Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Un centre de villégiature formidable

Nous avons été très satisfaits de ce complexe. C'était la première fois que nous y allions et il a vraiment répondu à nos attentes. Les chambres sont très propres et le réfrigérateur du bar est réapprovisionné tous les jours, avec beaucoup de bouteilles d'eau. Personnel très aimable et soucieux de plaire. Piscines et restaurants très propres. La nourriture était incroyable, beaucoup de choix dans les buffets. Le restaurant gastronomique était notre préféré. Plage ok, un peu rocailleuse, i [... lire plus]l faut des chaussures d'eau. Beaucoup d'algues, mais ils ont travaillé avec diligence tous les matins pour les nettoyer. Je reviendrai certainement.

Awesome Resort We were very pleased with this resort. It was our first time at this one and it definitely met our expectations. Rooms very clean, and restocked bar fridge daily, lots of bottled water. Staff very friendly and aimed to please. Pools and restaurants very clean. Food was amazing, lots to choose from at buffets. Gourmet restaurant our favourite. Beach ok, a bit rocky, need water shoes. A lot of seaweed but they worked diligently every morning to clean it up. Definitely would return.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Très beau complexe hôtelier

Le terrain était bien entretenu et propre, les piscines étaient très belles et la plage était également agréable. Le personnel était très amical, courtois, professionnel et accessible. Les chambres étaient propres et gérables. L'hôtel faisait partie de plusieurs autres hôtels, ce qui a permis d'en profiter davantage. Le terrain de golf était magnifique et les courts de tennis, les vélos et les boutiques ont ajouté à l'expérience.

Very Nice Resort The grounds were well kept, clean and the pools were very nice and the beach was also good. The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional and approachable. Rooms were clean and manageable. Resort was part of a few other resorts which made for more enjoyment. Golf course was beautiful and tennis courts, bikes and shopping added to the experience.

C'est le meilleur complexe hôtelier que j'aie jamais connu, depuis la chambre merveilleuse, propre et bien aménagée, jusqu'au personnel qui s'occupe toujours de vous. La nourriture était délicieuse et l'ambiance, même au buffet, était incroyable. Le "Adult Only" était vraiment ce dont j'avais besoin pour me détendre et me faire dorloter. Je recommande vivement ce complexe à tous ceux qui se rendent à Punta Cana ! Vous ne serez pas déçus !

Amazing Resort This was the best resort I have ever experienced, from the wonderful, clean well appointed room, to the staff always looking after you. The food was delicious and the ambiance even in the buffet was incredible. The “Adult Only” was definitely what I needed to totally relax and feel pampered. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone making a trip to Punta Cana! You will not be disappointed!

L'hôtel était incroyable, le terrain était bien entretenu et les chambres propres Les soirées étaient toujours fabuleuses. Les piscines étaient superbes, la plage un peu moins. L'océan était plein d'algues. La nourriture était 5 étoiles avec une grande variété chaque jour.

Amazing resort Hotel was amazing, grounds were well kept and clean rooms Evening entertainment was always fabulous. Pools were great, beach not so much. Ocean was full of seaweed. Food was 5 star with so much variety every day.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Un deuxième voyage étonnant

Je suis déjà venue ici lors d'un voyage entre filles et je savais que je devais revenir avec ma famille. Deux garçons de 16 et 14 ans ont été constamment divertis. Ils étaient tellement fatigués que chaque soir, au spectacle, le garçon de 14 ans s'endormait. La nourriture est fantastique. Les chambres sont propres et aérées. Le personnel est formidable et toujours heureux. Je reviendrais pour la troisième fois !

Amazing second trip I’ve been here before on a girls trip and just knew I had to come back with my family. Two boys 16 & 14 were entertained constantly. So tired out that every night at the show the 14 year old would fall asleep. Food is fantastic. Rooms are clean and airy. Staff is amazing and always happy. Would come again for the third time!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: S'attendre à l'inattendu

L'hôtel /resort était dans l'ensemble agréable. On peut voir qu'il vieillit. Le buffet était correct, un peu répétitif. Les piscines sont agréables et la plage est belle et propre. La déception a commencé quand il y avait des éléments dans ma chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pas correctement ex. Jacuzzi, lumière du balcon. Ils déclarent qu'il y a un mini bar dans la chambre, c'est juste un mini frigo avec des boissons non alcoolisées. Tout est réparti sur le resort, bien qu'ils aient un service  [... lire plus]de navette parfois vous trouverez que vous arriverez à l'endroit que vous voulez plus rapidement si vous marchez simplement et si vous’re disposé à marcher au moins 10 à 15 minutes. Ils ne fournissent que le Wi-Fi gratuit dans le hall (qui n'est pas très fort) bien qu'ils aient mentionné qu'il y avait un Wi-Fi gratuit. J'ai dû payer pour le Wi-Fi pour une semaine entière dans ma chambre et a également été en mesure d'utiliser à l'intérieur de la station. Cependant, la connexion était souvent très mauvaise et c'était frustrant. Tous les bars n'offraient pas exactement les mêmes boissons, il n'y avait donc pas d'uniformité dans ce domaine. Une autre grande déception est que je ne peux réserver que dans trois restaurants pendant mon séjour de 7 jours. Dans les hôtels précédents, il était possible de réserver dans les restaurants autant de fois que l'on voulait. Le personnel pourrait être plus aimable.

Expect the unexpected Hotel /resort was over all nice. You can see it’s aging. The buffet food was ok, a bit repetitive. The pools are nice and the beach is nice and clean. The disappointment started when there were items in my room not working properly ex. Jacuzzi, balcony light. They state there’s a mini bar in the room, it’s just mini fridge with soft drinks. Everything is spread out on the resort, although they have shuttle service sometimes you will find that you will get to where you want faster if you just walk and if you’re willing to walk at least 10 to 15 minutes. They only provide free Wi-Fi in the lobby (which isn’t very strong) although they mentioned there is free Wi-Fi. I had to pay for Wi-Fi for an entire week in my room and also was able to use within the resort. However, often times the connection was very poor and that was frustrating. Not all the bars had the exact same drinks so there was no consistency in that area. Another big disappointment was I can only book at three restaurants during my 7 day stay. Previous resorts I have gone to you could book at the restaurants as many times as you want. The staff could be friendlier.

L'hôtel a été très accueillant en organisant des dîners à la carte et en s'assurant que nous recevions le service d'étage à l'heure avec un appel téléphonique de confirmation

Amazing experience! This hotel was great. The rooms were big and spacious, excellent service, beautiful amenities and overall great atmosphere. The hotel was very welcoming with organizing a la carte dinners and making sure we received room service on time with a confirmation phone call

Je vous dis que la station et la chambre que nous avons achetées ne correspondaient pas au niveau que nous avions acheté. Nous avons acheté le luxe amber green qui a changé après que nous ayons déjà payé. Il a changé en grand Bahia principe aquamarine qui c'était bien si le côté luxueux était toujours là . Non, ce n'était pas le cas, c'était très décevant. Le service était épouvantable. La nourriture était terrible et les boissons n'étaient pas au niveau que nous attendions. Notre zone de pla [... lire plus]ge était réservée aux adultes mais nous étions comme des boîtes de sardines dans une zone. Nous avions notre propre buffet et nous avons dû attendre plusieurs fois que les assiettes soient propres. Mon riz, un soir, était dur parce qu'il était resté là, j'en suis sûr, pendant un certain temps. Je pourrais continuer mais je ne le ferai pas. J'ai été très déçue.

Save your money Well I tell you the resort and room we purchased was not the level we purchased . We purchased luxury amber green which changed after we already paid . It changed to grand Bahia principe aquamarine which that was fine if the luxury side of it was still there . No it wasn’t very disappointing. The service was terrible . The food was terrible and drinks were not at the level we expected . Our beach area was adult only but we were like sardine cans in one area . We had our own buffet area and had to wait for clean plates a few times . My rice one night was hard because it had been siting there I’m sure for awhile . I could go on but I won’t . I was very disappointed.

Le terrain, les piscines et les plages étaient de premier ordre. La nourriture dans TOUS les lieux était médiocre. Le personnel était généralement amical et arrangeant. L'alcool inclus dans le forfait tout compris était médiocre, mais pour un petit supplément, des boissons de meilleure qualité étaient disponibles. La taille de la chambre (Junior Suite) était adéquate et la vue était bonne, mais les finitions étaient fatiguées et avaient besoin d'être améliorées. Mediocre at best Grounds, pools and beaches were top notch. Food at ALL venues was poor. Staff was mostly friendly and accommodating. Alcohol included in the all-inclusive package was poor but for a small surcharge better quality beverages were available. The room size (Junior Suite) was adequate and the view was good but the finishes were tired and in need of upgrades. The bed was torturously uncomfortable.

La nourriture n'est pas mauvaise mais le service est nul. Essayez d'obtenir un café pendant que vous prenez votre repas. La Keycard cesse de fonctionner quand elle en a envie et vous devez marcher 1,5 km jusqu'au hall d'entrée. La plage est tolérable mais n'a rien à voir avec les autres plages que j'ai fréquentées. Il y a de bien meilleurs endroits où aller.

Meh Not bad food but the service sucks. Try getting a coffee within the time of eating your meal. Keycard stops working whenever it feels like it and you need to walk a mile to the lobby. The beach is tolerable but nowhere near other ones I've been on. There are much better places to go.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Grand Bahia décevant vs Bahia Principe luxueux

L'agent de TripCentral nous a dit que le nom Bahia Principe changeait mais que ce serait toujours la même chose......quand on vous dit que c'est un Luxery au départ et que vous ne découvrez que plus tard que ce n'est pas du tout un Luxery. TripCentral n'a rien fait pour nous aider. Nous n'avons pas été autorisés à aller à tous les chariots à la carte, le gars de la sécurité n'a même pas voulu nous laisser aller à la chambre de nos amis au Luxery Ambar....c'est fou et nous n'avons pas été autor [... lire plus]isés à leurs piscines non plus ni à propos de manger au Beach Buffet avec nos amis. Alors ne dites pas aux gens la prochaine fois que c'est le même centre de villégiature.....il n'est pas .....nous avons réservé à un agent qui ne l'a jamais admis à nous. Jessie et Maya ....only savaient ce qu'elles savaient mais encore une fois très décevant. AquaMarine a quelques points positifs....grande piscine....grandes chambres, les femmes de chambre sont très lentes et n'ont jamais apporté d'eau ou de bière sur le mini bar ....les barmans en général sont très lents et l'alcool était bon marché et très sucré et sucré. Il ne s'agit certainement pas d'un hôtel de luxe. Luxery Ambar ....avec la piscine, les femmes de chambre, l'alcool, le buffet et les chariots à la carte.....et en discutant avec quelques amis, c'est vraiment un cran au-dessus et même un peu plus.

Disappointing Grand Bahia vs Luxery Bahia Principe TripCentral agent told us the Bahia Principe name is changing but it would still be the same......when you were told it’s a Luxery upfront and then find out only later that it isn’t Luxery at all. TripCentral did nothing to help us. We weren’t allowed to go to all of the a la carts, the security guy wouldn’t even lets us go to our friends room at Luxery Ambar....that’s crazy and we weren’t allowed at their pools either nor about to eat at the Beach Buffet with our friends. So don’t tell people next time it’s the same resort.....it isn’t .....we booked to an agent that never ever admitted it to us. Jessie and Maya ....only knew what they knew but again very disappointing. AquaMarine does have some positives....great pool....great rooms, maids are very slow and never brought any water or beer on the mini bar ....the bartenders in general are very slow and the alcohol was cheap and very sugary and sweet. Definitely not close as a Luxery. Luxery Ambar ....with the pool, the maids, the alcohol and the buffet and a la carts.....and talking to a few friends it definitely is a step up and then some.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Soleil, sable et beauté !!!

Magnifique complexe hôtelier dans la magnifique Runaway Bay. Le buffet était merveilleux et les restaurants à la carte étaient 5 étoiles ! Nos logements étaient propres, bien approvisionnés en articles de toilette et le mini bar était réapprovisionné tous les jours en boissons gazeuses, bières et snacks. Les lits étaient très confortables et la vue était magnifique ! Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous avons vraiment apprécié le complexe ! Merci de votre compréhension

Sun, sand and beauty!!! Beautiful resort in gorgeous Runaway Bay. The buffet food was wonderful and a-la carte restaurants were 5 star!! Our accommodations were clean, well stocked with toiletries and the mini bar was restocked everyday with pop, beer and snacks. The beds were very comfortable and our view as stunning!!! It was definately a great holiday and we really enjoyed the resort! Thank you

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Encore un excellent séjour au Bahia Principe !

Le terrain est toujours bien entretenu et le personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont accueillantes et invitantes, et toujours propres. Il y a quelque chose à manger pour tout le monde avec toutes les sélections de nourriture. L'animation est omniprésente. Des boissons à profusion, le soleil qui brille, des chaises longues partout, plusieurs piscines au choix....... que faut-il de plus ? J'attends avec impatience ma prochaine visite !

Another great stay at the Bahia Principe! The grounds are always well kept, the staff friendly. The rooms are welcoming and inviting, and always clean. There is something to eat for everyone with all the food selections. Entertainment everywhere you go. Drinks aplenty, the sun is shining, loungers everywhere, several pools to choose from.......what more do you need? Can't wait for my next visit!

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

L'hôtel était très propre et le personnel était arrangeant. S'il y avait un problème, ils s'en occupaient rapidement. Le restaurant français était incroyable, mais le restaurant italien était un peu décevant, il était bon mais je m'attendais à mieux. Le buffet était très bon, même si les plats étaient presque tous les mêmes.

Wonderful Resort Hotel was very clean and staff was accommodating. If there was an issue they took care of it quickly. The French restaurant was amazing, although the Italian was a bit disappointing, it was good but was expecting better. The buffet was very good although almost the same items.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Fabulous Resort

Nous avons séjourné au Bahia Principe Bouganville en avril 2019. Nous avons absolument adoré ce resort. Il est beau, propre et bien entretenu. Les paysages sont magnifiques avec des arbres matures et de belles plantes et fleurs, la plage était fantastique. Ils ont un service 5 étoiles et la nourriture était incroyable. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

We were at the Bahia Principe Bouganville in April 2019. We absolutely loved this resort. It's Beautiful, clean and well maintained. The landscapes are gorgeous with mature trees and beautiful plants and flowers, the beach was fantastic. They have a 5 star service and the food was amazing. We'll definitely go back.

Nous avons adoré le complexe. La nourriture était fabuleuse, les chambres étaient propres et le personnel était sympathique. Nous avons eu de très bons serveurs au buffet. Il y a des boutiques sur place et les prix sont très bons. Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce complexe.

Amazing Resort We loved the resort. The food was fabulous, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We had great waiters at the buffet. There is shopping right on the resort and the prices are very good.We will definitely return to this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: J'ai passé un excellent moment

J'ai passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel, le personnel était très sympathique et la plupart d'entre eux comprenaient l'anglais et le parlaient. Le restaurant buffet avait beaucoup à offrir et la nourriture était très bonne même si elle aurait pu être un peu plus chaude. Nous avons mangé quatre plats à la carte et nous les avons tous trouvés très bons. Nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour trouver une chaise autour de la piscine. Le terrain est très bien entretenu et le personnel travaille  [... lire plus]dur pour garder les choses propres. Je recommanderais cet hôtel.

Had a great time Had a great time at this hotel, the staff was very friendly and most of them could understand English and speak it to. The buffet restaurant had lots to offer and food was very good although it could have been a little hotter. We ate a four a la cartes and found them all to be quite good. Never had a problem getting a chair around the pool. The grounds are kept very nice and the staff works hard at keeping things clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Pas de service et des cartes à la carte ?

Le terrain était propre et quelques membres du personnel étaient souriants et offraient un bon service, Barbara et un autre dans le hall principal (Coba) Mais il n'y avait pas un seul serveur autour des piscines, et les bars (avec ou sans baignade) étaient très lents, avec un manque de personnel, c'est sûr ! Nous ramassions les verres vides autour de la piscine et les Life guards faisaient de même. Ils ont réparé mon climatiseur, mon téléphone et mon réfrigérateur très rapidement, mais pourq [... lire plus]uoi ne fonctionnaient-ils pas tous ? D'autres membres de mon groupe ont eu des problèmes similaires, avec le réfrigérateur ou le climatiseur. Il était pratiquement impossible d'obtenir une réservation à la carte, et pourtant, beaucoup de tables étaient vides lorsque l'on s'asseyait au restaurant. Encore une fois, probablement pas assez de serveurs ! Je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit, à moins qu'il n'y ait PLUS DE PERSONNEL !!!!

No service and à la cartes? The grounds were clean, and a few staff members were smiling and provided great service, Barbara and another one in the main lobby(Coba) But their was not one server around any pools, and the bars(swim up or not) were very slow, short staffed for sure!! We picked up empty glasses around the pool area and so did the Life guards. They fixed my air conditioner, phone and fridge very fast, but why were they all not working? Others in my group had similar issues, with the fridge or air conditioner. It was nearly impossible to get an à la carte booking, yet, a lot of tables were empty when sitting in the restaurant. Again, probably not enough servers!! I would not recommend this place, unless they get MORE STAFF!!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Des vacances parfaites !

Le terrain de la station était si parfait ! Le service et la nourriture étaient excellents ! La plage était cristalline et magnifique ! Un grand merci à Alejandro du restaurant Dolce Vita qui s'est surpassé et à Gerardo d'Alux qui a rendu nos repas parfaits ! Merci à tout le personnel et aux directeurs qui nous ont rendu visite pour nous demander ce qu'ils pouvaient faire de plus pour rendre notre séjour plus agréable. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment 49, à proximité du buffet, de la piscine [... lire plus] et à quelques pas de la plage. La soirée mexicaine au buffet était un vrai délice ! Un autre coup de chapeau à notre représentant d'Air Transat, Antonio Martins, qui a fait preuve d'une grande ingéniosité. Nos vacances ont été parfaites ! Il faut absolument y retourner !

Perfect Vacation! The resort grounds were so perfect! The service and food were excellent! The beach was so crystal clear and beautiful! A shout out to Alejandro from the Dolce Vita restaurant who went above and beyond and Gerardo from Alux for making our dining experiences just perfect! Thank you to all the staff and the managers who paid visits to ask what else they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. We stayed in building 49 which was close to the buffet, pool and just steps from the beach. The Mexican night at the buffet was such a delight! Another shout out to our Air Transat representative Antonio Martins who was so resourceful. Our vacation was just perfect! Definitely returning!!
