Hotel Los Cactus: L'hôtel était dans l'ensemble très bien !

Le terrain était bien entretenu et propre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La nourriture était satisfaisante... il y avait beaucoup de nourriture à tout moment. Le service et les serveurs étaient toujours polis et serviables... très attentifs. La piscine était magnifique et bien sûr la plage était spectaculaire ! Propre ! Il y avait beaucoup d'activités quotidiennes...la journée Cuba...etc. Nous avons rencontré beaucoup de gens merveilleux. Notre chambre était propre. Le seul incon [... lire plus]vénient était que nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre. Nous nous sommes plaints à la réception qui nous a dit qu'elle enverrait un technicien mais n'a pas donné suite. Nous n'avons passé que trois nuits à l'hôtel et n'avons donc pas cherché à nous plaindre à nouveau. L'avant-dernier jour, la directrice a voulu nous changer de chambre, mais nous lui avons dit que c'était bon, que nous partions demain. Elle (Elizabeth) a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser rester jusqu'à 18h00 avant notre départ.

The hotel was overall very good! The grounds were kept well and clean inside and out. The food was satisfactory...plenty of food at all times. The service and waiters were always polite and helpful...very attentive. The pool was beautiful and of course the beach was spectacular!! Clean!! There were lots of daily activities...Cuba day..etc. We met a lot of wonderful people. oUR room was kept clean. The only downfall was that we DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER IN THE ROOM. We did complain at the front desk and she said she would send a technician but didn't follow through. We were there only 3 nights so we didn't persue too much to complain again. On our second last day the manager wanted to change our room but we said it's ok we are leaving tomorrow. She (Elizabeth) was kind enough to let us stay until 6:00pm before our departure.

Hotel Los Cactus: Une station absolument magnifique !

Les jardins étaient exquis ! La plage était plus qu'étonnante ! Un centre de villégiature très propre avec de nombreuses options amusantes. La nourriture était fantastique ! Et le personnel était super amical et accommodant !!! J'y retournerai absolument !

Absolutely beautiful resort!! The gardens were exquisite! The beach was beyond amazing! A very clean resort with so many fun options included. Food was fantastic! And the staff was super friendly and accommodating!!! Will absolutely go again!!

Hotel Los Cactus: Excellente station

Tout d'abord, le personnel était très serviable et amical, la nourriture était bonne et les chambres très propres. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont excellents, la plage est fabuleuse et l'accès à celle-ci est très pratique, à moins de 5 minutes à pied.

Excellent resort First of all the staff was very helpful and friendly, food was good the rooms are very clean. The resort amenities are excellent, beach is fabulous and the access to it is very convenient only less than 5 min walk.

Hotel Bella Costa: Bon hôtel, j'y retournerais

La nourriture est tout juste correcte. Vous trouvez ce que vous aimez et vous vous en tenez à ce que vous aimez pour la semaine. Étonnamment, nous avons beaucoup mangé ! Je pense que c'est dû à la mentalité "peut-être que je ne trouverai pas quelque chose que j'aime pour le prochain repas, alors je dois me rassasier maintenant". C'est peut-être aussi parce que nous attendions le personnel avec impatience. Comme tout le monde le dit, le personnel est INCROYABLE. Le meilleur personnel que j'ai con [... lire plus]nu dans mes voyages jusqu'à présent. Ils nous ont accueillis dès que nous avons franchi la porte, avec le sourire, ils se sont souvenus de ce que nous aimions ou n'aimions pas, ils nous ont gardé notre table préférée avec nos boissons préférées déjà préparées, ils ont répondu à tous nos besoins et nous ont fait nous sentir totalement détendus....exactement ce que nous voulions ressentir pendant nos vacances. =) L'hôtel lui-même est daté et le hall d'entrée a besoin d'être climatisé ou au moins d'avoir quelques ventilateurs qui soufflent ! Avec le bar principal dans le hall et le seul endroit pour le WIFI, nous transpirions à grosses gouttes rien qu'en nous asseyant là ! S'il vous plaît, mettez des ventilateurs ! !! Pour ceux qui lisent de mauvaises critiques sur cet hôtel, considérez ceci : Les chambres ont la climatisation alors que d'autres hôtels ne l'avaient pas. Le service est IMPECCABLE alors que dans d'autres hôtels, les clients devaient trouver leurs propres affaires, y compris les couverts ! Ils n'ont pas manqué d'alcool alors que le bar d'un autre hôtel en a manqué ! Je ne fais que répéter les conversations que j'ai eues avec d'autres voyageurs dans la navette vers l'aéroport à la fin de notre voyage. Nous avons comparé nos séjours à l'hôtel et nos expériences et je dois dire que j'ai trouvé mon expérience au Bella Costa bien meilleure que la leur !

Good Hotel, Would Go Back The food is just OK. You find what you like and stick with that for the week. Surprisingly though, we ate a lot lol! I think it had to do with the thought of "maybe I won't find something I like for the next meal so I have to fill up now" mentality. It could also be because we looked forward to the staff. The staff, like everyone says are AMAZING. The best staff I've experienced in my travels so far. They greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, welcomed us with a smile, they remembered our likes/dislikes, saved us our favorite table with our favorite drinks already set, they catered to our every need and made us feel totally relaxed....exactly what we wanted to feel on our vacation. =) The hotel itself IS dated and the lobby - NEEDS AIR CONDITIONING OR AT LEAST SOME FANS BLOWING! With the main bar in the lobby and the only place for WIFI, we were sweating buckets just sitting in there! Please put fans!!! For those who read bad reviews about this hotel consider this: The rooms have A/C while other hotels didn't. The service is IMPECCABLE while in other hotels, guests had to find their own things, including cutlery! They didn't run out of alcohol while another hotel bar did! I am only reiterating the conversations I had with other travellers on the shuttle bus to the airport at the end of our trip. We compared hotel stays and experience and I have to say, I thought my experience at Bella Costa was so much better than theirs!

Hotel Los Cactus: Magnifique complexe hôtelier et excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Ma fiancée et moi avons adoré ce centre de villégiature qui avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Une belle et grande chambre froide avec vue sur le parc, un buffet qui offrait des choix différents à chaque repas, un beau parc et un excellent service. L'attraction principale est la plage et l'océan et nous y avons passé presque toutes nos minutes de sommeil. C'est à couper le souffle. La plage est bien entretenue et il y a beaucoup de chaises longues et de lits couverts. L'eau est spectaculaire [... lire plus]. La piscine est correcte, je n'y ai sauté qu'une seule fois, rapidement, car qui a besoin d'une piscine avec un tel océan ? Nous ne buvons pas d'alcool, mais il y avait beaucoup de boissons non alcoolisées et le café est excellent. Le pain, les fruits, le poisson et les fruits de mer sont incroyables. Il faut juste éviter les produits qui ne sont pas originaires de Cuba (comme le bœuf) car ils doivent être importés et restent longtemps sur un bateau. A part cela, la nourriture est excellente. Pas de problème avec le service, si vous êtes gentil et amical et pas odieux, le personnel le sera aussi ! Les cubains sont des gens merveilleux. J'aime ce complexe parce qu'il est assez calme, il n'y a pas beaucoup de fêtes, juste des gens qui se détendent et qui profitent de leurs vacances. Nous avons passé un excellent moment, une semaine était trop courte, et je reviendrai certainement. Merci Breezes !

Beautiful Resort and Amazing Value! My fiancee and I loved this resort as it had everything we needed. Nice, large cold room with a view of the grounds, buffet that offered different choices every meal, beautiful grounds and great service. The main attraction is the beach and ocean and we spent almost every waking minute there. It is breathtaking. The beach is well taken care of and there are many lounges and covered beds to choose from. The water is spectacular. The pool is ok, I only jumped in it once quickly because who needs a pool with an ocean like that. We don't drink alcohol but there were plenty of non alcoholic drinks and the coffee is amazing. The bread, fruit, fish and seafood is incredible. Just don't things that aren't native to cuba (like beef) as it has to be imported and sits on a boat for a long time. Other than that the food is great. No problem with service, if you are nice and friendly and not obnoxious than the staff will be too! The cubans are wonderful people. I like this resort because it was pretty quiet, not a lot of partying, just people relaxing and enjoying their vacation. We had a wonderful time, a week was too short, and I will definitely be returning. Thanks Breezes!

Hotel Bella Costa: beau centre de villégiature

c'était un bel hôtel, la nourriture était correcte, le personnel était gentil, la plage était magnifique, l'eau était bonne. pour l'argent que nous avons payé, nous avons eu de superbes vacances. Je recommanderai cet hôtel aux familles avec enfants

nice resort was a nice hotel ,the food was ok ,the staff was nice ,the beach was amazing the water was great. for the money that we paid we get a great vacation. I will recommend this resort for family with kids

Sunscape Curacao Resort: L'ENDROIT IDÉAL POUR NOUS !

Mon mari et moi avons décidé "sur un coup de tête" de prendre les vacances Air Canada Ottawa-Curacao au début du mois de juin 2016. À un prix très avantageux. La principale raison pour laquelle nous sommes allés était la plongée sous-marine ; nous savons que Ocean Encounters est situé sur la propriété et qu'ils dirigent un excellent centre de plongée. Nous avons plongé 2 à 3 fois par jour. Nous n'avons pas utilisé beaucoup de services/utilités offerts par le complexe, à part prendre nos  [... lire plus]repas au restaurant principal - à une exception près. La nourriture était variée et très bonne. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait de pouvoir commander individuellement les pâtes et les omelettes aux différentes "stations". Le personnel était très amical et serviable - nous avons apprécié de rencontrer beaucoup d'entre eux et de parler avec eux. La chambre était grande et très propre ; le service en chambre était également très bon. Nous avons apprécié certains des divertissements proposés le soir. En particulier, nous avons aimé écouter Anthony Michael, le saxophoniste. Nous aimons sa musique et son chant. À notre avis, c'est un "trésor de l'île"

PERFECT PLACE FOR US! My husband and I decided "on the spur of the moment" to take the Air Canada Vacation Ottawa-Curacao at the beginning of June 2016. At a great price. The main reason we went was to Scuba Dive; we know that Ocean Encounters is located on the property and that they run a great Dive Centre. We dove 2-3 times every day. We did not use many of the services/utilities offered by the resort apart from having our meals at the main Restaurant - with one exception. The food was varied and very good. We particularly enjoyed that we could individually order the pasta and omelettes from the different "stations". The staff was very friendly and helpful - we enjoyed meeting many of them and speaking with them. The room as large and very clean; again the room service was very good. We enjoyed some of the entertainment at night. Specifically we loved to listen to Anthony Michael, the saxophone player. We love his music and his singing. In our opinion he is "an Island Treasure"

Memories Jibacoa: Petit coin de paradis

Nous nous rendons habituellement à Jibacoa deux fois par an pour nous reposer et nous détendre. Nous avons découvert cette destination en 2007 et ne pouvons nous empêcher d'y revenir chaque année. La plage est magnifique et offre de superbes possibilités de plongée avec masque et tuba. Le paysage de la plongée avec tuba est l'une des principales attractions pour ma femme. Nous aimons les terrains et la végétation qui entourent le complexe. On a l'impression d'être au milieu de nulle part, hors d [... lire plus]es sentiers battus. La taille du complexe est parfaite, il n'est pas trop grand et tout est accessible à pied. Le principal argument de vente qui nous incite à revenir au centre de villégiature est le personnel et sa gentillesse. Nous avons développé d'excellentes relations avec le personnel (Yoel, Nelson, Yaniel et Mike) pour n'en citer que quelques-uns. Nous avons l'impression que le personnel est si sincère et qu'il fait toujours une grande affaire lorsque nous revenons. Le personnel de la réception essaie toujours de répondre à nos demandes lorsque nous voyageons avec un groupe et Julie, la directrice, est très accessible si nous avons des inquiétudes. En avril dernier, nous avons amené deux autres couples au complexe pour la première fois et ils nous ont dit qu'ils reviendraient avec nous ! Ce complexe semble avoir toutes les qualités requises pour que les gens reviennent encore et encore. Nous y avons amené des amis qui reviendront aussi souvent que possible. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons adoré notre expérience au Memories Jibacoa et nous continuerons à y revenir. Si je devais émettre une critique, je pense que certaines chambres ont besoin d'être améliorées et que l'air conditionné dans certaines chambres doit être amélioré. C'est à peu près tout ! Little piece of paradise We usually travel to Jibacoa twice a year for rest and relaxation. We found this destination in 2007 and cannot help but come back every year. The beach is beautiful and offers great snorkelling. The snorkelling scenery is one of the big attractions for my wife. We love the grounds and vegitation surrounding the resort. It makes you feel as though you are in the middle of nowhere off the beaten path. The size of the resort is perfect as it is not too big and everwhere is accessible with a short walk. The biggest selling point for us coming back to the resort is the staff and their kindness. We have developed great relationships with the staff ( Yoel, Nelson, Yaniel and Mike) to name a few. There are so many others I could mention.We feel the staff are so genuine and always make a big deal when we return. The front desk staff always try to accomodate our requests it we are travelling with a group and Julie the manager is very approachable if we have concerns. This April we brought two other couples to the resort for the first time and they said they will be back with us again!!! This resort seems to all the right qualities to have people come back again and again. We have brought friends to the resort who will be coming back as often as possible. Anyway, we love our experience at Memories Jibacoa and will continue to return. If i were to offer any criticism, i believe some of the rooms require some upgrades and the air conditioning in some rooms improved. That`s about it!! Oh yeah, the Cerveza is great too! Memories Jibacoa: Station tranquille et agréable.

Dans l'ensemble, le complexe était agréable mais très calme. En tant qu'hôtel réservé aux adultes, je m'attendais à ce qu'il soit plus calme que d'autres, mais nous nous sommes endormis au bord de la piscine à 10 heures du matin à cause de la musique douce. Le complexe est petit mais c'est une bonne chose. Tout est proche. La nourriture était meilleure que ce à quoi je m'attendais, en particulier les restaurants à la carte. La plupart du temps, le complexe était bien entretenu, à l'exception de  [... lire plus]la piscine qui a besoin de quelques réparations et d'un bon nettoyage. La plage était propre et sablonneuse, mais pas ce à quoi je m'attendais compte tenu des commentaires élogieux que j'avais entendus de la part d'autres personnes sur les plages cubaines. La proximité de l'hôtel avec La Havane permet de se rendre facilement en voiture (environ 40 minutes) dans la ville, ce qui vaut la peine d'être visité. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un bon moment.

Nice quiet resort. Overall the resort was nice but very quiet. As an adults only, I expected quieter than some but we were falling asleep by the pool at 10am due to the sedate music. The resort is small but that was a good thing. Everything is close. The food was better than I expected, especially the a la carte restaurants. For the most part the resort was well maintain except the pool does need some repairs and a good cleaning. The beach was clean and sandy but not what I had expected based on all the rave reviews I'd heard from others about Cuban beaches. The resorts proximity to Havana made for an easy drive (approx. 40 min) into town and was well worth the visit. Overall a good time.

Sunscape Curacao Resort: a obtenu plus qu'il n'a payé

Complexe très bien entretenu et propre. Excellents restaurants à thème, y compris le filet mignon au Bar and Grill. Alcools de marque au bar du hall. Le point fort de cet hôtel est son personnel bien formé, poli et attentif. Quelques problèmes mineurs, par exemple des carreaux manquants ou cassés dans la piscine principale.

got more than paid for Very well kept and clean resort. Excellent theme restaurants, including fillet mignon in the Bar and Grill. Brand name liquors in the lobby bar. The strongest point of this hotel are well trained, polite, and attentive staff. Some minor issues eg. missing/broken tiles in the main pool.

Breezes Bahamas: grande escapade

J'ai voyagé à Breezes pendant 5 jours en mai. J'ai voyagé seule et les gens de cette station sont incroyables ! Tout le monde était super amical et serviable. Je me suis blessée au pied lors d'une excursion en ville le premier jour de mon séjour et chaque membre du personnel qui m'a vue m'a offert son aide et s'est assuré que j'allais bien. Les chambres sont confortables, mais il serait préférable d'y ajouter des mini-réfrigérateurs pour plus de commodité. Je reviendrai à 100% dans c [... lire plus]e complexe.

great getaway I traveled to breezes for 5 days in May. I traveled by myself and the people in this resort are amazing! everyone was super friendly and helpful. I injured my foot on a trip into town the first day I was there and every staff member who saw me was offering help and making sure I was OK. The rooms are comfortable, however they would be better if they added mini fridges to the rooms for obvious convenience. I would 100% visit this resort again.

Memories Jibacoa: Excellente situation

C'était mon 7ème séjour dans ce complexe et j'y reviendrai encore et encore - c'est comme si je rentrais à la maison ! Le choix de nourriture n'est pas aussi bon qu'avant, mais vous n'aurez pas faim. Le personnel est formidable - un grand merci à Roger au bar de la plage ! Vous êtes le meilleur ! Les chambres sont propres mais ont besoin d'un peu de soin, les terrains sont spectaculaires. Le meilleur de tous est l'emplacement qui ne peut pas être battu - magnifique endroit calme et isolé, mais  [... lire plus]assez proche pour un court trajet en voiture à La Havane ou Varadero. Excellent Location This was my 7th stay at this resort and I will return again and again - it's like coming home! The selection of food was not as good as it used to be but you will not go hungry. The staff is amazing - shout out to Roger at the beach bar! Your the best! The rooms are clean but do need a little TLC, the grounds are spectacular. Best of all the location cannot be beat - beautiful quiet location secluded but close enough for short drive into Havana or Varadero. Hope to see you again next year!

Memories Jibacoa: Un lieu de villégiature idéal pour se ressourcer

Ce n'est plus un Breezes mais un Memories Resort. C'était idéal et cela a dépassé nos attentes. Apparemment, après avoir parlé à des clients réguliers, la nourriture et le terrain ont été positivement mis à jour depuis que Memories a pris le contrôle. Nous sommes allés faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba et c'était fabuleux. La plage est agréable pour se promener, mais il y a du corail et des pierres lorsque vous entrez dans l'eau, en raison d'un récif situé au large, à proximité. La nou [... lire plus]rriture était excellente, la chambre avec vue sur l'océan était superbe et le personnel était sympathique et arrangeant. Que demander de plus ? L'hôtel est également proche de La Havane, ce qui en fait une excursion d'une journée très intéressante.

A Great Tranquil Resort This is no longer a Breezes and is now a Memories Resort. It was ideal and exceeded our expectations. Apparently, after speaking to repeat clients, the food and grounds have been positively updated since Memories took over. We went for the snorkeling and it was fabulous. The beach is nice for walking along but, there is some coral and stones went you first enter the water - a result of an offshore reef close by. Food was great, ocean view room was super and staff was friendly and accommodating. What more could one ask for? Also, close to Havana for a very worthwhile day trip.

Ayant été à Cuba à plusieurs reprises, j'ai décidé d'emmener mon fils de 21 ans avec moi pour qu'il se repose, se détende et s'amuse. C'était bien qu'il puisse rester dans sa propre chambre puisqu'il n'y avait pas de supplément pour une personne. Nous avons été placés dans une aile plus ancienne du complexe qui était en cours de rénovation, mais nous avons rapidement été transférés dans deux chambres plus agréables. La nourriture était correcte mais il y avait beaucoup d'oiseaux qui entraient et [... lire plus] sortaient du restaurant buffet. Le personnel de la réception était parfois agréable. Le personnel de ménage et le personnel du bar étaient formidables !

Relaxing Having been to Cuba numerous times, I decided to take my 21 year old son with me in order to rest, relax and have fun. It was nice that he could stay in his own room as there was no single supplement. We were put into an older wing of the resort that was under renovation but were quickly moved to two nicer rooms. Food was okay but there were many birds flying in and out of the buffet restaurant. Reception staff were pleasant at times. Housekeeping and bar staff were great!

Hotel Los Cactus: Escapade de 4 jours

L'hôtel a plu, la nourriture était satisfaisante. Personnel agréable. Sunwing pas terrible. Elle a retardé notre voyage de 10 heures à l'aller, ce qui nous a fait perdre un jour sur quatre, puis nous a retardés de 2 heures au retour. Il est un peu difficile de travailler le lendemain lorsque votre compagnie aérienne vous ramène à la maison à 5 heures du matin. Je n'ai jamais été impressionné par Sunwing.

Fair 4 day getaway Liked the hotel, food was satisfactory. Nice staff. Sunwing not so great. Delayed our trip by 10 hours going there, so we lost one day out of four then delayed us by 2 hours on the way back. Its a little tough to work the next day when you airline gets you home at 5am. Never impressed with sunwing.

Hotel Los Cactus: Le meilleur centre de villégiature au monde !

Pour Cuba, l'hôtel est incroyable ! Une expérience inoubliable ! Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours là pour aider ! Les chambres sont propres et il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Les plages sont paradisiaques !

Best resort ever!! For Cuba the hotel is amazing!! Unforgettable experience!! Staff supper friendly and always there to help!! So many amenities and , most speak englis , rooms are clean and lits of space for storage. Beaches are paradise!!

Memories Jibacoa: Un lieu de villégiature fabuleux

J'ai adoré le centre de villégiature ! J'avais une chambre avec vue sur l'océan.... chambre très propre, mais qui a besoin d'être mise à jour ! Nous avons été très surpris par la qualité de la nourriture. C'est notre première visite à Cuba et on nous avait dit que la nourriture était horrible, nous avons donc été agréablement surpris......., du poisson frais, du riz, des pâtes, d'excellentes omelettes et le personnel le plus amical et le plus agréable ! Nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons sans  [... lire plus]aucun doute ! Une seule suggestion... Il faudrait plus de fruits et de légumes !

Fabulous resort Loved the resort! Had ocean view room....room very clean, but needs updating! Really surprised that the food was so good. This is our first visit to Cuba and we were told that the food was awful, so we were pleasantly surprised.......,fresh fish, rice , pasta, excellent omelettes and the most friendly and pleasant staff! Loved it and would definitely return! Only one suggestion... More fruit and vegetables needed!

Memories Jibacoa: Memories Jibacoa Resort Review

Le complexe était propre et les gens sympathiques. Le complexe est isolé et il n'y a qu'un seul autre complexe à proximité. L'intimité et l'isolement sont très appréciables. Il s'agit d'un complexe réservé aux adultes, il n'y a donc pas d'enfants en bas âge qui crient et hurlent. Les animations nocturnes sont excellentes, en particulier les musiciens. La nourriture n'est pas exceptionnelle, mais elle est variée et adéquate. Le meilleur repas est celui du déjeuner dans la cabane de la plage. Tout [... lire plus] est frais et très savoureux. La plage est intacte et très naturelle. On peut y faire du beachcombing. Le complexe est niché au pied d'une montagne boisée, ce qui permet de faire des randonnées et d'avoir de très beaux points de vue. J'y retournerais.

The resort was clean and the people friendly. The resort is secluded and there is only one other resort nearby. Privacy and seclusion is great. This is an adult only resort so there are no screaming and yelling toddlers. The night time entertainment is great especially the musicians. The food is not exceptional but it is varied and adequate. The best food is for lunch down at the beach cabaña. Everything is fresh and very tasty. The beach is unspoiled and very natural. Makes for great beachcombing. The resort is nestled at the foot of a forested mountain which provides hiking and very good vistas. I'd go back.

Breezes Varadero est un très beau complexe hôtelier. Les terrains sont bien entretenus et comportent de nombreux espaces verts et sentiers de promenade. Les bâtiments sont variés et joliment décorés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la nourriture au buffet et dans les restaurants à la carte. Il y avait toujours une grande variété de plats à choisir. La plage est un lieu de prédilection pour se détendre et jouer dans les vagues. Good food, friendly staff, beautiful beach. Breezes Varadero is a beautiful resort. The grounds are well kept and have a lot of green spaces and walking paths. The buildings are varied and decorated nicely. We really enjoyed the food at the buffet and the al la carte restaurants. There was always a variety of food to choose from. The beach was a favourite spot to hang out and play in the surf. Also the front lobby bar was a place to meet new people have one of their special coffees or bevies. We would definitely return to this resort. Thanks so much to the staff who made our vacation so enjoyable
