Riu Playa Blanca: Excellent centre de villégiature

L'hôtel et le personnel sont toujours accueillants et agréables. La nourriture est excellente et abondante. Essayez de ne pas prendre de poids. Le Panama est très humide et l'hôtel et même une grande partie de la salle à manger doivent être préparés à sentir l'humidité. Heureusement, il y a toujours une brise rafraîchissante.

Excellent Resort The hotel and staff are accommodating and pleasant at all times. The food is top notch and abundant. Try not to gain weight. Panama is very humid and while the hotel and even a large portion of the dining hall has A/C be prepared feel damp. Luckily there always seems to be a refreshing breeze.

Westin Playa Bonita: Grande escapade

J'ai adoré ce centre de villégiature. De l'enregistrement à la sortie, tout était parfait. Le personnel est très sympathique. La nourriture était excellente et très variée. Le terrain est si beau avec de nombreuses piscines, y compris une zone tranquille pour adultes seulement si vous préférez. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la plage, elle est très rocheuse.

Great Getaway Loved this amazing resort. From check in to checkout it was perfect. The staff are very friendly. Food was excellent with lots of variety. The grounds are so beautiful with many pools including a quiet adults only area if you prefer. We didn’t use the beach, it’s very rocky.

Riu Playa Blanca: Bon rapport qualité/prix - Bonne situation

Complexe bien entretenu. Bonne nourriture. Nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre. Si vous aimez un RIU, vous aimerez probablement celui-ci. Nous sommes allés deux fois au RIU Guanacaste au Costa Rica. Celui-ci, au Panama, est presque exactement le même.

Good value - Nice location Well maintained resort. Good food. No complaints from us. If you like one RIU, you will probably like this one. We have been to the RIU Guanacaste in Costa Rica, twice. This one in Panama is almost exactly the same.

Grand Decameron Panama: Superbe station balnéaire

L'hôtel était satisfaisant, La nourriture était bonne mais il fallait toujours demander du bacon car il n'était jamais offert facilement, La station avait cette idée de tout compris, mais il semblait que la boîte de sécurité et le WiFi dans votre chambre étaient en supplément, à moins que vous ne soyez dans la zone tout compris plus. La langue principale était l'espagnol et la plupart des employés ne comprenaient pas du tout l'anglais, mais nous avons pu nous débrouiller. Les divertissements [... lire plus] étaient aussi principalement en espagnol, mais nous avons pu en faire traduire une partie pendant le spectacle. Dans l'ensemble, c'est bien, voire très bien, mais nous hésiterions à y retourner deux fois.

Awesome resort The resort was satisfactory, The food was good but had to always ask for bacon as that was never offered easily, The resort had this thing about all-inclusive but seemed to make the security box extra and WiFi in your room extra as well unless you where in the all inclusive plus area. The main language was Spanish with most of the workers not understanding English at all, but we where able to get by. The entertainment was also mostly in Spanish but where able to have some of it translated during the show. Over all good to great but would have second thoughts about going twice.

Grand Decameron Panama: beau centre de villégiature

Le ROYAL Decameron Beach était un endroit magnifique, propre et bien cuisiné, la chambre était très bien, la piscine très bien, le serveur et les barmen très bien, désolé de ne pas savoir épeler, la journée à Panama City et Panama Canel était très bien, le guide très gentil, Jenny. Le jour de la visite de Panama City et de Panama Canel, le guide était très gentil, Jenny aussi. Le déjeuner était excellent et j'ai reçu un chapeau de Panama qui m'allait très bien

Riu Playa Blanca: RIU PLAYA BLANCA

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel est propre et les équipements sont magnifiques. Il y a beaucoup de choix de nourriture et un excellent bar à salades. Ils pourraient utiliser moins d'huile dans leur cuisine pour offrir aux clients des choix plus sains. L'hôtel est très agréable, même s'il mériterait d'être rénové. Les chambres sont un peu moisies et les tiroirs sentent mauvais. Ils pourraient ajouter des étagères dans les placards pour offrir aux clients une alterna [... lire plus]tive aux tiroirs. Les animations pourraient être plus variées et plus professionnelles. Ils s'appuient trop sur des concours d'invités plutôt que sur des spectacles bien conçus. Ils pourraient également mettre plus de variété dans une rotation de deux semaines pour les clients qui restent aussi longtemps ou plus longtemps. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais cet hôtel à d'autres personnes. Le soleil de Panama est extraordinaire et il y a beaucoup de choses à voir.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and the amenities are beautiful. There is lots of food to choose from and a great salad bar. They could use less oil in their cooking to give guests healthier choices. The hotel is very nice although it could use some upgrading. The rooms are a bit musty as is the smell in the drawers. They could add some shelving in the closet to give guests an alternative to the drawers. The entertainment could use some more variety and be more professional. They relied too much on guest contests rather than polished shows. They could also put more variety in on a two week rotation for guests who are staying that long or longer. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others. The Panama sunshine is amazing and there are many sights to see.

Riu Playa Blanca: Pas un 5*

Cet hôtel n'est pas un 5* selon nos critères. L'hôtel a 6 ans et a besoin de quelques travaux. Les salles de bains ont besoin de ventilations car elles contiennent de l'humidité. Notre chambre sentait la moisissure et le renfermé. Les tiroirs étaient très malodorants et il était impossible d'y mettre des vêtements. La chambre a été désinfectée et on a essayé de réparer l'odeur dans les tiroirs, mais en vain. Mais ils ont essayé de nous déplacer après 4 jours, mais la chambre n'était pas mieux. L [... lire plus]e personnel n'est pas vraiment engageant si vous n'êtes pas un fêtard. Le buffet était bon avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons quitté l'Asiatique et l'Italien car ils sentaient le poisson et la moisissure. Le steakhouse était excellent ! Les piscines étaient bien ! Les divertissements doivent être améliorés avec des spectacles différents. Nous avons passé un bon moment et nous avons rencontré des personnes merveilleuses avec lesquelles nous resterons amis.

Not a 5* This hotel is not a 5* according to our standards. The hotel is 6 years old and needs some work. The bathrooms require vents as it holds humidity. Our room smelled from mold and very musty. The drawers were very smelly and clothes could not be put in. Sanitized room and tried to fix smell in drawers to no avail. But they did try to move us after 4 days but hat room was no better. The staff are not really engaging if you are not a party animal. The buffet was good with lots of choices. We walked out of Asian and Italian as it smelled fishy and also musty. The Steakhouse was great! Pools were good! Entertainment needs to be upgraded to different shows. We had a great time as we met wonderful people who we will be friends with.

Bijao Beach Resort: Bon centre de villégiature

Les chambres sont très propres, avec des draps neufs tous les jours pendant les 7 jours de notre séjour. Les gardes de sécurité et de vie sont très diligents et veillent constamment à votre bien-être. Le personnel de service et les serveurs du bar sont très courtois et toujours à votre service. Les piscines et les terrains sont impeccables et très bien entretenus. La variété de la nourriture pourrait être un peu plus grande car vous avez à peu près la même chose tous les jours, mais je ne me [... lire plus] plains pas. La plage de Beech n'est pas la plus belle avec du sable blanc et des eaux bleues, le sable est soit noir soit marron et l'eau ne fait que refléter cette couleur. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon hôtel.

Good Resort The rooms are very clean fitted with new sheets daily for the 7 days we were there. Security and Life guards are very diligent and are always looking out for your well being constantly. Wait staff and bar tenders are very courteous and always at your service. Pools and grounds are spotless very well maintained. Food variety can be expanded a little more since you pretty much get the same thing daily but not complaining. Beech is not the greatest with white sand and blue waters ,the sand is either black or brown with the water only reflecting as such. Overall very good Resort.

Bijao Beach Resort: Un séjour agréable et relaxant.

L'hôtel était bien situé, près de l'aéroport, sur une belle propriété en bord de mer. Le personnel était très sympathique mais beaucoup ne parlaient que l'espagnol, je vous conseille donc d'apprendre quelques mots clés pour vous débrouiller. La nourriture était bonne avec assez de variété au buffet mais parfois pas chaud. Les divertissements n'étaient pas trop mal mais encore une fois parlaient principalement en espagnol. Parler couramment l'espagnol dans ce complexe aurait rendu ce voyage p [... lire plus]lus agréable car il y avait une énorme barrière linguistique, mais sinon, c'était un endroit agréable pour séjourner. Ce n'est pas un grand complexe et tout est à quelques pas. Les jardins luxuriants de la piscine sont fantastiques.

A nice and relaxing stay. The hotel was well situated near the airport on a beautiful beach front property. Staff were very friendly but many only spoke Spanish so I suggest learning a few key words to get by. The food was good with enough variety at the buffet but sometimes not hot. The entertainment wasn’t too bad but again spoke mostly in Spanish. Being fluent in Spanish at this resort would have made this trip more enjoyable as there was a huge language barrier but otherwise a nice place to stay. It is not a big resort and everything is steps away. The lush gardens in the pool area were fantastic.

Les chambres sont agréables. L'hôtel lui-même était agréable et plus récent. Les cages d'escalier auraient pu être plus propres et l'entrée de notre côté de l'hôtel sentait le refoulement d'égout. La nourriture était bonne. Le buffet était le meilleur, ce qui est inhabituel.

Good Resort The rooms were nice. The hotel itself was nice and newer. The stair wells could have been kept cleaner, and the entrance to our side of the hotel smelt like a sewer was backed up. Food was good. Buffet was the best which is unusual.

Riu Playa Blanca: Bon résultat

L'hôtel était agréable, le service était bon, la nourriture était correcte. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables. A recommander pour les personnes qui aiment le soleil ! Les excursions étaient incroyables. Je recommanderais sans hésiter l'excursion en bateau dans la jungle et l'excursion sur le canal de Panama !

Good resourt The hotel was nice, service was good, food was ok. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend for people who love the sun!! The excursions were amazing. Would definitely recommend the jungle boat tour and Panama canal tour!!

C'était notre troisième séjour dans ce complexe et nous l'aimons toujours autant. Le climat panaméen est la raison pour laquelle nous continuons à y retourner, mais le Royal Decameron est également très agréable. Le personnel est formidable, les chambres sont propres, la propriété est grande et belle et il y a tellement d'options de nourriture à choisir. Les boissons sont moyennes et varient d'un serveur de bar à l'autre. Une fois que vous en avez trouvé un que vous aimez, restez avec lui, car l [... lire plus]e suivant ne le fera pas de la même façon. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent complexe hôtelier, mais on aimerait qu'il n'y ait pas autant d'obstacles à franchir pour réserver un dîner.

Great Resort This was our third stay at this resort and we still love it. The Panamanian weather is why we keep going back but the Royal Decameron is also very nice. The staff is great, the rooms are clean, the property is large and beautiful and the there’s so much food options to choose from. The drinks are average and inconsistent from one bar tender to another so once you find one you like, stick with them, because the next won’t do it the same. Overall, this is a great resort, wish there weren’t so many hoops to jump through for dinner reservations.

Riu Playa Blanca: Merveilleuse visite au Panama Jan 2020

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour au Riu Playa Blanca, Panama, en janvier 2020. Chaud chaud chaud. La chambre était exactement comme annoncée. La nourriture était très bonne et tous les équipements de l'hôtel répondaient à nos attentes. Parmi les restaurants de spécialités, c'est le restaurant italien que nous avons le plus apprécié pour sa variété et sa qualité. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Nous reviendrons certainement à l'hôtel. Les divertissements ne sont pas les meill [... lire plus]eurs que j'ai vus. Un commentaire est que les lits ne semblent pas convenir aux familles, comme l'a fait remarquer un client.

Wonderful visit to Panama Jan 2020 We just had a really great visit to the Riu Playa Blanca, Panama in January 2020. Hot hot hot. The room was exactly as advertised. Food very good and all facilities in the hotel met our expectations. Of the speciality restaurants we enjoyed the Italian the most for variety and quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit the hotel again. Entertainment is not the best I have seen. One comment is that the beds do not seem to suit families as commented on by a guest.

Grand Decameron Panama: Voyage fantastique

J'ai passé un excellent moment, le complexe est propre, il y a beaucoup de choses à faire, la nourriture était bonne dans l'ensemble, la chambre était nettoyée tous les jours, c'est notre deuxième année consécutive au Royal Decameron, je ne manquerai pas de parler de ce complexe à d'autres personnes

Fantastic trip Had a wonderful time, the resort is clean, lots to do, the food overall was good, the room was cleaned daily, this our 2nd year there in a row going to the Royal Decameron, I would definitely tell people about this resort

Playa Blanca Resort: Une grande déception

Cet endroit doit être fermé. L'ensemble de la propriété s'écroule et tombe en ruine. Nous avons eu de nombreuses plaintes dès notre arrivée. Personne ne parle anglais. La serrure de la porte du patio était cassée. La douche était sale et moisie. Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. Pas de surclassement pour la lune de miel. Pas de corbeille de fruits. La nourriture était nulle. Personne ne nettoyait jamais. Les tables restaient pleines de tasses vides pendant des heures. Pas de compagnons de voyage. [... lire plus] Seulement des locaux. Très décevant. Pas comme sur les photos. La seule chose positive que je puisse dire est que Jorge, le représentant de Sunwing, a fait de son mieux pour aider. Le pauvre homme a été bombardé de gens mécontents. Heureusement, nous avons déménagé à côté du Riu et nous avons pu sauver notre lune de miel. Je ne recommanderais absolument pas ce complexe à qui que ce soit.

Huge Disappointment This place needs to be closed. The whole property is crumbling and falling apart. Had many complaints from the moment we arrived. No one speaks English. Lock broken on patio door. Shower was dirty and moldy. No hot water in the shower. No honeymoon upgrade. No fruitbasket. Food sucked. No one ever cleaning. Tables sat full up empty cups for hours. No fellow travelers. Only locals. Very disappointing. Not as shown as pictures. The only good thing I can say is that Jorge the Sunwing rep there did try his best to help. The poor man was bombarded with unhappy people. Thankfully we moved next door to the Riu and got to salvage our honeymoon. Definitely would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Riu Playa Blanca: Bonne station pour le prix que nous avons payé !

Ce complexe, bien que n'étant pas un cinq étoiles, a répondu à la plupart de nos besoins. Les chambres étaient bien, la nourriture et les boissons correctes. La plage était agréable, mais pourrait être un peu plus propre car nous avons trouvé plusieurs morceaux de fil de fer épais dans le sable. Le bateau-taxi pour la plage de Santa Clara était amusant et nous avons profité de deux excellents restaurants en bord de mer... du bon homard et des margaritas aux fruits de la passion. Magnifiques pays [... lire plus]ages le long de la route vers la vallée d'Anton dans notre voiture de location. Le service était bon ! Donny, le barman, était excellent ! Superbe célébration du Nouvel An. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour 1680 pp en haute saison.

Good resort for the price we paid! This resort, although definitely not a five star, met most of our needs. Rooms were fine. Food and drinks were okay.The beach was nice, but could be a little cleaner as we found several peices of thick wire in the sand. Boat taxi to Santa Clara Beach was fun and we enjoyed a couple of great beach front restaurants...great lobster and passion fruit margaritas. Beautiful scenery along the way towards Anton Valley in our rental car. Service was good! Donny, the bartender, was excellent! Great New Year's celebration. Good value for 1680 pp during high season.

Riu Playa Blanca: Rid Playa Blanca...... station et des installations extraordinaires

L'hôtel et le terrain étaient magnifiques. 4 restaurants, différentes cuisines. Il y a toujours un endroit où manger ou prendre un en-cas. Le seul inconvénient que nous avons trouvé est qu'après que les chambres aient été nettoyées, nous n'avons pas toujours eu des gants de toilette et des serviettes à main remplacés, lorsque vous avez appelé la réception pour ce problème, il n'a pas été rectifié avant le lendemain (c'est comme si ces 2 articles étaient en pénurie)

Rid Playa Blanca...... amazing resort and facilities The hotel and grounds were amazing. 4 restaurants, various cuisines. Always somewhere to eat or get snacks. Only downside we found was after the rooms had been cleaned we didn’t always get face cloths and hand towels replaced, when you called the reception desk about this issue it was not rectified until the next day ( it’s like these 2 items were in short supply)

Riu Playa Blanca: Grandes vacances !

L'hôtel était très bien ! a 10 minutes de l'aéroport. Les gens étaient gentils, la plage était géniale, il y avait beaucoup de bonne nourriture et de choix, l'hôtel était super propre. Je me suis trop concentré sur les mauvaises critiques et je suis heureux d'avoir pu le constater par moi-même. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute !

Great vacation!! Hotel was great! 10 min from airport. People were nice, beach was awesome, lots of good food and choices, hotel super clean. I focused too much on the bad reviews and glad I got to see it for myself. Would definately go back!

The Buenaventura Golf and Beach Resort: Incroyable !

Un bel hôtel et des vacances formidables dans l'ensemble. La chambre était luxueuse et le lit très confortable. Le personnel était excellent. Le terrain de golf était magnifique et bien entretenu. Les repas dans les restaurants étaient excellents et il y avait beaucoup de choix. Nous avons opté pour le forfait tout compris, ce qui était une bonne façon de procéder. Le personnel de l'hôtel a organisé la location d'une voiture pour nous et nous avons fait une excursion d'une journée à El Valle. Da [... lire plus]ns l'ensemble, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

Amazing! A beautiful hotel and an all-around great vacation. The room was luxurious, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were excellent. The golf course was beautiful and well-kept. The meals at the restaurants were great and there was lots of choice. We did the all-inclusive package which was a nice way to go. The hotel staff arranged a rental car for us and we did a day trip to El Valle. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

Dreams Playa Bonita Panama: Excellente situation !

L'emplacement était suffisamment proche de la ville et du canal pour faciliter les excursions d'une journée, mais on avait l'impression d'être loin de tout. Il était agréable d'entendre les oiseaux et de voir un paresseux ou deux se promener juste à l'extérieur de notre chambre. Notre chambre était très propre et le personnel de l'hôtel très sympathique. La nourriture était bonne, rien à redire ! Il n'est pas nécessaire de réserver, mais il se peut que vous deviez attendre 10 à 15 minutes po [... lire plus]ur avoir une table si vous y allez pendant les heures de pointe. Le bon côté est qu'il y a un bar à quelques pas pour prendre un verre pendant que vous attendez.

Great location! Location was close enough to the city and canal for easy day trips, but felt like you were away from it all. Nice to hear the birds and see a sloth or two hanging out just outside of our room. Our room was very clean and hotel staff were very friendly. The food was good, no complaints! No reservations needed but as a result you may have to wait 10-15 minutes for a table if you go during peak times. On the bright side there is a bar a few steps away to get a drink while you wait.
