Ma Melia

Melia Las Americas Varadero : J'ai passé une semaine agréable ici. Rien de vraiment négatif à dire. La propriété a 21 ans et pourrait être rénovée, mais rien n'était cassé ou endommagé... juste bien utilisé. Notre chambre était adéquate et propre... le lobby spacieux et élégant (les chaises sont là depuis longtemps)... les zones de bar bien faites... la seule chose mineure vraiment notable est le restaurant buffet principal - il a besoin d'une mise à jour. Cela dit, cela n'a en rien affecté mon  [... lire plus]séjour. Tous les employés que j'ai rencontrés étaient agréables. L'ambiance du complexe est relaxante et décontractée avec une touche d'élégance. La nourriture était excellente, je n'ai rien à redire. Le personnel de divertissement était amusant et amical. La plage est très belle :))). Le restaurant international à la carte était fabuleux ***** et japonais amusant et délicieux****. Avec quelques petites améliorations, cette propriété obtiendrait 5 étoiles. J'aurais aimé rester un peu plus longtemps.

My my Melia Melia Las Americas Varadero: Had an enjoyable week here. Nothing really negative to say. Property is 21 years old and could use some refurbishment, but nothing was broken or damaged..just well used. Our room was adequate and clean...the lobby spacious and elegant (the chairs have been around for awhile)...the bar areas nicely done...the only minor thing really noticable is the main buffet restaurant it needs an update. That said it did not affect my stay in any way. Every employee I encountered was pleasant. The mood of the resort is relaxing and laidback with an elegant flair. The food was great no complaints. Entertainment staff fun and friendly. The beach very nice :))). The international a la carte restaurant was fabulous ***** and Japanese fun and delicious****. With a few small improvements this property would get 5 stars. Wish I could have stayed a bit longer.

Très beau complexe hôtelier

L'hôtel est très agréable. Le hall est agréable, propre et bien agencé. L'extérieur aurait besoin d'un peu de nettoyage. Les murs ont l'air d'avoir des taches sombres qui les font paraître vieillis. Un bon nettoyeur à pression aiderait à faire un bon travail de peinture. Les terrasses de la piscine étaient en train d'être poncées et teintées pendant que nous étions là. Bon travail de nettoyage. Les Bungalo Suites sont agréables, mais elles sont éloignées du bâtiment principal où tout se trouve.  [... lire plus]C'est parfait si vous voulez une intimité totale. Celle qu'on nous a donnée était située à l'extrême limite du complexe. Nous avons opté pour une chambre dans le bâtiment principal. Tout s'est bien passé. Le directeur général était partout dans le complexe et discutait avec tout le monde. Il faisait vraiment un effort pour parler avec les gens et obtenir des commentaires sur l'endroit. La nourriture était très bonne pour Cuba. Le chef cuisinier contrôlait parfaitement son personnel. Nous n'avons jamais eu faim.

Very Nice Resort The Hotel is very nice. Lobby is nice, clean and well laid out. The outside could use some cleaning. Walls look like there is dark spots that make it look aged. A good pressure washer would help with a nice paint job. The pool decks were being sanded and stained while we were there. Good job with that clean up. The Bungalo Suites are nice, but they are far from the main building where everything is located. Great if you want total privacy. The one they were giving us was at the very extreme edge of the resort. We opted to have a room in the main building. Worked out fine. The General Manager was everywhere on the resort talking with everyone. He was really making a good effort to talk with people and get feedback about the place. The food was very good for Cuba. The Head Chef was really in control of his staff. Never felt hungry.

Séjour exceptionnel

Merveilleux séjour, nourriture, plage, service incroyables, piscine propre, chambre grande et propre. La carte est excellente, les espaces publics sont agréables. Nous sommes bien situés, près de l'aéroport. Le personnel est aimable et serviable... Nous reviendrons à cet endroit..,

Merveilleuses vacances

L'hôtel est absolument de première classe. Le terrain est impeccable, le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et ma chambre était fantastique. La nourriture est un peu fade, comme dans tous les hôtels où j'ai séjourné. Les divertissements n'étaient pas à la hauteur, ils étaient même médiocres.

Wonderful vacation The hotel was absolutely first class. The grounds are kept impeccable, the staff are really friendly amazing people and my room was fantastic. The food gets to be a tad bland, as in every resort I have ever stayed at. The entertainment was not up to par, poor in fact.

Premier voyage à Cuba

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 7 jours à l'hôtel. Le seul problème a été rencontré à l'arrivée, lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 11h30 et qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible pour nous. Nous étions très fatigués (éveillés depuis plus de 24 heures) et nous voulions simplement nous installer. Le personnel de la réception était distrait par des appels téléphoniques incessants et ne semblait pas intéressé à s'occuper de nous. Heureusement, lors d'un changement d'équ [... lire plus]ipe à la réception, une employée très serviable a fait de son mieux pour nous installer dans une chambre satisfaisante. Après deux chambres peu satisfaisantes (carrelage de la salle de bains, baignoire, etc.), nous avons été placés dans une superbe chambre avec vue sur l'océan, au quatrième étage. Je sais qu'il est difficile de garantir les préférences d'une personne, mais lorsqu'un tour-opérateur amène son vol à Cuba tôt dans la journée, vous voulez juste une chambre où vous installer ! Notre femme de chambre Julita "Julia" était très joyeuse et accueillante. Notre chambre était toujours propre et bien approvisionnée. Le terrain est bien entretenu et il est agréable de s'y promener. Le complexe est bien aménagé et se trouve à proximité de la belle plage et de la Plaza America. Nous avons apprécié les divertissements et le personnel d'animation s'est efforcé d'encourager les clients à participer à des activités amusantes. En général, la nourriture était bonne et il y avait beaucoup de choix au buffet. Les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents et le service formidable. L'atmosphère réservée aux adultes était relaxante. L'âge des clients allait de celui de jeunes adultes à celui de personnes âgées, ce qui constituait un bon mélange.

First tirip to Cuba Overall, we enjoyed our 7 day stay at the hotel. The only blemish was experienced at arrival, when we arrived at the resort at 11:30 am and there was no room available for us. We were very tired (awake for over 24 hours) and just wanted to settle in. The front desk staff were distracted by constant phone calls and seemed uninterested in dealing with us. Fortunately a shift change at the desk brought a very helpful employee who tried her best to get us settle in a satisfactory room. After two less than satisfactory rooms (worn out bathroom tiles, tub, etc.), we were put into a great oceanview room on the fourth floor. I realize that it is hard to guarantee one's preferences but when a tour operator brings their flight into Cuba early in the day, you just want a room to settle into! Our chambermaid Julita "Julia" was very cheerful and welcoming. Our room was always kept clean and well-stocked. The grounds are well-kept and pleasant to go for walks. The resort is well-layed out and is close to the beautiful beach and the nearby Plaza America. We enjoyed the entertainment and the animation staff went out of their way to try and encourage guests to engage in fun activities. In general, the food was good with plenty of choices in the buffet. The a-la-carte restaurants were excellent with wonderful service. The adult-only atmosphere was relaxing. Guests ranged in ages from young adults to elderly, which made for a nice mix.

Magnifique complexe hôtelier - J'y ai séjourné 7 fois

Je viens de rentrer le 31. Melia Las Americas est un complexe de petite taille (320 chambres) qui me convient le mieux. Comme il s'agit d'un complexe réservé aux adultes, je suis dans mon élément. Il dispose d'une superbe plage, très proche du patio arrière du bâtiment principal. 30 à 40 pieds de la plage. Le personnel est extraordinaire. On se souvient de moi année après année et on s'adresse à moi par mon nom. À peine ai-je franchi la porte d'entrée que les embrassades commencent. Il y a beauc [... lire plus]oup de personnel pour le nombre de clients. Je trouve que la nourriture est bonne. La qualité et la saveur de la nourriture ont augmenté d'année en année. L'hôtel est situé à côté du meilleur terrain de golf de Varadero. Le Melia Las Americas dispose d'un vaste département de divertissements et tous ceux que j'ai rencontrés sont des artistes compétents et magnifiques. J'y vais pour la chaleur et la plage, mais j'en ai bien plus pour mes dollars. Pour moi, quand je le veux, c'est une expérience totalement paisible, mais avec beaucoup de saveur.

Gorgeous Resort - Been there 7 times Just got back on the 31st. Melia Las Americas is smaller size resort, (320 rooms) which suits me best. As an adults only resort, I find that I am in my element. It has a great beach, very close to main building's rear patio. 30 - 40 ft to the beach. The staff are amazing. I am remembered year after year and addressed by name. I'm barely through the front door before the hugging begins. It is well staffed for the number of guests. I find the food to be good. The quality and flavour of the food has increased year by year. It is located next to the best golf course in Varadero. There is an extensive entertainment department at Melia Las Americas and all that I have encountered are skilled and beautiful performers. I do go there for the warmth and the beach, but I get so much more for my $'s. For me, when I want it to be, it is a totally peaceful experience, yet with a lot of flavour.

Grand centre de villégiature !

Nous avons voyagé à Melia Las Americas la semaine du 23 au 30 mars 2015 sur la recommandation d'un ami et nous étions quatre. L'hôtel a été gardé très propre. Il était petit et facile de se déplacer et les terrains étaient étonnants ! Pour ceux qui veulent de l'action, il y avait un théâtre pour divertir les invités dans la soirée. Nous avions payé pour une chambre avec vue sur l'océan et à notre arrivée, nous avons été déçus par la taille et l'emplacement de notre chambre au deuxième étage, fac [... lire plus]e aux toits. Nous avons attiré l'attention de la réception et avons dû attendre jusqu'à 16h30 pour obtenir une autre chambre. Comme notre vol était tôt et que nous n'avions pas dormi la nuit précédente, cela a été très fatigant. Notre deuxième chambre en valait cependant la peine, car elle se trouvait au quatrième étage et offrait une vue magnifique. Les chambres étaient propres et les lits changés tous les jours. Le complexe essaie de satisfaire tous les clients, mais il y a beaucoup de monde - certains sont venus plus d'une fois - et il doit être difficile de satisfaire tout le monde. Le temps a été magnifique les cinq premiers jours, puis il y a eu un orage la nuit, donc beaucoup de vent et nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner dans l'océan. La nourriture était excellente et nous l'avons tous adorée !

Great Resort! We traveled to Melia Las Americas the week of March 23-30th 2015 upon a friend's recommendation and there were four of us. Resort was kept very clean. It was small and easy to get around and the grounds were amazing!. For those who want action there was a theater to entertain guests in the evening. We had paid for ocean view room and upon our arrival we were disappointed with the size and location of our room on the second floor facing roof tops. We brought to the front desk attention and had to wait until 4:30pm to get another room. As our flight was early and had no sleep the night before, it made this very tiring. Our second room was worth it however, as it was on the fourth floor and had a great view. Rooms were kept clean and beds changed daily. I found the mattresses quite firm, but bearable.The resort is trying to accommodate all guests, but there were a lot of people-some being there more then once-so it must be challenging to please all. The weather was great the first five days and then we got a thunderstorm at night, therefore there was a lot of wind and we were not allowed to swim in the ocean. The food was amazing and we all loved it!

Melia Las Americas

Cuba est l'une de nos destinations préférées en hiver. L'hôtel Meli Las Americas à Varadero est notre choix pour ces vacances. Il est accueillant avec son grand hall nouvellement décoré avec style, agrémenté de superbes compositions florales disposées de façon artistique autour de l'endroit. La terrasse en marbre adjacente mène à un très large escalier en bois qui descend directement sur la plage et la mer. Nous avons dégusté de superbes cappuccinos assis autour de la terrasse avec d'autres cli [... lire plus]ents tout en admirant la vue. Comme le golf est une priorité pour notre couple et que l'hôtel se trouve directement sur le terrain de golf, nous aimons y séjourner plusieurs semaines d'affilée. Le terrain de golf est assez agréable, le 16e trou étant un véritable défi. Le site de l'hôtel est parfait, la plage invitante, l'océan spectaculaire et la clientèle adulte très respectueuse et bien élevée. La plupart sont des Européens, des Britanniques, des Sud-Américains et quelques Canadiens, comme nous, se mêlent agréablement à eux. Contrairement aux idées reçues sur la cuisine cubaine dans les complexes, la nourriture à Las Americas est très bonne et parfois exceptionnelle. Il y a toujours une grande variété de fruits et de légumes, de fromages, de charcuteries et de salades bien sûr. La viande, le poisson et les œufs sont cuits sur un gril selon les spécifications du client. Toutes sortes de condiments sont disponibles pour ceux qui souhaitent donner plus de saveur à leur repas. Le vin est étonnamment agréable, qu'il soit rouge ou blanc. On m'a dit qu'il était chilien. J'ai bu du champagne la plupart du temps. Il pourrait s'agir de vin mousseux, mais il est très bon et servi dans des flûtes, ce que j'ai apprécié. Mon mari apprécie la bière Crystal. Les chambres sont grandes, joliment décorées et propres et toutes ont accès à un balcon ou à un petit patio. A propos des restaurants ; À La Terraza, nous sommes accueillis par le directeur de l'hôtel lui-même, accompagné du chef et du directeur de la salle à manger principale, tandis que les hôtesses nous offrent gracieusement du champagne. Cela ajoute une touche agréable à une atmosphère déjà délicieuse et conviviale. Il Limoncello, le restaurant italien, est assez correct. Nous y avons mangé une fois. Il était ouvert à midi, ce qui était agréable pour manger des pizzas et des salades dans la véranda qui donne sur la mer. Sakura, le restaurant japonais, vaut le détour, ne serait-ce que pour voir le chef cuisiner à la japonaise. Arcada est mon préféré en raison de la décoration, de l'ambiance festive, de la musique et du service qui est grandiose. C'est un endroit où il faut se mettre sur son trente-et-un et où l'on a l'impression de passer une vraie soirée en ville. Nous aimons manger du homard dans ce restaurant. Il pourrait s'agir de langoustines, mais c'est très bon. Le personnel de l'hôtel est professionnel et généralement affable. Ils apprécient que l'on parle quelques mots d'espagnol. Mais tous parlent plusieurs langues, parfois étonnamment bien. Certains employés méritent plus d'éloges que d'autres, mais d'une manière générale, le personnel est attentif aux besoins du client. Senor Rafael, directeur de la salle à manger principale, est généreux de son temps et fait tout son possible pour que nous nous sentions bien traités. J'apprécie qu'il accompagne parfois les clients jusqu'à leur table et qu'il tire la chaise pour les dames. J'admire Nancy qui reste debout pendant des heures pour servir les crêpes Suzette dans la salle à manger ; j'aimerais que quelqu'un lui fournisse un tabouret pour qu'elle puisse s'appuyer dessus. Irmalita, à La Robleza, est charmante et diligente. Sa mémoire est exceptionnelle. La Robleza est l'endroit idéal pour déjeuner car elle est proche des piscines et de la plage. Les "calamores" sont superbes et la soirée de fruits de mer est exceptionnelle, m'a-t-on dit, car je l'ai manquée. Angela, qui s'occupe des réservations pour les visites et les restaurants, est très serviable. Elle parle plusieurs langues et fait tout son possible pour satisfaire tout le monde. Je me demande combien d'heures elle travaille car elle semble toujours être à son bureau. J'ai assisté à tous les cours de yoga sur une grande terrasse surplombant la mer et avec le ciel bleu comme toit. Cet endroit est très propice à la méditation. Mon mari m'a accompagnée quelques fois. Les instructeurs sont compétents et dévoués. Lazarus a le don d'adapter sa méthode aux élèves et d'individualiser son enseignement, ce que j'ai trouvé remarquable. Le cabinet du médecin se trouve à côté de cet endroit, ce qui me permet de rencontrer l'infirmière et le médecin. J'ai pu constater de visu leur dévouement et leur professionnalisme. Les deux femmes ont toujours reconnu notre présence à proximité et nous nous sommes sentis rassurés de savoir qu'il y avait quelqu'un à qui s'adresser en cas de besoin. Enfin, le dernier mais non le moindre, c'est Ariel. C'est un facilitateur de divertissement. Nous l'avons surtout vu sur la plage, mais il est très actif dans tout le complexe à tout moment. Il travaille avec enthousiasme même après plus de 10 ans de travail et parle couramment au moins 4 langues que je peux déchiffrer. Nous pouvons dire quand c'est son tour sur la plage. Son karma se manifeste. Les animations nocturnes sont agréables. Nous n'avons pas vu tous les spectacles car nous restons le plus souvent dans le lobby avec des amis le soir et nous nous retirons généralement tôt. Le principal ajout au Melião Las Americas, que nous aimions déjà, est le directeur/gérant M. Bernard Meyer. Il est évident qu'il a les choses bien en main et que les changements apportés par sa présence sont significatifs. Mon mari pense qu'il a le don d'ubiquité. Sous sa direction, l'hôtel subit un sérieux lifting et est en passe de devenir un hôtel de première classe.

Cuba is one of our favourite destination in winter. Melià Las Americas in Varadero is our choice hotel for those holidays. It feels homey with it’s large lobby newly decorated with style, embellished with striking flower arrangements positioned artistically around the place. The marble floor terrace adjacent leads to a very wide wooden staircase descending directly on the beach and to the sea. We’ve had superb Cappuccinos sitting around it with other guests while admiring the view. Since golf is a priority with our couple and the hotel sits right on the golf course we like to stay for several weeks at a time. The golf course is pleasant enough with the 16th hole being a real challenge. The hotel site is perfect, the beach invitational, the ocean spectacular and the adult clientele very respectful and well behaved. Most are Europeans, British , South Americans with some Canadians, like us, mingling nicely with them. Contrary to popular beliefs about Cuban cuisine in the complexes, the food at Las Americas is very good and sometimes exceptional . There is always a variety of fruits and vegetables to choose from along with cheeses, cold meats and salads of course. The meat, fish and eggs are cooked on a grill to the client’s specifications. There are all sorts of condiments available for those who wish to add extra flavour to their meals. The wine is surprisingly pleasant both red and white. Chilean I’ve been told. I drank champagne most of the time. Could be sparkling wine but it is very good and served in flutes which I appreciated. My husband enjoys Crystal beer. The rooms are large nicely decorated and clean and all have access to a balcony or small patio. About the restaurants; At La Terraza we are greeted by the Director/ Manager of the hotel himself, accompanied by the Chef and the Director of the main dining-room, while the hostesses graciously offer us champagne. It adds a nice touch to an already delightful and convivial atmosphere. Il Limoncello the Italian restaurant is decent enough. We ate there once. It used to be open at noon which was nice for pizza and salads on its veranda which overlooks the sea. Sakura, the Japanese restaurant, is worth a visit if only to watch the Chef cook Japanise style. Arcada is my favourite because of the decoration, the festive atmosphere, the music and the service which is grandiose. It’s a place to dress up for and it feels like a real night out on the town. We like to eat lobster in this restaurant. Could be Langoustine but… It is very good. The staff at the hotel is professional and generally affable. They are appreciative when a few Spanish words are spoken. But all speak several languages sometimes surprisingly well. Some attendants deserve more praise than others but generally speaking the staff is attentive to the client’ needs. Senor Rafaël director of the main dining-room is generous with his time and goes out of his way to make us feel well taken care of. I like that he sometimes walks clients to their table and pulls the chair for ladies. Nancy I admire for standing for hours serving Crêpes Suzette in the dining-room; I wish someone would provide a stool for her to lean on. Irmalita at La Robleza is charming and diligent. Her memory is exceptional . La Robleza is the place to eat for lunch as it is close to the pools and the beach. The “calamores” are superb and the sea food night is out of this world so I have been told as I missed it. Angela who takes reservation for tours and restaurants is so very helpful. She speaks many languages and goes out of her way to accommodate everyone. I wonder how many hours she works as she seems to always be at her desk. I attended all the Yoga classes on a great terrace overlooking the sea and with the blue sky as a roof. This place is very conducive to meditation. My husband came along some of the time. The instructors are knowledgeable and dedicated. Lazarus has a gift for adapting his method to the students and individualizing his teaching which I found remarkable. The doctor’s office is next to this place so I meet the nurse and the doctor. I experienced first hand their dedication and professionalism. Both women always acknowledged our presence on the vicinity and we felt reassured that there was someone to turn to if needed. And last but not least is Ariel . He is a facilitator for entertainment. We saw him on the beach mostly but he is busy all over the complex at all times. He works with enthusiasm even after more than 10 yrs. on the job and is fluent in at least 4 languages that I can decipher. We can tell when it’s his shift on the beach. His karma transpires. The night entertainment is nice. We did not see all the shows as we mostly stay in the lobby with friends at night and usually retired early. The main addition to Melià Las Americas which we already loved is the Director/Manager M. Bernard Meyer. It’s obvious he has things well in hand and the changes brought about by his presence are significant. My husband thinks he has the gift of ubiquity . Under his management the hotel is getting a serious facelift and is on it’s way to become a world first class hotel.

L'hôtel, la restauration, le service et le terrain sont remarquables

Je qualifierais cet hôtel de 3 étoiles dans l'ensemble et de trop cher. En 50 ans de voyage, c'est la première fois que je ne suis pas allé dans l'océan parce que les prix étaient trop élevés et, en fait, 60 % des clients n'y sont pas allés non plus. Les piscines étaient glaciales. Il y a beaucoup trop de marches sur le terrain. L'attitude générale du service n'est pas à la hauteur de mes attentes et de celles de nombreux autres clients à qui j'ai parlé.

The hotel, dining, service and grounds are awarage I would rate this hotel on over all a 3 star hotel and over priced. In my 50 years of traveling, it was the first time that I did not go into the ocean, because the waives were too high and in fact, 60 per cent of the guests did not go in either. The pools were freezing cold. The are way too many steps on the grounds. The overall service attitude is not conducive to my expectation and many of the other guests that I have spoken to.

Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Le terrain est bien entretenu, la chambre que nous avons eue était plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. La nourriture était très bonne au buffet et les chariots à la carte étaient excellents. Le service était exceptionnel. Le complexe dispose d'un magnifique patio donnant sur la plage. Nous sommes allés dans ce complexe pour le golf qui se trouve juste à côté. Mon mari n'était jamais allé à Cuba auparavant et hésitait. Il veut y retourner l'année prochaine. Nous avons passé un excellent mome [... lire plus]nt et avons trouvé qu'une semaine était trop courte. 10 jours seraient parfaits pour nous.

Amazing resort! The grounds are well maintained, the room we had was more than we expected. The food was very good at the buffet and the a la carts were excellent. The service was exceptional. The resort has a beautiful patio out front looking down to the beach. We went to this resort for the golf that's right beside. My husband had never been to Cuba before and was hesitant. He wants to go back next year. We had an awesome time and found a week too short. 10 days would be perfect for us.

Bon centre de villégiature

Ce complexe pourrait être un complexe 5 étoiles (normes cubaines) mais après 20 ans, il commence à montrer son âge. Tout, des chambres à la structure générale et aux installations, doit être mis aux normes d'aujourd'hui. La nourriture est bonne et abondante. Il n'y a que 3 restaurants que je recommanderais où la nourriture et le service étaient très bons (japonais, italien et international)

Good resort This resort could be a 5 star resort (Cuban Standards) but after 20 years, it is starting to show its age. Everything from the rooms to the general structure and facilities need to be brought up today's standards. The food is good and plentiful. There are only 3 resturants that I would recommend where the food and service was very good (Japanese, Italian, and International

Nous avons constaté que si vous êtes un client régulier, vous bénéficiez d'un service de première classe. Si c'est la première fois que vous venez, vous êtes traité comme un étranger, ce qui est amusant, c'est que nous avons dépensé 20 000 euros dans cette station et que les bracelets sont les mêmes depuis la première fois

Très beau complexe. Très propre et calme. Suffisamment petit pour faire connaissance avec le personnel et les clients. C'était très agréable de voir le directeur tous les matins et tous les soirs. Terrain luxuriant, belle plage. La nourriture était meilleure que ce à quoi nous nous attendions, en particulier à la carte internationale. Beaucoup d'activités à choisir et nous avons adoré la musique live à chaque repas et au bar du hall. Le personnel était très sympathique. Nous y retournerions sans [... lire plus] aucun doute. Une belle première expérience à Cuba !

Will definitley be back!! Beautiful resort. Very clean and quiet. Small enough to get to know the staff and guests. It was very nice to see the manager every morning and evening. Lush grounds, beautiful beach. The food was better than we were expecting, especially in the International a la carte. Lots of activities to choose from and we loved the live music at every meal and in the lobby bar. Staff were super friendly. Would definitely go back. A lovely first experience of Cuba!!

Un hôtel et un personnel extraordinaires

Je pense que l'hôtel en général était incroyable. Le hall d'entrée était magnifique jusqu'à notre chambre. Nous avons eu de superbes vues depuis n'importe quel endroit où l'on se trouve. Le personnel était génial et chaleureux. Les plages sont à mourir. Le golf est irréel. J'y retournerais demain si je le pouvais ! A l'année prochaine !!!!

Amazing Resort and Staff I thought the hotel in general was amazing. The lobby was beautiful all the way up to are room. We had great views from were ever you stay. The staff were awesome and warming. Beaches are to die for. Golf unreal. I would go back tomorrow if I could!! See you next year!!!!

Tout simplement incroyable

Je ne trouve pas une seule chose à redire. C'est tout simplement un endroit formidable. Le personnel est super sympa et serviable. J'ai adoré l'expérience du restaurant japonais. Hautement recommandé. Ce serait bien si le wifi avait plus de portée mais c'est juste la cerise sur le gâteau.

Simply amazing I can't find a single single thing to nitpick about. It's simply a great place. Staff is super nice and helpful. Loved the japanese restaurant experience. HIghly recommended. It would be nice if wifi had more range but that's just icing.

C'était un excellent centre de villégiature et je n'hésiterais pas à recommander cet endroit à n'importe qui. Les gens étaient formidables, le service était excellent, c'était tout simplement un endroit formidable. Enfin, le terrain autour du centre de villégiature était très propre.

fantastic This was an excellent resort and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to this place. The people were great, the service was great, just a great place to go to. Lastly, the grounds around the resort were very clean.

Un terrain magnifiquement entretenu, une plage magnifique, une bonne nourriture, un hébergement confortable, un service de qualité et un personnel amical. La proximité du terrain de golf de Varadero est un véritable atout. Je suis un habitué pour toutes ces raisons.

Love This Hotel Beautifully kept grounds, gorgeous beach, good food, comfortable accommodations, great service and friendly staff. The close proximity to the Varadero Golf Course is a real bonus. I am a repeater for all these reasons.

Golf et centre de villégiature... spectaculaires

Le resort est incroyablement propre et beau et il en va de même pour tous les environs. Le terrain de golf est un bijou avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. 6 parcours et on ne s'ennuie jamais. La mer bleue et le sable blanc sont à couper le souffle.

Golf and resort... spectacular Amazingly clean and beautiful resort and the same goes for all the surroundings. Golf course is a gem with ocean view spectacular. 6 rounds and never boring. The blue sea and white sand is breath taking.

Le plus agréable

Nous allons au Melia Las Americas depuis six ans et nous n'avons jamais été déçus par le service fourni, bien qu'un peu plus lent que les fois précédentes. La nourriture était meilleure que la moyenne. Les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents, en particulier le "International Restaurant".

Most enjoyable We have been going to Melia Las Americas for the past six years and we have never been disappointed in the service provided, albeit, a bit slower than the previous times. The food was better than average. The A la Carte restaurants were great, especially the "International Restaurant".

Grandes vacances

Je reviens d'une semaine au MLA, mon fils a fait de superbes parties de golf et j'ai passé des vacances agréables et relaxantes. La nourriture est extraordinaire (buffet), le personnel est merveilleux et vous traite comme une famille et les divertissements sont les meilleurs. Les plages sont magnifiques.

Great Vacation Just came back from a week at MLA, my son had great golf games and I had a nice relaxing vacation. Food is out of this world (buffet), staff are wonderful and treat you like family and entertainment is the best. Beaches are wonderful.
