Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !!!

Le service et le personnel de l'hôtel étaient incroyables. Dès votre arrivée à l'hôtel, ils vous accueillent avec des boissons dans le hall. La chambre était très belle et propre, avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et le jardin. Nous voyageons avec un enfant et dans la chambre, le berceau était préparé et prêt pour notre fils. La nourriture est excellente à chaque fois que nous mangeons. Tout ce que vous voulez manger, ils l'ont. Ils ont organisé un déjeuner sur la plage trois jours pendant que nous étions là et c'était de la bonne nourriture chaque jour et beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants et les adultes près de la piscine et sur la plage et les boissons sont étonnantes, les barmans savaient comment faire la boisson avec précision. Je retournerai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel, j'ai eu une très bonne expérience.

Amazing Resort!!! The hotel service and staff were amazing. Right as you get to the hotel they greet you with drinks in the lobby. The room was very beautiful and clean amazing view of the ocean and garden. We travel with a child and in the room they had the crib made up and ready for our son. They have wonderful food every time we eat. Whatever you want to eat they have it. From the steak house to the buffet you can eat your heart out with amazing Jamaican food or America food for the picky eaters. They had a lunch on the beach three days while we were there and it was good food each day and lots of activities for kids and adults by the pool and on the beach and the drinks are amazing the bartenders knew how to make the drink with accuracy. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN had a very great experience.

Riu Reggae: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Je n'ai rien à redire sur mon voyage. C'était la première fois que je venais en Jamaïque et j'y retournerais certainement. Les gens de l'hôtel étaient très sympathiques et accueillants. La nourriture était excellente, surtout le poulet jerk ! Les chambres étaient agréables. L'hôtel était beau et moderne. La plage était superbe. Les piscines étaient agréables, de bons moments aux bars de natation.

Amazing resort I have zero complaints about my trip. It was my first time in Jamaica and would definitely go back. The people at the resort were super friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent, especially the jerk chicken! The rooms were nice. The hotel was nice and modern. Beach was great. Pools were nice, good times at the swim up bars.

Sandals Montego Bay: Incroyable !

De la nourriture aux chambres en passant par le personnel, cet endroit a tout pour plaire ! Le service, les équipements et l'attention portée aux détails ont dépassé toutes les attentes ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit aux couples qui veulent s'offrir le luxe et la détente à l'état pur.

Amazing! From the food to the rooms and great staff this place has it all! Service amenities, attention to details were above expectations! Highly recommend this venue to couoles who want to indulge in pure luxury and relaxation.

L'hôtel et le terrain étaient remarquables, magnifiquement entretenus, beaucoup de variété dans les chariots à la carte, le buffet était correct, j'aurais aimé voir plus de variété dans les choix d'épices et plus de bœuf dans le buffet, c'était très répétitif. Le code vestimentaire des pantalons longs n'est pas acceptable pour les hommes dans cette chaleur.... Nous sommes en vacances, il est temps de se détendre et de profiter de la soirée. Enlever les pantalons et les chaussures fermées, nous l [... lire plus]es femmes pouvons porter ce que nous voulons, je ne pense pas qu'il soit juste de demander cela. Le personnel est formidable et très sympathique. La plage n'est pas la meilleure, elle est un peu rocailleuse et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'endroits où l'on peut boire un verre quand on en a besoin. Très grand complexe avec beaucoup d'escaliers, pourrait envisager d'être un peu plus accessible pour les cannes et les fauteuils roulants, pas assez d'ascenseurs et ils sont petits et lents.

Beautiful resort Hotel and grounds were outstanding beautifully kept, lots of variety in a la carts, buffet was ok, would have liked to have seen more variety in there options of spices would have been nice and more beef in buffet, it was very repetitive. Dress code of long pants isn't acceptible for men in that heat.. Or closed toe shoes, we're on vacation it's time to relax and enjoy the evening. Take away the dress pants and closed toe shoes,us woman can wear whatever we like, I just don't think it's fair to ask of that. Staff are amazing very friendly. Beach isn't the best little rocky and not many areas to get a drink when needed. Very large resort with alot of stairs, could look at being a little more accessible for canes and wheelchairs, not enough elevators and they are small and slow.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Station familiale

Le terrain, les chambres et le centre de villégiature étaient très propres. Le personnel était sympathique. Le restaurant buffet était bon, avec beaucoup de choix. Les restaurants Seaford et italien étaient excellents. Nous avons aimé la plage et la piscine pour adultes. Le seul bémol est l'animation. Il aurait été intéressant d'avoir des artistes internationaux car les spectacles étaient uniquement jamaïcains. Je peux comprendre que vous vouliez voir un peu de leur culture mais pas tous les s [... lire plus]oirs.

Family Resort The grounds,rooms and Resort were very clean. The staff were friendly. The Buffet restaurant was good,plenty of choice. The Seaford and Italian restaurants were excellent. We liked liked the adult beach area and pool. The only downsidewas the entertainment. It would have nice to have some international acts as the entertainment was solely Jamaican. I can understand that you want to see some of their culture but not every night.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Excellente situation et commodités !

L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, bien doté en personnel et offre de nombreuses options pour les voyageurs réservés aux adultes. Il y a suffisamment d'inclusions avec une sortie shopping, une visite des chutes et des jardins, un bateau à fond de verre et une sortie snorkeling pour que vous n'ayez pas besoin de réserver des excursions séparées.

Great location and amenities! The hotel is very well kept, well staffed and has lots of options for the adult only travellers. There are enough inclusions with a shopping trip, a falls/ garden tour, and glass bottom boat and snorkelling trip that u dont need to book seperate excursions.

L'hôtel était incroyable, l'atmosphère et les affaires étaient merveilleuses. La nourriture était délicieuse. Les plages et les piscines étaient propres. Les chambres d'hôtel étaient bien rangées et lorsque la femme de ménage devait les nettoyer, elles étaient prêtes au bout d'une heure. Les gens là-bas ne mendient pas de pourboires, ce qui est agréable. Je recommande ce complexe à mes amis. La seule chose que je n'aime pas, ce sont les réunions de partage du temps auxquelles les clients sont f [... lire plus]orcés de participer par le personnel. Les managers forcent les gens à acheter un contrat qui est cher et qui n'a pas de sens.

Fantastic resort The hotel was amazing, the atmosphere and the stuff were wonderful. The food was delicious. The beaches and the pools were clean. The hotel rooms were tidy and when the maid had to clean it, it was ready after an hour. The people there don’t beg for tips which is nice. I recommend this resort for my friends. The one think that I do not like there is the time- share meetings that guests are forced to participate by the staff. Managers are forcing people to buy a contract that is expensive and it makes no sense.

Most horrible experience I will never go back there worst experience ever, customer service was not pleasant, make calls so many times for my room to be clean. The room I book for was not aworded to me put in small mosquito room. I’m still in pain from all the mosquitoeb bit. The worst

Couples Sans Souci: San Souci, fabuleux

Le resort est spectaculaire, nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux resorts jamaïcains mais celui-ci est de loin le meilleur. Tout est haut de gamme, en particulier les personnes et le personnel qui y travaillent. Le terrain est immaculé, la nourriture exquise, l'ambiance hors du commun.

San Souci, fabulous The resort is spectacular, we have stayed at many Jamaican resorts but this is by far the best. Everything is top end, especially the people and staff who work there. The grounds are immaculate, the food exquisite, the ambiance out of this world.

Des tas de plats excellents. Il y avait des jus de fruits frais et du poulet jerk délicieux, et le bacon au petit déjeuner était incroyable. Les piscines étaient propres, les plages étaient magnifiques. Pas sûr que j'ai aimé que la station de luxe était si proche. Presque didnâ™t savoir jusqu'où nous avons été en mesure de s'aventurer sur la station. Beaucoup d'escaliers pour atteindre le lobby et les terrains de la station étaient très grands.

Great resort Loads of great food. They had fresh juices and delicious jerk chicken and their bacon at breakfast was amazing. Pools were clean, Beaches were beautiful. Not sure that I loved that the luxury resort was so close. Almost didn’t know how far we were able to venture on the resort. Lots of stairs to get to lobby and resort grounds were very large.

Sandals Dunn's River: Un service exceptionnel

Le personnel de cette station a été très accueillant et sympathique. Le complexe était propre et bien entretenu. Les restaurants avaient une atmosphère agréable et raffinée. Le WiFi a besoin d'être amélioré car il ne fonctionne que dans le hall de l'hôtel. Je sais que le reggae est la musique prédominante en Jamaïque mais j'aurais aimé une soirée salsa, bachata, merenge car nous aimons danser. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon hôtel. Je recommanderais l'hôtel ou j'y retournerais.

Amazing service The staff of this resourt were really accomodating and friendly. The resort was clean and well kept. The restaurants had a nice and sofisticated atmosphere. The WiFi needs improvement since it only works in the lobby of the hotel. I know that reggae is the predominant music in Jamaica but I would have like a salsa,bachata, merenge night since we love to dance. Overall a great resourt. I would recommended or go back.

Je recommanderais ce complexe à toute personne souhaitant passer des vacances parfaites. Le terrain est magnifiquement entretenu. Le personnel est merveilleux et très poli. Les chambres sont très confortables. La nourriture était exceptionnelle et le paysage était un rêve. Je retournerai sans aucun doute au Grande Principe Resort en Jamaïque, mais j'y séjournerai plus longtemps qu'une semaine la prochaine fois.

Absolutely beautiful resort I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting the perfect vacation. The grounds are beautifully kept. The staff were wonderful and very polite. The rooms were very comfortable. The food was outstanding and the scenery was a dream. I will definitely go back to the Grande Principe Resort in Jamaica but I would stay long than one week next time.

Legends Beach Resort: Affreux

Ce fut une mauvaise expérience : très vieux, malpropre, personnel impoli et présence d'énormes insectes dans les toilettes. Lits confortables, bonne taille. Les serviettes blanches deviennent grises comme si elles n'étaient pas bien lavées. Les lieux sentent vraiment très mauvais, beaucoup d'ordures devant l'entrée principale du resort, l'eau des toilettes sent mauvais, devant notre porte ça sent la pisse, ayyrrrkk. Aucune civilisation autour pour acheter de la nourriture, dans leur marché alime [... lire plus]ntaire il n'y a rien à acheter !!!! La plage est la plus chaleureuse et la plus belle, sable blanc et eau verte comme du cristal. Les aventures sont chères et il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix à Negril, trop loin de tout. Les gens locaux sur la plage de l'hôtel witch est situé directement sur la plage, vendant des fruits, catamaran, et de la marijuana

Awful It was a bad experience: very old, unclean, rude staff and presence of huge bugs in washroom. Confortable beds, good size. White Towels turn gray color like not good wash. Area smell really really bad, garbage a lot of garbage in front of the main intrance of the resort, water in washroom smells bad, in front of our door smell of piss, ayyrrrkk. No civilisation around to by food , in their food market there is nothing to bye!!!! Beach is the most warmefull and beautiful, white sand and green water like crystal. Adventures are expensive and no much choice in Negril, too far from everything. Local people on the beach of hotel witch is located right on the beach, selling fruits, catamaran, and marijuana

La plage est géniale. Je ne pense pas que le filtre de la piscine fonctionnait correctement car il y avait des trucs blancs qui flottaient sur les côtés tous les jours. Il y a 3 restaurants de spécialités. Je ne recommanderais pas de dîner à Uncle Tony's car le steak n'était pas maigre et très gras. Le soir où nous y avons dîné, les serveurs se disputaient avec le chef, ce qui nous a fait vivre une mauvaise expérience. En revanche, nous avons adoré le restaurant Jambalaya/Cajun et le buffet habi [... lire plus]tuel avait toujours un bon choix. La nourriture et le service étaient excellents. Le club pour enfants n'était pas très bien - la fille qui y travaillait n'interagissait presque pas avec les enfants car elle était toujours sur son téléphone. Il y a 3 établissements Iberostar dans la même zone. Je pense que je réserverai l'Iberostar Rose Hall Suites la prochaine fois que je voyagerai avec des enfants, car ils semblent avoir un meilleur club pour enfants et sont plus récents. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon moment - nous avons adoré les cafés au bar du hall, les chambres étaient agréables, le centre de remise en forme disposait d'un équipement complet et proposait de nombreux cours, les divertissements étaient bons. Je donnerais à cet établissement 4 étoiles sur 5.

4 out of 5 for this Resort The beach is awesome. I don’t think the pool filter was working properly as there was some white stuff floating off to the sides everyday. There are 3 speciality restaurants. I would not recommend dinner at Uncle Tony’s as the steak was not lean and very greasy. The evening that we dined there, the servers were arguing with the chef so that made for a bad experience. On the other hand we loved the food Jambalaya/Cajun Restaurant and the regular buffet always had a good selection. The food and service were great. The kids club was not that great- the girl who worked there hardly interacted with the kids as she was always on her phone. There are 3 Iberostar properties in the same area. I think I would book the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites next time when travelling with kids as they seem to have a better kids club and are a newer property. Overall we had a great time- loved the lattes at the lobby bar, rooms were nice, fitness facility had extensive equipment and lots of classes, entertainment was good. I would rate this property 4 out of 5 stars.

Dès notre arrivée en Jamaïque, nous avons été très impressionnés. Le trajet jusqu'au centre de villégiature a été court. Nous ne pouvons pas dire assez de bien de notre séjour et de l'excellent personnel de ce complexe. La plage était magnifique. La nourriture était fabuleuse et le personnel était tellement sympathique. Ce n'est pas un grand complexe, mais la taille est parfaite - accès facile à tout. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement [... lire plus] cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons.

From the minute we arrived in Jamaica we were very impressed, the airport was great. The drive to the resort was short. We can't say enough positive about our stay and the beautiful staff at this resort. Beach was great. Food was fabulous and the staff were just so so friendly. Not a big resort, perfect size-easy access to everything. Felt safe our entire time. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Le meilleur centre de villégiature à ce jour !

L'Iberostar Grand était impeccable. Nettoyage deux fois par jour et peinture constante, entretien, etc. pendant notre séjour. Le personnel était toujours super sympathique et serviable et ils ont surclassé notre chambre parce que nous étions en lune de miel. Nous ne pouvons pas en dire assez sur la nourriture ! C'est de loin la meilleure que nous ayons mangée, et ce, tous les soirs, y compris au buffet ! Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute !

Best Resort Yet! Iberostar Grand was immaculate. Cleans twice daily and constant painting, upkeep etc during our stay. Staff were always super friendly and helpful and they upgraded our room because we were on our honeymoon. We can't say enough about the food! Hands down best we have had and every night including the buffet! Will definitely be going back!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons ici et ils ne nous ont pas déçus. Ce complexe est absolument magnifique. La nourriture est excellente. Le personnel est formidable. Il fait en sorte que vous vous sentiez les bienvenus. Mon fils de 7 ans s'est beaucoup amusé au club des enfants en plein air. Nous prévoyons de revenir à la fin de l'année. Nous recommandons vivement ce complexe.

Best resort ever!! This was the second time we went here and they definitely didn't disappoint This resort is absolutely beautiful. The food was great. The staff is amazing. They make you feel very welcome. My 7 year old son had a great time at the outdoor kids club. We are planning to return at the end of the year. We highly recommend this resort.
