La nourriture était excellente et le personnel incroyable ! Le personnel était extrêmement amical, plaisantant avec nous et répondant à toutes nos questions ! L'hôtel était propre et on pouvait voir le personnel nettoyer tous les jours ! Les chambres étaient superbes ! Il y avait des tonnes d'activités auxquelles on pouvait participer, mais nous avons choisi de nous prélasser sur la plage

A great place to stay! The food was great and the staff amazing!! The staff was extremely friendly, joking with us and answering all of our questions! The resort was clean and you could see the staff cleaning everyday! The room were great! There were tons of activities that you could participate in but we chose to lounge on the beach

J'ai séjourné dans la suite Grand Class. La vue était à couper le souffle. Chaque fois que nous entrions dans notre chambre, nous étions frappés par la vue magnifique sur les montagnes, la plage et le parc de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est impeccablement entretenu. Il n'y a jamais eu de problème pour trouver une chaise au bord de la piscine. Serviettes en abondance sans qu'il soit nécessaire de les demander. Le personnel est toujours prêt à faire un effort supplémentaire pour vous et le fait toujours avec [... lire plus] le sourire.

Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit does not disappoint! Stayed in the Grand Class Suite. View was breathtaking. Every time we entered our room we we struck by the beautiful sweeping views of the mountains, beach and the hotel grounds. Immaculately maintained resort. Never an issue finding a chair by the pool. Towels in abundance without asking. Staff always willing to go the extra mile for you and always do it with a smile.

Fantastic Resort!!! We had an excellent time at Secrets Vallarta Bay!!! We will definitely go back. Just be aware that the beach is not very good; it has stones and rocks. You will need to ware water shoes and very rough water and undertow. JUST BE AWARE THAT AS SOON AS YOU CHECK IN THEY ARE IMMEDIATELY TRYING TO SIGN YOU UP FOR A "TIME SHARE" PROGRAM .....They tell you it isn't a time share but it is and the pressure is very hard core. Don't get sucked in with their promise of receiving spa credits and a free excursion in exchange of 90 minutes of you time. They tag team and you end up going through 4 different levels of sales tactics. IT'S NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR VALUABLE VACATION TIME WITH THIS HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH. You are much better off saying you are not interested and buying your own spa treatments and excursions.

Bon endroit pour les vacances. Personnel très coopératif, chambres propres, nourriture et boissons excellentes. Le forfait tout compris vaut chaque centime. Manque la chaîne de cinéma anglaise 24 heures sur 24. Merci à filpe, armando, roberto et patricia (chef) pour l'excellent service.

Sunscape Puerto Vallarta: Holiday Inn Resort Puerto Vallarta

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce complexe. Le plus gros problème est que les zones de restauration ne sont pas climatisées. Les gens sont très gentils et ont passé un bon moment. Les bratenders au bar du hall sont incroyables, les voir travailler dans la chaleur et délivrer un service de premier ordre à tous les voyageurs, c'était génial. Proche des arrêts de bus en direction de Dt, c'est génial. Dans l'ensemble, j'y retournerais parce que nous avons fait une bonne affaire dans cet endroit [... lire plus].

Had a great stay on this resort. The biggest problem was the eating areas are not air conditioned . The people very nice and had a good time . Bratenders at the lobby bar are amazing watching them work in the heat and deleivering top notch service to all the travlers was great. Close to the buses stops heading into dt so its great. Over all i would go back because we got a great deal on this place.

Superbe complexe dans l'ensemble. Ce qui, à mon avis, le rendrait meilleur, c'est que je pense qu'ils manquent de personnel. Voici quelques exemples : Les toilettes de la piscine n'étaient pas du tout entretenues pendant la journée. Les sols étaient toujours trempés et, à plusieurs reprises, il n'y avait ni papier hygiénique ni serviettes pour s'essuyer les mains. Il y aurait également pu y avoir plus de serveurs pour apporter les boissons dans la zone de la piscine. Les serveurs étaient extrême [... lire plus]ment occupés. Il y avait toujours des verres vides partout.

A Great Vacation Great resort overall. What I believe would make it better was I thought they were understaffed. Examples of this were: The washrooms at the pool area were not kept up at all during the day. The floors were always soaked, and a couple of times there was no toilet paper or towels to dry your hands. Also there could have been more servers to bring drinks around the pool area. The servers were extremely busy. There were always empty glasses everywhere.

Las Palmas by the Sea: Las Palmas By the Sea

Il s'agit d'un petit complexe avec un seul restaurant (buffet) et un snack-bar. Deux piscines, une pour adultes et une pour enfants, séparées par l'immense buffet. Les chambres sont agréables et propres. Les douches et les toilettes fonctionnent à 100 %. Un sèche-cheveux est fourni dans la salle de bains. Le personnel vous laisse vraiment tranquille, ce qui vous permet de vous ressourcer. La nourriture était moyenne à supérieure ; un très bon choix tout le temps. Les divertissements étaient bons [... lire plus]. Comme il s'agit d'un petit complexe, le terrain est petit et la plage est moyenne. En résumé, si vous pouvez obtenir ce centre de villégiature tout compris pour moins de 800 $/personne, y compris le billet d'avion, les taxes et le centre de villégiature ...., alors vous avez fait une bonne affaire.

This is a small resort with only one restaurant (buffet) and a snack bar. Two pools; adult and childrens that is separated by the huge buffet facility. Rooms are nice and clean. Shower/toilet all works 100%. Blow dryer in the bathroom is provided. The staff truly leave you alone where you can really get R&R. The food was average to above; a very good selection all of the time. Entertainment was good. Being a small resort, the grounds are small with an average beach. All in all; if you can get this all inclusive resort for under $800/person, incl. airfare, taxes and resort .... then you've got a deal.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Excellente situation, bon rapport qualité-prix !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en juillet, il faisait donc très chaud au Mexique ! Notre séjour au Royal Decameron a été meilleur que prévu. Nous étions dans le bloc 5. C'était calme, le paysage tropical, les oiseaux et les fleurs juste à côté de notre terrasse étaient magnifiques, relaxants et parfumés. Le terrain était impeccable et le personnel nettoyait, balayait, lavait, peignait, etc. en permanence. Il s'agit d'un complexe hôtelier plus ancien, il y a donc beaucoup d'entretien à faire, ma [... lire plus]is ils travaillent très dur. La nourriture dans les buffets était très bonne, très variée, il y en avait pour tous les goûts. La cuisine mexicaine était notre préférée, elle était délicieuse. Les tortillas de maïs fraîches sont pressées et cuites juste avant d'être mangées, et le guacamole est le meilleur ! Nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec les ala cartes, surtout la mexicaine et la japonaise. Nous devions avoir des attentes plus élevées, car nous avons été déçus par la qualité de la nourriture. Les chambres étaient basiques et propres, bien que l'air conditionné ait très bien fonctionné, il était bruyant, même lorsque nous l'éteignions, nous pouvions entendre les climatiseurs des autres chambres bourdonner à travers les murs ! Je recommande d'emporter des bouchons d'oreille si vous avez le sommeil léger, mais je m'y suis habitué ! Il y avait un grand nombre d'activités à faire. La plage était magnifique et les vendeurs de bijoux, etc. sur la plage font partie de l'hôtel, ils ne sont pas insistants et sont respectueux lorsque vous refusez. Nous y retournerons certainement, c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix et l'atmosphère est très amicale et accueillante.

Great location, Great value! We stayed for 1 week in July, so it was very hot in Mexico! Our stay at royal Decameron was better than expected. We were in block 5. It was quiet, the tropical scenery, birds and flowers just off our deck were beautiful, relaxing, and fragrant. The grounds were kept immaculate, with staff constantly cleaning, sweeping, washing, painting etc. It is an older resort, so there is a lot of maintenance to be done, but they work very hard. Food in the buffets was very good, lots of variety, something for everyone. The Mexican food was our favourite, it was delicious. Fresh corn tortillas pressed and cooked just before you eat them, and the guacamole was the best! We didn't have luck with the ala cartes, especially the Mexican one and Jap Jap. We must have had higher expectations, as we were disappointed in the quality of food. The rooms were basic and clean, although the air conditioner worked really well, it was loud, even when we turned it off we could hear the other rooms ac units buzzing through the walls! I'd recommend taking ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, although I got used to it! There was a great line up of activities to participate in. The beach was beautiful and the people selling jewelry etc on the beach are part of the resort, they are not pushy, and are respectful when you say no. We would definitely go back, it's amazing value and has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Canto Del Sol: Des gens merveilleux et un endroit magnifique !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Canto Del a Sol ! Très propre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, un personnel merveilleux, très accueillant et une nourriture excellente ! C'est un ami qui m'a recommandé cet endroit et je le recommanderais moi-même à n'importe quel ami ou parfait étranger !

Wonderful people & a beautiful place! We loved our stay at Canto Del a Sol! Very clean inside and out,wonderful staff very hospitable and great food! I was recommended this place by a friend and would recommend it myself to anyone friend or complete stranger!

Endroit bien entretenu et propre. Le personnel était super sympa et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il y avait toujours beaucoup de nourriture et de boissons. La plage était un peu rocailleuse mais la vue était magnifique. Le temps était parfait et l'emplacement était parfait.

Great resort! Well maintained and clean place. The staff were super nice and had anything we needed. Always had lots of food and drink. Beach was a bit rocky but still a beautiful view. Weather was perfect and location was fine.

Occidental Nuevo Vallarta: Beautiful Resort

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à l'Occidental Grand. Très propre, personnel très sympathique, bonne nourriture et bonnes boissons ! Nous recommandons ce complexe à tout le monde. Nous y retournerons certainement à l'avenir !

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Grand palladium

Nous sommes allés à l'hôtel l'année dernière et nous l'avons absolument adoré. Certaines parties se sont même embellies comme le parc aquatique pour les enfants. Nous avons été déçus par le club enfants cette année. L'année dernière, c'était absolument génial et notre fille avait hâte d'y aller. Cette année, malheureusement, les filles n'ont rien fait de ce qui était prévu au programme, mais ont surtout mis des films à la disposition des enfants et les ont laissés jouer à des jeux vidéo pendant  [... lire plus]des heures. Notre fille n'a pas du tout apprécié le club enfants cette année, c'est la raison pour laquelle nous ne reviendrons pas.

We have been to the hotel last year and absolutely loved it. Parts have even gotten nicer like the children's waterpark area. We have been disappointed with the kids club this year. Last year it was absolutely amazing and our daughter was looking forward to the kids club, this year unfortunately the girls didn't do anything that was on the schedule but mainly turned on movies for the kids and let them play video games for hours. Our daughter did not enjoy the kids club this year at all, that would be the reason why we would not return.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Surf, soleil, sable et le personnel le plus amical qui soit !

Le Grand Palladium est maintenant officiellement mon endroit préféré au Mexique ! J'y ai passé une semaine avec mon petit ami ! Ils viennent juste de recevoir de nouvelles planches de surf que les clients peuvent utiliser sur le surf break juste devant l'hôtel ! Et pour ceux qui ne savent pas surfer, ils vous donnent des leçons !!!!! Il y a tellement de tortues de mer et de poissons dans l'eau chaude et claire de l'océan ! La nourriture était excellente et il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Nous av [... lire plus]ons été surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur l'océan (gratuitement !) qui surplombe les vagues, ce qui nous a permis de voir les vagues depuis notre balcon, ce qui est le cas de toutes les chambres ! Honnêtement, il n'y a pas une seule mauvaise chose à dire sur cet endroit ! J'adore j'adore j'adore j'adore j'adore !!!!!

Surf, sun, sand and the friendliest staff around! The Grand Palladium is now officially my favourite place in Mexico!! Spent a week there with my boyfriend! They just got brand new longboards in for guests to use at the surf break right out front! And for those who don't know how to surf, they give you lessons!!!!! So many sea turtles and cool fish in the warm, clear ocean water!! The food was amazing and there's something for everyone! We got upgraded to an oceanview room (for free!) overlooking the waves so we could check the surf from our balcony, which every room has! Honestly not a single bad thing to say about this place! Love love love love love it!!!!!

Le complexe semble vaste au début, mais on s'habitue ensuite à s'y promener. Le complexe est situé sur la plage et le personnel entretient constamment le terrain. La nourriture est excellente si vous êtes prêt à essayer de nouveaux aliments. Le personnel est aimable et joyeux. Ce n'est pas la faute du complexe, mais si vous allez sur la plage, il y a des Mexicains qui vous bombardent pour acheter des articles. J'ai entendu dire que c'était courant dans tout le Mexique. Ce complexe est également  [... lire plus]éloigné de la ville. N'a pas apprécié le fait qu'il est interdit de se baigner dans les piscines après 20 heures. Il n'y a pas de panneaux, ils ne vous préviennent pas et lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous étions en train de nager vers 21 heures devant un bar ouvert et un agent de sécurité est arrivé en sifflant. Il y a une piscine pour tous les âges et des piscines réservées aux adultes. Les activités quotidiennes étaient bonnes et les spectacles nocturnes étaient incroyables ! L'autre chose que je n'ai pas aimée, c'est que la sécurité, la nuit, avait l'air d'être dans un trip de pouvoir. L'un des travailleurs discutait avec nous la nuit, et le superviseur de la sécurité est passé et a dit à voix basse au gars de s'en aller. Apparemment, les locaux n'ont pas le droit de parler aux touristes. Le soir également, mon ami et moi allions dans le même bar pour rencontrer des gens. Le garde de sécurité venait s'asseoir au bar et nous fixait, le barman et moi, s'il n'y avait qu'eux et moi au bar à ce moment-là. Puis, en espagnol, il lançait des accusations aux barmans, ce qui me rendait triste, car ils n'étaient que des barmans gentils et excellents. Mon ami a commencé à intervenir et il a nié les faits. J'ai appris plus tard qu'un des employés avait été verbalisé pour avoir parlé aux touristes. C'est ce qui m'a le plus dérangé. Je ne suis pas un grand buveur, mais j'aimais rester au bar et rencontrer toutes sortes de gens. Ce complexe n'est pas très excitant et lorsque j'y suis allé en juin, il n'y avait que des Canadiens et des Mexicains. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de personnes âgées de 25 à 40 ans sans enfants. Dans l'ensemble, je retournerais ici si je voulais me détendre dans un centre de villégiature. Pour quelque chose de plus excitant, j'irais ailleurs.

Resort was sufficient. The resort appeared large at first; although, you got used to the walking around afterwards. The resort is on the beach and the staff upkeeps the grounds constantly. The food is amazing if you are willing to branch out and try new foods. The staff were kind and cheerful. Not that it is the resort's fault, but if you go on the beach there are Mexicans bombarding you to purchase items. I hear this is common all over Mexico. This resort is also a distance from the city. Disliked that there is no swimming after 8pm in the pools. There are no signs, and they don't notify you and when we arrived we were swimming around 9pm in front of an open bar and a security came blasting his whistle. There is a pool or all ages and there is adult only pools as well. The daily activities were good and the nightly performances were amazing! The other thing I disliked was the security at night appeared to be on a power trip. One of the workers was chatting with us at night, and the security supervisor walked by and muffled under his breath telling the guy to move on. Apparently the locals are not allowed to talk with the tourists. Also at night my friend and I would go to the same bar to meet people. The security guard would come and sit at the bar and stare at me and the bartenders if it were only I and them at the bar at the time. Then in spanish he would throw accusations to the bartender which made me sad because they were nothing but kind and excellent bartenders. My friend started to intervene and he denied it. I was later informed that one of the workers got written up for talking with the tourists. This what bothered me the most. I am not a big drinker but loved staying at the bar meeting all kinds of people. This resort is not all that exciting and when I went in june it was all Canadians and Mexicans. Not a lot of people between the ages of 25-40 without children. Overall, I would go here again if I wanted to relax at a resort. For something more exciting, I would go elsewhere.

L'emplacement dans la baie est idéal. De la plage au terrain bien entretenu, les services des hôtes vous surprendront comme ils l'ont fait pour moi. Je reviendrai pour profiter de la meilleure baie du Pacifique. Tant de choses à voir, jamais assez de jours pour le faire.....

Location Location Location, Best in the Bay Great set up with the location in the Bay. From beach to the well groomed grounds, the guests services will amaze you as they did I. I will be back to enjoy the Best bay in the Pacifico. So much to see never enough days to do it.....

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: De superbes vacances

Ma sœur et moi sommes allées dans ce resort à la fin du mois de mai 2015. Il n'y a rien de fantaisiste, mais c'est un excellent complexe si vous voulez profiter de la plage et vous détendre. Comme les autres commentaires l'ont mentionné, c'est VRAIMENT propre. Ils sont toujours en train de prendre soin de la station. Les chaises longues (et oui, elles ne sont pas très confortables après une semaine), les piscines et la plage sont nettoyées tous les soirs. La nourriture est bonne, vous trouverez  [... lire plus]toujours quelque chose à manger, quelles que soient vos préférences, et le personnel est très amical et courtois. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon complexe et je le recommande vivement.

Great vacations My sister and I went to this resort at the end of May 2015. There's nothing fancy but it's a great resort if you want to enjoy the beach and relax. As the other reviews mentioned, it's REALLY clean. They are always taking care of the resort. The long chairs (and yes they are not that comfortable after a week on it), the pools and the beach are cleaned every night. The food is good, you always find something to eat, whatever your preferences and the staff is very friendly and courtly. All in all it's a really good resort and I highly recommend it.

C'était un tel soulagement de ne pas avoir à marchander avec les chauffeurs de taxi à l'aéroport. Le site de Trip Central nous a orientés vers un centre de vacances Sun Wing qui nous a accompagnés tout au long du trajet et nous a offert des transferts gratuits vers l'aéroport. Le centre de villégiature était très agréable et semblait super luxueux. Il y avait beaucoup de locaux, mais je n'ai pas trouvé que cela affectait notre voyage du tout. Les heures de repas peuvent être un peu agitées, mais [... lire plus] la plupart du temps, nous évitons les heures de pointe. Mon copain et moi avons passé un très bon moment :)

Super easy and fun vacation :) It was such a relief not to haggle with taxi drivers at the airport. Trip central's site referred us to a sun wing vacation that was with us every bit of the way, and gave us free transfers to the airport. The resort was very nice and felt super luxurious. There were many locals, but I didn't find that it affected our trip at all. Meal times can be a bit hectic, but for the most part we avoid peak times anyway. My boyfriend and I had a really nice time :)
