Beautiful Resort

Mon fiancé et moi avons assisté au mariage de mon amie au Valentin. le service en chambre 24 heures sur 24 était fantastique. La nourriture était toujours bonne et préparée comme vous l'aimez. Les chambres étaient belles et propres et il y avait des chaises longues disponibles au bord de la piscine et sur la plage toute la journée, ce qui était génial.

My fiancé and I attended my friend's wedding at the Valentin. 24 hour room service was fantastic. The food was always good and prepared how you like it. The rooms were nice and clean and there were actually lounge chairs available by the pool and on the beach all day which was great.

Les chambres, la nourriture, les piscines, la plage, le personnel et les terrains sont de premier ordre. Nous n'avons pas une seule plainte à formuler ! Le meilleur voyage de tous les temps....nous y retournerons l'année prochaine. Les divertissements étaient excellents. service d'étage 24 heures sur 24 et alcools de première qualité.

Fantastic Place! The rooms, food, pools, beach, staff and grounds are top notch. We do not have a single complaint! The best trip ever....we're going back next year. The entertainment was great. 24 hour room service and premium liquor.

Tout ce que je pouvais espérer

Après beaucoup de recherches et de lecture des nombreux voyages Central et les évaluations de trip advisor, j'ai choisi de séjourner au Valentin Imperial dans la Riviera Mayan la troisième semaine de Janvier 2016 . Toutes les critiques que j'ai lues indiquaient que la nourriture était excellente, toutes ces critiques étaient exactes. Je voudrais commenter l'entretien immaculé de la station. Nous avons vu le personnel laver à la main les murs de la piscine, nous avons vu le personnel placer soign [... lire plus]eusement des pierres à l'entrée du bâtiment Our, et nous avons vu le personnel peindre les halls intérieurs de notre bâtiment qui n'avaient même pas l'air d'avoir besoin d'être peints. Ce complexe est très bien entretenu. J'aimerais également dire que j'ai lu de nombreux commentaires indiquant qu'il y avait suffisamment d'ombre à la plage et à la piscine. C'était une préoccupation pour moi et je l'avais même mentionné à mon agent de voyage. Ce complexe doit être à l'écoute de ses clients, car pendant la semaine où nous y avons séjourné, de nombreuses nouvelles zones ombragées ont été ajoutées sur le front de mer. Bien joué, Valentine. Enfin, je tiens à ajouter que les animations en soirée étaient nombreuses. Pendant notre séjour, deux soirées à thème ont été ajoutées aux activités quotidiennes, offrant ainsi un grand choix de divertissements en soirée.

Everything I could hope for After much research and reading of the numerous trips Central and trip advisor ratings, I chose to stay at the Valentin Imperial in the Riviera Mayan the third week of January 2016 . Every review that I read stated the food was excellent, all of these reviews were spot on. I would like to comment on the immaculate maintenance of the resort. We saw staff handwashing the pool walls, we saw staff carefully placing stones at the entrance way to the Our building, and we saw staff painting the interior halls of our building which did not even look like they needed to be painted. This resort is very well-maintained. I would also like to comment that I read many reviews stating they were enough shade at the beach and pool. This was a concern for me and I had even mentioned it to my travel agent. This resort must be listening to its clients, as during the week we stayed there, many new shaded areas were added to the beach front. Well done, valentine. Finally I want to add, there was numerous entertainment in the evenings. During our stay there, two themed nights were added to the daily activities, providing lots of choices for evening entertainment .

Vraiment étonnant

Tout était spectaculaire. Le service est excellent, le terrain est magnifique et bien entretenu, la plage est propre et le sable parfait, le complexe est relaxant. Le personnel d'animation est très sympathique et engageant. J'y suis allé deux fois et les deux fois ont été merveilleuses.

Truly Amazing Everything was spectacular. Great service, grounds are beautiful and well maintained, beach is clean and perfect sand, resort is relaxing. entertainment staff is very friendly and engaging. I have been there twice and both times have been wonderful.

Absolument incroyable !!!

Deuxième séjour dans ce complexe - aussi bon, sinon meilleur, que la première fois. Beau et propre, le service était excellent, la nourriture fantastique, les spectacles organisés par l'équipe de divertissement étaient excellents. Le terrain est magnifique

Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

Je viens de rentrer de 7 jours au Vslentin Imperial Maya. Ce complexe est fabuleux, le service est excellent, la nourriture est fantastique et l'expérience globale est géniale. J'y retournerais sans hésiter ! La plage n'était pas terrible par contre, très rocheuse !

Fantastic resort Just returned from 7 days st Vslentin Imperial Maya. This was a fabulous resort, great service, fantastic food and overall awesome experience. Would definitely go back! Beach was not great though, very rocky!

Voyage au Valentin

Les dix jours que j'ai passés au Valentin Imperial Maya ont été merveilleux. Du portier qui m'a accueillie avec un chaleureux "Bienvenue à la maison" aux accolades que j'ai reçues des membres du personnel le dernier jour, ma première expérience au Mexique n'aurait pas pu être plus agréable. Le site est magnifique, les piscines ne sont jamais bondées, de nombreuses activités et animations sont prévues chaque jour, les repas sont délicieusement variés et les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable [... lire plus]s. Je recommande absolument ce complexe et j'espère pouvoir y retourner un jour.

Delightful Trip to the Valentin My 10 days at the Valentin Imperial Maya were wonderful. From the doorman greeting me with a warm "welcome home" to the hugs I received from staff members on my last day, my first time in Mexico could not have been more enjoyable. The grounds are beautiful, the pools never felt crowded, there were a variety of activities and entertainment planned every day, the meals were deliciously varied, and the room was ample and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this resort, and hope to find my way back there someday.

Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

L'expérience a été géniale du début à la fin ! Les terrains étaient exceptionnels, le personnel était amical et serviable, les chambres étaient superbes et la nourriture était si bonne ! Nous étions là pour célébrer une occasion spéciale et le personnel a fait en sorte que ce soit une expérience formidable !

Amazing resort! The whole experience was awesome from start to finish! Grounds were exceptional, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were great and the food was so good! We were there to celebrate special occasion and the staff definitely made it a great experience!

Une station magnifique avec un personnel FANTASTIQUE

Superbe centre de villégiature. Ma seule plainte est la suivante : Je viens du Canada et au Mexique, SEUL le pantalon court est autorisé. Je n'ai donc pas pu profiter des dîners du soir parce que je devais porter un pantalon long !!!!!!! Je portais un pantalon long de 15 $ et j'avais deux paires de bermudas d'une valeur de 25 $ chacune, au moins, dans mon sac. Très bonne nourriture.

Stunning Resort with FANTASTIC staff Great resort. My only complaint is as follows: I am from Canada and when in Mexico ONLY short pants are allowed so therefore I did not enjoy the evening dinners because I HAD TO WEAR LONG PANTS!!!!!!! I wore $15 long pants and I had 2 pairs of Bermuda shorts worth $25 each, at least just sitting in my bag. Great food.

Valentin Imperial Maya - Excellent complexe hôtelier

Nous sommes revenus récemment du Valentin. Le bâtiment 2 était parfait pour nous. Il était proche de la piscine. La piscine était grande mais il y avait beaucoup d'escaliers à différents endroits autour de la piscine. Il y avait des flotteurs dans la piscine qui pouvaient être utilisés pour s'asseoir, s'allonger ou tenir les boissons. Il y avait deux bars au bord de la piscine ainsi que des bars sur le pont de la piscine et le personnel prenait les commandes. Nous avons trouvé que les restaurant [... lire plus]s italien, mexicain et le Steak House à la plage étaient les mieux adaptés à nos goûts. Le service dans les restaurants était excellent. Si vous aviez besoin d'un transport, une voiturette de golf venait vous chercher ou vous déposer. La chambre était grande et le lit king size confortable. Le fait d'avoir le wi-fi dans la chambre était très appréciable. L'océan était trop rude pour être utilisé.

Valentin Imperial Maya - Excellent Resort We recently returned from the Valentin. Building 2 was perfect for us. It was close to the pool. The pool was large but had plenty of stairs at different locations around the pool. There were flotties in the pool which could be used to sit on, lay on or hold your drinks. There was 2 swim-up bars as well as bars on the pool deck and staff taking orders. We found the Italian, Mexican and the Steak House at the Beach to be the best suited to our tastes. The service at the restaurants was excellent. If you needed a ride a golf cart would pick you up or drop you off. The room was large and the king size bed comfortable. Having wi-fi in the room was great. The ocean was too ruff to use.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est du haut de gamme ! J'aime bien essayer un endroit différent, mais je retournerais dans ce centre de villégiature. La nourriture était incroyable et les alcools de qualité supérieure. Toujours des divertissements le soir, un grand groupe, la piste de danse était toujours pleine. La semaine où nous sommes partis, l'eau était agitée, ce qui a été une déception, mais la plage était agréable

Great adult resort Overall top shelf! I do like to always try somewhere different but I would go back to this resort. Food was amazing and top shelf liquor. Always entertainment at night great band, dance floor was always full. The week we were away the water was rough so that was a disappointment but nice beach

PROPRE, SYMPA ET SUPER SYMPA !

Absolument tout ou presque était génial dans ce centre de villégiature. Depuis le jour de l'arrivée jusqu'au départ, le personnel est sympathique (même les jardiniers). Bonne nourriture, bon service et propreté. La chambre était superbe, j'ai été très impressionné par le cadre. Je recommanderais cet endroit à tout moment, mais gardez à l'esprit qu'il est réservé aux adultes. Normal, l'alcool est présent partout !

CLEAN,NICE AND SUPER FRIENDLY! Absolutely everything or almost was great about this resort. Starting on the day of arrival till departure, friendly staff (even the gardeners). Good food, good service and so clean. The room was a knockout..i was very impressed with the setting. Would recommend this place anytime, but keep in mind it is restricted for adults. Normal, the booze is present all over!!

Magnifique station et service extraordinaire !!!

Séjour entre le 16 et le 24 octobre 2015. De loin le meilleur centre de villégiature que j'ai séjourné jusqu'à présent. Les terrains sont magnifiques, vous pouvez dire que le personnel là-bas travaille extrêmement dur pour s'assurer que les terrains de l'hôtel sont propres et bien entretenus. Le service était incroyable, très personnel votre serveur se réfère à vous par votre nom de famille et vous asseoir même lorsque vous mangez au buffet. Le premier soir, j'ai laissé mon bagage à main dans l [... lire plus]e bus (pas de nom, pas d'étiquette sur le bagage) et j'ai réalisé que je ne l'avais pas 3 heures après notre enregistrement. Le concierge a retrouvé le bus et mes bagages, mais il m'a d'abord dit que je ne pourrais pas récupérer mes bagages avant le lendemain ( ), mais le concierge n'a pas abandonné et j'ai reçu mes bagages le soir même ! Je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel à tous ceux qui veulent se sentir détendus et bien pris en charge. Merci à l'équipe de Valentin Imperial Maya qui a rendu notre séjour extraordinaire ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute :).

Beautiful resort and amazing service!!! Stayed between October 16th to October 24th, 2015. By far the best resort I have stayed at thus far. The grounds are beautiful, you can tell that the staff there works extremely hard to ensure that the hotel grounds are clean and well kept. Service was amazing, very personal your server will refer to you by your last name and sit you down even when you eat at the buffet. On the first night I left my carry on luggage on the bus (no name, no baggage tag on the luggage) and only realized that I don't have it 3hrs after we checked in. The concierge tracked down the bus and located my luggage, originally they said that I could not be able to get my luggage until the next day ( only because the shift for the bus was over for that day) but the concierge did not give up and I received my luggage the same night! Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel relaxed and well taken care of. Thank you Valentin Imperial Maya staff you made our stay amazing! We will definitely come back :).

Valentin Imperial

Notre chambre était humide et sentait le renfermé. La propreté des chambres doit être améliorée. Le processus d'enregistrement a été extrêmement lent, la première impression au comptoir de service a été médiocre. Sur une note positive, la piscine, la plage et les restaurants étaient très agréables.

Our room was damp and musty. Cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. Extremely slow process to check in, first impressions on service desk was mediocre. On a positive note the pool, beach and restaurants were most enjoyable.

Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Nous avons passé huit jours extraordinaires dans ce centre de villégiature. Bien qu'il ait plu quelques jours (octobre), nous nous sommes quand même beaucoup amusés. La piscine est immense avec deux bars de nage. Le service était impeccable, en particulier lorsque l'un de nos bagages a été perdu dans le bus sans nom, ils ont réussi à le récupérer et à nous l'apporter à notre porte en quelques heures. Le terrain est grand et très beau ainsi que tous les restaurants, en particulier le restaurant f [... lire plus]rançais. La nourriture est incroyable ! Ce complexe me manque ! J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Amazing resort Had an amazing time for eight days at this resort. Although it rained a few days (October), we still had a lot of fun. The pool is huge with two swim up bars. Service was impeccable, specially when one of our luggage was lost on the bus with no name on it, they managed to retrieve it and get it to us at are door within a few hours. The grounds are big and very nice as well as all the restaurants especially the French restaurant. Amazing food! I miss this resort! Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beau centre de vacances pour adultes

les chambres sont très propres, la nourriture très bonne et le personnel très poli. la piscine était très agréable et assez chaude pour y aller immédiatement, mais toujours rafraîchissante. le complexe est étendu, donc beaucoup de marche, ce qui est bien, surtout quand on a tendance à trop manger en vacances. le sport's bar était bien, mais il serait bien s'il était un peu plus grand pour les jours où il pleut (toute la journée). les restaurants à la carte avaient une nourriture délicieuse, la p [... lire plus]résentation était agréable et les portions n'étaient pas trop grandes, de sorte que vous pouviez manger les 3 plats. dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon complexe.

nice adult resort very clean rooms, very good food and very polite staff. the pool was very nice and warm enough to go in immediately, but still refreshing. the resort is spread out, so a lot of walking which is fine, especially when you tend to overeat on vacation. the sport's bar was good, but would be nice if it was a bit bigger for those days when it does happen to rain (all day) The a la carte restaurants had delicious food, presentation was nice and not too big of a portion, so that you could have all 3 courses. overall a nice resort.

Encore une fois, j'ai adoré

C'était notre troisième visite dans ce centre de villégiature et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par les améliorations apportées au service et au mobilier depuis notre dernière visite. Nous y retournerons à l'avenir. Le seul point négatif est le représentant de Sunquest qui n'a pas réservé correctement notre transport de retour, mais ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'hôtel, et lorsque nous leur avons demandé de l'aide, ils ont rapidement trouvé une sol [... lire plus]ution et nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport à temps pour notre vol.

Loved it again It was our third visit at this resort and we had a wonderful time. We were pleasantly surprised by the improvements made to service and furniture since the last time we were there. Will go back again in future. The only negative was the Sunquest rep who didn't book our return transport properly but that is not the resort's responsibility, and when we asked them for help they quickly provided a solution and we made it back to the airport in time for our flight.

Le terrain est absolument magnifique. Notre chambre était grande et propre. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Les piscines sont incroyables et il n'y avait jamais trop de monde. Les divertissements en soirée étaient géniaux. La nourriture était bonne, mais notre restaurant préféré était le japonais. Nous retournerons sans aucun doute dans ce complexe.

The grounds are absolutely stunning. Our room was big & clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The pools are amazing & it never felt crowded. The entertainment in the evening was awesome. The food was good but our favorite restaurant was the Japanese. We would definitely go back to this resort.

Station balnéaire fantastique - Forfait Privilège recommandé

Le Valentin Imperial Maya est un complexe idéal si vous souhaitez passer des vacances relativement tranquilles tout en ayant accès à une superbe plage et à de superbes piscines. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et le forfait privilège en vaut vraiment la peine.

Fantastic Resort - Privilege Package Recommended The Valentin Imperial Maya is an ideal resort if you want a relatively quiet vacation with access to both a great beach and great pools. The value for money is wonderful, and the privilege package is definitely worth the price.

Belle station pour les couples et personnel sympathique.

La station est grande et chaque endroit est bien entretenu. Les piscines sont agréables, l'une est calme mais l'autre est plus réservée aux fêtards, vous avez donc le choix. La nourriture est bonne. Belle plage tranquille. Chambre agréable et personnel sympathique. C'est un complexe pour les couples. J'y suis allé avec mon partenaire et il n'y a eu aucun problème. LGBT friendly. c'est la deuxième fois que j'y vais. A recommander !

Beautiful resort for couple and friendly staff. Resort is big and every spot is so well kept. Nice pools one quiet but one for more for party so you get choice. Food is good. Beautiful quiet beach. Room nice and staff friendly. This is a couple resort. Went there with my partner and no issues. LGBT friendly. 2nd time there. Would recommend!
