Ce que nous avons le plus aimé : vues imprenables, service excellent avec room service 24 heures sur 24, super propre, bonne nourriture, wifi accessible partout même sur la plage ! Inconvénients : vous entendez les voitures de la route dans votre chambre et sur la plage, rien autour du resort, à environ 1,5 heure de l'aéroport, les divertissements nocturnes sont médiocres

Le terrain est propre et bien entretenu, notre chambre était propre, la nourriture était bonne. La plage était bien, mais il y avait trop de monde. Et oui, il faut se lever avant 6h du matin pour avoir une place près de l'eau sur la plage.

Clean resort The grounds are kept clean and nicely groomed, our room was clean, food was good. Beach was good other then over crowded. And yes u need to kept up before 6am to get a spot close to the water on the beach.

Besoin de travail salles de bains publiques toujours cassé. Ne pouvait pas obtenir alacarte réservations tous pleins dès la première nuit que nous sommes arrivés et a été dit itâ €™s saison occupée. Payé pour le service de majordome jamais vu ! Nous avons appelé et il n'est jamais venu était très décevant.

Not up to parr Needs work public bathrooms always broken. Could not get alacarte reservations all full from the first night we got there and was told it’s busy season. Paid for butler service never saw him! We called and he never came was very disappointing.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps !

Très bonne nourriture, belle plage, excellent service, très beau complexe. À notre arrivée, nous avons été un peu déçus par la distance à parcourir entre notre chambre (villa 27) et le hall, la salle à manger et la plage. Mais nous avons rapidement apprécié la marche grâce à l'incroyable sélection de nourriture. Nous avons apprécié de marcher sur la plage... magnifique et de nager dans l'océan. Une semaine extraordinaire... 10 jours auraient été parfaits. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Wished we had stayed longer! Great food, beautiful beach, excellent service, very nice resort. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed with the walk from room (villa 27) to lobby, dining room and beach. But we quickly appreaciated the walk with the amazing food selection. We enjoyed walking the beach... beautiful and swimming in the ocean. Just an amazing week... 10 days would have been perfect. Looking forward to going back.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Grand centre de villégiature

Le complexe et le terrain sont magnifiques. Le personnel est extraordinaire, on nous avait dit que les gens de Punts Cana n'étaient pas aussi sympathiques, mais nous ne sommes pas du même avis. La nourriture est excellente mais les buffets pourraient être plus chauds. Al a cartes fantastique surtout le mikado (japonais). Le wifi gratuit est sporadique et pourrait être plus facile à utiliser. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre coffre-fort qui n'était pas toujours facile d'accès. Nos chambres ét [... lire plus]aient bien rangées mais ils pourraient être plus attentifs à donner du savon etc, et nous avons eu un problème avec les serviettes un soir qui a été réglé. Les divertissements étaient bons, en particulier le spectacle de cirque. Les insectes étaient également un problème, nous sommes rentrés à la maison avec de nombreuses piqûres. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très beau complexe hôtelier.

Great resort The resort and grounds are beautiful. Staff are amazing, we had been told that people in punts cana were not as friendly but we beg to differ. The food is great but the Buffett food could be hotter. Al a cartes fantastic especially the mikado(Japanese). The free wifi is sporadic and could be easier to use. We did have an issue with our safe not easy at times to get into. Our rooms were tidied but they could be more conscious of giving soaps etc, and we had an issue with towels one evening which was taken care of. Entertainment was good especially the circus show was over and above. Bugs were an issue as well, came home with many bites. All and all though very nice resort.

Le parc de l'hôtel est magnifique. Le majordome était introuvable. La nourriture était correcte. Il est très difficile de faire des réservations pour le dîner. Le personnel devrait avoir une meilleure connaissance de la langue anglaise. L'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové.

Ok resort The grounds on the hotel are lovely. The butler was no where to be found. The food was ok. Very challenging to make dinner reservations. The staff should have more knowledge of the English language. The resort needs upgrading.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

Le centre de villégiature était plus que ce que nous aurions pu imaginer et nous avons été ravis de tout ! Le personnel était merveilleux et ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour nous. La nourriture était excellente et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la paix et la tranquillité de Sian Ka'an. La végétation luxuriante était inattendue et nous avons particulièrement aimé le terrain de golf et la faune qui était présente partout.

Fantastic resort The resort was more than we could have imagined and we were thrilled with everything! The staff was wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. The food was great and we especially liked the peace and quiet of Sian Ka'an. The lush vegetation was unexpected and we especially loved the golf course and wildlife which was evident everywhere.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Bon centre de villégiature

Le complexe lui-même est magnifique et assez grand. Une bonne variété d'activités est proposée tout au long de la journée. C'est un endroit idéal pour venir en famille. La plage est pratiquement impossible à utiliser à cause du problème des gens qui gardent les chaises, mais les multiples piscines compensent ce manque. La nourriture au buffet est correcte, les plats à la carte sont excellents.

Good Resort The resort itself is beautiful and quite large. Good variety of activities happening throughout the day. Great place to come with a family. The beach is pretty much impossible to use with the issue of people saving chairs however the multiple pools make up for it. Food at buffet is okay, a la cartes are great.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Nous ne dirons jamais assez de bien de ce complexe. C'est le plus beau, le plus luxuriant et le plus magnifique des complexes hôteliers. Notre chambre était magnifique et donnait sur l'océan. La nourriture était délicieuse, du snack bar au buffet en passant par les restaurants à la carte (japonais et italien). Les piscines étaient si grandes - les barmans du bar de la piscine étaient drôles et géniaux. Tout le personnel jamaïcain, y compris les sauveteurs, était très sympathique. Amazing Resort We can't say enough about this Resort. The most beautiful, lush, gorgeous Resort ever. Our room was stunning overlooking the ocean. The food was delicious - everything from the snack bar to the buffet to the a la carte restaurants (japanese and italian). The pools were so big - the bar pool bartenders were funny and great. All the Jamaican staff, including the lifeguards were super friendly. We can't wait to go back to Jamaica and this Resort. 5 Stars All the Way!!

Beautiful resort ! The resort was a beautiful place to stay. You really need a map to navigate their Huge property. The rooms were decent, but a few things, like the fridge and tv didn’t really work that often. The food was great and plentiful. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars

C'est la troisième Bahia où je vais et de loin la pire. Les services ont été terribles le premier jour, la télévision et l'air conditionné ne fonctionnaient pas. Le deuxième jour, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. J'ai appelé trois fois pour que quelqu'un vienne réparer. Cela leur a pris trois heures et j'ai appelé pour la dernière fois en leur criant dessus parce qu'ils n'arrêtaient pas de me mentir en me disant que quelqu'un était en route

Not good at all for a Grand Bahia This is the third Bahia i have went to and by far the worse . services was terrible day one TV and Air con not working day 2 no hot water called 3 times to get some one to come fix it took them 3 hours and my last call yelling at them because they kept lying to me saying someone is on there way Power goes out every day at least twice .Food was same every day no change . will never go back and will tell everyone i know never to go there

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Belle station balnéaire, personnel formidable

La chambre était confortable et grande. Le complexe est assez grand mais je n'ai pas trouvé qu'il était trop difficile de se déplacer. Je n'ai pas utilisé la piscine, je n'aime pas la musique forte. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème pour trouver une chaise de plage, ce qui est important pour moi. La plage comporte quelques zones rocheuses, mais on peut les contourner. Les restaurants à la carte étaient bons. Il y avait toujours quelque chose de bon à manger au buffet. Le personnel du restaurant buff [... lire plus]et est très sympathique. Un peu loin de l'aéroport.

Nice Resort, Great Staff The room was comfortable and large. The resort is quite large but I didn't find it overly hard to get around. I did not use the pool, don't like loud music. Never had a problem finding a beach chair which is important to me. The beach has some rocky areas, but you can navigate around them. A La Carte restaurants were good. Buffet always had something good to eat. Staff at the buffet restaurant are very friendly. A little far from the airport.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Un lieu de villégiature agréable

Nous avons apprécié ce complexe, le personnel est sympathique et la nourriture est excellente. Nous avons également apprécié l'utilisation du centre de villégiature de Tulum. Les animations nocturnes étaient bonnes. Si nous devions séjourner à nouveau, nous préférerions certainement être plus près de la plage et nous séjournerions à Tulum.

Enjoyable resort We enjoyed this resort, friendly staff and the food was great. Enjoyed using the Tulum resort as well. Nightly entertainment was good. If we were to stay again we would definitely prefer to be closer to the beach and would stay at Tulum.

Fabulous first time Arriving at my first ever resort, this place took my breath away and had the most beautiful scenery and artwork. The views are almost as good as the food and fun! Amazing service as a gold bracelet guest! We cannot wait to return with friends

Bahia Principe Explore Turquesa: Ne vaut pas la peine.....

Tout d'abord, avant de partir, j'ai lu les critiques et j'ai vu les mêmes plaintes, mais je me suis dit qu'on ne pouvait pas plaire à tout le monde. Nous avons voyagé du 21 au 28 mars. Deux adultes et un enfant d'un an et demi. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, on nous a dit que lorsque notre chambre serait prête à 15 heures, nos bagages seraient déposés dans notre chambre. A 15h47, j'ai dû me rendre à la réception, et c'est à ce moment là qu'ils ont appelé quelqu'un pour les déposer. La c [... lire plus]hambre qui nous a été attribuée était très mauvaise. La chambre était très démodée. Les chaînes de télévision ne fonctionnaient pas correctement. Les lits étaient durs comme une planche, et chaque fois que vous vous asseyez ou que vous vous allongez, le ressort du lit fait du bruit, comme si le lit tombait en morceaux. La chambre avait une odeur de moisi et beaucoup de lapin de poussière. Nous avons appelé la réception pour nous plaindre et ils nous ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chambres disponibles avant demain à 15 heures. Nous sommes le 22 mars. Ils nous ont transféré dans une autre chambre à la villa 48. L'autre chambre était bien meilleure mais il y avait des cafards à l'intérieur. J'ai remarqué le premier le 24 mars. Nous n'avons pas fait d'histoires parce qu'il n'y en avait qu'un. Le 26 mars, nous avons commencé à en voir d'autres, et à ce moment-là, nous en avons eu assez. Je voulais juste retourner à Toronto. La sélection de nourriture était la même chaque jour et nous parlons du petit-déjeuner, du déjeuner et du dîner. La nourriture était froide. Quand on vous sert du thé ou du chocolat chaud, l'eau est tiède et non chaude. Nous ne retournerons jamais dans cet hôtel même si le voyage est gratuit.

Not worth it..... First of all, before I went I read the reviews and saw the same complaint, but I thought you just cant please everyone. We travelled march 21th to 28th. Two adults and one child 1 1/2 age old. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that when our room is ready at 3pm, our luggage will be dropped off at our room. At 3:47pm I had to go to the front desk, and that's when they called someone to drop it off. The room that we were assigned to was so bad. The room was very outdated. The tv channels was not working properly. The beds were so hard like a board, and every time you sit or lie down the spring of the bed makes noise as if the bed is falling apart. The room had a moldy smell, and Lots of dust bunny. We called the front desk to complain and they told us that they're no rooms available until tomorrow at 3pm. Which is March 22nd. They transfer us to another room at villa 48. The other room was alot better but there was cock roaches inside. I noticed the first one on March 24th. We didn't fuss because it was only one. On March 26 we start seeing more, and at that point we got fed up. I just want to fly back to Toronto. The food selection was the same every day and we are talking about breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was cold. When you get tea or hot coco the water is warm not hot. We will never go back to this resort / hotel even if the trip is free.

Je reviens de GHP Jamaïque, la nourriture était excellente, le service était bon, la chambre et le terrain étaient très propres et soignés. La plage était géniale. Nous sommes allés à Dunn's falls, un endroit à voir absolument. Très grand complexe mais assez d'espace pour trouver un endroit tranquille. Nous reviendrons certainement. fantastic resort Just returned from GHP Jamaica, the food was amazing, service was good, room and grounds were very clean and meticulous. The beach was awesome. Went to Dunn's falls a must see. Very big resort but enough space to find a quiet spot. Will definitely return. Thanks Laura for the recommendation.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: AMOUR Le GRAND BAHIA PRINCIPE PUNTA CANA

C'était notre deuxième année au Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana et nous adorons ce complexe. Le terrain est impeccable, les chambres spacieuses et propres, les piscines sont magnifiques et la plage est notre préférée parmi toutes celles que nous avons visitées. La nourriture est excellente, tant au buffet qu'à la carte, et les boissons sont bonnes. Le personnel travaille très dur et est sympathique.

LOVE The GRAND BAHIA PRINCIPE PUNTA CANA This was our second year at the Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana and we love this resort. The grounds are immaculate, the rooms spacious and clean, the pools are beautiful and the beach is our favourite of anywhere we have been. The food is great at both the buffet and the ala cartes and the drinks are good. The staff work very hard and are friendly.

Nous avons séjourné à l'Esmeralda, qui fait partie de ce complexe, il y a trois ans, et nous pensions avoir eu une si bonne expérience que nous y retournerions. Eh bien, beaucoup de choses ont changé. Ce n'est plus la station 4,5 étoiles pittoresque et étonnante que nous connaissions. Aujourd'hui, c'est une vaste entreprise désorganisée et impersonnelle qui cherche à s'emparer de l'argent et qui n'est qu'un 3 étoiles au mieux. Les alcools sont en dessous de la moyenne et les marques supérieure [... lire plus]s sont payantes, ce qui n'est pas le cas de la formule tout compris. Les chambres de l'Aquamarine sont datées, mais propres. Le réfrigérateur de notre bar n'était pas rempli tous les jours, et à moins que nous ayons laissé un pourboire, aucune demande n'a été satisfaite, et un appel à la réception a dû être fait. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas extraordinaire, on y trouve des œufs, des omelettes, des fruits, etc. Le déjeuner est le même, et les choix sont les mêmes tous les jours. Il existe de nombreuses règles concernant l'accès à l'hôtel en fonction de l'endroit où l'on séjourne. Vous devez marcher jusqu'au buffet sale, près de la plage, et manger la même nourriture, mais il s'agit d'un barbecue mais la viande nage dans un bouillon, et vous ne pouvez pas accéder à la piscine juste à côté de la plage, encore une fois seulement pour les clients d'Ambar. C'est à 10 minutes à pied des bâtiments de l'Aquamarine, ou à bord d'un trolley. Ce n'est pas très grave, mais si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, cela peut être un défi. Il y a une piscine pour l'aquamarine, mais nous aimons commencer à la plage et nous asseoir au bord de la piscine à la fin de la journée, mais il faut d'abord marcher jusqu'à notre piscine et sous la pluie ou la chaleur, ce n'est pas amusant. Pas de majordome ou de personne pour offrir des extras, comme à l'Esmeralda. Nous n'avons jamais assisté aux spectacles du théâtre principal, nous nous sommes contentés de nous asseoir dans le hall pour les divertissements d'après dîner, le service de bar s'arrêtant à 23 heures. Le restaurant français MEAT al la Cartes était bon, le restaurant dominicain épouvantable. Nous avons mangé là et avant d'avoir fini notre repas, ils ont commencé à démonter les tables et à nettoyer autour de nous, nous avions la seule place disponible pour 21h15, mais elle était vide quand nous sommes arrivés, pas de dessert car ils l'ont emporté, et nous avons eu l'impression de ne même pas avoir reçu le service adéquat. Nous avons fait part de nos préoccupations au serveur, mais tout ce qu'il a dit, c'est merci, il n'a pas compris à quel point c'était impoli. Nous n'y retournerons pas, c'est devenu un grand centre de villégiature avec peu de service et je ne pense vraiment pas qu'ils se soucient que vous veniez ou non.

We stayed at the Esmeralda, part of this resort 3 years ago, and thought we had such a good experience we would go again. Well a lot has changed. Not the quaint, amazing 4.5 star resort that we knew. Now it is a huge unorganized, impersonable money grab and a 3star at best. Liquor is sub par, and any upgraded brands come at a charge, so much for all inclusive. Rooms in the Aquamarine are dated, but clean. Our bar fridge was not stocked everyday fully, and unless we left a tip, not would any requests be filled, and a call to desk needed to be done. The buffet for breakfast is not stellar, you can get the eggs, omelets, fruit etc. The lunch is the same, and choices are the same everyday. There are many rules what you can access depending on where you stay. A bbq cart right by beach is not for you unless you have a Ambar bracelet, you have to walk to the dirty buffet, by the beach, and eat the same food, but it bbq but meat swimming in broth,and you cannot access the pool right by the beach, again only for the Ambar guests. It is a 10 min walk, from aquamarine buildings, or a trolley ride. Not a big deal, but if you have mobility issues could b a challenge. There is a pool for aquamarine, but we like to start at beach and sit by pool at end of day, but first have to walk back to our pool and in the rain or heat was not fun. No butler or anyone to offer any extras, like at the Esmeralda. We never went to any of shows at main theatre, just sat in our lobby for after dinner entertainment, bar service stops at 11 pm. The French, MEAT al la Cartes were good, the Dominican aweful. We ate there and before we were done our meal, they started dismantling the tables and cleaning around us, we had the only available sitting for 915pm, but it was empty when we arrived, no dessert as they took it away, and we felt like we didn’t even receive the proper service. We did voice our concerns to the waiter but all he said was thank you, he didn’t understand how rude it was. We won’t go back, it has become a big resort with little service and I really don’t think they care if you come or not.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Le luxueux Bahia Principe Bouganville est un véritable bijou près de La Romana, en République dominicaine !

Nous avons été très impressionnés par les jardins, les promenades et les piscines du complexe et du complexe Bahia Principe voisin auquel nous avions accès. L'un des nombreux restaurants de qualité, le Don Pablo, qui sert une cuisine française, était notre préféré.

The Luxury Bahia Principe Bouganville is a jewel of a resort near La Romana in the Dominican Republic! We were very impressed by the gardens, walks and pools across the resort and its neighbouring Bahia Principe resort to which we had access. One of the many fine restaurants was the Don Pablo serving French cuisine, which was our favourite.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec quelques problèmes

Le complexe est immense, ce dont nous étions conscients en arrivant. Ce complexe n'offre pas le même type de service que celui que nous avons reçu par le passé en Jamaïque. Ils sont lents, ont manqué de bière et de glace à plusieurs reprises au bar de la plage. Il n'y a qu'une toilette pour les femmes et une pour les hommes sur la plage, ce qui occasionne de longues files d'attente. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'abri du froid, mais nous ne reviendrons probablement pas dan [... lire plus]s ce complexe.

Enjoyed our stay with a few hiccups The resort is huge, which we were aware of coming in. This resort does not offer the same type of service we’ve received in the past in Jamaica. They are slow, ran out of beer and ice on a few occasions at the beach bar. There is only one ladies toilet and one men’s on the beach which made for long lineups. Overall we enjoyed our time away from the cold, but probably won’t return to this resort.
