Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Grandes vacances au Grand Muthu

Très bon moment au Grand Muthu resort lors de vacances en famille à la fin du mois de juillet 2019. La réception avant (Surely) était très rapide et a accommodé nos demandes rapidement, en particulier le changement de chambre pour ma mère du 3ème étage au 2ème étage. L'hôtel est magnifique, les membres du personnel sont très sympathiques. Le personnel d'animation, en particulier les jumeaux, était très énergique et agréable à côtoyer ; les spectacles nocturnes étaient tout à fait étonnants, je l [... lire plus]es ai vraiment appréciés. La plage et l'eau étaient belles et sûres.

Great vacation at Grand Muthu Great time at Grand Muthu resort on a family vacation at end of July, 2019. Front reception (Surely) was very quick and accommodated our requests promptly especially the room change for my mom from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor. The hotel is beautiful, staff members are very friendly. The entertainment staff, especially the twins were very energetic and fun to be around; the nightly shows were quite amazing, really enjoyed them. The beach and the water were beautiful and safe.

Melia Costa Rey: De bons moments au Pullman Cayo Coco

C'était notre deuxième séjour au Pullman Cayo Coco et nous l'avons adoré. Rénovation et élargissement des services depuis l'ouragan Irma. Le personnel de service est très bon et courtois dans la section des adultes de la Collection. La nourriture était très bonne et le choix aussi. La plage, l'océan et les environs de l'hôtel sont magnifiques, combinés à un trajet de 15 minutes de l'aéroport. J'y retournerais certainement et je le recommanderais à mes amis pour des vacances faciles

Great times at Pullman Cayo Coco This was our second time around at Pullman Cayo Coco and we loved it. Renovated and expanded services since hurricane Irma. Very good and curteous service staff in the Collection adult section. Food was very good and selection also. Beach ocean and hotel surroundings are beautiful combined to a 15 minute drive from airport. Would definitely go back and recommend to Friends for easy going vacation

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Deuxième séjour

Nous avons voyagé dans un groupe de sept personnes (dont 2 seniors et 2 enfants) la semaine du 29 juillet. L'expérience globale a été bonne. Nous savions en quelque sorte à quoi nous attendre de la station puisque c'était notre deuxième séjour (le premier en avril 2018)... cette fois-ci cependant, il y a eu peu de contretemps. Le mauvais : - pas de serviettes de plage dans la chambre - nous en avons eu 3 sur 4 après la troisième demande (si vous rencontrez des problèmes, adressez-vous directeme [... lire plus]nt à la réception, les demandes par téléphone sont ignorées). - un cafard dans la salle de bain de l'une de nos chambres nous a accueillis le premier jour. Nous nous en sommes débarrassés nous-mêmes, mais nous avons laissé la lumière allumée 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 dans la salle de bains, car apparemment ils aiment sortir quand il fait sombre. - pas d'eau chaude ou même tiède pendant les deux premiers jours, après cela aucun problème. - gros problème avec les fourmis ! dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre. Notre femme de ménage a dû mettre une couverture sur le sol un jour, puis sur le lit, car il y en avait beaucoup dans la couverture et le lit. Une fois de plus, nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls. - en général, le personnel de l'hôtel est très amical et accommodant. Malheureusement, je ne peux pas en dire autant de notre femme de ménage ou du personnel de la réception. Quelqu'un les a mis au travail pour les punir, je ne vois pas d'autre explication. - les mouches dans le buffet ! je ne sais pas s'il y a quelque chose à faire à ce sujet... ? - pas de farine (pain, crêpes, pizza) sur le resort pendant 4 des 7 jours de notre séjour. Je pense que ce n'est pas vraiment un problème de l'hôtel, mais j'ai pensé le mentionner car cela pourrait être un problème pour certains. Le BON : - LA PLAGE ! Cette plage est tout ce pour quoi nous voyageons à Cuba. troisième fois à Cayo Coco, deuxième fois dans ce centre de villégiature. Nous y retournerions juste pour la plage :) - très bonne animation nocturne / spectacles. Je ne peux pas dire grand chose sur le personnel de la piscine car nous y passons peu de temps et seulement le soir. - la piscine était propre - pas de problème avec la climatisation dans nos chambres - la nourriture et les boissons étaient bonnes - il est intéressant de noter que les serveurs masculins étaient formidables, alors que 90% des serveuses n'aimaient apparemment pas leur travail. Désolé mesdames. L'hôtel a besoin d'être amélioré au niveau de la gestion, mais dans l'ensemble, les vacances ont été excellentes. Solide 4*

Second Stay We traveled in a group of seven people (incl 2 seniors and 2 kids) the week of July 29th. The overall experience was good. We kind of knew what to expect of the resort as this was our second stay (1st in April of 2018)... this time however, there were few hiccups. The bad: - no beach towels in the room - got 3 out of 4 after the third request (if you run into any issues, go straight to the front desk, phone requests get ignored). - cockroach in a bathroom in one of our rooms welcomed us on the first day. Got rid of it by ourselves, but left light on 24/7 in a bathroom as apparently they like to come out when it's dark. - no hot or even warm water for the first two days, after that no problem whatsoever. - big problem with ants! in the bathroom and room. Our cleaning lady had to put a blanket one day on the floor and then back on the bed as we had plenty of then in the blanket and bed. Once again, had to take care of things by ourselves. - in general staff in the resort is very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I can not say same about our cleaning lady or the staff at the front desk. Someone put them on the job as a punishment, can't think of any other explanation. - flies in the buffet! not sure if there is anything that could be done about it though...? - no flour (bread, pancakes, pizza) on the resort for 4 out of 7 days of our stay. Not exactly a resort issue I guess, thought I would mention as this might be an issue for some. The GOOD: - BEACH! This beach is everything we travel to Cuba for. 3rd time to Cayo Coco, 2nd in this resort. Would go back again just for the beach :) - very good night entertainment / shows. Can't say much about pool staff as we spend minimum time there and only in the evening. - pool was clean - no problem with AC in our rooms - food and drinks were fine - interestingly, male waitresses were awesome, 90% of female waitresses apparently did not like their jobs. Sorry ladies. The resort definitely needs some improvement in management but overall great vacation. Solid 4*

Gran Muthu Imperial: Des vacances parfaites

Mon mari et moi avons eu le plaisir de séjourner au Gran Muthu Imperial du 26 juillet au 2 août et avons apprécié chaque minute. L'hôtel est magnifique, très moderne et haut de gamme. Le hall d'entrée offre beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et profiter de l'environnement. Le terrain et les chambres sont impeccables. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur l'océan, dont Mariliene s'occupait tous les jours. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Nous ne pouvons pas  [... lire plus]en dire assez sur le personnel avec lequel nous avons eu des contacts. Tout le monde était amical et prompt à demander comment nous allions et si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Il est évident qu'ils ont reçu une excellente formation et cela se voit dans leur professionnalisme et leur attention. Chaque jour, nous nous sommes assis au buffet et Lisandra et Yanet nous ont accueillis dès le début avec le sourire et une gentillesse sincère. Les piscines sont magnifiques, en particulier la piscine à débordement qui donne sur l'océan. Nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps à nous détendre et à profiter du service du bar de la piscine avec Jennifer et "Y" (je ne me souviens pas de l'orthographe de son nom) qui étaient drôles et toujours accueillants. Nous avons trouvé qu'il y avait toujours un bon choix de nourriture au buffet et nous avons toujours trouvé quelque chose de bon à manger. L'attention portée aux détails est excellente. Nous avons également mangé au restaurant chinois et au restaurant international et avons apprécié une bonne variété de plats présentés de manière professionnelle et de bon goût. Dans l'ensemble, nos vacances ont été exactement ce que nous recherchions. Nous nous sommes détendus, nous n'avons pas subi de stress et nous avons bénéficié d'un excellent service. Le complexe a répondu à nos attentes et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci d'avoir rendu notre séjour si spécial.

Perfect vacation My husband and I had the pleasure of stay at Gran Muthu Imperial from July 26 - Aug 2 and enjoyed every minute. The hotel is beautiful, very modern and upscale. The lobby provided so much space to relax and just enjoy the surroundings. The grounds and rooms are kept immaculate. We were upgraded to an ocean view room which was tended to every day by Mariliene. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We can't say enough about the staff we interacted with. Everyone was friendly and quick to ask how we were and if we needed anything. It's clearly obvious that they have received excellent training and it shows in their professionalism and attentiveness. Each day we sat in the buffet and were attended to by Lisandra and Yanet who greeted us from the beginning with smiles and genuine kindness. The pools are beautiful, especially the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. We spent a lot of our time there just relaxing and enjoying the pool bar service with Jennifer and 'Y' (can't recall how to spell his name) who were funny and always welcoming. We found there was always a good selection of food in the buffet and always found something good to eat. The attention to detail is excellent. We also ate at the Chinese and International and enjoyed a good variety of professionally presented and tasteful dishes. Overall our vacation was exactly what we were looking for. Relaxing, stress free and with wonderful service. The resort met our expectations and we will definitely be back. Thanks for making our time away so special.

Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Hôtel et personnel extraordinaires au MGM à Cuba

Merci à tout le personnel du MGM. Notre famille a adoré faire partie de la famille MGM pendant notre séjour de 7 jours. Ce fut une expérience extraordinaire du moment où nous sommes arrivés le 25 juillet jusqu'au moment où nous sommes partis. Notre chambre 7115 était magnifique. Nous avons adoré toutes les personnes qui y travaillent. Mes enfants ont adoré Lendys, la dame blonde qui s'occupe des spectacles pour enfants tous les soirs à 20 heures. Les spectacles nocturnes sont incroyables et nous [... lire plus] avons adoré chacun d'entre eux. Des danseurs talentueux. Les artistes étaient tellement amusants. La nourriture était bonne. La chambre d'hôtel était bien. Jose Gomez est un animateur et un danseur extraordinaire (nos enfants l'ont adoré et j'ai aimé faire de la méditation et de la Zumba sur la plage avec Jose. Carlos Rodriguez qui s'occupe des animations et qui est aussi l'incroyable dauphin qui fait du bruit, vous êtes un homme si doux, si gentil et si drôle (nous aimons votre dévouement à votre travail et à l'hôtel Muthu). Nous devons dire que le MGM a les meilleurs divertissements, le meilleur spectacle de lumières au théâtre et le meilleur D.J. Daniel, le D.J. est si extraordinaire dans son travail. Ilen, Denise, Jose, Carlos Rodrigues, Daniela, Yaritza Pol, Ilian, Helen, Carlos au bar, Rafael au bar : un travail et un dévouement incroyables pour l'hôtel. Vous tous, et tous ceux que je n'ai pas mentionnés, avez fait de notre voyage en famille un souvenir inoubliable et une envie d'y retourner. Nous nous sommes fait beaucoup d'amis et j'ai adoré les spectacles et le fait d'en faire partie. Mes enfants ont tout aimé. Notre famille vous remercie. Nous sommes allés à la plage de Pilar, la plus belle plage. J'ai hâte de revenir. Le personnel et les responsables sur place veulent que tout le monde profite de son séjour, et si vous avez un problème, le personnel est là pour vous aider. Dans l'ensemble, nos vacances en famille ont été formidables.

Amazing hotel and staff at MGM in Cuba Thank you to all the staff at MGM. Our family adored being part of your MGM family for our 7 day stay. It was an amazing experience from the moment we arrived July 25 to the moment we left. Our room stay at room 7115 was beautiful. We loved every person that works there. My kids adored Lendys who is the blond lady who runs the kids entertainment every night at 8pm. The night shows are amazing and we loved each one. Talented dancers. Entertainers were so much fun. Food was good. Hotel room was good. Jose Gomez he is such an amazing entertainer and dancer (our kids adored him and I enjoyed doing meditation and Zumba on the beach with Jose. Carlos Rodriguez who does entertainment there and who is also the amazing dolphine making noise, you are such a sweet amazing kind and funny guy (we love your dedication to your work and at the Muthu Hotel). We have to say MGM has the best entertainment, lights show at the theatre and D.J. Daniel the D.J. Is so amazing at his work. Ilen., Denise, Jose, Carlos Rodrigues, Daniela, Yaritza Pol, ilian, Helen, Carlos at the bar, Rafael at the bar amazing work and dedication to the hotel. You all and all who I have not mentioned have made our family trip one to remember and wanting to go back to. We made many friends and I loved the shows and being part of the show. My kids loved everything. From our family thank you. We went to pilar beach most beautiful beach. I look forward to returning. Staff and managers on site want everyone to enjoy their stay, and if you have a concern staff are there to help. Overall our family vacation was amazing.

Hotel Playa Coco: Merveilleux endroit pour une escapade romantique ou familiale !

L'hôtel était magnifique et le personnel était très désireux de nous aider pour tout ce dont nous avions besoin, de l'arrivée au départ. Divertissements nocturnes avec des spectacles de danse et de la musique au bord de la piscine pendant la journée. La plage était spectaculaire !!! 10/10 Le sable était blanc et lisse et si propre. L'eau était si chaude et merveilleuse que nous avons adoré notre visite et la recommanderions sans hésiter â¤ï¸ Merci !

Wonderful place for a romantic or family getaway! The hotel was beautiful and staff were very eager to help us with everything we needed from arrival to departure. Entertained nightly with dance shows and music by the pool during the day. Beach was spectacular!!! 10/10 sand was smooth white and so clean. Water was so warm and wonderful we loved our visit and would definitely recommend it ❤️ Thank you!

Melia Cayo Coco: Réservé aux adultes ~ Détente

Cet hôtel était incroyable, le personnel se surpasse pour vous aider dans tous les domaines. Parce qu'ilâ €™s si petit, ils vous adressent même par le nom et vous donner des notes écrites à la main dans votre chambre. La nourriture n'était bonne qu'au buffet et au bord de mer. Le a la carted n'était pas bon en aucune façon, de petites portions à la nourriture trop cuite. La piscine était toujours claire. La plage était toujours propre et calme. L'équipe d'animation était vraiment bonne, il y en  [... lire plus]avait pour tous les goûts. Ce serait bien qu'il y ait de la musique au bord de la piscine. Les spectacles dans le hall d'entrée étaient très apaisants. La discothèque à l'étage était bien quand elle était ouverte. Il n'y avait pas d'insectes, mais beaucoup de crabes. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été très bonne.

Adults Only ~ Relaxing This hotel was amazing, the staff goes over and above to assist with all matters. Because it’s so small they even address you by name and give you hand written notes in your room. The food only in the Buffett and seaside were good. The a la carted were not good by any means, small portions to over cooked food. The swimming pool was always clear. The beach was always clean and calm. The entertainment team was really good, something for everyone. It would be nice if there was music at the poolside. The live entertainment in the lobby was really calming. The disco upstairs was good when it was open. There were no bugs, lots of crabs. Overall the experience was really good.

Gran Muthu Imperial: Voyage à Cuba juillet 2019

C'était notre cinquième voyage à Cuba, notre premier à Cayo Coco Le Gran Muthu Imperial est un complexe hôtelier plus récent (il a ouvert ses portes au début de l'année) et il est moderne et bien entretenu. Le complexe est plus grand, il faut donc se préparer à marcher un peu pour se rendre à certains endroits (la plage en particulier). Il y a des chariots qui circulent pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas faire de longues marches. Le temps était magnifique et très chaud, nous n'avons eu qu'un seul [... lire plus] jour de pluie qui a commencé en fin d'après-midi jusqu'au soir, mais cela a aidé à rafraîchir les choses, ce qui était agréable. Comme mentionné ci-dessus, la plage est un peu à pied et elle est aussi un peu plus petite. Nous pensons qu'elle sera plus grande une fois que les travaux de construction des complexes voisins seront terminés. Il y a aussi un peu de dénivellation entre le sable et l'eau, ce qui peut être difficile à manœuvrer pour certains. L'eau était bleue et belle, comme toujours à Cuba, et le sable était propre et bien entretenu. La nourriture était bonne et conforme aux attentes. Comme la plupart des gens le savent, la nourriture à Cuba n'est pas ce à quoi la plupart des Nord-Américains sont habitués, mais si vous n'êtes pas difficile et que vous partez en voyage en sachant à quoi vous attendre, vous n'aurez jamais faim. Nous avons mangé aux trois cartes proposées cette semaine-là (fruits de mer, international, wok chinois). Nous les avons toutes appréciées. Attention : il y a un code vestimentaire pour les cartes à la carte, alors préparez-vous ! Nous avons vu des gens se faire refouler... (hommes : pantalons, pas de sandales, pas de débardeurs, pas de shorts ; femmes : habillées/décontractées) J'ai payé pour le dîner de homard un soir (18 cuc) et il est accompagné d'une bouteille de vin. Vous pouvez choisir de le manger comme plat principal à la carte ou au buffet. Le prix en valait la peine, car la portion était ÉNORME (3 moitiés de homard, riz, salade cubaine et brochettes de bœuf). Je dirais que c'est suffisant pour deux, mais mon mari n'aime pas les fruits de mer et j'ai été complètement gavée rien qu'avec le homard ! Les piscines étaient incroyables et bien entretenues. Très belles piscines à débordement avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Il y a 2,5 piscines (l'une déborde sur une autre plus petite). Il y a une piscine qui est plus calme et une autre qui est plus active (musique, bar, activités avec l'équipe d'animation, etc.) Nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour trouver des chaises ou des parasols/auvents à la piscine ou sur la plage. De temps en temps, ils ont fait des churros à la fois à la plage et à la piscine. Ils étaient délicieux ! Nous ne savons pas s'ils en faisaient tous les jours ou non, mais nous n'avons jamais demandé. Au cours de notre semaine, nous en avons mangé trois fois. Les gens/travailleurs, comme TOUJOURS, ont été fantastiques. Ils sont toujours souriants et accueillants. Une mention spéciale pour Osmel (l'un des jardiniers) qui ne manquait jamais de venir nous trouver à la piscine tous les jours pour nous dire bonjour et discuter avec nous. Ce sont des petites choses comme ça qui égayent toujours notre voyage. Il faut aussi mentionner que les pourboires sont très utiles. Les employés (jardiniers, femmes de chambre, personnel du bar, animateurs, etc.) travaillent très dur pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Ils VOULENT que vous reveniez et veulent donc que vous profitiez de votre expérience. Nous prévoyons toujours un budget pour donner un pourboire chaque fois que nous le pouvons et nous le faisons généreusement. Nous trouvons qu'en donnant un pourboire, vous obtenez un traitement beaucoup plus spécial que lorsque vous ne le faites pas. Les chambres étaient belles et spacieuses (nous avons pris une chambre standard). La femme de chambre a toujours fait du bon travail tous les jours. Nous n'avons eu qu'un seul problème où nos toilettes ne voulaient pas tirer la chasse d'eau, mais nous avons prévenu la réception et ils l'ont réparé immédiatement sans autre problème. La chambre comprenait un coffre-fort sans frais supplémentaires et un réfrigérateur bien approvisionné. Autre chose à noter, nous avons été confrontés à des moustiques tout au long de notre séjour (à la fois la nuit et très tôt le matin). Nous étions préparés avec des post-mites et des OFF mais sans eux, le problème aurait été plus important. C'était la première fois dans nos nombreux voyages à Cuba que nous avons connu cela, donc nous ne sommes pas sûrs si c'était l'emplacement ? Mais soyez toujours prêts. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre voyage et Cuba ne manque jamais de nous faire revenir. Le peuple cubain, la culture et les belles plages en valent toujours la peine.

Cuba Trip July 2019 This was our 5th trip to Cuba, our first in Cayo Coco Gran Muthu Imperial being a newer resort (opening earlier this year) was modern and well cared for. The resort is larger, so be prepared for a little walking to get to certain areas (the beach in particular). They do have carts that go around for those who don’t wish to make the longer walks. The weather was beautiful and veryyy hot, we only had one rainy day that started late afternoon through to the evening but it helped cool things down which was nice. Like mentioned above, the beach is a bit of a walk and it is also a bit on the smaller side. We think it will be larger once the construction for the resorts going in next door are finished. There is a also a bit of a dip/drop off of the sand to get into the water, so might be challenging for some to maneuver. The water was blue and beautiful as it always is in Cuba and the sand was clean and well maintained. The food was good and as expected. As most people know, the food in Cuba isn’t what most from North America are accustomed too; but if you’re not a picky eater and go into the trip aware of what to expect you’ll never go hungry. We ate at all three a la cartes offered that week (seafood, international, China wok). We enjoyed all of them. Warning: there is a dress code for the a la cartes, so come prepared! We did see people get turned away... (men: pants, no sandals no tank tops no shorts; women: dressy/casual) I paid for the lobster dinner one night (18 cuc) and it comes with a bottle of wine. You can choose to have it as a main at an a la carte or at the buffet one night. It was well worth the price as the portion was HUGE (3 lobster halves, rice, Cuban salad and beef skewers). I would say enough for two, but my husband doesn’t like seafood so I was completely stuffed on just the lobster alone! The pools were amazing and well maintained. Very beautiful infinity pools with an awesome view of the ocean. They have 2.5 pools (one spills over into another smaller one). There is one pool that is quieter and one that’s more active (has music playing, the swim up bar, activities with the entertainment team etc) We never had any trouble finding chairs or umbrellas/awnings at the pool or on the beach. From time to time they made churros both at the beach and pool. They were delicious! We’re not sure if they did them every day or not, but we also never asked. In our week there we had them three times. The people/workers, as ALWAYS were fantastic. They are always smiling and welcoming. Special shout out to Osmel (one of the gardeners) who never failed to come find us at the pool every day to say hello and talk with us. It’s little things like that that always brighten our trip. Also should mention that tipping goes a long way. The workers (from gardeners, maids, bar staff, entertainers, etc) work really hard to make your trip pleasant. They WANT you to keep coming back and therefore want you to enjoy your experience. We always budget to tip whenever we can and we tip generously. We do find that by tipping you get a lot more special treatment than when you don’t. The rooms were nice and spacious (we got a standard room). The maid always did a great job every day. We only had one issue where our toilet wouldn’t flush, but we notified the front desk and they fixed it immediately with no further issues. The room included a safe at no extra charge and a well stocked fridge. Something else we should note, we did experience mosquitoes throughout our stay (both at night and very early morning). We came prepared with afterbite and OFF but without them it would have been more of an issue. This was the first time in our many trips to Cuba we’ve experienced this, so not sure if it was location? But always come prepared. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and Cuba never fails to keep us coming back. The Cuban people, culture and beautiful beaches will always make it worth it.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Iberostar daiquiri 4+

Ce complexe est magnifique, le terrain est très bien entretenu et la plage est à couper le souffle. Le personnel est très accueillant et s'occupe de tous les besoins. J'ai voyagé avec un enfant en bas âge et une personne à mobilité réduite et nous n'avons eu aucun problème. Club pour enfants, rampes d'accès, etc. Je recommande à 100% ce complexe pour les familles et les couples à la recherche d'une escapade tranquille !

This resort was beautiful , the grounds are very well kept and the beach is breathtaking . Staff are very welcoming and took care of every need . I traveled with a small child and a person with mobility issues and we had zero problems . Kids club , ramps etc . I would 100% recommend this resort for family's and couples looking for a mellow getaway !!

Hotel Camino del Mar: Grand centre de villégiature

J'y suis allée en juin pendant 12 jours et j'ai vécu une expérience formidable avec mon mari et des amis. Le meilleur service a été fourni par le directeur Carlos. J'ai souvent été à Cuba et je n'ai jamais rencontré un directeur qui se préoccupe autant de ses clients. Merci beaucoup pour ce moment inoubliable. Au plaisir de vous revoir.

Great resort I was there in June for 12 days and had a great experience with my husband and friends. The best service was from manager Carlos. Very nice and have Ben many times to Cuba and never met a manager who cares about the guests so much. Thank you so much for a great time. See you again.

Hotel Camino del Mar: Melia cayo Guillermo paradis sur terre

Cet hôtel a été bien plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Le terrain est magnifique. Ils sont luxuriants et pleins de verdure et la plage est absolument à couper le souffle. Melia cayo Guillermo paradise on earth This hotel was way more than we expected! The grounds are beautiful. They are lush and full of green and the beach is absolutely breath taking. The staff are amazing and make you feel so welcome! We loved the lobby bar there is entertainment nightly and the service was outstanding! We will be back for sure. !!! This is a five star for sure!

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Superbe petit centre de villégiature

Magnifique petit centre de villégiature. Très propre et très beau terrain. Les toilettes publiques sont exceptionnellement propres à tout moment de la journée. Nourriture étonnamment bonne, beaucoup de choix de poissons et de viandes pour le grill. Beaucoup de fruits, même mon mari est devenu accro à la mangue. Des gens gentils et chaleureux. Un endroit où l'on reviendra sans aucun doute.

Great little resort Beautiful little resort. Very clean with beautiful grounds. Public washrooms exceptionally clean at any time during the day. Food surprisingly good, lots of choices of fish and meat for the grill. Lots of fruit, even my husband got addicted to mango. Nice and warm people. Definitely a place to come back.

Melia Cayo Coco: Incroyable

Cet hôtel est notre nouveau favori à Cuba. Plage incroyable, avec de nombreux palapas pour se mettre à l'ombre. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de nous lever à l'aube pour réserver, car il y en avait assez pour tout le monde. Petite piscine, mais qui va dans une station balnéaire pour s'asseoir au bord d'une piscine ? La nourriture était parmi les meilleures que nous ayons mangées à Cuba. Nous avons trouvé tout le personnel au top.

Amazing We found this hotel to be our new favourite in Cuba. Incredible beach, with plenty of palapas to get shade. Did not need to be up at the crack of dawn to reserve as there were enough for everyone. Small pool, but who goes to a beach resort to sit by a pool? Food was some of the best we have eaten in Cuba. We found all the staff to be top notch.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Un centre de villégiature absolument génial !!!!

Cet hôtel était fantastique - parfait pour moi, assez facile à déplacer, car j'ai des problèmes de mobilité et j'ai besoin de quelque chose où je sais qu'il n'y aura pas beaucoup de marche à faire. C'était ma deuxième visite dans ce complexe, j'ai séjourné en 2017, avant l'ouragan - je peux vous dire qu'en tant que client récurrent cette fois-ci ...., j'ai été traité de manière spéciale et j'ai vraiment apprécié cela !!! Ma chambre était charmante, aucune plainte que ce soit - j'étais dans le  [... lire plus]bloc 22 et pas un seul problème du tout. Je suis arrivée tard dans la nuit, je n'ai donc pas pu voir la vue de mon balcon avant le matin, et j'ai failli pleurer - je donnais sur le lac, c'était absolument magnifique - j'ai profité de nombreux couchers de soleil depuis mon balcon. Le personnel est extraordinaire dans tout le complexe, une personne en particulier a rendu mes vacances inoubliables ! Ely dans le stand de serviettes, il propose également des animations et des activités tout au long de la journée à la piscine....n'oubliez pas de saluer Ely ! C'est le meilleur ! Il m'a fait rire toute la semaine, plus que je ne l'avais fait depuis longtemps... nous sommes devenus les meilleurs amis du monde et j'ai hâte d'y retourner bientôt. Je recommanderais ce complexe à tous ceux qui recherchent une belle plage, un personnel excellent, des chambres - ce complexe a tout pour plaire....c'est mon lieu de vacances préféré, c'est sûr !!! J'adore Memories Caribe Cayo Coco ! On se reverra à coup sûr !

Absolutely awesome resort!!!! This hotel was fantastic - perfect for me, easy enough to get around, as I have mobility issues & need something where I know there won't be alot of walking to do. This was my 2nd visit to this resort, I stayed in 2017, before the hurricane - I can tell you - as a repeat guest this time .... was I ever treated special & I truly appreciated that!! My room was lovely, no complaints whatsoever - I was in the 22 block & not a single issue at all. I arrived late at night, so was unable to see the view from my balcony until morning, at which point - I almost cried - I overlooked the lake, it was just absolutely gorgeous - I enjoyed many sunsets from my balcony. The staff is amazing throughout the entire resort, 1 person in particular made my vacation!! Ely in the towel booth, he also provides some entertainment & activities throughout the day at the pool....make sure to say hi to Ely! He is THE BEST EVER!! He made me laugh all week, more than I have in a long time..we are best of friends now & I look forward to going back again soon. I would recommend this resort to anybody looking for a beautiful beach, excellent staff, rooms - this resort has it all....this is MY go to vacation spot for sure!!! Love Memories Caribe Cayo Coco!! See you again for sure!!

Melia Costa Rey: De superbes vacances !

Nous avons séjourné au Pullman du 8 au 15 juillet. L'hôtel était propre, le personnel très sympathique, nous avons trouvé beaucoup de choses à manger, mais la meilleure partie était l'incroyable plage et l'océan. Beaucoup de cabanas et d'activités amusantes. Nous recommandons vivement ce centre de villégiature.

Great vacation! We went to The Pullman from July 8-15. It was clean, the staff super friendly, found lots to eat but the best part was the incredible beach and ocean. Lots of cabanas and fun activities. Highly recommend this resort.

La nourriture était excellente pour Cuba. Les repas étaient frais Le buffet proposait de nombreux choix de plats. Le service au salon était lent. J'ai eu l'impression qu'il n'y avait pas assez de personnel. Si vous cherchez un 5*, ce n'est pas l'endroit. J'ai été à Cuba plusieurs fois. Les chambres de cet hôtel étaient bonnes pour les standards cubains Le personnel de nettoyage était bon.

Good resort The food was great for Cuba. The meals were fresh The buffet had many food selections. The service at the lounge was slow. My impression was they weren't enough staff. If you are looking for a 5* this isnt the place. I have been to Cuba several times. The rooms in this hotel was good for Cuban standards The cleaning staff were good.

Gran Muthu Imperial: Gran muthu impérial

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Gran Muthu Imperial. Comme prévu, l'ensemble de l'hôtel était propre, frais et très bien entretenu puisqu'il n'a que 6 mois d'existence. Notre chambre avait une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan et nous avons adoré les piscines. Les piscines étaient très propres et nous avons remarqué que l'eau n'était pas trop chlorée, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous aimons les fruits frais qui sont toujours disponibles en abondance. Bravo aux barmans, merveilleux et énergique [... lire plus]s, qui nous servent toujours avec le sourire et savent comment préparer un cocktail parfait à chaque fois. La nourriture était très délicieuse, en particulier le grill et les pâtes fraîchement préparées selon vos goûts. Fantastique ! Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons certainement. Merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances.

Gran muthu imperial We enjoyed our stay Gran Muthu Imperial. As expected the entire hotel was clean,fresh and very well maintained since it's only 6 months old. Our room had a spectacular ocean view & we love the pools. The pools were kept very clean & we noticed that the water was not over chlorinated which is highly appreciated. Love the fresh fruits that is always available in abundance. Kudos to the wonderful & energetic bartenders, always service with a smile and they know how to whip up a perfect cocktail everytime. The food was very delicious, especially from the grill and the freshly made pasta according to your liking. Fantastic! If the opportunity arise, we will definitely return again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Grand centre de villégiature

Nouveau centre de villégiature avec des vues magnifiques et de belles piscines. De superbes activités dans la piscine et des jeux amusants. Merci à Ilean et au reste de l'équipe de divertissement pour ces bons moments. Je n'ai pas trop aimé la plage et certaines parties étaient malodorantes. Cependant, ce n'était qu'une petite partie, le reste était correct. J'y retournerais.

Great Resort New resort with grand views and beautiful pools. Great activities in pool and fun games. Thank you Ilean and rest of Entertainment staff for fun times. I did not like the beach too much and sections of it was smelly. However it was only a small section- rest was ok. Would go back again.

Gran Muthu Imperial: Grand voyage au Grand Muthu Imperial le 03 juillet

L'hôtel est magnifique, les services sont fantastiques et les employés de l'hôtel sont extraordinaires. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par de nombreux visages sympathiques. La piscine à débordement est magnifique, la nourriture est délicieuse et variée et les spectacles sont divertissants. Si vous venez à Cuba, c'est l'hôtel qu'il vous faut. Il y a des plages à gauche et à droite de l'hôtel (certaines parties rocheuses, donc prévoir des chaussures d'eau).

Great trip to Grand Muthu Imperial on Jul 03 The hotel is beautiful, the services fantastic and the hotel workers are amazing. From the first moment getting there we were met by many friendly faces. The infinity pool was amazing, the food was delicious with many varieties and the shows were entertaining. If you come to Cuba this hotel is the one. There are beaches on the left and right of the hotel (some rocky parts so bring water shoes).

Un nouveau centre de villégiature magnifique qui connaît quelques difficultés de croissance. Le BON : - la vue sur l'océan était à couper le souffle, la piscine et les options à la carte étaient incroyables. La nourriture était très bonne dans les restaurants (il faut absolument essayer le restaurant indien) et le personnel très sympathique -Les MAUVAIS : - La plage n'était pas aussi bonne que celle de certains complexes hôteliers. Elle est coupante, caillouteuse et certaines parties n'ont p [... lire plus]as été nettoyées - une de mes chambres avait la climatisation cassée et n'a pas été réparée jusqu'au dernier jour avant de partir, le buffet n'a pas assez d'options si vous ne mangez pas de viande - défis technologiques : les cartes de chambre fonctionnaient mal et devaient être remplacées plusieurs fois, les chambres avaient des commandes numériques de climatisation difficiles à comprendre, les téléphones de chambre ne fonctionnaient pas Dans l'ensemble - j'y retournerais sans aucun doute. L'un des plus beaux complexes hôteliers avec une vue et des piscines incroyables. Gérer les attentes sur les options de buffet si végétarien et où la technologie est utilisée ilâ €™ un peu de nuisance.

Great Potential- missed on few areas Beautiful new resort that is going through some growing pains. The GOOD: - ocean view was breathtaking, Amazing pool and a la-carte options. food was very good at restaurants (must try the Indian Restaurant) and staff very friendly -The BAD: - Beach was not as good as some developed resorts. Sharp, Stoney and parts had weeds not cleaned - one of my rooms had the AC broken and was not fixed till last day before leaving, buffet does not have enough options if you don’t eat meat - technology challenges: room cards malfunctioned and needed multiple replacement, rooms had digital AC controls difficult to figure out, room phones did not work Overall - would definitely go back. One of the most beautiful resort with amazing view and pools. Manage expectations on buffet options if vegetarian and where tech is used it’s a bit of a nuisance.
