Moon Palace Jamaica: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Nous avons voyagé dans de nombreuses îles et avons séjourné dans différents complexes hôteliers, mais jamais au Moon Palace jusqu'à cette année. C'est un hôtel de première classe, grand mais jamais surpeuplé. Le personnel était formidable et heureux de vous servir. Le pourboire était facultatif, vous étiez traité de la même manière, que vous donniez un pourboire ou non. Les restaurants sont nombreux et la nourriture est excellente, sans aucune déception. Nombreuses activités extérieures gratuite [... lire plus]s pour les adultes et les enfants. Dolfins sur le site et bien entretenus, encore une fois le personnel a été formidable avec les participants. Le spa a été utilisé, encore une fois dans l'ensemble propre, le personnel a été d'un grand soutien et très professionnel dans son approche. Boissons de qualité, par exemple la liqueur Grey Goose, ma préférée.

Exceptional Resort We have travelled to many islands staying in different resorts, never a Moon Palace until this year. This is a first class hotel large but you never felt overcrowded. Staff was amazing and pleased to serve you. Tip was optional, you were treated the same if you tipped or not. Restaurants plentiful and food outstanding no disappointments at all. Many free outdoor activities for both adult and children. Dolfins on site and well cared for again staff was great dealing with participants. Spa was used, again over all cleanliness, staff supportive and very professional with their approach. Drinks made of quality eg. liquor Grey Goose my favourite.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Grandes vacances

L'hôtel est immense, il faut donc se préparer à marcher beaucoup. Le terrain, les chambres et les parties communes sont très propres. L'hôtel est très lumineux et comporte de nombreux espaces de détente. La piscine est immense. Il y a un manque d'espaces de restauration pendant la journée. Le seul endroit où l'on peut manger après la fermeture des buffets principaux le matin est le restaurant de la plage. De plus, il n'y a pas assez de divertissements pendant la journée. Rien sur la plage [... lire plus]. La nourriture est incroyable et très fraîche. Malheureusement, le personnel est très variable. Très peu sont amicaux et la plupart vous donnent l'impression de vous imposer, ce qui est regrettable. Le personnel de la multipropriété vous harcèle et se montre très insistant, et il est présent dans tous les secteurs, de sorte que vous ne pouvez pas l'éviter. La plage est magnifique. Je reviendrai mais je sais évidemment à quoi m'attendre.

Great Vacation The hotel is massive so be prepared to walk a lot. The grounds, rooms and common areas are very clean. The hotel is very bright with many areas to relax. The pool is massive. There is the lack of eating areas during the day. The only place to get food after the main buffets close in the morning is the beach restaurant. Also, their is a lack of entertainment throughout the day. Nothing on the beach. The food is amazing and very fresh. Unfortunately the staff is hit and miss. Very few are friendly and most make you feel like your imposing. this is unfortunate. The timeshare staff hound you and are very pushy and they are in every area so you can't avoid them. The beach is wonderful. I will return but obviously know what to expect.

Rooms on the Beach Negril: Charmante station balnéaire

Les chambres étaient très propres, tout comme l'ensemble du complexe. La seule plainte est que pour avoir un réfrigérateur dans la chambre, il faut payer 8 $ par jour. Cela devrait être inclus dans la chambre. Le terrain est magnifique, le restaurant très agréable et le personnel est très aimable et serviable.

Lovely resort The rooms were very clean as was the whole resort. The only complaint is that to have a fridge in your room it would cost $8 a day. That should come with the room. The grounds are beautiful, restaurant very nice, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Riu Ocho Rios: station de sports d'hiver étonnante

Je ne peux rien dire de mal à propos de ce complexe. C'est la première station où j'ai vu les employés travailler vraiment, nettoyer, peindre, entretenir le terrain. Le personnel était amical et se sentait en sécurité dans la station. Tout était parfait.

amazimg resort I cant say anything bad about this resort. This was the first resort that I saw workers on the resort really work , clean, paint, do up keep on the grounds. the staff was friendly and felt safe of the resort. Everything was great.

Riu Negril: Séjour extraordinaire de deux semaines

Nous venons de rentrer d'un séjour de deux semaines et nous avons été enchantés par ce centre de villégiature. Dès que nous sommes entrés dans la propriété, nous avons su qu'il s'agirait d'un endroit formidable. Nous avons fait un peu la queue pour l'enregistrement, mais nous avons été pris en charge très rapidement. Nous étions dans le bâtiment 4, le plus éloigné du hall. Nous étions un peu inquiets au début, mais finalement, c'était parfait pour nous. Cette partie de la station était très calm [... lire plus]e, tout comme la plage. Nous avions souvent l'impression d'avoir notre propre plage privée. J'ai été un peu déçue qu'il n'y ait pas de baignoire et seulement une douche debout, mais c'était un problème mineur. La nourriture était excellente. Le seul problème que nous ayons rencontré était lorsque nous n'arrivions pas dans la première heure du buffet. Certaines choses n'étaient pas très fraîches après la fin de la ruée et nous avions du mal à trouver de la nourriture chaude, mais en général, ce n'était pas un problème d'arriver pendant que les choses étaient remplies fréquemment. Les divertissements étaient excellents. Le personnel était formidable. Le spa était incroyable. Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce centre de villégiature !

Amazing two week stay We have just arrived home from a two week stay and we were thrilled with this resort. We knew as soon as we entered the property that this was going to be a great place. We were in a bit of a line for check in but were moved through very quickly. We were in building four which is the farthest from the lobby. We were a bit worried about this at first but in the end this was perfect for us. It was very quiet at that end of the resort and the beach as well. We often felt like we had our own private beach. I was a bit disappointed that there is no bathtub and only a stand up shower but it was a minor issue. The food was great. The only issue we had was anytime we didn’t arrive within the first hour of the buffet. Somethings would not be very fresh after the rush was over and we would have trouble finding warm food but usually was not trouble to get there while things were being filled frequently. Entertainment was great. Staff was amazing. Spa was incredible. We will certainly be back to this resort!

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: BELLE ET ÉTONNANTE

Le centre de villégiature a dépassé toutes les attentes. Le terrain était très bien entretenu par le personnel qui travaillait dur. Les chambres étaient propres et conformes aux normes grâce au personnel de nettoyage. Le réapprovisionnement aurait besoin d'un peu d'aide, car nous avons dû demander qu'on nous apporte des choses. La nourriture était excellente et le personnel de service s'est surpassé pour répondre à nos besoins. En particulier, Natherene et Crifton ont été très aimable [... lire plus]s et Crifton a fait tout son possible pour rendre notre dernière soirée spéciale avec des décorations de table. Nous reviendrons certainement pour deux semaines supplémentaires à l'avenir. Nous n'avons aucun commentaire négatif sur cette visite.

BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING The resort was above and beyond expectations. The grounds were kept very well by the hard working staff. The rooms were kept clean and up to standards by the cleaning staff. The restocking could use some help as we had to request things to be brought down for us. The food was amazing and the wait staff went above and beyond for our needs. In particular, Natherene and Crifton were ever so obiliging and Crifton went out of his way to make our last evening special with table decorations. We will certainly return for another two weeks in the future. We don't have a bad comment about this visit.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Vacances relaxantes

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce complexe. C'était très relaxant et le personnel était très sympathique. Bon choix de nourriture et de boissons tout au long de la journée. La vie nocturne n'est pas la meilleure mais tout le reste était parfait !

Relaxing Vacay We had a great time at this resort. It was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly. Good selection of food and drinks throughout the day. The night life isn't the nest but everything else was perfect!

Riu Montego Bay: Une expérience exceptionnelle et un centre de villégiature extraordinaire

Le terrain était magnifique et bien aménagé. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique. La nourriture était excellente, en particulier la hutte de poulet jerk sur la plage qui servait tous les jours. De nombreuses activités pendant la journée et la nuit ont fait que l'expérience n'a jamais été ennuyeuse.

Outstanding experience and amazing resort The grounds were beautiful and laid out nicely. Staff was all extremely friendly. Food was excellent, especially the jerk chicken hut on the beach that served every day. Many activities during the day and night made the experience never have a dull moment.

Riu Reggae: Belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel était bien géré. La nourriture était excellente et très variée au buffet et dans les restaurants. Le personnel était sympathique et les divertissements étaient très bons. Il y avait aussi des activités pendant la journée. La chambre était belle et propre, le lit confortable, mais demandez plus d'oreillers. Beaucoup de chaises longues à la piscine et vous pouvez marcher sur la plage jusqu'aux deux autres stations. J'ai fait une excursion aux chutes de Dunn et j'ai pris l'ascenseur p [... lire plus]our monter sur la montagne. Il y avait beaucoup de monde car les bateaux de croisière avaient aussi des visiteurs. Je pense que toutes les excursions sont bondées. Les cataramans que nous avons vus arriver étaient bondés de monde. Si vous voulez un endroit agréable pour vous détendre, c'est parfait.

Nice resort The hotel was well managed. The food was excellent with lots of variety at buffet and the restaurants. Staff were friendly and entertainment was very good. They had activities during day as well. Room was nice and clean, comfortable bed..ask for more pillows. Lots of pool loungers and you could walk the beach to the other two resorts. Took one side trip to Dunn falls and lift up mountain. Crowded as cruise ships had visitors as well. I think any of the excursions are crowded. The cataramans we saw come in were stuffed with people. If you want a nice resort to relax ..this works.

Couples Negril: Centre de villégiature exceptionnel

J'ai été très satisfait de l'hôtel pour couples. Les chambres étaient belles, la plage était absolument magnifique. Le personnel était très gentil et attentif. La piscine et le terrain étaient très beaux. Et bien sûr, la nourriture était excellente. J'aimerais beaucoup retourner dans ce complexe dans un avenir très proche.

Outstanding resort Was very happy with couples resort. The rooms were nice, the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were so nice and attentive. The pool and grounds were very nice. And of course the food was awesome. I would love to return to this resort in very near future.

Azul Beach Resort Negril: L'étonnant Azul

C'était notre quatrième visite dans un établissement Karisma. Les trois autres étaient au Mexique. Nous avons adoré l'Azul Sensatori au Mexique, nous voulions donc essayer celui-ci. Nous avons adoré ! Bel hôtel, belle plage et personnel formidable. Les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents. Les restaurants à buffets étaient moyens. Le concierge a fait de la magie pour répondre à nos besoins. Pas d'ascenseurs ! Les serviettes de plage manquaient souvent. Beaucoup de chaises lo [... lire plus]ngues. Le seul inconvénient est les 90 minutes de l'aéroport. Je reviendrai certainement.

Amazing Azul This was our fourth visit to a Karisma property. The other three were in Mexico. We loved the Azul Sensatori in Mexico, so we wanted to try this one. Loved it! Lovely hotel, beautiful beach, and wonderful staff. The à la cart restaurants were great. The buffet restaurants were average. Concierge worked magic to accommodate our needs. No elevators! Usually ran out of beach towels. Lots of lounge chairs. The only downfall is the 90 minutes from airport. I’d return for sure.

Dreams Rose Hall: Grand centre de villégiature

J'ai passé un excellent moment au centre de villégiature. Le personnel était courtois et professionnel. La chambre était propre. Pas de problème pour réserver des restaurants. La nourriture était bonne. La soirée Jamaïque était excellente. Jamais de file d'attente pour la nourriture ou pour obtenir une place. Beaucoup de chaises sur les plages de la piscine. Très bon endroit pour la famille.

Great resort Had a great time at resort. Staff were courteous and professional. Room was clean. No problem making reservations for restaurants. Food was good. Jamaica night excellent. Never lines for food or waiting to get seat. Lots of chairs at pool beaches. Great place for family.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: DES VACANCES FANTASTIQUES

Je tiens à dire que le Palace Tropical Bay est l'un des meilleurs complexes hôteliers de Jamaïque, j'y retournerais n'importe quand. Le personnel, les chambres, la nourriture et la plage, il n'y a rien de mauvais à dire sur ce complexe. J'ai l'intention d'y retourner dans un avenir proche. Le prix est un peu élevé pour ma poche mais il vaut chaque centime. Les activités pour les enfants plus âgés sont inexistantes, j'ai un fils de 15 ans mais il a pu profiter de la plage. Le trajet en bus jusqu' [... lire plus]à la station n'était pas à mon goût, car il a duré près de 2 heures

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY I want to say that the Palace Tropical Bay is one of the best resorts in Jamaica, I would go back anytime. The staff, rooms ,food,and beach there is nothing bad to say about the resort. I plan on returning in the near future. The price is a little steep for my pocket but its worth every cent. The activities for older kids there is none, I have a son that is 15 but he was able to enjoy the beach. The bus ride to the resort was not to my liking, as it was almost 2 hours

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Station très agréable

D'une manière générale, le complexe est vaste et bien entretenu. L'hôtel était lui aussi spacieux et le service excellent. Les salles à manger étaient propres et les serveurs agréables, engageants et désireux de plaire. La plage est vaste et la mer des Caraïbes est une merveille à contempler. La baignade, la plongée avec masque et tuba et la navigation de plaisance étaient facilement accessibles et très agréables dans et sur l'eau bleue claire. C'était un gros avantage et cela valait la pein [... lire plus]e d'aller à Montego Bay. La restauration était excellente, avec une grande variété de plats. Quelques restaurants à la carte complètent les choix pour un repas agréable. Le Royal Cameron est un excellent choix pour profiter des Caraïbes.

Very enjoyable resort Generally the resort was large and well maintained. The hotel too was spacious and service was excellent. Dining areas were clean and servers pleasant, engaging and eager to please. The beach area was large and the Caribbean sea a wonder to behold. Swimming, snorkeling and boating were easily accessible and fully enjoyable in and on the clear blue water. That was a big plus and worth going to Montego Bay for. Dining was excellent with a large variety of foods. A couple of a la carte restaurants completed the choices for pleasurable eating. Royal Cameron is a great choice for enjoyment in the Caribbean.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Une valeur sûre !

Nous avons voyagé en Jamaïque 6 fois maintenant. Nous avons séjourné dans les hôtels Couples, Jewel et Grand Paladium. Tout d'abord, je dois dire que ce complexe est petit. Par conséquent, le choix au buffet est limité et il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant à la carte. Vous pouvez également manger à la carte sur la propriété voisine. Nous n'avons mangé à la carte qu'une seule fois car le buffet était très bon. Le personnel est excellent. Nous sommes des adeptes de la plage et nous n'avons pas passé  [... lire plus]beaucoup de temps à la piscine. La plage est très belle et nous avons pu voir de nombreux poissons lorsque nous avons fait de la plongée avec masque et tuba à l'intérieur de la ligne de bouée. Les divertissements étaient également bons. Les chambres sont agréables, mais il n'y a pas de commode pour ranger les vêtements. L'emplacement est idéal, à seulement cinq minutes de l'aéroport. On voit et on entend les avions, mais ils ne semblent pas voler la nuit. Ce complexe est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix de tous ceux où nous avons séjourné en Jamaïque.

Great value!! We have travelled to Jamaica 6 times now. Previously we have stayed at Couples, Jewel, Grand Paladium. First I have to say that this resort is small. Therefore the selection at the buffet is limited and there is only one a la carte. You can also eat at the a la carte on the neighboring property. We only ate at the a la carte once due to the food at the buffet being very good. The staff are excellent. We are 'beach people' and didn't spend much time at the one pool. The beach is very nice and we could see many fish when we went snorkelling inside the bouy line. The entertainment was also good. The rooms are nice but there are no dressers to put your clothes in. The location is great, only about five minutes from airport. You do see and hear the planes but they don't seem to fly at night. This resort is the best value of any that we have stayed at in Jamaica.

Rooms on the Beach Negril: Excellent séjour de 10 jours à Rooms on the Beach, Negril

A notre arrivée, notre chambre était prête, le personnel a été très arrangeant lorsque nous avons demandé à être changés à un niveau inférieur et nous avons été changés le lendemain matin. Le personnel de la réception était très serviable si nous avions des questions ou des inquiétudes, il se mettait en quatre pour nous aider. Le petit déjeuner continental était excellent pour commencer la journée et si vous en voulez plus ou si nous avons fait la grasse matinée comme nous l'avons fait certain [... lire plus]s jours, nous avons acheté un petit déjeuner complet à un excellent prix. Le déjeuner est également très bon au Rooms. Les chambres sont propres et modernes, les lits très confortables avec des draps blancs frais. Le personnel de nettoyage a fait un excellent travail, notre chambre était toujours propre lorsque nous sommes revenus de la plage. La plage est magnifique, O’Neil et Chris ont fait un excellent travail pour s'assurer que la plage était propre et que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin sur la plage. La sécurité est super, ils vérifient le numéro de votre chambre quand vous partez et arrivez de retour. Nous avons eu un temps merveilleux pendant 10 jours et espérons revenir bientôt pour une visite plus longue la prochaine fois, ce qui en fait notre 7e visite à Rooms. Merci Rooms, vous ne nous avez pas laissé tomber !!!! ðŸ¤-😎 et merci à Tripcentral pour son excellent service !!!

Excellent 10 days at Rooms on the Beach, Negril Upon arrival our room was ready, staff were very accommodating when we asked to be change to a lower level and we were changed the next morning. Reception staff were very helpful if we had questions or concerns, they would go out of their way to help. Continental breakfast was great to get our day started and if you require more or if we slept in as we did some days, we purchased a full breakfast for an excellent price. Lunch is also very good at Rooms. The rooms are clean and modern, beds very comfortable with fresh white linen. Cleaning staff did a great job, our room was always clean when we returned from the beach. Beach is beautiful, O’Neil and Chris did a great job of making sure the beach was clean and that we had everything we needed on the beach. Security is great they check your room number as you leave and arrive back. We had a wonderful weather for 10 days and hope to return soon for a longer visit next time making this our 7th visit to Rooms. Thank you Rooms you did not let us down!!!! 🤗😎 and Thank you to Tripcentral as well for your great service!!!

Riu Reggae: Un excellent centre de villégiature, mais rien de bon à dire sur Tripcentral ou Sunwing

Après avoir terminé notre réservation, nous avons réalisé que nous devions rentrer plus tôt le jour de notre retour. Tripcentral nous a conseillé d'acheter l'option "worry free" de Sunwing (environ 100 $), ce que nous avons fait. Lorsque nous avons changé l'heure de notre vol, Tripcentral nous a facturé 400 $ en plus de cette option ! Après tout cela, notre vol de retour a été retardé de plus de 4 heures, et nous avons fini par rater nos fiançailles pour lesquelles nous avions passé des heures  [... lire plus]au téléphone et dépensé beaucoup d'argent. La pire expérience de voyage jamais vécue. Je vous conseille d'acheter directement auprès de Sunwing, au moins il n'y a qu'une seule compagnie avec laquelle vous devez traiter lorsque quelque chose ne va pas.

Great resort, but nothing good to say about Tripcentral or Sunwing After completing our booking, we realized we had to get home earlier on our return day. Tripcentral advised us to purchase Sunwing's worry free option ($100ish) which we did. When changing our flight time, Tripcentral charged us $400 in addition to this though! After all of this, our flight home was delayed by 4+ hours, and we ended up missing our engagement we went through all the hours on the phone and dollars to get to. Worst travel experience ever. Just buy direct from Sunwing is my advice, at least there is only one company that you need to deal with when something goes awry.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Excellente station ! Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander ce centre de villégiature. Il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire. Le barbecue quotidien sur la plage était une bonne surprise. Les gens étaient si accommodants et incroyables. J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

Amazing Resort Excellent resort! I would not hesitate to recommend this resort. Lots of activities to participate in. The daily beach bbq was a nice surprise. The people were so accommodating & amazing. I can’t wait to go back!

Riu Ocho Rios: Destination de voyage préférée !

Mon mari et moi voyageons depuis 8 ans et c'est de loin la meilleure expérience que nous ayons eue. Le centre de villégiature est extraordinaire. Toute l'expérience a été parfaite. La chambre était incroyable. La plage et la piscine sont parfaites. La nourriture était excellente et les choix nombreux. La cabane à jerk sur la plage était délicieuse. Les gens étaient si agréables et amusants à côtoyer. On nous a souvent demandé comment se passaient nos vacances et s'il y avait quelque chose à fair [... lire plus]e pour les améliorer. Honnêtement, je n'ai pas un seul reproche à faire à ce complexe. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Favorite travel destination! My husband and I have traveled for the last 8 years and this is by far the best experience we have had. The resort is amazing. The whole experience was perfect. The room was amazing. The beach and pool area perfect. The food was awesome and the choices were many. The jerk hut on the beach was delicious. The people there were so pleasant and fun to be around. We were asked many times how our vacation was going and if there was anything they could do to improve it. Honestly, I do not have one complaint about this resort. Look forward to returning.

Riu Reggae: Centre de villégiature

Les gens et le terrain étaient accueillants et propres. Les divertissements étaient excellents. Aucune plainte du début à la fin de notre voyage. La nourriture était excellente et ne m'a pas dérangé l'estomac. Les chambres étaient également propres et bien rangées

Wicked resort The people and grounds were friendly and clean. The entertainment was excellent. No complaints from start to finish of our trip. The food was great and didn’t upset my stomach. Also the rooms were clean and tidy
