J'y ai passé 5 jours et j'ai trouvé que c'était un endroit calme. Il faudrait qu'il y ait plus de divertissements le soir. Ils doivent également améliorer leurs desserts. La nourriture était délicieuse et le personnel était sympathique, mais trop calme à mon goût.

Elderly people resort I spent 5 days there and I thought it was a quiet place. They need to have more entertaining in the evening. Also they need to improve on their desserts. The food was yummy though and the staff was friendly, just too quiet for my taste.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Bon hôtel

L'hôtel est très propre Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable Nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Le temps était parfait, le seul problème était la nourriture trop épicée, j'ai passé 3 jours dans ma chambre avec des maux de ventre !Tout était épicé, j'ai donc mangé des nuggets, des frites et des pizzas pendant le reste de mon séjour !Je recommande d'arrêter les épices piquantes, tout le monde ne peut pas les tolérer !, Je ne reviendrai probablement pas dans cet hôtel à l'avenir !

Good Hotel Hotel is very clean Staff very friendly and helpful we did not want for anything ! The weather was perfect only problem the food was tooooo spicey so i spent 3 days in my room with tummy ache !Everything was spiced so i ate nuggets fries and pizza during the rest of my stay !I recommend lay offf the hot spices not everyone can tolerate it !, I probably will not return in the future to this hotel !,,

Nice resort The staff very friendly and accommodating. Very clean, love the beach parties. Some construction happen but it didn’t have any impact on my vacation. I love the variety of food. Lobby bars close to early. Should havevyobhobyobthe disco for drinks after 11:00

Riu Negril: Un avis honnête

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire au Riu Negril. Notre groupe de 6 personnes comprenait ma meilleure amie (27 ans), mes filles (8 et 2 ans), ma mère (54 ans) et son amie (60 ans) ; on peut donc dire que toutes les tranches d'âge étaient représentées et que nous nous sommes tous bien amusés ! La nourriture de kmmbeing honnête n'était pas bonne. Il y avait très peu de nourriture jamaïcaine authentique, ce qui était l'une des choses qui m'enthousiasmaient le plus. Le personnel de l'hôtel é [... lire plus]tait formidable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été traités comme des membres de la famille. Je tiens vraiment à féliciter le personnel du Riu pour son excellent service à la clientèle. Ils étaient Très chaleureux et amicaux et TRES ACCOMPATITIFS. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon voyage, très relaxant. Le fait qu'il y ait plusieurs piscines était une bonne chose. La piscine était l'endroit où se déroulait la fête.

Honest review We had an amazing stay at the Riu Negril. Our part of 6 included myself and my best friend (27), my daughters (8 and 2) and my mother (54) and her friend (60) so it’s safe to say we had all the age groups covered, and we all had a blast! The food of kmmbeing honest was not good. There was very little authentic Jamaican food, which was one of the things I was most excited about. The staff at the hotel were amazing. From the moment we walking in we were treated like family. I really do want to applaud the staff at the Riu for their excellent customer service. They were Very warm and friendly and VERY ACCOMIDATING. All and all it was a good trip very relaxing. The fact that there were multiple pops was good. The swim up pool was where the party was, amazing time there.

Couples Tower Isle: Le meilleur voyage jusqu'à présent !

C'était notre troisième voyage dans ce centre de villégiature et nous sommes toujours aussi étonnés de la qualité de ce centre. Tout, depuis le personnel, la nourriture, l'hébergement, le spa et la plage, était vraiment fabuleux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié chaque minute depuis notre arrivée à l'hôtel Carlingview de Toronto pour le programme Sleep, Park and Fly, la veille de notre vol, jusqu'à notre retour à la maison. Nous cherchons déjà des dates pour revenir l'année prochaine. Les personn [... lire plus]es que vous rencontrez dans ce centre de villégiature deviennent des amis, et je n'ai jamais ressenti les mêmes liens dans les autres centres de villégiature où nous avons séjourné. Le personnel devient lui aussi un ami et se souvient même des séjours précédents.

Best Trip so far! This was our third trip to this resort, and it still continues to amaze us at how great this resort is. Everything from the staff, food, accommodations, spa and beach was truly fabulous. We truly enjoyed every minute from our arrival at the Carlingview Hotel in Toronto for Sleep, Park and Fly, the night before our flight, right up until we returned home. We are already looking at dates to return next year. The people you meet at this resort become friends, and i have never experienced the same connections at other resorts we have stayed at. The staff also become your friends and they even remember you from previous stays.

J'ai dû soit attendre pour avoir de la nourriture, soit l'oublier. Le personnel de service et les serveurs ont constammen [... lire plus]t l'air malheureux et peu enclins à servir, à quelques exceptions près : Mark au dîner et Tashae et Tommy au petit déjeuner qui étaient excellents. La plage est belle et peu profonde. Les piscines sont propres. Notre gouvernante Dawnett était excellente et toujours très agréable. Négatifs : les salles de bains publiques n'étaient jamais propres HARCÈLEMENT constant de la part des vendeurs du "club privilège". A éviter à tout prix. Ils sont partout et demandent encore et encore. Ils ne’t pas vous dire que c'est un temps partagé pitch qu'ils veulent que vous prenez plus de 90 minutes de votre temps de vacances à gaspiller. Ils essaient de vendre cela comme un petit déjeuner pour célébrer le 11e anniversaire de l'hôtel. C'est tellement trompeur et ennuyeux ! Nous en avons eu tellement marre que cela pourrait être un problème si nous envisageons de revenir.

Beautiful resort great vacation and would likely return. The water park is definitely a plus and wow factor. Food at the buffet is ok. Could be better. Lots of recycled food: left overs from the day before being put back on the next day. They can be a bit slow refilling empty stations during busy times. I either had to wait for food or just forget about it. Wait staff / servers constantly look unhappy and unwilling to serve with a few exceptions: Mark at dinner and Tashae and Tommy at breakfast who were excellent. Beach is nice and shallow. Pools are kept clean. Our housekeeper Dawnett was excellent and always so pleasant. Negatives: public bathrooms were never clean Constant HARASSMENT from “privilege club” sales people. Avoid them at all costs. They are everywhere and ask over and over again. They don’t tell you that it’s a time share pitch that they want you to take over 90 minutes of your vacation time to waste. They try to sell it as a breakfast to celebrate the hotels 11th anniversary. So misleading and annoying! We were so sick of it that this may be an issue if we are thinking of going back.

C'était la deuxième fois que nous visitions le Grand Bahia en Jamaïque. La plage, la piscine, la nourriture et la chambre étaient excellentes, mais le personnel était beaucoup moins amical que lors de notre première visite en 2016. Il y avait quelques exceptions à cela, mais pour la plupart, nous avons eu l'impression que la plupart d'entre eux ne voulaient pas être là. L'une des principales raisons pour lesquelles nous sommes revenus est que nous nous souvenions de la gentillesse de tout le mon [... lire plus]de, nous avons donc été déçus de voir que l'ambiance semblait avoir changé. Nous avons également payé pour une chambre avec vue sur l'océan, mais lors de l'enregistrement, on nous a donné une chambre avec vue sur le hall. Il nous a fallu deux heures de va-et-vient à la réception pour obtenir la chambre que nous avions payée, ce qui était assez fatigant après une longue journée de voyage. Nous avons ensuite essayé de commander le service d'étage un matin, mais on nous a dit que notre chambre ne pouvait pas avoir de service d'étage. Cela dit, nous avons tout de même passé de bonnes vacances. Nous n'avons jamais eu de difficulté à trouver des chaises à la plage et à la piscine, et il y avait beaucoup d'activités intéressantes à faire sur le site. 10 jours, c'était le temps idéal et nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

4 Stars This was our second time visiting the Grand Bahia in Jamaica. The beach, pool, food and room were great, but the staff were much less friendly than in our first visit in 2016. There were a few exceptions to this, but for the most part we got the vibe that most of them didn't want to be there. One of the main reasons we came back was because we remembered how friendly everyone was, so we were disappointed that the vibe seemed to have changed. We also paid for an ocean view room, but upon checking in we were given a room with a view of the lobby. It took us 2 hours of back and forth at the front desk to get the room we paid for, which was pretty tiresome, after a long day of traveling. Then we tried ordering room service one morning but were told that our room can't have room service. Those things being said, we still had a great vacation. We never had difficulty finding chairs by the beach and pool, and there were a lot of great activities to do on the resort. 10 days was the perfect amount of time and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique !

L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont très grandes et propres. Le terrain est très bien entretenu et le service est exceptionnel. Les piscines sont grandes et chauffées. La plage est suffisamment grande pour qu'on puisse y trouver une chaise à tout moment. Nous n'avons pas essayé les restaurants car il y avait suffisamment de variété dans le buffet et tout était délicieux. Il y a suffisamment de divertissements quotidiens pour tout le monde. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait que le comple [... lire plus]xe soit réservé aux adultes. L'hôtel se trouve à proximité (environ 25 minutes) d'Ocho Rios pour les achats et les excursions. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Fantastic Resort! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very large and clean. The grounds are very well kept and the service is outstanding. Pools are large and heated. Beach is big enough to get a chair at any time. Didn't go and try restaurants as there was enough variety of foods in the buffet and it was all delicious. There is enough daily entertainment for everyone. We really enjoyed the fact that the resort is adult only. The resort is in close proximity (ca. 25 minutes) to Ocho Rios for shopping and excursions. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Le complexe est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est formidable et attentif. Raymond est l'homme de la situation au bar de la piscine. Son enthousiasme et sa bonne humeur sont contagieux. Vous ne pouvez pas vous éloigner de lui sans un grand sourire.

Incredible Resort & Amazing Vacation The resort is beautiful and very well kept. Staff are great and attentive. Raymond is the "man" at the pool bar. His enthusiasm and cheerfulness is infectious. You simply cannot walk away from him without a huge smile on your face.
